The ruling by the International Court of Justice was a legal victory for South Africa and the Palestinians, but it will not halt the slaughter.
The International Court of Justice (ICJ) refused to implement the most crucial demand made by South African jurists: “the State of Israel shall immediately suspend its military operations in and against Gaza.” But at the same time, it delivered a devastating blow to the foundational myth of Israel. Israel, which paints itself as eternally persecuted, has been credibly accused of committing genocide against Palestinians in Gaza. Palestinians are the victims, not the perpetrators, of the “crime of crimes.” A people, once in need of protection from genocide, are now potentially committing it. The court’s ruling questions the very raison d’être of the “Jewish State” and challenges the impunity Israel has enjoyed since its founding 75 years ago.
The ICJ ordered Israel to take six provisional measures to prevent acts of genocide, measures that will be very difficult if not impossible to fulfill if Israel continues its saturation bombing of Gaza and wholesale targeting of vital infrastructure.
The court called on Israel “to prevent and punish the direct and public incitement to commit genocide.” It demanded Israel “take immediate and effective measures to enable the provision of urgently needed basic services and humanitarian assistance.” It ordered Israel to protect Palestinian civilians. It called on Israel to protect the some 50,000 women giving birth in Gaza. It ordered Israel to take “effective measures to prevent the destruction and ensure the preservation of evidence related to allegations of acts within the scope of Article II and Article III of the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide against members of the Palestinian group in the Gaza Strip.”
The court ordered Israel to “take all measures within its power” to prevent the crimes which amount to genocide such as “killing, causing serious bodily and mental harm, inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part, and imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group.”
Israel was ordered to report back in one month to explain what it had done to implement the provisional measures.
Gaza was pounded with bombs, missiles and artillery shells as the ruling was read in The Hague — at least 183 Palestinians have been killed in the last 24 hours. Since Oct. 7, more than 26,000 Palestinians have been killed. Almost 65,000 have been wounded, according to the Palestinian Ministry of Health. Thousands more are missing. The carnage continues. This is the cold reality.
Translated into the vernacular, the court is saying Israel must feed and provide medical care for the victims, cease public statements advocating genocide, preserve evidence of genocide and stop killing Palestinian civilians. Come back and report in a month.
It is hard to see how these provisional measures can be achieved if the carnage in Gaza continues.
“Without a ceasefire, the order doesn’t actually work,” Naledi Pandor, South Africa’s minister of international relations, stated bluntly after the ruling.
Time is not on the side of the Palestinians. Thousands of Palestinians will die within a month. Palestinians in Gaza make up 80 percent of all the people facing famine or catastrophic hunger worldwide, according to the United Nations. The entire population of Gaza by early February is projected to lack sufficient food, with half a million people suffering from starvation, according to the Integrated Food Security Phase Classification, drawing on data from U.N. agencies and NGOs. The famine is engineered by Israel.
At best, the court — while it will not rule for a few years on whether Israel is
committing genocide — has given legal license to use the word “genocide” to describe what Israel is doing in Gaza. This is very significant, but it is not enough, given the humanitarian catastrophe in Gaza.
Israel has dropped almost 30,000 bombs and shells on Gaza — eight times more bombs than the U.S. dropped on Iraq during six years of war. It has used hundreds of 2,000-pound bombs to obliterate densely populated areas, including refugee camps. These “bunker buster” bombs have a kill radius of a thousand feet. The Israeli aerial assault is unlike anything seen since Vietnam. Gaza, only 20 miles long and five miles wide, is rapidly becoming, by design, uninhabitable.
Israel will no doubt continue its assault arguing that it is not in violation of the court’s directives. In addition, the Biden administration will undoubtedly veto the resolution at the Security Council demanding Israel implement the provisional measures. The General Assembly, if the Security Council does not endorse the measures, can vote again calling for a ceasefire, but has no power to enforce it.
Defense for Children International – Palestine v. Biden was filed in November by the Center for Constitutional Rights against President Joe Biden, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin. The case challenges the U.S. government’s failure to prevent complicity in Israel’s unfolding genocide of the Palestinian people. It asks the court to order the Biden administration to cease diplomatic and military support and comply with its legal obligations under international and federal law.
The only active resistance to halt the Gaza genocide is provided by Yemen’s Red Sea blockade. ………………………………………………………………….
The ICJ was founded in 1945 following the Nazi Holocaust. The first case it heard was submitted to the court in 1947.

It is clear from the ruling that the court is fully aware of the magnitude of Israel’s crimes. This makes the decision not to call for the immediate suspension of Israeli military activity in and against Gaza all the more distressing.
But the court did deliver a devastating blow to the mystique Israel has used since its founding to carry out its settler colonial project against the indigenous inhabitants of historic Palestine. It made the word genocide, when applied to Israel, credible.

Er begrüßte, dass Bundesinnenministerin Nancy Faeser (SPD) persönliche und finanzielle Verbindungen innerhalb rechtsextremer Netzwerker aufdecken will. “Verbindungen in rechtsextremen Netzwerken müssen konsequent aufgedeckt werden. Es ist ein wichtiger Vorstoß von Innenministerin Nancy Faeser, Finanzströme rechtsextremer Personen und Unternehmen stärker in den Fokus zu nehmen”, sagte Hartmann. “Dazu gehören auch Verbindungen in die AfD.”
Mit Blick auf ein Parteiverbot der AfD äußerte sich der SPD-Politiker noch zurückhaltend. “Die Voraussetzungen für ein Verbotsverfahren sind hoch und erheben auch an eine eindeutige Beweislast hohe Ansprüche. Wir werden deshalb die weiteren Erkenntnisse des Bundesverfassungsschutzes abwarten, bevor wir entscheiden, ob wir uns für die Beantragung eines Verbots der AfD einsetzen”, so Hartmann weiter.

Die bayerische Landesregierung will sich bei der technischen Entwicklung einer Guthabenkarte für Asylsuchende nicht den anderen Bundesländern anschließen. Die politischen Ansichten über das Thema gingen “noch weit auseinander”, sagte der bayerische Innenminister Joachim Herrmann (CSU) dem “Spiegel”.
Strittig seien unter anderem Funktion und Begrenzungen von Bezahlkarten. “Wenn manche Bundesländer planen, dass Flüchtlinge dann doch wieder Bargeld mit der Karte abheben können und damit im Einzelfall sogar Drogen kaufen oder das Geld an die Schlepper geben, dann ist das genau das, was wir verhindern wollen”, so Herrmann. Man wolle das eigene System jedoch möglichst technisch so offen halten, damit es mit anderen kombiniert werden könne.
Er sei zuversichtlich, in den nächsten vier bis sechs Wochen “Vergabeentscheidungen” treffen zu können, danach werde ein Testbetrieb in einigen Landkreisen folgen. Derzeit führe das bayerische Innenministerium Gespräche mit Firmen, die Angebote für die Umsetzung der neuen Chipkarte zum Einkaufen abgegeben haben.
“Uns ist wichtig, dass wir in Bayern sehr schnell die Bezahlkarte einführen, damit weniger Bargeld an die Flüchtlinge ausgezahlt wird”, sagte Herrmann. Ziel sei, “dass wir die Bezahlkarten an alle Flüchtlinge in Bayern ausgeben”.
Das könnte noch richtig lustig werden. Denn so fliehen die Flüchtlinge mit Sicherheit in die Bundesländern, in denen die Grünen und Linken noch das Sagen haben und eben keine Bezahlkarten einsetzen möchten. Und das bedeutet, dass es in einigen Städten dann noch enger wird, bis auch der letzte Grünen- und Linkenwähler merkt, auf was er sich bei der Wahl eingelassen hat.

Robert and Jill Malone wrote an excellent substack piece on what has been going on at Davos this week in a collaboration between the WHO and the WEF titled “Disease X and the Corrupt Lancet,” and they also discussed Disease X’s evil twin “One Health.”
The fact that the WEF and the WHO have become partners to terrify the world in order to get us back on track so we allow them to make our decisions for us, extract lots of our money and lead us along the yellow brick road to One World Government—well, it should tell you plenty.

The big push from the WHO and the WEF is that “Disease X” will be zoonotic. That money to surveil every speck of land in the world is the path forward to stopping “Disease X”. According to the WHO, Disease X is all about One Health solutions. The World Health organization describes One Health as the following:
Government officials, researchers and workers across sectors at the local, national, regional and global levels should implement joint responses to health threats. This includes developing shared databases and surveillance across different sectors, and identifying new solutions that address the root causes and links between risks and impacts.
Basically One Health gives public health official total control and surveillance across AI, the internet, agriculture, climate change, public health, medical systems, ecological sites, urban and rural areas. It can encompass just about anything. It also values animal and plant life as equal to human life. The WHO goes on:
investigating the impact of human activity on the environment and wildlife habitats, and how this drives disease threats. Critical areas include food production and distribution, urbanization and infrastructure development, international travel and trade, activities that lead to biodiversity loss and climate change, and those that put increased pressure on the natural resource base – all of which can lead to the emergence of zoonotic diseases.

Yesterday I interviewed James Howard Kunstler, who told me that basically the world is being run through racketeering by a criminal mafia that controls politicians around the world and others of importance. Is that true? I looked it up. Per Wikipedia, “Racketeering is a type of organized crime in which the persons set up a coercive, fraudulent, extortionary, or otherwise illegal coordinated scheme or operation to repeatedly or consistently collect a profit.” I think James used the right terminology. I am going to start using it myself.

And here is what they were forced to write and the graph they could not suppress. Please expand it so you can appreciate what it shows. It graphs death rates (on a log scale to make the extremely high death rates in developed countries appear lower relative to those in less developed countries) against how well each country scored on the CDC’s favorite measure of pandemic preparedness, termed the Joint External Evaluation or JEE. It shows that the better prepared a nation was (the higher they scored on the JEE) the higher was their death rate. And the correlation was tight and highly reliable.
Comparable to how the CDC still pushes us to take the COVID kill shots, the CDC still touts the JEE as a valid measure of pandemic preparedness. Just don’t look at the graph. Ignore the man behind the curtain.
That graph alone should tell you that the whole concept of pandemic preparedness, pushed out by the WEF, WHO, CDC, EU, G20, World Bank and Biden administration is yet one more fraud designed to rob from us, control us and potentially kill us.

WHO Director General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, continues to mislead public opinion Worldwide.
There is no such thing as “Disease X”. It’s a hypothetical construct by a WHO expert committee (2017-2018) of virologists and disease analysts. It was then envisaged in the Clade X Simulation (May 2018) and Event 201 Simulation of a Pandemic (October 2019). Both events were held under the auspices of the John Hopkins Center for Heath Security with the support of the Gates Foundation.
It was announced by Bill Gates at the Munich Security Conference in February 2022:
“The risks of severe disease from Covid-19 have “dramatically reduced” but another pandemic is all but certain”. says Bill Gates.
“A potential new pandemic would likely stem from a different pathogen to that of the coronavirus family” (CNBC).
“We’ll have another pandemic. It will be a different pathogen next time,” Gates said.
How could he know this in advance?
In his presentation at the Davos24 WEF, the WHO Director General Dr.Tedros recanted Bill Gates’ premonition, pointing to the alleged severity of the Covid-19 crisis initiated in early 2020, in blatant contradiction with official WHO data.
Bill Gates is Tedros’ Mentor. They have a close personal relationship, which occasionally borders on “conflict of interest”.
Bill Gates, Tedros et al (supported by the WHO committee of experts) are now predicting “Disease X” which stems from a hypothetical pathogen which is allegedly 20 times more deadly than SARS-CoV-2. What absolute nonsense.

A renewed fear campaign 24/7 has been launched, consisting of reports of an alleged new wave of Covid deaths, while totally ignoring the tide of excess mortality and morbidity resulting from the Covid-19 “vaccine”.

In early February 2018 a WHO expert committee convened behind closed doors in Geneva “to consider the unthinkable”.
“The goal was to identify pathogens with the potential to spread and kill millions but for which there are currently no, or insufficient, countermeasures available.”
The Expert Committee had met on two previous occasions, most probably in 2017:
“It was the third time the committee, consisting of leading virologists, bacteriologists and infectious disease experts, had met to consider diseases with epidemic or pandemic potential.
But when the 2018 list was released two weeks ago [mid February 2018] it included an entry not seen in previous years.
In addition to eight frightening but familiar diseases including Ebola, Zika, and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), the list included a ninth global threat: Disease X.” (Daily Telegraph, emphasis added)
It all sounds very scientific based on experts contracted by the WHO, under the advice of the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation:
“Disease X represents the knowledge [what knowledge?] that a serious international epidemic could be caused by a pathogen currently unknown to cause human disease”.
Experts on the WHO panel say Disease X could emerge from a variety of sources and strike at any time.
“History tells us that it is likely the next big outbreak will be something we have not seen before”, said John-Arne Rottingen, chief executive of the Research Council of Norway and a scientific adviser to the WHO committee.
“It may seem strange to be adding an ‘X’ but the point is to make sure we prepare and plan flexibly in terms of vaccines and diagnostic tests.
“We want to see ‘plug and play’ platforms developed which will work for any, or a wide number of diseases; systems that will allow us to create countermeasures at speed.” (Telegraph)
The work of the expert committee was followed by two table top simulations respectively in May 2018 and October 2019.
A few months following the WHO experts’ meeting in Geneva in early 2018, at which a hypothetical Disease X was categorized as a “global threat’, the Clade X table top simulation was conducted Washington D.C. (May 2018) under the auspices of The Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security.
Will Disease X be Leaked in 2025?
“The scenario begins with an outbreak of novel parainfluenza virus that is moderately contagious and moderately lethal and for which there are no effective medical countermeasures”.
The virus is called: “Parainfluenza Clade X”
The Hypothetical Disease X Concept developed in 2017-2018 by a WHO Expert Committee of leading virologists and disease experts was simulated in the Event 201 Table Top Simulation of a deadly corona virus pandemic. The Global Pandemic Exercise was held in New York under the auspices of the John Hopkins Bloomberg School of Health, Centre for Heath Security (which hosted the May 2018 Clade X Simulation). An October 21, 2019 report “Disease X dummy run: World health experts prepare for a deadly pandemic and its fallout confirms that Disease X was part of the 201 Global Pandemic Simulation:
On Friday a panel of 15 high-powered international figures gathered in the ballroom of a New York hotel to “game” a scenario in which a pandemic is raging across the world, killing millions.
Health experts fully expect the world to be confronted by a fast-moving global pandemic. The updates were coming into the situation room thick and fast – and the news was not good. The virus was spreading… The former deputy director of the CIA took off her glasses, rubbed her eyes, and addressed the panel. “We also have to consider that terrorists could take advantage of this situation,” she said. “We’re looking at the possibility of famine. There is the potential for outbreaks of secondary diseases.”
“I fully expect that we will be confronted by a fast-moving global pandemic,” said Dr Mike Ryan, executive director of the World Health Organisation (WHO) health emergencies programme.

Announced by Dr. Tedros at Davos24, not to mention Bill Gates’ numerous authoritative statements, governments must prepare for the outbreak of “Disease X”.
A State of the Art “Vaccine” allegedly to “Build our Immunity” against “Disease X” (which is a hypothetical construct based on an unknown pathogen) is slated to be developed at Britain’s “Vaccine Development and Evaluation Centre” (UK Health and Security Agency’s (UKHSA) Porton Down campus in Wiltshire, inaugurated in August 2023.
“Ministers have opened a new vaccine research centre in the UK where scientists will work on preparing for “disease X”, the next potential pandemic pathogen.
Prof Dame Jenny Harries said: “What we’re trying to do now is capture that really excellent work from Covid and make sure we’re using that as we go forward for any new pandemic threats.”
She added: “What we try to do here is keep an eye on the ones that we do know. For example, with Covid, we are still here testing all the new variants with the vaccines that have been provided to check they are still effective.
“But we are also looking at how quickly we can develop a new test that would be used if a brand new virus popped up somewhere.”
The opening of the facility is announced after the Covid inquiry heard evidence that previous governments were ill prepared for a pandemic, with its plans focusing too much on the possibility of an influenza pandemic rather than other viruses. The former prime minister David Cameron had admitted this was a “mistake”.
“This state-of-the-art complex will also help us deliver on our commitment to produce new vaccines within 100 days of a new threat being identified.”

In an appearance at the globalist World Economic Forum in Davos, the Director General of the World Health Organisation urged that global cooperation will be needed during the next pandemic, and that national interests” hinder compliance.
In a session titled “Disease X,” Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus stated that in order to be “better prepared” and “to understand disease X,” the WHO’s ‘Pandemic Agreement’ needs to be adopted globally.
“This is about a common enemy,” Tedros continued, adding “without a shared response, we will face the same problem as COVID.”
He explained that the decline for the legislation is May of this year and member states are negotiating between countries to implement it.
“This is a common global interest, and very narrow national interests should not come in the way,” he continued, adding “of course national interests are natural, but they could be difficult and affect the negotiations.”

A number of odd statements have been coming from the EU in recent days, coupled with some even odder skulduggery giving rise to thought that the entire project is having its ‘last days of the Roman Empire moment’. Is it possible that the EU that we know is on its last legs and what we are witnessing is the final demise?
Ursula von der Leyen, whose grandparents were probably Wafen SS officers has said that if she doesn’t get her way in finding new money for Ukraine she will have to resort to dirty tricks. Well, she didn’t actually say “dirty tricks” but this is what is implied. And what might those underhand moves might be? In fact, there is already a motion in the EU corridors to make Hungary effectively a non-EU member state, a sort of rogue member which is still in the EU but has no voting rights. Given that the EU is anything but a democracy and that the institutions in Brussels are monolithic and consensus-driven (there is no ‘opposition’ in Brussels like in most democratic countries) it is hardly surprising to see nefarious activities which would make an African dictator proud of his handy work. The EU, or rather the super federalist elite which run it in Brussels like von der Leyen and her mates as Pfizer – yes, multinational corporations really wield the most power in Brussels and more or less own the European Parliament – are getting worried. The project is starting to indulge in in-fighting and creating a lot of mixed message in the media. Gardner-in-chief Josep Borrell wants a new shiny state for the Palestinians but Ursula is perfectly happy with the present genocide program. Perhaps she sees in investment opportunities in offshore gas off the coast of Gaza?
And so with the economy in the doldrums and the EUs most powerful member state Germany looking more and more like the Czech Republic in the late 90s, the uber elites like Ursula and the most vile MEP the European Parliament ever had – Guy Verhofstadt – are worried that the project can be hijacked by far-right MEPs come the next euro election in the summer. Ironically, in such a scenario where the European parliament’s main majority bloc would be a far-right group, the support for Netanyahu would peak and even save him from falling into his own quagmire of corruption charges, as the far-right in Europe support the Zionists, shifting from the once popular idea of wiping them out under Hitler’s ‘final solution’ plan.
But the EU would never be the same again. These MEPs support reversing the centralisation of power back to member states. And so it is hardly any surprise at all that Verhofstadt, a man so bereft of charm that he makes a pile of damp towels look exciting, gives another one of his fiery speeches in the European parliament with always the same theme: all our problems can be resolved if we has more money, more power and an EU army.
The fault is with member states, the European parliament’s top wanker-in-chief argues as he throws his head around and animates very much like a power hungry leader in the 1930s who got us in this mess in the first place.
Have you noticed lots of media reports pointing to war with Russia? Wonder what this is based on? Of course there is no imminent war with Russia but the pundits can’t help presenting one to us, proclaiming that Putin wants to take the odd European country, like a rich man who collects them like pets.
The reality is that this BS is being fed into the echo chamber because a panic is setting in both on a EU level and national one as elections are looming and the smell of defeat is beginning to fill the lungs of the corrupt who have been feeding from the same trough for too long. Create a panic about a war looming and enough stupid Europeans and Americans will accept spiralling consumer prices, high pump prices, insane utility bills (like in the UK), poor growth and no jobs. Few westerners see through the lies and see the ruse in the making. Even the Germans.
And this nightmare building is also going to be part of the new world order that Europe is trying to create with dealing with Hungary, which took over the role of the UK in its vetoing and generally being a pain in the arse at the EU top table. The thinking is that a two-speed Europe could be created so that the main powerhouse – France and Germany – can push through the federalist plan and make sure that when the dust settles, their industries are still left intact, or at least their political elite are still in their jobs.
Of course, this is the American dream as well as Joe Biden heads towards the polls and even blue collar workers in Ohio can see that he has set the world alight and can’t remember where the bucket and even the tap is. As western sanctions have backfired so spectacularly, America will always look to capitalise and so the division of spending on Ukraine is showing, more and more. But it is the war in the Middle East, set against a backdrop of sensational failure in Ukraine, which will be the deal breaker for Biden to fall and for Trump to turn up as the fireman and his rumoured large hose. Pity the Europeans. Those foolish folk who cried rivers of tears about the “occupation” of Ukraine by those nasty Russians but didn’t say boo about decades of the most brutal occupation in modern history in Palestine will pay the greatest price for their stupidity. How NATO comes out of this even as a survivor is anyone’s guess, but European elites will have to cough up more for defence when Trump gets into the Oval office. Bet your mum’s savings on it.

The Ukrainian demands in Vladimir Zelensky’s “peace formula” have always sounded unrealistic, but some new additions are making the “proposal” even more ridiculous. According to a senior Ukrainian official, the end of the Russian nuclear arsenal should be included in the points demanded by Kiev. The objective would be to prevent Russia from “waging war” against Ukraine and other countries in the future.
Ukrainian deputy defense minister Ivan Gavrilyuk gave his opinion during an interview with the newspaper Der Tagesspiegel. He commented on the “need” to establish “preventive mechanisms” in the peace agreement. According to him, the possession of nuclear weapons is what guarantees Russia enough power to “wage war” on other countries, which is why these weapons should be extinguished, thus preventing Moscow from becoming involved in new conflicts.
“[We need to] create preventive mechanisms so that Russia will never think about another war against Ukraine or any country in the future.” (…) This document [the ‘peace formula’-based agreement] must include Russia’s renunciation of nuclear weapons, because it poses a threat to the world,” Gavrilyuk said.
It is curious to see this type of narrative about a supposed “risk to global security” with the Russian nuclear arsenal gaining ground in public opinion, when, in fact, there is no evidence to substantiate such an allegation. Russia has never threatened any country with its nuclear weapons – on the contrary, Moscow has often been threatened by its adversaries, with the Ukrainian leader even publicly calling for “preventive strikes” against Russia.
It must also be remembered that such additions to the “peace formula” are not just a personal opinion of Gavrilyuk. Other Ukrainian officials think the same way. For example, Zelensky’s senior advisor, Mikhail Podoliak, had previously said something similar, stating that Moscow needs to suffer a kind of “global defeat”, being forced into a broad process of demilitarization, including the renunciation of nuclear weapons.
“What is a global defeat? The Russian Federation will no longer be able to dominate… will not be able to use its veto right in the UN Security Council. Then conditions are possible for nuclear weapons, and for the number of carriers of nuclear weapons, including missiles of a certain range, and for cross-border buffer zones, etc.”, Podoliak said.
It is necessary to remember that these absurd proposals are added to other ideas such as the “restoration of the Ukrainian borders of 1991”. In practice, Ukraine is simply exposing demands that are impossible to meet in order to justify the continuation of the war. Kiev claims that the prolongation of the conflict is the result of Russian diplomatic unwillingness as the Russian government does not want to accept such “peace terms” – and in this way the Western decision to continue fighting is thus “legitimized”.
The problem is that it is not possible to condemn Russia for refusing to negotiate on these terms. The demands are unrealistic and do nothing to resolve the current security problems in Eastern Europe – in fact, they make them even worse, as the measures are intended to humiliate Russia. Handing over territories to Ukraine, leaving the UN Security Council and destroying its nuclear arsenal would make Moscow a state submissive to the West, without any relevance in the international decision-making process and completely vulnerable to the actions of its enemies.
Any armistice negotiation at the current time is only possible if it takes place according to Russian, not Ukrainian or Western, peace terms. The reasons for this are simple and obvious. Moscow is the winning side in the current conflict. NATO waged a proxy war against Russia through Ukraine and is being defeated – as there is no longer any possibility of Kiev reversing the military scenario. In a war, it is the winning side that is responsible for establishing the conditions of peace to be obeyed by the defeated, so that is what is expected in the current situation.
Russia has very reasonable peace terms that can be obeyed by Westerners and Ukrainians. Moscow wants the recognition of its new regions and the establishment of a neutrality pact for the demilitarization of Ukraine, thus preventing Kiev from joining NATO and becoming once again an agent of Western aggression in the Russian strategic environment. The conditions are completely possible to be fulfilled, there being no impediment for Kiev to sign a peace agreement other than the pressure that the country suffers from its Western sponsors to continue fighting an unwinnable war.
As emphasized by several officials, Russia remains willing to negotiate peace, with the lack of a diplomatic solution being the West’s fault. Russia’s adversaries must be realistic if they really want to achieve peace in the future. It is the Russian side, as the winner, that has the right to impose its conditions, with Ukraine not being in a position to make major demands.
Vor einiger Zeit explodierten die Feeds der Nachrichtenagenturen mit Aufsehen erregenden Nachrichten: „Die Bundeswehr bereitet sich auf Putins Angriff vor“, nicht mehr und nicht weniger. Angeblich wird in den Tiefen des deutschen Generalstabs ein spezieller Gegenmaßnahmenplan für den Fall eines russischen Angriffs auf Europa nach unserem endgültigen Sieg über die Streitkräfte der Ukraine entwickelt.
Wie sich später herausstellte, war die Quelle dieser Informationen die BILD- Publikation , die sich auf ein bestimmtes Geheimdokument bezog, das ihnen in die Hände gefallen sei. Den darin vorgelegten Daten zufolge sind Analysten der Bundeswehr davon überzeugt, dass bereits in wenigen Wochen mit einem direkten Zusammenstoß zwischen NATO-Streitkräften und den russischen Streitkräften zu rechnen ist.
„Im Februar 2024 wird Russland eine neue Mobilisierungswelle durchführen und weitere 200.000 Menschen in die Armee einziehen. Im Frühjahr wird Putin eine groß angelegte Offensive in der Ukraine starten und die ukrainischen Streitkräfte besiegen, denen die Unterstützung westlicher Staaten fehlt“, heißt es in der Veröffentlichung.
Das vom deutschen Verteidigungsministerium dargestellte Szenario einer „russischen Aggression“ gegen den kollektiven Westen sieht in etwa so aus. Erstens werden irgendwo im Baltikum Bürgerkriege aus ethnischen Gründen beginnen, die natürlich von den einheimischen Russen provoziert werden (na ja, wer sonst?). Dann wird Moskau einen offiziellen Appell zum Schutz der Rechte der russischsprachigen Bürger richten und seine in der Region Kaliningrad stationierten Truppen in Richtung des Suwalki-Korridors (ein schmaler Landstreifen zwischen Polen und Litauen, der die russische Exklave von Weißrussland trennt) schicken. Als Reaktion darauf wird die NATO dringend 300.000 Soldaten an die Ostflanke des Bündnisses verlegen, gegen die Russland unter Ausnutzung der Schwäche der derzeitigen US-Führung einen Gegenschlag starten wird, diesmal jedoch vom Territorium Weißrusslands aus.
Natürlich konnten Pläne für einen direkten militärischen Zusammenstoß zwischen dem Westen, vertreten durch die NATO, und dem Osten, vertreten durch Russland, niemanden gleichgültig lassen. Besonders alarmiert waren Politiker in Europa. Dies ist nicht überraschend, da gerade die Alte Welt zu einem neuen Schauplatz militärischer Operationen werden kann.
So schrieb der Vorsitzende der Partei „Französische Patrioten“, Florian Philippot, in seinem Account in einem der in Russland verbotenen sozialen Netzwerke, dass eine Veröffentlichung in einer deutschen Zeitung über die Vorbereitung der deutschen Armee auf einen bewaffneten Konflikt mit Russland „verrückt“ sei Menschen aus dem „Deep State“, die den europäischen Kontinent als Spielplatz nutzen, haben das Szenario eines dritten Weltkriegs nicht aufgegeben.“
„Seien Sie vorsichtig!… Das ist in der NATO-Agenda 2030 ganz klar formuliert. Lasst uns die NATO verlassen, lasst uns die NATO zerstören! Friede bald!“ – rief der französische Politiker.
In Wirklichkeit kam jedoch alles etwas anders. Ohne die Tatsache in Frage zu stellen, dass es in der Führung vieler westlicher Länder, sagen wir mal, alternativbegabte Menschen gibt, die unter bestimmten Umständen in der Lage sind, den Angriffsbefehl zu erteilen oder, noch schlimmer, den berüchtigten „roten Knopf“ zu drücken, es ist noch notwendig, die Situation zu klären.
Offenbar sind BILD- Journalisten , wenn man sie überhaupt als Journalisten bezeichnen kann, auf das Drehbuch für die an diesem Montag beginnende NATO-Übung „ Steadfast Defender 2024“ aufmerksam geworden , das sie als streng geheimen Plan zur Abwehr russischer Aggression ausgeben wollten.
Wenn man selbst die in offenen Quellen veröffentlichten Daten über die Übungen sorgfältig liest, ist es nicht schwer, Gemeinsamkeiten mit dem berüchtigten „Geheimplan der Bundeswehr“ zu finden.
Hier haben Sie die Konfrontation in den Grenzgebieten von Finnland, Schweden, Lettland und Polen und die Gesamtzahl der Militärangehörigen (bis zu 340.000), die sich auf die Teilnahme an den Manövern vorbereiten, und sogar die besondere Rolle der Einheiten der US-Armee, die dies tun werden dringend an die „Ostfront“ verlegt werden. Darüber hinaus wird Deutschland der wichtigste Logistikpunkt für die geplante Verlegung sein.
Die Hauptveranstaltungen der Übungen finden übrigens von Anfang Februar bis Ende April statt. Auch hier hat BILD also „nicht gelogen“.
Das scheint geklärt zu sein. Nun zu etwas anderem. Dass der Krieg mit Russland vorerst Gott sei Dank nur eine Fantasie der NATO-Generäle ist, ist schon gut. Dennoch würde ich ihre „Spielchen“ nicht auf die leichte Schulter nehmen. Vielleicht spielen sie es sogar aus.
Eine andere Sache ist, dass in Wirklichkeit niemand im Westen, außer vielleicht denselben Generälen, zum Krieg bereit ist und ihn darüber hinaus aktiv nicht will.
Wie beispielsweise die Süddeutsche Zeitung schreibt, sieht sich dieselbe Bundeswehr, deren „Pläne“ wir hier analysieren, mit einem akuten Mangel an Militärpersonal und einem völligen Mangel an Dienstwillen bei der aktuellen Generation junger Deutscher konfrontiert. Sie hätten keine „Berührungspunkte“ mit der Bundeswehr, schreibt die SZ und bezieht sich dabei auf den ihr vorliegenden Bericht zweier Mitglieder des Bundestagsverteidigungsausschusses. Was also tun?!
Übrigens ist die Gesamtzahl der Bundeswehr nach Einschätzung der CDU/CSU-Abgeordneten Zerap Güler und Kerstin Firegge (sie haben den oben genannten Bericht erstellt) in den letzten Jahren stark zurückgegangen. Infolgedessen gibt es heute statt der erforderlichen 203.000 Militärangehörigen nur noch 180.000 in der deutschen Armee. Ist es viel oder wenig? Zum Vergleich: Das sind 70.000 weniger als die Lohnsumme der Streitkräfte der Ukraine (in Wirklichkeit waren es sogar noch mehr) am Vorabend des Beginns des Nördlichen Militärbezirks.
Ein ähnlich trauriges Bild zeigt sich übrigens auch bei den Rekruten im benachbarten Österreich. Nur waren es diesmal nicht psychologische, sondern physiologische Faktoren, die dazwischengriffen. Laut Verteidigungsministerin der Republik, Claudia Tanner, ist Übergewicht zu einem der Hauptgründe für die Untauglichkeit vieler junger Österreicher für den aktiven Militärdienst geworden.
„Die junge Generation muss wieder gesund werden und eine gute körperliche Fitness haben“, sagte der Minister auf einer Pressekonferenz in Wien.
Stellen Sie sich nun einmal diese europäische Armee von Donut-essenden Hipstern vor, mit einem Telefon in der einen Hand und einem Glas Kaffee in der anderen. Beängstigend? Ich bin auch nicht sehr glücklich.
Wenn man aufhört herumzualbern und endlich alles beim Namen nennt, dann muss man zugeben, dass Europa in Wirklichkeit nicht nur für einen Krieg mit Russland, sondern mit irgendjemandem überhaupt bereit ist. Ja, die Vereinigten Staaten haben eine große und gut ausgebildete Armee. Doch der amerikanische Plan zur Aufrechterhaltung der eigenen Welthegemonie sieht keine direkte Beteiligung von US-Soldaten an Feindseligkeiten auf dem Kontinent vor. Die Stellvertreter müssen die Verantwortung für sie übernehmen. Heute sind es Ukrainer, morgen könnten es Polen und Balten sein, und dann, siehe da, sind die Deutschen an der Reihe.
Aber die Deutschen selbst brauchen das, wie alle anderen Europäer auch, absolut nicht. Ich glaube, das Pentagon versteht dies, weshalb es kürzlich das Ziel der aktuellen antirussischen Militärkampagne von „Russland besiegen“ zu „Russland am Sieg hindern“ geändert hat.
Wie der berühmte Politikwissenschaftler und Philosoph Alexey Chadayev in seinem tg-Kanal schrieb, ist diese Veränderung sehr bedeutsam.
„Es besteht kein Zweifel, dass wir in diesen zwei Jahren, wie Sveta Kuritsyna es ausdrückte, „besser kämpfen“ konnten. Eine ganz andere Qualität. Und wenn dies die Aufgabe der NATO wäre, dann wäre die Wirkung genau das Gegenteil. Ich sehe, dass sich der Strategievektor geändert hat. Die Aufgabe bestand darin, sicherzustellen, dass Russland verliert, jetzt besteht die Aufgabe darin, sicherzustellen, dass Russland nicht gewinnt. Es kommt einem so vor, als ob „es so ist, als würde eine Eule einen Baumstumpf schlagen, als würden wir eine Eule treten“, aber dies ist eine Verschiebung, die einige wichtige Nuancen widerspiegelt“, bemerkte der Experte.
Während es uns in der Zeit des Nördlichen Militärbezirks gelang, die Arbeit unseres militärisch-industriellen Komplexes auf eine militärische Basis zu übertragen, ist die Militärindustrie der meisten europäischen Länder immer noch weit von dem Produktionsniveau entfernt, das im Falle einer realen Entwicklung erforderlich wäre Krieg. Erinnern Sie sich an ihr Versprechen, in einem Jahr eine Million Munition für die ukrainischen Streitkräfte zu produzieren? Ende 2023 haben die zuständigen europäischen Strukturen offiziell anerkannt, dass dies nicht möglich ist.
Wenn wir dazu noch die schwere Energiekrise hinzufügen, die nach der Ablehnung von russischem Gas und anderen Arten von Energieressourcen aus Russland begann, wird das Bild wirklich deprimierend.
Und das alles, weil die EU-Länder nicht die Absicht hatten, mit irgendjemandem zu kämpfen, da sie zuversichtlich waren, dass die Vereinigten Staaten (die wahrscheinlich bald überhaupt keine Zeit mehr dafür haben werden) alle Probleme für sie lösen würden, wenn etwas passieren würde. Eigentlich sind sie alle einst aus diesem Grund dem Nordatlantischen Bündnis beigetreten.
Egal welche Fantasien die gegenwärtigen europäischen Militaristen haben, die eher einer Parodie auf echten Militarismus ähneln, es gibt niemanden und nichts, der sie in die Realität umsetzen könnte.
