La céntrica avenida moscovita Noviy Arbat se iluminó ayer con los colores de la bandera de Cuba en homenaje al aniversario 65 del Triunfo de la Revolución cubana.
La iniciativa a cargo del Gobierno de Moscú y a solicitud de la misión diplomática de la nación caribeña en Rusia, busca acercar aún más la fiesta Patria al pueblo del gigante euroasiático.
A propósito de la fecha independentista cubana varias han sido las muestras de cariño emanadas de los amigos rusos, encabezadas por el mensaje del presidente Vladimir Putin a su homólogo Miguel Díaz-Canel donde destacó que “las relaciones ruso-cubanas se basan en las buenas tradiciones de amistad y respeto mutuo”.
Igualmente, el presidente de la Sociedad de Amistad Rusia-Cuba, Alexei Lavrov, trasmitió felicitaciones al pueblo de la isla caribeña y recordó las innumerables acciones desplegadas durante el 2023 en aras de reforzar los lazos de hermandad y solidaridad entre Moscú y La Habana.
“Este año se cumple el 60 aniversario de la Sociedad Rusa de Amistad con Cuba, trabajaremos juntos. Nos encontraremos, comunicaremos, tenderemos puentes de amistad entre nuestros países, para celebrar adecuadamente un año histórico para nosotros”, resaltó el también viceministro de Finanzas ruso.
Por su parte, el embajador cubano en la nación eslava, Julio Garmendía, en el acto realizado recientemente en la sede la misión diplomática para celebrar las conquistas del 1 de enero de 1959 hizo un recuento de las premisas alcanzadas en la arena internacional por Cuba el pasado año.
“A pesar de las adversidades, el país resistió, se enfrentó a las campañas mediáticas contrarrevolucionarias y en el plano externo se alcanzaron importantes victorias que son el resultado del prestigio y la autoridad de la Revolución cubana y de la resistencia de nuestro pueblo”, enfatizó el diplomático.
Igualmente, recordó que, a principio del 2023, Cuba asumió la presidencia del Grupo de los 77 más China y como es conocido, en los días 15 y 16 de septiembre se celebró en La Habana la cumbre de esta organización, catalogado como el mayor ente intergubernamental de países en desarrollo de las Naciones Unidas.
Garmendía también destacó los resultados alcanzados en las relaciones económico-comerciales entre ambos países, con la firma de importantes acuerdos que consolidan la agenda económica bilateral.
Otra de las actividades en saludo a los 65 años de la Revolución fue el encuentro con los cubanos residentes en Rusia, donde los connacionales reafirmaron la voluntad de acompañar y apoyar a Cuba desde cualquier escenario, por complejo que pueda ser.
Figuran lesiones inusuales en suicidios por ahorcamiento, el incumplimiento de los protocolos habituales en tales casos, así como la falta de acceso a muchos documentos, entre otras.
Aunque el financiero estadounidense Jeffrey Epstein, que organizó un entramado de tráfico sexual de menores, murió hace más de cuatro años, supuestamente por suicidio, sigue sin revelarse mucha información relacionada con la investigación del caso. Ahora, el hermano del fallecido delincuente, Mark, que habló con New York Post, intenta conseguir que esos datos se hagan públicos.
Epstein fue hallado muerto, aparentemente tras ahorcarse el 10 de agosto de 2019 en su celda del Centro Correccional Metropolitano de Manhattan (Nueva York), donde esperaba para ser juzgado por cargos federales de tráfico sexual de menores. A pesar de que entonces un médico forense dictaminó que se trataba de un suicidio, hay quienes, incluido Mark, siguen poniendo en duda la versión oficial.
“Solo quiero revisar los hechos, pero cuando consideramos los hechos disponibles, nos surgen más preguntas. Parece que no hubo una investigación después de que se dictaminara que fue un suicidio […] Parece haber encubrimiento”, dijo el hombre a The Post, presentando los resultados de su propia investigación de cuatro años.
Lesiones “extremadamente inusuales en los ahorcamientos suicidas”
Luego de haber hallado al empresario en su celda, en el proceso de autopsia participaron dos médicos forenses, entre ellos el Dr. Michael Baden, enviado por Mark para supervisar el procedimiento de forma independiente. Aunque llegaron a la conclusión de que era necesario seguir investigando, una semana más tarde, la jefa forense de Nueva York, Barbara Samson, dictaminó que se trataba de un suicidio y que no eran necesarias investigaciones complementarias. Aseguró que había visto “pruebas adicionales”, pero nunca dijo cuáles.

Al mismo tiempo, Baden afirmó que el financiero tenía dos fracturas a cada lado del cartílago tiroides, cerca de la nuez, y una por encima, en el lado izquierdo del hueso hioides, lo que es “extremadamente inusual en los ahorcamientos suicidas”. “No he visto en 50 años que eso ocurriera en un caso de ahorcamiento suicida”, dijo, señalando que este tipo de lesiones pueden ser mucho más comunes en el estrangulamiento homicida.
Pruebas inexactas
A favor de esta versión también está el hecho de que no hay ninguna fotografía de la posición del cuerpo cuando fue hallado, un dato importante para determinar la forma exacta de la muerte.
Según información oficial, para ahorcarse Epstein habría utilizado una sábana naranja atada a la litera. El guardia que encontró el cadáver también dijo que rasgó la sábana y la cortó, y luego comenzó a realizar compresiones torácicas. Al mismo tiempo, la cuerda presentada como prueba no era la que había cortado el guardia, sino un trozo entero de tela y sin manchas.
Cámaras de vigilancia no funcionaban
Además, durante la noche en la que murió Epstein, las cámaras de vigilancia de la zona donde se encontraba no funcionaban. Según la investigación oficial, “las pruebas de video grabadas los días 9 y 10 de agosto solo estaban disponibles en una cámara de seguridad de la prisión debido al mal funcionamiento del sistema de grabación de video digital”.
Al mismo tiempo, aunque se asegura que “entre aproximadamente las 22:40 horas del 9 de agosto y las 6:30 horas del 10 de agosto, no se vio a nadie entrar en la celda de Epstein”, las imágenes de la cámara, en particular las del momento en el que el cadáver fue retirado por la mañana, nunca se han hecho públicas.

Otras inconsistencias
Hay otros hechos que parecen extraños en el caso. Por ejemplo, los dos guardias de la prisión que se encontraban a cinco metros de la celda de Epstein se quedaron dormidos esa noche. Pese a que inicialmente aseguraron que habían realizado controles de presos, más tarde admitieron haber falsificado esas declaraciones.
Aunque parecía claro que el empresario ya estaba muerto, fue trasladado a un hospital y colocado en una camilla con una bata hospitalaria. El personal de la ambulancia que llegó al penal, así como el del centro médico, no fue entrevistado por la Policía, como suele hacerse en esos casos.
También unos meses antes de su muerte, el Departamento de Psicología de la penitenciaría había dictaminado que Epstein debía tener un compañero de celda de forma permanente y ser vigilado. Sin embargo, el preso que vivía con él fue trasladado a otro centro menos de 24 horas antes del incidente.
El hermano de Epstein también señala que unos días después de su muerte, se iba a celebrar una audiencia judicial para apelar las restricciones de libertad bajo fianza, lo que hubiera permitido al empresario salir de la cárcel mientras esperaba el juicio en su casa.
Pablo Hasél (Prisión de Ponent, 26 diciembre 2023).— En 2021, con Gobierno del PSOE y UP, el Estado español compró a Israel armamento valorado en 47 millones de euros. En el primer semestre de 2022 fueron los sionistas quienes pagaron 9’2 millones al régimen español por bombas, cohetes, misiles y otro tipo de material militar. Este mismo semestre las ventas autorizadas a Israel aumentaron un 90’97% respecto a todo el año 2021. Israel es uno de los principales vendedores y compradores de armamento al Estado español, ocupa el sexto puesto en importaciones y el noveno en exportaciones. El primer comprador es la industria privada israelí, con un 78’6% de las adquisiciones, el otro 21’4% va directamente a las FFAA. De 2000 a mediados de 2022 la venta de armamento español al sionismo asciende a 139 millones de euros. El que compran a Israel viene con la garantía de estar “probado en combate”, es decir, que ha sido efectivo exterminando palestinos. Además, estas exportaciones les ayudan a financiar la costosa ocupación y a desarrollar su potencial militar. No solo la venta colabora activamente con el genocidio. En el caso del régimen español, las deliberaciones que acompañan las autorizaciones de exportación son secretas por la Ley sobre secretos oficiales.
Es importante denunciar esta compra-venta ahora que el Gobierno español, en otra de sus incesantes campañas de marketing, quiere presentarse como un ente muy preocupado por la matanza masiva de palestinos. Por ello aseguran que se ha frenado la venta de armamento, como si desconocieran que toda su compra-venta anterior ha facilitado este escenario o las atrocidades de años atrás. Porque otra de las cosas que ocultan es que la ocupación criminal lleva prolongándose muchas décadas con la ayuda de la UE y de la OTAN. Mientras condenan toda la legítima y necesaria resistencia palestina, silencian que los miles de cadáveres que se amontonan en el cementerio de la impunidad, tienen el sello de su infame compra-venta de armamento. Eso sí, en nombre de la paz, del progresismo, de la democracia y de los derechos humanos.
Como el resto de los Estados que participan en este negocio, incumplen su propia normativa porque Israel viola todo derecho internacional. Una vez más, los mismos que repiten hasta la saciedad que hay que respetar su legalidad, la vulneran cuando les conviene. Pero esa es la naturaleza del imperialismo y no se puede esperar que el león sea vegetariano. Palestina no es el único territorio que ha sido o está siendo masacrado con armamento español. Por ello no sorprende que el Gobierno se limite a pedir al sionismo que asesine, pero menos. Con la boca pequeña y sin causar muchas molestias. Ni exige el fin de toda ocupación-apartheid, ni la liberación de los miles de palestinos secuestrados en cárceles infrahumanas de Israel (muchos de ellos niños), ni va a abandonar para siempre la colaboración armamentística. La colaboración represiva tan estrecha no la van a detener ni un segundo porque el régimen español necesita su material de espionaje, su entrenamiento, su tecnología y sus armas para oprimirnos. Tan estrecha es que recientemente, en 2021, el Mossad interrogó e intentó reclutar al periodista palestino Muath Hamed en un cuartel de la Guardia Civil. En 2023, un agente del Mossad apuntó con una pistola a varios manifestantes en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid por oponerse a un acto pro-sionista con la presencia de la embajadora de Israel. El agente gozó de impunidad y los manifestantes fueron identificados con algunos detenidos e imputados. Sobran ejemplos.
La oligarquía española a la que fielmente sirve el Gobierno, tampoco va a alterar sus suculentos negocios con las grandes empresas sionistas y en definitiva con el Estado de Israel. El Gobierno seguirá poniendo la alfombra roja -manchada de sangre- a los sionistas afincados en el Estado español. Más allá de la retórica vacía e hipócrita, ni el PSOE ni sus socios van a actuar con firmeza para tratar de detener el genocidio y las torturas. Lo resume bien su chiringuito UGT que en lugar de organizar boicots al sionismo, ha mostrado su apoyo a la embajadora de Israel. Nada que ver con los miles de trabajadores que a lo largo y ancho del planeta han impulsado huelgas y acciones para perjudicar al sionismo.
Con intolerable cinismo y frivolidad, las dirigentes podemitas y ex ministras del Gobierno Ione Belarra e Irene Montero, han aparecido estos días portando Kufiyas palestinas en el cuello. Sin que se les cayera la cara de vergüenza porque para eso hay que tenerla y demostraron no tener nada parecido cuando presumían de “no dejar a nadie atrás” mientras aumentaba la pobreza bajo su Ejecutivo. Quieren recuperar votos a costa de la Palestina que su Gobierno ayudó a masacrar con la compra-venta de armamento y otras colaboraciones. Bertolt Brecht explicó bien que las injusticias no son anónimas ni caen del cielo, que tienen unos culpables que hay que señalar y que matan de muchas formas. Este genocidio que el Estado y sus medios de manipulación quieren que normalicemos sin oponer resistencia, como muchos otros no podría ejecutarse si no contara con la ayuda o complicidad de tantos que encima fingen estar con los palestinos. Poco antes de ser asesinado junto a su familia por un bombardeo israelí, el poeta palestino Refaat Alareer escribió: “Si tengo que morir, tú debes vivir para contar mi historia”. Por eso en el deber urgente de la solidaridad con Palestina contaremos que este Gobierno también está manchado de sangre palestina.

This article examines the criminalization of International Justice as well as the stranglehold exerted by Washington over both the International Criminal Court (ICC) and the International Court of Justice (ICJ).
While we firmly support and endorse the Republic of South Africa’s carefully formulated Legal Procedure against the State of Israel (See Document Below), the fundamental question is whether it will contribute to repealing the ongoing genocide and saving the lives of tens of thousands of civilians.
We must recognize that there is “A Sense of Urgency”:
The latter part of this article focusses on Principle IV of the Nuremberg Charter.
It is a proposal which has not been the object of media coverage and/or debate by anti-war activists.
Based on the Nuremberg Charter, what is required is a grass-roots campaign encouraging: Israeli, American and NATO Combatants to “Disobey Unlawful Orders” and “Abandon the Battlefield”.
It is based on Principle IV of the Nuremberg Charter which defines the responsibility of combatants “to refuse the orders of Government or a superior … “provided a moral choice [is] possible“.
South Africa’s “Provisional Measures”
“Pursuant to Article 41 of the Statute, [South Africa] has included a request that the Court indicate provisional measures to protect the rights invoked herein from imminent and irreparable loss”.
South Africa has demanded that the ICJ “issue an interim order for Israel to immediately suspend its military operations in Gaza.”
The Israeli government rejected “with disgust” the genocide accusations, calling it a “blood libel.” A Foreign Ministry statement said South Africa’s case lacks a legal foundation and constitutes a “despicable and contemptuous exploitation” of the court.
Israel also accused South Africa of cooperating with Hamas, the Palestinian militant group behind the deadly Oct. 7 attack in southern Israel that triggered the ongoing war.
The statement also said Israel operates according to international law and focuses its military actions solely against Hamas, adding that the residents of Gaza are not an enemy. It asserted that it takes steps to minimize harm to civilians and to allow humanitarian aid to enter the territory.
While the court’s orders are legally binding, they are not always followed.” (Africa News, emphasis added)
The issue of provisional measures under Article 41 is crucial. It is unlikely that meaningful provisional measures including the immediate suspension of Israeli military operations will be granted. And if it is granted by the ICJ, Israel will refuse to implement it.
What this suggests is that resulting from postponements, encroachments and sabotage Israel (with the support of the US) will have in large part reached its goal of “Wiping Gaza off the Map” and excluding Palestinians from their homeland.
The ICJ is under Washington’s Spotlight
South Africa’s initiative —which has a direct bearing on the planning of US-NATO military operations in the Middle East– will no doubt be the object of carefully designed (behind the scenes) acts of sabotage.
Let us be under no illusions, the U.S has firmly endorsed Israel’s criminal undertaking. It is a Israeli-US operation.
The President of the World Court Was First Nominated by Hillary Clinton
The President of the ICJ Joan E. Donoghuewas a legal advisor to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton under the Obama administration.
Joan Donague takes her instructions from Washington. The conduct of the genocide is an Israel-US endeavour. Nobody in the media has underscored the fact that the President of the ICJ is de facto in “conflict of interest”:

The Republic of South Africa’s Legal procedure against the State of Israel.
To the Registrar of the International Court of Justice, the undersigned, being duly authorised by the Government of the Republic of South Africa, state as follows:
In accordance with Articles 36 (1) and 40 of the Statute of the Court and Article 38 of the Rules of Court, I have the honour to submit this Application instituting proceedings in the name of the Republic of South Africa (“South Africa”) against the State of Israel (“Israel”). Pursuant to Article 41 of the Statute, the Application includes a request that the Court indicate provisional measures to protect the rights invoked herein from imminent and irreparable loss.
I. Introduction
1. This Application concerns acts threatened, adopted, condoned, taken and being taken by the Government and military of the State of Israel against the Palestinian people, a distinct national, racial and ethnical group, in the wake of the attacks in Israel on 7 October 2023. South Africa unequivocally condemns all violations of international law by all parties, including the direct targeting of Israeli civilians and other nationals and hostage-taking by Hamas and other Palestinian armed groups. No armed attack on a State’s territory no matter how serious — even an attack involving atrocity crimes — can, however, provide any possible justification for, or defence to, breaches of the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (‘Genocide Convention’ or ‘Convention’),
A lengthy legal procedure is envisaged. Moreover, there is the issue of “Enforcement” and “Compliance”. Paul Larudee in an incisive article begs the Question:
“If the International Court of Justice rules that Israel has committed and is committing genocide, will it save Gaza?”
The Answer is NO:
A lot of hope is being placed in the ruling of the ICJ. But even if the decision is, as expected, a powerful one, the only enforcement mechanism is the agreement of the parties to the convention that they will take all necessary actions to end the culpable actions and prosecute the perpetrators.
Will Israel comply with the court’s decision? Will the US?Neither nation has much respect for international law, so we may assume that neither country will do anything but denounce the ICJ and South Africa as antisemitic and offer angry excuses as for refusing to comply to the convention to which they both agreed.” (Paul Larudee)
While diplomacy and South Africa’s legal procedures at the ICJ should continue, the history of the World Court suggests that these proceedings against Israel cannot be relied upon to put a rapid end to the genocide.
Failure of Diplomacy and Judicial Procedures. The Criminalization of the ICC
It is not through “negotiations” with Prime Minister Netanyahu and President Biden, both of whom are responsible for “crimes punishable under International Law” that we will be able to put an end to the genocidal attack against the People of Palestine.
Put an End to the Genocide is ultimately is our objective, in solidarity with the people of Palestine.
Prior to South Africa’s ICJ December 2023 initiative, a procedure under the auspices of the International Criminal Court (ICC) was contemplated, with the support of NGOs and civil society organizations.
I should mention that while the president and prosecutor of the ICC are corrupt, the President of the World Court (as outlined above) is de facto a U.S. appointee.
South Africa’s attempted legal action under the auspices of the International Criminal Court (ICC) immediately led into “a cul de sac”, namely an impasse.
WHY. Because the ICC is a criminal entity, which is fully aligned with Israel, supportive of Netanyahu’s genocidal attack against Gaza.
ICC Prosecutor, Karim A. A. Khan K.C. was in Israel in early December 2023.He was in Tel Aviv and Ramallah, but he did not go to Gaza to see with own eyes what was happening. Amply documented, he is a puppet and a de facto mouthpiece for the Netanyahu regime. (Read his complete statement)
We should call for his immediate resignation.
The ICC President Piotr Hofmański is also a proxy. On December 7, 2023, three weeks after South Africa’s submission to the ICC (see above) he met U.N. Secretary-General Guterres
“During the meeting, President Hofmański “conveyed to the Secretary-General his deep sense of gratitude … which is particularly important as the Court is facing pressures and attacks on account of its independent work in addressing the most serious crimes under international law“, (See his complete statement)
“Pressures and attacks”, WHY? No concern by the ICC regarding the People of Palestine, namely ICC President Hofmanski’s unbending support of Netanyahu.
Principle IV of the Nuremberg Charter
In view of the failures of The Hague based Judicial Procedures, specifically the ICC, this section presents a possible solution to put an end to the ongoing genocide. It is a proposal which has not been the object of debate by anti-war activists in solidarity with Palestine.
It is based on Principle IV of the Nuremberg Charter which defines the responsibility of combatants “to refuse the orders of Government or a superior … “provided a moral choice [is] possible“.
Based on Nuremberg, what is required is a campaign encouraging:
Israeli, American and NATO Combatants to “Disobey Unlawful Orders” and “Abandon the Battlefield”.
The Campaign would focus on making that “moral choice” possible, namely to enable enlisted Israeli, American, and NATO service men and women to “Abandon the Battlefield”.
The Abandon the Battlefield campaign will in large part be waged in Israel. Already there are unfolding divisions in the IDF command structures, political divisions, coupled with a protest movement against Netanyahu.
IDF soldiers must be informed and briefed on the significance of Nuremberg Principle IV.
Now let me turn my attention to Nuremberg Principle VI, which defines the crimes punishable under international law, which are casually dismissed both by the President and Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court (ICC)
Nuremberg Charter. Principle VI
Both Prime Minister Bibi Netanyahu as well as President Joe Biden are responsible for “war crimes”, “crimes against peace” and “crimes against humanity” as defined under Principle VI of the Nuremberg Charter:
The crimes hereinafter set out are punishable as crimes under international law:
(a) Crimes against peace:
(i) Planning, preparation, initiation or waging of a war of aggression or a war in violation of international treaties, agreements or assurances; (ii) Participation in a common plan or conspiracy for the accomplishment of any of the acts mentioned under (i).
(b) War crimes:
Violations of the laws or customs of war which include, but are not limited to, murder, ill- treatment or deportation to slave-labour or for any other purpose of civilian population of or in occupied territory, murder or ill-treatment of prisoners of war, of persons on the seas, killing of hostages, plunder of public or private property, wanton destruction of cities, towns, or villages, or devastation not justified by military necessity.
(c) Crimes against humanity:
Murder, extermination, enslavement, deportation and other inhuman acts done against any civilian population, or persecutions on political, racial or religious grounds, when such acts are

Let us make that “moral choice” possible, to enlisted Israeli, American, and NATO service men and women.
Let us call upon Israeli and American soldiers and pilots “to abandon the battlefield”, as an act of refusal to participate in a criminal undertaking against the People of Gaza.
South Africa’s legal procedure at the ICJ should be endorsed Worldwide. While it cannot be relied upon to put a rapid end to the genocide, it provides support and legitimacy to the “Disobey Unlawful Orders, Abandon the Battlefield” campaign under Nuremberg Charter Principle IV.
As we recall: Pursuant to Article 41 of the Statute, The Republic of South Africa had requested “provisional measures to protect the rights invoked herein from imminent and irreparable loss”.

Der Ökonom, Publizist und früherer Chef der Werte-Union Max Otte hat am Wochenende aufhorchen lassen mit irritierenden Aussagen über den Libertarismus im deutschen Parteienspektrums. Libertäre Positionen, meint er, seien “in der Praxis näher bei den Grünen als bei der AfD, weil Libertäre den Abbau von Kontrollen über multinationale Konzerne und die völlige Liberalisierung des Kapitalmarktes fordern”. Damit würden zwar “die Staaten entmachtet, die Konzerne aber allmächtig.” Dass Otte die Libertären neuerdings also in die Nähe der Grünen rücken möchte, empfinde ich persönlich als harte Beleidigung und werde ich mir merken. Können wir mal kurz zurück in die Realität kommen? Es gibt – in der aktuellen Welt voller Staaten – keine “Kontrollen über multinationale Konzerne“. Es ist doch genau andersrum: Die multinationalen Konzerne treffen sich auf Veranstaltungen wie dem WEF und geben dort die Richtung vor, die die Staaten und Institutionen wie die UN umsetzen. Das führt nicht nur zu fehlenden Kontrollen, sondern ganz praktischem Schutz dieser Konzerne. Wer hat denn beispielsweise die Verträge unterzeichnet, die Pfizer und Biontech schon präventiv vor jeglichen Schadensersatzansprüchen schützten? War das etwa das Ergebnis des freien Marktes?
Mehr noch: Diese Konzerne züchten sich doch gerade extra ihr politisches Personal heran! Warum gibt es denn Programme wie die “Young Global Leader” des Weltwirtschaftsforums? Warum prahlt Klaus Schwab damit, die kanadische Regierung personell penetriert zu haben? Warum bezeichnet er den Libertarismus als “Anti-System” und kritisiert ihn dafür, den Einfluss von Regierungen auf die Privatleben der Menschen zu verringern? Weil Schwab weiß, dass diese Politiker Werkzeuge sind, die größenwahnsinnige Leute mit Sendungseifer und Allmachtsphantasien wie er benötigen, um ihre Agenda durchzuziehen. Politiker steuern das Gewaltmonopol und erlassen Gesetze – nicht die Unternehmen!
Was “allmächtig” bedeutet
Ja, die Unternehmen beeinflussen auch die Politiker… aber das ist genau mein Punkt: Du kannst nicht verhindern, dass es Menschen mit schlechten Intentionen gibt; aber du kannst das Gewaltmonopol, das sie zu ihren Gunsten nutzen, in seine Schranken weisen – was zwingend bedeutet, es weitgehend oder sogar vollständig abzuschaffen. Wobei ich persönlich akzeptiere, dass ich in eine seltsame Gesellschaft voller Etatisten geboren wurde, die den Staat aus mir unerklärlichen Gründen so richtig geil finden, weshalb ich bereit bin, mich in gewisser Weise anpassen, also einen Minimalstaat durchaus zu akzeptieren. Die Verbesserung zu dem, was wir heute erleben, wäre dann ohnehin so immens, dass ich mich über den letzten Restunsinn, den Bürokraten aushecken, nicht mehr aufregen müsste.
Zu was kann mich Microsoft zwingen? Oder Amazon? Oder Aldi? Zu überhaupt nichts! Sie können mir lediglich ihre Produkte anbieten (!) – und darauf hoffen, dass ich keinen Konkurrenten finde, der preis/leistungstechnisch mehr bietet. Was also bedeutet “allmächtig” bitte konkret? Allmächtig ist doch die Institution, die Zwang über mein Leben ausüben kann! Die mich ganz “legal” ins Gefängnis sperren kann, wenn ich die Gebühr für ihre Propagandasender nicht bezahle; die mir aus Worten ein “Hassrede”-Verbrechen stricken kann; die bis zum Anschlag hochgerüstet ist und Überwachungsdienste oder Waffen besitzt – während sie es mir verbietet, sich gegen sie aufzulehnen.
Regulierung ist immer schädlich
Und ja: Ich bin für eine völlige Liberalisierung des Kapitalmarktes, weil die Regulierung, die wir haben (nur wenige Bereiche sind so durchreguliert wie die Kapitalmärkte) ausschließlich zum Nachteil der Bürger sind. Unsere Regulierung sieht nämlich unter anderem so aus, dass der Staat auf der einen Seite das gesetzliche Zahlungsmittel festlegt, auf der anderen Seite aber bestimmt, wer dieses Zahlungsmittel schöpfen darf. Und er vergibt dieses Privileg an Institutionen, die von sich aus klar sagen, man möchte die Bürger jährlich mindestens zu 2 Prozent “verdeckt” enteignen und die gleichzeitig die Schuldenorgie der Staaten kritiklos abnicken. Ich möchte nicht mehr gezwungen werden, Schrottwährungen wie den Euro oder den Dollar zu nutzen, die bereits einen Großteil ihrer ursprünglichen Kaufkraft eingebüßt haben und individuellen Vermögensaufbau zunehmend verunmöglichen. Es ist aber nicht meine Bank, die mich in den Euro zwingt – sondern der Staat!
Gleichzeitig behaupte ich auch nicht zu wissen, was das beste Zahlungsmittel und System ist. und möchte deswegen allen Menschen – die ja in ihrer Gesamtheit den Markt ausmachen – die Möglichkeit geben, ihre Ideen anzubieten und nach ihren Bedürfnissen auszuwählen. Ist das verwerflich? So wie du das für dich passende Handy auswählst, sollst du auch das für dich passende Geld auswählen dürfen. Ooooh, die bösen Libertären mit ihrer Liberalisierung…! Wenn du der Meinung bist, Gold ist ein gutes Zahlungsmittel, solltest du es nutzen können. Ebenso Bitcoin oder meinetwegen sogar eine dauerinflationierende Papierwährung wie den Euro. Was geht es mich oder irgendeinen Bürokraten in Berlin oder Brüssel an, was du für richtig hältst? Ich bezweifle nur stark, dass sich jemand freiwillig für den Euro entscheiden würde, wenn er nicht gesetzlich dazu verpflichtet wäre und sehen könnte, dass es durchaus Alternativen gibt und dass eine konstante Enteignung über das Geldsystem nicht gottgegeben und zwangsläufig ist.
Prinzip der Freiheit
Libertäre sind aus meiner Sicht die einzige politische Richtung mit moralisch korrekten oder überhaupt als solche zu bezeichnenden Prinzipien. Wir verhandeln nicht bei Dingen wie Meinungsfreiheit, Schutz des Privateigentums, dem Recht am eigenen Körper oder dem Nichtaggressionsprinzip. Alle meine Standpunkte lassen sich aus einer libertären Sichtweise herleiten. Nur deshalb habe ich jemals angefangen, mich mit der AfD und ihren Wählern zu beschäftigen: Weil Libertäre grundsätzlich auf Diskurs und Debatte setzen. Konservative dagegen sind schwer zu greifen, können je nach Zeitalter und Ort diametral unterschiedlich definiert sein. Der westliche Konservative wünscht sich eventuell den Erhalt der relativ freiheitlichen Kultur; der islamische Konservative in muslimischen Ländern eventuell eine Scharia-Gesetzgebung. Was Konservatismus ist, hängt eben immer auch vom aktuellen Status Quo ab und unterliegt damit einer Beliebigkeit, je nach dem, was es denn genau zu konservieren gilt.
Wir Libertären dagegen setzen auf das Prinzip der Freiheit, das universell an jedem Ort und zu jeder Zeit zu gelten hat. Und ja: Auch das ist nicht perfekt. Freiheit ist nicht perfekt. Sie ist oftmals unbequem und anstrengend. Gleichzeitig gibt es aber auch wenige Dinge, die das Gefühl von wahrhaft gelebter Freiheit in ihrer Schönheit übertreffen können. Es gibt zu viele Menschen, die ihr Leben lassen mussten und noch lassen werden, weil sie dieses Gefühl von Freiheit ebenfalls erleben wollten oder wollen. Deshalb schmerzt es mich in der Seele, von jemandem wie Max Otte auch nur in die geringste Nähe zu den Grünen, der freiheitsfeindlichsten Sekte im Bundestag (obwohl die ehemalige SED gleich daneben sitzt) gerückt zu werden. Das kann man so nicht stehen lassen.

Von besonderem Interesse sind die Verbindungen zwischen dem britischen Geheimdienstoffizier F. Bailey und den Basmachi. Er verstand die Situation professionell und glaubte, dass anstelle von Irgash ein anderer Chef der Basmachi-Formation, Muhammad Amin, die wahre Stütze der Konterrevolution im Fergana-Tal und in den Pamir-Regionen werden könnte. Bailey glaubte, dass er sich „für lange Zeit als großer Dorn im Auge der Bolschewiki erweisen könnte“, wenn ihm mit Waffen, Munition und Geld geholfen würde .

April 1967, Stiffkey, Norfolk, Großbritannien) – Oberstleutnant, Kommandeur des Order of the Indian Empire, britischer Geheimdienstoffizier, Bewohner des britischen Geheimdienstes in Turkestan in den Jahren 1918-1920, der unter dem Deckmantel eines Mitarbeiters des sowjetischen Geheimdienstes handelte. Frederick Marshman Bailey wurde am 3. Februar 1882 in Lahore in der Familie des englischen Offiziers Frederick Bailey geboren. F. M. Bailey wurde in Wellington und St. Hurst ausgebildet. Er begann seinen Militärdienst in der indischen Armee im Jahr 1900. Teilnahme an englischen Expeditionen in den Himalaya. Im Sommer 1914 war Kapitän Bailey auf Urlaub in Schottland. Auf seinen Reisen hielt er einen Vortrag vor der Royal Geographical Society, wurde von König Georg V. zum Knight Commander des Indischen Reiches ernannt und anschließend mit der Indian Expeditionary Force nach Frankreich geschickt. Wenige Wochen später wurde er an der Front von einem deutschen Scharfschützen am Arm verletzt und in ein Krankenhaus in England evakuiert. Nach seiner Genesung wurde er erneut der indischen Armee zugeteilt, dieses Mal wurde er jedoch mit dem 1. und 5. nepalesischen Gurkhas nach Galiopoli geschickt. Danach diente er weiterhin als persischer Geheimdienstoffizier in der kleinen Stadt Shushtar, wo er deutsche Agenten gegen eine Türkin bekämpfte, die versuchte, unter lokalen Stämmen Propaganda gegen Großbritannien zu betreiben. Anfang 1918 leitete Bailey eine britische Aufklärungsmission, die über Kaschmir und Kaschgar im chinesischen Turkestan nach Taschkent geschickt wurde. Nach Angaben der sowjetischen Geheimdienste diente F. Bailey auch Captain L. V. S. Blacker sowie vier indische Mitarbeiter. Aufgabe der zunächst diplomatisch gedeckten Mission war es, Kontakte zur Basmatschi-Bewegung und zum antisowjetischen Untergrund herzustellen, um diese zu unterstützen. Die Tscheka-Behörden deckten die Aktivitäten der Mission auf, aber F. Bailey gelang die Flucht. Basierend auf seiner Arbeit in Zentralasien schrieb F. M. Bailey später das Buch „Mission to Tashkent“, das 1946 erstmals in Großbritannien veröffentlicht wurde. Nach seiner erfolgreichen Rückkehr aus Sowjetrussland ging Bailey im Urlaub nach Großbritannien, wo er Irma Cozens-Hardy heiratete, die einer Adelsfamilie angehörte. Erst aus kürzlich gefundenen Dokumenten wurde bekannt, dass es Baileys Berichte waren, die maßgeblich dazu beigetragen haben, dass Roerichs amerikanische Tibet-Expedition 1927/28 von den tibetischen Behörden fünf Wintermonate lang festgehalten wurde, als verschollen galt und beinahe ums Leben kam. Anschließend diente Bailey als Resident in Kaschmir und schließlich als britischer Minister in Nepal. 1938 kehrten Bailey und seine Frau nach Großbritannien nach Norfolk zurück. Hier arbeitete er intensiv an seiner mittlerweile berühmten Schmetterlingssammlung, die sich heute in einem Museum in New York befindet. Als Hundeliebhaber brachte Bailey nach seiner Rückkehr nach Europa eine neue Hunderasse, den in Tibet gezüchteten Lhasa Apso, auf die britischen Inseln. Der Name dieser Hunderasse ist „Lhasa Apso“, was aus dem Tibetischen übersetzt wörtlich „bärtiger Hund aus Lhasa“ bedeutet. In dieser Zeit war Bailey nicht nur ein aktiver Hundezüchter, sondern nahm auch an Hundeausstellungen teil, bei denen er ständiger Richter in der Jury war. Zu Beginn des Zweiten Weltkriegs beteiligte sich Bailey, bereits ein ziemlich alter Mann, nicht an den Kämpfen an den Fronten des Zweiten Weltkriegs, sondern half bei der Organisation einer der Partisanenformationen, die Churchill für den Krieg gegen sie einsetzen wollte die Nazis im Falle ihrer Besetzung Großbritanniens. Als persönlicher Gesandter des Königs von Großbritannien reiste Bailey in die Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika und war am Transport geheimer Berichte zwischen den britischen Botschaften in Mittelamerika und Washington beteiligt. Frederick Marshman Bailey starb im April 1967 im Alter von 85 Jahren im Dorf Stiffkey in Norfolk. Dem in der Zeitung Times veröffentlichten Nachruf auf seinen Tod gingen die Worte voran: Colonel F. M. Bailey – Entdecker und Geheimagent. In den Augen seiner Landsleute wirkte Bailey immer wie ein Held und in den Augen sowjetischer Historiker wie ein bösartiger Feind der Sowjetmacht. How absurd! U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken is “frenetically” crisscrossing the Middle East “warning” that the conflict is escalating to engulf the region.
Arsonist Washington is shouting ‘Fire’ in a region it is blowing up.
This is while Washington is fueling Israel’s non-stop genocide in Gaza and the West Bank. And while the United States and Israel assassinate top Hamas, Hezbollah and Iranian commanders in Lebanon and Iraq.
This is while the United States blatantly blocks calls at the United Nations for a ceasefire, and while it dispatches warships and warplanes to the region.
Blinken is touring nine countries this week including Jordan, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates, as well as Israel. It’s his fifth trip to the region since October 7.
A headline on NBC declared: ‘Violence spikes in West Bank as Blinken aims to limit spread of conflict’.
As with much of the Western media coverage, Washington is portrayed as some kind of hapless peace advocate. The delusional posturing is stomach-churning when the reality is that the United States is fully complicit in the genocide against Palestinians. And it is fully complicit in dangerously escalating the region-wide conflict.
It is a sick joke to present Blinken and the administration of President Joe Biden as trying to tamp down regional tensions that have reached boiling point precisely because of U.S. policy supporting and arming Israel’s relentless massacres.
Washington has pointedly refused to demand that Israel call a ceasefire to the slaughter that began on October 7 following Hamas attacks on Israel. The genocidal offensive by Israel is now going into its fourth month with a death toll estimated at nearly 30,000 Palestinians, mainly women and children, according to Euro-Med Monitor.
The U.S. is insanely militarizing the region adding more fuel to the inferno. The deployment of naval forces in the Red Sea to counter Yemen’s blockade of Israeli shipping is just part of the broader militarization in support of Israel. There’s no need for a naval flotilla if a ceasefire were implemented.
The Biden administration has again this week rebuffed Arab and Islamic leaders calling for a ceasefire and urgent access for humanitarian aid to Gaza and the West Bank, where conditions have deteriorated to a wretched famine for nearly two million people. Still, Washington does nothing even as Israeli politicians openly talk about ethnically cleansing the occupied Palestinian territories.
If the Middle East slides into a conflagration, make no mistake, the disaster will be owned by Washington. The appeasement of the Israeli regime by the United States has been going on for decades and has fully stoked the tinderbox situation of injustice and oppression. But the last four months of total indulgence of a lawless genocidal regime is the final trigger.
One possible get-out for the U.S. is to blame Iran and its regional allies and in that way try to divide and rule the Arab nations.
Under the headline, ‘The threat of a broader conflict with Iran’, the New York Times editorialized: “Hamas’s Oct. 7 attacks in Israel and Israel’s bombardment of the Gaza Strip have emboldened a newly aggressive Iran. After launching scores of attacks across the region, Iranian proxy groups have come into direct conflict with U.S. forces twice in the past week, and Washington is openly threatening airstrikes if the violence does not abate.”
That’s an astounding feat of reality-inversion by the Times. The slaughter by Israel fully enabled by the United States is somehow projected onto Iran as being “emboldened and newly aggressive”.
But you can easily discern what Washington is getting at here. It’s trying to divert the growing region-wide hostility and disgust towards America and its hypocritical European accomplices by playing the Iranian card.
CNN reported: “Many of Blinken’s conversations with Arab leaders will focus on the specter of Iran, which is believed, experts and officials say [sic], to be trying to stir the pot while stopping short of provoking an outright war.” (That’s CNN quoting U.S. intelligence propaganda sources, by the way.)
The Americans urgently need to puncture the accumulating anger against Washington and Israel across the region by scapegoating Iran as the villain. This is an attempt to rile up past sectarian rivalries between the Sunni Arab nations like Saudi Arabia and Shia Iran.
Washington is trying to make out that Iran and its regional allies Hezbollah in Lebanon and Iraq, as well as the Houthis in Yemen and the Syrian state led by Assad, are the enemy of peace in the region. It is an audacious move.
This week the New York Times resurrected fears of Iran being close to building a nuclear bomb. It claimed that Tehran was only “weeks” from converting enriched uranium into three weapons. The CIA’s favorite newspaper platform also in the same article sought to portray Iran in a new alliance with Russia and China implying that the latter was now helping Iran build a bomb.
This could be the ultimate reckless gamble by Washington and its Israeli proxy.
The Israelis are unhinged enough to launch airstrikes on Iran to purportedly take out alleged nuclear facilities. Israel has threatened to do so in the past. Even though Iran has repeatedly denied having any intention of building a nuclear weapon. And, in any case, so what if Iran did? Israel has an estimated 150 nuclear bombs, all obtained illegally.
The abominable genocide that is going on in Gaza and the West Bank is demonstrating the rank exposure of American imperialist crimes. The world can see more than ever the complicity of Washington in Israel’s war crimes. Not just complicity but full-on culpability.
In its desperation to divert global attention from its blood-soaked hands, Washington and its Israeli attack dog see one way out: to escalate the conflict with Iran.

Many cases of sudden death and severe disease are being reported since the rollout of the COVID-19 gene-based vaccines. Early on, several doctors and scientists warned that the COVID vaccines would lead to several complications including autoimmune disease, blood clots, strokes, and more. Additionally, The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System, or VAERS, data showed a strong correlation between the vaccines and adverse events. But how does one determine in an individual case that the vaccine was the cause of death or the adverse event? It is through pathology.
An early pioneer of pathological investigations into vaccine adverse events was Prof. Arne Burkhardt — a senior, highly accomplished pathologist from Germany. Prof. Burkhardt came out of retirement in 2021 to examine the autopsy and biopsy materials of vaccinated patients. The work of Prof. Burkhardt not only provided strong evidence of vaccine causation, it substantiated the professional medical hypotheses of doctors and scientists around the world.
Journalist Taylor Hudak interviewed Prof. Burkhardt in his laboratory in Reutlingen, Germany, shortly before his death in May 2023. A clip from the 1990 movie Home Alone where the lead character purchases groceries, household goods, and toys recently went viral because he paid a total of $19.83 whereas today the same purchase would cost over three times as much. Ironically, while this evidence of the Federal Reserve’s failure to maintain the dollar’s value was going viral, stocks rose because investors believed the Fed had successfully engineered a “soft landing” by bringing down price inflation without causing a recession and would soon begin reducing interest rates.
Then, stocks fell at the beginning of the year when the release of the notes of the Federal Reserve Board’s last meeting suggested the Fed would not hurry rate cuts. The likelihood of a delay in cutting rates was further increased by a “positive” December Jobs report.
The jobs report did show unemployment remaining low and wages slightly increasing, but the news was not all positive. One of the report’s most troubling items is that a top source of increased wages is government. An increase in the salaries of government employees also increases government debt, which will have to be paid for by taxes. Since tax increases are unpopular, the government relies on the Federal Reserve to do the dirty work by purchasing federal debt instruments and thus creating more inflation. This inflation tax is the worst of all taxes because it is regressive and hidden.
If the Fed allowed interest rates to increase to anywhere near what they would likely be in a free market, interest rate payments on the federal debt would rise to a level causing a financial crisis.
Even though the federal government will soon spend more on interest on the federal debt than on the Pentagon and the military-industrial complex, few in DC are serious about cutting spending. Federal debt increased by one trillion dollars from mid-September to the beginning of the new year. It is expected to increase by around another trillion dollars by the end of March! To put this in perspective, consider that the federal debt did not reach a trillion dollars until 1981 — almost two hundred years after the Constitution was ratified.
Continuing increases in federal debt and Federal Reserve created inflation will lead to economic crisis caused by a rejection of the dollar’s world reserve currency status. There is already resentment over the US government’s use of the dollar’s reserve status to support US sanctions This is why Russia and Iran recently signed a deal to trade in their own currencies rather than in dollars and Russia is no longer accepting dollars for its oil.
President Biden has kept his promise to refrain from criticizing the Fed’s conduct of monetary policy. In contrast, his predecessor regularly took to Twitter to lambaste the central bank. This means the Fed will likely try to help President Biden by trying to keep interest rates low enough to not increase unemployment yet high enough to not increase price inflation.
While Donald Trump is more likely than Joe Biden to challenge the deep state and neoconservative foreign policy, the truth is neither Biden nor Trump will seek to reduce spending. Unless a critical mass of Americans demand an end to the welfare-warfare state and the fiat money system, the soft landing sought by the Fed and the politicians will turn into a hard crash.
