Deporting all Gazans is the joint plan of the US and Israel. According to the plan, the Palestinians will be ‘relocated’ to Egypt, Iraq, Turkey, and Yemen. This large-scale ethnic cleansing is cynically presented as a “moral and humanitarian” aid plan.

Murderous
In recent war history, there has rarely been such an intensive and massive slaughter of civilians and children as in Gaza, one of the most densely populated places in the world. The destruction of northern Gaza in less than seven weeks approaches the devastation caused by the years of carpet bombing of German cities during World War II.
According to the World Health Organization, a child is killed every ten minutes.
More than half of Gaza City has now been destroyed, including schools and mosques. Hospitals can no longer function. Bakeries are closed and there is almost no drinking water left. Destruction and slaughter are happening on an industrial scale, with the help of Artificial Intelligence.
People were first driven out of the north, but now the south is attacked with heavy bombing and a ground offensive against the town of Khan Younis. According to a top official of the UN humanitarian aid agency, conditions there are now apocalyptic.
No child still has unlimited access to care, food or water. Famine is looming. And because sewers no longer work, there will be mass outbreaks of disease.
Gazans are now being urged to leave for Rafah, the southernmost point of Gaza, where the border post with Egypt is also located.
Officially, Israel’s goal is to eliminate Hamas. But the intensity and ruthlessness with which the Israeli army is acting reveals that this is an excuse for another goal: the complete expulsion of the population from Palestine, starting with Gaza.
According to the Jewish philosopher Moshé Machover, this plan has been in existence for a long time: “We are actually waiting for a time when they can be permanently expelled to neighbouring countries. That will only be possible during a full-scale war and I fear that Israel is prepared to provoke it.” He said this in 2017.
New Deportation Plan
Israel wants to increase the level of inhumanity to such an extent that the residents of Gaza will ultimately have no choice but to leave. That seems to be the hidden plan, although that plan is getting clearer by the day.
A plan, from the Israeli Intelligence Ministry was already leaked in late October. That plan envisaged a final deportation of Gaza’s population to Egypt’s Sinai desert. That was met with a resounding refusal from Cairo.
But Israel is determined to continue this large-scale ethnic cleansing. In a recent op-ed in the Wall Street Journal, two Israeli members of the Knesset called on Western countries to accept Palestinian refugees. Gila Gamliel, intelligence minister wrote a similar op-ed in the Jerusalem Post, proposing the “voluntary resettlement” of Palestinians in Gaza to other countries around the world.
Minister of Agriculture Avi Dichter does not hesitate to call the current war a ‘Nakba 2023’, referring to the mass expulsion of Palestinians from Palestine at the founding of the Jewish state in 1948.
“We are now rolling out the Gaza Nakba. From an operational point of view, there is no way to wage a war – as the IDF seeks to do in Gaza – with masses between the tanks and the soldiers. (…) Gaza Nakba 2023. That’s how it’ll end.”
And it is not just words. A new joint US-Israeli plan has now surfaced in which they want to deport the population of Gaza to four countries: Turkey, Egypt, Iraq and Yemen. In this new plan, Egypt should no longer bear the burden alone.
The numbers per country are already known too: a million Palestinians would go to Egypt, half a million to Turkey, 250,000 to Iraq and another 250,000 to Yemen.
The four countries referred to are receiving generous aid from Washington. The plan states that this support will be linked to a willingness to receive Gazans. In other words, the four countries will be put under serious financial and perhaps diplomatic pressure to ‘harbour’ the Gazans.
The key country is Egypt, which must open its border. Joe Wilson, former Republican MP and one of the initiators of this plan, is very clear about this. According to him, “the only moral way [to solve the Gaza problem] is to ensure that Egypt opens its borders”.
“Israel is trying to keep civilian casualties in the Gaza Strip as low as possible, but Hamas is not allowing the refugees to leave and Egypt is unwilling to open its borders,” the authors of the plan write in the opening paragraph. Meanwhile, six children are being slaughtered every hour…
For its planned population move, the plan refers to other recent conflict hotspots. “It would not be the first time other countries have accepted refugees,” the plan says. Here, the authors refer to the six million Ukrainians who fled the country to Poland, Germany and the Czech Republic, among others. Nearly five million Syrians have also “moved” to Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan, while other Middle Eastern and European countries have taken in hundreds of thousands of Syrians.
The plan has been submitted to key figures in the US House of Representatives and Congress and has the support of both Democrats and Republicans. The planned large-scale ethnic cleansing is cynically presented as a “moral and humanitarian” aid plan:
“The neighbouring borders have been closed for too long, but it is now clear that in order to free the Gazan population from the tyrannical oppression of Hamas and to allow them to live free of war and bloodshed, Israel must encourage the international community to find the correct, moral and humane avenues for the relocation of the Gazan population.”
Truly a fine piece of newspeak.
The plan also firmly lashes out at UNRWA, the UN refugee agency dedicated to aid and development for Palestinian refugees in the Middle East. US lawmakers blame the agency of “propagating the refugee narrative” and “inhibiting the rehabilitation of Palestinian refugees for over seventy years and has in fact deepened the refugee crisis”. That’s why they want the agency to be closed down.

We may be on the eve of a mass deportation of Palestinians, a second Nakba. If Western countries want to retain any shred of credibility, they must take action immediately.
They must immediately impose economic and diplomatic sanctions against Israel and also convene the Security Council to condemn and thwart the sinister plan of the US and Israel. If not, they are complicit in this declared humanitarian disaster.

The question is no longer if but when the United States will support a ceasefire in the Gaza war.
While the need for a ceasefire to halt Gaza’s human carnage is self-evident, some drivers of the Biden administration’s debate about the timing of a ceasefire raise questions about the moral underpinnings of Western democracies.
The debate suggests decisions are driven as much by perceived strategic and national interests as by perceptions of political fortunes and electoral calculations, even if that is at the expense of thousands of innocent lives.
To be fair, the Biden administration’s balancing of support for Israel’s war goals – destruction of Hamas and release of hostages – with the electoral fallout of a confrontation with Israel over a ceasefire works in favour of an earlier rather than a later end to the Gaza war, at least on the administration’s timetable.
In addition to signalling Israel that it cannot continue to count on unconditional support, the United States, a member of the WHO’s 34-nation board, likely did not want to be seen opposing badly needed humanitarian aid.
Even so, the fact that limiting the sacrifice of innocent lives doesn’t figure, at least not prominently, in US political calculations, particularly given the military and political alternatives available to Israel in responding to Hamas’ brutal October 7 attack, calls into question the moral and ethical underpinnings of politics in Western democracies.
It also calls into question the integrity of democratic checks and balances that fail to distinguish between what is right and what is a political rather than a national interest.
The prioritization of political fortune is no truer than for Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu who prides himself on governing a Western democracy.
To be fair, Israeli democracy is likely to ensure that Mr. Netanyahu’s political days are numbered once the guns fall silent.
Lack of moral rectitude is equally true for Hamas leaders, although they make no pretence to adhere to democratic and humanitarian norms.
Hamas, even if it survives the war with a political victory of kinds, wantonly sacrificed innocent Gazan lives and made no provisions for a modicum of security for the civilian population in times of war.
Like Israel, Hamas discarded alternatives at its disposal in the way it fights its battles.
To be sure, failure to distinguish between national and domestic political interests pervades national security discussions far beyond the Gaza war.
There may be no immediate or obvious formula for introducing a mechanism capable of making the distinction without taking domestic political interests into account.
Moreover, in a world of extreme polarization, fear, and rage, the survival of a leader, even if he or she lacks the moral rectitude to make preservation of life an imperative, may be perceived as a national interest.
Leaving aside whether President Joe Biden’s support for Israel enhances or damages his election prospects, the choice between Mr. Biden and Donald J. Trump, who many perceive as authoritarian or a potentate, is a case in point in the run-up to next year’s US presidential election.
Even so, the question remains whether Gaza’s population that does not vote in the United States should be required to pay the price of US domestic politics.
The Israeli-Palestinian conflict’s role in undermining the moral backbone and pillars of democracy goes far beyond Western support for Israel in Gaza.
The war has magnified the successful, years-long Israeli campaign to prevent unfettered debate about the conflict by equating criticism of Israel with anti-Semitism.
To put the campaign in perspective, one equivalent would be to assert that criticism of sub-Saharan nations amounts to anti-Black racism.
To be sure, the lines separating anti-Israel and anti-Zionist attitudes and anti-Semitism are often blurred. Critics of Israel and anti-Zionists have frequently failed to distance themselves from anti-Semitic expressions that, for example, surface at times on the margins of pro-Palestinian protests.
Nevertheless, Israel’s successful effort, aided by Western politicians, to impose its narrative on public debate has undermined freedom of expression in democracies and elevated support of Israel to the status of loyalty to one’s own country.
It turns on its head the anti-Semitic allegation that Jews cannot be trusted because they have double loyalties to their country of origin and Israel.
A recent survey of 963 scholars, two thirds of whom are based in the United States, illustrated the impact of the Israeli effort.
Eighty-two per cent of all US-based respondents said they self-censor when they speak about the Israeli-Palestinian issue. That figure rose to 98 percent among more junior assistant professors.
Just over 81 per cent of those self-censoring said they primarily refrained from criticising Israel, while 11 percent said they held back from criticizing Palestinians.
Moreover, Israel has managed to enshrine the limiting or banning of criticism of the Jewish state and anti-Israeli activism in the laws and regulations of Western democracies.
Twenty-seven US states have adopted laws or policies that penalize businesses, organizations, or individuals that engage in or call for boycotts against Israel.
Israel views the call for the right of return as a veiled quest for the destruction of Israel as a Jewish state because Jews would no longer be a majority.
While having merit in the past, the argument increasingly rings hollow with Israeli settlements on occupied Palestinian territory threatening the viability of an independent Palestinian state alongside Israel.
Doubts about the feasibility of a two-state solution have revived debate about one state in which Jews and Palestinians would have equal rights.
Although the German measures may be explained in part by what The New Yorker describes as the “politics of memory” of the Holocaust, they, like the steps taken by US states, amount to an undefendable restriction on freedom of expression.
Moreover, criticism of anti-BDS moves does not by definition constitute support for a boycott of Israel. It is, first and foremost, a defense of freedom of choice, including the freedom to choose whose products one buys, with whom one does business, and what one invests in.
It is also a defence of democracy.
“The unprecedented carnage in Israel and Palestine is having repercussions in the United States, testing pillars of democracy including the fundamental human rights to free speech and assembly,” warned Human Rights Watch’s US program director Tanya Greene.

Die „Mediziner und Wissenschaftler für Gesundheit, Freiheit und Demokratie“ (MWGFD) werfen dem staatlichen PEI vor, sich wider besseren Wissens der notwendigen Aufklärung über die hochgefährlichen DNA-Verunreinigungen des Corona „Impfstoffes“ zu verweigern und die Bevölkerung weiter zu täuschen. Der Medizinische Behandlungsverbund (MBV) wandte sich deswegen in einen Aufruf warnend an alle Ärzte. Davor warnte wiederum das PEI auf seiner Webseite als Falschmeldung. Doch die MWGFD unterstützen energisch die Warnung des MBV und weisen darauf hin, dass es ein zweites, geheimes Zulassungs- und Herstellungsverfahren mit gelockerten Qualitätsstandards gab, dessen Chargen DNA-Verunreinigungen enthielten.Der Medizinische Behandlungsverbund(MBV) schreibt in seinem Rundbrief vom 1.12.2023, bei den COVID-19-mRNA-Impstoffen seien in mehreren Untersuchungen Werte von DNA-Kontaminationen festgestellt worden, die 18- bis 70-fach über den erlaubten Grenzwerten lägen. Angesichts der Nanolipid-Verpackung bestehe die konkrete Gefahr, dass durch Transgene das menschliche Genom dauerhaft verändert werden könnte. Deshalb sollten bis zur Klärung weder Restbestände noch neu gelieferte Impf-Chargen mit mRNA-Komponenten verwendet werden. Ärzten drohe bei weiterer Verwendung eine „persönliche Haftung“ wegen Aufklärungspflichtverletzung.
Das staatliche Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) bezeichnet am 5.12.2023 in einer Information für Ärzte und Aptheker das Schreiben des MBV ebenso wie die dort abgeleiteten Schlussfolgerungen als falsch. Der Aufruf stelle keine behördlich geprüfte und autorisierte Information dar, sondern diene der Verunsicherung durch gezielte Desinformation. Dem falschen Aufruf solle nicht Folge geleistet werden. Das Rote-Hand-Zeichen auf dem Brief sei zudem ohne Autorisierung des Bundesverbands der Pharmazeutischen Industrie (BPI), deren eingetragene Bildmarke es sei, verwendet worden. Das Paul-Ehrlich-Institut betont ausdrücklich, dass – auch in internationaler Übereinstimmung – der Nutzen von COVID-19-mRNA-Impfstoffen gegenüber möglichen Risiken deutlich überwiege. Die COVID-19-mRNA-Impfstoffe würden von den nationalen Impfkommissionen, in Deutschland von der Ständigen Impfkommission (STIKO), empfohlen.
Gemäß § 32 des Arzneimittelgesetzes (AMG) dürfe die Charge eines Impfstoffs in Deutschland nur in den Verkehr gebracht werden, wenn sie von der zuständigen Bundesoberbehörde, dem Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI), geprüft und freigegeben worden sei. Alle in Deutschland vertriebenen Chargen des von der EU-Kommission zugelassenen COVID-19-Impfstoffprodukts Comirnaty seien entsprechend OMCL-Leitfaden und Zulassungsvorgaben geprüft und für alle Chargen nach erfolgreicher Prüfung die staatliche Chargenfreigabe für Deutschland erteilt worden.
Die MWGFD wenden sich daraufhin mit einer Pressemitteilung vom 8.12.2023 „An alle Hausärzte, die weiterhin Impfstoffe gegen Covid-19 verwenden möchten“ und schreiben:
„Wir stellen unten das drängende Schreiben an die Hausärzte zum freien Download zur Verfügung.
In Zeiten, in denen über ernsthafte strafrechtliche Konsequenzen nachgedacht werden muss, verweigert sich das PEI wider besseren Wissens der notwendigen Aufklärung und entscheidet sich dafür, die Bevölkerung nach wie vor zu täuschen. Es geht Schlag auf Schlag, die FAZ spricht von unerwünschten Zellveränderungen, seit heute Morgen berichtet auch der Fokus über erhebliche Mängel im BioNTech-Impfstoff und das Institut, das für die Überwachung der Qualität von Impfstoffen zuständig ist, schlug am 5.12.2023 die uneigennützige Warnung des MBV (rote-Hand-Brief an Hausärzte) über die negativen Folgen der Impfkampfange in den Wind. Als würde es nicht genügen, dass sie schon das Vorsorgeprinzip konsequent missachten.
Dieser Aufklärungsboykott durch das PEI müsste bei den Ärzten nun Alarm schlagen lassen.
Angesichts all dieser Versäumnisse und der harten Fakten, die jetzt allen offenbar sind, steht Ihr ärztlicher Ethos nun auf dem Prüfstand. Wie werden Sie sich entscheiden? Werden Sie Ihre Patienten ehrlich über den zweifelhaften Nutzen und die Risiken der COVID-mRNA-Impfung aufklären? Oder sind Sie immer noch derart überzeugt von dieser Impfung, dass Sie diese als „effektiv und sicher“ anpreisen und sich selbst damit dem Risiko aussetzen, dass die Patienteneinwilligung infolge unvollständiger Aufklärung ungültig ist und Sie damit die Haftung für negative Folgen der Impfung übernehmen?“
Nachfolgend das Schreiben der MWGFD an die Hausärzte, in dem die Verharmlosungen und Täuschungen des PEI minutiös aufgedeckt werden und dies genau belegt wird:

„An alle Hausärzte, die weiterhin Impfstoffe gegen Covid-19 verwenden möchten
Am 05.12.2023 warnte das Paul-Ehrlich-Institut (PEI) auf seiner Webseite vor einem Rote-Hand-Brief, der in der medizinischen Fachcommunity vom 01.12.2023 den Hausärzten einen Impfstopp aufgrund von DNA-Verunreinigungen der mRNA-basierten COVID-19-Impfstoffe nahelegte.1
Die dadurch bei Ihnen möglicherweise entstandene Verunsicherung hat ihre Berechtigung. Wir haben Ihnen daher nachstehend öffentlich zugängliche, jedoch nicht publik gemachte Informationen staatlicher Stellen zusammengestellt. Oder wissen Ihre Patienten inzwischen, dass der verabreichte Impfstoff auf einem anderen Herstellungsverfahren basiert, als im primären Zulassungsverfahren verwendet?
Grund für die Bedenken der Autoren des „Rote-Hand-Briefes“ ist nämlich die Tatsache, dass immer nur von einem Herstellungsverfahren der Impfstoffe die Rede war. Tatsächlich gibt es aber zwei:„Process 1“ für die Zulassung und den „Process 2“ für die Massenproduktion. Aus diesem „Process 2“ resultieren nun die Verdachtsmomente. Indem man nämlich die Qualitätsstandards bei „Process 2“ lockerte, nahm man billigend in Kauf, dass nur 55 % der RNA intakt waren und dass die Impfchargen DNA-Verunreinigungen enthielten.2 Gemäß geleakter Emails wusste die EMA seit Ende 2020 davon.3
Was verwundern muss, ist die Tatsache, dass die einzige bisherige staatliche Reaktion auf diesen Verdacht nur das bagatellisierende Schreiben des PEI vom 05.12.2023 ist. Unter normalen Umständen müsste ein Moratorium der Impfung erfolgen, um diesem Verdacht möglicherweise gefährlich hoher DNA-Verunreinigungen der COVID-19-Impfstoffe nachzugehen. Dass dies nicht geschieht, sollte die Ärzteschaft misstrauisch machen. An dieser Stelle erlauben Sie uns bitte den Hinweis auf den Hippokratischen Eid und das Genfer Gelöbnis, insbesondere jedoch auf Ihre Aufklärungspflichten gegenüber Ihren Patienten.
Wir haben das Schreiben des PEI vom 05.12.2023 deshalb zum Anlass genommen, einmal zu prüfen, ob, und wenn ja, wie sich das PEI von der Sicherheit der Impfstoffe überzeugt:
1. Das PEI behauptet, dass gemäß § 32 AMG eine Charge eines Impfstoffes in Deutschland nur in den Verkehr gebracht werden darf, wenn sie vom PEI geprüft und freigegeben wurde. Dem widerspricht § 3 Abs. 1 und § 4 Medizinischer Bedarf Versorgungssicherstellungsverordnung(MedBVSV)4, wonach Covid-19-Impfstoffe auch ohne eine staatliche Chargenprüfung in den Verkehr gebracht werden können. Die Verordnung ist übrigens schon seit dem 25.05.2020 und noch bis zum 31.12.2023 in Kraft.
2. Die Prüfung des PEI beschränkt sich daher lediglich auf die Dokumente des Herstellers, wie das PEI in seinem Schreiben vom 05.12.2023 selbst angibt. Dabei gleicht es nur die Grenzwerte mit den Angaben des Herstellers ab.
3. Dass das Vakzin BNT162b2 (Comirnaty) nicht auf Verunreinigungen getestet wird, völlig gleich welche, also auch nicht auf DNA-Verunreinigungen, bestätigte Dr. Wagner – Leiter der Qualitätssicherung beim PEI – am 06.07.2022 vor dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht u.a. im Verfahren 1 WB 2.22 zur Rechtmäßigkeit der Aufnahme der COVID-19-Impfung in das Basisimpfschema der Bundeswehr. Dr. Wagner erklärte, dass das PEI auch keine Sequenzierung vornehme. Das PEI nehme nur 4 der 35 Tests zur Chargenprüfung selbst vor: Sichtprüfung, Integritätsprüfung, Prüfung der Länge der modRNA im Gelverfahren und Größenmessung der LNP. Begründung: Der Hersteller BioNTech habe angegeben, dass solche Kontaminationen produktionsbedingt nicht vorkommen können. Darüber hinaus werde selbst dann nichts geprüft, wenn von außen Anhaltspunkte dafür an das PEI herangetragen werden, es sei denn diese stehen in einem Aufsatz, der peer-reviewed ist. Das widerspricht eklatant dem Vorsorgeprinzip!
4. Diese Aussage von Dr. Wagner wird durch die Auskunft der Bundesregierung vom 31.10.2023 5 bestätigt, wonach das PEI die Restmengen von DNA-Rückstanden nicht prüft. Denn nur der Hersteller führt weitere experimentelle Prüfungen durch, weil er die Pflicht habe, die DNA- Grenzwerte pro Dosis daraufhin zu prüfen, ob der in der Zulassung festgelegte Grenzwert eingehalten werde. Einzig diese entsprechenden Dokumente prüft das PEI.
5. Die kontaminierte DNA basiert auf dem Herstellungsverfahren, das Pfizer/BioNTech nach Abschluss der Zulassung für Comirnaty geändert hat. Im ursprünglichen „Process 1“ wurde die modRNA von Pfizer/BioNTech durch synthetische-in-vitro-Transkription aus synthetischer DANN hergestellt und durch PCR amplifiziert. Um die Herstellung zu beschleunigen, wurde die modRNA-codierende DNA in E-Coli-Bakterien und Plasmide kloniert.6 D.h., die Chargen des „Process 1“ wurden für die Zulassung verwendet und die Chargen des „Process 2“ wurden der Weltbevölkerung injiziert.7 a. Dass DNA-Kontaminationen nur innerhalb der Grenzwerte vorkommen können, stimmt daher allenfalls in Bezug auf den „Process 1“. Dieser Herstellungsprozess ist indes aufwendig und teuer. b. Zu extremen Überschreitungen des WHO-Grenzwertes von 10ng/Dosis 8 um das 188- bis 509- fache 9 bzw. das 83- bis 284-fache 10 kommt es daher in den Chargen des „Process 2“.
6. Allen bisher veröffentlichten Studien zum Trotz geht das PEI weiterhin von einem das Risiko überwiegenden Nutzen der Impfstoffe aus. a. Das widerspricht der Aussage der EMA.11 Diese hat gegenüber Abgeordneten des Europäischen Parlaments bereits am 18.10.2023 eingestanden, dass die Impfstoffe nicht dafür zugelassen wurden, die Übertragung von einer Person auf die andere zu verhindern. Damit verhindert sie denklogisch auch nicht die Infektion, denn sonst gäbe es keine Übertragung. Sie seien nur als „individueller Schutz“ indiziert, so das besänftigende Gesäusel der EMA. b. Das ist allerdings der Abteilung 611 des Bundesministeriums der Gesundheit schon seit dem 23.03.2022 bekannt. An diesem Tag erhielt das BMG eine E-Mail des RKI, aus der hervorgeht, dass die Impfungen weder vor Ansteckung noch vor Übertragung schützen.12 c. Für diejenigen, die wirklich hätten prüfen wollen, hätte sich schon aus den Pfizer Verträgen mit der EU ergeben, dass der Impfstoff weder vor Ansteckung noch vor Übertragung schützt und dass die EU diese erheblichen Risiken und Ungewissheiten, die sich aus der Herstellung ergeben, akzeptiert hat.13
d. Die diesbezügliche öffentliche Verlautbarung vor dem EU-Parlaments-Ausschuss von Janine Small als Vertreterin von Pfizer, dass die Impfstoffe nie auf Unterbindung der Übertragung getestet wurden, findet sich in der Aufzeichnung der Sitzung.14
7. Wenn es um die Folgewirkungen dieser Impfungen geht, hat erst kürzlich Barry Young, der alleinige Entwickler und Administrator der neuseeländischen Datenbank für das dort eingeführte „Pay-per-Dose“-System, wonach Ärzte anhand der von ihnen verabreichten Dosen von COVID-Impfstoffen bezahlt werden, aufgedeckt, dass in unmittelbarem Zusammenhang mit der Impfung eine steigende Mortalitätsrate gerade auch bei den jüngeren Alterskohorten festzustellen ist.15 Folge seiner Offenbarung war, dass er umgehend verhaftet wurde und die Genom-Datenbank von Dr. Kevin McKernan in der Cloud auf Betreiben der Regierung Neuseelands nach einer einstweiligen Anordnung der Gerichte gelöscht wurde 16, der die DNA-Kontamination der Impfstoffe erstmalig nachgewiesen hat.17 Anscheinend ist jemand daran interessiert, dass die Wahrheit über die tatsächlichen Folgen dieser Behandlungen nicht ans Tageslicht kommt, wie die Zensur der Antwort von Janine Small im Europäischen Parlament ebenfalls belegt. b. Eine am 07.12.2023 in der FAZ publik gemachte Studie in Nature 18 bestätigt, dass die DNA- Verunreinigungen „unerwartete molekulare Abläufe im Inneren der Zellen“ auslösen. Welche Folgen das hat, ist nicht einmal im Ansatz abschätzbar.

Weiterhin geben wir zu bedenken, dass der Generalstaatsanwalt des Bundesstaates Texas, Mr. Ken Paxton, Pfizer wegen Irreführung und Zensur verklagt hat.19 Ähnlich geht es dem Gesundheitsminister Italiens, gegen den die Staatsanwaltschaft in Rom ermittelt, ebenfalls wegen der Folgewirkungen, die das unverantwortliche Ausbringen dieser Präparate in die Bevölkerung hat.20
Um Ihnen die Skrupellosigkeit derer, die diese Mittel in die Bevölkerung gebracht haben, plastisch vor Augen zu führen, zitieren wir Dr. Eric Rubin, Chefredakteur des New England Journal of Medicine, das die Pfizer-Studienberichte veröffentlichte, und der eines der 18 Mitglieder des FDA- Beratungsgremiums ist, das für die Zulassung der Impfungen für Kinder zwischen 5 und 11 Jahren in den USA stimmte:
„Wir werden nie erfahren, wie sicher dieser Impfstoff ist, wenn wir nicht anfangen, ihn zu verabreichen. Das ist einfach der Lauf der Dinge. Auf diese Weise haben wir auch von seltenen Komplikationen bei anderen Impfstoffen, wie dem Rotavirus-Impfstoff, erfahren. Und ich denke, wir sollten für die Zulassung stimmen.“ 21

El gran error de la OTAN fue hacer que Rusia volviera a ver una amenaza existencial a su seguridad

Su misión era conquistar el territorio soviético, eliminando su población y aumentando el llamado “espacio vital” del pueblo alemán. Cinco años antes de la invasión, Stalin había explicado a sus camaradas de partido la tesis de que cuando un Estado quiere atacar a otro con el que aún no comparte frontera, el futuro agresor comienza a absorber a otros países hasta convertirse en vecino del objetivo que quiere atacar.
Ahora bien, en los últimos meses de 1940 y durante la primera mitad de 1941, el Ejército de Hitler ya había absorbido varios países que separaban a la Alemania nazi de la Unión Soviética, lo que le permitió finalmente enviar a sus hombres y su infraestructura militar cerca de la frontera con la URSS. No es casualidad, por tanto, que el avance de la Organización del Tratado del Atlántico Norte (OTAN) hacia el este en el período posterior de la Guerra Fría se haya convertido en motivo de gran preocupación para la seguridad de Rusia.
Después de todo, nuevamente Moscú vio cómo las tropas e infraestructuras militares occidentales se acercaban cada vez más a su territorio.
Con la entrada de los países bálticos (Estonia, Letonia y Lituania) en la OTAN en 2004, la Alianza Atlántica comparte ahora frontera directa con Rusia, lo que permite a sus cazas patrullar el espacio aéreo del país, a pocos minutos de San Petersburgo (antigua Leningrado).

En aquel momento, la candidata opositora, Svetlana Tijanóvskaya, negó haber perdido las elecciones presidenciales y no tardó en recibir el apoyo inmediato de varios líderes occidentales, que vieron una oportunidad única para distanciar a Bielorrusia de Rusia de una vez por todas.
Si Tijanóvskaya hubiera llegado al poder, como hicieron las fuerzas nacionalistas de la oposición en Ucrania en 2014, ¿hay alguna duda de lo que habría ocurrido después? Sencillamente, la “nueva gobernante” de Bielorrusia solicitaría casi de inmediato a las potencias occidentales formar parte de la OTAN.
En cualquier caso, si bien el golpe fracasó en Bielorrusia, al menos tuvo éxito en Ucrania, y los planes para incorporar ese país a la Alianza Atlántica siempre han estado en la agenda de Occidente. Al fin y al cabo, el ingreso de Ucrania en la OTAN convertiría al país en una “plataforma ideal” para atacar a Rusia, ya que la frontera entre ambos Estados está formada básicamente por estepas.
Al admitir a Kiev en la OTAN, Occidente formaría entonces su Grupo Sur 2.0, haciéndose con el control definitivo de los recursos agrícolas e industriales de Ucrania. Además, Occidente también acercaría su infraestructura militar y sus tropas a las fronteras meridionales de Rusia, al encontrarse a poca distancia de (¡adivinen!) las principales zonas rusas de extracción y procesamiento de petróleo en el Cáucaso.
Solo hay que recordar que hacerse con el control de estas zonas petrolíferas fue precisamente una de las razones por las que Hitler trasladó gran parte de su Ejército para atacar la ciudad de Stalingrado (actual Volgogrado). Es realmente increíble cómo se repite la historia. Del mismo modo que Hitler organizó a los nazis para rodear y capturar ciudades y territorios estratégicamente importantes dentro de la Unión Soviética, Occidente coordinó a la OTAN para mover sus piezas militares cerca de regiones con grandes concentraciones de población, como San Petersburgo en el norte, y recursos naturales como el petróleo en el sur de Rusia.
En cualquier caso, hay que recordar que al igual que las fuerzas alemanas fueron derrotadas y repelidas por la Unión Soviética, también lo serán las fuerzas de Occidente que hoy luchan hasta el último ucraniano. Ni siquiera la ayuda de casi 30 países a Kiev ha sido ni será capaz de derrotar a Rusia en el campo de batalla como se esperaba.
El gran error de la actual estrategia occidental al impulsar la expansión de la OTAN hacia el este fue hacer que Rusia volviera a ver una amenaza existencial a su seguridad. Ante tales amenazas, como demuestra la historia, los rusos siempre han salido victoriosos.
Aunque hay algo que debe quedar muy claro. A Moscú nunca le interesó dominar Ucrania, sino evitar que se convirtiera en un trampolín para atacar a Rusia. De alguna manera, era necesario inculcar algo de conciencia en los dirigentes ucranianos para que sus élites sirvieran por fin a los intereses del pueblo y no a los de Occidente.Después de todo, no es ningún secreto que hoy en día tanto EEUU como Europa consideran a Rusia su principal adversario ideológico y geopolítico en el continente europeo.
Del mismo modo, Hitler consideraba a la Unión Soviética su principal adversario ideológico. La OTAN, y tras ella EEUU, se considera la mayor fuerza militar del mundo. Del mismo modo, Hitler consideraba invencible al Ejército alemán. Sin embargo, fue la batalla de Stalingrado la que definió la verdadera medida de las cosas, demostrando que el pueblo ruso no se doblega ante ninguna potencia hegemónica.
Fueron los soviéticos quienes ganaron la Segunda Guerra Mundial. Así que si Occidente quiere empezar la Tercera, es bueno saber lo que les espera. Porque pase lo que pase, la Operación Barbarroja 2.0 tendrá el mismo final que la primera.

The World has been in a state of crisis for more than three years despite the fact that the WHO and the CDC (with the usual innuendos) have unequivocally confirmed that the RT-PCR test used to justify every single policy mandate including lockdowns, social distancing, the mask, confinement of the labor force, closure of economic activity, etc. is flawed and invalid.
The same applies to the roll-out of the mRNA Vaccine in December 2020.
This article was first published on March 21, 2021 focussing on the WHO’s Mea Culpa dated January 20, 2021.
The WHO advisory was then followed a few months later by the bombshell decision of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) (July 21, 2021) to withdraw thePCR test as a valid method for detecting and identifying SARS-CoV-2.
As of December, 31 2021, the PCR test is longer considered valid by the CDC in the U.S.
What this implies is that both the CDC and the WHO have formally acknowledged the failures of the RT-PCR test, without however implementing a shift in the methodology of detecting and identifying SARS-CoV-2.
The Mainstream Media Now Reluctantly Acknowledges that the PCR Test is Flawed
After having sustained the propaganda campaign, the mainstream media has now tacitly acknowledged that the PCR TEST IS INVALID.
Below is an excerpt from London’s Daily Mail on something which has been known and documented by scientists and the independent media from the outset of the corona crisis in January 2020.
The report below is convoluted. It is an obvious understatement:
“Did flawed PCR tests convince us Covid was worse than it really was? …
It has been one of the most enduring Covid conspiracy theories: that the ‘gold standard’ PCR tests used to diagnose the virus were picking up people who weren’t actually infected.
Some even suggested the swabs, which have been carried out more than 200 million times in the UK alone, may mistake common colds and flu for corona.
If either, or both, were true, it would mean many of these cases should never have been counted in the daily tally – that the ominous and all-too-familiar figure, which was used to inform decisions on lockdowns and other pandemic measures, was an over-count. (Daily Mail, March 12, 2022, emphasis added)
It is carefully worded with a view to protecting the decision-makers.
The PCR Test is the Smoking Gun. There is No Pandemic
We are not dealing with mistakes as suggested by the above media report.
If the PCR test is invalid and meaningless, this means that there is no such thing as a “Covid-19 Confirmed Case”
The results of the PCR test routinely tabulated by the WHO have been used to justify the lockdown policies imposed on more than 190 member states of the United Nations.
Economic and social chaos has been triggered Worldwide, and these actions adopted by corrupt governments in the course of the last three years are of criminal nature. They are not mistakes.
And if there is no Pandemic, there is no need for a vaccine.
The Covid-19 mRNA “Vaccine” is the BIGGEST FRAUD IN MEDICAL HISTORY

It is a useful technique which allows for “rapid amplification of a small stretch of DNA”.
Introduction
There is a sequence of outright lies and fabrications used to justify far-reaching policy decisions in the course of the last 20 months.
The biggest lie, which is firmly acknowledged both by scientific opinion and the WHO is that the RT-PCR test used to “detect” the spread of the virus (as well as the variants) is not only flawed but TOTALLY INVALID.
From the outset in January 2020, all far-reaching policy decisions upheld and presented to the public as a “means to saving lives” were based on flawed and invalid RT-PCR case positives.
These invalid Covid-19 “estimates” have been used to justify confinement, social distancing, the face mask, the prohibition of social gatherings, cultural and sports events, the closure of economic activity, as well as the mRNA “vaccine” launched in November 202o.
The RT-PCR Test
The Real Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction (rRT-PCR) test was adopted by the WHO on January 23, 2020 as a means to detecting the SARS-COV-2 virus, following the recommendations of a Virology research group (based at Charité University Hospital, Berlin), supported by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Exactly one year later on January 20th, 2021, the WHO retracts. They don’t say “We Made a Mistake”. The retraction is carefully formulated. (See original WHO document here as well as in Annex)
While the WHO does not deny the validity of their misleading January 2020 guidelines, they nonetheless recommend “Re-testing” (which everybody knows is an impossibility).
The contentious issue pertains to the number of amplification threshold cycles (Ct). According to Pieter Borger, et al
The number of amplification cycles [should be] less than 35; preferably 25-30 cycles. In case of virus detection, >35 cycles only detects signals which do not correlate with infectious virus as determined by isolation in cell culture…(Critique of Drosten Study)
The World Health Organization (WHO) tacitly admits one year later that ALL PCR tests conducted at a 35 cycle amplification threshold (Ct) or higher are INVALID. But that is what they recommended in January 2020, in consultation with the virology team at Charité Hospital in Berlin.
If the test is conducted at a 35 Ct threshold or above (which was recommended by the WHO), genetic segments of the SARS-CoV-2 virus cannot be detected, which means that ALL the so-called confirmed “positive cases” tabulated in the course of the last 18 months are invalid.
Below is the WHO’s carefully formulated “Retraction”. The full text with link to the original document is in annex:
WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed (1). The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology. (emphasis added)
WHO reminds IVD users that disease prevalence alters the predictive value of test results; as disease prevalence decreases, the risk of false positive increases (2). This means that the probability that a person who has a positive result (SARS-CoV-2 detected) is truly infected with SARS-CoV-2 decreases as prevalence decreases, irrespective of the claimed specificity.
“Invalid Positives” is the Underlying Concept
This is not an issue of “Weak Positives” and “Risk of False Positive Increases”. What is at stake is a “Flawed Methodology” which leads to invalid estimates.
What this admission of the WHO confirms is that the estimate of covid positive from a PCR test (with an amplification threshold of 35 cycles or higher) is invalid. In which case, the WHO recommends retesting: “a new specimen should be taken and retested…”.
The WHO calls for “Retesting”, which is tantamount to “We Screwed Up”.
That recommendation is pro-forma. It won’t happen. Millions of people Worldwide have already been tested, starting in early February 2020. Nonetheless,we must conclude that unless retested, those estimates (according to the WHO) are invalid.
From the outset, the PCR test has routinely been applied at a Ct amplification threshold of 35 or higher, following the January 2020 recommendations of the WHO. What this means is that the PCR methodology as applied Worldwide has in the course of the last 12-14 months led to the compilation of faulty and misleading Covid statistics.
And these are the statistics which are used to measure the progression of the so-called “pandemic”. Above an amplification cycle of 35 or higher, the test will not detect fragments of the virus. Therefore, the official “covid numbers” are meaningless.
It follows that there is no scientific basis for confirming the existence of a pandemic.
Which in turn means that the lockdown / economic measures which have resulted in social panic, mass poverty and unemployment (allegedly to curtail the spread of the virus) have no justification whatsoever.
As outlined above, “the probability that said result is a false positive is 97%”: It follows that using the >35 cycles detection will indelibly contribute to “hiking up” the number of “fake positives”.
At the time of writing (mid-March 2021), despite the WHO retraction, the PCR test is being used extensively to hike up the numbers with a view to sustaining the fear campaign, justifying the ongoing lockdown policies as well as the implementation of the Covid vaccine.
Ironically, the flawed numbers based on “invalid positives” are in turn being manipulated to ensure an upward trend in so-called “Confirmed Covid -19 Cases”.
Moreover, those PCR tests are not routinely accompanied by a medical diagnosis of the patients who are being tested.
And now, national health authorities have issued (fake) warnings of a “Third Wave” as part of their propaganda campaign in support of the Covid-19 Vaccine.
The WHO confirms that the Covid PCR test procedure as applied is invalid. There is absolutely no scientific basis for implementing the Covid Vaccine.
Both the WHO and the scientific assessment of Pieter Borger, et al (quoted above) confirm unequivocally that the tests adopted by governments to justify the lockdown and the destabilization of national economies are INVALID.
Invalid Data and the Numbers’ Game
It should be understood that these “invalid estimates” are the “numbers” quoted relentlessly 24/7 by the media in the course of the “First Wave” and “Second Wave”, which have been used to feed the fear campaign and “justify” ALL the policies put forth by the governments:
lockdown,
closure of economic activity,
poverty and mass unemployment,
bankruptcies
social distancing,
face mask,
curfew,
the vaccine.

Description of the problem: WHO requests users to follow the instructions for use (IFU) when interpreting results for specimens tested using PCR methodology.
Users of IVDs must read and follow the IFU carefully to determine if manual adjustment of the PCR positivity threshold is recommended by the manufacturer.
WHO guidance Diagnostic testing for SARS-CoV-2 states that careful interpretation of weak positive results is needed (1). The cycle threshold (Ct) needed to detect virus is inversely proportional to the patient’s viral load. Where test results do not correspond with the clinical presentation, a new specimen should be taken and retested using the same or different NAT technology.

Contact your local representative if there is any aspect of the IFU that is unclear to you.

75 JAHRE KONFLIKT

Jetzt schließt sich der Kreis. Aus Washington wird weiterhin gewarnt, dass es für Putin besser wäre, auf ein Atomprogramm zu verzichten, was als Aufforderung dazu gesehen werden kann. Offensichtlich ist dies eine neue Phase der Risikobereitschaft, die den Vereinigten Staaten einen Vorwand für einen Atomkrieg liefern könnte. Unterdessen verstehen die Vereinigten Staaten, dass sie Russland auf keinen Fall in einem konventionellen Krieg herausfordern können, selbst wenn das gesamte NATO-Bündnis aktiviert wird. Dennoch machen die Spaltungen innerhalb der NATO und der Mangel an ausreichender militärischer Stärke in ganz Europa dies derzeit unmöglich. Der erfahrene Militäranalyst Scott Ritter schreibt in Sputnik News vom 21. September 2023, dass selbst wenn die USA alle in Europa stationierten Streitkräfte gegen Russland aktivieren würden, sie innerhalb von ein bis zwei Wochen intensiver Kämpfe besiegt würden. Die einzige Alternative bestünde dann darin, eine gigantische Luftbrücke mit zusätzlichen Kräften nach Europa zu starten, während amerikanische Frachtflugzeuge untätig daneben stehen und auf dem Weg zerstört werden. Unmöglich.
Es gibt nun Anzeichen dafür, dass die Vereinigten Staaten Druck auf die Ukraine ausüben könnten, einem Waffenstillstand zuzustimmen und die Situation nach dem Vorbild der jahrzehntealten koreanischen Regelung „einzufrieren“. Aber das alles wird bedeuten, dass man die Angelegenheit beiseite legen muss, vielleicht bis nach den US-Präsidentschaftswahlen 2024, denen wahrscheinlich im März Wahlen in der Ukraine vorausgehen werden. Es gibt keine Anzeichen dafür, dass die Vereinigten Staaten bereit sind, einen russischen Sieg im Zusammenhang mit der Umgestaltung des europäischen Sicherheitsapparats anzuerkennen, bei dem Russland zu einer angesehenen Partei werden wird. Die ukrainische Regierung spricht von einem „langfristigen“ Konflikt über Jahrzehnte. Daher gibt es keine Möglichkeit zu sagen, dass der Krieg in der Ukraine zu Ende ist, oder über seine nächste Phase zu spekulieren.

According to America’s top three newspapers, as measured by circulation, Henry Kissinger was a figure who both excelled in international diplomacy and generated rivals and critics. [2][3][4]
This “loved by some” mentality is certainly reflected in prominent politicians in the U.S. U.S. Republican Senator John McCain during a Senate Armed Services Committee in which Kissinger made a statement mentioned the protest against Kissinger by the group Code Pink was “disgraceful,” “outrageous,” and “despicable.” And he apologized profusely to Kissinger for “allowing such disgraceful behaviour towards a man who served this country with the greatest distinction.”[5]
In the Democratic Party, Hillary Clinton, wrote a 2014 review of Kissinger’s book, World Order. In the article she praised Kissinger calling him a “friend” and stating:
“Even when there are tensions between our values and other objectives, America, he reminds us, succeeds by standing up for our values, not shirking them, and leads by engaging peoples and societies, the sources of legitimacy, not governments alone.”[6]
To those not in positions of elite power and privilege, it would be difficult to ignore the multitudes of deaths, torture which flourished from the seeds planted by Kissinger in countries around the globe. His underhanded and covert diplomacy as he pursued his own version of foreign policy realism resulted in massacres across Cambodia, Chile, Argentina, East Timor, and Bangladesh. To name just a few.[7]
And then there are the concerns of the elite class. Consider this quote from Kissinger’s National Security Study Memorandum 200 entitled “Implications of Worldwide Population Growth For U.S. Security and Overseas Interests.”
It reads:
“The study should take into account the President’s concern that population policy is a human concern intimately related to the dignity of the individual and the objective of the United States is to work closely with others, rather than seek to impose our views on others.” (Emphasis added.)
Kissinger finally passed away at the end of November., aged 100. Given the profound impact his policies had on the world stage, and its perception of America, a show like the Global Research News Hour had to put on a show reflecting an appraisal of his monstrous crimes. How much longer are Americans going to put up with this? On Dec. 7, the Washington Post (ordinarily extremely pro-Israel and pro-Biden administration) reported as follows:
“‘Through our inspection of refugee camps, we noticed a large spread of hepatitis, which is spreading due to crowding of people, lack of usable drinking water and contaminated food,’ Imad Al-Hams, an emergency physician in Rafah, told The Post. ‘This is a serious disease that leads to death.’
“He said it was hard to issue official figures on the volume of infections, due to the large number of people and a lack of access for medical teams, but noted that many diseases were spreading because of poor hygiene conditions, and children were particularly at risk.”
In a piece published in the Israeli daily Yedioth Ahronoth on November 22, Giora Eiland, a decorated former head of the Israeli military’s Operations and Planning Division and former head of the National Security Council, proposed disease as an effective method of killing the Palestinian people in Gaza. He wrote:
“After all, severe epidemics in the southern Strip will bring victory closer and reduce fatalities among IDF soldiers.”
A Data for Progress poll conducted between October 18 and 19 found that 66% of Americans want a U.S. call for a ceasefire. As reflected in the votes on U.N. resolutions demanding a cease fire, there is a larger majority of the rest of humanity demanding same.
But “Genocide Joe,” his new and widespread nickname, along with most of Congress, remain in favor of billions more in aid to Israel without conditions as well as the ongoing supply of American weapons being used to obliterate Gaza. The U.S. has also deployed an armada to the Mediterranean daring anyone to interfere in the onslaught.
On Oct. 30, the Guardian published an article titled “Hamas has created additional demand: Wall Street eyes big profits from war” and subtitled “Morgan Stanley and TD Bank hope for aerospace and weapons boon after a 7% value increase from start of Israel-Hamas conflict.”

There are 149 states party to the Genocide Convention. Every one of them has the right to call out the genocide in progress in Gaza and report it to the United Nations. In the event that another state party disputes the claim of genocide – and Israel, the United States and the United Kingdom are all states party – then the International Court of Justice is required to adjudicate on “the responsibility of a State for genocide”.
These are the relevant articles of the genocide convention:
Article VIII Any Contracting Party may call upon the competent organs of the United Nations to take such action under the Charter of the United Nations as they consider appropriate for the prevention and suppression of acts of genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in article III.
Article IX Disputes between the Contracting Parties relating to the interpretation, application or fulfilment of the present Convention, including those relating to the responsibility of a State for genocide or for any of the other acts enumerated in article III, shall be submitted to the International Court of Justice at the request of any of the parties to the dispute.
Note that here “parties to the dispute” means the states disputing the facts of genocide, not the parties to the genocide/conflict. Any single state party is able to invoke the Convention.
There is no doubt that Israel’s actions amount to genocide. Numerous international law experts have said so and genocidal intent has been directly expressed by numerous Israeli ministers, generals and public officials.
This is the definition of genocide in international law, from the Genocide Convention:
Article II In the present Convention, genocide means any of the following acts committed with intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnical, racial or religious group, as such: (a) Killing members of the group; (b) Causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (c) Deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; (d) Imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group; (e) Forcibly transferring children of the group to another group
I can see no room to doubt whatsoever that Israel’s current campaign of bombing of civilians and of the deprivation of food, water and other necessities of life to Palestinians amounts to genocide under articles II a), b) and c).
It is also worth considering Articles III and IV:
Article III The following acts shall be punishable: (a) Genocide; (b) Conspiracy to commit genocide; (c) Direct and public incitement to commit genocide; (d) Attempt to commit genocide; (e) Complicity in genocide.
Article IV Persons committing genocide or any of the other acts enumerated in article III shall be punished, whether they are constitutionally responsible rulers, public officials or private individuals.
There is, at the very least, a strong prima facie case that the actions of the United States and United Kingdom and others, in openly providing direct military support to be used in genocide, are complicity in genocide. The point of Article IV is that individuals are responsible, not just states. So Netanyahu, Biden and Sunak bear individual responsibility. So, indeed, do all those who have been calling for the destruction of the Palestinians.
It is very definitely worth activating the Genocide Convention. A judgement of the International Court of Justice that Israel is guilty of genocide would have an extraordinary diplomatic effect and would cause domestic difficulties in the UK and even in the US in continuing to subsidise and arm Israel. The International Court of Justice is the most respected of international institutions; while the United States has repudiated its compulsory jurisdiction, the United Kingdom has not and the EU positively accepts it.
If the International Court of Justice makes a determination of genocide, then the International Criminal Court does not have to determine that genocide has happened. This is important because unlike the august and independent ICJ, the ICC is very much a western government puppet institution which will wiggle out of action if it can. But a determination of the ICJ of genocide and of complicity in genocide would reduce the ICC’s task to determining which individuals bear the responsibility. That is a prospect which can indeed alter the calculations of politicians.
It is also the fact that a reference for genocide would force the western media to address the issue and use the term, rather than just pump out propaganda about Hamas fighting bases in hospitals. Furthermore a judgement from the ICJ would automatically trigger a reference to the United Nations General Assembly – crucially not to the western-vetoed Security Council.
All this begs the question of why no state has yet invoked the Genocide Convention. This is especially remarkable as Palestine is one of the 149 states party to the Genocide Convention, and for this purpose would have standing before both the UN and the ICJ.
I am afraid the question of why Palestine has not invoked the Genocide Convention takes us somewhere very dark. Anyone who, like George Galloway and myself, cut their political teeth in left-wing politics of Dundee of the 1970s has (long story) their experience and contacts with Fatah, and my sympathies have always very much lain with Fatah rather than Hamas. They still do, with the aspiration for a democratic, secular Palestine. It is Fatah who occupy the Palestinian seat at the United Nations, and the decision for Palestine to call into play the Genocide Convention lies with Mahmoud Abbas.
It is more and more difficult daily to support Abbas. He seems extraordinarily passive, and the suspicion that he is more concerned with refighting the Palestinian civil war than with resisting the genocide is impossible to shake. By invoking the Genocide Convention he could put himself and Fatah back at the centre of the narrative. But he does nothing. I do not want to believe that corruption and a Blinken promise of inheriting Gaza are Mahmoud’s motivators. But at the moment, I cannot grab on to any other explanation to believe in.
Any one of the 139 states party could invoke the Genocide Convention against Israel and its co-conspirators. Those states include Iran, Russia, Libya, Malaysia, Bolivia, Venezuela, Brazil, Afghanistan, Cuba, Ireland, Iceland, Jordan, South Africa, Turkey and Qatar. But not one of these states has called out the genocide. Why?
It is not because the Genocide Convention is a dead letter. It is not. It was invoked against Serbia by Bosnia and Herzegovina and the ICJ ruled against Serbia with regard to the massacre at Srebrenica. This fed directly through to ICC prosecutions.
Some states may simply not have thought of it. For Arab states in particular, the fact that Palestine itself has not invoked the Genocide Convention may provide an excuse. EU states can hide behind bloc unanimity.
But I am afraid that the truth is that no state cares sufficiently about the thousands of Palestinian children already killed and thousands more who will shortly be killed, to introduce another factor of hostility in their relationship with the United States. Just as at this weekend’s summit in Saudi Arabia, where Islamic countries could not agree an oil and gas boycott of Israel, the truth is that those in power really do not care about a genocide in Gaza. They care about their own interests.
It just needs one state to invoke the Genocide Convention and change the narrative and the international dynamic. That will only happen through the power of the people in pressing the idea on their governments. This is where everybody can do a little something to add to the pressure. Please do what you can.
