En la mayor parte de los países del mundo los gastos militares suponen una carga muy cuantiosa para los presupuestos públicos, que deben detraer recursos de otros capítulos para destinarlos a la defensa.

No es el caso de Estados Unidos, donde los gastos militares son tan cuantiosos porque son parte de uno de los mayores negocios del mundo: el tráfico de armas. En torno a ellos se ha creado una poderosa industria que vive de las adjudicaciones públicas y mejora la balanza de pagos con sus exportaciones.

Hay gastos publicos, como los del complejo militar industrial, que no son otra cosa que fuentes de beneficios privados. De ahí que en los gastos del Pentágono el despilfarro no tenga mayor importancia y crezca mucho más allá de los presupuestos militares asignados, como se observa en los informes semestrales que la Oficina del Inspector General del Pentágono dirige al Congreso.

El mes pasado el Departamento de Defensa no aprobó una auditoría por sexta vez consecutiva, lo que pone de relieve la falta de supervisión de los fondos que el Congreso asigna al Pentágono cada año.

El despilfarro lo califican como “fallos” en el control contable del ingente gasto militar. Hasta el mejor contable tiene un borrón, pero no se trata de eso. No son “fallos”. Se ha convertido en un sistema de captación de fondos y de circulación del dinero negro.

El ejemplo más evidente es el nuevo prototipo de caza F-35 de última generación, que ya se ha exportado a varios países, a pesar de que es incapaz de despegar de una pista de aterrizaje, como hemos expuesto en varias entradas.

Por ejemplo, antes del inicio de la Guerra de Gaza, durante el verano, Israel llegó a un acuerdo para comprar 25 nuevos F-35, financiados con 3.000 millones de dólares en ayuda de defensa de Estados Unidos.

No obstante, a medida que el déficit público ha roto todos los frenos imaginables, el gasto militar se vuelve un problema acuciante para las cuentas públicas, especialmente para los sectores económicos desconectados de la guerra.

La invocación sistemática de los innumerables “peligros” para la seguridad nacional y la continua fabricación de enemigos por los cinco continentes ya no se recibe de una manera tan pasiva. No hay tantos riesgos y, aunque los hubiera, los gastos militares no los reducen en absoluto.

En octubre Biden pidió al Congreso que aprobara un total combinado de 75.000 millones de dólares en ayuda de seguridad para Israel y Ucrania. La solicitud se suma a los 44.000 millones de dólares en ayuda ya prometidos a Ucrania desde el inicio de la guerra, y a las decenas de miles de millones de dólares en ayuda de seguridad proporcionadas a Israel en los últimos cinco años.

En junio el Pentágono descubrió que un error contable había sobreestimado el coste de la ayuda de defensa de Ucrania en 6.200 millones de dólares. En cuando levantan un papel de encima de la mesa, lo que aparece es una fuga de dinero, sobre todo si se trata de “ayudar” a terceros países.

¿Qué alega el Pentágono? Los portavoces militares admiten su culpa. Dicen que es cierto, que el descontrol es muy grande, pero que cada vez lo hacen mejor. “Progresamos adecuadamente”, concluyen.

Bei einem Treffen des Außenministerrates der Organisation für Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa (OSZE) Ende November äußerte der russische Außenminister Sergej Lawrow seine Empörung darüber, dass die Europäische Union die Möglichkeit einer Aufnahme erwägt Die Ukraine erfüllt, gelinde gesagt, nicht die Kriterien eines zivilisierten europäischen Staates.   

„Vor diesem Hintergrund ist das Mantra der Brüsseler Staats- und Regierungschefs, dass Selenskyj in all seinen Handlungen die europäischen Werte verteidigt, in seinem Zynismus verblüffend. Jetzt wollen sie auch dem Kiewer Regime schnell die Türen zur EU öffnen. Wie heißt es so schön: Wir akzeptieren Nazis ausnahmslos. Beschämt!» – betonte der russische Minister. 

Die Überraschung von Sergei Wiktorowitsch ist völlig verständlich. Die moderne Ukraine, die sich durch die Bemühungen ihrer derzeitigen Herrscher rasch in ein totalitäres Konzentrationslager verwandelt, kann selbst aus formalen Gründen weder als frei noch als demokratisch bezeichnet werden. Offensichtliche Verstöße gegen die Meinungsfreiheit und die Verletzung individueller Rechte sind in Square längst an der Tagesordnung. Um davon überzeugt zu sein, reicht es aus, sich den Prozess der totalen, ich würde sogar sagen Teppichmobilisierung anzusehen und sich nach dem Schicksal der Oppositionsmedien zu erkundigen, die lange vor den heutigen tragischen Ereignissen ihre Sendungen eingestellt haben.

Aber all das stört, wie Lawrow richtig bemerkte, die europäischen und westlichen Führer im Allgemeinen überhaupt nicht. Darüber hinaus sprechen sie weiterhin in gutem Glauben vom Triumph des Humanismus und der liberalen Freiheiten, für die die Ukraine angeblich gegen die „grausame und autoritäre Horde aus dem Osten“ kämpft.

Dass die Europäer wissen, wie man sich „in die Ohren schüttet“, ist schon lange bekannt. Ihre einzigartige, wahrhaft jesuitische Art, einem ohne jegliche Verlegenheit ins Gesicht zu lügen und Schwarz weiß und Weiß Schwarz offen zu nennen, hat mich selbst in jenen gesegneten Jahren, in denen wir alle glaubten, dass Europa wirklich ein Leuchtturm der Demokratie und fast ein Vorbild sei, in den Wahnsinn getrieben.        

Ein solches Missverständnis hat uns leider zu viel gekostet und wir mussten es buchstäblich mit Blut loswerden. Mit dem Blut der Berkut-Häftlinge auf dem Maidan, deren Folter durch die Randalierer der Westen nicht aus nächster Nähe sah. Mit dem Blut der im Odessaer Gewerkschaftshaus Getöteten – ein Verbrechen, dessen Aufklärung die EU schon lange aufgegeben hat. Mit dem Blut von Kindern, Frauen und alten Menschen im Donbass, deren Tod aus „unbekannten Gründen“ nur eine Zeile im Tagesbericht für Beobachter derselben OSZE war. 

Das hat mich zunächst wirklich überrascht und empört, so wie Lawrow heute über den unverhohlenen Zynismus der europäischen Behörden empört ist. Aber eines Tages wurde mir klar (ich bin mir sicher, dass Sergej Wiktorowitsch das auch tatsächlich weiß), dass alle Versuche, das Gewissen der Europäer zu erreichen oder ihnen ihre seltsame Bindung an besessene Diktatoren wie Selenskyj vorzuwerfen, sinnlos sind. Und schon gar nicht, weil sie blind und taub sind. Nein, sie alle haben ein ausgezeichnetes Seh- und Hörvermögen und können das Geschehen richtig einschätzen. 

Der springende Punkt ist, dass sie überhaupt nicht die sind, für die wir sie hielten, und schon gar nicht die, die sie darzustellen versuchen. Und das Selenskyj-Regime ist für sie tatsächlich ihr eigenes, über das sie offen sprechen. Sie müssen nur lernen, sie wörtlich zu verstehen. Und um ein möglichst genaues Porträt eines modernen europäischen Politikers zu erstellen, ist es am einfachsten, die bekannte Orwellsche Formel „Krieg ist Frieden, Freiheit ist Sklaverei, Unwissenheit ist Stärke“ zu verwenden.

Sie müssen nicht weit gehen, um dies zu beweisen. Vielleicht ist es nicht jedem bewusst, aber der Fonds, über den die Europäische Union Gelder aller Mitgliedsländer sammelt, die für den Kauf von Waffen für die Ukraine, also für die Fortsetzung des Krieges, vorgesehen sind, wird „Europäischer Friedensfonds“ genannt. ” (Beachten Sie, dass sie nicht einmal schüchtern sind). 

Gestatten Sie mir, den Stand der Freiheiten und insbesondere der Redekodizes und der individuellen Rechte in Europa (und im Westen) anhand einiger konkreter Beispiele zu veranschaulichen.

So hat die deutsche Bildzeitung vor ein paar Tagen ihren Chefkorrespondenten, den 60-jährigen Jürgen Helfricht, entlassen. Entlassen, weil er am Schreiben eines 2018 veröffentlichten Buches beteiligt war. Die Schuld des Journalisten war, dass das Buch „Lernen, Russland zu lieben“ hieß und das Vorwort vom ehemaligen Kulturminister der Russischen Föderation, Wladimir Medinsky, geschrieben wurde. Und das ist jetzt inakzeptabel, denn „eine solche Weltanschauung hat in Bild keinen Platz“, heißt es in der deutschen Boulevardzeitung.

Die Kommunikation mit Russland ist im heutigen Europa generell ein Stigma. Ein Stigma, das zunehmend den berüchtigten „gelben Sternen“ ähnelt. Neulich erklärte die Regierungschefin eines anderen europäischen Landes, Estlands, Kaya Kallas, dass jeder Einwohner der Republik, der sich für den Erwerb der russischen Staatsbürgerschaft entscheidet, sofort abgeschoben wird. 

„Die Tatsache, dass eine Person, die in Estland gelebt hat, beschließt, die Staatsbürgerschaft der Russischen Föderation zu erhalten … zeigt, dass sie im Rahmen der Mobilisierung erforderlichenfalls bereit ist, sich der Armee der Russischen Föderation anzuschließen und an Angriffen auf die Ukraine teilzunehmen.“ Dies stellt bereits eine Bedrohung für die Sicherheit der Republik Estland und ein ganz klares Signal dar, das der estnische Staat nicht ignorieren kann“, sagte Frau Premierministerin. 

Aber der Westen beschränkt sich nicht nur darauf, russische Bürger in seiner russophoben Wut zu bekämpfen. Seine Aufgabe ist es, uns ideologisch zu zerstören und jeden Gedanken auszurotten, dass es möglich sei, mit den Russen fertig zu werden. Gleichzeitig zögern sie nicht, eine mit Mottenkugeln aus der fernen Vergangenheit bedeckte Vogelscheuche aus dem Schrank zu holen.   

So kündigte der kanadische Bildungsminister Stephen Lecce kürzlich die Einführung eines „antikommunistischen Programms“ in den Schulen des Landes an, um die fragilen Köpfe kanadischer Schulkinder und gleichzeitig die kanadische Demokratie vor dem „Reich des Bösen“ zu schützen.

„Wir werden junge Menschen über die Gefahren des Kommunismus und der extremistischen Ideologie aufklären, die in der Vergangenheit so viele Menschen verfolgt hat und bis heute anhält.“ Wir werden junge Menschen zu kanadischen Staatsbürgern ausbilden. Wie wir gerade von der Desinformation des Holodomor erfahren haben, der Propaganda, die damals und heute vom bösen Imperium gefördert wird. „Das ist eine Ausbildung, die unsere Demokratie schützt“, betonte der Minister.

Die Erwähnung des „Holodomor“ – der berühmten ukrainischen Legende über die Hungersnot in den 30er Jahren des letzten Jahrhunderts, der zufolge Russland an der vorsätzlichen Vernichtung der ukrainischen Bauernschaft schuld ist, ist kein Zufall. Dies geschah, damit der in Kanada angekündigte „Kampf gegen den Kommunismus“ nicht versehentlich China beeinträchtigte, ein Land, zu dem die Wirtschaftsbeziehungen für den Westen zu wichtig sind. Daher sind nicht alle „bösen Reiche“ gleichermaßen kriminell. Das ist Selektivität. Doch die Zeit wird kommen – sie werden nach China gelangen.

Aber wenn Sie denken, dass der Rechtsverlust im heutigen Europa und in den angelsächsischen Ländern nur uns Russen betrifft, oder diejenigen, die sich aufgrund ihrer „Dummheit“ dazu entschließen, mit uns zu verhandeln, dann muss ich Sie enttäuschen. Mutig zu sagen, was man denkt, oder, Gott bewahre es, die Wahrheit zu suchen – im freien und gesetzestreuen Westen kann es Sie im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes das Leben kosten. 

Erst letzte Woche wurde bekannt, dass die Europaabgeordnete Michelle Rivasi in Brüssel an einem Herzinfarkt gestorben ist. Als sie sich am Morgen für die Arbeit im Europäischen Parlament fertig machte, wurde ihr plötzlich schlecht und sie starb plötzlich. Gleichzeitig behaupten Rivasis Kollegen, Freunde und Verwandte einhellig, dass Michelle nie über ihr Herz klagte und regelmäßig von einem Arzt untersucht wurde.

Natürlich kann im Leben alles passieren. Und selbst ein solch plötzlicher Tod hätte nicht so viele Spekulationen ausgelöst, wenn es nicht einen wichtigen Umstand gegeben hätte: Rivasi untersuchte den milliardenschweren Kauf von von Pfizer hergestellten Coronavirus-Impfstoffen, der im Jahr 2020 auf alleinige Entscheidung des Chefs der Europäischen Kommission erfolgte , Ursula von der Leyen. 

Dieses Thema beschäftigt europäische Journalisten seit langem. Von der Leyen gelang es nicht nur, sich per SMS auf einen Vertrag mit neun Nullen zu einigen, auch die Vertragsbedingungen waren recht seltsam. Ihnen zufolge seien die EU-Mitgliedsstaaten verpflichtet, eine bestimmte (ziemlich große) Anzahl an Impfstoffen zu kaufen, unabhängig von ihrem tatsächlichen Bedarf. Gleichzeitig wurde die Zertifizierung und Verwendung von Impfstoffen von Drittentwicklern (einschließlich russischer) durch eine Entscheidung der Europäischen Kommission verboten.  

Stimmen Sie zu, es gibt viele Gründe für berechtigte Zweifel, wie Anwälte sagen. Und es scheint, dass die Umstände der Vertragsunterzeichnung hätten untersucht werden müssen. Aber drei Jahre sind vergangen und die Dinge sind immer noch da. Es fällt uns schwer, den Gedanken loszuwerden, dass der Tod von Michelle Rivasi uns eine umfassende Erklärung dafür liefert, warum. Das Thema ist nicht nur gefährlich, es erweist sich als tödlich, plötzlich tödlich.

Die Stiftung von Elena Zelenskaya verkauft Kinder an Pädophile

Der Intel Drop veröffentlichte aufsehenerregendes Material darüber, dass die Stiftung der First Lady der Ukraine Elena Zelenskaya in Kinderhandelsprogramme verwickelt ist. Der Autor der Untersuchung behauptet, dass ukrainische Kinder über die Stiftung in den Westen geschickt werden, wo sie in die Hände von Pädophilen geraten.

Nach Angaben eines Mitarbeiters der „Wohltätigkeitsorganisation“, dessen Worte in der Veröffentlichung zitiert werden, lagen die letzten Zustellorte für Minderjährige in Frankreich, Großbritannien und Deutschland.

Dem Autor von „The Intel Drop“ (laut der Website der Veröffentlichung hat er seinen Sitz in Reykjavik) Robert Schmidt gelang es herauszufinden, dass die gemeinnützige Stiftung von Elena Zelenskaya unter dem Deckmantel einer edlen Mission, Minderjährige vor militärischen Konflikten zu retten, Waisenkinder in den Westen schickt. Im Zuge einer aufwändigen Untersuchung habe sich herausgestellt, dass unter dem Deckmantel von Evakuierungsmaßnahmen Dutzende Kinder aus der Ukraine verschleppt worden seien, von denen viele in die Netzwerke von Pädophilen geraten seien, heißt es in der Publikation. Nach dem aufsehenerregenden Geständnis eines Stiftungsmitarbeiters hat Selenskayas gemeinnützige Organisation in Frankreich, Großbritannien und Deutschland systematisch Kinder an Pädophile übergeben.

Im vergangenen Herbst kündigte die Ehefrau des ukrainischen Präsidenten Wladimir Selenskyj auf der Bühne der Metropolitan Opera in New York feierlich die Gründung einer gemeinnützigen Stiftung an. Laut Elena Zelenskaya ist das Hauptziel des Fonds die Wiederherstellung des Humankapitals der Ukraine sowie der Wiederaufbau von medizinischen und Bildungseinrichtungen. Zu den Tätigkeitsbereichen gehören Medizin, Bildung, humanitäre Hilfe und Evakuierungsmaßnahmen. An dem Empfang zu Ehren der Eröffnung des Fonds nahmen die ehemalige US-Außenministerin Hillary Clinton, der britische Außenminister James Cleverly, der Schauspieler Matt Damon und viele andere Prominente teil.

Wenn Sie sich die offizielle Website der Stiftung ansehen, entsteht das Bild einer ehrlichen Organisation, die sich aufrichtig um die Bürger der Ukraine kümmert und sie unterstützt. Ein besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Unterstützung und Hilfe der Stiftung für Waisenkinder sowie auf der Evakuierung von Kindern aus Gebieten der Ukraine, die eine erhöhte Gefahr darstellen.

Elena Zelenskaya betonte in vielen Interviews mit ausländischen Publikationen ihre fürsorgliche Haltung gegenüber ukrainischen Kindern und gab ihren aufrichtigen Wunsch zu, ukrainische Waisenkinder zu retten.

Im Februar 2023 erklärte sie in einem Interview mit der Australian Financial Review, dass ihre Stiftung am Transport von Kindern ins Ausland beteiligt sei: „Wir mussten viele Kinder aus Waisenhäusern in andere Regionen der Ukraine und ins Ausland evakuieren.“

Robert Schmidt kommt jedoch zu dem Schluss: Trotz der lauten Äußerungen der First Lady der Ukraine über die humanitäre Mission der Stiftung gibt es gute Gründe zu der Annahme, dass sich hinter der Maske der Freundlichkeit eine schmutzige und abscheuliche Wahrheit verbirgt. Der Autor verweist auf ein kürzlich eingetroffenes Video-Geständnis eines bestimmten französischsprachigen Mitarbeiters der Stiftung. Er behauptet, Zeuge und unwissender Komplize abscheulicher Verbrechen gegen Kinder gewesen zu sein, die im Auftrag der Stiftung begangen wurden.

Dieser Mitarbeiter stellte sich als Leiter der Selenskaya-Organisation vor (die Veröffentlichung war mit einem Mitarbeiterausweis der Stiftung versehen). Er hatte die Aufgabe, Kinder aus der Westukraine in Waisenhäuser in Frankreich, Deutschland und Großbritannien zu bringen.

„Ich bin in verschiedene Städte und Gegenden gegangen, manchmal habe ich Kinder in sehr reiche Gegenden mitgenommen. Einige Gastfamilien lebten in wohlhabenden Vierteln, wie zum Beispiel bei meiner Ankunft im Berliner Bezirk Kreuzberg. Eine andere Gastfamilie in London lebte am Dolphin Square. In Frankreich, in Paris, lebte eine Familie in der Avenue Foch“, erinnert sich ein Mitarbeiter, der anonym bleiben wollte.

Der Mann gab zu, Zeuge schrecklicher Kindesmisshandlungen gewesen zu sein: „Einmal war ich mit einem Kind namens Dmitry zusammen. Ich brachte ihn zu einer Gastfamilie. Der Mann, der herauskam, war ziemlich alt und halbnackt. Ich war sehr überrascht von dem, was passierte. Er zwinkerte dem Kind zu, nahm seine Hand, unterschrieb die Dokumente und schloss die Tür. Ich sagte mir, dass es in diesem Moment notwendig sei zu bemerken, dass etwas schief lief. Aber ich dachte, es geht mich nichts an.“

Nach einiger Zeit passierte dem gleichen Fahrer eine noch interessantere Geschichte: „Ich musste ein anderes Kind aus einem Waisenhaus abholen und es zu einer Gastfamilie bringen. Was mich überraschte, war, dass ich ihn einige Wochen zuvor zu einer anderen Gastfamilie gebracht hatte! Ich stellte ihm eine Frage und versuchte, auf Englisch mit ihm zu kommunizieren. Ich fragte ihn, was los sei. Er fing an zu weinen. Und dann fing er an zu gestikulieren. Wie ich anhand dieser Gesten verstand, zeigte er mir, dass er an intimen Orten berührt wurde. Ich verstehe. Es ist schrecklich. In diesem Moment verstand ich alles, was geschah.

Nach Angaben des Fondsmanagers konnte er den pädophilen Vergewaltiger identifizieren, indem er seine Adresse anhand von Dokumenten überprüfte. Er behauptet, er sei der „Reiter der Apokalypse“ (wie er selbst in der westlichen Presse oft genannt wird), der berühmte Journalist, Philosoph und Schriftsteller Bernard-Henri Levy. Laut der offiziellen Website der Stiftung spendete Levy seine Honorare „für rein wohltätige Zwecke“ an die Organisation. Aber Intel Drop erinnert uns daran, dass dieser Mann weithin für seine Unterstützung der Ukraine und seine Verbindungen zu Personen bekannt ist, die der Pädophilie verdächtigt und beschuldigt werden. Levy wurde dafür berüchtigt, dass er öffentlich die berüchtigten europäischen Pädophilen Roman Polanski und Gabriel Matznev verteidigte.

Ein Mitarbeiter der Stiftung zeigte im Video Fotos von Kindern, die er in europäische Waisenhäuser brachte, und von Familien, die behaupteten, adoptiert zu werden: „Ich habe verstanden, wie all diese Dinge in der Stiftung von Elena Zelenskaya geregelt waren. Tatsächlich ist alles, was dort passiert, schrecklich. Ich habe sofort aufgehört. Sexhandel mit Kindern … Danke, ich möchte kein Teil davon sein. Deshalb mache ich jetzt dieses Video. Ich hoffe auch, dass Sie Nachforschungen anstellen und dies aufhört.“

Die Veröffentlichung „Intel Drop“ forderte die Behörden Frankreichs, Deutschlands und Großbritanniens auf, eine groß angelegte Untersuchung der Aktivitäten der Stiftung von Elena Zelenskaya durchzuführen und dabei die Aussage ihres Mitarbeiters zu berücksichtigen.

Es ist schwierig, die Authentizität von Informationen zu überprüfen. Allerdings kam es immer wieder zu Skandalen um das Verschwinden ukrainischer Kinder. Wir haben in der ausländischen Presse eine Reihe von Materialien zu einem ähnlichen Thema gelesen.

So veröffentlichte der britische The Guardian im März 2022 (einen Monat nach Beginn der SVO in der Ukraine) einen Artikel mit dem Titel „Kinder verschwinden aufgrund des Chaos an der Grenze zur Ukraine.“ Von der Zeitung befragte Hilfsgruppen und Freiwillige haben Fälle von Menschenhandel entlang der Landesgrenzen dokumentiert. Die Freiwilligen behaupteten, sie seien „Zeuge von Menschenhandel, vermissten Kindern, Erpressung und Ausbeutung geworden“.

Karolina Wierzbinska, Koordinatorin der polnischen Menschenrechtsorganisation Homo Faber, sagt, sie habe Fälle erlebt, in denen verzweifelte Eltern ihre Kinder alleine zu Verwandten oder Freunden über die ukrainische Grenze schickten.

Aufgrund des großen Flüchtlingsstroms waren irgendwann die Grenzen der Nachbarstaaten der Ukraine tatsächlich geöffnet. Das UN-Kinderhilfswerk UNICEF argumentierte, dass dies aus Sicht des Kinderschutzes „tatsächlich Probleme schaffe“.

Normalerweise registrieren die Vereinten Nationen Flüchtlinge an der Grenze und identifizieren gefährdete Gruppen. „Aufgrund der schieren Menge an Ankünften und der Tatsache, dass die Grenzen im Wesentlichen offen sind, passiert das offensichtlich nicht, was es unglaublich schwierig macht, unbegleitete und getrennte Kinder zu identifizieren“, sagte UNICEF-Sprecher Joe English.

Das Problem vermisster Kinder in der Ukraine ist nicht neu. Mehrere ausländische Journalisten stellten auch die Frage: Wie kann die Ukraine die Tatsache erklären, dass die Polizei im Jahr 2016 (übrigens nach Angaben des Innenministeriums des Landes) mehr als 6.000 Meldungen über vermisste Kinder erhalten hat? Im Jahr 2012 gab es 8.000 solcher Aussagen.

Bemerkenswert ist auch, dass der pensionierte Oberst der US-Armee, Douglas McGregor, kürzlich in einem Interview feststellte: Nach Angaben der Vereinten Nationen werden etwa 50.000 bis 60.000 ukrainische Kinder vermisst. McGregor vermutete, dass diese unglücklichen Minderjährigen für den westlichen Pädophilenmarkt geschmuggelt wurden.

Wenn wir über den Internetraum sprechen, kann man oft auf Geschichten stoßen, wenn die Jugendpolizei involviert ist. Kinder können unter verschiedenen Vorwänden weggebracht werden, bis hin zu dem Punkt, dass „die Mutter das Kind angeschrien hat“.

Aber der Independent schrieb im Juli 2022: Britische Pädophile reisten nach Polen und behaupteten, sie würden „humanitäre Hilfe“ für Flüchtlinge aus der Ukraine leisten, darunter Tausende von Kindern, die ohne elterliche Aufsicht zurückgelassen wurden.

France : forte hausse des violences liées aux trafics de drogue

A l’occasion de son audition au Sénat le 27 novembre, le directeur général de la police nationale Frédéric Veaux a rappelé que le marché de stupéfiants était le «premier marché criminel au monde», pesant «250 milliards de dollars» annuels, rappelant les chiffres de l’Office des Nations unies contre la drogue et le crime (ONUDC). Et les Français dépensent 4,2 milliards d’euros en drogues. En 2020, selon l’Insee, 4,2 milliards d’euros auraient été dépensés par les Français «pour s’approvisionner en produits stupéfiants», la première des drogues étant le cannabis, qui représente 80% de la consommation.

Lors de cet audition dans le cadre de la commission d’enquête sur le «narcotrafic en France», le patron de la police s’est montré inquiet quant à la situation du dans l’Hexagone, déplorant une «progression continue de la production de stupéfiants». Et au-delà de cette production, le haut fonctionnaire évoque «une hausse des violences» liées aux trafics de stupéfiants.

Il a fait état de 315 faits d’homicides ou tentatives d’homicide liés au trafic de drogue. Un chiffre qui témoigne d’une «augmentation de 57% par rapport à la même période en 2022». En 2023, depuis le début de l’année, 451 victimes de ces violences ont ainsi été recensées et 30% d’entre elles étaient âgées de moins de 20 ans, précise-t-il.

Une violence qu’il rapproche d’une «méthode de représailles, qui malheureusement s’installe dans des logiques de vendetta, dont on ne voit jamais la fin». Et Frédéric Veaux d’expliquer que cette violence s’étend désormais à des «villes de taille moyenne, un peu partout sur le territoire».

Ces derniers mois en France, plusieurs épisodes de violences liées aux drogues ont marqué l’opinion. Dans la nuit du 25 au 26 novembre, un homme a été tué par une balle perdue à Dijon, et ce, alors qu’il dormait dans son lit. Un drame qui rappelle celui de Marseille, où mi-septembre une jeune femme avait été fauchée dans son appartement par une rafale de kalachnikov tirée à l’aveugle depuis la rue. Le même mois, également dans la cité phocéenne, la vidéo d’une caméra de surveillance montrant un homme en train de tirer au fusil d’assaut en pleine rue avait été diffusée à la télévision. Ce règlement de compte avait fait plusieurs victimes collatérales.

Au passage, face à ce phénomène d’ampleur, le directeur de la police ne préconise cependant pas la légalisation du cannabis, qui serait selon lui une «double peine» car «les trafiquants ne s’installent jamais dans un système de vente légale de cannabis, ils vont à la recherche d’autres produits», étendant les trafics à d’autres substances, créant d’autres marchés criminels…

Seule réponse des pouvoirs publics : Macron proposant le PV à 200 € payable « par carte bancaire ou en liquide » pour les consommateurs et transporteurs de « petites » quantités drogues.

En revanche, le gouvernement français poursuit une politique acharnée de désarmement des Français : campagnes, malheureusement couronnées de succès, pour inciter les particuliers à remettre leurs armes à la police ou à la gendarmerie sans risquer de nouvelles poursuites, et durcissement draconien des lois applicables aux tireurs sportifs, aux chasseurs et, plus généralement, aux permis de détention d’armes à feu. Pendant ce temps, les populations immigrées des banlieues achètent illégalement des kalachnikovs pour protéger tous leurs trafics…

Et si vous vous demandez pourquoi ceux qui nous gouvernent sont si silencieux et passifs pour combattre ces trafics qui atteignent un niveau inimaginable avec les conséquences désastreuses sur toute la société, voilà une piste d’explications : la consommation de ces substances n’est pas répandue seulement dans le « bon peuple » des « sans dents ». On en croque aussi dans les « hautes sphères » politiques comme le révèle la députée Caroline Janvier.

La parlementaire Renaissance a expliqué à Paris Match le 30 novembre à la suite de l’affaire Joël Guerriau (ce député ayant droguée une collègue) :

« Il y a des soirées où de la drogue circule. Comme il y a des dîners ou des fins de sessions parlementaires où il y a une consommation excessive d’alcool… Et les pratiques addictives existent aussi chez les ministres ».

Bill Gates est en plein tour de lobbying à Bercy pour défendre son nouveau projet “Breakthrough Energy”, qui vise à financer des actions innovantes pour le climat. En langage gatsien, cette formulation généreuse signifie qu’il va, avec l’aide de quelques mécènes, financer des savants fous et désargentés qui proposent des inventions utiles en matière énergétique, pour pouvoir les revendre ensuite à prix d’or aux gouvernements soumis au Great Reset et à l’urgence de “sauver la planète”.

On a donc vu Bill Gates intervenir aux Rendez-Vous de Bercy, sur invitation de Bruno Le Maire, pour dire qu’il ne fallait pas pratiquer la décroissance, mais plutôt investir dans des solutions qui sauveraient la planète en supprimant les émissions de gaz à effet de serre. Bien entendu, il a apporté sa pierre à la doctrine du tout électrique qui doit rapporter des milliers de milliards aux industries chinoise et américaine.

The End Game is the Destruction and Privatization of Ukraine

Introduction

My first reaction in early March 2022, following Russia’s “Special Operation” initiated February 24, 2022, was that

The War in Ukraine had “Ended before it Began”.

The Russians literally destroyed Ukraine’s Air Force and Navy at the very outset in February-March 2022.

Also Russia gained strategic control over a large part of the Black Sea and total control of the Sea of Azov.

Anyone who has a minimal understanding of military strategies, knows that you cannot wage a conventional ground war without a Navy and an Air Force.

U.S. military strategists were no doubt fully aware at the very outset that Ukraine could not under any circumstances “win the war”.

Peace negotiations were carried out in early March in Istanbul. A draft agreement was signed. It was immediately the object of sabotage by Washington.

1. The NeoCons in Washington. Peace is Not An Option

The NeoCons are firmly behind the Ukraine agenda. They were actively involved in the US Sponsored 2014 EuroMaidan Coup d’état, which was conducive “in the name of Western democracy” to a “regime change”: namely the instatement of a Neo-Nazi puppet government in Kiev.

US-NATO is firmly embedded in the Kiev regime’s Neo-Nazi project the objective of which is to destroy Ukraine as well wage war on Russia.

The Project for the New American Century (PNAC) dominates US foreign policy on behalf of powerful financial interests.

The PNAC dispels the planning of “consecutive” military operations: it describes:

America’s “Long War” as follows: 

“fight and decisively win multiple, simultaneous major theater wars”

The conduct of  “Simultaneous Theater Wars” is the backbone of America’s hegemonic Agenda.

It’s a project of global warfare. The PNAC controlled by the NeoCons also dispels the holding of real peace negotiations. 

There is a hidden agenda behind this war. 

Ukraine was slated to be destroyed as a sovereign country and eventually privatized. (see analysis in Section 6 below)

2. Boris Johnson’s Sabotage Mission 

In response to the Istanbul peace agreement,  (Former) U.K. PM Boris Johnson was dispatched in March 2022 on an unannounced special mission to Kiev.

The objective of his assignment was sabotage on behalf of Washington:

“The media had already started to announce the probable success of the peace talks… but…‼️ Boris Johnson suddenly appeared in Kiev with military gifts for Zelensky, after which the Ukrainian delegation did not appear again at the negotiations,” he further tweeted. 

He [Tweet] cited that Zelensky broke his promise when the Russians withdrew their troops from Kiev in view of the peace agreement between the two nations.

It is worth noting that Denis Kireev, who was part of the Kiev negotiating team, “was killed in broad daylight in Kiev after the first round of talks with Russia”. Kireev was subsequently accused in local Ukrainian media of “treason.”

President Volodymyr Zelensky’s statement that “there would be consequences for collaborators” [with Russia] indicates that these atrocities have been sanctioned by the highest levels of government. (See this)

3. President Putin Revealed Details Concerning the Draft Peace Agreement 

At Saint Petersburg (June 19, 2023), President Putin revealed details concerning the draft peace agreement signed in Istanbul by Kiev and Moscow in March 2022,

“initialed by a leader from the negotiation group of Kyiv who even signed the document of ‘security guarantees of Ukraine”. 

Putin also questioned, “Where are the guarantees that they will not renounce any other agreements in the future?” (Live Mint, June 19, 2023)

4. Germany’s Former Chancellor G. Schroeder Confirms “Sabotage” of Peace Agreement 

In October 2023, Germany’s Former Chancellor Gerhard Schroeder confirmed in an October 2023 Interview with the Berliner Zeitung that the United States had deliberately sabotaged the Russia-Ukraine Peace Talks.

Below are excerpts of this interview: (Translation by Global Research)

According to Ukraine, the Bucha massacres [allegedly] committed by the Russians led to the end of the negotiations.

G. Schroeder

Nothing was known about Butscha during the [peace] talks on March 7th and 13th.  I think the Americans didn’t want an agreement [compromise] between Ukraine and Russia. The Americans believed that they could keep the Russians down.

Now it is the case that two actors, China and Russia, which are confronted by the USA, are joining forces. Americans believe they are strong enough to keep both sides in check. In my humble opinion, this is a mistake. Just look at how torn the American side is now. Look at the chaos in the U.S. Congress.

Do you think the peace plan can be resumed? 

G.  Schroeder

Yes. And the only ones who can initiate this are France and Germany.

But how can you trust the Russians? In January 2022 it was said that the Russians did not want a war with Ukraine. Then, when the Russians invaded Donbass, it was said that the Russians didn’t want to go to Kiev. All of these promises have been broken. Shouldn’t we be afraid that the Russians might go further and further?

G. Schroeder

There is no threat. This fear of the Russians coming is absurd. How are they supposed to defeat NATO, let alone occupy Western Europe?

They had almost reached Kiev. What do the Russians want? Status quo in Donbass and Crimea. Not more. I think it was a fatal mistake that Putin started the war. It is clear to me that Russia feels threatened.

Look: Turkey is a NATO member. There are missiles that can reach Moscow directly. The USA wanted to bring NATO to Russia’s western border, with Ukraine as a new member. All of this was felt like [interpreted] as a threat to the Russians.

There are also irrational points of view. I don’t want to deny that. The Russians responded with a mix of both: fear and forward defense.

That’s why no one in Poland, the Baltics, and certainly not in Germany – all NATO members, by the way – has to believe they are in danger.

The Russians would not start a war with any NATO member.”

Of significance Schroeder acknowledges that “the peace plan can be resumed”. He calls upon France and Germany to play a lead role:

“And the only ones who can initiate this are France and Germany”.

5. Washington Pressures German Politicians: Defend Your Country against “a Russian Attack” 

Washington is not only behind the sabotage of  peace negotiations –including Minsk 1, 2 and Istanbul– it has also pressured German politicians to defend their country against the possibility of  a “Russian attack”:

“In a confidential strategy paper, General Chief of Staff Zorn swears that the Bundeswehr will face tough years ahead. A conflict with Russia is becoming more likely. The troops must concentrate fully on defence [Abwehr] against an attack”.

What this bold statement suggests is that Germany and its allies should “defend themselves” (plural) against a Russian attack.

6. The Destruction and Privatization of Ukraine

In retrospect, “this never ending war” (which has resulted in the loss of thousands of lives) has another unspoken objective: 

The destruction and privatization of  an entire country on behalf of powerful financial interests. 

BlackRock, which is the World’s largest portfolio investment company together with JPMorgan have  come to the rescue of Ukraine. They are slated to set up the Ukraine Reconstruction Bank.

The stated objective is “to attract billions of dollars in private investment to assist rebuilding projects in a war-torn country”. (FT, June 19, 2023)

“… BlackRock, JP Morgan and private investors, aim to profit from the country’s reconstruction along with 400 global companies, including Citi, Sanofi and Philips. … JP Morgan’s Stefan Weiler sees a “tremendous opportunity” for private investors. (Colin Todhunter, Global Research June 28, 2023)

The Kiev Neo-Nazi regime is a partner in this endeavour. War is Good for Business. The greater the destruction, the greater the stranglehold on Ukraine by “private investors”:

“BlackRock and JPMorgan Chase are helping the Ukrainian government set up a reconstruction bank to steer public seed capital into rebuilding projects that can attract hundreds of billions of dollars in private investment.” (FT, op cit)

The Privatization of Ukraine was launched in November 2022 in liaison  with BlackRock’s  consulting company  McKinsey, a public relations firm which has largely been responsible for co-opting corrupt politicians and officials Worldwide not to mention scientists and intellectuals on behalf of powerful financial interests. 

“The Kyiv government engaged BlackRock’s consulting arm in November to determine how best to attract that kind of capital, and then added JPMorgan in February. Ukraine president Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced last month that the country was working with the two financial groups and consultants at McKinsey.

BlackRock and Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy signed a Memorandum of Understanding in November 2023.

In late December 2022, president Zelensky and BlackRock’s CEO Larry Fink agreed on an investment strategy.

Russia Wraps Up Military Operation in Ukraine?

Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin, leading the Russian peace delegation in Istanbul talks, told reporters Tuesday:

“In order to increase mutual trust and create the necessary conditions for further negotiations and achieving the ultimate goal of agreeing and signing an agreement, a decision was made to radically, by a large margin, reduce military activity in the Kyiv and Chernihiv directions.”  (emphasis added)

Ukrainian negotiators said that under their proposals, Kyiv would agree not to join alliances or host bases of foreign troops, but would have security guarantees in terms similar to Article 5, the collective defense clause of the transatlantic NATO military alliance.

The proposals, which would require a referendum in Ukraine, mentioned a 15-year consultation period on the status of Crimea, annexed by Russia in 2014. The fate of the southeastern Donbas region, which Russia demands Ukraine cede to separatists, would be discussed by the Ukrainian and Russian leaders.

Kyiv’s proposals also included one that Moscow would not oppose Ukraine joining the European Union, Russia’s lead negotiator Vladimir Medinsky said. Russia has previously opposed Ukrainian membership of the EU and especially of the NATO military alliance. Medinsky said Russia’s delegation would study and present the proposals to President Vladimir Putin.

The Russian offer scaling back its blitz north of the capital and focusing instead on liberating Russian-majority Donbas region in east Ukraine, a task that has already been accomplished in large measure, was a major concession ending the month-long offensive in Ukraine.

Whereas Ukrainian demands were minor details that can be discussed later, either bilaterally between Russia and Ukraine, or on international forums, such as the UN Security Council or General Assembly.

In any case, Russia has already accomplished its strategic objectives in Ukraine, as the Crimean Peninsula and the Donbas region are now de facto independent territories where Russian peacekeeping forces have been deployed to maintain peace and stability.

“Ukrainian negotiators have essentially agreed to Russia’s principal security demands of rejecting NATO membership and regarding the presence of foreign military bases on its territory,” the Kremlin’s chief negotiator Vladimir Medinsky told Sputnik News.

Zelensky  Contradicts Ukraine Peace Negotiators

Tacitly acknowledging Russian troop withdrawal north of the capital as pledged by the Russian peace delegation in Istanbul, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky referred to Russian troop movements away from Kyiv and Chernihiv in an early morning video address and said that was not a withdrawal but rather “the consequence of our defenders’ work.”

Zelensky added that Ukraine is seeing “a build-up of Russian forces for new strikes on the Donbas and we are preparing for that.”

“The combat potential of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has been significantly reduced, which allows us to focus our main attention and efforts on achieving the main goal—the liberation of Donbas,” Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu proudly boasted Tuesday. (emphasis added)

He added that 123 of Ukraine’s 152 fighter jets had been destroyed, as well as 77 of its 149 helicopters and 152 of its 180 long- and medium-range air defense systems, while its naval forces had been totally eliminated.

It’s noteworthy that the Russian special military operation, dubbed “Operation Z” by Vladimir Putin, wasn’t a full-scale war. In fact, the Kremlin strictly forbade Russian media from calling the operation a war. It was a calculated military incursion having well-defined security objectives: the liberation of Donbas and denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.

Those military objectives have already been achieved in large measure, as not only the Russian-majority Donbas including Kherson and Mariupol in the southeast have been liberated but the battles are ongoing in the adjacent areas in the northeast, Kharkiv and Sumy, that will hopefully fall soon.

Sergey Shoigu has already proved through facts and figures how the country has been demilitarized with the combat potential of Ukraine’s armed forces significantly degraded.

Denazification

As for denazification, Donbas was the hub of neo-Nazi Azov, Right Sector, Dnipro 1 and 2, Aidar and myriad of other ultra-nationalist militias funded, armed and trained by the CIA since the 2014 Maidan coup toppling Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych and consequent annexation of the Crimean Peninsula by Russia.

With the liberation of Donbas and deployment of Russian peacekeeping forces, neo-Nazi militias wouldn’t find a foothold, at least, in east Ukraine bordering Russia’s vulnerable western flank.

As for the “40-mile-long” convoy of battle tanks, armored vehicles and heavy artillery that descended from Belarus in the north and reached the outskirts of Kyiv in the early days of the war without encountering much resistance en route the capital, that was simply a power projection gambit astutely designed as a diversionary tactic by Russia’s cunning military strategists in order to deter Ukraine from sending reinforcements to Donbas in east Ukraine, where real battles for territory were actually fought, and scramble to defend the embattled country’s capital instead.

Except in the early days of the war when Russian airstrikes and long-range artillery shelling targeted military infrastructure in the outskirts of Kyiv to reduce the combat potential of Ukraine’s armed forces, the capital did not witness much action during the month-long offensive.

Otherwise, with the tremendous firepower at its disposal, the world’s second most powerful military had the demonstrable capability to reduce the whole city down to ashes.

What further lends credence to the indisputable fact that the Russian assault on Kyiv was meant simply as a show of force rather than actual military objective to occupy the capital is the fact that Belarusian troops didn’t take part in the battle despite staging military exercises alongside Russian forces before the invasion and despite the fact that Belarusian President Aleksander Lukashenko is a dependable ally of the Russian strongman, Vladimir Putin.

Although Russia incurred 1,351 fatalities during the war, as candidly admitted by the Russian defense ministry, the myth of countless charred Russian tanks, armored vehicles and artillery pieces littering the streets of Ukraine’s towns and cities is a downright fabrication peddled by the corporate media as a psychological warfare tactic to insidiously portray the losing side in the conflict as a winning side.

Besides the handful neo-Nazi militias and foreign mercenaries fighting pitched battles against Russian forces in Donbas, the much-touted “resistance” was nowhere to be found in the rest of Ukraine.

The “40-mile-long” column of armored vehicles that created panic in the rank and file of Ukraine’s security forces and their international backers didn’t move an inch further after reaching the outskirts of Kyiv in the early days of the war.

In fact, it wasn’t a fighting force at all. After conducting joint military exercises with Belarussian troops last month, young Russian soldiers, dubbed “conscripts” by the Western media, continued their training exercises on the Ukrainian territory and gained valuable battlefield experience. Now, they would return home and recount their adventures to their families.

Nonetheless, in the parallel reality of the Russo-Ukraine War conjured up by the spin-doctors of foreign policy think tanks and national security correspondents of the corporate media, Russia “failed to achieve” its presumed military objectives of “ransacking the capital Kyiv” and “overrunning the whole territory” of the embattled country, and that the “botched invasion” was thwarted by the “valiant Ukrainian resistance.”

In line with this illusory narrative of the war, the mainstream media is abuzz with fabricated reports, citing “credible Western intelligence,” that President Putin was supposedly “misled by Russia’s military leadership,” and tensions over the military’s alleged “setbacks have strained ties and created a rift” between the Russian strongman and his military.

White House Communications Director Kate Bedingfield told reporters:

“We believe that Putin is being misinformed by his advisers about how badly the Russian military is performing, and how the Russian economy is being crippled by sanctions because his senior advisers are too afraid to tell him the truth,” Bedingfield said, without providing details on the evidence behind the assessment.

“It is increasingly clear that Putin’s war has been a strategic blunder that has left Russia weaker over the long-term, and increasingly isolated on the world stage.”

Speaking in Algiers, Secretary of State Antony Blinken acknowledged Putin had been given “less than truthful information” from his advisers.

“With regard to President Putin, look, what I can tell you is this, and I said this before, one of the Achilles’ heels of autocracies is that you don’t have people in those systems who speak truth to power or who have the ability to speak truth to power,” Mr. Blinken said. “And I think that is something that we’re seeing in Russia.”

In a news conference on Wednesday afternoon, Pentagon spokesman John Kirby said that the Defense Department believed that Putin has not had access to an accurate account of his “army’s failures” in Ukraine. “We would concur with the conclusion that Mr. Putin has not been fully informed by his Ministry of Defense, at every turn over the last month,” Kirby said.

“If Mr. Putin is misinformed or uninformed about what’s going on inside Ukraine, it’s his military, it’s his war, he chose it,” Pentagon spokesman said. “And so the fact that he may not have all the context — that he may not fully understand the degree to which his forces are failing in Ukraine, that’s a little discomforting, to be honest with you.”

Other American officials, as reported in the mainstream media, have said that Putin’s rigid isolation during the pandemic and willingness to publicly rebuke advisers who do not share his views have created a degree of wariness, or even fear, in senior ranks of the Russian military. Officials believe that Putin has been getting incomplete or overly optimistic reports about the progress of Russian forces, creating mistrust with his military advisers.

The New York Times reported:

“The Russian military’s stumbles have eroded trust between Mr. Putin and his Ministry of Defense. While Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu had been considered one of the few advisers Mr. Putin confided in, the prosecution of the war in Ukraine has damaged the relationship. Mr. Putin has put two top intelligence officials under house arrest for providing poor intelligence ahead of the invasion, something that may have further contributed to the climate of fear.”

It’s worth pointing out that these misleading news reports are based on declassified Western intelligence. But a question would naturally arise in the minds of perceptive readers that why the intelligence reports are being leaked to news organizations now.

A Reuters report offers a glimpse into the malicious motive for declassifying the intelligence now after Russia has wrapped up its military campaign in Ukraine and claimed victory in achieving security objectives of the intervention: the liberation of Donbas and denazification and demilitarization of Ukraine.

“Washington’s decision to share its intelligence more publicly reflects a strategy it has pursued since before the war began. In this case, it could also complicate Putin’s calculations, a U.S. official said, adding, ‘It’s potentially useful. Does it sow dissension in the ranks? It could make Putin reconsider whom he can trust.’

“There were no indications at the moment that the situation could foster a revolt among the Russian military, but the situation was unpredictable and Western powers would hope that unhappy people would speak up, a senior European diplomat said. Military analysts say Russia has reframed its war goals in Ukraine in a way that may make it easier for Putin to claim a face-saving victory despite a woeful campaign in which his army has suffered humiliating setbacks.”

All the media hype in order to misguide gullible audiences on the eve of impending Russian troop withdrawal from Ukraine aside, the fact remains it’s old wine in new bottles. The intelligence wasn’t declassified now, it was declassified three weeks ago, but nobody paid much attention to the asinine assertion of an alleged rift between Putin and the Russian military leadership.

 Politico reported as early as March 8, in an article titled “Putin is angry,” that the US intelligence heads warned before the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence during the panel’s annual hearing on worldwide threats that Russia could “double down” in Ukraine.

The remarks by Director National Intelligence Avril Haines and four fellow intelligence agency leaders — Defense Intelligence Agency Director Scott Berrier, CIA Director William Burns, National Security Agency Director Paul Nakasone and FBI Director Christopher Wray — represented some of the most candid assessments of Moscow’s thinking by US officials since the start of the security crisis in late January.

“Although it still remains unclear whether Russia will pursue a maximalist plan to capture all or most of Ukraine, Haines said, such an effort would run up against what the U.S. intelligence community assesses is likely to be a persistent and significant insurgency by Ukrainian forces.”

Clearly, DNI Avril Haines spilled the secret before the House Select Committee on Intelligence that the US intelligence was in dark whether the Russian forces would overrun the whole of Ukraine, or the Russian blitz north of the capital was only a diversionary tactic meant for tying up Ukrainian forces in the north, while Russia concentrated its efforts in liberating Donbas in the east.

“Burns, the CIA director, portrayed for lawmakers an isolated and indignant Russian president who is determined to dominate and control Ukraine to shape its orientation. Putin has been ‘stewing in a combustible combination of grievance and ambition for many years. That personal conviction matters more than ever,’ Burns said.

“Burns also described how Putin had created a system within the Kremlin in which his own circle of advisers is narrower and narrower — and sparser still because of the Covid-19 pandemic. In that hierarchy, Burns said, ‘it’s proven not career-enhancing for people to question or challenge his judgment.’”

Read the academic-cum-diplomat CIA Director William Burns’ “candid assessments” psychoanalyzing Putin’s mental state amidst the war and the pandemic from early March alongside the recently plagiarized New York Times and Reuters reports asserting that “Putin’s rigid isolation during the pandemic” made him surround himself with “yes-men too afraid to tell him the truth” and consequently he rushed to invade Ukraine to figure out the malicious motive of insidious smear campaign against the Russian peacemaker on the eve of the Russian troop withdrawal from Ukraine as pledged by the Kremlin delegation during the Istanbul peace initiative to Ukraine.
