The US is moving arms to Israel from around Europe using Britain’s vast air base on Cyprus, but the Ministry of Defence refuses to tell Declassified what American aircraft are flying or what weapons are on board.

Respected Israeli newspaper Haaretz has reported that over 40 US transport aircraft, 20 British transport aircraft and seven heavy transport helicopters have flown to RAF Akrotiri, Britain’s vast base on Cyprus, carrying equipment, arms and forces.
RAF Akrotiri has long been the staging post for British military operations and bombing campaigns in the Middle East. It sits 180 miles from Tel Aviv with a flight time of 40 minutes.
The planes have been loaded with cargo from strategic depots belonging to the US and NATO in Europe, Haaretzreported. Around half the US flights are said to be “delivering military aid”.
Declassified has found these US weapons and equipment are likely being delivered to RAF Akrotiri from US bases in Turkey, Spain and Germany.
On October 18 and 24, the US flew two huge C-17A Globemaster military transport vehicles to RAF Akrotiri from its air base at Rota in southern Spain. On October 25, the US flew another C-17 to Akrotiri from Ramstein air base in Germany, the site of NATO’s air command.
The C-17 is capable of transporting 134 personnel and many types of military equipment, including Abrams tanks and Black Hawk helicopters. The US military notes that the C-17’s role is to “rapidly project and sustain an effective combat force close to a potential battle area”.
On November 5, a US C-130J Hercules military transport aircraft flew from Adana in southern Turkey to RAF Akrotiri. Adana is home to the Incirlik air base, a major US facility with 5,000 American personnel. The Hercules can carry 128 combat troops and 19,600kg of cargo.
Declassified could find no US Air Force (USAF) planes arriving from these bases in the two months before the Gaza bombing campaign began.
US planes landing at Nevatim Air Force Base – located in southern Israel near the Negev desert – have delivered arms for the Israel’s military, Haaretz also reported. In addition, US aircraft landing at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv have carried, among other things, armoured vehicles.

Delivering arms
Declassified also found four USAF flights that departed from RAF Akrotiri in the last 12 days destined for Israel.
The aircraft were the CN-35 and C-295 military transport planes jointly developed by corporations CASA of Spain and IPTN of Indonesia. Their military roles include maritime patrol, surveillance, and transport of personnel and weapons. The C-295 can carry 71 troops and a 9,250kg payload.
Another USAF aircraft flew late on the night of 8 November from RAF Akrotiri to Lebanon’s capital Beirut and then back to Akrotiri again an hour later. It is not known what was picked up and/or dropped off.
Declassified asked the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) what US aircraft were flying to Israel from its base on Cyprus—and what they were carrying.
An MoD spokesperson refused to divulge the information, telling Declassified: “In response to the situation in Israel and Gaza, we are working with international partners to de-escalate the conflict, reinforce stability and support humanitarian efforts in the region. Any use of UK bases will be in line with these objectives.”
But it is believed the British government knows what is on the US planes. The MoD recently told parliament: “UK authorisation would be required for any [US] operations involving the use of the Sovereign Base Areas” on Cyprus.
Haaretz writes that Cyprus provides “the most significant international deployment of forces and equipment” for military operations related to Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza.
Declassified recently revealed that 33 UK military transport planes have flown from RAF Akrotiri to Tel Aviv since 11 October, including every day for two weeks soon after the Gaza bombing began.
The MoD confirmed 17 of these flights but refused to give any details of the cargo or personnel on board.
It is possible that UK special forces, the SAS, have been brought to Israel on some of these flights. The MoD has issued a “D-Notice” – a request to media to not publish information that could harm “national security” – to deter the UK press from reporting on the SAS role in Gaza.
The Sunreported on 27 October that the SAS had deployed to Cyprus.
Other covert activity includes the US military flying surveillance drones over the Gaza Strip, the New York Timesreported on 2 November. The drones were discovered by the paper on a flight tracker website and later confirmed by two US Defense Department officials.
The aircraft are MQ-9 Reapers, which are operated by US Special Operations forces, the paper noted.
Declassified understands the New York Times could not establish where the drones were taking off from. The flight path indicates that it could be RAF Akrotiri, among other possible locations.
The MoD would not confirm or deny if US drones were flying from the British base on Cyprus.
US secrecy
The nature of the US military and intelligence presence on British Cyprus is shrouded in secrecy. Britain has two “Sovereign Base Areas” on Cyprus – known as Dhekelia in the east of the island and Akrotiri in the west – which are large, highly secretive military and intelligence installations comprising 3% of the island’s land area.
The USAF has had a base on British territory on Cyprus for nearly half a century, but its size was long kept secret from the public on both sides of the Atlantic.
Declassified recently revealed that the US is expanding its deployment on RAF Akrotiri to 129 airmen and building a new 147-room installation across 1.5 acres to house its personnel.
Declassified also revealed that a US spy force, the 1st Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron (ERS), is permanently deployed at the British base despite Pentagon claims it only has one airman on Cyprus.
This squadron is the US military’s oldest flying unit and is responsible for training all high-altitude intelligence and reconnaissance aircrew for the U-2 spy plane, which was originally operated by the CIA.
The ERS, which is headquartered at Beale Air Force Base in California, also flies 2,400 hours of “combat support” missions annually with the RQ-4 Global Hawk, a surveillance drone manufactured by US arms company Northrop Grumman.
No evidence has so far emerged that the squadron, based 230 miles from Gaza, is supplying intelligence or combat support to aid Israeli military operations. The UK MoD would not confirm or deny when asked by Declassified.
The MoD also refuses to disclose the number of US military personnel on British territory. A Cypriot working on the UK base told us last year: “There is a big US presence, I don’t know how that works or why.”
The New York Timesreported that the Pentagon has quietly dispatched to Cyprus commando teams from the Joint Special Operations Command, including the Army’s Delta Force and the Navy’s SEAL Team 6, “to stand by in case they are needed to help evacuate American citizens from the region”.
Edward Snowden’s leaks in 2013 revealed the extensive US National Security Agency (NSA) presence across the British territories on Cyprus. A top secret GCHQ document noted: “Cyprus hosts a wide range of UK and US intelligence facilities”.
These facilities were said to include the communications interception facility at Ayios Nikolaos in Dhekelia, which also hosts a measurement and signatures intelligence, or MASINT, component. This highly technical field detects and describes the specific characteristics of target objects and sources.
Two more MASINT locations operating in partnership with the US are found on the Western base, including an unmanned facility at Cape Gata, just up from RAF Akrotiri.
At RAF Troodos, a British “retained site” near the border with northern Cyprus, the US operates another listening post, which utilises covert electronic intelligence gathering.
The Troodos site, GCHQ noted, “has long been regarded as a “‘Jewel in the Crown’ by NSA as it offers unique access to the Levant, North Africa, and Turkey”.
The document added: “Weapons-related collection from Troodos is used to support technical [signal intelligence] analysts in the US and UK.”
It is not known if the NSA is now sharing intelligence gathered on Cyprus with its Israeli counterparts.
Dutch and German presence
In addition to UK and US forces, Britain’s base on Cyprus is being used as a hub for Western military operations, with German and Dutch governments believed to have deployed special forces units there.
The German army’s Special Forces Command (KSK), its Navy Special Forces (KSM) unit – also known as combat swimmers – and the federal police Special Forces unit, which specialises in rescuing hostages (GSG 9), have all reportedly deployed to Cyprus.
Germany has also sent four transport aircraft along with the special forces.
Haaretz reported that four Dutch military transport planes have also arrived on Cyprus along with about 200 Marines, rapid reaction forces and consular staff “to facilitate emergency evacuation of Dutch citizens from the region in case of a widespread war with Hezbollah”.
Meanwhile, the Canadian Air Force has sent several military transport aircraft in preparation for any possible rescue. Planes and forces from other countries have also trickled into the small island.
As Declassified has previously reported, the International Criminal Court, which has an open investigation on Palestine, should request information from the British government about how its military and intelligence services, and the role of US assets on Cyprus, may be aiding Israel’s war on Gaza’s civilians.
Giant UK corporations that are backed by the government — BP and BAE Systems — are capitalising on lucrative contracts with Israel while it kills thousands of Palestinians.

British energy giant BP and arms firm BAE Systems are set to profit from Israel amid its ongoing destruction of Gaza, Declassified has found.
While Israel’s military has killed over 11,000 Palestinians in Gaza, its government has announced the award to BP of a lucrative contract to explore for natural gas in the eastern Mediterranean.
Meanwhile, arms firm BAE Systems, which manufactures key parts of the F-35 jets being used to support strikes on Gaza, has seen its share price rise in recent weeks.
A number of British Conservative MPs who rejected last week’s parliamentary motion calling for a ceasefire in Gaza have shares in BP and BAE, which are both strongly linked to the UK government.
BP’s new licences
On 29 October, Israel’s Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure announced that it had awarded new licences to six energy companies for offshore natural gas exploration in the eastern Mediterranean.
The announcement came a week after Israel bombed the Jabalia refugee camp in Gaza, killing dozens of people. The camp was bombed again two days later.
One of the bids was won by a joint consortium of British energy giant BP, Azeri national oil company SOCAR, and Israeli corporation NewMed Energy.
While the bids were made earlier this year, the timing of the announcement was designed to foster investor confidence in Israel amid its brutal war on Gaza.
“Even now, major natural gas exploration companies put their trust in Israel’s robustness and want to invest here”, Israel’s energy minister Israel Katz said.
“The winning companies have committed to unprecedented investment in natural gas exploration over the next three years, which would hopefully result in the discovery of new natural gas reservoirs”, he added.
Israel’s goal is to achieve energy independence and become a net exporter of natural gas. The new exploration licences will also facilitate the West’s efforts to diversify away from Russian energy sources.
In June 2022, the European Union, Egypt and Israel signed a tripartite natural gas export deal in a bid to “ditch Russia”.
Ursula von der Leyen, the European Commission chief and a prominent defender of Israel over Gaza, described the deal as “an outstanding step bringing our energy cooperation to the next level”. She added: “What a special moment”.
‘Very optimistic’
BP’s interests have long been strongly supported by the UK government around the world and a former head of the secret intelligence service MI6, Sir John Sawers, has served on its board since 2015.
In March this year, BP launched a joint bid with UAE state oil company ADNOC to buy 50% of Israel’s NewMed Energy company, in a deal valued at $2bn.
“BP has not been put off by Israel’s ongoing destruction of Gaza”
NewMed holds a 45% stake in the Leviathan offshore field, which is thought to contain some 22 trillion cubic feet of natural gas.
The field produced $2.5bn in revenue last year but is “one of just 425 projects worldwide designated as ‘carbon bombs’ that ‘significantly threaten the Paris Agreement climate targets’”.
BP has not been put off by Israel’s ongoing destruction of Gaza, with its head of gas and low carbon energy, Anja-Isabel Dotzenrath, reportedly telling investors in October that the company still feels “very optimistic” about the deal.
Palestinian losses
The vast resources in the Levant Basin are disputed, with competing claims from Palestinians, Cypriots, Egyptians, Israelis, Lebanese, and Syrians.
Palestinians, however, have been excluded from benefitting from the region’s energy reserves. In 2019, a United Nations report noted that Israel’s “occupation continues to prevent Palestinians from developing their energy fields”.
As a result, the report continued, “the Palestinian people have been denied the benefits of using this natural resource to finance socioeconomic development and meet their need for energy”, with accumulated losses expected to be “in the billions of dollars”.
The Gaza Marine field, located around 30 kilometres off the Gaza coast, is thought to contain over 1 trillion cubic feet of natural gas but has remained undeveloped since 2000.
Israel’s illegal occupation of Gaza also means that Palestinians rely on Israel for their supply of gas and electricity. This relationship of dependence has resulted in constant power outages in Gaza and, more recently, Israel’s cutting off of power to the entire region.
‘The most lethal fighter jet in the world’
Britain’s leading arms manufacturer, BAE Systems, is also set to cash in amid Israel’s war on Gaza.
The company has long had a revolving door with former government officials and one of its non-executive directors is Sir Mark Sedwill, who served as the UK’s national security adviser from 2017-20. Former CIA chief, Gina Haspel, sits on the board of BAE’s US subsidiary.
BAE Systems builds ships, submarines and fighter jets, and has reportedly booked £10bn in orders since the end of June, “taking its total for the year so far to more than £30bn”.
The company manufactures key parts for Israel’s F-35 fighter jets, described as a “stealth combat” aircraft and “the most lethal…fighter jet in the world”. Israel is the only country in the Middle East to possess F-35 warplanes.
Around 15% of the F-35’s components are made in the UK including the rear fuselage, tail parts, and electronics.
Over recent weeks, Israeli forces have been using F-35 jets to undertake strikes on Gaza.
In November, the Israeli military’s Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Herzi Halevi, visited its air force fleet of F-35 jets and declared that Israel “knows how to reach anywhere in the Middle East. We are already a month into the war, hitting Hamas very, very hard…, destroying Hamas’ infrastructure in Gaza”.
He added that the F-35s carry “very heavy munitions” and provide “a very good connection between what the [ground] force needs and what the plane knows to give”.
The Israel Defence Forces boast that the F-35 can hold up to 8.16 tons of ammunition – the equivalent of 4.5 African elephants.
Share price
BAE Systems’ share price rose in July 2023 following an Israeli order to expand its F-35 fleet to 75 jets – an increase of 50%. The total value of the F-35 contracts to BAE Systems since 2010 may be in excess of £1bn.
Amid the war on Gaza, BAE Systems’ share price rose again, with investors anticipating a gold rush for arms firms supplying Israel with advanced military technology.
By 16 November 2023, the company’s stock price was up by around 9% compared with 6 October – the day before Hamas militants attacked Israel.
The F-35 parts are sold to Israel through open licences, a system which allows Britain to transfer unlimited and unspecified quantities of military items to buyers abroad. The UK government has granted 57 such licences to Israel over the past eight years, with ten of those issued in 2022.
The UK government justifies the continued sale of arms to Israel by claiming that Israel “has made it clear that it will abide by international humanitarian law”, adding that Britain “has the toughest arms regulations anywhere in the world”.
MPs’ shares
A number of parliamentarians are also likely to reap the benefits of Britain’s expanding commercial interests in Israel.
It has been reported that six Conservative MPs have shares or close family members with shares in BP – David Duguid, Victoria Prentis, Desmond Swayne, Harriett Baldwin, Bob Blackman, and Diana Johnson.
Five of those MPs voted against the parliamentary motion for a ceasefire in Gaza while Johnson abstained, raising questions regarding conflicts of interests.
Two MPs – Jesse Norman and Christopher Chope – reportedly have shares in BAE Systems. Both voted against a ceasefire in Gaza.
Other British companies may profit from Israel’s war on Gaza.
As War on Want found in 2022, British financial institutions such as Barclays hold significant shares in “companies whose weapons, components, and military technology have been used in unlawful violence against Palestinians”, such as BAE Systems and Boeing.
All seven Conservative MPs who reportedly have shares in Barclays – Chope, Robert Goodwill, Jonathan Djanogly, Heather Wheeler, Ian Levy, David Evennett, and Steve Double – also voted against a ceasefire.

Britain’s Cyprus base has secretly become international military hub supporting Israel’s bombing of Gaza
The British government has blocked MPs asking any questions about activity at RAF Akrotiri, its vast air base on Cyprus, Declassified can reveal.
Blocking all parliamentary questions from MPs is a highly unusual move.
Government departments routinely refuse to answer specific questions about military operations for reasons of “national security”, but blocking all questions by elected parliamentarians goes far beyond the usual level of Whitehall secrecy.
It comes after Declassifiedrevealed the RAF has made over 30 military transport flights to Tel Aviv since Israel began bombing Gaza. The Ministry of Defence refused to provide us any detail of the cargo or personnel on the flights.
Just this morning an A400M Atlas military transport aircraft operated by the RAF landed in Tel Aviv from Akrotiri. The aircraft can carry 116 soldiers, a Chinook helicopter or a payload of 37 tonnes.
RAF Akrotiri sits 180 miles from Tel Aviv with a flight time of 40 minutes.
Declassified has also reported that the US is moving arms to Israel using RAF Akrotiri, which has become an international military hub supporting Israel’s bombing campaign in Gaza. Half of US planes flying from British Cyprus are said to be carrying weapons for Israel.
“We need openness and transparency by our government. This is not in our name.”
Kenny MacAskill, Alba MP for East Lothian, told Declassified he put down a number of parliamentary questions concerning what military support the UK is providing to Israel and the role of RAF Akrotiri in the supply of military equipment.
“Your question has been queried because it is subject to a block by Government,” he was told in an email. “The Department [Ministry of Defence] has stated that it will not comment on operational matters at this base.”
MacAskill, a former Scottish justice secretary, told Declassified: “This is totally unacceptable in a democracy. Genocide is being perpetrated in Gaza and we have a right to know what our Government is doing about it.”
MacAskill said he had never experienced such a ‘block’ on asking parliamentary questions before.
He added: “The failure to call for an immediate ceasefire is bad enough but any complicity raises issues of participating in war crimes. We need openness and transparency by our government. This is not in our name.”
The UK military-run Defence and Security Media Advisory (DSMA) Committee – better known as the ‘D-Notice’ committee – has also sent out an ‘advisory’ to all British media to suppress reporting on UK special forces’ activity related to Gaza. The SAS was previously reported to have deployed a force to Cyprus.
No British mainstream media outlets have reported on Declassified’s recent findings about RAF Akrotiri and Gaza despite the President of Cyprus Nikos Christodoulides having to defend his government from accusations of complicity in Israel’s bombing of Gaza.
In answer to questions about the use of RAF Akrotiri by Cypriot journalists over the weekend, Christodoulides said: “There is no such information, our country cannot be used as a base for war operations”.
However, RAF Akrotiri has long been the staging post for British bombing campaigns across the Middle East. Declassified also recently revealed that 129 US airmen are also permanently deployed at the base.
The censorship of information requests from MPs makes it all but certain that RAF Akrotiri is being used for covert military purposes that the government does not want the public to know about.
It is likely the UK is sending material military aid to Israel during its bombing of Gaza, which has now killed over 12,000 Palestinians, although it previously told Declassified it was not providing “lethal aid”.

Kinder mit Lügen in die Impfung treiben
Der Flyer der Frau Ernst war eines dieser Machwerke, die unsere Kinder mit Lügen in die schädliche Impfung treiben sollten: „Dass Nebenwirkungen erst lange Zeit später auftreten, gibt es kaum; der Impfstoff wird im Körper wieder abgebaut.“ Und auf die Frage: „Kann ein so schnell entwickelter Impfstoff sicher sein?“ wird in dem Flyer so geantwortet: „Ja. Fakt ist: Bei der Sicherheit werden keine Kompromisse gemacht.“ Zudem findet sich der explizite Hinweis: “Wenn Du nicht geimpft bist, hast Du ein größeres Risiko, Dich anzustecken”. Längst ist bekannt, dass die Plörre hoppla-hopp für den Profit der Pharma-Industrie entwickelt wurde. Und dass die Opfer bis heute an den Nebenwirkungen der Spritze leiden.
Die Jüngsten mit Dreckzeug spritzen lassen
Frau Ernst gehört zu einer der gut verdienenden Seilschaften der SPD: Als Gewerkschaftsfunktionärin und Mitglied der Hamburger Bürgerschaft hat sie gut für die Rente vorgesorgt. Ob Sie auch von die Pharma-Industrie eine Vergütung bezogen hat, weiß man nicht. Verdient hätte sie es: Als Brandenburger Bildungsministerin hat sie sogar gefordert, Kinder und Jugendliche schon ab 12 Jahren zu spritzen: “Ich sehe das unbedingt so.“ Unbedingt wollte sie das nicht validierte Dreckzeug auch in die Körper der Jüngsten spritzen lassen.
Die Masken auf, die Reihen fest geschlossen
Auch die Masken-Industrie hat mit Britta Ernst verdient: Im August 2020 wurde in Brandenburg die Maskenpflicht an Schulen „im Schulgebäude, auf den Fluren, in der Mensa und ähnlichen Räumen“ eingeführt. Ab 1. Dezember 2020 galt die Pflicht zum Tragen einer Maske mit wenigen Ausnahmen dann auch „im Unterricht, in den Fluren und auf dem Pausenhof“. Ab Mitte Dezember 2020 durfte im Musikunterricht nicht mehr gesungen werden. „Wes Brot ich ess – des Lied ich sing“, heißt ein deutsches Sprichwort. So viel Brot kann die SPD-Frau gar nicht fressen, wie sie mit dem Singe-Verbot an Panik-Umsatz generiert hat. Zu ihr hätte gut die Neufassung eines völkischen Liedes gepasst: „Die Masken auf, die Reihen fest geschlossen!“
Mut in der Provinz
Weitab von den Medienzentren, nicht in Hamburg, Berlin oder in den Öffentlich-Rechtlichen erschien der spektakuläre Bericht über die Kanzlerfrau im „Nordkurier“, ein Blatt für Mecklenburg und die Uckermark. Dort bewies man Mut, dort dokumentierten Journalisten den Horror der Pharma-Kumpanei und auch das Ausweichen der Britta Ernst. Es gibt auch außerhalb der Provinz Leser, die gern die Wahrheit erfahren. Aber mutige Journalisten trifft man eher selten.

Damit legt die Exekutive erst recht eine Vorgehensweise an den Tag, die an Deutschland während des traditionellen Faschismus erinnert und somit die Thesen des Autors untermauert.
Dazu folgendes Zitat aus dem aktuellen Werk von Mies: „Faschistisch wird es, wenn Nachrichten oder Informationen, die von der Meinung der Herrschenden abweichen, diffamiert, zensiert und unterdrückt werden. Also nur noch eine Meinung akzeptiert und geduldet wird.“ Doch welche weiteren Parallelen zu früher erkennt der Autor?
Der erste Teil des Titels „1×1 des Staatsterrors“ mag auf einen Leitfaden hindeuten, und in gewisser Weise stimmt das auch: Denn zuerst gilt es zu erkennen, was ist, um effektiv dagegen vorzugehen. Und tatsächlich werden sich nach der Lektüre des im Klarsicht Verlag erschienenen Buchs für viele Leser die Augen öffnen. Denn der Autor von Büchern wie „Der Tiefe Staat schlägt zu. Wie die westliche Welt Krisen erzeugt und Kriege vorbereitet“ oder „Fassadendemokratie und Tiefer Staat. Auf dem Weg in ein autoritäres Zeitalter“ findet wie immer sehr klare Worte und nimmt kein Blatt vor den Mund. Mies beschreibt schonungslos und deutlich, was eigentlich geschieht, und analysiert, wie es wieder so weit kommen konnte, dass wir in einer, wie er schreibt, „Phase offensichtlich organisierter Regierungskriminalität“ leben. Mies stellt zusammenfassend fest:
„Es handelt sich um einen Neuen Faschismus mit Globalanspruch. Der sich bislang auf den sogenannten freien Westen konzentriert.“
Merkmale des Neuen Faschismus
Aber was unterscheidet den traditionellen vom Neuen Faschismus? In einer Tabelle stellt der Autor die jeweiligen Merkmale gegenüber. Und anhand von Vorhaben der Vereinten Nationen und der Weltgesundheitsorganisation belegt Mies seine Behauptung, dass sich im Westen ein „globalfaschistisches Regime“ entwickelt. Er erklärt: „Faktisch haben wir es mit einer Privatisierung von Regierungsmacht unter der Knute billionenschwerer Weltkonzerne zu tun.“ Und weiter:
„Indem sich der Staat zum Souverän aufschwingt, bestimmen der Staatsterror und die Tyrannei, also das organisierte Politverbrechen, von oben herab politisch, was Wahrheit ist. […] Wenn sich die Exekutive verabsolutiert, die Gewaltenteilung ausgehebelt hat und alleine bestimmt, wo es langgeht, sind alle Dämme gebrochen.“
„Marktradikale Konterrevolution“
Die Ursache für den Zustand der Welt sieht Mies im „Marktradikalismus“. So heißt es an einer Stelle: „Die spätestens seit der Corona-Krise sichtbare Übernahme des Staates durch Finanzindustrie und Konzerngesellschaft ist mit Demokratie nicht vereinbar. Die zahllosen Kritiker des Neoliberalismus haben Recht behalten: Neoliberalismus/Marktradikalismus und Demokratie schließen sich aus! Die logische Vollendung der Herrschaft im US-gesteuerten Marktradikalismus ist der autoritäre beziehungsweise totalitäre Super-Zentralstaat, wobei die Politik jedwede demokratische Restfunktion aufgab/verlor und zum integralen Player des Global Deep State mutierte.“
Er bringt auch den „Corona-Krieg gegen die Völker“ ins Spiel, dieser habe der Erosion politischer und bürgerlicher Rechte, der Konzentration von Reichtum und Macht, Militarisierung der Polizei und der Gleichschaltung der Medien einen „enormen Schub“ gegeben.
Nicht nur Deutschland
Die marktradikale Konterrevolution noch mal zu radikalisieren, ist laut dem Autor die Aufgabe der deutschen Regierung. Als Beispiel nennt er den Generalangriff auf die Grundrechte und das Rechtssystem im Namen von Corona. Mies zeigt auf, wie in der „aufziehenden Dritten Deutschen Diktatur“ der Ausnahmezustand immer weiter missbraucht wird. Und schaut dabei auch hinter die Fassaden von Wokeness, Cancel-Culture oder dem „Digital Services Act“. Viele Begriffe seien auf den Kopf gestellt worden, wodurch zum Beispiel aus dem „Systemkritiker“ der „Verschwörungstheoretiker“ werden konnte. Außerdem rechnet Mies mit den Linken ab, die für ihn nur mehr den „Ideologietransporteur der Herrschaftsfraktionen“ verkörpern.
Aber nicht nur Deutschland zählt laut Mies zu den „Failed States“, sondern alle EU-Länder, „in denen Bürger und Arbeiterklasse zu leibeigenen tributpflichtigen Sklaven innerhalb der angestrebten New World Order“ werden sollen. Mies sieht den Westen an der Schwelle zum „internationalen Superfaschismus“ unter der Führung der USA mit ihrem Weltbeherrschungsanspruch. Entlarvend beschreibt er dieses „Gewaltregime neuer Prägung“ und dessen „dystopische Agenda“, die nicht nur die Natur, sondern auch die Menschen für das neue Profitregime kommerzialisiere.
Alter versus Neuer Faschismus: ein Vergleich, keine Gleichsetzung
Im Hauptteil geht Mies der Frage nach, welche Merkmale des traditionellen Faschismus auch heute vorzufinden sind. Dazu bezieht er sich unter anderem auf das Buch Jenseits des Kapitalismus des Politikwissenschaftlers Richard Löwenthal aus dem Jahr 1947 sowie auf die 14 Kriterien des „Ur-Faschismus“, wie sie der Schriftsteller und Medienwissenschaftler Umberto Eco definierte.
Der Autor zeigt dabei die erschreckenden Parallelen zwischen damals und heute auf – zwischen dem „Ur-Faschismus“ und dem „Neuen Faschismus, der keiner sein will“. Dazu gehörten, um nur einige zu nennen, Merkmale wie: Irrationalismus; Dissens ist Verrat; Konsens und Rassismus; frustrierte Mittelklassen; Leben als Kampf. Aber Mies definiert zwei weitere wichtige Kriterien, die den Neuen Faschismus auszeichnen: Angsterzeugung als Herrschaftsmittel sowie Verschmelzung von politischer und wirtschaftlicher Macht.
Fazit: Grundlage für die demokratische Erneuerung
Wer sich in den vergangenen Jahren vielleicht auch nur insgeheim gefragt hat, ob es sich nicht doch um Faschismus handelt, wird in diesem Buch eine scharfe Analyse der aktuellen Verhältnisse und eine schlüssige Antwort finden. Mehr braucht es eigentlich nicht: Denn wer weiß, was wirklich ist, wird die richtigen Konsequenzen ziehen. Und so macht „Das 1×1 des Staatsterrors – Der Neue Faschismus, der keiner sein will“ trotz des erschreckenden Themas auch Hoffnung. Denn das Buch bildet, um aus dem Vorwort von Michael Ewert zu zitieren, die „Grundlage für wirklichen Antifaschismus“. Denn, wie Mies schreibt:
„Die Menschen müssen nach 40-jähriger Gehirnwäsche neu lernen, zivilisiert und friedvoll miteinander umzugehen. Die Grundlage für die Erneuerung des Denkens, kann nur der völlige Bruch mit den aktuellen Zuständen, dem Kapitalismus und seinen Herrschaftsfraktionen, sein.“
Mit diesem Werk, in dem der Neue Faschismus definiert wird, ist der wichtige erste Schritt dahin getan.
Zu empfehlen ist der Band auch für diejenigen, die erst langsam anfangen sich zu wundern, was eigentlich aus unserer Demokratie geworden ist. Mies bedient sich seinem gewohnt flüssigen, leicht zu folgenden Stil und erklärt anfangs grundlegende politische Begriffe und Staatstheorien. Wichtig und hilfreich für alle, die schon länger das politische Geschehen kritisch betrachten, ist Mies’ tabellarische Auflistung der Merkmale, die den Neuen Faschismus, der keiner sein will, vom alten unterscheiden. Denn wenn, wie der Autor erklärt, die Lüge das „Ende jeder Demokratie“ und den Wegbereiter des Neuen Faschismus darstellt, dann trägt Mies mit diesem Buch zur schonungslosen Aufklärung bei. Spätestens nach der Lektüre von „Das 1×1 des Staatsterrors – Der Neue Faschismus, der keiner sein will“ ist es mit der Gehorsamkeit vorbei.

Zusammenfassung
Digitalisierung gilt derzeit im Bildungsbereich für alle Altersstufen als zeitgemäße Lösung von Bildungsfragen. Tatsächlich sind die Wirkungen und Nebenwirkungen digitaler Medien auf Entwicklungs-, Lern- und Bildungsprozesse wissenschaftlich oft ungeklärt. Vielmehr verdichten sich die wissenschaftlichen Hinweise auf enorme Nachteile und Schäden für die Entwicklungs- und Bildungsprozesse von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch digitale Medien. Im Sinne der Fürsorgepflicht öffentlicher Bildungseinrichtungen fordern wir daher ein Moratorium der Digitalisierung insbesondere der frühen Bildung bis zum Ende der Unterstufe (Kl. 6): Es müssen zuerst die Folgen der digitalen Technologien abschätzbar sein, bevor weitere Versuche an schutzbefohlenen Kindern und Jugendlichen mit ungewissem Ausgang vorgenommen werden. Diese haben nur ein Leben, nur eine Bildungsbiografie und wir dürfen damit nicht sorglos umgehen.
Zu untersuchen sind insbesondere Fragen der medizinisch-psychologischen, der pädagogisch-didaktischen und der politisch-demokratietheoretischen Implikationen. Zu den wissenschaftlich fundierten Einsprüchen zählt etwa die Stellungnahme von fünf Professorinnen und Professoren des schwedischen Karolinska-Instituts. Sie warnen vor negativen Auswirkungen von Bildschirmmedien auf das Lernen und die Sprachentwicklung von Kindern. Der U.S. Surgeon General warnt vor den Folgen für die generelle mentale Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen durch längere Nutzungsdauer und das immer frühere Einstiegsalter bei Bildschirmmedien. Das korrespondiert mit Untersuchungen der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin und Empfehlungen von Kinderärzten und Psychologen. Die UNESCO kritisiert im „2023 Global Education Monitor“ darüber hinaus, dass bei aktuellen IT-Konzepten für Bildungseinrichtungen nicht das Lernen und der pädagogische Nutzen im Mittelpunkt stünden, sondern wirtschaftliche Interessen. Dazu kommen immer mehr Datenverarbeitungssysteme, die als „Künstliche Intelligenz“ (KI) automatisiert beschulen und testen sollen, um fehlende Lehrkräfte zu ersetzen. Dabei hat zuletzt die Corona-Pandemie das Scheitern solcher Ersatzsysteme belegt. Der Deutsche Ethikrat warnt daher in seinen Empfehlungen zur „KI und Bildung“ explizit vor der Ersetzung der Lehrkräfte durch Computerprogramme, die UNESCO empfiehlt den Umgang mit KI erst ab 13 Jahren.
Es ist daher dringend notwendig, die einseitige Fixierung auf Digitaltechnik in KITAs und Schulen zu revidieren, um interdisziplinär und wissenschaftlich fundiert, mit Fokus auf Entwicklungs-, Lern- und Bildungsprozesse über IT und KI in Bildungseinrichtungen zu diskutieren. Bei Erziehung und Unterrichten muss das Wohl der Lernenden und die Wirksamkeit pädagogischen Handelns im Mittelpunkt stehen. Dazu fordern wir ein Moratorium und den öffentlichen Diskurs über die notwendigen pädagogischen Prämissen des Einsatzes digitaler Medien in Bildungseinrichtungen.

Wissenschaftler und Mediziner warnen vor BiIdschirmmedien
Die skandinavischen Länder waren Vorreiter in der Digitalisierung von Bildungseinrichtungen. Doch korrigierte die schwedische Regierung 2023 die Entscheidung ihrer Vorgänger, bereits Vorschulen des Landes verpflichtend mit digitalen Geräten auszustatten. Der Grund für das Umdenken ist die Stellungnahme von fünf Professorinnen und Professoren des renommierten Karolinska-Instituts (Stockholm), die die Strategie der Digitalisierung der Nationalen Agentur für Bildung in einem Gutachten als falsch kritisierte.
Die behaupteten positiven Befunde wären nicht evidenzbasiert, die Forschung habe stattdessen gezeigt, dass „die Digitalisierung der Schulen große, negative Auswirkungen auf den Wissenserwerb der Schüler“ habe. Die ausgelobten Ziele (Bildungs- und Chancengerechtigkeit, Unterrichtsverbesserung, gesellschaftliche Teilhabe) würden nicht erreicht, im Gegenteil: „Es ist offensichtlich, dass Bildschirme große Nachteile für kleine Kinder haben. Sie behindern das Lernen und die Sprachentwicklung. Zu viel Bildschirmzeit kann zu Konzentrationsschwierigkeiten führen und die körperliche Aktivität verdrängen“ (Karolinska-Institut 2023). Die liberale schwedische Bildungsministerin Lotta Edholm stoppte daraufhin den Tablet-Einsatz in der Primarstufe: „Bildschirme haben in Vorschulen einfach nichts zu suchen“, so die Ministerin. (1)
Vor allem müsse der Schwerpunkt des Wissenserwerbs wieder über gedruckte Schulbücher und das Fachwissen der Lehrkräfte erfolgen. Wer sich Wissen „selbstorganisiert“ aus frei zugänglichen digitalen Quellen suchen müsse, wie es derzeit in schwedischen Schulen üblich ist, verliere viel Zeit, um es auf Richtigkeit zu prüfen und lerne nur halb so viel wie im regulären Unterricht. Zudem bestünde die Gefahr, dass Lernende eher horizontal lesen und Texte nur überfliegen statt vertiefend nach Wissen zu suchen: “Die Schülerinnen und Schüler lernen, der schnellen Informationsbeschaffung den Vorrang vor einer tiefgehenden Analyse zu geben, was wiederum zu oberflächlichem Wissen führen kann, das schneller verlorengeht” (ebda.)
Der U.S. Surgeon General (in etwa die oberste Gesundheitsbehörde in den USA) hat eine Studie zur psychischen Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen herausgegeben. Sie zeigt detailliert auf, wie stark junge Menschen von digitalen Medien beeinflusst und abhängig werden. Die immer längere Nutzungsdauer und das immer frühere Einstiegsalter habe Folgen für die mentale Gesundheit von Kindern und Jugendlichen (u.a. Körperunzufriedenheit, gestörtes Essverhalten, Schlaf- und Konzentrationsstörungen, geringes Selbstwertgefühl, Depression u.v.m.). Die US-Behörde fordert alle Beteiligten (politische Entscheidungsträger, Technologieunternehmen, Eltern, Betreuer, Forscher) auf, die Sicherheit, Gesundheit und Privatsphäre von Kindern und Jugendlichen zu schützen, Zugänge und Nutzungszeiten zu reglementieren und Suchtpotentiale dieser Systeme durch Gestaltungselemente und Funktionen zu eliminieren und technikfreie Zonen und Zeiten einzurichten.
Die Deutsche Gesellschaft für Kinder- und Jugendmedizin hat vergleichbare Leitlinien zur Prävention dysregulierten Bildschirmmediengebrauchs in Kindheit und Jugend herausgegeben, die von vielen Fachverbänden aus Medizin, Psychologie und Suchtprävention mitgetragen werden. Die wichtigste Empfehlung für alle Altersstufen: Reduktion der Bildschirmzeiten, keine eigenen Geräte für Kinder und keinen unkontrollierten, unbegleiteten Zugang zum Internet. Eltern und Geschwister sollen z.B. in Gegenwart von jüngeren Familienmitgliedern ganz auf die Nutzung von Bildschirmmedien verzichten. (DGKJ 2022, 3)
UNESCO: IT in Schulen bedient Wirtschaftsinteressen statt Lernprozesse
Einen Schritt weiter geht der UNESCO-Bericht „2023 Global Education Monitor“, dessen Untertitel „Technologie in der Bildung: Ein Werkzeug zu wessen Nutzen?“ die entscheidende Frage stellt: Wem nutzt es? Das Ergebnis: Bei den aktuellen IT-Konzepten für Bildungseinrichtungen stünden nicht das Lernen und der pädagogische Nutzen im Mittelpunkt, sondern wirtschaftliche Interessen der IT-Anbieter und der Datenökonomie. Unparteiische Erkenntnisse über die Auswirkungen der Bildungstechnologie seien Mangelware, es gebe kaum belastbare Belege für den Mehrwert der digitalen Technologie im Bildungswesen, zudem stamme ein Großteil der Nachweise von denjenigen, die versuchen, sie zu verkaufen.
Generell gelte: „Nicht jede Veränderung ist ein Fortschritt. Nur weil etwas getan werden kann, heißt das nicht, dass es auch getan werden sollte. Von Technologien, die für andere Zwecke entwickelt wurden, kann nicht unbedingt erwartet werden, dass sie für alle Bildungsbereiche geeignet sind.“ Kritisiert werden die Folgekosten, die Erstinvestitionen in Bildungstechnologie nur ein Viertel oder weniger der Gesamtkosten abdecken (UNESCO-Report, S. 7). Das sei keine generelle Absage an IT in Schulen, sondern die Forderung nach einer Neu-Justierung mit dem Ziel von Bildungs- und sozialer Gerechtigkeit, verbunden mit der Besinnung auf den von qualifizierten Lehrkräften strukturierten Unterricht: “Kein Bildschirm kann jemals die Menschlichkeit eines Lehrers ersetzen.“ (UNESCO 2023a) Investiert werden müsse in die Qualifikation der Erziehenden und Lehrenden, um erfolgreiche Bildungsbiographien zu ermöglichen und früh zu fördern.
Der UNESCO-Report referiert zudem bestehende Verbote für private digitale Endgeräte, die bereits in fast einem Viertel der untersuchten Länder gelten, Tendenz steigend. Gründe sind das Ablenkungspotential, was die Aufmerksamkeit und Konzentration im Unterricht ebenso stört wie die Kommunikation und das direkte Miteinander im Unterricht und in den Pausen. Den Umgang mit KI empfiehlt die UNESCO erst ab 13 Jahren (UNESCO 2023b). In Frankreich z.B. gilt bereits seit 2010 ein Handyverbot im Unterricht, 2018 erweitert zum Komplettverbot internetfähiger Geräte wie Handys, Tablets und Smartwatches in allen Räumlichkeiten und bei schulischen Aktivitäten auch außerhalb des Schulgebäudes.
Die Niederlande führen 2024 ein Smartphone-Verbot ein, Dänemark diskutiert darüber. In Schweden wurden nach dem Bericht des Karolinska-Instituts die Tablets aus Vor- und Grundschulen wieder entfernt, dafür gedruckte Bücher („Lotta-Böcker“) verteilt. Bayern plant hingegen, in den nächsten fünf Jahren 1,6 Mio. Schülerinnen und Schüler mit Tablets zu versorgen (Zierer 2023). Baden-Württemberg will den Einsatz digitaler Geräte sogar per geändertem Schulgesetz verpflichtend machen, was u.a. gegen die Methodenfreiheit der Lehrkräfte verstößt. Zu den Kosten äußert sich das Kultusministerium in Stuttgart sinnigerweise nicht (Krauß 2023).
Ethikrat: KI darf Lehrpersonen nicht ersetzen
Der Deutsche Ethikrat hat eine Stellungnahme zu den die Auswirkungen digitaler Technologien auf das menschliche Selbstverständnis und Miteinander veröffentlicht. Darin spricht er sich für strikte Begrenzungen bei der Verwendung von Künstlicher Intelligenz u.a. in Medizin (Kap.5) und Bildung (Kap. 6) aus. KI dürfe den Menschen nicht ersetzen, der Einsatz von KI müsse menschliche Entfaltung erweitern, nicht vermindern: „Empfehlung Bildung 10: Eine vollständige Ersetzung von Lehrkräften läuft dem hier skizzierten Verständnis von Bildung zuwider und ist auch nicht dadurch zu rechtfertigen, dass schon heute in bestimmten Bereichen ein akuter Personalmangel und eine schlechte (Aus-)Bildungssituation herrschen.“ (S. 186). Softwaresysteme verfügten weder über Vernunft noch würden sie selbst handeln und könnten daher auch keine Verantwortung übernehmen, so Alena Buyx, Vorsitzende des Deutschen Ethikrates (Deutscher Ethikrat 2023a). Im Infobrief 01/2023 sind die elf Empfehlungen des Deutschen Ethikrates zu Bildung separat abgedruckt, da sie direkte Auswirkungen auf das Unterrichten und den Einsatz (oder Nicht-Einsatz) solcher Technologien begründen (siehe Deutscher Ethikrat 2023a). Ergänzend sollte man das Papier von Hamilton, William und Hattie zur Zukunft der KI in Bildungssystemen einbeziehen, in dem die Autoren 13 Vorschläge unterbreiten, „um den Schaden zu minimieren“ (Hamilton, William, Hattie 2013). Denn das Zerstörungspotential von KI wird selbst von deren Entwicklern wie dem „Godfather of AI“ (die NYT über Geoffrey Hinton) mit der Atombombe und Pandemien verglichen (Böhm 2023).
Digitalisierungszwang verstärkt existierende Probleme
Die flächendeckende Ausstattung der Schulen mit Tablets (wie vordem mit Laptops oder PCs) ist weder aus erziehungswissenschaftlicher, entwicklungspsychologischer noch aus lernpsychologischer Sicht begründbar. Das Bildungsniveau sinkt seit Jahrzehnten, trotz stetig steigender Ausgaben für IT und deren Einsatz im Unterricht. Zwar gibt es immer mehr Abschlüsse und bessere Noten, die Lernleistungen selbst werden aber konstant schlechter (KMK 2022). Daher war und ist Technik statt qualifiziertem Unterricht keine Lösung.
Wissenschaftlich belegt lässt sich festhalten:
Nutzen und Mehrwert digitaler Medien im Unterricht sind bis heute nicht belegt. Technik ist jedoch in der Pädagogik kein Selbstzweck. Jede Methode und jedes didaktische Mittel im Unterricht muss sich über den Nutzen und Mehrwert für Lernende legitimieren (Krautz 2020). Die Argumentation von Digitalanbietern, man müsse „die Diskussion um den Mehrwert digitaler Medien und Tools für Unterricht und Didaktik überwinden“ und stattdessen eine grundsätzlich „offene Haltung gegenüber der schulischen Transformation“ einnehmen (FBD 2021), offenbart, dass es diesen nicht um das Wohl der Kinder und Jugendlichen geht, sondern um eine weder wissenschaftliche begründbare noch demokratisch legitimierte „Transformation“, die vorrangig wirtschaftliche Interessen bedient.
Digitale Medien verstärken und fördern die Bildungsungerechtigkeit sowohl national wie international. Das Versprechen des leichteren Zugangs zu Bildung durch digitale Angebote hat sich nicht bewahrheitet. Die digitale Kluft und die Ungleichheit bereits beim Zugang zu Bildungsangeboten vertiefen sich weltweit und sind mit dem familiären und sozialen Umfeld assoziiert (ICILS 2018).
Über gelingenden Unterricht entscheidet nicht die technische Ausstattung, sondern entscheiden qualifizierte Lehrkräfte, ein gut strukturierter Unterricht und das gemeinsame, soziale Lernen im Klassenverband. „Die Lehrkraft als den Unterricht strukturierende und leitende Person lässt sich durch kein Medium ersetzen“ (Dammer 2022).
Frühkindliche Förderung und Bildungsbiographien beginnen im Elternhaus. Alle an Erziehung, Unterricht und Bildung Beteiligten müssen die Verantwortung dafür übernehmen, dass Kinder und Jugendliche auch in einer hochtechnisierten und flächendeckend medialisierten Welt Zeit, Räume und Möglichkeiten finden, sich altersangemessen körperlich, geistig und seelisch entwickeln können. Auch die Eltern sind in der Pflicht, hierzu beizutragen.
Intelligenter wäre es daher, von nationalen wie internationalen Praxiserfahrungen und Studienergebnissen zu lernen und darauf aufbauend Konsequenzen vor allem in der personellen statt der (medien-)technischen Ausstattung von Schulen und Ausbildungsstätten zu ziehen. Notwendig ist die Berücksichtigung ethischer, sozialer, entwicklungspsychologischer, pädagogischer und didaktischer Prämissen, um den Stellenwert digitaler Medien in der Schule verantwortbar zu gestalten.
Primat der Pädagogik statt Primat der Technik in Schulen!
Daher fordern wir ein Moratorium der Digitalisierung von Schulen und KITAs, damit Kinder und Jugendliche keine Nachteile erfahren und Schäden erleiden, die nicht mehr kompensierbar sind. Dann muss in einem interdisziplinär und multiperspektivisch besetzten Gremium, in dem neben Schul-Praktikern (!) und Theoretikern aus der Allgemeinen Pädagogik und (Fach)Didaktik auch Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus der Ethik und (Lern)Psychologie, der Pädiatrie (Kinder- und Jugendärzte), der Medienpädagogik und der herstellerneutralen und datenschutzkonformen (Digital-)Technik vertreten sind, ergebnisoffen (statt technikdeterminiert) über die Voraussetzungen gelingender Bildungsprozesse diskutiert werden. Es müssen konkrete Vorschläge für humane und demokratieförderliche Erziehungs- und Schulstrukturen erarbeitet werden, die ein selbstbestimmtes Leben durch Bildung ermöglichen, wie es in den Landesverfassungen verankert ist. Dabei gilt grundsätzlich das Primat des Pädagogischen vor allem vermeintlichen technischen Fortschritt zu stellen: Vorsicht ist in Erziehungs- und Bildungsfragen ethische Pflicht. Kinder und Jugendlichen brauchen ein menschliches Gegenüber, ihre Entwicklung und Förderung muss im Mittelpunkt von Bildungspolitik und -praxis stehen.

Israël envisage de réinstaller plus de deux millions de Palestiniens. Après la fin de la guerre de Gaza, ils seraient réinstallés en Europe. Le Premier ministre Netanyahu aurait déjà été en contact avec des dirigeants européens au sujet de ce projet.
Les journalistes palestiniens et israéliens du magazine en ligne +972 ont eu accès à des documents internes du ministère du renseignement, qui montrent qu’Israël envisage trois scénarios après la fin de la guerre. Le ministère lui-même a confirmé l’authenticité du document.
Selon le premier scénario, après la fin des hostilités dans la bande de Gaza, la population palestinienne resterait sur place sous le contrôle des autorités de Cisjordanie. La seconde option suppose l’existence d’un gouvernement arabe non islamique à Gaza, à l’instar des Émirats arabes unis. Dans le même temps, les États-Unis commenceraient à faire pression sur l’Égypte pour qu’elle accepte d’accueillir les réfugiés.
Les Palestiniens en Europe ?
Toutefois, un troisième scénario est également envisagé : les Palestiniens de Gaza seraient réinstallés en Europe. Israël s’intéresse aux pays du bassin méditerranéen, et deux pays de l’Union Européenne, l’Espagne et la Grèce, sont principalement concernés.
Le document montre que davantage de pays pourraient participer à l’ensemble de l’opération. Surtout en allouant des fonds à la réinstallation des Palestiniens, voire en les accueillant.
Le journal souligne le rôle que l’Espagne et la Grèce pourraient jouer en accueillant des habitants de Gaza en échange d’un « budget d’absorption ».
Le quotidien El Confidencial indique que les interlocuteurs du journal au ministère espagnol des affaires étrangères ont nié qu’Israël était en contact avec Madrid pour réinstaller des Palestiniens.
Le Financial Times affirme que le Premier ministre Benjamin Netanyahu a déjà pris contact avec certains dirigeants européens pour les convaincre de mettre en œuvre l’idée de la réinstallation des Palestiniens.
Catastrophe civile
Selon le ministère de la santé de Gaza, le nombre de morts palestiniens s’est élevé à plus de 7 700 samedi, certaines parties de la bande de Gaza ayant été détruites. Plus de 1,4 million de personnes ont quitté leur domicile, près de la moitié d’entre elles s’étant réfugiées dans des écoles et des abris de l’ONU.
L’Organisation mondiale de la santé (OMS) réitère son inquiétude quant à l’imminence d’une « catastrophe de santé publique » dans la bande de Gaza, confrontée à des déplacements massifs de population et à la destruction des infrastructures d’approvisionnement en eau. Auparavant, l’OMS avait condamné les actions d’Israël dans la bande de Gaza.

On dit Hollywood en liquidation à cause du LGBTQ, on dit l’Empire US en voie de disparition, on dit Trump en voie de réélection, on dit le dollar en voie de disparition, on dit tant de choses… La réalité c’est que le triomphe US sur les esprits (la démocratie s’attaque aux esprits, pas aux corps, combien de fois me faudra-t-il te répéter, Tocqueville ?) est total et universel. 1.5 milliard de dollars pour le lamentable navet LGBTQ Barbie, un milliard ou plus pour le triquard Top Gun. La surpuissance de la machine américaine sur le monde est totale – et immatérielle. Oublions les productions Marvel – qui sont d’ailleurs israéliennes. La marche à l’homogénéisation est devenue un galop ? Relisons alors Stefan Zweig qui finit au Brésil avant de se suicider aux barbituriques à Petrópolis (très bel et noble endroit hors du temps et des tropiques). Il écrit vingt ans auparavant dans son opuscule sur l’uniformisation du monde (traduit aux éditions Allia). Il note cette surpuissance US dont tout le monde antisystème se targue d’assister à la fin aujourd’hui (rappelez-vous de Mao et de son tigre de papier qui est toujours là) :
« D’où provient cette terrible vague qui menace d’emporter tout ce qui est particulier dans nos vies? Quiconque y est allé le sait: d’Amérique. Sur la page qui suit la Grande Guerre, les historiens du futur inscriront notre époque, qui marque le début de la conquête de l’Europe par l’Amérique. Ou pis encore, cette conquête bat déjà Son plein, et on ne le remarque même pas. Chaque pays, avec tous ses journaux et ses hommes d’Etat, jubile lorsqu’il obtient un prêt en dollars américains. Nous nous berçons encore d’illusions quant aux objectifs philanthropiques et économiques de l’Amérique: en réalité, nous devenons les colonies de sa vie, de son mode de vie, les esclaves d’une idée qui nous est, à nous Européens, profondément étrangère: la mécanisation de l’existence. Mais cet asservissement économique me semble encore peu de chose en comparaison du danger qu’encourt l’esprit. »
Voici comment commence le texte, comme un diagnostic triste : on est dans les années vingt et triomphe déjà la culture mondiale qui désole Duhamel et Hermann Hesse (le Loup des steppes est un pamphlet antiaméricain) :
« Malgré tout le bonheur que m’a procuré, titre personnel, chaque voyage entre pris ces dernières années, une impression tenace s’est une imprimée dans mon esprit: horreur silencieuse devant la monotonie du monde. Les modes de vie finissent par se ressembler, à tous se conformer à un schéma culturel homogène. Les coutumes propres à chaque peuple les disparaissent, costumes s’uniformisent, les mœurs prennent un caractère de plus en plus international. Les pays semblent, pour ainsi dire, ne plus se distinguer les uns des autres, les hommes s’activent et vivent selon un modèle unique, tandis que les villes paraissent toutes identiques. Paris est aux trois quarts américanisée, Vienne est budapestisée : l’arôme délicat de ce que les cultures ont de singulier se volatilise de plus en plus, les couleurs s’estompent avec une rapidité sans précédent et, sous la
couche de vernis craquelé, affleure le piston couleur acier de l’activité mécanique, la machine du monde moderne. »
Mais Zweig ajoute comme s’il avait lu Théophile Gautier qui en parle déjà très bien de cette unification mondiale dans son Journal de voyage en Espagne : « Ce processus est en marche depuis fort longtemps déjà: avant la guerre, Rathenau avait annoncé de manière prophétique cette mécanisation de l’existence, la prépondérance de la technique, comme étant le phénomène le plus important de notre époque. Or, jamais cette déchéance dans l’uniformité des modes de vie n’a été aussi précipitée, aussi versatile, que ces dernières années. »
C’est comme une religion ce monde moderne (cf. le Covid) avec les mêmes rituels imposés partout en même temps : « Ils commencent à la même heure: tels les muezzins dans les pays orientaux, appelant chaque jour, au coucher du soleil, des dizaines de milliers de fidèles à la prière, toujours identique, comme s’il n’existait là-bas que vingt mots, vingt mesures invitent désormais quotidiennement, à cinq heures de l’après-midi, tous les Occidentaux à poursuivre le même rituel. Jamais, sauf dans certaines formules et formes musicales pratiquées au sein de l’Eglise, deux cents millions de personnes n’ont connu une telle simultanéité et une telle uniformité d’expression comme la race blanche d’Amérique, d’Europe et de toutes les colonies dans la danse moderne. Un deuxième exemple: la mode. Il n’y a jamais eu dans tous les pays une similitude aussi flagrante qu’à notre époque. Jadis, on comptait en années le temps nécessaire pour qu’une mode parisienne gagne les autres grandes villes, et plusieurs années encore pour qu’elle se propage dans les campagnes. Mais les peuples respectaient certaines limites et leurs coutumes, Ce qui leur permettait de résister aux exigences tyranniques de la mode. »
Les caprices de la mode ? Zweig qui malgré son érudition a oublié Montesquieu écrit : « Aujourd’hui, sa dictature devient universelle le temps d’un battement de cil. New York dicte les cheveux courts aux femmes: en un mois, 5O ou IOO millions de crinières féminines tombent, comme fauchées par une seule faux. Aucun empereur, aucun khan dans l’histoire du monde n’avait connu une telle puissance, aucune doctrine morale ne s’était répandue à une telle vitesse. »
Dans mon livre sur la comédie musicale j’ai noté l’importance de Potter la grande farandole (1941). Dans ce film Ginger Rogers impose sa coupe de cheveux à des millions de femmes en un claquement de doigts (Story of Vernon and Irène Castel en anglais). Mgr Gaume redoutait l’ubiquité et la simultanéité, marque de la Bête selon lui. Zweig écrit : « II a fallu des siècles et des décennies au christianisme et au socialisme pour convertir des adeptes et rendre leurs commandements efficaces Sur autant de personnes qu’un tailleur pari sien ne les
soumet à son influence en huit jours aujourd’hui. Le troisième exemple est le cinéma, où là encore sévit cette simultanéité sans commune mesure, dans tous les pays et toutes les langues, à travers lequel les mêmes représentations façonnent des centaines de millions de personnes et où les mêmes goûts (ou mauvais goûts) se forment. On célèbre l’abolition complète de toute touche personnelle, même si les producteurs vantent triomphalement leurs films comme étant nationaux: L’Italie acclame les Nibelungen tandis que les districts les plus allemands et populaires ovationnent Max Linder de Paris. »
Zweig voit cette culture de la masse qui va triompher avec le nazisme, le fascisme ou le communisme (mais pas seulement bien sûr, le libéralisme américain ayant balayé tout cela sans forcer) : « Ici aussi, l’instinct de masse est plus fort et plus souverain que la libre pensée. La venue triomphale de Jackie Coogan a été une expérience plus forte pour notre époque que la mort de Tolstoï il y a vingt ans. Un quatrième exemple: la radio. Toutes ces inventions n’ont qu’un seul but: la simultanéité. Le Londonien, le Parisien et le Viennois entendent la même chose dans la même seconde, et cette simultanéité, cette uniformité enivre par son gigantisme. C’est une ivresse, un stimulant mais toutes ces merveilles techniques nouvelles entretiennent en même temps une énorme désillusion pour l’âme et flattent dangereusement la passivité de l’individu. Ici aussi, comme dans la danse, la mode et le cinéma, l’individu se soumet aux mêmes goûts moutonniers; il ne choisit plus à partir de son être intérieur, mais en se rangeant à l’opinion de tous. »
Tout cela est lié à la jouissance et à l’illusion individualiste (il est dommage que Zweig n’ait pas débattu avec Bernays – pour tout un tas de raisons du reste) qui liquide les individus par cela même qu’elle les invite à être « nature » ou « eux-mêmes » ; c’est l’époque du Flapper, de la Jeune Fille : « On pourrait énumérer ces symptômes à l’infini, tant ils prolifèrent de jour en jour. Le sentiment de liberté individuelle dans la jouissance submerge l’époque. Citer les particularités des nations et des cultures est désormais plus difficile qu’égrener leurs similitudes. Conséquences: la disparition de toute individualité, jusque dans l’apparence extérieure. Le fait que les gens portent tous les mêmes vêtements, que les femmes revêtent toutes la même robe et le même maquillage n’est pas sans danger : la monotonie doit nécessairement pénétrer à l’intérieur. Les visages finissent par tous se ressembler, parce que soumis aux mêmes désirs, de même que les corps, qui s’exercent aux mêmes pratiques sportives, et les esprits, qui partagent les mêmes centres d’intérêt. »
On crée l’homme-masse dont a parlé Bernanos mais aussi un autre grand esprit juif (toujours cette Autriche-Hongrie dont le dépeçage fut la vraie fin de la civilisation européenne) de l’époque, Elias Canetti (voyez Masse et puissance) : « Inconsciemment, une âme unique se crée, une âme de nasse, mue par le désir accru d’uniformité, qui célèbre la dégénérescence des nerfs en faveur des muscles et la mort de l’individu en faveur d’un type générique. La conversation, cet art de la parole, s’use dans la danse et s’y disperse, le théâtre se
galvaude au profit du cinéma, les usages de la mode, marquée par la rapidité, le « succès saisonnier », imprègnent la littérature. Déjà, comme en Angleterre, la littérature populaire disparait devant le phénomène qui va s’amplifiant du « livre de la saison », de même que la forme éclair du succès se propage à la radio, diffusée simultanément sur toutes les stations européennes avant de s’évaporer dans la seconde qui suit. Et comme tout est orienté vers le court terme, la consommation augmente: ainsi, l’éducation, qui se pour suivait de manière patiente et rationnelle, et prédominait tout au long d’une vie, devient un phénomène très rare à notre époque, comme tout ce qui s’acquiert grâce à un effort personnel. »
Mais Zweig qui aurait pu faire fortune à Hollywood comme l’élite culturelle juive autrichienne, préfère accuser ou plutôt désigner l’Amérique : « Source: d’où provient cette terrible vague qui menace d’emporter avec elle tout ce qui est coloré, tout ce qui est particulier dans nos vies? Quiconque y est allé le sait: d’Amérique. Sur la page qui suit la Grande Guerre, les historiens du futur inscriront notre époque, qui marque le début de la conquête de l’Europe par l’Amérique. Ou pis encore, cette conquête bat déjà Son plein, et on ne le remarque même pas (tous les vaincus sont toujours trop lents d’esprit). La colonisation de l’esprit arrive – on pense à ces personnages friqués et ennuyés d’Agatha Christie, qui entre deux croisières, deux bridges ou deux saouleries, écoutent le Poirot : « Mais cet asservissement économique me semble encore peu de chose en comparaison du danger qu’encourt l’esprit. Une colonisation de l’Europe ne serait pas le plus à craindre sur le plan politique; pour les âmes serviles, tout asservissement paraît doux, et l’homme libre sait préserver sa liberté en tous lieux. Le vrai danger pour l’Europe me semble résider dans le spirituel, dans la pénétration de l’ennui américain, cet ennui horrible, très spécifique, qui se dégage là-bas de chaque pierre et de chaque maison des rues numérotées, cet ennui qui n’est pas, comme jadis l’ennui européen, celui du repos, celui qui consiste à s’asseoir sur un banc de taverne, à jouer aux dominos et à fumer la pipe, soit une perte de temps paresseuse mais inoffensive: l’ennui américain, lui, est instable, nerveux et agressif, on s’y surmène dans une excitation fiévreuse et on cherche à s’étourdir dans le sport et les sensations. »
Ennui et fuite (on croirait lire la France contre les robots ou bien Terre des hommes) : « L’ennui n’a plus rien de ludique, mais court avec une obsession enragée, dans une fuite perpétuelle du temps: il invente des médiums artistiques toujours nouveaux, comme le cinéma et la radio, nourriture de masse dont il appâte les sens affamés et transforme ce faisant la communauté des amateurs de plaisirs en corporations gigantesques, à l’image de ses banques et de ses trusts. De l’Amérique vient cette terrible vague d’uniformité qui donne à tous les hommes la même chose, qui leur met le même costume sur le dos, le même livre entre les mains, le même stylo plume entre les doigts, la même conversation sur les lèvres et la même automobile en place des pieds. Vers la fin du texte Zweig pousse à la résistance individuelle contre ce «monstrueux mouvement mondial». J’y reviendrai. Echapper à la technologie, à la radio, au cinéma (Albert Speer en a parlé à Nuremberg puis dans ses Mémoires), au web et aux réseaux aujourd’hui, est chose bien compliquée. C’est Daniel Estulin qui évoquait dans son livre sur la culture (Tavistock Institute) ces chansons de Gaga, Beyonce, Rihanna qui rassemblent et envoûtent des milliards de fans…

Pologne – Orlen, raffineur de pétrole et conglomérat pétrolier polonais, a signé un accord stratégique pluriannuel pour fournir du gaz naturel à l’entreprise indienne ArcelorMittal, deuxième producteur mondial d’acier.
Ce n’est pas la première fois que les deux géants collaborent dans le cadre d’opérations à forte intensité énergétique en Europe centrale et orientale, mais le nouvel accord – annoncé le 14 novembre – reflète l’importance croissante de l’Inde en Europe centrale et orientale et marque le début d’une nouvelle ère dans les relations commerciales entre la Pologne et l’Inde.
Sur une période de 5 ans, entre le 1er janvier 2024 et le 31 décembre 2029, ArcelorMittal achètera environ 26 TWh de gaz naturel pour une valeur d’environ 1,05 milliard d’euros.
L’aigle polonais et le tigre du Bengale
La libéralisation progressive de l’économie polonaise après la chute du communisme en 1989 et l’émergence de l’Inde en tant que puissance économique mondiale au XXIe siècle ont créé un terrain fertile pour la collaboration. Le commerce bilatéral s’est développé progressivement, couvrant des secteurs tels que les technologies de l’information, les produits pharmaceutiques et maintenant, avec l’accord Orlen-ArcelorMittal, l’énergie et les industries manufacturières.
Le commerce bilatéral entre les deux États a été multiplié par plus de sept au cours de la dernière décennie et
de plus en plus d’entreprises indiennes ont fait de la Pologne leur destination de choix pour leurs opérations de délocalisation à proximité de l’Europe.
Les deux nations se targuent de riches traditions culturelles, d’une solide éthique du travail et d’un engagement en faveur de l’innovation. Ces synergies culturelles créent un environnement propice aux projets commerciaux communs, facilitant une communication et une compréhension efficaces entre les entreprises polonaises et indiennes.
Une alternative au dragon chinois
À l’aube du XXIe siècle, les experts prédisent que l’expansion rapide de l’économie indienne, l’explosion de sa population et l’accroissement de son influence mondiale auront un effet majeur sur l’économie mondiale. Alors que la Pologne cherche à équilibrer les influences économiques globales, s’engager plus étroitement avec les entreprises indiennes permet de contrebalancer la part de l’économie mondiale détenue par la Chine.
Après l’arrivée au pouvoir du parti Droit et Justice en 2015, la Pologne a mis en œuvre une stratégie visant à diversifier ses relations commerciales, jugées trop dépendantes de l’Allemagne en particulier et de l’UE en général.
Des partenaires non européens ont été approchés, parmi lesquels la Chine était alors considérée comme un partenaire particulièrement intéressant et en plein essor. Cependant, après que la Chine se soit rangée du côté de la Russie à la suite de son invasion massive de l’Ukraine en février 2022, la Pologne est devenue réticente à l’idée de poursuivre des relations plus étroites avec la Chine.
C’est dans ce contexte que la Pologne a décidé de s’intéresser de plus près à l’Inde. Ce qu’elle y a vu était prometteur.
Une population jeune, en pleine croissance et anglophone, avec des millions d’étudiants obtenant d’excellents résultats dans divers domaines des sciences et de l’informatique, se rend en Pologne pour occuper des emplois axés sur la technologie dans des entreprises telles que Google ou Microsoft.
La Pologne est également enthousiasmée par le corridor économique Inde-Moyen-Orient-Europe (IMEC), qui vise à renforcer la connectivité et l’intégration économique entre l’Asie, le golfe Persique et l’Europe. Ce corridor reliera l’Inde à l’Europe par des voies maritimes et ferroviaires passant par les Émirats arabes unis, l’Arabie saoudite, la Jordanie, Israël et la Grèce.
D’ambitieux projets d’infrastructure allant de la mer Baltique à l’océan Indien sont susceptibles de créer des effets de synergie à partir du milieu des années 2030 et de faciliter une meilleure adéquation entre les économies polonaise et indienne.
Parmi ces projets, citons notamment de l’Initiative des trois mers, l’autoroute Via Carpathia qui s’étend de la mer Baltique au port de Thessalonique, ou encore le plan à long terme pour un projet de chemin de fer sur le même itinéraire.
La diversification dans un monde globalisé
En diversifiant ses partenariats économiques afin d’atténuer les risques liés à une dépendance excessive vis-à-vis d’un seul marché, Orlen joue un rôle central dans l’économie polonaise et contribue de manière significative à la sécurité énergétique de la Pologne. Ses investissements stratégiques et son portefeuille en expansion s’alignent sur les objectifs de croissance nationaux et, surtout, sur les exigences de sécurité, en éloignant la région de l’énergie russe au profit de sources américaines, norvégiennes et qataries.
Une préoccupation sécuritaire similaire est à l’origine de l’ambition de la Pologne de laisser l’Inde s’approprier une part du gâteau qui était auparavant réservée à la Chine. Pour Varsovie, l’alliance sino-russe est perçue sous un jour très différent suite à février 2022. L’accord Orlen-ArcelorMittal n’est qu’une étape dans ce processus, mais il marque en même temps un jalon dans l’évolution des relations économiques entre la Pologne et l’Inde.
Il est trop tôt pour dire si le XXIe siècle sera celui de l’Inde, mais la Pologne a montré qu’elle était prête à suivre le mouvement.

We, the People, are in a race against the Globalists committed to Depopulation; control the survivors, exploit us, dehumanize us, and ultimately digitize us, so that we can be remotely controlled by 5G;
Nobody really knows, or at least has not publicly said what 6G is meant to do, what 5G cannot already do. Incidentally, has the health impact of 6G been studied? Maybe. But nobody divulges the results.
This is how Qualcomm describes 5G:
5th generation mobile network. It is a new global wireless standard after 1G, 2G, 3G, and 4G networks. 5G enables a new kind of network that is designed to connect virtually everyone and everything together including machines, objects, and devices. See this.
Nobody has openly spoken about the health impact of 5G, though, that has been studied. Yet, the studies are not revealed to the public.

There is “guessing”; and scientists who come forward with the truth depicting the impact caused on wildlife and humans by these ultra-microwaves, are most often labeled “conspiracy theorists.”

Therefore, the United Nations, the political body under full control of the Globalist Cabal (openly led by Washington), but really, by the powerful Financial, Military, IT, Media, Pharma Complex (FMIMPC), has nominated one of its under-agents, the UN Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) as the flag-carrier – at least for now – for the deadly onslaught of All-Digitization.
UNCTAD –in blatant derogation of its historical mandate on behalf developing countries, namely the Global South–, will level the playing field, as the saying goes, on behalf of the entire UN System by announcing in a Press Release in Geneva on 15 November 2023, itse-Week from 4 to 8 December 2023, in a major revamp of its annual e-Commerce Week series which began in 2016.
“The digital economy plays a critical role in advancing development goals at all levels. Through inclusive and multi-stakeholder discussions, we can together build a global digital future that works for all.”
UNCTAD’s infamous e-Week is called
“UNCTAD e-Week 2023 to Mobilize Global Support for a More Inclusive Digital Economy.”
Sub-titled:
“More than 3,000 stakeholders from 130 countries will examine how to turn digital opportunities into shared development gains and close existing divides for a sustainable future.”
The text of the Press Release abounds in sloganism, niceties and “noneties” (senseless talk for the “sold to the system gnomes”).
For example….
“The Conference is themed for “Shaping the Future of the digital economy”. The topics will feature over 150 sessions focused on tackling pressing issues related to digitalization. Key topics will range from platform governance, the development impact of artificial intelligence (AI), eco-friendly digital practices, to empowering women through digital entrepreneurship and accelerating digital readiness in developing countries.”
This intro-phrase hardly misses one of meaningless globalist jargons, that are now current and circulate in the minds of people, without them giving a second thought of what they really mean.
Wait a minute, they forgot the term “sustainable”. Surely, it will appear later in the text.
UNCTAD and the “Digital Playing Field”
Very Important Persons (VIP) attending. They also talk about several high-level speakers like Amandeep Sing Gill, the UN Secretary General’s Envoy on Technology; Nizar Ben Neji, Tunisa’s minister of communication and technologies; as well as Henry Puna, Secretary General of the Pacific Islands Forum; and many more IT-VIPs.
The AI Potential. They are not missing out on Tapping the Artificial Intelligence (AI) potential, reminding the world that time is of the essence as the world navigates uncertainties surrounding emerging technologies, including the rapid uptake of AI, which is increasingly revolutionizing the digital economy.
It is clear – our future, the People’s future, is being planned as a digital future. And that, without any consultation. The UN body and those who pull its strings are planning to decide for We, the People. But only if we let them.
Leveling the digital playing field will concentrate on the massive data flows from the digital economy, call for global governance responses to market concentration and unequal distribution of benefits.
They say that over 70% of the global digital advertising revenue goes to just five digital platforms.
So, what are they planning to do about it? Nothing. Because these five digital platforms control already the world – Alphabet, Amazon, Apple, Meta and Microsoft. These behemoths control about 9 trillion dollars-worth of IT communication. And now add “X” (former Twitter) and the horizon for change looks ultra-bleak, especially not by a minor UN body, called UNCTAD.
This is by far not all.
On the agenda also is another slogan: Harnessing the digital promise, which predicts and promises that the data-driven digital economy holds vast potential for countries to spur economic growth, foster innovation and reduce geographic and physical barriers to inclusive development.
Here is the final icing on the cake:
Digitalization for development – the UNCTAD e-Week platform for constructive and inclusive dialogue is to generate insights and actions that can feed into global efforts, particularly the ongoing UN Global Digital Compact, aimed at catalyzing an open, free, and secure digital future for all, leading up to the UN’s 2024 Summit of the Future.
And for all of that, they need Stronger partnerships; especially with multiple global crises unfolding on geopolitical, economic and climate fronts, countries must make critical decisions to chart digitalization paths for equitable and sustainable development.
They may be talking about the unethical and illegal 2019 compact between Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum (WEF) and the United Nations as well as the wantonly man-made worldwide wars and conflicts, chaos, and killings, just to keep the population at bay, confused and distracted.
This completes the sloganism: Equitable and sustainable.
“Taking Down a Society That Is Digital”
When reading between the lines and beyond the slogans and digital jargon propaganda, it is not difficult to see that we are ever-more rapidly moving towards digital enslavement.
Consider what Tucker Carlson has to say in a recent interview that it is easy to “Take Down a Society That is Digital.”
Think about it.
If everything around us is run by digital signals that are controlled by the “Globalist Cabal” (namely the FMIMPC)one or a few switches can turn off our different networks:
water supply, electricity, gas, all kinds of energy,
food supply,
fuel deliveries,
traffic signals,
all transportation,
all communication,
the money in our accounts, and much more.
The impacts on people’s lives are beyond description. It does not need a nuclear explosion to implement its depopulation agenda, or the so-called “useless eaters” (a quote from WEF’s Israeli Yuval Noah Harari), that could also endanger those who control the switches.
And We, the People, would be completely powerless.

By now, it should be clear to all of us what is being gradually and, in many ways, imperceptibly prepared for us, We, the People, is “Pure Evil”.
It is, We, who are in the Matrix. The Elites that control the few switches to run the End Game are outside the Matrix. They will keep their supply lines open – of everything, hoping to live in paradise where, We, the People, own nothing but are happy.
They remote control the Matrix. We self-proclaimed “red-pilled” people thought we were outside and could watch the chaos being created inside.
It is the other way around.
People, do not be fooled. It is a confrontation between the powerful elites, namely the Financial, Military, IT, Media, Pharma Complex (FMIMPC) and the We the People, namely Humanity acting Worldwide at the Grassroots of Society.
