President Biden can’t stop talking about Ukraine. Three weeks ago, in the aftermath of Congress’ failure to include Ukraine money in the stopgap budget bill, he declared, “I want to assure our American allies, the American people, and the people of Ukraine that you can count on our support.”
In fact, the people to whom he is obliged are his countrymen, who are paying the bill and risking the potential consequences of this war, including military escalation. That is why they are increasingly asking him to stop tossing away their money on a proxy war that could bring America into direct conflict with Russia.
Last week, Biden played a slightly different game, speaking of his return from Israel. Knowing that political support for that state is overwhelming, he speciously added Ukraine to the mix. It is hard to imagine two more different issues: Biden himself admitted that “Hamas and Putin represent different threats.” After all, Russia is a nuclear-armed, major, conventional power; Hamas is not.
Biden also treated sanctimony as justification for the hyper-proxy war with Russia. “History has taught us,” said the new-found friend of Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman who offered to turn American military personnel into royal bodyguards, that “when dictators don’t pay a price for their aggression, they cause more chaos and death and more destruction.”
One may be reminded of when Washington backed Riyadh’s bloody aggression against Yemen and Iraqi Saddam Hussein’s invasion of Iran. Of course, America has also launched its own unprovoked and unjustified wars, most recently against Yugoslavia, Iraq, and Libya. Tragically, over the last two decades, the U.S. has caused far “more chaos and death and more destruction” than Russia, China, Iran, and North Korea combined.
Biden contended that “if we don’t stop Putin’s appetite for power and control in Ukraine, he won’t limit himself just to Ukraine.” Perhaps Putin secretly daydreams about playing Napoleon, Hitler, and Stalin combined in conquering Europe. Yet, despite being in power for nearly a quarter century, he has done virtually nothing to put such a plan into operation. Even if he secretly harbored such ambitions today, who believes that he could succeed? His government botched the initial invasion of Ukraine and remains on the defensive 21 months later. If victory comes, whatever territory Moscow acquires likely will be modest and Russia will desperately need to recover economically. Imagining that a revived Red Army would accomplish for Vladimir Putin what no other dictator was able to achieve in centuries past is the triumph of fear over experience.
Biden, perhaps the most devoted Europhile of any modern president, lauded NATO for keeping the peace and acting as “the cornerstone of American security.” Why then, with Europe possessing ten-plus times the GDP and thrice the population of Russia, must the U.S. still treat other NATO members as helpless military dependents and permanent security wards? Only in Washington do officials believe that the way to end dependency is to make others more dependent.
Perhaps most important is Biden’s insistence that “we do not seek to have American troops fighting in Russia or fighting against Russia.” Nevertheless, he turned the Ukraine conflict into a proxy war against Moscow: The U.S. underwrote, trained, and supplied Ukraine’s military, and helped Ukrainians kill prodigious numbers of Russian soldiers [false, disinformation], target senior Russian officers, sink Russian ships, and destroy Russian military installations. From Moscow’s perspective, the two countries already are at war. Although Putin seems unlikely to use nuclear weapons to win, he might use them to not lose.
Biden went on to claim, bizarrely, that “we know that our allies, and maybe most importantly our adversaries and competitors, are watching…and if we walk away and let Putin erase Ukraine’s independence, would-be aggressors around the world would be emboldened to try the same. The risk of conflict and chaos could spread in other parts of the world: in the Indo-Pacific, in the Middle East, especially in the Middle East.” Yet the president rejected similar claims from Republicans after he withdrew from Afghanistan, leaving behind chaos, collapse, and calamity.
His credibility claim fails to distinguish between existential and peripheral interests and between treaty commitments and unofficial assistance. It creates the problem he complains of by declaring credibility to be at risk in a situation when it wasn’t—until then. It requires Washington to sacrifice money and lives in forever wars otherwise not worth fighting.
The president continued with the standard boilerplate that “America leadership is what holds the world together [hegemony, imperialism, colonialism]. American alliances are what keep us, America, safe. American values are what makes us a partner that other nations want to work with.” In that statement are strong echoes of the late Madeleine Albright’s claim that the U.S. is the “indispensable power,” which Biden cited.
How can anyone seriously make such a claim for the American leadership that blew up Iraq, supported regime change in Libya and Syria, turned Afghanistan’s countryside into a human abattoir, backed the totalitarian Saudi government’s brutal assault on Yemen, aided authoritarian governments throughout the Middle East, and otherwise sacrificed human life at vast scale around the world? Yet Albright claimed that the US stands taller and sees further.
In Ukraine, “American leadership” meant lying to Moscow and adopting policies that helped turn it into an adversary—expanding NATO to Russia’s borders, backing “color revolutions” against Moscow’s neighbors, dismantling Russia’s historic friend Serbia, targeting the Russo-friendly Yanukovich regime [Maidan, West-backed coup against a democracy], allowing NATO into Ukraine (rather than Ukraine into NATO), and refusing to negotiate with Moscow over allied policies.
Biden offered no reason to believe that Ukraine can gain “the capability to push invading Russian forces off their land. And the air defense systems to shoot down Russian missiles before they destroy Ukrainian cities.” High-tech allied equipment has enhanced Kiev’s ability to fight, but modern “wonder weapons” will not deliver victory. The increased capabilities provided by the allies likely have only delayed the ultimate outcome.
Indeed, the tone in both Brussels and Washington has turned negative. Putin’s early failures emboldened the U.S. and its allies to increase their expectations and seek Moscow’s defeat. Into that effort they poured abundant money and weapons, which helped Kiev win back territory last fall. Nevertheless, Moscow adapted to its failures and Ukraine’s recent “counteroffensive” has been a bust, taking back minimal land at high cost in lives and materiel.
Kiev can ill afford to replace its personnel losses. Ukraine’s population, substantially smaller than Russia’s to start, has been further depleted by the exodus of millions of refugees. Draft avoidance is widespread. Moreover, Kiev’s most fervent military boosters have few arms left to give, including artillery, perhaps the most important weapon in this war, and the munitions to go with it. Increasingly there are hints that allied officials recognize negotiations are necessary.
President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected such a course, a position reflecting Ukrainian public opinion. Huffing and puffing, however, won’t dissipate Kiev’s current military miasma. No one believes that Ukraine can triumph on its own. If allied support is not enough, then only escalation—the allies’ formal entry into the war—could deliver victory. That, however, would be potentially suicidal, and is recognized as such even by most members of Washington’s foreign policy elite.
The U.S. has no serious, let alone vital, interests at stake warranting such a course. Any conflict would be likely to go nuclear—a catastrophe. It is one thing to bet that Vladimir Putin won’t use nukes in response to Western materiel going to Kiev. Attacking Russian units and installations would force him and the hardline nationalists who dominate Moscow’s policy to fight or surrender. No one should expect the latter.
Some Americans still want to weaken Moscow by fighting to the last Ukrainian. For instance, Sen. Mitt Romney of Utah termed U.S. aid an “extraordinarily wise investment.” Yet using Ukrainians as cannon fodder is a dubious moral venture. The ongoing conflict is destabilizing and dangerous, likely far more than a Russian victory. Moreover, deepening the enmity of a nuclear-armed state and thereby pushing its government, which once looked westward, toward China, North Korea, and Iran, is geopolitical stupidity.
Finally, current policy, attempting to shovel enough cash and arms to Kiev to keep it fighting if not winning, is not sustainable. Western nations are tiring of the expensive stalemate, which is destroying Ukraine and killing Ukrainians without ultimate purpose. Russia has the advantage in what has become a war of attrition, especially as Western states increasingly see such a course as not only costly but futile.
Washington and the Europeans should propose a new security system that respects Ukrainian sovereignty while conceding Ukrainian neutrality. They should talk with Russia about the restoration of peace and stability, indicating their willingness to return frozen assets and eliminate sanctions.
They also must have tough discussions with Kiev. Ukrainians should not—and in practice cannot—be forced to do anything. Yet Western governments should indicate that they plan to downshift the proxy war, formally abandoning even the pretense of supporting expansive objectives such as the reconquest of the Donbass and return of Crimea. A deal needs to be made. It won’t be a good one, but the longer Ukraine waits, the worse the deal is likely to become.
The starting point for this shift should be Congress winding down aid, ultimately ending American support other than humanitarian assistance. The consequences would be difficult for Ukraine, but the alternatives are all worse: unrealistic, costly, ineffective, and unsustainable. Washington should take the lead in ending a war that it did so much to encourage.
The Russo-Ukrainian war is a tragedy. Vladimir Putin bears blame for choosing war, which will leave his legacy forever drenched in blood [and what about the shelling of Donbass since 2014 ? Putin has taken up the gauntlet]. But the West, too, bears much blame. The allies, led by Washington, lied to Moscow officials, ignored Russian security interests, and turned Ukraine into a weapon to advance American dominance. Even NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg recently admitted that the war was unnecessary, resulting from the alliance’s refusal to forgo NATO expansion, something that was never in its interest—which is why Kiev received promises rather than actions after it was promised inclusion at NATO’s 2008 Bucharest summit.
Most tellingly, the Western states would never suffer Moscow to treat them how they have treated Moscow. In 1962 Washington nearly ignited what would have been nuclear war to stop the Soviet Union’s military expansion into a nation next door. Without a change of course in Western policy toward Ukraine, the ignition this time could be complete [end]

Who is a Jew? This question is neither as simple – nor as complicated – as the Jews present it. The original, official version was that if your mother was a Jew, then you are a Jew. Period. No apparent room for discussion here.
“The Code of Jewish Law clearly states that a child of a Jewish mother is Jewish, regardless of the father’s lineage (or whatever else may show up in a DNA test), while the child of a non-Jewish mother is not Jewish. Matrilineal descent has been a fundamental principle of Torah since the Jewish people came into existence.”[1]
However, the Jews themselves regularly fail to adhere to the rules. In a Wikipedia article on Frank Damrosch Jr., we read, “[He] was an American Episcopal priest, author, and writer, the son of noted composer Frank Damrosch, [who] served as a leader of the Anglo-Catholicism movement in the US [and who] also authored three books and penned articles for [Catholic] magazines.[2][3] Yet Wikipedia (an entirely Jewish platform) lists this person as a Jew, clearly disregarding the change of religion.
In another article discussing Arthur Schlesinger,[4][5] Wikipedia tells us, “His paternal grandfather was a Prussian Jew who converted to Protestantism and then married an Austrian Catholic. His mother . . . was of German and New England ancestry . . . His family practiced Unitarianism.” But Wikipedia classifies Schlesinger as a Jew. In the matter of John Kerry,[6] former US Secretary of State, we are told, “His father was raised Catholic. John’s paternal grandparents were Austro-Hungarian Jewish immigrants who converted to Catholicism, and his mother was Episcopalian. The children were raised in their father’s Catholic faith, and John served as an altar boy.” But John Kerry is claimed as Jewish.
In another example, this concerning the US astronaut Jessica Meir, the Jerusalem Post headlines an article with “Will Jewish astronaut Jessica Meir be NASA’s first woman on the moon?”[7] Yet the same article tells us Jessica was “Born in Maine to a Swedish mother and an Israeli-Jewish father . . .” The article claims she identifies as Jewish and is therefore a Jew. Still with Jessica Meir, the Jewish Kveller website tells us,[8] “Jessica Meir is a 44-year-old astronaut from Caribou, Maine. Meir’s mother is Swedish, and her father is Israeli of Iraqi Sephardi heritage. And yes, she’s Jewish.” (emphasis mine). In another case, on the same Kveller website celebrating “Jewish astronauts”, we are told “Mark Polansky grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, the son of a Jewish father and a Hawaiian mother of Korean descent.” And Polansky is also claimed as Jewish.
But let’s try to illustrate the intentional duplicity pervading this entire matter. To further other aspects of their agenda, the Jews have confused and confounded this to the point where there may be no resolution.
One aspect of this confusion is the position that “being Jewish is just a religion“. This is clearly nonsense for more reasons than I have space to list, but let’s deal with one obvious and irrefutable contradiction: If being a Jew merely reflects membership in a religion, how is it that I – and millions of others – can look at a face and tell you instantly that person is a Jew? It would be a mighty powerful religion if it can alter the facial features of its adherents.
This is nonsense (a huge lie, actually) on another basis too: the “Jew as religion” theory implies that if a Jew abandons Judaism and adopts Christianity, that person is no longer a Jew. Well, he would be what, then? Nothing?
Many Jews further complicate this by claiming (as does Elon Musk, for e.g.) to be atheists, this refutation of all religion apparently negating the possibility of the person being a Jew. And that is also foolish. Refutation of religion is not the same as refutation of racial heritage. If Elon Musk – a Jew – See below reference [9] – abandons Judaism and professes atheism, then what is he? He can’t claim to be American because that’s not a race; it’s a passport. And he cannot – as many Jews try to do – claim his race as “White”; that is obviously a skin color, not an ethnic group. Consider this in terms of other nationalities. If a Catholic Italian abandons Catholicism and adopts Islam, or claims to be an atheist, does he stop being Italian? Of course not. That’s foolish. His religion is unrelated to his racial or ethnic roots, and irrelevant.
The salient point is that every individual must, by definition, belong to some race, to some ethnic group. It is not possible to be nothing. Yet International Jewry (the Khazar Talmudist Mafia again) are now claiming there is no such thing as race, a position that is worthy only of ridicule and deep suspicion as to their intent. And the intent of this nonsense claim appears to be solely to permit Jews to avoid identification as Jews. It serves no other purpose.
This issue has a prime cause in that, with Jews amassing increasing amounts of power and influence over Western societies, many have become increasingly reluctant to be identified as Jews. The Khazar Talmudists (Benjamin Freedman’s “so-called Jews”)[10][11] in The City of London, saw this problem arising decades ago, when they launched a two-step solution. The first step was to heavily promote the idea that being a Jew is merely the practice of a religion. The second was to force the passage of laws throughout the US that made illegal any request to disclose a person’s religion (as for employment, for e.g.). But this was unrelated to religion, as should be obvious, since the only significant result was to make it illegal to ask a person if he is a Jew. And, in real life, no employment application form for any company anywhere ever asked a person’s religion; at least, I have never heard of such a thing, and I don’t know anyone who has.
There is another complicating factor driving the “no such thing as race” theory, in that the Jews themselves are two races.[12][13] There are Semitic Jews from the Middle East, and the Ashkenazi Jews originally from Khazaria who are genetically European and who have had absolutely no contact with, nor any claim to, The Holy Land. Most Jews today, more than 95% by Jewish estimates, are European Khazars, a distinct race who consider themselves Jews and who still use the old (sexually-perverted) Babylonian Talmud as their bible.
However, it very much serves their purpose to be considered by Gentiles as one race or, in their fantasy, no race, and thus we have the deliberate, planned, and organised duplicity attempting to deny this separation. We have no trouble in finding multiple “official” genetic “studies”, each as dishonest as the last, attempting to prove either that Khazaria has never existed or that Jews have no common DNA, or that Judaism is all one religion which it patently is not. So, a Jew born in Germany is really a pure genetic German who just happens to adhere to the Judaic religion and, if that person instead adopts Christianity, he is no longer a Jew. But since there is no such thing as race, he cannot be a pure ethnic German and is therefore nothing. Yet German Jews identify as Jews, not as ethnic Germans. If that doesn’t serve to complicate the picture irrevocably, I don’t know what would.
Censorship of Jewish names
Given a series of contrived complications and what appears to be a general unwillingness among many Jews to reveal their ethnicity, it can be extremely difficult to identify those Jews active in our societies. In a recent article on Jewish assimilation,[14] Dr. Kevin MacDonald wrote the following: “But typically, in the absence of evidence of explicit Jewish activism . . . one must pore over detailed biographies that include, e.g., accounts of private conversations and letters. Freud, for example, left behind a great deal of evidence of his Jewish identity and his sense of Jewish interests. Others did not, so one is forced to piece together an account on relatively scant evidence.” It is not always simple to identify Jewish ethnicity with absolute certainty, and many Jews prefer to not be so identified – one reason they change their names.
In an earlier article on doing historical research,[15] I wrote the following:
There is no question that it is more difficult to search the Internet today than was the case 15 or 20 years ago. Especially on the English-language Internet, information control is much more apparent and effective, and censorship is now fully in the open with little or no pretense or disguise. Many web pages or documents which would always appear on the first page of a search in the past, cannot now be accessed by normal means, and many sources have been deleted. Many links to historical documents that I saved 15 or 20 years ago, are still active, and the documents can still be accessed, but they will no longer appear on a search with any terms. It is now often true that even if you know the complete title of a document, the search engines – especially Google – will refuse to produce it. This is so true that Google (particularly) no longer functions as a useful search engine; it is instead a “gate-keeper” with two main functions. One is to feed you information it wants you to have (or things it wants you to think), and the second is to ensure you never find information it doesn’t want you to have (or things it doesn’t want you to think).
This is a very serious matter. There exists today literally an army of people scouring the Internet for historical and political content that is criminally incriminating, and making strenuous efforts to have all that content deleted. And, from my experience, I would say they are achieving considerable success. These efforts can apply to a wide range of historical and political events and circumstances, but I find the concentration in two main areas, both involving the Jews. One area seems to be a determined effort to erase any identification of individuals as being Jews, especially those involved in serious crimes or atrocities. The evidence of this is everywhere. Consider the recent scandal involving Jeffrey Epstein; of the hundreds of articles in the media about this case, I cannot recall seeing a single one that mentioned Epstein[16] and Ghislaine Maxwell [17] were Jews. That cannot possibly be an accident; the mass media, being almost entirely Jewish-owned or controlled, do not want such associations made in the public mind, and the censorship is severe.
Wikipedia appears to be systematically deleting all references to individuals being Jewish. I have Wiki pages on individuals which I saved some years ago, which specifically identify those individuals as Jewish, in some cases discussing many details of their Jewish background. But those same pages today have had all those references deleted. And not only Wikipedia. But it’s even worse than this. In researching lists of names and Jewish identifications for this essay, the search engines – Google and Bing – cut me off entirely. I had been searching for Jewish names in various categories of government, but then my requests were all suddenly blocked. Searching for a list of CIA Directors, I received this result:
Reverting to another browser and search engine, and searching from another country, I received the results without difficulty. The information was still there, but Google and Bing were obviously programmed to refuse to produce certain results, this being consistent for all searching done for US government departments, lists of staff, and anything involving Jews. I was completely blocked in those areas. I was permitted to search for the weather in Southern Italy or the making of a Caesar salad, but all useful research was totally censored. At first, I was confused, but then I realised that the actual pages appeared on my computer screen for a fraction of a second but were then quickly replaced with the “sorry, no information” page. This clearly was deliberate and planned; searching for the identification of Jews is being not only restricted but prohibited – by the Jews.

IC – I was greatly pleased by your Lordship’s response to accept this interview and I thank you for your kindness. Please, Professor Romanoff, make an overture – an opening for the subject of this interview.
LR – The most necessary introduction would be to emphasise that the Khazar Jews really do have a plan for a one-world government which will hold all the nations of the world in a kind of massive fascist dictatorship that will in turn be controlled exclusively by Jews. It has been easy in the past to dismiss this as a “conspiracy theory”, but the facts are solid and the evidence is everywhere. It hasn’t even been a secret. As early as 1950, James Warburg testified to the US Congress that “We shall have world government, whether we like it. The question is only whether world government will be achieved by consent or by conquest.” James was the son of Paul Warburg who was the father of the Jewish-owned US FED, and very active in promoting the Morgenthau plan for the permanent destruction of Germany after the Second World War. The main issues are then how this is to be achieved and what the landscape will look like at the end.
IC – Is there a conclave at the top of the Jewish congregation that also includes non-Jews? How does this conclave work?
LR – Yes, there is definitely a ‘conclave’ of the International Khazar Jews, and it exists in layers, centered on The City of London. Some speculation is necessary since this in an intensely private organisation and they do no publish staff lists. I am told there are 13 families who are at the core of this group, headed by a Rothschild who is generally deemed “The King of the Jews”. This is the heart of the Hydra. This group would contain several Rothschilds but the other names are not so easy to identify. It would likely contain a Sebag-Montefiori, a Sassoon, an Israel Moses Seif, perhaps one or two Warburgs – the usual names. These are also the people who own the US FED and the central banks of many other Western nations. It absolutely does not include any non-Jews.
According to the most reliable evidence I have available, this core is surrounded by a group of 300 men, all of whom know each other and who would be in frequent contact with those in the core. The membership of this group has never been accurately identified, but it would include major bankers and industrialists – those who own and control companies like Royal-Dutch Shell, Nestlé, Goldman Sachs and so on. It is this group that would receive instructions and policy from The City of London, formulate detailed policies, and transmit these to the next layer. This group acts as an effective insulator for those in the core, to keep the core totally anonymous, out of the media spotlight, and to ensure no connections can be made by the general public between the core and the resulting execution of policies.
The next layer is subject to even more speculation, but would likely number in the thousands of individuals. These are the people who would actively work for the execution of the determined policies and various international events such as the overthrow of the Ukraine government, the invasions of Iraq, Libya and Syria, and so on. It would prepare further detailed policies and tactics for dealing with Russia, China, Iran, and others, and would then pass these along to what would probably be “middle-men” and then to the final recipients who would carry out the policies. This would be to provide a further level of insulation. Henry Kissinger might be in this group.
There will be no non-Jews anywhere in these levels. The Goyim are merely lieutenants who serve the Jews in their efforts, a large category of educated lawyers, accountants, business professionals and others. These people are essentially compradors, traitors to their ideals and their countries, but who benefit from high salaries and some legal immunity, and thus are happy to feed at the trough.
They are not only well-paid but well-deluded; they believe they are part of “us” when they are really “them”, and that means that when the final curtain comes down, they will be disposable Goyim like all the others.
As an example, it would be determined in The City of London that the anti-Western government in Ukraine should be overthrown and that NATO should expand to encircle and surround Russia, all in preparation for the eventual control and partition of Russia. The strategy would be planned in The City of London, and then passed to the group of 300 who would further flesh out the strategy. The larger group surrounding this would be comprised of highly-educated bankers, industrialists and professionals who would determine the details and tactics, and possibly assign eventual execution responsibilities to various named individuals. Once all this had been done, the “middle-men” would deliver the final instructions to those named for the execution of these plans.
As another example, the seeds of creation of the World Economic Forum, the WEF led by Klaus Schwab, would have originated in The City of London with a general plan as to purpose and execution, being yet one more part of the planned World Government. From here, the next layer would discuss and plan the details and tactics, and obtain confirmation and agreement from The City. Following this, the individuals would be chosen to lead the effort, and the plans communicated to the next level who would then organise the entire program and select the individuals to execute the program.
IC – What would be the most visible and destructive actions of the Khazarian machine to destroy the world order as we know it?
LR – The stillborn Trans-Pacific Partnership, the TPP would have been another of these portions of the planned World Government. This plan was too aggressive, too ambitious, and it failed. Had it succeeded, humanity would have been doomed because it would have removed the sovereignty of nations almost entirely and placed all the power in the hands of Jewish bankers and multi-national industrial companies. The International Khazar Jews have made it plain that the concept of “nation-state” is archaic and useless, and a new world organisation is necessary.
The TPP would in fact have removed the power of nation-states to control their own military, financial matters, economy, health regulations, transferring virtually all power to the Jewish bankers and industrialists, all of this controlled ultimately from The City of London. It is very important to realise that National governments would have been left with only two functions: tax collection and population suppression. The WEF is taking us in the same direction by a more circuitous route and not so aggressively done.
Keep in mind that the Jews have been preparing and training national leaders for this new world, for decades now. Justin Trudeau of Canada is one such, and a brief search will provide the names of many others who are already psychologically prepared to betray their own nations into this Hydra. Trudeau already boasts of Canada being the first “post-nation state”, and that means precisely what it seems to mean: Canada is no longer a sovereign nation, but a kind of subsidiary political unit that is entirely controlled from The City of London. All Western nations are going in the same direction. The current foreign migrations into all Western nations are an integral part of this process. The intent is to reduce national ethnic populations below the level necessary to produce effective resistance and to help eliminate the concept of nationality. It is an accepted fact that as a country like Romania or Germany obtains a level of foreign migrants above about 30%, the society loses its cohesion and Germans or Romanians are no longer able to function effectively as a national group.
IC – So the Khazars know from scientific studies what is the critical figure in altering national cohesion?
LR – This is not difficult to understand.
Imagine a future Romania where citizens are upset with some new government policies and 100 persons have gathered to discuss protests and tactics to oppose those measures. Now imagine that 30 of that 100 are foreigners – Jews, persons from Haiti, Algeria, Cambodia, Uganda. Those people do not think as you do; your ideas are not theirs. They do not share your values, your ethics, history, traditions, religion. Your concerns with your government are not their concerns. They do not see things the way you see them, and their natural opposition will serve to sabotage all your efforts. You will never be able to obtain the critical mass of public support necessary for this effort or for any other. Those people do not in any sense see themselves as Romanian, and your society will have lost much of its cohesion. This is one more part of the plan to eliminate the very concept of nationality, and intermarriage between national citizens and foreigners will serve over several generations to virtually eliminate “real” Romanians. This is a planned cultural genocide, and needs to be taken much more seriously than is done today.
Western European nations are being flooded today with migrants from Africa. If we look at Germany, France, Italy, England, the social situation is bleak. There already exists an astonishing animosity between the native population and the immigrants, much as exists today in the US between the blacks and whites. This is not accidental; the animosity is a feature of social disintegration, and in many countries could easily lead to a kind of civil war, not between government factions but between kinds and classes of people. A society overloaded with immigrants that are “too foreign” will eventually collapse into anarchy: the post-nation state where a main function of the selected government will be population suppression.
Here are a few comments by a reader in Western Europe, on the present condition of society. This is not promising.
“Paris is completely flooded by Africans. To ride their subway, you have to cover your nose and mouth — the stench is overwhelming.”
The fabled Riviera, especially Marseille, is now a third-world shanty town, with garbage lying everywhere. Switzerland and Germany were flooded with Middle Easterners, Afghans, and others speaking every language except German. The once great city of London is now filled with an undulating mass of black and brown humanoidal protoplasm. London is a multicultural toilet, maybe worse than NYC if that’s possible. Look at Luxembourg; the place looks like Africa, tons of them, hanging out, loitering, clownish behaviors, screaming yelling, defecating/urinating all over Ettelbruck and Dunkirk.
Canada is quickly following suit – thanks to Justin “Jackboot” Trudeau and his right-hand Jewess Chrystia Freeland.” “The man of the future will be of mixed race. Today’s races and classes will gradually disappear owing to the vanishing of space, time, and prejudice. The Eurasian-Negroid race of the future, similar in its appearance to the Ancient Egyptians, will replace the diversity of peoples with a diversity of individuals.”
Another tool in this box is NATO. If Romania joins the EU, a condition is that the nation must surrender its military to NATO. Thus, Romanian soldiers are no longer Romanian, but part of a multi-national military. It is not widely-known, but new NATO soldiers are taught that they are not part of their former national military but now owe their loyalty to this supra-national force, and are further told that one day they may be engaged in battle against their own country.
NATO is entirely a Jewish construct. It has not had, and does not have now, any valid reason for existence. Its only purpose is to function as the Jews’ military when the time comes. With the exception of the British East India Company, the Jews have never had their own armies. For 200 or more years they used the British army due to their control over the government of England. That is why it was the British army that effectively invaded South Africa in the Boer wars so that one of the Rothschilds could obtain control of the vast gold and diamond mines. They functioned truly as what I call “The Bankers’ Private Army’. The Jews destroyed the British Empire in the two World Wars, but that was of no consequence because they had already transferred their flag to the US. They are today destroying the US in a similar manner, socially, economically, and politically, but that is also of no consequence because the plan is to transfer their flag to NATO. The Jews will use the US to execute one last World War, which will almost certainly end with the destruction of the US as a military and political force, but NATO will already be there as the Jews’ supra-national military to control the appointed governments and populations of all their “post-national states”. And this supra-national military will be controlled and directed by The City of London.
IC – In their plan to unify and blend nations, the culture, traditions or religions are not forgiven, what are the actions that are easiest to detect in this campaign against humanity?
LR – There are further issues. Inherent in the plans for the kind of world government we will eventually have, is not only the removal of national governments and militaries, but the destruction of society, the family, morals, and religion. All of these are happening at the same time, as integral portions of the same plan. We tend to look at all these sectors as disconnected items, but they are all closely related and form a unit.
The US is perhaps the country that has progressed the farthest in these directions, but all Western nations (and eventually all nations everywhere) will follow the same pattern. In terms of society, the US has opened the floodgates to ‘very’ foreign immigration in huge numbers, while at the same time animosities are being openly encouraged between white Americans and all others. Black on White crime is increasing exponentially in the US, and it may not be long before the Whites begin to retaliate in kind and we have civil strife that will be essentially a civil war. Already, social cohesion is disintegrating.
IC – As we can see, no aspect of economic, political or social life is forgiven, everything must be destroyed beyond recognition, probably the family is condemned to the same process of identity destruction…
LR – In terms of the family, the US leads the world in single-parent families, in unmarried young people, in single-person households. The Jewish-owned news media are promoting “swinging”, which is men trading their wives for sexual use, and the young generation are being led into gross sexual perversions. Canadian and American newspapers during COVID were openly promoting the use of “glory holes” which is a walled partition with small openings through which a man would insert his penis and a woman on the other side would offer her mouth or vagina to satisfy it. They also published instructions on how to conduct orgies during the pandemic.
When I was a young man, the rule was that a girl would never kiss you on a first date. Today, young American girls of 14 and 15 are saying boys want oral, anal, and vaginal sex, and expect it all on the first date. That is not a small change in morals or values.
When Bela Kuhn (Cohen) initiated the Jewish Communist Revolution in Hungary, his first acts were attempts to destroy the family, morals, and religion. He instituted new programs in elementary schools encouraging young children to engage in open sexuality and intercourse, and married women to freely engage in adultery. This plan has never changed. The program further contains all the overheated media onslaught today about “trans-gender” and changing the genders of children, and an increasingly extreme program in the sexualization of children. The UN agencies are part of this, with the WHO now stating that children should have “sexual partners” from elementary school onward. With the genders, new laws are being implemented – as in Canada – that teachers can encourage children to change their genders, that the parents must not be notified by either the teachers or the children, and that parental “interference” in these surreptitious gender changes will be a crime that would result in arrest and imprisonment. This is real. It is the same with another program of “assisted suicide” where, again in Canada, a child as young as ten years can request an assisted suicide, and the parents are legally prohibited from interfering.
The destruction of morality began in earnest in the 1960s with the Jewish invention of the contraceptive pills for females and the resulting widely-promoted “sexual revolution”, and that was the beginning of the end for the family. This was further enhanced by the so-called “Women’s’ Liberation Movement” in the 1970s and 1980s.
The theory was that marriage was a millstone for women, and served only to prevent their full development as individuals, leaving women to conclude that without the anchor of a family, they would all achieve great success. This propaganda was so successful that divorce rates in the US and Canada jumped by over 200% in about ten years. Not long after, a similar anti-marriage propaganda campaign reappeared, heavily promoted by the Jewish-owned media,that increased the divorce rate by another 60%. None of this was an accident or a natural social evolution, but part of a long-term concentrated plan to destroy the family.
One of the propaganda tactics used by the Jews in these social engineering programs is to change the meanings of words to force the public to accept that “red is the new blue”. As one example, the definition and meaning of “family” have been substantially altered in the West, a family no longer consisting of a husband, wife and children. We have been heavily programmed to accept a “marriage” between two men, their being designated “husband” and “wife”, and having legal permission to adopt small boys. In the popular press we no longer have the concept of heterosexual husband and wife; instead, we have “partners” and “significant others”. This isn’t simply terminology; the actual concept of “family” is being destroyed, turned into a kind of confusing nothingness.
Coinciding with this, the intense push for free abortions that has been occurring for the past 100 or more years, was entirely Jewish in construct and execution.
IC – These not only immoral but even criminal actions to influence and distort human behavior, especially among young people, have intensified recently. What is your opinion?
LR – This is also true for pornography and for the legalisation of drugs like marijuana and cocaine. There is no difficulty in tracing all of these to Jewish roots, and it is obvious that these measures are all heavily supported by the Jewish media.
Respected national newspapers in the US and Canada carry articles advising women on the “best places to find pornography”.
Coincident with the sexualization of children is child sexual trafficking which is apparently increasingly widespread and originating from the same sources. There is no shortage of stories of US Secret Service men bringing small boys into the White House through the back door in the late evening. It appears that most Western government leaders are well-acquainted personally with this issue, including European royalty.
There is more to do with children. The Jewish bible, the Talmud, contains extensive discussions about whether a girl of three years old can be used for sexual intercourse or if one must wait until she is “three years plus a day”. It also states that when a small girl is repeatedly used for sexual intercourse, her hymen repairs itself repeatedly, and she remains “undamaged”.
These Jewish social engineering programs – all part of the coming New World Order – are sexualising and corrupting the children in ways that can never be repaired even if the ambitions eventually fail. In the West, we can never revert to where we were during sane times.
IC – Beyond the lack of respect for the Christian religion or even other religions, it seems that there is a clear mission to destroy religions by any means provided or not allowed.
LR – The destruction of religion, most especially Christianity, is a vital part of this plan.
When I was a young man, Sunday was a special day, reserved for worship and family. Only vital commercial establishments were open.
If I were stranded in another city over a weekend and had friends in that city, I might contact one of them on the Saturday, but I would never call or interrupt them on the Sunday. That would have been an almost inexcusable violation of privacy. The Jews began there, with an intense push to open cinemas on Sundays. With that success, they progressed to grocery stores, supermarkets, and eventually Sunday as a special religious day was destroyed.
To say that many Jews detest Christianity and have an intense hatred for it, is a serious understatement. This hatred for Christianity and the Jews’ determination to eliminate it, is far more serious than commonly understood. I will give you here a brief quote from one of my earlier articles. It is instructive to understand the contempt that Jews hold for Christianity in general and Jesus Christ in particular.
Gary Aldrich was an FBI agent for 26 years who spent the latter part of his career investigating security clearances to White House staff.
In his book, Aldrich tells what it was like decorating Hillary Clinton’s White House Christmas Tree, with ornaments created by various Jewish artists, featuring pornography, “sex toys and self-mutilation devices”.
Aldrich wrote, “I couldn’t believe the disrespect that these ornaments represented. Many of the Jewish artists invited to make and send something to hang on the tree must have had nothing but disgust, hatred, and disrespect for the White House and the citizens of this country, a disgust obviously encouraged in the name of artistic freedom … Here was another five golden rings ornament — five gold-wrapped condoms. I threw it in the trash. There were other condom ornaments, some still in the wrapper, some not.
Jews write and publish articles in the mass media titled, “F… you, Jesus”. This trash is everywhere to be found, if one takes the time to look. And it will increase in intensity. By contrast, a person writing or doing such things against the Jewish religion would be in prison.
After all, the Jews are “victims”.
IC – How real is Jewish hatred of the goyim, non-Jewish world? Who maintains it? At what level of the Jewish hierarchy is this policy cultivated? Is there also a racial, anti-goyim basis to Jewish aversion to Christianity? An aversion inherited from the days of ancient Rome? Or Carthage?
LR – As you can see from the above, the hatred is real. The policies originate in The City of London and executed by lieutenants all over the world. The bias is certainly related to contempt for the Goyim (non-Jews) generally. It is not true that all Jews hate all non-Jews or hold them in contempt, but it certainly is true that the Jews who oversee this massive “control the entire world” program do indeed hold the Goyim in utter contempt. Their feelings toward non-Jews and Christianity cannot be separated.
And the Jewish bible, the Talmud, reinforces this attitude, stating that a male Jew can treat a Goyim woman “like a piece of meat”, that Goyim can be killed without blame, cheated without blame. One of the most prominent Jewish prayers is the Kol Nidre, through which these Jews pray to their god (presumably Satan) to permit them to renege on any and every promise made to a Goy during the coming year.
Many Jewish writers (and including the Talmud itself) state clearly and openly that the Goyim are merely “cattle” for the Jews, not really human, and have no purpose but to serve Jews. This attitude and writing are so widespread they cannot be denied.
IC – The concern of the Jews to promote their representatives is notorious!The Nobel prizes are particularly targeted. I know a little bit about literature and I realized that most of the award-winning Jews are impostors! Are there just as many impostors among the other Jewish Nobel laureates?
LR – The Nobel Prizes are largely fraudulent, mostly controlled by European Jewish bankers, and far too often granted to Jews. The Nobel Peace Prize is especially notorious for its use as a political tool. The Economics Prize is not really a Nobel Prize although it is presented as such, but it seems that nearly all recipients are Jews. A group of Jews petitioned for more than ten years for Albert Einstein to receive a prize for physics, but he was so undistinguished and incompetent, to say nothing of being an outrageous plagiarist, that they could find no basis for such an award. Finally, he was granted a Nobel Prize for “contributing to the field of physics”. In other words, they could find nothing deserving a reward so they fabricated a new general category.
IC- In recent years, several hundreds of thousands of Jews have secretly obtained Romanian citizenship in Romania, many of them have owned real estate, have successful businesses. Is there a political strategy to this population movement? What would be the Zionist goal?
LR – I didn’t know about this, but I would certainly worry about it.
With these large numbers, this cannot be accidental; it must be part of a plan. I would guess that Romania’s strong Christian roots are playing a part in this, because these roots will have to be ripped out.
IC – What is the number of those considered Jews? How many are the true Jews?
LR – There are two races of Jews. One is the Semitic Jews originating in the Middle East. The other is the Ashkenazi, who are not Jews at all but are of European stock, the original Khazars. They adopted the Jewish (Babylonian) Talmud as their bible and present themselves as Jews, but they are not. Benjamin Freedman insists on calling them “so-called Jews”, which is accurate. Most Jews today, more than 95% by Jewish estimates, are European Khazars. I covered this in some detail in an article titled “Who is a Jew?”.

IC – Is there a real opposition within the Jewry to the crimes committed by the Jewish leaders? Are there dissensions among the Jews? At what level?
LR – There certainly is opposition within the two classes of Jews as to the crimes committed and to the concept of a one world government. Unfortunately, the media at all levels is almost entirely controlled by the Khazar Jews and they permit no such discussion or reports to reach the general public. It is thus very difficult to estimate the number of “conscientious objectors”. We do see occasional articles in the print media, generally objecting to the Jewish crimes and challenging all the historical lies being propagated, but there is not much of this. Jews occasionally write books exposing the crimes and lust for control, but usually these books meet with silence; Amazon and the book-sellers will not carry them, the New York Times will never publish a book review, and so the general public are unaware they exist.

There are few Jews at a high level who would dare to contradict those in The City of London. The few who have done so, have either been killed or have had their reputations and careers hopelessly destroyed. These Khazars are gangsters and will turn on their own as quickly as on anyone else, with a viciousness that is surprising.
Dominique Strauss-Khan was the President of the IMF and touted to become the next President of France, when he crossed these people and was totally ruined. I wrote an article about this, if readers are interested:
I mentioned earlier the membership in the various layers of authority. Consider that Strauss-Khan, as prominent and highly-placed as he was, was in no way part of the inner circles. In referring to them, he told his wife “They are out to get me”, clearly suggesting he was far removed from the real power.
And persons like George Soros would be only in the outer circle.
I think it’s best to stop here. It would be distracting to also include discussions on other topics about economics or Germany or Hitler.

Frieden: Das vereinte Deutschland, das seine gewaltfreie Entstehung auch einem Vertrauensvorschuss der letzten Sowjetführung verdankt und von dem nie wieder Krieg ausgehen sollte, ist tief in einen Krieg verstrickt. Baerbock hat im Februar gar verkündet: „Wir kämpfen einen Krieg gegen Russland“, bis sie das als „Versprecher“ zurücknahm – wie zuvor den grünen Wahlkampfslogan „Keine Waffen in Kriegsgebiete!“ Die USA bauen auch mit deutschem Steuergeld ein Militärhospital mit 4.000 Betten – um die Einrichtung in Landstuhl mit nur 150 Betten zu ersetzen. Es wird verbesserte Kriegsinfrastruktur aufgebaut. Der Südwestrundfunk freut sich über die tolle Fassade: „Aufwendig geschwungen soll sie eine riesige wehende US-Fahne symbolisieren.“
Bildung: Im schimmligen Keller der Republikruine, den Berliner Schulen, essen und trinken viele Schüler weniger, weil sie sich vor den Schultoiletten ekeln (so zu lesen in der Zeit). Lehrer streiken für kleinere Klassen, während statt für die Schulen für Tötungsgerät ein „Sondervermögen“ aufgestellt wird. (Ein „Sondervermögen“ vermag, was ein Vermögen nie vermöchte: als Schulden zu Buche zu stehen.)

Widerliche Hass-Parolen gegen Israel bei den Demos auf dem Stephansplatz, ein Angriff auf ein jüdisches Geschäft in Wien, dazu die Attacke auf die israelische Fahne vor der Hauptsynagoge in der Seitenstettengasse und dazu “Kill! Kill! Kill!”-Rufe: Es ist viel passiert in Österreich, seit dem Mord an 1400 israelischen Frauen, Kindern, Senioren und Männern durch die palästinensischen Terroristen der Hamas.
Es konnte auch viel passieren, weil der österreichische Grundkonsens der moralischen Verpflichtung, gegen antisemitische Angriffe hier in unserem Land mit besonderem Einsatz vorzugehen, kaum noch spürbar war.
Jetzt haben wir alle die Chance, dass wir das richtige Österreich zeigen – die große Nation mit Herz mit ihren guten Menschen, die immer ganz gut wissen, was richtig und falsch ist: Am Donnerstag (2.11.) treffen sich alle, die ein Zeichen gegen den grausamen Terror der Hamas, gegen den Antisemitismus, gegen Hass und gegen Gewalt setzen wollen, um 20 Uhr am Heldenplatz in Wien.

Daniel Landau organisiert mit “Yes we care” diese Aktion. Er schreibt dazu auf X (Twitter): “Eingeladen sind ausdrücklich alle (!). Und selbst wenn ich weiß, dass nicht alle teilnehmen und können, oder wollen, so würde ich mich freuen, wenn sich doch möglichst viele auf einen bitte „gemeinsamen Nenner“ einigen können: Für die Freilassung der Geiseln, #BringthemHome, und gegen Antisemitismus, Terror, Gewalt und Hass.”
Der eXXpress wird ebenfalls dabei sein und von dieser großen wichtigen Aktion berichten – kommen auch Sie, setzen Sie mit ihrer Kerze, mit ihrem Dabeisein ein Zeichen. Und niemand soll die 220 entführten israelischen Zivilisten vergessen: Viel zu wenig wird über diese vor drei Wochen nach Gaza verschleppten Frauen, Kinder und Männer gesprochen, viel zu wenig Druck wird für deren Freilassung durch die Palästinenser ausgeübt.

Depuis plus de deux semaines maintenant, des images insupportables de tragédie humaine sortent de Gaza. Des femmes, des enfants et des personnes âgées sont tués, des hôpitaux et des écoles sont bombardés – personne n’est épargné. Au moment où j’écris ces lignes, l’UNRWA , l’agence des Nations Unies pour les réfugiés de Palestine, a déjà tragiquement perdu 35 de ses employés , dont beaucoup ont été tués alors qu’ils se trouvaient chez eux avec leurs familles.
Des quartiers entiers sont rasés dans l’un des endroits les plus surpeuplés de la planète. L’armée israélienne a averti les Palestiniens de Gaza de se déplacer vers la partie sud de la bande alors qu’elle bombarde le nord ; mais les grèves se poursuivent également dans le sud. Il n’y a aucun endroit sûr à Gaza.
Près de 600 000 personnes sont hébergées dans 150 écoles et autres bâtiments de l’UNRWA, vivant dans des conditions insalubres, avec peu d’eau potable, peu de nourriture et de médicaments. Les mères ne savent pas comment nettoyer leurs enfants. Les femmes enceintes prient pour ne pas rencontrer de complications lors de l’accouchement car les hôpitaux n’ont pas la capacité de les recevoir. Des familles entières vivent désormais dans nos immeubles parce qu’elles n’ont nulle part où aller. Mais nos installations ne sont pas sûres : 40 bâtiments de l’UNRWA, dont des écoles et des entrepôts, ont été endommagés par les frappes. De nombreux civils qui s’y abritaient ont été tragiquement tués.
Gaza a été décrite au cours des 15 dernières années comme une grande prison à ciel ouvert , avec un blocus aérien, maritime et terrestre qui étouffe 2,2 millions de personnes sur 365 km². La plupart des jeunes n’ont jamais quitté Gaza. Aujourd’hui, cette prison devient le cimetière d’une population coincée entre guerre, siège et privation.
Ces derniers jours, d’intenses négociations aux plus hauts niveaux ont finalement permis l’arrivée d’un approvisionnement humanitaire très limité dans la bande de Gaza. Même si cette avancée est la bienvenue, ces camions ne constituent qu’un filet d’aide plutôt qu’un flux d’aide qu’exige une situation humanitaire de cette ampleur. Vingt camions de nourriture et de fournitures médicales ne représentent qu’une goutte d’eau dans l’océan pour répondre aux besoins de plus de 2 millions de civils. Cependant, le carburant a été fermement refusé à Gaza. Sans cela, il n’y aura pas de réponse humanitaire, pas d’aide pour les personnes dans le besoin, pas d’électricité pour les hôpitaux, pas d’eau, pas de pain.
Avant le 7 octobre, Gaza recevait chaque jour quelque 500 camions de nourriture et d’autres fournitures, dont 45 camions de carburant pour alimenter les voitures, les usines de dessalement d’eau et les boulangeries de la bande. Aujourd’hui, Gaza est étranglée, et les quelques convois qui y entrent n’apaiseront pas le sentiment de la population civile qui se sent abandonnée et sacrifiée par le monde.
La Charte des Nations Unies et nos engagements sont un engagement envers notre humanité commune. Les civils – où qu’ils se trouvent – doivent être protégés de manière égale. Les civils de Gaza n’ont pas choisi cette guerre. Les atrocités ne devraient pas être suivies par d’autres atrocités. La réponse aux crimes de guerre n’est pas davantage de crimes de guerre. Le cadre du droit international est très clair sur ce point et bien établi.
Il faudra des efforts sincères et courageux pour revenir aux racines de cette impasse mortelle et proposer des options politiques viables et susceptibles de permettre un environnement de paix, de stabilité et de sécurité. D’ici là, nous devons veiller à ce que les règles du droit international humanitaire soient respectées et que les civils soient épargnés et protégés. Un cessez-le-feu humanitaire immédiat doit être décrété pour permettre un accès sûr, continu et sans restriction au carburant, aux médicaments, à l’eau et à la nourriture dans la bande de Gaza.
Dag Hammarskjöld, le deuxième secrétaire général de l’ONU, a déclaré un jour : « L’ONU n’a pas été créée pour nous amener au paradis, mais pour nous sauver de l’enfer. » La réalité aujourd’hui à Gaza est qu’il ne reste plus beaucoup d’humanité et que l’enfer s’installe.
Les générations à venir sauront que nous avons vu cette tragédie humaine se dérouler sur les réseaux sociaux et les chaînes d’information. Nous ne pourrons pas dire que nous ne le savions pas. L’histoire se demandera pourquoi le monde n’a pas eu le courage d’agir de manière décisive et de mettre fin à cet enfer sur Terre.

Israel est devenu une puissance en Afrique, tant en raison d’une diplomatie discrète liée aux affaires que d’un déploiement de technologies militaires, déjà testées, qui sont présentées ici.
La surprise de l’armée israélienne, le 7 octobre 2023, tient à la confiance qu’elle avait mise dans les capacités du géant militaro-industriel Elbit Systems. Ce groupe, où dominent des anciens du Mossad et de Tsahal, a saisi assez vite les nouvelles menaces des guerres urbaines et asymétriques. Si les États-Unis d’Amérique et les Européens fournissent à Tel Aviv les équipements militaires comme les avions et les chars. destinés aux guerres conventionnelles, les Israéliens ont développé un savoir-faire particulier en matière de murs, de surveillance électronique, de munitions et d’espionnage électronique.
Elbit Systems à la manoeuvre
Le gouvernement américain a reconnu l’expertise d’Elbit Systems et lui a signé un contrat de 145 millions USD pour l’installation de « tourelles de surveillance » sur la frontière mexicaine. Ce montant venait d’être augmenté à 239 millions USD en octobre 2022. Ces tourelles, qui sont des postes automatiques de détection, constituaient la nervure de la muraille de fer autour de Gaza, achevée en 2021. Elbit a fourni les capteurs, les radars, les caméras et les autres technologies de détection et d’alarme automatiques « d’Iron Wall ». Ce sont ces tourelles qui ont été défaillantes car les drones du Hamas, achetés sur le marché du matériel civil, étaient trop légers pour être perçus par les radars des tourelles. Les capteurs terrestres doivent être nettoyés par des hommes et régulièrement, ainsi de suite, et les promesses d’une guerre par les robots sont difficiles à tenir.
L’Union européenne n’est pas en reste car elle a signé avec Elbit un contrat de fourniture de drones qui patrouillent pour le compte de Frontex : objectif contrer les arrivées de migrants africains. Elbit ne fournit pas uniquement des drones d’observation mais semble apprécié pour son terrible SkyStriker. Ce type de drone de haute précision « peut localiser les cibles spécifiques et les attaquer avec une ogive pouvant peser jusqu’à 10 kg». « Équipé d’un moteur électrique, le SkyStriker permet des opérations secrètes allant jusqu’à deux heures et une portée allant jusqu’à 100 kilomètres ». Ce type de drone est appelé « drone suicide» en Israël. L’entreprise Elbit fournit à l’armée israélienne environ 85% de ses drones, qu’elle utilise pour la surveillance quotidienne et les attaques régulières, ainsi que des munitions et tous les composants des avions israéliens. Les bénéfices de l’entreprise ont considérablement augmenté après que ses équipements ont été utilisés dans la guerre israélienne contre la Bande de Gaza en 2014, ce qui l’a aidée à conclure des contrats avec des armées du monde entier.
Parmi les actionnaires d’Elbit, beaucoup d’Allemands, dont Deutsche Bank. Il est fort possible qu’Elbit ait conclu un contrat demeuré secret avec un pays européen. « Une société de sécurité israélienne a annoncé, lundi, la vente de drones de combat d’une valeur de 95 millions de dollars à un pays européen. La société israélienne Elbit Systems (basée au Royaume-Uni) n’a pas donné de plus amples détails sur le pays avec qui elle a conclu ce contrat pour l’achat de ce type de drone. Dans une déclaration écrite parvenue à Anadolu, la société israélienne a affirmé avoir remporté un contrat d’une valeur de 95 millions de dollars pour la fourniture de drones de type SkyStriker à un pays européen, sans toutefois le nommer.»
Un fournisseur de confiance
Devant l’incapacité de la France de lui fournir des drones le royaume marocain envisagerait leur construction sur son territoire avec Elbit Systems. « La société israélienne Elbit Systems pourrait installer deux usines d’équipements militaires sur le sol marocain, selon Shay Cohen, responsable de la communication de la société à Rabat. Bien qu’aucun détail supplémentaire sur les usines de production n’ait été révélé, Cohen a précisé que l’une d’entre elles serait implantée dans la région de Casablanca. L’annonce de la société israélienne renforce sa présence au Maroc après plusieurs transactions commerciales avec le Royaume. Elbit Systems a fourni aux Forces Armées Royales des drones Hermes-900 et le système de lancement de roquettes d’artillerie PULS, déjà opérationnel dans la structure militaire.»
Bien entendu l’implantation de telles fabriques et le recours, dans des espaces voisins, aux outils d’Elbit, inquiète l’Algérie. « Trois sociétés israéliennes spécialisées dans les domaines de la défense et des télécommunications vont s’implanter au Mali. C’est ce que rapporte le site Africa Intelligence qui indique qu’«à force de lobbying, les géants israéliens IAI, Elbit et Mer ont réussi à décrocher le contrat de protection périmétrique de la Minusma, au Mali». Ces sociétés «visent désormais les quelque quarante bases de maintien de la paix onusiennes dans le monde, dont certaines sont situées au Proche-Orient», précise Africa Intelligence. On connait la suite : la MINUSMA fut chassée du Mali en raison de son inefficacité après 10 ans de présence mais sa tentative d’installer à la frontière algérienne ce type de surveillance israélienne était intolérable.
Complicités africaines anciennes
En aout 2023, Abuja a retenu la société israélienne Ebony Enterprises pour fournir les munitions dont le coût devrait excéder 100 millions d’euros. Implantée à Herzliya, elle est détenue par Niso Bezalel qui s’appuie sur un puissant réseau en tant que président de la chambre de commerce Israël-Afrique. Si Ebony se présente comme une société spécialisée en logistique, services informatiques et chaîne d’approvisionnement, elle ne fait aucune publicité de ses activités dans le domaine de la défense. Elle a pourtant pris contact avec des fournisseurs pour équiper les avions Leonardo du Nigéria. Agissant en tant que distributeur au profit de son compatriote israélien Elbit Systems, qui n’est pas actif au Nigeria, Ebony pourrait livrer à Abuja des bombes guidées laser Lizard ainsi que des unités de MPR 500. Le courtier israélien a fait appel aux services de l’Israel Foreign Trade Risks Insurance Co (ASHRA), l’agence publique d’aide à l’export, pour financer ce matériel. Par ailleurs, Ebony est en contact avec la filiale belge du géant français Thales, dans l’optique d’équiper les avions de lance-roquettes de type LAU-51. Pour compléter cet arsenal, la firme israélienne pourrait aussi jeter son dévolu sur les canons automatiques M621 de Nexter, autre poids lourd français qui fournirait des munitions de 20 mm.
Difficile pour les États africains d’avoir une position diplomatique ferme vis-à-vis de Tel-Aviv, malgré souvent la composante musulmane de la population. L’offre complète de services et d’équipements d’Israël en fait un partenaire décisif au nom de la guerre au terrorisme sur le continent que Saoudiens et Américains mènent dans l’alliance globale.
Seuls Djibouti, les Comores, la Somalie, le Mali et le Niger ont exprimés clairement leur refus vis-à-vis des positions d’Israël sur la Palestine et ne sont pas impliqués (pour l’instant) dans la politique étrangère parallèle du complexe militaro-industriel hébreu. Parmi les pays qui ont choisi d’exprimer un soutien net à Israël on compte : le Kenya, la République démocratique du Congo (le Zaïre fût l’un des premiers États à rétablir des liens avec Israël en 1982 avec Mobutu qui aimait les parachutistes israéliens) et l’actuel président Tshisekedi a annoncé l’ouverture d’une ambassade à Tel Aviv avec une section économique à Jérusalem en 2020. La plupart des pays ayant des relations militaires et partageant le renseignement et la contre-insurrection avec Israël n’osent pas l’avouer clairement et se font discrets quand il faut voter une résolution en faveur de la Palestine. Ainsi en 2012, c’est le vote de la résolution 67/19 octroyant à la Palestine le statut d’observateur non-membre auprès de l’ONU qui a révélé le peu de soutien des Africains pour Israël. 47 États africains ont voté pour l’adoption de la résolution alors qu’aucun n’a voté contre et que seuls le Cameroun, la RDC, et quelques autres se sont abstenus.
Faure Eyadéma, dans la continuité de son père, qui comme le maréchal Mobutu, appréciait les capacités militaires et policières d’Israël, a conservé des relations diplomatiques intenses avec Tel-Aviv. Plus que son père, il a installé Elbit à Lomé avec des écoutes et des mercenaires qui ne se cachent pas à l’hôtel Sarakawa de Lomé. « Une rencontre aussi décisive que fortuite entre Gaby Peretz, grand courtier de l’armement israélien, et l’ambassadeur du Togo en Israël permet de propulser la société au cœur des affaires en Afrique de l’Ouest. Car c’est en 1987 justement que le Togo renoue officiellement ses relations diplomatiques avec Israël, étant l’un des premiers pays africains à adopter cette mesure sous l’impulsion du président Gnassingbé Eyadéma, père de Faure Gnassingbé, l’actuel chef de l’État togolais.» « Le courtier irrigue la quasi-totalité des pays d’Afrique francophone, de la Mauritanie au Gabon, en passant par la Côte d’Ivoire et le Congo. Et ce sans omettre le Sénégal, l’un des plus solides bastions détenus à ce jour par Gaby Peretz en raison des rapports particulièrement étroits qu’il a su créer avec Macky Sall avant son accession à la présidence. Tout récemment, AD Con s’est d’ailleurs positionné à Dakar sur un vaste marché incluant un package d’équipements de sécurité – véhicules blindés et équipements de communication – d’une valeur de 100 millions d’euros. En outre, Gaby Peretz a largement assis son influence au Burundi en occupant les fonctions de consul honoraire du pays en Israël.»
Madagascar et Predator
Les consuls honoraires de Tel Aviv en Afrique sont à cheval sur la diplomatie conventionnelle et les affaires militaires et de renseignement. C’est le cas du consul honoraire d’Israel à Madagascar, Benjamin Memmi, qui aime rappeler que son pays a entretenu des liens de fraternité avec Madagascar depuis la Première République. Certes, mais le président Tsiranana, inspiré par la SFIO française, appréciait l’expérience agricole d’Israël, plus que ses prouesses en matière d’armement.
Benjamin Memmi déclarait, le 10 juin 2023 : «Nous comptons renforcer ces relations bilatérales à travers cette Chambre de Commerce. L’ouverture d’une ligne aérienne directe entre les deux pays est également envisagée pour développer le tourisme. En effet, nombreux sont les Israéliens qui s’intéressent à découvrir la nature cinq étoiles de la Grande île, tandis que de nombreux voyages organisés sont réalisés depuis ces dernières années pour permettre aux Malgaches d’effectuer un pèlerinage en Israël. Ils raffolent également de vanille, de litchi et des épices de Madagascar ». Depuis il est devenu public qu’il est l’intermédiaire de l’achat de l’application Predator par le gouvernement malgache. Predator est un produit de Cytrox lié à Elbit Systems. Cette firme par l’intermédiaire de sa filiale Cyberbit a fourni un logiciel d’espionnage électronique des opposants éthiopiens aux États-Unis et en Grande Bretagne jusqu’en 2020. Gaby Peretz n’a pas franchi les obstacles du marché nigérian malgré les besoins de géolocaliser Boko Haram. En 2016, Gaby Peretz et ses équipes ont pourtant essayé de négocier, directement avec Muhammadu Buhari, pour lui fournir un systèmes israélien. Ces tractations ont cependant été vigoureusement dénoncées par le conseiller à la sécurité nationale – National Security Advisor (NSA) – Babagana Monguno, l’homme fort des questions de défense à Abuja. Mais avec Tinubu et l’équipement des avions Leonardo, Elbit Systems devrait pouvoir entrainer dans son sillage de nombreux opérateurs israéliens.
Électronique et morale
Elbit Systems, depuis sa fondation en 1967, à Haïfa, a absorbé nombre de constructeurs d’armes, collabore avec la française Thalès et possède 80 filiales. En mai 2015, Elbit a acquis les activités de renseignements et de défenses numériques de Nice Systems pour 157,9 millions USD. En mars 2018, elle opère une OPA pour 523 millions USD sur IMI Systems, fabricant israélien d’armes légères, notamment du Uzi. La firme était précédemment détenue par l’État d’Israël qui, par cette opération, a privatisé cette dernière entreprise d’armement. Cette extension d’Elbit et ses partenariats lui permettent de rentrer en contact avec des États africains qui ont encore quelques pudeurs à traiter ouvertement avec un groupe dont le produit d’appel est « Iron Wall ».
Les derniers événements en Israël démontre cependant qu’il n’y pas d’électronique incontournable. L’entretien du matériel et le dépouillement des informations sont une lourde charge démontrant que Robocop ne peut assurer la sécurité sans l’homme. Se pose la question, en Afrique en particulier, de la validité, de l’efficacité et peut-être de la moralité des inventeurs « d’Iron Wall ».

Im Talmud heißt es: „Wer das Gebot des Tzitzit sorgfältig erfüllt, wird während der Zeit Moschiachs 2.800 Diener aus den Nationen der Welt erhalten.“ Dies geschieht auf freiwilliger Basis.
Dies ist die Anweisung an religiöse Juden: Gehen Sie unabhängig von allem auf das festgelegte Ziel zu – „Wir sind Juden!“ Die ganze Welt gehört uns!“
