Warum liessen die USA die Ukraine mit der Frühjahrsoffensive in dieses Desaster laufen, obwohl sie doch genau wussten, dass es nicht gelingen wird, die Russen zurückzudrängen?
Das Ziel der westlichen Länder war nicht der Sieg der Ukraine, sondern die Niederlage Russlands. Das scheint zunächst das Gleiche zu sein, aber es gibt einen Unterschied. Der Ukraine geht es darum, das Territorium zurückzuerobern. Das ist verständlich. Ihr Ziel ist die Wiederherstellung der territorialen Integrität und der Souveränität über die eroberten Gebiete. Im Westen ist die Zielsetzung etwas anders. Schon am Anfang – das weiss man aus Aussagen Arestovytschs sowie der Rand-Cooperation im Frühling 2019 – war es das Ziel der USA, einen Sturz der Regierung in Russland zu erreichen. Man wusste und weiss, dass die Ukraine nicht die Stärke und auch nicht die Fähigkeit hat, die Russen militärisch zu besiegen. Aber man war überzeugt, dass ein längerer Krieg die russische Bevölkerung beeinflusst. Man erwartete in diesem Krieg eine Ermüdung der Russen. Am Schluss sollte der verlängerte Krieg eine politische Krise auslösen, die zum Sturz der jetzigen Regierung führen sollte. Das Grundelement für diese Idee ist die Überzeugung des Westens, dass die Mehrheit der russischen Bevölkerung Putin hasst und jede Möglichkeit sucht, um gegen die Regierung vorgehen zu können. Das ist die Logik.

Bei jeder militärischen Operation steckt immer die gleiche Idee dahinter, die russische Bevölkerung zu einem Aufstand zu bringen oder den Sturz Putins zu erreichen. Ist das nicht fern jeglicher Realität?
Ja, das ist eine falsche Einschätzung des Westens über die Stimmung in Russland. Man ignoriert die Realität seit dem Beginn der «Sonderoperation». Im Januar 2022 lag die Popularitätsquote Putins bei etwa 69 Prozent. Nach dem Beginn der Sonderoperation in der Ukraine stieg diese Quote auf 80 Prozent. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt erreichte sie über 80 Prozent. Sie schwankte zwischen 80 und 83 Prozent. Es gab eine Ausnahme im Oktober 2022. Nach dem Verlassen von Charkow sank die Quote auf 77 Prozent. Danach kletterte sie wieder auf die erwähnten 83 Prozent. Was können wir daraus schliessen? Die politische Unterstützung für Putin ist extrem stark. Die Befürwortung der Militäroperation ist bei der Bevölkerung sehr hoch und liegt seit Februar 2022 im Durchschnitt bei 75 Prozent. Im Klartext heisst das, 20 Prozent sind dagegen, 5 Prozent wissen es nicht, was sie dazu denken sollen, und 75 Prozent stehen hinter Putin. Also die Idee, dass man durch diese Strategie eine politische Krise auslösen und den Regierungswechsel erreichen könnte, ist illusorisch. Darum haben die ganzen Geschehnisse um Prigoschin im Westen einen so grossen Widerhall gefunden. In den westlichen Ländern behaupteten die Pseudoexperten und Journalisten unserer Medien, der Plan werde jetzt aufgehen. Die Gegenoffensive im Süden werde einen destabilisierenden Effekt haben und dieser werde Wirkung zeigen. Das war aber eine falsche Interpretation dessen, was Prigoschin gemacht hatte. Das ist genau der Mechanismus einer Verschwörungstheorie. Man nimmt Elemente, die einem passen, und erstellt damit eine Geschichte. Genauso sind die Medien seit Februar 2022 vorgegangen. Das ist der Grund, warum heute niemand begreift, dass durch diese Fehlinformationen die Ukraine den Preis bezahlt. Aufgrund dieser Falschinformationen und Fehlbeurteilung haben wir das Desaster in der Ukraine.

The “air vaccine” is here and it’s able to deliver mRNA technology into the human body without a needle injection. The mRNA can be delivered right into the lungs and has been used to “vaccinate” mice intranasally.
A team from Yale University has developed a new airborne method for delivering mRNA right to your lungs. The method has also been used to vaccinate mice intranasally, “opening the door for human testing in the near future.”
While scientists may celebrate this invention as a convenient method to vaccinate large populations, skeptics have started to raise obvious concerns about the potential misuse of an airborne vaccine, including the possibility of covert bioenhancements a concept that has previously been suggested in academic literature.

In the research, the scientists used polymer nanoparticles to encapsulate mRNA, transforming it into an inhalable form for delivery to the lungs. Courtney Malo, who serves as an editor at Science Translational Medicine, the publication that featured the study, explained, “The ability to efficiently deliver mRNA to the lung would have applications for vaccine development, gene therapy, and more. Here, Suberi et al. showed that such mRNA delivery can be accomplished by encapsulating mRNAs of interest within optimized poly(amine-co-ester) polyplexes [nanoparticles].

The team, which was led by cellular and molecular physiologist Mark Saltzman, claims that the inhalable mRNA vaccine “successfully protected against “SARS-CoV-2“, and that it “opens the door to delivering other messenger RNA (mRNA) therapeutics for gene replacement therapy and other treatments in the lungs.”(source) -The Daily Exposé
By creating an airborne vaccine, the ruling class doesn’t have to convince people to spend their time getting injected individually. This can take time and be arduous, especially if people continue to reject “vaccines.” It’s much easier to get the mRNA technology into the bodies of humans if the rulers can just release it in the air. But if they can do this with vaccines, what’s stopping them from creating a bioweapon that everyone inhales?
An airborne vaccine, much like a bioweapon, can be released into the air without consent or even the public’s knowledge.
A similar strategy is being used with mRNA in shrimp, which are too small and numerous to be injected individually. Instead, an oral “nanovaccine” was created to stop the spread of a virus. Shai Ufaz, chief executive officer of ViAqua, which developed the technology, stated:
“Oral delivery is the holy grail of aquaculture health development due to both the impossibility of vaccinating individual shrimp and its ability to substantially bring down the operational costs of disease management while improving outcomes …” -The Daily Exposé
COVID-19 has always been about the “vaccine” and getting it into as many human beings as possible. That’s still part of the endgame. The rulers need to get as many people as possible exposed to mRNA technology with the least amount of cost and effort. The airborne vaccine is a solution to the “problem” the ruling class has with “vaccine hesitancy.”

The World Health Organization welcomed today’s historic commitment shown by global leaders, at the UNGA, to strengthen the international cooperation, coordination, governance, and investment needed to prevent a repeat of the devastating health and socioeconomic impact caused by COVID-19, make the world better prepared for future pandemic, and get back on track to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
“The first-ever head of state summit on pandemic prevention, preparedness and response is a historic milestone in the urgent drive to make all people of the world safer, and better protected from the devastating impacts of pandemics,” said Dr Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, WHO Director-General. “I welcome this commitment by world leaders to provide the political support and direction needed so that WHO, governments and all involved can protect people’s health and take concrete steps towards investing in local capacities, ensuring equity and supporting the global emergency health architecture that the world needs.”
The political declaration, approved by Mr Dennis Francis, President of the 78th United Nations General Assembly (2023), and the result of negotiations under the able leadership of Ambassadors Gilad Erdan of Israel and Omar Hilale of Morocco, underscored the pivotal role played by WHO as the “directing and coordinating authority on international health,” and the need to “commit further to sustainable financing that provides adequate and predictable funding to the WHO, which enables it to have the resources needed to fulfil its core functions.”Issued on 20 Sept 2023
Neither the UN nor the WHO statement mentions the number of world leaders or heads of state, who approved the crucial WHO documents, the severely revised (more than 90 points of revision) International Health Regulations (IHR), including the Pandemic Treaty – which is actually no longer a treaty, as it is planned to ram it through during the next World Health Assembly (WHA) in May 2024 – making the new IHR effective without a vote. Since there are no official accounts from these “behind closed-door” UN / WHO meetings, we can rely only on “hearsay”, according to which there were several member states who abstained and others who objected to the revised IHR. Among the objectors was apparently the Russian Federation. See this.

There is nothing constructive, nothing the world might want to look forward to that came out of these secret meetings, debates. Secretive, like a death cult, planning a worldwide genocide run as part of the “new” WHO / UN Agenda.
Imagine where the world has gone? And where the full UN Agenda 2030 is planning to take us?
With a corrupted UN system, with a World Health Organization that is no longer looking after the population’s health and disease, but is promoting death.
And that on a worldwide basis. All governments – more than 190 national governments, have all been coopted, corrupted coerced and outright threatened – if they do not go along and lie to the people who supposedly elected them, and if they do not betray the trust and the (tax) money these people have confided in them – people’s funds that also pay for the government bureaucrats generally generous wages.
Here are some of the key points Dr. Astrid Stuckelberger made during the BOMBSHELL interview. For courageously speaking out since the beginning of the outbreak of this criminal plandemic, Dr. Stuckelberger has been a beacon for truth. In response, the University of Geneva cut off all her courses and deprived her of her faculty position.
She is also otherwise threatened and coerced, often censored – to no avail: Astrid keeps speaking out, to spread the truth as far and widely as possible – so that people eventually may wake up – stand up – and stop obeying. Non obedience is everyone’s right.
Here are some of the highlights of Dr. Stuckelberger’s interview:
When during the organization’s earlier times, WHO stood for protecting the lives of the elderly and children, today WHO is promoting suicide for older people and forced killer vaccination for children.
WHO is eliminating staff – scientists, doctors, and researchers, who are ethical and true experts, replacing them with people who are no experts, unethical and corrupt.
WHO programs on food, nutrition or basic sanitation, have morphed into programs that are largely overseeing the extermination of people on planet earth, rather than promoting the health of people.
In the 1990s WHO was still warning about the dangers of 5G microwaves, the negative effects of holding the phone to your ear… how it affected the brain — no longer. These warnings have been eliminated from the WHO’s website. This is part of accelerating elimination of old age people and of dumbing the brains of children and young adults.
Also, WHO warned of the danger building 5G antennas on school buildings – as the effect on human brains and the development of human brains is devastating – this warning too, has disappeared from WHO’s website.
Around the year 2000, the private sector, with lobbies came into effect – and Bill Gates put his foot in WHO’s door. In 2012 he was literally in charge of WHO’s vaccination / immunization programs.
Today, WHO alone has a monopoly on all that concerns health – it is a tyrannical dictate – and is followed by severe censoring, including with punishment for those who do not follow the mandate. UN Secretary General, António Guterres, is echoing what WHO is doing, by promoting censorship [banning “fake news”], and digitizing health information – with a monopoly for WHO.
But WHO alone cannot control the world, as Ministers of Health, usually countries’ representatives at the World Health Assembly, may not agree with some dictates and they must listen to their governments [though, most of which have been corrupted], they need an overarching body to assure full compliance, the United Nations.
Therefore, the UN will claim the overall right of controlling censorship as well as dictates on health, i.e., vaccination / programs on immunization, delegated to WHO — no questions asked, all with the objective of massively reducing the world population, an objective which has been on the political drawing board since the 1970s.

WHO is the door to the most sensitive and vulnerable points in our lives: life and death, health and disease. It is the entry to their – the Beast’s – biotech neuro-weapon which is the so-called injection vaccine – and they want to roll out untold thousands of new types of vaccines, billions to be administered over the coming years – a perpetual program, feeding into the UN Agenda 2030 – to help accomplish the “17 Sustainable Development Goals” (SDG).
The first paragraph of the preparedness on pandemic prevention response, refers to the constant and repeated danger of covid and covid-related pandemics… triggering an eternal fear, as covid has been enshrined in the brains of the people as THE potentially death-bringing pandemic and danger.
They are generating constant fear with something that didn’t even exist, that has never been analyzed scientifically, never been isolated in laboratories, nor with the instruments of WHO — it’s always about infections, because you cannot see them (the viruses), and people do not know.
WHO along with the (bought) media is a psychological terrorist organization.
Under the new declaration WHO is becoming a permanent fear campaign mechanism, with the overarching worldwide tyrannical authority to demand “preventive” quarantine even against the policies of individual sovereign countries, and they are implementing them enforced by police and military – which country governments must obey, under threat.
But, says Astrid, “the Beast is losing power, because we are becoming more conscious, waking up and resisting.
The revised IHR and the Pandemic Convention – yes, it is not a treaty, as it will be adopted, not even voted on.
That is the imposition by the UN – sponsored, or imposed by the US. The IHR / Pandemic Convention will be adopted by the WHA in May 2024, without a vote. And during this UNGA 2023, WHO and its public (mainly the White House) and private (mainly the pharma-industry) sponsors are asking for the blessing of the UN; and “they” received the blessing of the UN.
Australia is already training their police and military to enforce mandated vaccinations – ramming in doors of family homes and making sure that schools comply with the vaxx-orders.
They want to get rid of children for depopulating the world – and of course of elderly people, who are not contributing to the economy, but using state money [that they contributed to] for living in retirement (pensions) – whom Klaus Schwab’s Israeli adviser, Yuval Noah Hariri, calls, “useless eaters”.
That is why former President Trump has already said, if he will be reelected President, he would propagate homeschooling.
WHO is run by McKinsey Consulting – Dr. Stuckelberger has seen the contract – and by the bought media.
They, “the Beast”, will invent a public emergency, either “natural” or a plandemic of a monster epidemic, to spread fear and lock people down.
They are rolling out a plan, to lock people down, they want the vaxx back – it is already visible from the media.

Three major corporate media outlets control the world:
- AP = American Press;
- AFP = French Press; and
- Reuters.
They are paid to lie. They cannot be believed, but they distribute their news to all local mainstream media, which must report almost verbatim the going narrative.
We must create our own counter-media – like what you are doing, referring to Mike Adams and others, to spread the truth and let people know what is going on.
They – “the Beast” — are doing whatever they can with the help of the governments, which are no longer YOUR governments. Today’s governments across the globe are coerced to do what “the Beast” wants them to do, either by buying them or by threat.
They will create anything to maintain the level of fear, even the plague is a possibility.
All they need to do is create a fake disease in one city, and then declare it a pandemic – and all that comes with the pandemic — lockdowns, ramming in doors for forced vaccinations also in schools, a fear-based tyranny – where people will obey…. But will they? (Annotation PK)
Then they are going to use their real weapon, either by vaccine, or in the hospitals, like in NY, where they incubated people… until they died.
Or using 5G. 5G can be directed into the brain of people, paralyzing individuals, or programming them, à la Klaus Schwab’s transhumanism, digitized, robotized obeying transhumans.
With 5G they can do whatever they want; 5G is not only emitted from the endless antennas around the world, but also from street lamps, or other items you least expect, and don’t know; possibly also through your TV set.
“Vaccination” – people will be injected by a binary weapon, that can be activated by remote signaling… through 5G, maybe soon to come 6G.
This is made possible through graphene oxide in people’s bodies [those, who have been vaccinated] – who were injected with the false covid vaxxes, some of which contained graphene oxide, a highly electro-magnetic sensible substance that will react to the 5G micro-waves.
Pfizer’s Bio-n-Tech vaxx = bio nano tech, or bio neuro tech…and mRNA – a computer program — “mode” RNA – will make humans highly vulnerable to 5G. As humans, we are bio-electromagnetic, electro-encephalogram – making our brains vulnerable to 5G manipulation.

“There is already a warning: in Norway, they must vaccinate all the young people… Take No Vaccine whatsoever, they are trying to sell you all sorts of common vaccines – don’t take them, they are all fake mRNA vaccines….”

US Democrats Commit Suicide with Ouster of House Speaker Kevin McCarthy. Shut Down of US Government in November?
The gladiators on the Colosseum on Capitol Hill in Washington DC do not fail to entertain – killing even themselves.
After the ouster of its speaker on 3 October 2023, House of Congress closed for the rest of this week. Even theoretically, a new speaker cannot be found before Wednesday next week.
Republicans Win, Biden and Ukraine Lose
But that is only theoretically. In practice, it will easily be a month or more before House Republicans can agree on a new speaker. The former speaker Kevin McCarthy was only elected after no less than 15 ballots, and this time it may be even more difficult. McCarthy was yesterday ousted by eight House Republicans because he did not carry through with the move to withhold funds for the US government and shut it down.
A new speaker will not get the votes of these eight House Republicans, unless he/she is declaring his/her willingness to do exactly that. In other words: When the stopgap funding of the US government ends 17 November 2023, there may very well be no new funding and the US government will have to shut down.
And in the meantime, and thereafter, there will also still be no funds for Ukraine. Ukraine will run out of funds in this coming month, and with no funds even for the US government in sight, it is unlikely that Ukraine will ever get the funding from the US it used to.
House Democrats voted as a block together with the eight activist House Republicans to oust Speaker McCarthy. That was an emotional move by impotent Democrats and not a wise decision. The House Democrats have now thrown their own government into a chaos which is likely to last the next month, if not for longer. In effect, the House Democrats have put the US government in peril of having to be shut down on 17 November 2023 when the temporary funding ends. And with that, of course also shutting down their own US proxy government of Ukraine with no funds.
The US Democrats have just committed suicide in public.

Appraising Wikileaks Through the Prism of Theory
Traditional agents of high politics have been quick to pass the verdict. To arch-hawk Hilary Clinton, the crypto-journalism organisation WikiLeaks is a “hostile intelligence agency.” She has famously attributed its power to disrupt US diplomacy to an unholy alliance with Russia, a smear that has got stuck in the public consciousness.
Evidently though, this is a flawed, biased narrative. It fundamentally derives from Machiavellian Weltpolitik (imperialist foreign policy) strategies, methods of imposing power that seek to preserve imperial rule, ones which are the reason d’état of the life of a sordid and evil Washington power nexus.
This article proposes a more objective and realistic perspective informed by academia, but delivered as a polemic. Broadly, Wikileaks functions by facilitating a public forum in the global community by means of technological innovations, one which brings in a range of repressed local perspectives. Typically, Wikileaks initiates intense public discourse on wrongfully suppressed political issues, a discourse that draws on the diverse data, views, knowledge and experiences made available by their documents.
Through its process of spreading information, Wikileaks becomes a catalyst for a broader process which stimulates engagement between the public and decision makers through lively dissent. The outcome is that people are empowered to stand up for their beliefs and push hitherto invisible issues, none in the public interest, on the agenda.
The real ingenuity of Wikileaks consists in the way its publishing model inverts the power relations in the political economy of contemporary media. The institutions governing traditional media are basically corrupt cartels, vast, nefarious conglomerates in which there is a chain of command, moving downward, from paymasters to editors, and downwards again from editors to the roster of journalists/hacks.
This dynamic is galvanised by a perverse economic incentive to produce work that satisfies the proprietors. By contrast Wikileaks’ supply of content is generated from the bottom up, a reaction to demand from whistleblowers. Wikileaks’ commissioning model sources journalism from, by and for the public.
While its participants are geographically disparate and its interaction’s spanning borders, Wikileaks nonetheless could be said to constitute a Mini-Public, that is, a new form of governance to reform democracy being studied and developed by academics. The theoretical approach best placed to explain the democratic role of Wikileaks is Agonistic Pluralism.
This is an agent of conflict and antagonism against the high state. In so doing, it pursues multiplicity in political narratives and information for citizens who undertake “low” grassroots politics, often dispossessed of the real facts, dispossessed purposefully by parties to the establishment.
A Mini-public is an innovation in democratic practice insofar as it increases democratic efficiency by deferring power to citizens to play key roles in decision-making. This is done via moderated discussions. A report, “Minipublics: Examples And Resources”, published on NewDemocracy, an independent research organization, states the following:
“Mini-publics also provide an opportunity to build capacity in the Parliament by utilising external knowledge and skills. They complement and inform the decision making process but, crucially, do not replace the decision taking responsibility of members. This approach is in keeping with the Parliament’s founding principles.
“We consider deliberative approaches would be well suited to bill scrutiny or to examining issues where it is important to understand the public’s views on a complex moral or social issue. They could be used as part of an inquiry into an issue where public opinion is divided. The mini public report would demonstrate to the committee what happens when people with different views are invited to deliberate and report their conclusions.”
Problems of Contemporary Institutional Democracy
Democratic theory today is radically embroiled with questions of how to transform the basic values of contemporary institutions and, in so doing, recreate a more vibrant civic order. There is a rich wealth of literature on the range of innovations democratic practice can take and the path to harnessing their inherent Democratic Goods, that is, the democratic values they incarnate. Because the decay in contemporary democratic societies is so advanced, the task of reinventing the architecture of democracy has never been more timely and urgent.
Virtuous innovations attempt different ways to incorporate experiments with design features. Broadly, they aim to maximize outputs of democratic goods. From a deep theoretical perspective, democratic innovations like these are the antidote to the decline of the Habermasian public sphere, that is, a protected public space which thrives on public reason, whose decline has occurred because of the slow effacement of democratic institutions at the hands of private power, ones that had inculcated public Goods.
Their burial is the legacy of the hegemony of neoliberal management in modern democracies. It has become the way that private power is now a check and balance on democracy, instead of vice versa.
The purpose of a democratic innovation is to revive, support and consolidate Democratic Goods in terminal decline across the Western liberal polities. It is at once the renaissance, return and redemption of an ancient ideal of the agora — the idealised Greek public — lively with an exchange of ideas, yet an entirely new and qualitatively distinct form of political action that presages radical evolutionary changes in political identities.
In an ideal democracy, power would be equidistant between the public and its deliberative institutions, perfectly and equally balanced. By contrast, current forms have the public, the institutions in elliptical path, orbiting round the nucleus engorged on its own power, and the determiner of the entire work of the whole organic system.
If it is the purpose of a democratic innovation to put citizens at the heart of debate and decision making, then it is possible to see Wikileaks as being exemplary. The collective seeks to equip citizens with maximum information on hidden policy agendas we may appraise as being in or not in the public interest.
Mark Warren named the trend in research and policy towards creating democratic innovations a development of ‘governance-driven democratization’:
“…within this domain that we are seeing a rapid development of what are often called ‘citizen engagement’ and ‘public engagement’ processes — that is, everything from the public hearings and mandatory public comment periods that emerged after World War II, to the stakeholder meetings that began to spread in the 1980s, and to newer consensus conferences, town hall meetings, citizen juries, citizen assemblies, deliberative polling, online dialogues, deliberative planning, participatory budgeting, study circles, planning cells, collaborative learning, and even participatory theatre.
“There are, most probably, nearly one hundred named processes. Typically, these processes use the languages of participation and deliberation; they are designed for particular policy problems; they bypass the formal institutions of democracy, and they do not involve protest, lobbying, or obstruction.” — (2009: 5–6)
You may observe that Wikileaks is indeed construed as “protest, lobbying or obstruction”, however, this is from the perspective of the imperial state — an authoritarian mode of rule — only. In its philosophy pertaining to Democracy, Law, Privacy and Civil Liberties, the collective is not only a thoroughly constitutional actor, but also one who seeks to fortify the constitution against the creation of privatized spheres of power that make decisions above and beyond public purview. In so doing, Wikileaks serves the public interest and common good.
One might proffer the analysis that such dubious duplicity is the reason faith in democracy is ailing. People see through the spectacle and feel that their intelligence and their trust in the system has been insulted.
The essence of humanity is democracy and vice versa. Democratic innovations seek to maximize humanity and justice in the decision-making process by widening participation and meaningful inputs from the people, just as Wikileaks does. We must defend it against the hackneyed diktat of the Clinton faction as being a people’s Mini-public and, moreover, a pacifist research institute with impeccable credentials for telling the truth.
