In einem Dreiteiler zur Propagandaschlacht um den Ukraine-Konflikt (verkürzt etikettiert mit “Putins Krieg“) nimmt das ZDF die reichweitenstarke Journalistin und Bloggerin Alina Tipp ins Visier, die 2021 nach Russland emigrierte und seitdem aus der Ostukraine und den von Kiew per Referendum losgesagten Volksrepubliken, seit Februar 2022 also auch aus dem Kriegsgebiet, berichtet. Alina Lipp hat seit jeher die groteske Einseitigkeit der westlichen Berichterstattung angeprangert und damit genau das dokumentiert, was westliche Medien umgekehrt Russland zur Last legen. Die Binsenweisheit, dass es keine Objektivität im Krieg gibt, dass Lügen als Mittel der Kriegsführung noch bereitwilliger eingesetzt werden als Mörsergranaten und Panzerwaffen, scheint man im deutschen Medienmainstream genauso schnell beiseite gewischt zu haben wie die Bereitschaft zur Selbstkritik.
Es ist daher die pure Ironie, dass das ZDF in seinem Format “Die Spur” explizit Lipp eine dreiteilige sogenannte Doku-Serie unter dem Titel “The Princess of Desinformation – Alina Lipp und Putins Krieg” widmet. Der erste Teil ist überschrieben mit der bereits von Tendenziosität nur so strotzenden Frage “Wie wird man Alina Lipp?”; Teil 2 heißt “Der Krieg und die Wahrheit“, und Teil 3 “Der lange Arm des Kreml“.

Die für die Doku verantwortlichen Journalisten, Anna Loll und Thomas Wendrich, versuchen mit der für den öffentlich-rechtlichen Rundfunk typischen Pseudoneutralität und Anscheinsdistanz vermeintlich “ausgewogen” zu berichten, doch sind alleine schon die Ankündigung und Beschreibung ihrer Doku (“Wie Desinformation und Propaganda funktionieren“) von einem Bias durchtränkt, der sich ironischerweise genau auf ihre eigene Arbeitsweise anwenden lässt. Der Unterschied: Alina Lipp, deren Telegramm-Kanal “Neues aus Russland” fast 200.000 Follower hat, arbeitet nicht im Namen und auf der Payroll eines zwangsgebührenfinanzierten, durch Rundfunkstaatsvertrag zu einem klaren Informationsauftrag verpflichteten TV-Sender. Sie, Tochter einer Deutschen und eines seit 2017 auf der Krim lebenden ethnischen Russen, berichtet – durchaus subjektiv – vor Ort über die andere Wahrheit, die im “Wertewesten” allzu oft unter den Tisch fällt. ´Damit trägt sie zur Aufklärung und Urteilsbildung über den hochkomplexen, keinesfalls am 24. Februar 2022 begonnenen Russland-Ukraine-Konflikt weitaus authentischer und glaubhafter bei, als es die ÖRR-Medienmacher je könnten, dürften und wollten.
Ein erhellendes Detail, mit welcher extremen Voreingenommenheit die Macher der “Spur“-Doku ans Werk gingen, zeigte sich in einer verstörenden Passage des Interview, das ZDF-Frau Loll mit Alina Lipp führte. Darin bezeichnet Loll – ob aufgrund einer unglücklichen Satzpause, infolge eines klassischen Freudschen Versprechers oder mit voller Absicht, wird nicht ganz klar – die Bewohner des Donbass wörtlich als “Untermenschen“. Hier die entsprechende Passage aus dem Interview Anna Lolls (r.) mit Alina Lipp (l.):
Für einen Sender, der bei AfD-Politikern und Oppositionellen stets jedes Wort auf die Goldwaage legt, ist ein solcher Lapsus absolut inakzeptabel; er zeigt im harmlosesten Fall, welche Stilblüten die latente Russen-Verachtung westlicher Selenskyj-Groupies und die unverantwortliche, ja sklavische Ukraine-Engführung von Medien und Politik mittlerweile treibt. Die Donbass-Bevölkerung, um die sich dieser Krieg eigentlich dreht und denen der (um die “territoriale Integrität” der Ukraine als Kriegsziel faktisch mitkämpfende) Westen das ansonsten hochgehaltene Selbstbestimmungsrecht abspricht, ist inzwischen anscheinend nicht nur zum Kanonenfutter, sondern zu Menschen zweiter Klasse degradiert. Und wo es ohnehin nur um “Untermenschen” geht, dort dürfen natürlich auch vom Westen gelieferte Streubomben, Uranmunition und Marschflugkörper niedergehen. Danke, ZDF, für soviel Ehrlichkeit.
Syrien wird seines Territoriums und seiner Rohstoffe beraubt, die Bevölkerung wird gespalten. Nach Krieg und Kriegsfolgen steht auch Landnahme – wie etwa die Besatzung der syrischen Ressourcen von Öl, Baumwolle und Weizen durch US-amerikanische Truppen – am Anfang der elenden Spirale von Flucht und Vertreibung. Über das Thema Flucht legt sich ein Netz von Interessen regionaler staatlicher und nicht-staatlicher Akteure, denen es nicht um die Menschen, sondern um Boden und Rohstoffe oder um die Kontrolle von Transportwegen geht. „Als Teil des Kampfes gegen Menschenhandel und illegale Einwanderung über die nationale Grenze haben Einheiten der Armee im Laufe der Woche an verschiedenen Tagen rund 1000 Syrer daran gehindert, illegal über die libanesisch-syrische Grenze zu gelangen.“
Die knappe Mitteilung ist auf der Webseite der libanesischen Armee am 21.09.2023 zu lesen. Beigefügt ist ein Foto, das aus der Vogelperspektive aufgenommen Männer zeigt, die in Reihen hintereinander aufgestellt sind und ihrem Vordermann jeweils ihren linken Arm auf dessen linke Schulter gelegt haben. Die Köpfe sind gesenkt, am Ende der Gruppe stehen einige Frauen mit weißen Kopftüchern, um sie versammelt eine Schar von Kindern.
In der Woche zuvor hatte die Armee verschiedene Barackensiedlungen von syrischen Flüchtlingen in der Bekaa-Ebene durchsucht. Dabei seien 43 Syrer festgenommen worden, die keine Papiere hatten und illegal in den Libanon gekommen seien, ist auf der Webseite der libanesischen Streitkräfte zu lesen. Sie seien dem Richter vorgeführt worden. Die Informationen über den Aufenthalt der Flüchtlinge seien von Einheiten des Inlandsgeheimdienstes gesammelt und der Armee übergeben worden.
Wenige Tage zuvor wiederum hatte die Armee zwei Personen in Tripoli festgenommen. Die beiden „Bürger“, deren Namen lediglich mit AA.A und Q.AA angegeben wurden, hätten eine illegale Schiffspassage über das Meer vorbereitet, so die Mitteilung der Armee. Dafür hätten die beiden ein Boot besorgt, das im Al-Abdeh-Hafen in der nordlibanesischen Hafenstadt Tripoli vor Anker gelegen habe. Bei der Durchsuchung des Wohnortes von einer der beiden Personen seien 48 Syrer festgenommen worden, die sich auf die illegale Seereise vorbereitet hätten. Das Boot wurde beschlagnahmt, die Festgenommenen wurden dem Richter vorgeführt. Auch hier waren die Hinweise von Einheiten des libanesischen Inlandsgeheimdienstes gekommen.
Der Blick auf die Webseite der Armee öffnet einige Fenster in das unsichere Geschehen, mit dem der Libanon täglich zu kämpfen hat: illegale Einwanderung, Menschenschmuggel, Schmuggel von Waren, Drogen, illegaler Waffenbesitz und Schießereien wie zuletzt in dem Palästinenserlager Ain al-Hilweh nahe der südlichen Hafenstadt Sidon. Armee und Inlandsgeheimdienst arbeiten eng zusammen, Richter haben viel zu tun, Gefängnisse sind überfüllt.
Hinzu kommen Verletzungen des libanesischen Luftraums von „feindlichen Drohnen“ oder Kampfjets, die aus den besetzten palästinensischen Gebieten – aus Sicht Israels Nord-Israel – in den Libanon eindringen und herumfliegen. Jeder Vorfall wird dem Oberkommandierenden der UN-Friedenstruppen UNIFIL gemeldet. Dort wird das Geschehen verfolgt und mit Israel Kontakt aufgenommen. Israel, aus Sicht des Libanon ein „Feind“, der sowohl libanesisches als auch palästinensisches Territorium widerrechtlich besetzt hält, ignoriert die Vorhaltungen. Im UN-Sicherheitsrat, der ebenfalls informiert wird, werden die Vorfälle aufgelistet.
Den Menschen bleibt keine Wahl
Der Libanon hat sich diese Probleme nicht ausgesucht. Sie sind die Folge jahrzehntelanger Einmischung von internationalen und regionalen Akteuren, die im Nahen und Mittleren Osten, im östlichen Mittelmeerraum, um Einfluss und Macht, um die Eroberung eigener Interessenssphären kämpften. Daran hat sich bis heute nichts geändert.
Den Menschen blieb keine Wahl und so suchten im Ersten Weltkrieg armenische Flüchtlinge aus dem Osmanischen Reich Zuflucht in der Nähe des Hafens von Beirut. 1948 und danach folgten Palästinenser, die aus ihrer Heimat von den jüdischen Milizen vertrieben worden waren, die auf palästinensischem Boden dann den Staat Israel gründeten. Die Palästinenser sprechen von der Nakba, der Katastrophe. Der Staat Israel – für den Verhandeln und Dialog keine Option war – folgte den Palästinensern und bekämpfte sie selbst in den Flüchtlingslagern noch. Die israelische Armee marschierte bis Beirut und hielt den Süden des Libanon bis zum Jahr 2000 besetzt.
Erst am vergangenen Freitag (22.9.2023) erinnerten in Beirut palästinensische und internationale Delegationen an das Massaker in den Palästinenserlagern Sabra und Schatila, das im September 1982 unter den Augen der israelischen Armee unter General Ariel Scharon von christlichen libanesischen Milizen, den Falangisten, verübt worden war. Die Milizen rächten sich für die Ermordung des damaligen libanesischen Präsidenten Bashir Gemayel, einem Falangisten, durch einen Palästinenser und ermordeten 1.700 Frauen, Männer und Kinder. Die israelische Armee hatte die Falangisten ausgebildet, bewaffnet und half in der Nacht mit Leuchtgranaten, damit genug Licht war, um mit dem Morden weitermachen zu können. Die Verantwortlichen wurden nie bestraft, Scharon wurde später israelischer Ministerpräsident.
Bis heute auf der Flucht
Nach den Palästinensern suchten Iraker Zuflucht im Libanon und selbst Kurden kamen aus der Türkei. Schließlich kamen auch syrische Flüchtlinge, deren Heimat bis zum Krieg 2011 im Laufe von Generationen selber Millionen Flüchtlinge aufgenommen hatte. Heute sind mehr als 800.000 syrische Flüchtlinge im Libanon bei UN-Hilfsorganisationen registriert, die libanesische Regierung geht davon aus, dass 1,5 Millionen syrische Flüchtlinge sich im Land aufhalten. Die Fluchtbewegung aus Syrien hat in den letzten Wochen und Monaten wieder dramatisch zugenommen, weil die Lebenshaltungskosten unbezahlbar geworden sind. Die Regierung hat die Subventionen eingestellt, was die Menschen vor unlösbare Probleme stellt, ihren Alltag zu bewältigen. Die Kriegsfolgen, die Wirtschaftssanktionen von EU und USA, die US-amerikanische und türkische Besatzung der syrischen Öl-, Weizen- und Baumwollfelder und der Olivenhaine stehlen dem Land die Ressourcen, die für die Versorgung der Menschen und den Wiederaufbau gebraucht werden. Und so fliehen Tausende über die Grenzen in den Libanon, wo die Libanesen selber nicht genug Arbeit haben, wo es keinen Strom und wenig Wasser gibt, wo Hunger und Obdachlosigkeit herrschen, wo Bildung und Gesundheit Luxus geworden sind.
Der Libanon ist nicht in der Lage, die vielen Probleme zu lösen. Seit Jahren appelliert das Land an die UNO und die internationale Gemeinschaft, ihm bei der Rückführung von syrischen Flüchtlingen zu helfen. Erst vor wenigen Tagen sprach der Interims-Ministerpräsident Najib Mikati vor der UN-Versammlung über die Schwierigkeiten, denen der Libanon mit den mehr als einer Million syrischen Flüchtlingen ausgesetzt ist. Libanon führt Gespräche mit Syrien und Staaten der Arabischen Liga, die nach Lösungen suchen, die Menschen bei einer freiwilligen Rückkehr zu unterstützen. Doch die Möglichkeiten sind gering, zumal die großen Geldgeber der Hilfsorganisationen, die USA, Deutschland und die EU, eine Rückkehr der Syrer in ihre Heimat ablehnen. Stattdessen wurden in einer „Libanon-Resolution“ des Europaparlaments Mitte Juli 2023 viele Bedingungen formuliert, die der Libanon erfüllen müsse, damit ihm geholfen werde.
Die Elenden schlagen sich mit den Elenden
Die Menschen geraten zunehmend aneinander. Die Elenden schlagen sich mit den Elenden um Arbeit, um Wohnungen, um Geldgeschenke, um Almosen. Ende August kam es in der Republik Zypern zu Protesten gegen Flüchtlinge in der Stadt Paphos. Es gab Schlägereien, Geschäfte der Flüchtlinge wurden zertrümmert. Medien berichteten, rechte Gruppen hätten den Protest organisiert. Bewohner Zyperns erklärten, die Aggressionen richteten sich vor allem gegen afrikanische Flüchtlinge, die über die Türkei und den türkisch besetzten Teil Nordzypern über die grüne Grenze in die Republik Zypern kämen. Hinzu kommen Hunderte Flüchtlinge aus Syrien, Palästinenser und Libanesen, die über das Mittelmeer im Süden der Insel anlanden. In der Türkei werden syrische Flüchtlinge attackiert und so manche werden abgeschoben in die Gebiete Syriens, die von Al-Qaida-nahen Gruppen im Norden und Nordwesten kontrolliert werden.
Internationale Denkfabriken und Stiftungen schieben die Spannungen auf den Klimawandel, der den Boden austrockne und dafür sorge, dass Regen und Schnee ausblieben und es an Wasser fehle. „Rising Temperatures, Rising Tensions“, was so viel heißt wie: „Steigende Temperaturen, steigende Anspannung“.
Die Klimaveränderungen tragen zu wirtschaftlichen und gesellschaftlichen Anspannungen bei, das ist wahr. Doch der zentrale Grund für die angespannte Lage in der Region ist eine falsche Politik des Westens seit mehr als 100 Jahren. Obwohl die Staaten der Region in den 1940er Jahren unabhängig wurden – von britischem und französischem Mandat –, mischten sich die ehemaligen Mandatsmächte und zunehmend die USA immer wieder in die Staatenentwicklung der Region ein.
Die Folge: Unruhen, Umstürze, bewaffnete Konflikte und Kriege brachen aus, wenn bspw. eine Regierung entschied, die nationalen Ölressourcen (Iran, Irak) zu verstaatlichen. Seit 2001 ist die Region im Fokus des von den USA erklärten „Krieges gegen den Terror“, der Land und Gesellschaft verwüstet, der Flucht, Menschen-, Drogen- und Waffenschmuggel begünstigt, der sich wie ein Netz über Länder und Völker spannt, dem sie kaum entrinnen können.
Syrien ist nur ein Beispiel
Angesichts ihrer kriegs- und krisenzerstörten Heimat Syrien suchen auch 12 Jahre nach Beginn des Krieges in dem Land (2011) noch immer Menschen nach neuen Lebensperspektiven für sich, vor allem aber für ihre Kinder. Die einen fliehen vor dem Militärdienst, der in Syrien obligatorisch ist. Die meisten suchen im nahen und fernen Ausland Arbeit, Ausbildung, ein sicheres Zuhause, um eine Familie zu gründen und genug zu verdienen, um die Eltern in Syrien unterstützen zu können. Je nach finanziellen Möglichkeiten kaufen sie eine Passage, die von Schmugglern kontrolliert wird. Es geht mit dem Bus oder Flugzeug von Damaskus oder Aleppo in den Libanon. Dort erhält man durch Mittelsleute ein Visum für ein europäisches Land, bevorzugt ist Deutschland. Dann reist man, ggf. auch mit Kindern, mit dem Flugzeug nach Brüssel, Frankfurt, Berlin oder Stockholm, um sich in ein Asylverfahren einschleusen zu lassen. Alles inklusive kostet das bis zu 20.000 Euro.
Wer nicht so viel Geld hat, kauft einen Platz auf einem der oftmals seeuntauglichen Boote, um von Tripoli (Nordlibanon) über das Mittelmeer in die Republik Zypern, auf eine griechische Insel oder nach Italien zu gelangen.
Manche versuchten mit einem Flug von Dubai nach Belarus zu gelangen, um von dort über die grüne Grenze nach Polen und von dort nach Deutschland geschleust zu werden. Sein Bruder habe mehr als 14 Tage in einem Hotel in Minsk gewartet, bis man ihn zurückgeschickt habe, erzählt M., ein Fahrer, der seine Gäste zwischen Beirut und Damaskus chauffiert. Er habe ihm gesagt, er solle es lassen, meint M. Doch sein Bruder habe nicht gehört. 6.000 US-Dollar habe ihn die Tour gekostet – „was hätten wir mit dem Geld hier in Syrien machen können!“
Junge Männer nehmen den Bus, eine Schmuggelroute oder das Flugzeug nach Erbil, der Hauptstadt der kurdischen Autonomieregion im Norden des Irak. Von dort versuchen sie, nach Europa zu gelangen. Bis das klappt, arbeiten sie und können so zur Finanzierung ihrer Emigration beitragen. Wer während des Krieges Zuflucht in Jordanien suchte und fand, ist möglicherweise weitergereist nach Ägypten und von dort nach Libyen, um mit einem der vielen illegalen Boote die Überfahrt nach Italien zu wagen. Nun werden viele dieser Menschen in der verheerenden Flut ums Leben gekommen sein, ihre Spur verliert sich. Ihre Familien werden nie erfahren, was geschah.
Falsche Hoffnung
Wer vom Libanon mit einem Boot die Überfahrt in die Republik Zypern überlebt, schöpft Hoffnung. Die Republik Zypern ist Mitglied der Europäischen Union, die Insel könnte für die Menschen die Chance zum Absprung in die europäischen Kernländer sein.
Die Republik Zypern hat offiziell rund 1,24 Millionen Einwohner. Die Zahl der asylsuchenden Flüchtlinge hat sich seit 2002 auf mehr als 93.000 erhöht. Damit ist die Republik Zypern das Land Europas, das pro Einwohner die meisten Flüchtlinge aufgenommen hat. Und da das Land den Anforderungen zur Versorgung der Flüchtlinge nicht mehr gerecht werden kann, will Zypern diejenigen abschieben, die keine Perspektive auf einen Aufenthaltsstatus haben. Das betrifft besonders diejenigen, die aus dem Libanon die gefährliche Fahrt über das östliche Mittelmeer überstanden haben.
Wo immer sich die Menschen auch hinwenden, die aus Syrien fliehen, sie alle sind mit den gleichen Problemen konfrontiert. Sie müssen Geld für Schlepper, Unterhalt und Unterkunft aufbringen. Sie brauchen Geld, um an ein Visum zu kommen, Geld, um einen Platz in einem Boot über das Mittelmeer oder in einem anderen Transportmittel – legal oder illegal – zu finanzieren. Es gilt, Grenzen und Zölle, Polizeikontrollen und –stationen mittels Bestechung zu überwinden. Wird man krank, bleibt man auf der Strecke. In einem Lager, in einer illegalen Unterkunft, auf der Straße.
Landnahme und Besatzung
EU-Regierungen und die EU-Kommission mahnen und warnen. Hilfsorganisationen helfen und werben um Geld für die Hilfe. Medien und sogenannte Nicht-Regierungsorganisationen liefern die Darstellung der desolaten Lage von fliehenden Menschen. Staatliche Hilfsorganisationen oder westlich gespeiste Finanzfonds werden in den Gebieten aktiv, die von Gruppen kontrolliert werden, die – anders als Syrien – politisch und wirtschaftlich unterstützt werden sollen.
Eine Hilfsorganisation aus Katar baut beispielsweise neue Siedlungen, Krankenhäuser und Schulen entlang der syrisch-türkischen Grenze, die von der Al-Qaida-nahen Hayat Tahrir al-Scham (HTS), der Türkei und türkei-treuen bewaffneten Verbänden kontrolliert werden.
Anfang September teilte die „Qatar Charity“ mit, man habe den Gründungsstein für den Bau einer neuen Stadt bei Al Bab nördlich von Aleppo gelegt. „Al Karama“ (Würde) soll die Stadt heißen, die mit dem Geld von „Wohltätern“ aus dem Emirat Katar finanziert werde, so die Mitteilung von „Qatar Charity“. Der Bau werde in Kooperation mit der türkischen Provinz Gaziantep erfolgen, die Stadt solle für 8.500 syrische Inlandsvertriebene zur neuen Heimat werden. Bei einer Veranstaltung seien innerhalb von 3 Stunden 33 Millionen Qatari Rial gesammelt worden, umgerechnet etwa 9,4 Millionen Euro. Schon zuvor hatte „Qatar Charity“ die Stadt Al Amal (Hoffnung) im Norden Syriens gebaut, in der mehr als 8.800 Inlandsvertriebene angesiedelt wurden.
Al Bab liegt auf syrischem Territorium. Eine Vereinbarung mit der syrischen Regierung ist nicht bekannt. De facto wird auf diese Weise eine Mauer aus fremdkontrollierten Siedlungen zwischen Syrien und der Türkei errichtet, auf syrischem Territorium. Diese Art von „Wohltat“ spaltet Syrien und seine Bevölkerung ebenso wie die Besatzung der syrischen Ressourcen von Öl, Baumwolle und Weizen durch US-amerikanische Truppen. Syrien wird seines Territoriums und seiner Rohstoffe beraubt, die Bevölkerung wird gespalten. Nach Krieg und Kriegsfolgen stehen diese Art von Landnahme und Besatzung am Anfang der elenden Spirale von Flucht und Vertreibung.
Einhaltung des internationalen Rechts, der staatlichen Souveränität und territorialen Integrität des syrischen Staates würden das stoppen. So steht es auch in der UN-Sicherheitsratsresolution 2254, die aber bisher nicht umgesetzt werden konnte. An die Stelle von Besatzung und Landnahme würden Verhandlungen treten. Statt Sanktionen gäbe es politische und finanzielle Unterstützung.
Das aber ist politisch von den interessierten staatlichen und nichtstaatlichen Akteuren nicht gewollt, weil sie ihren Einfluss verlören. Und so spenden reiche Wohltäter und Hilfsorganisationen betteln um Geld, um Hilfe und Almosen für die Flüchtlinge und die eigene Arbeit finanzieren zu können. Die großen Geldgeber für die humanitäre Hilfe für Syrien – USA, Deutschland und die Europäische Union – verbinden mit ihren Geldzuwendungen Bedingungen, wie und wofür das Geld eingesetzt werden darf. Für die von Regierungsgegnern kontrollierten Gebiete, für Flüchtlinge in Lagern in der Türkei, Libanon und Jordanien gibt es Geld. Nicht aber für diejenigen, die in ihre syrische Heimat zurückkehren möchten. Die Fluchtbewegung wird so nicht enden. Das Leben in Syrien wird blockiert.
Gefangen in den Netzen geopolitischer Interessen
Keine Region der Welt hat so lange und so viele Flüchtlinge gesehen wie der östliche Mittelmeerraum. Die Vertreibung der Armenier und Assyrer Ende des 19./Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts; die Vertreibung der Kurden seit den 1930er Jahren; die Vertreibung der Palästinenser seit 1948; die Vertreibung von Libanesen während der Bürgerkriege 1958 und 1975-1990; die Vertreibung der Iraker mit den Golfkriegen 1980/88; 1990/91 und 2003 bis heute; die Vertreibung der Libyer 2011; die Vertreibung der Syrer seit 2011/12; die Vertreibung der Jemeniten seit 2016. Hinzu kommen Flüchtlinge aus Afghanistan, aus Afrika, die in dem einen oder anderen Land zwischen Pakistan und dem Mittelmeer, in Nordafrika oder den südeuropäischen Ländern gestrandet sind.
Auf der Suche nach neuen Perspektiven geraten die fliehenden Menschen in ein Netz von Schmugglern und Grenzen, in dem Lager, in denen Almosen verteilt werden, häufig die Endstation sind. Darüber legt sich ein Netz von Interessen regionaler staatlicher und nicht-staatlicher Akteure, denen es nicht um die Menschen, sondern um Boden und Rohstoffe, um Kontrolle von Transportwegen geht. Darüber spannt sich ein Netz von Kriegen und den Folgen dieser Kriege, die Länder und die Lebensgrundlagen der dort lebenden Menschen zerstören. Diese Kriege sorgen für Profit für den Militärisch-Industriellen Komplex aus Rüstungsindustrie, Militär und Politik mit dem Ziel, die weitere Anhäufung von Macht und Profit zu sichern. Parteien, Regierungen, Industrie und Handel, Wissenschaft, Forschung, Bildung und Medien und selbst das internationale Recht sollen diesem Ziel unterworfen werden.
Die Menschen, deren Länder dafür zerstört werden, sind viele und sie sterben früh. Sie sterben in den Kriegen und an den Folgen der Kriege. Sie werden krank und sind hungrig. Sie sterben bei Kämpfen mit anderen, die ihr Land und ihr Leben vor der Zerstörung schützen oder selber aus dem Netz ausbrechen wollen. Sie sterben auf der Flucht, in einem Lager oder im Mittelmeer.

Vollversammlung der Vereinten Nationen grundlegende Veränderungen der globalen wirtschaftlichen und politischen Ordnung gefordert. Sie übten scharfe Kritik am internationalen Finanzsystem und am Krieg in der Ukraine, die in ihren Augen den Kampf gegen Armut, Ungleichheit und Klimawandel verhindern. Von Hans Weber.
Der Präsident von Kolumbien, Gustavo Petro, dessen Rede Pressekorrespondenten als die “heftigste und lyrischste” in “grandioser Sprache” bezeichneten, schlug vor, “den Krieg zu beenden und das internationale Finanzsystem zu reformieren”, um die Klimakrise zu bekämpfen.
Laut Petro werden die Länder der Welt die UN-Nachhaltigkeitsziele für 2030, die er als soziale Gerechtigkeit und Umweltgerechtigkeit zusammenfasst, ohne tiefgreifende Veränderungen der aktuellen globalen Ordnung schlicht verfehlen. Das “Versagen der Regierungen” lasse sich an den wachsenden Migrationsströmen aus den ärmeren in die reicheren Länder ablesen, die auf die Klimakatastrophe folgten. Er warnte davor, dass diese in Zukunft Dimensionen von drei Milliarden Menschen erreichen könnten.
Doch anstatt den Klimawandel zu bekämpfen, “haben wir beschlossen, unsere Zeit damit zu verschwenden, uns gegenseitig umzubringen”. Petro beklagte außerdem, dass Lateinamerika aufgefordert wurde, Waffen und Männer für den Krieg zu liefern, und dass nicht alle Kriege gleich behandelt werden:
“Die gleichen Gründe, die für die Verteidigung Selenskyjs angeführt werden, sollten auch für die Verteidigung Palästinas gelten. Wo ist der Unterschied, frage ich?”
Er schlug vor, eine Friedenskonferenz für den Krieg in der Ukraine und eine für den Nahostkonflikt zu organisieren. Dies würde “die Heuchelei als politische Praxis beenden”.
Wie schon beim G77+China-Gipfel vergangene Woche betonte Petro die Notwendigkeit öffentlicher Gelder der Länder im Kampf gegen den Klimawandel und seine Auswirkungen. Er kritisierte “grünes Kapital” als Lösung, da es nur dort agiere, wo es Profit gebe. Stattdessen könne der Internationale Währungsfonds (IWF) Sonderziehungsrechte zur Verfügung stellen, um die Auslandsschulden der armen Länder zu reduzieren. Statt Auslandsschulden zu bezahlen, könnten diese ihre öffentlichen Gelder zur Bekämpfung der Klimakrise einsetzen. Petro nannte dies einen globalen “Marshallplan”.
Eine dekarbonisierte Wirtschaft erfordere zudem eine Reform des Systems der multilateralen Entwicklungsbanken und des IWF. Gefordert sei eine demokratische, “nicht imperiale” Sichtweise.
Auch Brasiliens Präsident Luiz Inácio “Lula” da Silva forderte eine Reform der internationalen Organisationen wie IWF, Weltbank und Welthandelsorganisation. Der IWF habe im vergangenen Jahr 160 Milliarden US-Dollar an Sonderziehungsrechten für europäische Länder zur Verfügung gestellt, aber nur 34 Milliarden für afrikanische Länder. Das sei “inakzeptabel”, so Lula. “Reproduzieren die Institutionen Ungleichheiten, sind sie Teil des Problems und nicht der Lösung.”
Lula kritisierte den Neoliberalismus, weil er die soziale Ungleichheit vergrößere und damit den Weg für “Opportunisten der extremen Rechten” ebne. Als neuer G20-Vorsitzender will sich Lula für eine Reform der internationalen Institutionen einsetzen, kündigte er an.
Auch die Präsidenten von Argentinien, Bolivien, Honduras und Chile haben sich für die Reformierung der Finanzorganisationen ausgesprochen. Diese setzten sich mehr für die Spekulation ein als für eine gemeinsame Entwicklung, beklagte der argentinische Regierungschef Alberto Fernández. Er kritisierte zudem, dass der IWF seine Zinssätze jedes Mal erhöhe, wenn die US-Notenbank ihre Zinsen anhebe, um die Inflation in den USA einzudämmen.
“Ironischerweise finanzieren sie [die internationalen Kreditinstitute] die Ukraine mitten im Krieg und mitten im Krieg verlangen sie von ihr überhöhte Zinsen. Was für ein Unsinn!”, sagte Fernández. Die Besetzung der Ukraine durch Russland habe nicht nur katastrophale humanitäre Folgen, sondern aufgrund der weltweit steigenden Inflation auch wirtschaftliche.
Für Boliviens Präsident, Luis Arce, stellt der Kapitalismus das Problem dar:
“Das grausame System der kapitalistischen Ausbeutung stellt die Produktion und Reproduktion des Kapitals über den Schutz des Lebens der Menschen und der Existenz des Planeten”.
Arce tadelte den “mangelnden Willen der internationalen Gemeinschaft” um die “kriegerischen Anstrengungen” zu stoppen, die von den “Multinationalen des Krieges” gefördert würden. Bis April 2023 habe die Welt mehr als 2,24 Billionen US-Dollar in Waffen und die Kriegsindustrie investiert, die besser in den Frieden und die Entwicklung der Länder investiert worden wären.
Ähnlich äußerte sich die Präsidentin von Honduras, Xiomara Castro, die wie ihre linken Amtskollegen auch die Blockade und die Sanktionen gegen Kuba und Venezuela verurteilte.
Der kubanische Präsident Miguel Díaz Canel prangerte an, dass die USA Bankinstitute in aller Welt erpressen würden, indem sie sie zwingen, sich zwischen der Fortführung ihrer Beziehungen zu Kuba und den USA zu entscheiden.
Der chilenische Präsident Gabriel Boric erinnerte anlässlich des 50. Jahrestages des Putsches gegen Salvador Allende an die Mitverantwortung der damaligen US-Regierung. Er verurteilte die “russische Invasion in der Ukraine”. Das überfallene Land trage nicht die gleiche Verantwortung für den Krieg wie das einmarschierende Land, sagte Boric. Er verurteilte auch die “illegale Besetzung” Palästinas durch Israel.

Introduction
This may be a surprise to many readers, but Jews are in a position of virtually total control of all important facets of the US government, a control that includes both domestic legislation and foreign policy. This is so true that it is not possible to separate actions or policies initiated by “Americans” from those imposed by their Jewish overlords, and in fact there is little policy emanating from the US that could be considered “American” in content. However startling this may seem, the truth of it is easily provable.
When the government of Ukraine was overthrown and the country’s elected President replaced by a Jew who would instigate a war with Russia, it was another Jew, Victoria Nuland, in the State Department, who was making the selection of the President and pulling all the strings. The US White House and Congress were uninvolved and meekly silent while all this was happening. The “Americans” will suffer the blame for the ensuing chaos, but Americans had no part of this; the US is merely a tool for the Khazar Jews to achieve their aims, functioning primarily as The Bankers Private Army. When Israel wanted the latest version of US military aircraft, US Generals declined, saying they needed the aircraft and that Congress would never approve the transfer. Israel’s President Benjamin Netanyahu is quoted as saying, “Just get the aircraft ready. I’ll take care of Congress.”
Jews are not hesitant about openly demanding obedience from members of the US Congress, nor do they shrink from punishing the disobedient. As I noted in a previous essay on the Deep State,[1] US Congressmen and Senators are literally forced to sign an oath of allegiance to Israel and the Jews at the risk of losing the next election. It is hardly a secret that today the main prerequisite for election to any US government position is a firm public commitment to the Jews’ agenda, whatever that may include.
We can easily identify the same patterns in finance and banking, in corporate legislation, in social policies dealing especially with abortion, education, gender and sexual matters, in food safety legislation, in the pharmaceutical world, and much more. In all these areas, there are Jews leading the process, very often from behind the scenes but increasingly done in the open. The Jews’ absolute domination of all mainstream media, social media, Internet searching, book and magazine publishing, and advertising, ensures their total information control and thus public perceptions.
These statements are equally true, at least in significant part, for all Western countries and many others as well, like South Africa and Japan. The percentage of Jews in the governments of other nations may not be as dramatically high as in the US, but Jewish domination and control exist nevertheless. Many Western nations, Germany being one especially notable example, are in practical terms Jewish colonies. Canada, France, England, Italy, Holland, are not better. It doesn’t seem to be widely-known, but this is precisely the reason democracy was created as a form of government;[2] it is the only system of government that permits alien outsiders to take total control from behind the scenes.
Jews hold an enormous, and enormously disproportionate, number of positions in the US government at all levels from Secretary of State to a communications clerk. A large number of these people have dual Israeli-US citizenship with clearly concomitant loyalties, almost all being Zionists as well. This essay presents some accumulated evidence garnered from various publicly-available sources. It is by no means complete; a full list would contain many thousands of names.
In reviewing the lists below, a few points should be kept in mind. One is that each name is just the apex of a Jewish pyramid. Since these individuals are almost all in executive positions with large departments under their reign, they will appoint many other Jews in turn. A Jewish Secretary of State will appoint many Jews to various State Department offices and many Jewish US ambassadors. Similar with Defense, Treasury, Commerce, and so on. If we add in all the handlers, aides, assistants, deputies, lawyers, advisors, and the multitude of high and middle-level bureaucrats and policy-makers, the number of ethnic Jews in a typical American administration would likely be 40% to 50%. This is a fact recognised and admitted by American Jews themselves, one prominent Jewish publication stating, “The US has no longer a government of Goyim [Gentiles], but an administration in which the Jews are full partners in the decision making at all levels.”[2a]
According to the Jewish Forward,[3]when John Deutch was appointed Director of the CIA, he immediately “made a series of personnel changes”, appointing David Cohen as Deputy Director and Nora Slatkin as Executive Director, giving her “broad, unprecedented authority over the deputy directors”. Jews also filled four of the CIA’s seven directorates, with another Jew, Arlen Specter, being appointed around the same time as Chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, giving Jews a virtual stranglehold on the workings of the CIA. It was the Jew Sydney Gottlieb who was appointed head of the CIA’s inhuman MK-ULTRA program, with other Jews put in positions of worldwide political murders and assassination projects.[4] One such person, Samuel Halpern, was the “executive officer of Task Force W” which was established to kill Cuba’s Fidel Castro[5][6][7] – primarily in retribution for Castro’s expulsion of the Jews after the Revolution, with “Americans” being blamed for all the failed attempts on Castro’s life.
Similarly, when Madeleine Albright was appointed US Secretary of State, she immediately organised a slate of candidates for all the top positions in the State Department, which consisted entirely of Jews. She immediately appointed Dennis Ross, Stuart Eizenstadt, Mark Grossman, Princeton Lyman, Howard Wolpe, Stanley Roth, Jeff Davidow, Martin Indyk. Indyk had his security clearance suspended by the State Department for “suspected violations” of security norms, “over a long period of time”, but that didn’t stop Albright from clearing him anyway. In related news, something similar occurred with Donald Trump’s handler and bearer of instructions from his masters in The City of London – his son-in-law, Jared Kushner, who apparently failed every category of security examination but was appointed anyway.
Even when appointees are not Jewish, the Jewish lobby usually has much to celebrate. Early in Clinton’s first term in 1993, the MetroWest Jewish News boasted that “The new [Clinton] administration will also have the added strength of two very strong [non-Jewish] supporters of Israel as Secretary of Defense Les Aspin, and Central Intelligence Agency Director James Woolsey. Aspin, as Chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, has been an architect of – and key figure in – U.S.-Israel strategic relations. Both men are members of the board of advisors of JINSA, the Jewish Institute for National Security Affairs.”
Since Jews comprise only about 1.5% of the US population, we can legitimately ask why they should expect to be “full partners” in “all levels” of the US government, and I think we could all wish we had “as little influence” as they do. Another factor is that many if not most have Israeli citizenship or otherwise deep connections to Israel, with their prime loyalties generally in that direction. As well, most of these people are avowed Zionists and unlikely to miss an opportunity to further that agenda which will seldom be compatible with US interests. Finally, most of these individuals have deep contacts with AIPAC, the Rothschild Council on Foreign Relations, the Trilateral Commission, many of the prominent so-called Think Tanks and Foundations, as well as related organisations like the RAND Corporation, and will not only be taking instruction but acting in behalf of the varied agendas of these groups – all of which are staunchly Zionist, and all instruction and control emanating from the cabal of Jewish bankers in The City of London.
How Sweet it is to be Jewish
On October 3, 2001, the Israeli Press Agency reported on a Kol Yisrael radio program where Shimon Peres warned Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon that refusing to heed incessant American requests for a cease-fire with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests and “turn the US against us.” At this point, a furious Sharon reportedly turned toward Peres, saying “Every time we do something you tell me Americans will do this and will do that. I want to tell you something very clear, don’t worry about American pressure on Israel. We, the Jewish people control America, and the Americans know it.” [7a]
The confidence and boasting about the influence and power of Jews in the world go much farther than this. In October of 1998, Alain Finkielkraut, a professor of philosophy at France’s elite Ecole Polytechnique, had an article published in the French daily Le Monde, titled “Mgr Stepinac et les deux douleurs de l’Europe”[8] in which he stated:
“Ah, how sweet it is to be Jewish at the end of this 20th century! We are no longer History’s accused, but its darlings. The spirit of the times loves, honors, and defends us, watches over our interests; it even needs our imprimatur.*[8] Journalists draw up ruthless indictments against all that Europe still has in the way of Nazi collaborators or those nostalgic for the Nazi era. Churches repent, states do penance, Switzerland no longer knows where to stand …”. * An “imprimatur” is official permission to do something, given by a group of people in a position of power. Finkielkraut is reveling in the thought that Jews have so much power and influence today that much of the current events of the world require Jewish sanction or acquiescence to proceed.
But this attitude was by no means a recent development. The Jewish Daily Bulletin stated in its publication on July 27th, 1935, “There is only one power which really counts. The power of political pressure. We Jews are the most powerful people on earth, because we have this power, and we know how to apply it.” Israeli commentator Israel Shahak says Jewish influence on governments, the US in this case, “is due to their great political influence in general and their predominance in the media in particular” and the ability of the “organised American Jews” to use their power for their own interests.
Many of the Jews who have obtained positions of power in the US government are also officials of AIPAC and other Jewish pressure groups such as the ADL. When you add in the almost total control of all forms of mainstream and social media, especially including newspapers and television, of most magazines and all of Hollywood, of most of the book publishers and book sellers, of most of the major international advertising agency conglomerates, of all the large banks and the banking system, the so-called “merchant banks”, the hedge funds, the large M&A groups, and the beneficial ownership and control of a majority of the multi-national corporations, to say nothing of their presence in higher education, the extent of Jewish influence and control is impressive indeed. And none of this latter is part of what we call the ‘deep state’ or the ‘hidden government’. These are just the people who support it and benefit from it.
This overload of Jews in all US Administrations seriously affects the US position in all foreign relations, not the least of which involves the 70-year-long Jewish atrocity in Palestine. The Jerusalem Post wrote that with so many Jews in the upper echelons of American government, “Arabs have repeatedly complained that the United States has not acted as an honest broker” in Middle East peace negotiations. Israeli commentator Meron Benevenisti described an Israeli newspaper’s depiction of the 4-member Clinton “peace mission” as “the mission of four Jews”, the paper “gloating with pride while talking about the Jewish roots of all its members.”
These conditions hold true for what appears to the public as “the American position” on all consequential foreign circumstances, specifically including Iraq, Libya, Syria, Russia, China, Cuba, Iran, Somalia, Venezuela, and others. But because of the almost total control of the US Congress and White House by Jews, as well as virtual total control of all the media, what the world sees emanating from the White House is the Jewish position on all these nations, a policy dictated by the Jewish Bankers (led by the Rothschilds) from The City of London.
This is so true that there is really no such thing as “a US position” on anything involving foreign nations or policies. The fact that so many US Ambassadors are also Jewish, that Jews have a stranglehold on both the State Department and the US Defense Department, is a powerful negative for other nations. At one point, James Zogby, head of the Arab American Institute, wrote with alarm in an article entitled “A Dangerous Appointment”, that more than two-thirds of all the work done by or for the US Defense Department involved representing Israeli interests.[9]
“In 1997 Jewish American journalist J. J. Goldberg gave a lecture to the Labor Zionist Alliance of Canada. The Canadian Jewish News reported on the talk, noting that Goldberg proclaimed that “Jews are the “players” in the modern world, not “victims”.” “[Goldberg] went on to give many examples of American Jewry’s influential role in American politics. ‘We Jews run American Middle East policy.” This is so true that when Israeli President Ezer Weizman traveled to the US, community leaders were invited to the White House for lunch and to discuss American Middle-East policy, and the only non-Jews in the room were Bill and Hillary Clinton.
Connecting Some Dots
A major portion of this essay is a list of Jews holding important positions in the US federal government, which positions collectively give them as a group enormous power over the government, its domestic activities and, most importantly, over all America’s foreign affairs policies and enterprises. The positions recorded in the lists below are mostly quite recent, but I have included some appointments from the 1960s, 1970s and 1980s to demonstrate that Jewish control of the US government has existed for decades but has been increasing at an alarming rate in recent years.
In examining the distribution in the US government, Jews concentrate heavily in the White House to control the President, in the State Department (including Ambassadors and Consuls-General) for control of all US foreign policy, in the Treasury Department and financial areas for control of the economy and spending priorities in the US Federal budget, in the military areas of Defense and Intelligence to control the wars and color revolutions, and in the Judiciary. Their control of Congress is already legendary, with many observers stating that the US Congress is “Israeli-occupied territory”.
This is partly an aside, but it is not a secret that every “Congressional Investigation” in living memory has been widely denigrated as “a whitewash”. This includes everything from the 1929 stock market crash, the 1934 Jewish attempted fascist coup on the US government,[9a] the JFK assassination, the various “investigations” on US torture practices, the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor, to the incredibly distorted series of hearings on 9-11. Indeed, I cannot recall a single Congressional investigation ever being held that was not immediately categorised as “a sham”, “a fraud” and “a whitewash”, with the Jewish-controlled mass media unanimously denigrating all doubters as “conspiracy theorists”. Unquestionably, some of these obviously false investigations were heavily controlled by Jews in the background because Jews were primarily responsible for the event concerned. Proof is certainly available, but can gain no traction because of media censorship.
A noteworthy phenomenon is that Jews from Germany and Eastern Europe, primarily Russia and Ukraine, tend strongly to head for the US government. But the infiltration into the US government of Jews from the rest of Europe, from Italy, France, the Netherlands, the Nordic countries, is almost zero. It seems to be mostly German and Russian/Ukrainian Jews who have taken control of the US government.
Another interesting distribution is that if we look at lists of Jews in the US where the occupations are also listed, the overwhelming majority are in the performing arts – actors and actresses, singers, songwriters, musicians, playwrights, comedians, movie directors or producers. The next category, much smaller, is law, followed by an alarming number of Jewish university presidents and department heads. The next most populous category is banking and finance, followed by medicine and the sciences, with little else of consequence; three economists, two philosophers, one pastry chef.
In a broad category related to performing arts, there is very much media involvement – many journalists, novelists and writers of fiction, some Jewish so-called “historians” who re-write history to fit the Jewish narrative – and which can also be categorised as fiction. Then there is the mass media including most newspapers and magazines, radio and TV networks, the book publishers and sellers, all the social media, Internet search engines, information platforms like Wikipedia, the so-called “fact-checkers” like Poynter, Snopes, and factcheck.org, most of the advertising industry – especially the international giants, and of course Hollywood. All of these are almost entirely under Jewish control, not only feeding the Jewish narrative to the world’s publics but increasingly enacting severe censorship and content restriction to ensure almost total information control. We are at the point where any information or opinions contradicting the Jewish agenda is categorised as “misinformation” and is blocked, censored, or banned.
“Conspiracy” may not be the most appropriate label to apply to this concerted effort, but it is very apparent that all participants are reading from the same script and are all on the same page.
In a current real-life example, the City of London will issue an edict that LGBTQ+ and trans-sexuality are the “new normal” for Gentiles. The Jewish-controlled media will immediately flood the airwaves and print with the philosophy of beneficial incest, bestiality and homosexual necrophilia, and the Jewish Hollywood studios will produce excellent movies proselytising the subject. Following in lock-step, the Jewish-controlled social media will ban or delete any contradictory opinions or facts as “misinformation”. White House “advisors” will parrot the media position to the President, instructing him to get onside lest he have a palace revolt and his ratings fall to jeopardise his chances of re-election. The Cabinet, being mostly Jewish, is already onside. Jewish lawyers will file multiple briefs to the courts in support of this new agenda, and Jewish judges will rule in favor.
In the meantime, America’s Jewish Ambassadors and Consulate staff will be proselytising this agenda in countries around the world, again heavily supported by the Jewish-controlled media in those countries. The Israeli Embassies and Consulates will be doing the same things, but they have little power around the world and can’t do much by themselves. They need the diplomatic and extortion power of the US to help them further their agendas. And in short order, all the cities, at least in the Western world, will have “rainbow pedestrian crosswalks” at their street intersections to celebrate Jewish sexual perversions.
And nobody will even know what happened. The Jews did it for abortions in exactly the same way. They did it for COVID in exactly the same way, and for ZIKA. They are doing it again today for many more agenda items, including Klaus Schwab’s WEF and his “You will have nothing and you will be happy” agenda.
It is crucially important for the world to identify Jews as Jews, not in a general widespread sense, but with those individuals active in government, finance, education, social policy, the media, and in foreign affairs. As in the above example, we are generally aware of the flood of media attention suddenly being paid to LGBTQ+ and trans-sexuality as well as renewed attention to free abortion policies. But our perceptions are altered and our understanding of the forces shaping our social society is greatly improved when we can see that virtually all those individuals proselytising these social changes are Jews. It is almost entirely Jewish academics, activists and others who create the public pressure for this sexual social upheaval, and it is entirely Jews who exert pressure on governments to adhere to this agenda, all heavily supported by the Jewish-controlled media. It now becomes obvious that what appeared to be a “natural” social change or evolution is in fact the result of a tightly-coordinated plan being executed by one race of people. It seems that the “sexologists” are all Jewish. [10][11][12][13][14][15][16][17]
There is one other part to this business of the Jews’ control of the US government. It is of considerable importance to understand that US government departments do not function in a vacuum, and neither do their staff. The Jews who hold these government posts are also generally intertwined with many other sectors and institutions, greatly magnifying their influence. In addition to their federal posts, these Jews very often have teaching positions at prominent universities and are frequently members of the so-called neocon “think tanks” like the Rothschild Council on Foreign Relations. Many are active in AIPAC or the ADL and other powerful Jewish lobby groups. They also have many corporate board memberships, are on the current lists of authors for much of the Jewish media newspapers and magazines. Many of them frequently appear on TV news programs.
As well, Jewish lobby groups have enormous additional influence on US government policy. The Jewish Standard published an article boasting of the power and influence of AIPAC, “shaping how Congress and others” affect the White House administration. “AIPAC has tremendous reach”.[18] The Jerusalem Post boasted that the major Jewish organisations “have the ear of the president, senior administration officials, and federal and state government officeholders across the United States.”[19]
Denials and “anti-Semitism”
When writing of Jewish influence and control of a society’s segments, most especially those in the US like Hollywood or the media, or the ownership of the FED, there is always a flurry of denial and often vicious personal attacks even though the Jews like to boast in private of their control of these same segments.
When William Cash wrote an article on the Jews’ nearly total (more than 80% by content and revenue), control of Hollywood, the Jewish defense machine went immediately into action. “Fifteen leading Hollywood personalities, including Kevin Costner, Tom Cruise, Kirk Douglas and Barbra Streisand, signed a letter to the Spectator accusing Cash of advancing “anti-Semitic stereotypes” and “racist cant.” Leon Wieseltier, literary editor of the New Republic, wrote to the Spectator’s editor hinting at retribution and said: “You run a filthy magazine”.”[20] And there was retribution indeed; the publishing company immediately lost advertisers and circulation. Jewish publications on both sides of the Atlantic pilloried the company and its publications.[21][22] The dirty part is that the article had nothing to do with “anti-Semitism”; it simply discussed a fact already widely-known but that cannot be discussed in polite company. The Jews will viciously attack anyone shining a light on their pervasive power and influence in any sector.
Anticipating this same response (as well as the usual charges of anti-Semitism) to claims of the Jews controlling Washington, we can expect the multitude of Jewish organisations to emerge with strident defense denials, but those denials are false.
The Jewish magazine Mosaic equates any mention of Jewish control, especially of the US State Department, to anti-Semitism, stating “Stigmatization by overt anti-Semites magnifies the extent to which discussions surrounding the American Jewish diplomats can easily descend into nose-counting and age-old racial slurs. Conversely, it is extremely difficult for the American Jewish community to discuss such matters in a comfortable, open, and critical manner … Mindful of this concern, one would hardly want to spur public awareness and inadvertently damage Jewish interests.”
It should be obvious that such statements are grossly dishonest. Mentioning all the famous Jewish actors like Harrison Ford or Kirk Douglas meets with smiles and praise, but any mention of Jews in government, Hollywood, universities, finance, or the media inevitably result in dirty denunciations of “anti-Semitism”.
In terms of diluting the public consciousness of the overwhelming presence of Jews in the US government, I found this Jewish tactic reprehensibly dishonest: The Times of Israel published an article headlined “White House slams ‘spurious’ attacks on Jewish, Palestinian staff picks.”[23] The purpose of the article was to discourage the public from identifying Jews in the US government, doing so by relying on guilt, an assumed morality, and American ignorance. Briefly, the American public had been too vocal in identifying Jews in powerful government positions, so the Jews crafted a solution: the Jewish News Syndicate identified the single Palestinian (Maher Bitar)[24] holding a position in the entire US government, and published an attack on that person, very obviously according to plan. The Times of Israel then produced this article with a composite photo of a Jew and the Palestinian, denouncing imaginary public identification of government officials by race, clearly suggesting that both Jews and Palestinians were being morally undermined by this racial identification. To further the deception, the composite photo of the Jew and the Palestinian side by side suggested these two races were really good friends who were “partners in oppression”. Of course, this was merely a clever and gigantic fraud. It was Jews who were being outed by the public; nobody noticed or mentioned the single Palestinian, but the Jews remedied that by outing and attacking him.

If you are so bold as to even mention Jewish control over any sector of anything, you will be immediately denounced as a conspiracy theorist, an anti-Semite and a holocaust-denying Nazi Jew-hater. Of course, that’s all rubbish, and very nasty rubbish, but it’s also successful rubbish, most people being too intimidated to dare mention the Jews in anything but a fawning context. And Jews can be astonishingly vicious, savage even, in their attacks on anyone daring to expose their control. They will without hesitation completely destroy a person’s career, reputation, and bank accounts. Here is an essay containing a few startling examples of this.[25]
The profoundly disproportionate – and quite dominating – presence of Jews in critical US government positions, and the disturbing implications of this, is apparently entirely unnoticed by the (Jewish) mass media. Yet privately the Jews revel in their power and influence. The Jerusalem Post gloated in providing this information: “This completes the 15 Jews in senior positions in the Biden administration. And, just for interest, here are the 10 Catholics among Biden’s appointees.“[26] The Jewish News of Northern California published an article positively beaming in pride about the large number of Jews “flocking to foreign-service careers” in the US government.[27]
Matthew Dorf, a reporter and columnist for the Jewish Telegraphic agency, wrote the following in a book: “Worried about publicity about the presence of so many Jews in the upper echelons of the American government, one “senior official” in the State Department refused to be interviewed for an article about the subject by the Jewish Telegraphic Agency, saying, “No good can come from this. Especially because there are so many of us.” It is a matter of legend that on Jewish holidays virtually the entire State Department is barren of people. Interestingly, the same is reportedly true of the Pentagon, not of the actual military staff who are almost entirely Gentile, but of all their civilian superiors and staff who are largely Jewish (and who actually control the military).
Censorship of Jewish names
In an earlier article on doing historical research,[28] I wrote the following:
There is no question that it is more difficult to search the Internet today than was the case 15 or 20 years ago. Especially on the English-language Internet, information control is much more apparent and effective, and censorship is now fully in the open with little or no pretense or disguise. Many web pages or documents which would always appear on the first page of a search in the past, cannot now be accessed by normal means, and many sources have been deleted. Many links to historical documents that I saved 15 or 20 years ago, are still active, and the documents can still be accessed, but they will no longer appear on a search with any terms. It is now often true that even if you know the complete title of a document, the search engines – especially Google – will refuse to produce it. This is so true that Google (particularly) no longer functions as a useful search engine; it is instead a “gate-keeper” with two main functions. One is to feed you information it wants you to have (or things it wants you to think), and the second is to ensure you never find information it doesn’t want you to have (or things it doesn’t want you to think).
As one concrete example, it is not widely known that after World War II the Allies and Jewish industrialists stripped Germany of most of her useful remaining factories, removing all machinery and equipment to the US, Russia and other countries, simply confiscating all of it as “reparations”. Fifteen years ago, it was easily possible to find hundreds of photos on the Internet of German factories having their machinery removed, being loaded onto train cars, and carried away. Today, it is impossible to find any. Either all the photos (and the evidence) have been deleted from the Internet, or the search engines simply refuse to produce them.
This is a very serious matter. There exists today literally an army of people scouring the Internet for historical and political content that is criminally incriminating, and making strenuous efforts to have all that content deleted. And, from my experience, I would say they are achieving considerable success. These efforts can apply to a wide range of historical and political events and circumstances, but I find the concentration in two main areas, both involving the Jews. One area seems to be a determined effort to erase any identification of individuals as being Jews, especially those involved in serious crimes or atrocities. The evidence of this is everywhere. Consider the recent scandal involving Jeffrey Epstein; of the hundreds of articles in the media about this case, I cannot recall seeing a single one that mentioned Epstein[29] and Ghislaine Maxwell[30] were Jews. That cannot possibly be an accident; the mass media, being almost entirely Jewish-owned or controlled, do not want such associations made in the public mind, and the censorship is severe.
Wikipedia appears to be systematically deleting all references to individuals being Jewish. I have Wiki pages on individuals which I saved some years ago, which specifically identify those individuals as Jewish, in some cases discussing many details of their Jewish background. But those same pages today have had all those references deleted. And not only Wikipedia. But it’s even worse than this. In researching lists of names and Jewish identifications for this essay, the search engines – Google and Bing – cut me off entirely. I had been searching for Jewish names in various categories of government, but then my requests were all suddenly blocked. Searching for a list of CIA Directors, I received this result:
Reverting to another browser and search engine, and searching from another country, I received the results without difficulty. The information was still there, but Google and Bing were obviously programmed to refuse to produce certain results, this being consistent for all searching done for US government departments, lists of staff, and anything involving Jews. I was completely blocked in those areas. I was permitted to search for the weather in Southern Italy or the making of a Caesar salad, but all useful research was totally censored. At first, I was confused, but then I realised that the actual pages appeared on my computer screen for a fraction of a second but were then quickly replaced with the “sorry, no information” page. This clearly was deliberate and planned; searching for the identification of Jews is being not only restricted but prohibited – by the Jews.
Who is a Jew?
Given a series of contrived complications and what appears to be a general unwillingness among many Jews to reveal their ethnicity, it can be extremely difficult to identify those Jews active in our societies. In a recent article on Jewish assimilation,[31] Dr. Kevin MacDonald wrote the following: “But typically, in the absence of evidence of explicit Jewish activism . . . one must pore over detailed biographies that include, e.g., accounts of private conversations and letters. Freud, for example, left behind a great deal of evidence of his Jewish identity and his sense of Jewish interests. Others did not, so one is forced to piece together an account on relatively scant evidence.” It is not always simple to identify Jewish ethnicity with absolute certainty, and many Jews prefer to not be so identified – one reason they change their names.
Who is a Jew? This question is neither as simple – nor as complicated – as the Jews present it. The original, official version was that if your mother was a Jew, then you are a Jew. Period. No apparent room for discussion here.
“The Code of Jewish Law clearly states that a child of a Jewish mother is Jewish, regardless of the father’s lineage (or whatever else may show up in a DNA test), while the child of a non-Jewish mother is not Jewish. Matrilineal descent has been a fundamental principle of Torah since the Jewish people came into existence.”[32]
However, the Jews themselves regularly fail to adhere to the rules. In a Wikipedia article on Frank Damrosch Jr., we read, “[He] was an American Episcopal priest, author, and writer, the son of noted composer Frank Damrosch, [who] served as a leader of the Anglo-Catholicism movement in the US [and who] also authored three books and penned articles for [Catholic] magazines.[33][34] Yet Wikipedia (an entirely Jewish platform) lists this person as a Jew, clearly disregarding the change of religion.
In another article discussing Arthur Schlesinger,[35][36] Wikipedia tells us, “His paternal grandfather was a Prussian Jew who converted to Protestantism and then married an Austrian Catholic. His mother . . . was of German and New England ancestry . . . His family practiced Unitarianism.” But Wikipedia classifies Schlesinger as a Jew. In the matter of John Kerry,[37] former US Secretary of State, we are told, “His father was raised Catholic. John’s paternal grandparents were Austro-Hungarian Jewish immigrants who converted to Catholicism, and his mother was Episcopalian. The children were raised in their father’s Catholic faith, and John served as an altar boy.” But John Kerry is claimed as Jewish.
In another example, this concerning the US astronaut Jessica Meir, the Jerusalem Post headlines an article with “Will Jewish astronaut Jessica Meir be NASA’s first woman on the moon?”[38] Yet the same article tells us Jessica was “Born in Maine to a Swedish mother and an Israeli-Jewish father . . .” The article claims she identifies as Jewish and is therefore a Jew. Still with Jessica Meir, the Jewish Kveller website tells us,[39] “Jessica Meir is a 44-year-old astronaut from Caribou, Maine. Meir’s mother is Swedish, and her father is Israeli of Iraqi Sephardi heritage. And yes, she’s Jewish.” (emphasis mine). In another case, on the same Kveller website celebrating “Jewish astronauts”, we are told “Mark Polansky grew up in Paterson, New Jersey, the son of a Jewish father and a Hawaiian mother of Korean descent.” And Polansky is also claimed as Jewish.
But let’s try to illustrate the intentional duplicity pervading this entire matter. To further other aspects of their agenda, the Jews have confused and confounded this to the point where there may be no resolution.
One aspect of this confusion is the position that “being Jewish is just a religion“. This is clearly nonsense for more reasons than I have space to list, but let’s deal with one obvious and irrefutable contradiction: If being a Jew merely reflects membership in a religion, how is it that I – and millions of others – can look at a face and tell you instantly that person is a Jew? It would be a mighty powerful religion if it can alter the facial features of its adherents.
This is nonsense (a huge lie, actually) on another basis too: the “Jew as religion” theory implies that if a Jew abandons Judaism and adopts Christianity, that person is no longer a Jew. Well, he would be what, then? Nothing?
Many Jews further complicate this by claiming (as does Elon Musk, for e.g.) to be atheists, this refutation of all religion apparently negating the possibility of the person being a Jew. And that is also foolish. Refutation of religion is not the same as refutation of racial heritage. If Elon Musk – a Jew – See below reference [40] – abandons Judaism and professes atheism, then what is he? He can’t claim to be American because that’s not a race; it’s a passport. And he cannot – as many Jews try to do – claim his race as “White”; that is obviously a skin color, not an ethnic group. Consider this in terms of other nationalities. If a Catholic Italian abandons Catholicism and adopts Islam, or claims to be an atheist, does he stop being Italian? Of course not. That’s foolish. His religion is unrelated to his racial or ethnic roots, and irrelevant.
The salient point is that every individual must, by definition, belong to some race, to some ethnic group. It is not possible to be nothing. Yet International Jewry (the Khazar Talmudist Mafia again) are now claiming there is no such thing as race, a position that is worthy only of ridicule and deep suspicion as to their intent. And the intent of this nonsense claim appears to be solely to permit Jews to avoid identification as Jews. It serves no other purpose.
This issue has a prime cause in that, with Jews amassing increasing amounts of power and influence over Western societies, many have become increasingly reluctant to be identified as Jews. The Khazar Talmudists (Benjamin Freedman’s “so-called Jews”)[41][42] in The City of London, saw this problem arising decades ago, when they launched a two-step solution. The first step was to heavily promote the idea that being a Jew is merely the practice of a religion. The second was to force the passage of laws throughout the US that made illegal any request to disclose a person’s religion (as for employment, for e.g.). But this was unrelated to religion, as should be obvious, since the only significant result was to make it illegal to ask a person if he is a Jew. And, in real life, no employment application form for any company anywhere ever asked a person’s religion; at least, I have never heard of such a thing, and I don’t know anyone who has.
There is another complicating factor driving the “no such thing as race” theory, in that the Jews themselves are two races.[43][44] There are Semitic Jews from the Middle East, and the Ashkenazi Jews originally from Khazaria who are genetically European and who have had absolutely no contact with, nor any claim to, The Holy Land. Most Jews today, more than 95% by Jewish estimates, are European Khazars, a distinct race who consider themselves Jews and who still use the old (sexually-perverted) Babylonian Talmud as their bible. As an example, one notable portion of the Jewish Talmud is a discussion of whether one must wait until a girl is “three years plus a day” old before it’s appropriate to use her for sexual intercourse. In fact, I am told by those who should know that the Khazarian Mafia (and not only in The City of London) are Satanists who privately admit that Satan is their god.
However, it very much serves their purpose to be considered by Gentiles as one race or, in their fantasy, no race, and thus we have the deliberate, planned, and organised duplicity attempting to deny this separation. We have no trouble in finding multiple “official” genetic “studies”, each as dishonest as the last, attempting to prove either that Khazaria has never existed or that Jews have no common DNA, or that Judaism is all one religion which it patently is not. So, a Jew born in Germany is really a pure genetic German who just happens to adhere to the Judaic religion and, if that person instead adopts Christianity, he is no longer a Jew. But since there is no such thing as race, he cannot be a pure ethnic German and is therefore nothing. Yet German Jews identify as Jews, not as ethnic Germans. If that doesn’t serve to complicate the picture irrevocably, I don’t know what would.

The sections below contain lists of Jews in the US government, denoting the positions held, and sorted by government department. The lists are far from complete. The allocation to Department is occasionally arbitrary. Note that some names are repeated, occasionally several times, because some individuals have held positions in different Departments or in several administrations at different times.
Methodology
Of the nearly 1,000 names in the lists below, all but a few were drawn from Jewish websites, mostly boasting of the control and influence Jews now have over the US government. Each of the names contains a live link to a Jewish source confirming that person’s identity as a Jew. Bulk references are also included at the end of this essay. No persons have been included if their Jewish ethnicity were not confirmed by either a Jewish publication, a reputable (also Jewish) media source like the NYT or Washington Post, an NGO or think-tank, or a US government website.
Referring again to the censorship of Jewish names, while preparing the lists for inclusion in this essay, I was surprised to discover literally hundreds of individuals holding prominent positions in the US government, individuals who are obviously Jews from their names, activities and associations, and whose biographies appear on Jewish websites, yet which all of the sources avoided specifically identifying as Jews. Thus, there are many more hundreds of Jews who should be included in the following lists, but are not, people with names such as:

Part 1 – Control of the President
Presidential Baby-Sitters
Despite the apparently flippant heading, this is a crucial category. To explain properly, we need a comparison.
I have been a senior executive in international consulting firms. I obtained those positions through merit. I was a professional in the industry and I knew the job very well. I was competent and able and had the necessary knowledge and experience. I deserved to fill those positions. I am not indulging in self-praise here; I am trying to make an important point, as you will see in a moment.
From my earliest days as a Head of Office, I said to all prospective new hires, “This is where we are going, and how we are going to get there. If you want to participate in this voyage and are willing to commit yourself to the destination, you are welcome to come aboard. If not, you are looking for a job in the wrong place.” The point is that I had a mission, and their job, if hired, was to help me fulfill that mission. I had assistants of course, and advisors or sources of advice, but they didn’t tell me what to do; I told them what to do. The most important thing is that my staff, assistants, and advisors did not have their own agenda. They were hired to help fulfill my agenda, not theirs. If any of them became politically or otherwise ambitious and tried to influence my thinking or actions to match their agenda, they would soon be gone.
Nobody wrote my speeches or articles for me. If I wanted to give a talk, only I knew what I wanted to say and how I wanted to say it. While I was always open to ideas, nobody told me what to think, or how to think. I set my own routine and planned my own activities hour by hour throughout the day. Except for my personal secretary, there were no “gate-keepers”. I established our priorities according to the needs of the mission, and my staff followed through on those. I had superiors of course but, aside from general guidance, their only job was to give me the tools to accomplish my mission. All of the above can be filed under the heading of “Leadership”.
Now let’s contrast this with the election of a President in a democracy like the United States. First, no one in recent memory who has filled that position did so on merit. No candidate was qualified in the least to be the CEO of such a huge country. None had the knowledge, the experience, the education, or the intelligence to do so – my points amply illustrated by the examples of Ronald Reagan, George Bush, Joe Biden and others. And we won’t even bother to discuss qualifications of character or morality. It would help you to read one of the Chapters in my E-book series on Democracy, specifically Chapter 5 on Choosing Government Leaders.[56] It will tell you things you don’t know, and will help to open your eyes and waken you.
In a typical US Presidential election, it is a naïve fallacy to imagine that the candidates, being fully qualified and capable, decided on their own to pursue that appointment and planned their campaign. They were neither qualified nor capable, and did not choose. Instead, they were chosen. Even worse, they were chosen primarily because they were neither qualified nor capable. In fact, the primary feature of a “democracy” is that the more ignorant and unqualified a person, the more attractive he is as a candidate. I will explain.
Presidential candidates are not selected off the shelf at the moment of election. They will have been groomed for years, sometimes for decades, in case they are needed to fill this position. Obama was “mentored” by Jews, mostly radical Zionists, for about 20 years before he was deemed ready to be a Presidential candidate. The Jewish Kingmakers in the political parties will select an appropriate candidate and have him nominated. From this point on, the future is fixed. No person campaigning for the Presidency of the US (at least for the first time) has any idea about conducting a campaign or what is necessary to win an election. But no problem; the Kingmakers have been here before. They take complete charge of the election campaign, they design all the strategy, they obtain all the funding, arrange for all the media coverage and photo-ops. The Presidential candidate is an ignorant observer in this process. He is riding on a very powerful train, but he is not the engineer; he is merely a passenger. He is told where to go, and when. All his speeches are written for him. He is told what to say and when and how to say it. He is also told what he must never say.
With luck, our candidate is elected, and he suddenly finds himself in the Oval Office of the White House as the President of the United States of America. Given his lack of credentials, the only thought in his mind is one of despair: “Oh my God. What do I do now?”
But that’s not a problem because the (Jewish) Kingmakers have already handed off the puppet to his (Jewish) handlers and baby-sitters. “Mr. President, the first thing you must do is to appoint a cabinet. We have suggestions prepared here for all positions. Also, you will need Assistants, Advisors, Counsel, and Staff Managers; we have suggestions prepared here for all these positions as well.” You can already see where this is going. Few US Presidents in the past 75 years have personally chosen their cabinet members or staff; it is almost all done by the handlers.
The salient point in all of this is that the Kingmakers in the parties (primarily Jewish), the handlers, baby-sitters, assistants, advisors, counsel, staff (also primarily Jewish) are in charge. The selections they offer to fill all important positions have been carefully vetted for compatibility with the Jews’ agenda. It is a matter of public record that anyone who has ever expressed in the past the slightest antipathy for the Jews or Israel or the Zionist agenda, will be publicly smeared as an “anti-Semite” and therefore unsuitable for all but laundry and janitorial positions. I am not aware of any prospective appointee who has passed this test.
The President’s White House staff are his immediate managers. They are his gate-keepers. They decide who speaks to him and on what subjects. They control the paper flow and all the information. Nothing reaches the President without first going through their hands and obtaining their approval. The President’s speeches are programmed, and written by his appointed speech-writers. Even brief comments are made from a teleprompter. Everything is micro-managed. It is true the President will have free time, but generally only when he is isolated and can’t cause trouble.
This is not fantasy. There is a multitude of articles, documents, information easily available on the power of the White House staff over the President. One article claims that ” Good White House Chiefs of Staff Have Made Presidencies”.[57] The Smithsonian claims more modestly that they “help the President to govern”.[58] The Jerusalem Post, in an article on the 50 Most Influential Jews in the world,[59][60] put the Jew Ron Klain, the White House Chief of Staff, at number 16, stating that all of COVID-19 (and everything else) first “goes through Ron Klain”, calling him “Joe Biden’s alter ego”. When James Baker was Regan’s Chief of Staff, he stationed Richard Darman (a Jew) right outside the Oval Office where “he controlled all the President’s paper flow, and with it, much of the Federal government“. Darman is quoted as saying, “Reagan’s IN box was my outbox, and vice-versa.“[61] The New York Post ran an article headlined, “The man in charge at the White House isn’t Joe Biden”.[62]
If you were paying attention during the initial COVID scene, you may recall the TV briefing where Mike Pompeo stated that they were running COVID as “a live exercise”, with Donald Trump – the US PRESIDENT – hovering at Pompeo’s side like a waiter, and mumbling “I wish you would have told us”.[63] You can still see a video clip of it.[64] It was obvious Trump had no idea what was going on, because the gate-keepers failed to tell him what they deemed he didn’t need to know. Or what they didn’t want him to know.
In fact, the White House Chief of Staff is the ultimate power broker, the man who decides who can see the President of the US and who cannot. Or whose telephone calls will be put through or whose letters will be delivered. When H.R. Haldeman was Chief of Staff, his single most important concern was that no one could do an “end-run” around him, that there would never be “private meetings between an agenda-driven individual and the president”. Haldeman’s order to the entire White House staff: “That is the principal occupation of 98% of the people in the bureaucracy. Do not permit anyone to end-run you or any of the rest of us. Don’t become a source of end-running yourself, or we’ll miss you at the White House.”[65] As a point of interest, it should be clearly understood that the President has no way to know of the people and information that have been blocked. He is entirely at the mercy of his handlers and baby-sitters, virtually all of whom were hand-picked by the King-makers and selected primarily for (1) their controllability and (2) their commitment to the Jews’ agenda.

This group of people “assist” the President in his understanding of the Jews’ agenda, help him to meet their requirements, and ensure he doesn’t go off course. They do much of the planning and much of the thinking, that occurs in the White House.
Then we have dozens of Presidential Advisors who “guide” the President in his thinking, ensure that he adopts the current agenda, explain why the CIA and Military must overthrow various helpless governments, and especially stoke his understanding of all the “special needs” of Israel. They also deliver orders to the President and Cabinet from their superiors in The City of London. Presidential Advisors include:
Unlike any other government, the White House has created many unique positions just to keep in touch with all its handlers at AIPAC and the ADL, the Israeli Embassy, and The City of London, with a Special White House Liaison to the Jewish Community, an even more special “Liaison with Jewish Leaders”, and we even have a “Special Envoy for US Holocaust Survivor Services”.
Sadly, the White House has no special liaison for survivors of Vietnam, Yugoslavia, Iraq or Libya, and none for the few civilians who escaped the CIA’s death squads in Central and South America. And it goes without saying there is no “Special Liaison” for either Muslim leaders or survivors of the atrocities in Palestine. And of course, there are no “special liaisons” or an “outreach program” for American Chinese or Russians to offset the hate campaigns being conducted against these peoples in the Jewish media.
Setting the Budget – Assuring Adherence to the Jews’ Spending Priorities
”The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) is the largest office within the executive branch of the U.S. federal government. The OMB is tasked with implementing the commitments and priorities of the US Government.” The OMB oversees the federal budget and its implementation. It also determines the overall economic policy of the country, and ensures the constantly-increasing military budgets to ensure that “The Bankers’ Private Army” will always be in a position of assumed superiority – without which the Khazar Jews in The City of London cannot accomplish their worldwide ambitions.

Part 4 – Control of the Money
Next, we have control of the currency, the money supply, and thus the economy, through the Federal Reserve and the Treasury Department.
The Jewish-owned (Rothschild et al) US FEDERAL RESERVE
When discussing “control of the money”, we can’t ignore the fact that the US FED is a private Central Bank owned by one of the Rothschilds and other Jewish European banking families in The City of London. And through this ownership, they have total control of the US currency and the US economy, including the money supply, interest rates, the values of the stock and bond markets, the housing market, and much more. It is their application of this control which creates all the economic booms and busts, like the 1929 crash and subsequent depression, the 2008 “financial meltdown”, and all the others. For the record, the ultimate beneficial owners of the US Federal Reserve have been reliably documented as follows: the Jewish owners of the Rothschild Banks of London and Berlin, the Warburg Banks of Hamburg and Amsterdam, Lehman Brothers of New York, Lazard Brothers of Paris, Kuhn Loeb Bank of New York, Israel Moses Seif Banks of Italy, Goldman Sachs and the Chase Manhattan Bank.
Then, we have a group that worries about trade, designing and implementing the (outrageous and illegal) TPP, planning protectionist legislation, the emasculation of US labor, designing the vicious and aggressive IP stance to further enhance their friends’ corporate domination, planning and pushing through the neoliberal capitalist travesties of offshoring, privatisation, deregulation, and more.
This category helps to ensure that the US will never have a universal health care system like all other civilised nations, and will also ensure that privately-owned health care facilities (Jewish-owned in very large part) can continue to loot the public while selected citizens lacking a VISA card die in the parking lot. It is this group that forced through the legislation prohibiting the US government from negotiating volume discounts for its multi-billion-dollar annual expense on medications. In this section of the economy, as in no other, “privatisation” is paramount.
I am by no means the first, nor the only, person who noticed that COVID-19 was firmly under the control of the Jewish-dominated US health services, which category includes the vaccine manufacturers.
COVID-19, based on circumstantial evidence alone, had to have been a Jewish program. The most damning evidence is the one that is most obvious – the mass media which worldwide is almost entirely controlled by Jews. The entire Western media and also in much of the rest of the world, were all onside, pushing precisely the same agenda, with the same daily floods of doomsday news, of magnificent falsehoods, tales of death and depression everywhere, with the psychological manipulation for which these people are famous, and the intense push to manipulate everyone to accept the genetic spike injections disguised as vaccines.
There is no Gentile organisation anywhere with the power to assemble and energise the Jewish media as a group to do anything, and certainly nothing of this scale. Logic alone tells us this had to be a Jewish agenda. There is no other possibility that fits all the facts. As others have noted, a “normal” epidemic does not require all the media to flood every nation with doomsday reports 24/7, especially not from a mild pathogen. But a propaganda campaign does require it, especially if the underlying purpose is the vaccinations.
Also, the major pharmaceutical companies are all Jewish, and certainly the makers of the vaccines. A Rothschild owns the huge conglomerate Sanofi, the world’s largest vaccine manufacturer, and both Pfizer and Moderna are Jewish companies. As well, the largest apparent shareholders of Pfizer, Moderna and Gilead stock are Blackrock, Blackstone, and Vanguard, themselves Jewish companies. I use the word “apparent” because often shares are held in trust for the actual beneficial owners to shield them from public scrutiny.

Part 7 – Control of Justice and Injustice
The US Justice Department
Jews holding senior positions in the US Justice Department do the normal things you might expect, enforcing laws, issuing judgments, and so on, but they also do things you wouldn’t expect – or even imagine. One such activity already mentioned, and almost certainly coordinated from The City of London is the joint proselytising of new gender and sexual norms and obtaining judicial sanctions for them.
But there are many other activities, all done covertly, that are in no way American government policy but are instead the furthering of the Jewish (Khazar Mafia) agenda. One such is the continued persecution of Germans. For more than a decade the Jew Neal Sher headed the Office of Special Investigations (OSI), which was the US Justice Department’s “Nazi prosecution unit“, where he “oversaw the denaturalization and deportation of dozens of onetime Nazi war criminals.”[67] “Denaturalization” is the stripping of a person’s citizenship, effectively leaving them stateless. This is something these Jews apparently intend to continue in perpetuity.
It is not the American government who has a “Nazi prosecution unit”; it is the Jews who have a “German persecution unit”. It is they who will persecute Germans and Germany in perpetuity, and who had this department created in 1979 to “identify and expel from the United States, those who assisted Nazis in persecuting “any person because of race, religion, national origin, or political opinion (i.e., Jews).”[68] In other words, hunt down, strip of citizenship, and deport any German who in the past 75 years might have indicated the slightest possible disaffection for Jews. This is not about hunting “Nazis” or “war criminals”; it is entirely about retaliation for what is very loosely termed “anti-Semitism” by destroying the lives of any and all suspects, and by intimidating everyone else into submission.
Neal prepared a 200+ page “report” on UN Secretary-General Kurt Waldheim,[69] and placed him on a “watch list” of persons no longer able to enter the US, for the crime of being German. Sher was also the head of an international Holocaust restitution commission which sought to also continue to loot Germans and Germany in perpetuity for crimes their ancestors may or may not have committed, and pursued those activities through the US Justice Department. Sher was eventually banned and disbarred for theft of funds,[70] but that didn’t negate his persecution of Germans.
Eli Rosenbaum was another Jew holding the same position as Sher.[71] According to Wikipedia, Rosenbaum was “a legendary Nazi hunter”, hardly an American interest 75 years after the events. But in fact, the creation of the Office of Special Investigations in the US Justice Department was entirely a Jewish construct for the purpose of “identifying, denaturalizing, and deporting” almost any German they could find in the US.[72]
Too obvious to mention but too important to be ignored is that not everyone German was a “Nazi” and not every Nazi was a “war criminal”, not even an imaginary one. The Jews apparently fail to make these distinctions. This is one place where historians deliberately mislead us; a “Nazi” was simply a member of Germany’s National Socialist German Workers’ Party, not different from an ordinary citizen being a member of a Liberal or Conservative political party in any country. But the term has been appropriated by the Jews and re-defined as “evil incarnate” when it was absolutely no such thing.
It is also noteworthy that, during a war, most citizens of all countries will be at least partially sympathetic to their government. That is not a crime, certainly not one justifying “identifying, denaturalizing, and deporting” all the citizens. But if the Jews are correct and justified in this, then how do they account for the hundred years of opium in China, which was entirely a Jewish operation? Surely if all Germans are guilty in perpetuity of being “Nazis” and “war criminals”, even third-generation descendants, then surely all Jews are guilty in perpetuity of being drug dealers and mass murderers, and all Jews should likewise be subject to “identifying, denaturalizing, and deporting”.
These people, once in position, have the power – and the will – to search out and identify anyone of German heritage who might in the past have said or done anything that could be construed as “anti-Semitic”, strip them of their nationality, relieve them of their assets, and deport them. This Department functions as the worst kind of gangster.
The US foreign Embassy staff also, with the assistance of the Israeli Embassy and Consulate staff in other nations, assembles lists of anyone they can categorise as “anti-Semitic” and prevent their entrance into the US and, if possible, preventing their flying on any airline anywhere. If they can do it to someone as high as Kurt Waldheim, they can do it to anyone. And you will never know, because the Jewish-controlled media would never touch such stories. This happens more often than you might imagine. Who do you think is on the US “no-fly” list with its one million names? Terrorists? There aren’t that many terrorists in the entire world. And why do you suppose the US refuses to divulge the names on that no-fly list or the purpose of their inclusion? It isn’t for reasons of “national security” but to obscure the Jews’ agenda. And they don’t need proof to present to the public, if the public becomes aware of it. All that is necessary is to tar those individuals with labels like “Nazi”, “anti-Semitic”, “domestic terrorist”, “white supremacist”, and that will justify their actions. Nobody will be demanding evidence to defend undesirables. It is so easy.
As an aside, the US no-fly list has been hacked and the names revealed. The article states there are “very clear trends towards almost exclusively Arabic and Russian-sounding names throughout the million entries”.[73] You may draw whatever conclusions you deem appropriate.
“The United States National Security Council (NSC)[74] is the principal forum used by the president of the United States for consideration of national security, military, and foreign policy matters. Based in the White House, it is part of the Executive Office of the President of the United States, and composed of senior national security advisors and Cabinet officials.”
“Since its inception in 1947 by President Harry S. Truman, the function of the Council has been to advise and assist the president on national security and foreign policies. It also serves as the president’s principal arm for coordinating these policies among various government agencies. The Council has subsequently played a key role in most major events in U.S. foreign policy, from the Korean War to the War on Terror.”
However, it should be noted that the US has no particular security issues. This Department functions mostly to remove the security of other nations, most particularly the disobedient ones. But perhaps its primary purpose is the “security of Israel”, preventing Jewish atrocities emanating from Tel Aviv in resulting in attacks on that nation by victimised Arab states.

This department carries responsibility for the identification (and crushing) of domestic “terrorists”, i.e., anyone objecting to US domestic policies or disbelieving the official story on anything. Part of this program involved hiring Craft International to provide snipers to kill the leaders of the “Occupy Wall Street” protests – a contract the FBI and CIA did not deny.[75][76][77]

International Bullying Under the Guise of Democracy
The NED (National Endowment for Democracy) is essentially a “Color Revolution” company, specialising in the infiltration and overthrow of governments. China’s 1989 Tiananmen Square protests were by the end entirely under the control of the NED and the CIA.[78] Similarly, USAID is not at all as presented, nor as the general public perceive it to be. I would estimate that 80% of its activities are criminal and anti-human. It appears to be primarily a tool of the Jewish determination for population control and reduction. In one celebrated case, the US refused food and other aid to India during a famine until the Indian Government agreed to permit USAID to open centers to sterilise local women.[79][80][81][82] If I recall correctly, about 50,000 locations were set up in India to forcibly sterilise women. Countless victims died. If any of this is news to you, you really should read this article “The Pleasures of Depopulating the Earth”[83]
The Voice of America is of course merely a propaganda machine, and Human Rights Watch watches all human rights atrocities except those committed by the Americans everywhere and Jews especially in Palestine, all on direction from The City of London.
From an earlier essay on The City of London:[84] I have a copy of a document that was released by the CIA under a FOIA request. It is not a CIA document and it is not clear why it would have been in the possession of the CIA. The document is not redacted, but the original author is not identified. The salient point of this document indicates the existence of a group somewhere within the CIA that operates independently, acting under the auspices and authority of the CIA but with its own purpose and agenda unrelated to the remainder of the organisation. The document maddeningly lacks precise details but the implication is that this group does not report to any part of the CIA and that its activities may not even be known by the CIA executive. I had read of, or heard rumors about, such a group before, but this was the first bit of documented evidence of it.
Edward Snowden, in an article titled “The CIA is not your friend“,[85] made reference to this as well. He wrote that after the creation of the CIA, “Within a year, the young agency had already slipped the leash of its intended role of intelligence collection and analysis to establish a covert operations division. Within a decade, the CIA was directing the coverage of American news organizations, overthrowing democratically elected governments (at times merely to benefit a favored corporation), establishing propaganda outfits to manipulate public sentiment, launching a long-running series of mind-control experiments on unwitting human subjects . . . and interfering with foreign elections.”[86]

Part 10 – Defense Department. Control of Bullying, War, Plundering
Following this, we have the Military, mostly to put into motion the Jewish State Department’s plans for war, plundering, removing disobedient national leaders by assassination to free their nations for open plundering.
It should be noted that the US “Defense Department” is in no way related to anything that might be considered “defense”. There is no one who is seriously (except in imagination) contemplating attacking the US or any part of it. The US Defense Department should be re-christened “American Department of Military Aggression”. John F. Kennedy was famous for stating that “As the world knows, the US will never start a war”, leading us to believe that the approximately 200 wars the US has launched against scores of nations were in “self-defense” where all those nations from Haiti and Nicaragua to Iraq and Libya attacked the US first and the Americans were “just defending themselves”. In this context it should be noted that in its approximately 245 years as a nation, the US has been at war for approximately 235 of those years. If this doesn’t make Americans a “victim of foreign aggression”, I don’t know what would.’
“The United States Department of State is an executive department of the federal government responsible for the country’s foreign policy and relations. Equivalent to the ministry of foreign affairs of other nations, its primary duties are advising the US president on international relations, administering diplomatic missions, negotiating international treaties and agreements, and representing the US at the United Nations.”[87]
The State Department actually does all of those things, but the official statement contains one huge lie – the part about these activities being its “primary duties”. There is little point in disputing the assertion that the primary activities of the State Department are: the overthrow of governments (Ukraine, Venezuela et al); the use of “diplomacy” to bring nations to the point of revolution or war; to cooperate with Gene Sharp at Harvard’s Einstein Institute to foster Color Revolutions; to bully nations into accepting US hegemony, US military bases and US bio-warfare labs; to threaten and bully nations to hate Russia, China and Iran; to bully international corporations to refuse to do business with disfavored countries; to arrange financial sanctions and other punishment for disobedient countries; to further the financial interests of American and Jewish multinationals in other countries; to generally further the interests of Israel and the international agenda of the Khazar Mafia Jews in The City of London.
This again is not fantasy. Think of the overthrow of the legitimate government of the Ukraine in 2014, to be replaced by a Jew who would foster a war with Russia. It was a Jew, Victoria Nuland in the US State Department, running that entire show. Think of the stillborn attempted “Jasmine Revolution” in China, where calls “mysteriously” flooded the social media in the US and China, asking all Chinese to gather at specified points in all major cities to protest against their “dictatorial government”. It was a Jew, Jared Cohen, from the US State Department who spear-headed that effort. The idea wasn’t his, but the execution was. I could list 25 other such efforts. Remember also that it was another Jew, Madeleine Albright as US Secretary of State, who crafted the 78-day bombing of Serbia – the longest bombing campaign in the history of the world. Remember too that it was Madeleine Albright who engineered the destruction of Iraq’s water infrastructure. For this, Albright earned fame as the world’s most prolific baby-killer, this deranged psychopath directly responsible for the deaths of more than 500,000 infants in Iraq, and who then said “Yes, it was worth it”; – for which Obama awarded her the Presidential Medal of Freedom, the highest civilian award of the United States.
It was Jews like Madeleine Albright with Yugoslavia and Iraq, Henry Kissinger with Vietnam, and Paul Wolfowitz with Iraq, who used the power and influence of their positions to drive US foreign policy where they and their handlers wanted it to go. Kissinger helped create and supervised all the US atrocities in Vietnam and many in Central and South America. Wolfowitz was an extreme hawk on Iraq and was apparently pushing to invade a few days after 9-11, using that as an excuse. These don’t exactly fit into “administering diplomatic missions” and “negotiating international agreements”.
There is on record an interesting message exchange from Henry Kissinger when he was US Secretary of State. David Popper was the Jewish Ambassador to Chile during the reign of Pinochet after the US State Department executed the overthrew the democratically elected president Salvador Allende and Pinochet launched his volley of atrocities against his own people. Popper was human enough to communicate his concerns about the atrocities to the State Department. Kissinger replied with an indirect message to the Embassy that said, “Tell Popper to cut out the political science lectures”.[88] That also doesn’t fit with creating good relations and working for peace.
The US State Department is also permanently involved in persecuting little Cuba, in retribution for Castro’s expulsion of all the Jews after the revolution. One article from the Voice of America was titled, “Blocking Cuba’s Regime from Exploiting Cuban People”.[89] That was interesting, since the sanctions the US has continuously applied to Cuba for the past 70 years has condemned that little country to abject poverty, lack of medicines and technology, and general misery, not to mention the 638 fumbled attempts to kill Castro.[90][91] This wouldn’t seem, at least on the surface, to support the thesis that the US State Department is much concerned about “Exploiting Cuban People”.
In a similar vein, you may be aware that the US State Department and Military installed and supported Anastasio Somoza and his family as brutal dictators of Nicaragua. It is interesting that when I do a search for “dictators of Nicaragua”, Google and Bing headline the results with articles on Daniel Ortega – the man who overthrew the US-backed Somozas and held free elections. It seems that one man’s freedom fighter is another man’s terrorist (or dictator). In response, the US State Department levied the most brutal sanctions possible on that little country, so savage that living standards reportedly decreased by about 90%. The State Department then told Ortega his country would return to normal in an instant if only he would resign and hold elections with two US-selected individuals as the only candidates. Ortega had no choice. Wikipedia’s article on this event told us “Nicaragua had held its first democratic elections ousting the [Ortega] dictatorship”,[92] apparently confusing Ortega with Somoza. However, not to lose the main point which is that, when we look past the propaganda and psycho-babble this is the typical daily activity of the US State Department in real life.
There seems little reason to doubt that the US Department of State receives its marching orders from The City of London, since most of its activities are of little or no benefit to the US but of huge benefit to Israel and the Jewish agenda. Remember that the State Department is in control of all foreign affairs, almost everything not domestic, at least until they can turn over their projects to the US Military for a final conclusion. From the list below, you can see that this critical Department is overwhelmingly Jewish, and thus responsible for virtually all the world’s serious political troubles. And this is by no means the first time. You may care to read “The Cause of World Unrest”[93] by Howell Arthur Gwynne, the Editor of London’s Morning Post, written in 1920. Nothing has changed since then.
It doesn’t appear to be a secret any longer that the Khazar (so-called) Jews in The City of London want to start World War III to complete their plans.[94] The purpose is to finally destroy Russia, China,[95] and Iran, to remove the final obstacles to their fantasy of a Jewish One-World government, and this is being done in exactly the same way as they engineered the first two World Wars.[96][97][98] All that is occurring today with Russia, China, and Iran, is entirely Jewish policies emanating from this source. All the provocations being made today by the US State Department and Military are directed by the Jews who totally control the US State Department.
There is something else the US State Department does, that you might have suspected, but had no concrete information: employing the benefits of diplomatic privilege and using the staff of its Embassies and Consulates, it spies on the host countries. You might enjoy reading this: “If You Do It, it’s Spying. If I Do It, it’s Research”.[99] Much of this activity involves identifying Americans working in China and various disaffected Chinese grunts who might be willing “gather research” for the US government. This costs money, which must be paid in cash and paid “under the table”. How to finance this?
In a sample year (2014) the American consulates in China received about 1.8 million visa applications from Chinese citizens,[100] mostly for studying or tourism. The US Embassy and consulates charged a non-refundable fee of 1,000 RMB (about $150) for each application, with a stipulation that the fee be paid only in cash. To save you the math, that’s about US$270 million that totally by-passes the banking system and is available for black ops.
The US Embassy in Beijing, suffering from repeated attacks for this policy, attempted some damage control by inserting a new page on their website assuring Chinese that they didn’t really need cash for their black operations, evidenced by the fact that they suddenly would also accept credit cards – VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and Diners Club. That was cute. The number of Chinese holding AMEX or Diners Club cards would be about the same as the number of Americans holding credit cards from the Bank of China – in other words, approximately zero. Why didn’t the US Embassy in Beijing accept Chinese credit cards? Because they really did need the cash for their black operations.
You really need to read this article about Pfizer: “Pfizer’s Perfectly-Timed Epidemic”.[100a] These are the same people who produced the bulk of the COVID-19 “vaccines”. I won’t provide much detail here, but basically Pfizer created a new meningitis drug that the FDA refused to approve due to its severe dangers, so Pfizer took it to Nigeria where a sudden meningitis outbreak occurred (very possibly caused by the WHO). Pfizer apparently forged letters of authority and backdated them to a date prior to their “trial”. They also lied about obtaining parental approvals to administer an experimental drug to small children, the use of which not only left many children dead but others with brain damage, paralysis or slurred speech. Nigeria filed multiple lawsuits and Pfizer eventually agreed to pay $75m in damages and to create a fund of $35m to compensate the victims.
But Pfizer resorted to extortion and blackmail of Nigerian government officials in attempts to avoid making any payments to the families of the tiny victims of its illegal drug trial. The UK Guardian reported that leaked US government diplomatic cables revealed that “Pfizer hired investigators to look for evidence of corruption against the Nigerian attorney general in an effort to persuade him to drop the legal action”, with the apparent full knowledge and assistance of the US State Department. Not only that, but when Nigeria attempted to file lawsuits in the US, the American courts oddly claimed they had “no jurisdiction” to handle such claims. This isn’t the first time the US government, the State Department and the US courts have circled the wagons to protect a Jewish multinational. And, as almost always occurs, the Jews had articles published to tell us that “the Nigerian government’s motives (in condemning Pfizer) have been questioned”.[100b] So now it isn’t a matter of a Jewish company deliberately risking lives and killing small (non-Jewish) children, but a government with questionable motives. And thus do these Jews alwaya manage to twist the story and blame the victim. But again not to lose the main point which is that protecting Jewish multi-nationals worldwide is one of the main functions of the US State Department.

America’s Jewish Ambassadors
Of course, a Jewish State Department cannot function in an international vacuum and, just as with the military, they require “boots on the ground” in many countries.
First, the official version: “The primary role of an ambassador is to establish and maintain diplomatic relations between the two countries, facilitate trade and commerce, and promote cultural and educational exchange programs.”
According to Wikipedia, “One of the cornerstones of foreign diplomatic missions (Embassies) is to work for peace”. I laughed out loud when I saw that. The reality is somewhat different. US embassies are famous around the world, not for peace or good relations, but primarily for their “greedy bullying” of all other nations, friends and enemies alike. An important reality is that Ambassador positions seldom are given to professional or career diplomats; most are the result of bribery, usually through campaign contributions but sometimes directly, and to Jews in very large numbers.[101]
Aside from all the violence engineered by the State Department and heavily supported by US Embassies, American Embassies and Consulates engage in many other activities, not exactly “diplomatic”, and which might not occur to you. All of these are part of the Jewish agenda and fulfilling Jewish interests.
For example, Madeleine Kunin, the Jewish US Ambassador to Switzerland, was not spending her time establishing good relations or making peace, but was instead “doggedly pursuing the Swiss on the issue of gold for holocaust survivors”.[102] That wouldn’t seem to fit into the proper activities or agenda for an American diplomat.
In a similar example, Paul Packer was the Chairman of the Commission for the Preservation of America’s Heritage Abroad. That sounds good, except that Packer worked very closely with various Jewish US Ambassadors on things other than peace, friendship, and American heritage. According to the Jerusalem Post, Packer spent three years pressuring various countries to “preserve Jewish heritage sites within their borders”, things like resurrecting and renovating ancient Jewish cemetaries. He also spent those years pressuring Eastern European countries to adopt “Holocaust studies curricula” in their schools. And he most especially pressured them to adopt the Jews’ definition of “anti-Semitism” which is that anything anti-Israel, anti-Zionist, or anti-human-atrocity constitutes “veiled antisemitism”.[103] These also don’t seem representative of the normal functions of American Embassies, nor is it immediately apparent how these activities are in the US interest.
There are other similar activities not apparently fitting into the function of a US Embassy. One such is the apparently perpetual looting of artwork in Germany on the basis that those artworks “must have” belonged to Jews at some time in the past and therefore must be returned. A German man had a collection of around 1,500 pieces of art which the Jews discovered recently.[104] Their approach, heavily supported by the US State Department,[105][106] was essentially that if the man cannot irrefutably prove that all those artworks had never belonged to a Jew, they would all be confiscated and given to German Jews or, if no proper recipients could be located, they would be placed in a Jewish museum. This also doesn’t seem to fit the proper activities of a US Embassy.
There is very much more. Brazil is the largest country in South America with a powerful economy, and Jews have large investments there. The main function of the US Embassy in Brazil is to protect those investments. The State Department will tell us they are “protecting American interests”, but that is an outright lie. Similarly, Bolivia and various African states are blessed with natural resources vital to many industries like arms manufacturing and which are primarily owned by Jews. The US Embassies and their Jewish Ambassadors in this case do function to negotiate and obtain agreements.
The US foreign missions in South Africa, Belgium and Holland are closely related because Jews control all the gold and diamond mining in South Africa, as well as controlling the ruling government party, and Belgium and Holland are diamond capitals of the world, as is Israel. The US Ambassadors are also active in distributing American “aid” to foreign countries, for example Egypt. The word on the street is that American aid is used to purchase an exemption of hostility to Israel as part of American diplomacy. They are also used to bully nations into accepting US military bases, US biological warfare labs, and to ensure total immunity for Americans in all other nations by making Americans exempt from all the domestic laws of other nations.
As with the list of Jewish names in the US State Department, you can see that the list of Jews in US Embassies is also extraordinary for a race of people forming little over 1% of the US population.
The appointment of Jewish ambassadors is not a simple matter of racial nepotism. It is never done without a reason. They are selected to further the Jewish agenda either for the “victim” country or for a select group of Jews. In that position, they use the power of the US State Department to push all nations to build “Holocaust Museums”, to campaign and exert pressure to relax abortion laws, to legalise sodomy, to campaign for increasing LGBTQ+ legislation, to increase immigration so as to pollute the national populations. They use it to exert pressure for the WHO’s sterility vaccines. They are used politically to pressure foreign governments to adopt the Jewish agenda in multiple social policies.
Most importantly, they also use the power of the US State Department to pressure all countries to make “anti-Semitism” illegal – as a felony crime. What this means is that any expression of criticism of anything related to the Jews or Israel, will constitute a felony punishable by years in prison. This is not fantasy; the Jews in Germany recently floated proposed legislation where any criticism of Israel or the Jews would be punished by “denaturalization”: this means that anyone guilty of criticising the Jews would have his citizenship revoked, becoming a stateless person having his assets confiscated and then deported. There are multiple commercial interests at work as well., like reducing spending on health care and opening the market to privately-owned Jewish hospitals and pave the way for the exorbitant profits of the (almost entirely) Jewish-owned pharmaceutical companies. The Embassies and Consulates will be used to further the reach of Jewish-owned multi-national corporations. A Jewish Ambassador friendly to Nestle will exert pressure on a government to relax the health regulations on artificial baby milk.

Epilogue
From the listings, you can see the intense concentration of Jews in the White House. It is also apparent from the listing of Jewish liaison personnel that a small army of Jews have been conscripted to collect opinions and demands from various segments of the American Jewish population and to feed these directly to the gate-keepers in the White House and Cabinet. This quasi-department in fact functions as a powerful Jewish lobby group in direct and often daily contact with the President and other high-ranking officials. No other ethnic group has any such contact or influence. This group has been created on the false and fictitious presumptions that (1) Jews are “victims” and desperately need this special coddling and protection, and (2) that “anti-Semitism is rampant and Jews need protection emanating directly from the President.
The Jews’ control of finance, money, debt, the treasury and the economy, as well as the US national budget itself, is also apparent from the listing. You can see the extensive control over national security and the espionage areas, and the heavy concentration in all matters related to the use of the US military.
The most striking of all is the alarming concentration of Jews in the State Department which, working together with the military and the CIA, gives Jews a virtual stranglehold on the entire foreign policy of the United States. It is this that permits Jews to use the US military to hijack Iraq and Libya and confiscate the oil of those nations without payment, on a permanent basis. If this is a surprise, you might care to read this: “Humanity at the Crossroads — Connecting the Dots to Our Brave New World”.[121] It exposes the truth of Iraq and Libya in a way never done before.
The pervasive alien control of US domestic policies is sufficiently disturbing, but the most serious concern is in the area of foreign affairs where the Jewish bankers in the City of London are literally using the US military, espionage agencies, and the State Department as The Bankers Private Army to plunder and, in a sense, to enslave, the world. And so few seem to have any idea that this is occurring. This is the factor underlying the third World War which is now inevitable and could come at any time. It isn’t the “Americans” who want World War III; it is the Jewish bankers in the City of London who need this final holocaust to fulfill their world agenda. They can do nothing by themselves; they need the powerful US as the puppet whose strings they control, to accomplish this for them. And they have the power to do it because all the significant parts of the US machine are firmly in their hands.
This last item below is included because it illustrates in a peculiarly dramatic way the utter contempt these Jews have for their puppet nation. This is what “American Democracy” has produced.
Christmas in the White House
This serves to illustrate both the extent of Jewish content in the White House and the contempt these Jews hold for their Gentile servants – and for the Gentile Christian religion.
For the past numerous Christmases, it was reported that the White House had difficulty finding any Christians to erect and decorate the traditional Christmas tree. The Jewish Exponent wrote an article stating “There are uncounted dozens of Jewish White House staffers”, adding that Ira Forman, director of the National Jewish Democratic organization, “tells of one Jewish staffer who balked at handling the White House Christmas decorations but was told he had to do it because everyone else here is Jewish too.” Hyman Bookbinder, the former Washington representative of the American Jewish Committee, said “We’ve stopped counting the number of Jews in key places in the [US government] because there are so many of them.”
A Jewish menorah is now part of the White House’s “American-Christian” Christmas decorations, while Christmas trees, nativity scenes, and Christmas carols are increasingly forbidden in American schools because the Jews object to them.
Gary Aldrich was an FBI agent for 26 years who spent the latter part of his career investigating security clearances to White House staff during the George H. W. Bush and Bill Clinton administrations.[122] In 1996 he wrote a book titled “Unlimited Access: An FBI Agent Inside the Clinton White House”.[123][124] Aldrich and other authors including Besser, Gross and Matusow, have commented on the Christmas decorations at the “Christian” White House. It is instructive (and I will deal with this at length in another article) to understand the contempt that Jews hold for Christianity in general and Jesus Christ in particular.
In his book, Aldrich tells what it was like decorating Hilary Clinton’s White House Christmas Tree, with ornaments created by various Jewish artists, featuring pornography, “sex toys and self-mutilation devices”. Aldrich wrote, “I couldn’t believe the disrespect that these ornaments represented. Many of the Jewish artists invited to make and send something to hang on the tree must have had nothing but disgust, hatred, and disrespect for the White House and the citizens of this country, a disgust obviously encouraged by [Hillary Clinton] in the name of artistic freedom … Here was another five golden rings ornament — five gold-wrapped condoms. I threw it in the trash. There were other condom ornaments, some still in the wrapper, some not.[125] Of course, as soon as the book was published, The Washington Post published an article by another Jew, Howard Kurtz, that “debunked” Aldrich’s “defamatory statements”.[126] But not really.
I am astonished that the Christians aren’t screaming “anti-Christianity”. Instead, they meekly remain silent. The worst part is that if you expose this religious atrocity performed by Jews, you will be mercilessly attacked and accused of anti-Semitism. But this isn’t “anti-Semitism”. It has nothing to do with Christians hating Jews, but has everything to do with Jews hating Jesus and despising Christianity. It is so clever of the Jews to commit yet another atrocity and twist it into making themselves the “victim”. As someone noted so well, “The Jew cries out in pain as he strikes you”.
I wonder if it would be a good idea for the Christians in the White House to commission Christian artists to design some Jewish holiday ornaments, perhaps a menorah where the candles are all shaped like phalluses, and deliver it to the White House as a kind of “cultural exchange”.

GM seeds and GM food carry great risks for all nations, so much so that for many reasons it is probably imperative these foods be banned outright. This subject is too large to be discussed here, but one aspect requires brief notice. If we were to ask about the origin of GM seeds, how the idea was conceived and developed, who did the research and who provided the funding, how would we reply? We might reasonably suggest that perhaps the concept originated in the Biology or Agricultural Department of some university, or that a government lab doing research on food supplies might have conceived and pursued the idea. Or, we might suggest a private company in the agricultural field was looking for more productive varieties of grains and stumbled on this process.
We might suggest all those answers, but in each case we would be wrong. GM seed was conceived, promoted, researched, and funded by the US Department of Defense – the American War Department. GM seed was never meant to feed the hungry, but was instead conceived and developed as a weapon or, more precisely, as a weapons-delivery system. Genetically-Modified seed was never intended to support human life, but to eliminate it. [1][2][3]
GM seed is neither more productive nor healthier than traditional heritage crops, and is far more expensive and destructive. From another direction, GM seed will reproduce, but its seed is rendered infertile. Farmers and countries must therefore purchase new seed for planting, every year into perpetuity, giving Big Agra companies the power to sentence an uncooperative nation to a devastating drop in food production and resulting genocide by famine. GM seed presents almost irresistible military advantages against any nation that becomes dependent on this source of food grains. One is that the US can use it as a political weapon, refusing to supply seed to a disfavored nation, perhaps causing widespread famine and dislocation. The other is more sinister, in that many groups have experimented with gene-splicing technology, inserting unrelated DNA into various seeds.
It is by now well-known that various companies and governments have succeeded in splicing many different pathogens into GM seed. This can be benign, when one firm attempted to create plants that could produce aspirin. It can also be malignant, as when another firm produced spermicidal corn that would render men sterile. In fact, it has been proven that a great many deadly pathogens can be spliced into GM seed, with consequences I will leave to your imagination. In all its forms, GM seed qualifies as biological warfare, at least potentially.
In one case in Canada, a government department discovered an “anti-freeze” gene contained in the blood of fish living in Arctic waters, permitting them to survive in waters of sub-zero temperature.[4]The scientists spliced this gene into Canadian wheat crops, permitting the wheat to withstand freezing temperatures without damage. They also discovered anti-freeze proteins derived from insects, proteins that were found to be up to 100 times more powerful than similar proteins found in fish.[5] Monsanto also forced these genes into tomatoes, resulting in the first GMO tomato. [6] In another case, an American research lab spliced the genes from fireflies into tobacco plants, producing a tobacco field that glowed in the dark. [7] These examples may be harmless, but others are much less so.
As noted in Chapter 2 in this series, [8]Australia created a GM food-based mouse virus that killed 100% of its victims simply by inserting an interleukin gene that suppressed all immune responses to the virus. To carry the lethality further, they inserted into the GM seed other proteins that worked to kill more than half of the mice that had been vaccinated against this virus. And that means scientists today can not only create a virus that will exterminate an entire population but can splice into that virus additional matter that will even defeat prior vaccinations. This process is entirely military, with unwitting nations purchasing this contaminated seed and literally paying seed companies for the rope that will hang them.
The researchers themselves admit their creations are potentially deadly to humanity, but the main reason I am dwelling on this topic is the military connection of this pathogen research with genetically-modified (GM) seeds and plants. [9] The US government and military, Big Pharma, the US media and other apologists have been praising the potential of GM plants to ‘manufacture’ natural or synthetic medicines. For example, GM seeds could potentially contain the building blocks for acetylsalicylic acid, with Aspirin then inexpensively and conveniently extracted from the plants. That may well happen, but that’s only the good news. The bad news is that anything can be spliced into GM seed, which is why it was the US Defense Department that financed its research and creation. In this context, the interleukins mentioned above are already being produced in GM plants, with actual field trials having been conducted in the US.
In 2012, The PLA Daily, China National Defense, published an article revealing a strong suspicion that American universities and scientific researchers were collecting the genes of ethnic Chinese for the purpose of developing ethnic-specific bio-weapons, discussing some evidence of a Top-Secret military project involving the participation of large numbers of American non-military NGOs and other American organisations in China, largely on the pretense of “assisting” in medical research or helping to control AIDS. The fear is that the US military, which has never hidden its desire for such weapons, hopes to develop pathogens and GM seeds that will mutate the genetic structure of certain racial groups – of which the Chinese is definitely one. The report stated evidence that the US had already developed some genetic weapons directed to African and Middle Eastern races, which used viruses implanted in winemaking yeast that would infect specific populations. To further these ambitions, the US military, with the kind cooperation of Harvard University,[10] engaged in an astonishingly fraudulent collection of certain kinds of Chinese DNA, and Tufts University, again sponsored by the US military, conducted a similarly fraudulent “live field trial” on some Chinese children to determine their susceptibility to a particular strain of a pathogen in GM Golden rice. [11]
In 2001 scientists at the Epicyte bio-lab in San Diego created a GM contraceptive corn, having discovered a rare class of human antibodies that attack sperm. Their researchers isolated the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies and inserted them into corn plants, creating horticultural factories that make contraceptives.[12][13][14][15] Shortly after the 2001 Epicyte press release, all discussion of the breakthrough vanished. The company was taken over by Biolex and nothing more was heard in any media about the development of spermicidal corn. University professors who have published detailed treatises on this topic have had all publications deleted. Epicyte, DuPont and Syngenta (sponsors of the Svalbard Seed Vault) had a joint venture to share and use this technology. Silvia Ribeiro, of the NGO ETC Group, warned in a column in the Mexican daily La Jornada, that “The potential of spermicidal corn as a biological weapon is very high”, and reminisced about the use of forced sterilizations against indigenous peoples. [16]
This is the reason GM seed companies are suddenly promoting the use of cotton seeds as a primary foodstuff for underdeveloped countries. Cotton seeds are toxic, containing a chemical called gossypol which is an effective male sterilant. [17][18] The seed companies claim to have removed this toxin to a safe level, but there is no safe level for gossypol. Even very minute doses taken repeatedly (as when used for a basic food) will render an entire male population sterile. [19]What the Rothschilds and Sanofi, Bill Gates, the WHO, the World Bank, USAID, and UNICEF do for the female populations, the seed companies will do for the male portion. If they have their way, much of the world may one day be uninhabited.
The dangers are obvious. Almost any pathogen, like HIV, H5N1, and a host of others, can be spliced into many kinds of GM seeds with the potential to exterminate an enemy’s population without having to start a shooting war. And one of these new creations is the insertion of interleukins into GM seed, which would be precisely the “defense suppression” I mentioned earlier – eliminating an enemy’s ability to counter a pandemic even if the nation had an effective vaccine against the disease. But even before that occurs, GM field crops have a nasty habit of contributing their DNA through the actions of insects and birds as well as natural combinations arising from simultaneous plant exposures. It is especially frightening that this research, the field trials, and the results, by the GM companies like Monsanto are performed entirely in secret and no information is ever released to the public. There is much reason to fear that GM crops are producing not only pharmaceuticals but virulent pathogens with a military and political purpose.
It appears increasingly certain that the entire world of genetics, of DNA, of man-made bioweapons, of GM food, and of population reduction and civilian control, are all closely related and inherently of military origin and purpose, and the evidence increasingly is that this all originates from The City of London. “The attraction is that bio-weapons are not only very efficient mass killers but are very cost-effective compared to shooting wars. As well, genetic weapons can be dispersed in a multitude of ways, using virus-infected insects or bacteria, or spliced into GM seeds. These weapons are difficult to detect and identify, and often a treatment or vaccine could be years in the making.”
The US Defense Department has invested huge sums in research directed to splicing lethal genes into these GM crop seeds, including smallpox, coronaviruses, bird and swine flu viruses, the plague, AIDS, and more. As a military weapon, such science is priceless. Why begin a shooting war when Monsanto or Cargill can sell rice, corn and soybeans that contain smallpox, H5N1, or a coronavirus? When the seed is harvested and passes into the nation’s food supply it could, within weeks, exterminate 50% or more of the population without firing a single shot.
And this was precisely the reason GM seed was conceived and developed by the Americans. It is a weapon of war, designed and meant to deliver to a nation’s entire population (plant, animal, and human) a lethal virus or other disease, to literally exterminate an enemy with no risk to the aggressor. Many scientists and US military documents have demonstrated that seeds are far cheaper and much more effective than bombs in the search for military domination. One such military document I have discussed elsewhere stated the cost per death of an enemy population by nuclear, conventional, and biological weapons, the latter being orders of magnitude less than the former.
In Henry Kissinger’s infamous (by now) National Security Study Memo NSSM-200, [20] he stated, “Assistance for population moderation should give primary emphasis to the largest and fastest growing developing countries where there is special U.S. political and strategic interest. Those countries are: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Columbia.” One of his anti-population weapons was food. Kissinger is on record stating, “Control oil, you control nations; control food and you control the people.” As William Engdahl wrote in his book Seeds of Destruction, [21] “It was not surprising that the Pentagon’s National Defense University, on the eve of the 2003 Iraq War, issued a paper declaring: ‘Agribiz is to the United States what oil is to the Middle East.‘
A new and serious cause for concern is the recently-announced seed vault built on a piece of barren rock named Svalbard, which is owned by Norway, is very remote near the North Pole, and virtually inaccessible. This facility, which the UK Guardian christened “The Doomsday Seed Vault”, [21] is buried more than 400 feet deep in a mountain on the island of Spitsbergen, has dual blast-proof doors with motion sensors, two airlocks, and walls of steel-reinforced concrete one meter thick. There are no full-time staff, but the vault’s relative inaccessibility will facilitate monitoring any human activity. The stated purpose is to store the entire world’s heritage seeds so that crop diversity can be saved for the future, but that crop diversity is already “saved”, stored in thousands of vaults all around the world. What do these people foresee, that such a remote and secure facility should be developed? [22][23][24]
“Over the past 50 years, agricultural practices have changed dramatically, with technological advances allowing large-scale crop production. But while crop yields have increased, biodiversity has decreased to the point that now only about 30 crops provide 95% of human food-energy needs. Only 10% of the rice varieties that China used in the 1950s are still used today, for example. The U.S. has lost over 90% of its fruit and vegetable varieties since the 1900s. This monoculture nature of agriculture leaves food supplies more susceptible to threats such as diseases and drought.” [25] The media promotions all glow about “Securing the Future of Agriculture” and “Protecting the world’s Biodiversity”, but the facts on the ground tell a very different story.
Much of the major funding (and/or participation and management) of the Svalbard Seed Vault include Bayer Crop Science, the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto, DuPont, Bill Gates, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Bank, the WHO, and CGIAR* . I am not the only person to have noticed that some of the world’s major population-reduction enthusiasts are in control of this seed bank. When so many of these people gather in one place for one purpose, there is ample reason for more than mild suspicion.
* CGIAR is the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research, according to them: “a global partnership that unites international organizations engaged in research about food security. CGIAR research aims to reduce rural poverty, increase food security, improve human health and nutrition, and sustainable management of natural resources.” However, to my best knowledge, CGIAR has yet to accomplish any of these ambitions.

The promoters and financiers of this venture are the same people who control the world’s GM seeds and who have been among the most outspoken proponents of drastically reducing the world’s population: the Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, Syngenta, DuPont, Monsanto and CGIAR. These are the same people who are actively destroying crop diversity all over the planet. Why would they suddenly get religion and decide to save in Norway the same seeds they are destroying everywhere else? If we look back at the US hijacking of Iraq, we find the opposite of “crop diversity”. Order 81 of Paul Bremer’s so-called “provisional orders” stipulates that all Iraqi farmers must use Monsanto’s GM seed for all crops planted in the country, with the use of any heritage Iraqi seed stock now totally prohibited.[26] Seed Gene Banks in Afghanistan and Iraq were destroyed by the US military – by these same people, none of which was backed up in Svalbard and are now lost forever. Something similar is true for many other countries. This then begs the question of why, if Monsanto et al are so desirous to protect the sacred heritage of all plant life everywhere, are they in fact and in real life destroying that same diversity in so many nations by bribery, coercion, and extortion – and by military force when necessary.
Many people who have researched this subject of the seed vault, have arrived at the same conclusion as mine, that the vault was created as a storehouse for lethal biological pathogens, the DNA of which can be combined with GM seed and unleashed anywhere with the help of these same seed companies. No other use would explain the list of participants or the need for the remote location and virtually nuclear-proof security. Engdahl asked, “Is it a coincidence that these same organizations, from Norway to the Rockefeller Foundation to the World Bank are also involved in the Svalbard seed bank project?” [27][28]

This claim is not supported by any known facts. The US has a history of well over 100 years of either refusing to participate in chemical and biological weapons treaties, or else reneging on its commitments and secretly engaging in bio-warfare anyway. In 1907, the nations of the world signed the Hague Convention, an agreement that outlawed chemical weapons. The US refused to participate.[1]In 1925, the world’s nations again endorsed the Geneva Convention that outlawed biological weapons. The US refused to ratify it until 1975, and then promptly reneged on it.[2] In 2001, after 6 years of intense negotiations, all nations again agreed on stronger restrictions on chemical and biological warfare. The US again rejected it.[3]
This has been the American pattern for more than a century. And in situations where the Americans have signed any such limiting agreements, they unilaterally withdraw and renege on such treaties whenever it is to their advantage. It’s actually a bit worse than this. In 2019 the US unilaterally withdrew from the INF nuclear treaty,[4] using the standard ploy of falsely blaming others for sins they themselves commit. In this case, the US claimed – with absolutely no evidence – that Russia had secretly developed a new nuclear weapon and therefore violated the treaty and so the US was justified in withdrawing, permitting Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to then claim, “Russia is solely responsible for the treaty’s demise“. However, the US will adamantly demand any number of treaties or controls – so long as only other nations are limited by them.
On various later occasions, the US consistently refused to sign a protocol on biological weapons that would give UN experts access to American military laboratories. During the negotiations of these treaties, it was made public that Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld wanted at all costs to prevent any such inspections. And in 1997, the US Senate passed their own Chemical Weapons Convention which provided that “The President may deny a request to inspect any facility “on national security grounds.” This act of self-defense was necessary because part of the treaty obligations compelled signatory nations to international inspections to prove the absence of bio-chemical weapons. [5][6][7][8][9][10] In any case, as I’ve mentioned above, the US avoids monitoring by having outsourced these chemical and bio-weapons labs to Third World Countries under the guise of medical research, and which labs are said to be off-limits to even the local governments.

In 1969, in response to the proliferation of aggressive moves by the US in using herbicides to destroy the food supply of nations refusing American military colonisation, the UN General Assembly banned the use of all plant-killers as weaponry against civilian populations. The US was one of only three countries that voted against the ban. You can guess who were the other two. Yet, to show you how much of our recorded history consists entirely of lies, on November 16, 1969, President Richard Nixon announced that the US would unilaterally “renounce the use of lethal biological agents and weapons, and all other forms of biological warfare. The official reason was that they were of “limited military significance“. Of course, this announcement was made in the middle of the US war against Vietnam, where the Americans were spraying the entire country with Napalm and Agent Orange, the latter chemical specifically created to destroy the food supply of nations refusing American military colonisation.
And indeed, the US military ignored Nixon’s announcement and continued to deluge Vietnam’s forests and farms with Agent Orange for another 6 years. The only part we are told is of America’s “unilateral” refusal to use these chemicals. Yet, Jstor tells us that this enormous “humanitarian gesture” on the part of the US, “helped to pave the way for the 1972 Biological and Toxin Weapons Convention” which required all nations to destroy their stockpiles of such weapons. [11] Of course, the US never did that. Jstor then immediately launches into an attack on Iraq and all its imaginary “human pathogens“. And suddenly the topic has changed and we’re blaming the victims. The lies are so bad.
In 1989, there was a conference in Paris on the Geneva Treaty where 150 nations condemned any use of chemical weapons and voted for a total ban. The US was bullied into signing the Treaty, but the Americans revealed afterward that they planned to continue poison gases and other chemical weaponry, regardless of the treaty. And in 2001, the Americans withdrew from all negotiations in the Biological and Toxic Weapons Convention, killing the international effort to eliminate these weapons since the US was by far the greatest perpetrator. The New Scientist Magazine reported in May of 2001 that “US rejection [of the biological weapons treaty] was widely expected, but it was unexpectedly unequivocal”. [12]
In November of 2002, after the Fifth Review Conference of the Convention on Biological Weapons, the US government stated the following: “The United States is very pleased with the results here today. We believe that the decision that has been adopted unanimously at the Conference represents a constructive and realistic program of work with respect and States that are part … a realistic outcome which will successfully achieve what is sought in this Forum for years to come.” Robert-JamesParsons observed that “If the United States is satisfied, it is because they managed to sabotage the Control Protocol of the Convention … adopting a program that requires only voluntary measures, which means nothing is verifiable.” He went on to add that if inspection and verification had been required, this “would have given the necessary information to civil society on what is really brewing and becoming the largest biological weapons program ever conceived.
This claim needs to be denounced as rubbish. The US government and its many agencies, department and officials, educational and health institutions, have for a great many decades conducted intensive research into biological warfare, funded by a compliant Congress with countless tens of billions of dollars under the excuse of “biodefense“. Many of these so-called bioweapons seem almost bizarre in their theory and intent, with the research in many cases strongly focused on race-specific pathogens. In a report to the US Congress, the Department of Defense revealed that its program of creating artificial biological agents included modifying non-fatal viruses to make them lethal, the use of naturally-occurring toxins such as snake venom, and the use of genetic engineering to deliberately alter the immunology of biological agents to make treatment and vaccinations impossible. The military report admitted that at the time, it operated about 130 bio-weapons research facilities in the US, including a great many at US universities, as well as hundreds of international sites outside the purview of the US Congress and the jurisdiction of the courts.
A US Army operating manual from 1956, issued just after the Korean war, stated explicitly that biological and chemical warfare were an integral operating portion of US military strategy, were not restricted in any way, and further that the US Congress had given the military “First Strike” authority on the use of biological and chemical weapons. A few years later, in 1959, an attempt by Congress to remove this first-strike authority was defeated by the White House and, shortly thereafter, President Kennedy increased bio-chemical weapons expenditures from $75 million to almost $350 million. [13] That was an enormous amount of money in 1959.

As I have noted elsewhere, US Defense Secretary Robert McNamara planned and executed his 150 simultaneous and different top-secret bio-weapons programs in the late 1960s and early 1970s, mostly performing bio-weapons experiments and field tests on an unwitting public, sometimes in foreign countries but most often against American citizens. [14][15][16]At the time, McNamara ordered the military Joint Chiefs of Staff “to consider all possible applications” of these agents against enemy nations in a coherent plan for a total “biological and chemical deterrent capability”, the plan to include cost estimates and an “appraisal of international political consequences”. Does this sound “defensive” to you?
The US military has for decades appeared almost desperate not only to find biological ways to kill nations of people, but was equally interested in methods of destroying their food supply. US Military officials testified to Congress that the primary purpose of using Agent Orange in Vietnam was the permanent destruction of the Vietnamese food supply. The purpose of Agent Orange was never as a defoliant as claimed, but developed instead to destroy Vietnam’s rice crops and to sufficiently contaminate the soil to prevent re-growth. Accordingly, the US also confessed to another several dozen (at least) occasions where devastating crop and plant disease agents had been released, in experiments to test methods of destroying the entire food plant life of an enemy nation. In 2012, Japanese media revealed that the United States government had tested specific, DNA-engineered crop-killing bioweapons in Okinawa and Taiwan during the 1960s and early 1970s, and that the US military tested some of these within the continental US as well. It is interesting that when I research this topic, Google and Bing give me pages mostly on UFOs.
And just as the US has for more than a century been eager to inflict its own chemical and biological pathogens onto the civilian populations of other nations, the Americans have never hesitated to practice the deliberate destruction of a nation’s chemical firms to poison its civilians. During The City-of-London-orchestrated breakup of Yugoslavia, US and NATO aircraft deliberately bombed Serbian chemical plants and any other industrial installations that could release dangerous chemical clouds over the cities. They did the same in Vietnam, Iraq, Libya, and Syria.
The US Army’s 80,000 m² Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases at Fort Detrick, Maryland is the military’s main facility for research on biological warfare. The official narrative tells us these facilities are to develop a defense against bio-warfare agents, and everything they do, remains “within the spirit and letter of Presidential Orders renouncing the use of biological and toxin weapons, and the U.N. Biological Weapons Convention of 1972.” As many others have noted, this foolish claim doesn’t even pass the laugh test. By the mid-1980s, the section of Fort Detrick dealing with the genetic engineering of conventional microorganisms into bio-weapons, was receiving nearly $100 million per year, and this was only one of many sections.
As one example of its “defensive” biological activities, the US military developed an entomological (insect) warfare facility at its Dugway Proving Ground and prepared huge strategic plans to attack Russia and the Soviet States with entomological bio-weapons. [17][18]The facility was designed to produce 100 million yellow fever-infected mosquitoes per month, its output tested on unwitting civilians by dropping infected mosquitos and other insects over large portions of the US. As is so typical for the US military, these projects beginning in the 1950s and 1960s were given juvenile appellations like “Project Big Buzz” [19][20] and “Project Big Itch“, [21]but were tests of the feasibility of producing billions of insects, infecting them with lethal pathogens, then loading them into munitions and dispersing them over Russia from aircraft or even missiles. From a US Army report from March of 1981, one writer noted that “you can marvel at how much (or how little) it would have cost to launch a yellow fever-infected mosquito attack on a city – with a handy “Cost per Death” chart included.” Defensive activities, indeed.
Then we had “Operation Drop Kick“, [22] designed to test various ways of dispersing infected insects over large geographical areas, the tests of course carried out over various parts of the continental US, including most of the East Coast. Then, as late as 2000, we had “Project Bacchus” [23]. designed to determine the feasibility of constructing an anthrax production facility in a foreign country while remaining undetected. There were other of these programs of course, all with foolish names and all designed to assess the dissemination of infected insects and other lethal pathogens into civilian populations. They were kept very secret since they were illegal in terms of domestic law and contravened international law and many weapons treaties that other nations signed with the US in good faith. For those of you still adhering to the COVID religion, you might care to read this article titled COVID Vaccinations and Oxitec’s “Flying Syringes”, [24] and see if you can make any connections.
There were other sites and facilities besides Fort Detrick that were constructed by the US military solely for the development of bio-weapons, including the Horn Island Testing Station in Mississippi which was meant to be the primary bio-weapons testing site, the Plum Island Germ Laboratory in New York State from which the military spread Lyme Disease among half the area population. One portion of the Plum Island facility was designed exclusively to develop and test virulent and lethal animal pathogens that could destroy an enemy nation’s food supply – as the US attempted to do in North Korea. Deadly strains of foot-and-mouth disease were one result of this research, which the Americans later shared with their fellow psychopaths at Porton Down in the UK – who put it to good use, as you will see.[25] An additional portion was the development, testing and production of bombs containing what was called a “vegetable killer acid“, and which could destroy cereals, grains, and most cultivated vegetable crops.
Vigo plant was to be the first U.S. anthrax factory and would be utilized filling a British order for anthrax.[4] In March 1944 the British had placed an order for 500,000 of these bombs which Winston Churchill, remarked, should only be considered a “first installment”.[5]Source
Many Americans may be familiar with the name of Fort Detrick while few seem aware of the Bio-weapons Ordnance plant at Vigo, Indiana, [26][27] which was a massive production facility that specialised in producing biological pathogens and weaponry, capable of producing 275,000 bombs containing botulin or one million anthrax bombs per month. The fermenter tanks at Vigo contained 250,000 gallons, or about one million liters, and was, according to reports, by far the largest bacterial mass-production facility in the world. This was not a recent development; Vigo was fully operational during the Second World War. The plant was essentially a bio-anthrax factory, one of its first orders being from Winston Churchill in 1944 for 500,000 anthrax bombs, and which Churchill stated should be considered only the “first installment”. Vigo was eventually turned over to Pfizer for “antibiotics manufacture” (if you can believe that) and was replaced in the mid-1950s by a new state of the art facility at the Pine Bluff Arsenal. But to restate the main point, the production of one million anthrax bombs per month would not fall under any reasonable definition of “defensive” warfare. You might also note that much of this occurred after Nixon’s “unilateral” rejection of all forms of biological and chemical warfare.
And in fact, the Daily News published an article on 24 September 2005 in which it detailed that the US Army was planning to avoid public and Congressional scrutiny by outsourcindg the production of its biological weapons material. The military began running ads for bulk purchases of anthrax and other pathogens.[28] A series of contracts had been discovered by Edward Hammond, director of the Sunshine Project, that emanated from the military’s Dugway Proving Ground in Utah. These notices asked various companies to tender for the production of bulk quantities of anthrax, as well as to produce “significant volumes” of other biological agents. One contract specified that the tendering company “must have the ability and be willing to grow (anthrax) in 1,500-litre quantities”, and “must also be able to produce 3,000-litre batches” of unspecified other biological agents. Does this sound “defensive” to you?
When a nation’s military is producing lethal biological pathogens in quantities of millions of liters, it is time to stop pretending we are not engaged in biological warfare. It is of no comfort that the military might claim these to be “harmless” strains of pathogens, because any facility capable of producing benign pathogens can easily produce lethal varieties. But in any case, what possible “defensive” purpose could be served by producing millions of liters of “harmless” pathogens? The excuse has always been that these biowarfare programs were merely for defensive purposes, but of course there is no material difference between a defensive and an offensive biowarfare program. And even fools cannot claim self-defense when producing millions of liters of anthrax. Even the US Government Accountability Office, in its 1994 report on these programs, stated that US military’s Biological Defense Program contained “scores of divisions, departments, research groups, bio-intelligence and more, by no means all related to “defense” in any sense”, and were thus by nature belligerent and offensive military programs.
And the process never stopped. The New York Times reported in April 1971 that, “Despite President Nixon’s repudiation of germ warfare 16 months ago, there are indications that Army research is going on much as it did before . . .” And that is correct. The Times ran a similar article in 1982. [29] The US claimed to have renounced the creation and production of biological weapons in 1969, but quantities of lethal anthrax were still being produced at Dugway as recently as 1998, and many other secret programs continued unabated. Careful readers of the Times articles above will notice the swindle, how the public are deliberately deceived by the media, almost always led by the New York Times whom I have come to call the Prime Pustulent Prevaricator. The large print gives, but the small print takes away. In this case, the media told us that Nixon repudiated all biological warfare, but the Times article accidentally reveals the hidden truth that “defensive” germ warfare would continue.
It should be apparent that the launching of bio-warfare, as with conventional warfare, is considerably eased by locating military bases and offensive weapons and delivery systems as physically close as possible to one’s potential enemies. This is one reason the US has established its nearly 1,000 foreign military bases – to ensure the capability of putting an enemy under attack within 30 minutes anywhere in the world. Clearly, the same strategy applies to biological warfare, this capability enhanced by the fact that much of US military bio-weapons work, unethical and illegal as it is, remains undisclosed to both the US Congress and to local authorities despite its being exceedingly dangerous. It therefore comes as no surprise to learn from a recent report that the Pentagon was spending nearly $300 million a year (with Obama asking for another $50 million) to build biological warfare laboratories euphemistically defined as “health-security infrastructure” in foreign countries. I find it frightening to learn that many of these foreign bio-installations are classified as Top Secret and outside the knowledge and control of even the local governments in the nations where they are built.
The US Military and Global Health Security
In the category of “the big lie“, Andrew Weber, an Assistant Secretary of Defense for America’s Nuclear, Chemical and Biological Defense Programs, was quoted as saying, “The global threat (of disease outbreaks) requires the Department of Defense to innovate”, and that the US military, under something it calls the “Global Health Security Agenda”, “aims to prevent avoidable epidemics …”.
So we are asked to believe that, in addition to the billions spent within the US itself, the Pentagon is spending more than $350 million to establish biological labs in foreign countries for the purpose of “global health security”? Surely there are thinking people somewhere who ask why the US military would be so heavily involved in “cancer and virus research” or “intensifying the Fight Against Ebola“? Does the US have no civilian medical research facilities? Does the world have no universities, hospitals, laboratories, or research institutions capable of these functions? Who appointed the Pentagon as caretaker of the world’s medical issues? Surely no people anywhere are so gullible and naïve as to believe the US military is leading the fight to find a cure for cancer.
In fact, a very great deal of the almost hysterical attention suddenly being paid by the US military to the “global fight against contagious diseases” is related to the production of ethnic-specific bioweapons, a thought that has been in the mind of the US Department of Defense for many decades now. One author noted that President Bush’s “Project BioShield” [30][31][32]was presented as part of the War on Terrorism but was instead almost entirely an offensive biological weapons program. This was the main reason that the entire field of microbiology – civilian as well as military – relating to diseases of all kinds – was reclassified by the Pentagon as “biological warfare” and transferred to the US Army Medical Research Institute at Fort Detrick, Maryland, and the National Institute for Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Bethesda, Md., location of the military’s Walter Reed Hospital and research division.
The same author noted that “The attraction is that bio-weapons are not only very efficient mass killers but are very cost-effective compared to shooting wars. As well, genetic weapons can be dispersed in a multitude of ways, using virus-infected insects or bacteria, or spliced into GM seeds. These weapons are difficult to detect and identify, and often a treatment or vaccine could be years in the making.”
The questions are obvious, but nobody seems to want to ask them. Why is the US military so heavily involved in biological research matters? Why did the US military build so many top-secret biological sites scattered around the world, and what does it do there? Why has the US military produced huge amounts of a highly-refined and deadly potent variety of weaponised anthrax, and so many other lethal pathogens? The standard narrative is that the military conducts research to find antidotes and cures in the event its own soldiers are exposed, but why does antidote research require the manufacture and storage of millions of kilograms of this deadly spore? One would think a cupful would be sufficient for antidote research.
But more to the point, the US military has made no secret of its interest in developing biological weapons, and has been doing this for at least 60 or 70 years, with its research increasingly focusing on race-specific weapons. With all of this, with the not-so-secret military biological laboratories in the US and the top-secret “Peace Medicine” biological lab buried in the jungles of Indonesia, [33][34][35]with an openly-stated intent to develop such pathogens as weapons as “useful political tools”, and being the main employer of such weapons in the past, how foolish does the public have to be, to believe the US military is engaged in “fighting disease”?

It should not be a surprise to anyone that Big Pharma has been involved in this morally-bankrupt adventure for almost 100 years, and in fact when the US military created its massive bio-warfare complex at Fort Detrick, it was under the direction of George W. Merck, the President of Merck Pharmaceuticals. Merck had specialised in his own company in the research and production of synthetic drugs and hormones, and during World War II he was in charge of the War Research Service which in turn created the US initiated biological weapons program. The facilities quickly became engaged in the mass production of pathogens like anthrax, brucellosis, and botulism, and it was Merck’s creations that were being tested at Utah’s Dugway Proving Grounds. For his efforts, Merck was awarded the US Medal of Merit, was featured on the cover of Time Magazine, and received honorary doctorates from several American universities. Recall also that it was Pfizer who took over the production of pathogens at Dugway. It should also not be a surprise that many compounds which even today find their way into the American biological weapons inventory are termed “orphan pharmaceuticals”, which means drugs that have proven to have such extraordinarily toxic properties that they became much too valuable to discard.
From the publication “Medical aspects of Biological Warfare“, published by the Surgeon-General of the US military, [36] we have the following extract:
“President Roosevelt established the War Reserve Service (with George W. Merck as director) to develop defensive measures against a biological attack. By November 1942 the War Reserve Service asked the Army’s Chemical Warfare Service to assume responsibility for a secret large-scale research and development program, including the construction and operation of laboratories and pilot plants. The Army selected a small National Guard airfield at Camp Detrick in Frederick, Maryland, for the new facilities in April 1943. By summer of 1944, the Army had testing facilities in Horn Island, Mississippi (later moved to Dugway, Utah), and a production facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. Cattle cakes using B anthracis spores were produced at Camp Detrick and shipped to Great Britain but were never used.
In January 1946 Merck reported to the secretary of war that although the focus of the program was to defend against a biological threat, the United States clearly needed a credible capability to retaliate if attacked with biological weapons. Basic research and development continued at Camp Detrick. The United States learned of the extent of Japanese biological weapons research after World War II. At the end of the war, in a move that has now become controversial, Ishii, then a lieutenant general, and his fellow scientists were given amnesty for providing information derived from years of biological warfare research.” In 1969 the US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) was created with biosafety level 3 and 4 laboratories.”
On August 12 of 2013, Dina Maron wrote an article in the Scientific American on the US Defense Department’s blood bank, [37]which is “the largest blood serum repository in the world“. The article described a dozen freezers, each the size and height of a basketball court, maintained at -30 degrees Celsius and stacked to the ceilings with boxes of blood serum from which can be extracted the DNA of countless hundreds of millions of individuals from all over the world.
The narrative attempts to bathe the collection in a light of innocence but fails to ask all the hard questions. For example, Maron writes that the US military began collecting blood serum (and DNA) 30 years ago “as a by-product of its HIV surveillance“, but failed to wonder why the US military would possibly have had any interest in the surveillance of HIV unless, as we shall see, the production of HIV was quite possibly a US military project. The article also states that the blood and DNA samples are “mostly” obtained from members of the US armed forces, but then admits the collection contained about 60 million samples from 10 million individuals – rather more than the number of military staff. And of course, we cannot know the true number of samples collected.
Maron then blithely dismisses concerns about the possible uses and applications of this biological collection by feeding readers the foolish military story of the data being used “for general health surveillance” or “to track infectious diseases“, or even “to shape (American) health policies“. She does however add a sort of end-tag by telling us this repository is also “ripe for targeted research programs“. It is this latter that is frightening, given the vast extent and range of biological criminality the US military has conspired in the past, but neither Maron nor the US media have any apparent curiosity about why the US military would be involved in public health surveillance or the tracking of diseases, infectious or otherwise. The US has no shortage of medical departments tasked with all these activities, and it should be clear to all thinking persons that the only “infectious diseases” the US military would be tracking would be those they inflicted on a population.
Maron notes in the article that not all “participants” in this so-called ‘surveillance and research program‘ were enthusiastic about it, and she notes that many (or most, or all) were unaware of their inclusion, and that the military refuses to either acknowledge possession of anyone’s serum or DNA or to remove it from their collection. Also, in the Wikileaks information was a report by the RAND Corporation that several million (at least) of the samples were from servicemen’s’ family members, apparently collected in some clandestine fashion.
It was disturbing to learn from Maron’s research that the military is apparently conducting what she called “cutting-edge research” on PTSD, post-traumatic stress disorders, which is how the US military chooses to categorise the vast range of debilitating mycoplasma illnesses collectively known as the Gulf War Syndrome. I have noted elsewhere that the US military refuses to acknowledge the prior use or even existence of biological and chemical weapons during the wars in Iraq and the Gulf, attributing even clearly infectious pathogens to the result of ‘battle stress‘.
This Scientific American article informed its readers that the military uses these tens of millions of blood and DNA samples taken from all the same individuals, to understand how “PTSD becomes apparent at a genetic level” and how “perhaps it silences certain genes“. Given that the illnesses being studied are emphatically not related to PTSD in any way, the only conclusion is that the US military is using several millions of its servicemen – and members of their families who have contracted these contagious illnesses – as guinea pigs or sacrificial lambs in yet another study of their handiwork. And why exactly would the US military be so interested in how their mycoplasma “silences certain genes“? This is immuno-suppression, killing the body’s defenses to pathogens. Lest you be too quick to dismiss this as another conspiracy theory, I would remind you that this would hardly be the first time that precisely such a thing has occurred.
The article also stated that many research projects have depended upon this data, but that many “did not make it into print” – which is what one would expect. In a surprising admission, the article noted near the end that all use of, and all research involving, this blood serum, DNA and RNA database must be “used for military-relevant purposes“. And how exactly would these purposes fit with the US military’s stated objective of simply performing a public service of “general health surveillance” or “tracking infectious diseases“? Clearly, the answer is that they would not fit, not in any way. This massive and rapidly-growing collection of blood serum and DNA samples from all around the world, is being done entirely “for military-relevant purposes“, i.e., the production and testing of biological and chemical weapons. It would really be the height (or depth) of naivete and gullibility to believe otherwise. But the news is not all bad. At least we have the assurance of the Defense Department that any testing or research done by the US military will always “adhere to ethical research principles“. From this vow, you are free to draw whatever comfort you believe reasonable.
In November of 2008, the Financial Times published an article by Stephen Fidler, [38][39] expressing accumulating fears about the US military’s covert collection of a massive DNA database. The article provided little information other than to state the existence of what it called “a little-known US federal government database” of DNA samples that was “part of a classified intelligence partnership of military, intelligence and law enforcement agencies“, and that in fact also includes a great many US medical and educational institutions as part of this “collection process“. I would add that the “educational” institutions comprising this partnership would almost certainly include Harvard, Duke, and Tufts, with process being an offshoot of the Armed Forces DNA Identification Laboratory in Rockville, Maryland.
The article noted that none of this is “openly discussed” by US authorities, and quoted Steven Aftergood, director of the government secrecy project at the Federation of American Scientists, who said the database was “truly shrouded in mystery“. He was quoted as saying, “Not only is the name of the database almost never cited, but the role of DNA collection … is not publicly discussed even where one would expect it”. Fidler wrote as well that information about the US military’s covert DNA database “disappeared from the Pentagon website“. Little information is available anywhere.
Then beginning around 2010 or 2011, articles appeared in the media that the US military and various of its intelligence agencies had been for years “staging fake vaccination operations” to gather DNA from an unsuspecting public in many countries.[40][41][42] This was all done under the pretense of expecting to obtain Osama bin Laden’s “family DNA” by extracting blood samples from hundreds of thousands of individuals in several countries. [43]
In 2011, The New York Times downplayed this so extensively that it produced an article almost too juvenile to appear even in a comic book. [44] The UK Guardian[45] claimed the CIA covertly “conducted a massive phony vaccination program in Abbottabad, Pakistan, as a ruse to obtain DNA evidence from members of Bin Laden’s family“, using medical practitioners and various ruses to “make (the vaccination program) look more authentic”. The Guardian noted that “nurses could have been trained to withdraw some blood in the needle after administrating the drug“. Uh huh. And to what end, exactly? If the police are looking for a specific criminal, how precisely does it help to obtain DNA from his neighbors? The answer, of course, is that it does not, and there are much easier and quicker methods to identify a man’s relatives than by covertly obtaining DNA samples from everyone in an entire city.
But then, having been exposed in public, the White House promised it would immediately stop using fake vaccination programs to gather DNA. I can’t imagine anyone drawing comfort from that promise. And even the White House anti-terrorism advisor Lisa Monaco confirmed that the CIA had been conducting fake vaccination programs also on American citizens, when she stated that “the agency will (no longer) seek to obtain or exploit DNA or other genetic material acquired through such programs“. How could any thinking person possibly believe the CIA was attempting to “find Osama bin Laden” by surreptitiously collecting DNA from hundreds of thousands of people in Pakistan and the USA?
Obama’s White House appeared concerned that the news of this DNA collection by subterfuge might weaken public trust in the United States of America, but this wasn’t exactly the problem. The real concern was that the world’s entire medical establishment might finally – and for so many good reasons – lose all trust in US-sponsored vaccination programs and prevent the WHO from performing its real function of population elimination and control.[46] I believe Mike Adams first wrote about this in Natural News some years ago.

And in fact, this is one of the main concerns about the WHO’s frequent, and frequently unnecessary, “urgent vaccination programs” conducted in so many nations, observers not blind to the fact that the WHO often appears to function as a virtual department of the Pentagon. Readers may not be aware that the WHO has a secret biological lab in South Korea that is entirely managed by the US military, in conjunction with the Osan Air Base, which was almost certainly the source of MERS.[47]
Many people have written on the frighteningly-increasing fervor with which the US government and the WHO have been promoting virtually universal vaccination programs even in areas and for purposes for which there was neither need nor benefit, and of the also-frightening diseases and deaths which seem to emerge in the aftermath of so many of these vaccination programs. There is indeed a very large public movement in the US against all vaccination programs, given the repeated disasters and deaths from vaccine contamination, and from increasing suspicion as to the real purposes of such programs. As I have detailed elsewhere, one US vaccination program – that was totally unnecessary in the first instance – utilised a contaminated polio vaccine and infected more than 100 million Americans with cancer cells. And of course, we have the WHO and its long history of criminal intent, as I have documented elsewhere.
It appears increasingly certain that the entire world of genetics, of DNA, of man-made bioweapons, of GM food, and of population reduction and civilian control, are all closely related and inherently of military origin and purpose, and the evidence increasingly is that this all originates from The City of London. The US government has confessed to using fake vaccination programs to collect DNA from both Americans and from those in foreign countries, and certainly much of this would have been accomplished with the willing participation of the WHO. And in practice it is probably quite simple to collect vast amounts of DNA for use in researching and fabricating bio-weapons, ethnically-based or otherwise, by offering the citizens of the next military victim (like Syria or Iran, or China) “free” vaccinations to forestall some deliberately-dispersed and potentially deadly virus or plague, while simultaneously collecting the DNA necessary to fabricate more such weapons.
In keeping with the above, you may be interested to know of a surprisingly criminal enterprise carried on in China by Harvard University, but financed by the US military, to surreptitiously – and illegally – collect and spirit out of China, hundreds of thousands of samples of Chinese DNA. [48]There would be only one purpose for such an enterprise – the collection of Chinese DNA for the manufacture of Chinese-specific biological weapons. Another similar illegal effort was conducted by Tufts University in China with essentially the same objectives, but in this case to determine Chinese sensitivity to various food compounds. [49]
Beginning in around 1999 and 2000, the Western media were flooded with articles about the Human Genome Project and how it was opening the door to ethnically-specific bioweapons. One of the main sources of concern was that this genome project was being conducted under the final authority of the US military, being assigned to the rather mis-named US Energy Department which, among other things, oversees America’s nuclear weapon arsenal and, for reasons unexplained, conducts more research in the physical sciences than all other US Federal Agencies. The Manhattan Project which developed the atomic bomb, was under the management of the Energy Department’s predecessor, and when created, the agency was headed by the Secretary of Defense. The US Department of Energy has always been a weapons-oriented organisation, and in fact operates a very large system of research and technical labs across the US, some of which focus on nuclear development but others with often secret and undefined activities. These include the Argonne and Brookhaven National Laboratories, Los Alamos, Oak Ridge, Sandia, Lawrence Livermore, and perhaps a dozen others.
On April 30, 2010, Project Censored ran an article on the prospect of the human genome project opening the door to the creation of ethnic bio-weapons, [50] noting that the US has had “a long history of interest in such genetic research“, and that the home of the Human Genome Project is the Cold Springs Harbor laboratory on Long Island, NY, which is the same precise location of the notorious Eugenics Research Office that the Americans began in 1910 and which focused even then on racial genetic differences. It noted too that as far back as November 1970, the US Military Review published an article for command-level military personnel that was titled “Ethnic Weapons“, [51] with a Dr. Carl Larson writing of how “genetic variations in races are concurrent with differences in tolerances for various substances“, and that a biological weapon could conceivably take advantage of this genetic variance and incapacitate or kill an entire population. Several observers noted at the time that the US military had committed itself to an intensified development program of ethnic weapons that were designed to selectively target and eliminate specific ethnic groups who are susceptible due to genetic differences and variations in DNA.”
In that same article, Greg Bishop wrote:
“Research into ethnic-specific bioweapons was first broached publicly in 1970, when Dr. Carl Larson‘s article “Ethnic Weapons” appeared in the Military Review. Larson discussed the possibility of utilizing differing races’ sensitivity or low resistance to specific compounds (such as lactose intolerance among Asians) as either a bioweapon, or as a “vector” that would allow other poisons or microorganisms to more easily enter a human body when defenses were lowered or destroyed. This method was not as surgically accurate as the military might want it to be, since many populations are not completely homogenous. The strange thing about the Times coverage was that it completely ignored this history and the fact that any technology for killing more of the enemy than your own would most likely be (and has been) looked upon with interest by military strategists.
The ubiquitous nature of racism and the ruling power structure’s history of handling “undesirables“, as well as dealing with an enemy (almost always of different racial stock than a dominant aggressor) virtually assures us that the more powerful countries and their allies are continuing to look into new and better ways of subduing and killing whole (or major parts of) foreign populations.” Bishop noted too that, “When the London Times broke the story of the Israeli bioweapons project and interest in the development of pathogens that would disable or kill by ethnicity, they quoted an unnamed British intelligence source that said that these sorts of weapons were “theoretically possible“. They were not only “theoretical” but had been researched for nearly 50 years. The lynchpin of the Times article was the writer’s reliance on a specifically genetic explanation for ethnic weapons.”

The French nuclear mullahs are at the heart of this international lobby. In particular, they are engaged in a communication strategy that consists of underestimating, trivializing or denying the effects of radiation, and insisting that it is possible to live with radiation in contaminated areas. In other words, a strategy of concealment.
This year marks the 13th year since the Fukushima accident began, yet the path to a conclusion is by no means clear. The declaration of a state of emergency still cannot be lifted because of the various dangers and difficulties that have arisen. Despite this, Prime Minister Kishida’s government is doing more than ever to promote nuclear power as a basic energy source. This approach is similar to that of the French administration, which is also trying to promote nuclear energy as a dual-use nuclear weapon.
The international nuclear lobby, which represents only a minority, has the influence and money to dominate the world’s population with immense power and has now united the world’s minority nuclear community into one big galaxy. Many of the citizens who have experienced the world’s three most serious civil nuclear accidents have clearly realized that nuclear energy is too dangerous. These citizens are so divided and conflicted that they feel like a helpless minority.
The current situation with the Fukushima accident
Let’s start with the total amount of radiation that the Fukushima-Daiichi nuclear power plant still contains today. The spent fuel at the site contains 85 times more cesium-137 than Chornobyl and 50,000 to 100,000 times more than the Hiroshima bomb.
The fuel is still stored in pools on the top floor of the reactor buildings (30 metres above ground), with the exception of Unit 3, the removal of which was completed in 2019.
Now, although 12 years have passed, the precise program for future decommissioning is unclear. While the approximate overall radiation levels are known, the buildings and reactors themselves, where the decommissioning and dismantling work will take place, are highly radioactive and cannot be easily penetrated by workers.
The true extent of the accident is not known, nor is the exact state of dispersion of the corium (the molten magma from the nuclear fuel rods in the reactor core). In Unit 1, for example, it is clear from the images taken by a robot that many parts of the circular concrete foundation supporting the pressure vessel have been damaged by the high heat of the corium. There is a significant risk of collapse in the event of a strong earthquake, and if the 440-tonne vessel collapses, it could hit the storage pool next to it. If this pool is damaged, even partially, another major disaster could occur.
Release of contaminated water
The amount of contaminated water is increasing all the time, as water continues to flow to cool the corium. Currently, around 90 tonnes of contaminated water are being added to the tanks every day. There are currently more than 1,000 tanks, and TEPCO says they will be full by February next year.
TEPCO had promised not to release water without the consent of local communities and fishermen, but this promise was not kept. The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) dispatched a team of experts to investigate whether the radioactivity levels of the contaminated water treated by TEPCO met the international safety standards set by the IAEA, and the final report was submitted to the government on July 4. On the basis of this report, the Japanese government decided to release the water and began discharging water into the Pacific Ocean on August 24, releasing 7,800 tons in 17 days.
However, the IAEA does not have the scientific authority to make reference to the ecological impact of this water discharge, nor has it carried out such a long-term assessment. It is more of a political decision than a scientific one.
TEPCO and the Japanese government have said that releasing contaminated water is essential for decommissioning work, but there are still places to build storage facilities. There are also methods other than releasing the water into the ocean, such as solidifying it in mortar and storing it on the surface.
However, the regulatory committee and study group said they had considered five solutions: geological injection, hydrogen release, underground burial, steam release and ocean release. In the end, they chose the cheapest method.
What is the international nuclear lobby?
Today, the nuclear issue is globally interwoven. The raw material needed — uranium — as well as nuclear technology and radiation protection standards, cannot be managed by a single country.
First of all, nuclear energy is the dark side of the atomic bomb. Nuclear reactors designed to produce electricity were originally machines designed to produce plutonium for the manufacture of atomic bombs. So it was only natural that French president, Emanuel Macron, should advocate the complementary nature of civil nuclear energy and nuclear weapons. “Without civilian nuclear energy there is no military use of this technology – and without military use there is no civilian nuclear energy,” Macron said during a visit to Framatome’s Le Creusot facility in December 2020.
The realpolitik of the atomic bomb led to the creation of the IAEA in 1948. The five nuclear-weapon states on the UN Security Council promoted nuclear energy for peace and encouraged its development in order to monopolize nuclear weapons, and they made the IAEA a nuclear supervisory agency to ensure that no other country produced atomic bombs. The UN Member States were deceived by Eisenhower’s fine-sounding words “Atoms for Peace” to the UN General Assembly on 8 December 1953.
The IAEA controls nuclear energy throughout the world. But this international organization is neither objective nor impartial, nor does it conform absolutely to scientific truth. It is a highly political institution.
Ordinary citizens trust international organizations simply because they hear about them in UN reports. But the IAEA is constantly working to promote nuclear energy. The effects of radiation are trivialized or denied, as if they were not a problem, merely a manageable danger for nuclear power plants.
The effects of radiation are grossly underestimated. The data base on which the IAEA relies is that of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, collected by the Atomic Bomb Casualty Commission. These data are totally incomplete. They do not take into account people who were exposed to radiation more than 2 km from the hypocenters, people who entered the cities after the bombs were dropped, and people who were exposed to radiation from black rain in distant areas. In other words, low-dose radiation exposure is completely ignored.

The famous Ethos project, which ran in Belarus from 1996 to 2001, ten years after the Chornobyl accident, seemed to be helping the population, but in fact it was consolidating the theory of acceptance of radiation. Jacques Lochard, former director of the CEPN (Centre d’étude sur l’Evaluation de la protection dans le domaine Nucléaire) in France, who carried out this project, quickly showed up in Fukushima in November 2011 and implemented the same strategy in a different form.
Lochard is the perfect example of the constantly revolving door among individuals from organizations that promote nuclear power and those involved in radiation protection. These circumstances are totally unknown to ordinary citizens.
The CEPN is an association with only four members: the CEA (Commissariat à l’énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives), EDF (Électricité de France), Areva/Orano and the IRSN (Institut de radioprotection et de sûreté nucléaire). In other words, it is the embodiment of the French nuclear lobby and manages the French nuclear lobby’s communication on radiation protection.
The Chornobyl Ethos project and the CORE and SAGE projects that followed it, were organized and carried out by Lochard, now retired but appointed as a visiting professor at the Institute of Atomic Bomb Disease at Nagasaki University, and his right-hand man, Thierry Schneider. They have become respectable points of reference for the European Commission as a means of dealing with a nuclear accident.
The methods initiated by this minority of promoters will be imposed, with authority and money, on those who are victims of a future serious nuclear accident in Europe. According to this philosophy, there is no need to evacuate. We can live happily with radiation, even in contaminated areas.
In this way, the French nuclear lobby, in cooperation with the International Commission on Radiological Protection, the IAEA-UNSCEAR (United Nations Scientific Committee on the Effects of Atomic Radiation) and others, can assure us that we can overcome a serious nuclear accident, by simply adapting to radiation exposure. The phrase “let’s hope people have the strength to bounce back” is repeated. The word “resilience” has become a key word in this milieu.
But in Belarus and Ukraine, 37years after the Chornobyl nuclear disaster, 60% to 80% of children are still ill from the radiation resulting from Chornobyl. In Fukushima too, there are those 300 or more cases of thyroid cancer. The Japanese authorities still insist that in the case of Fukushima, the causal relationship between cancer and radiation is not yet known. This is despite the fact that this was admitted in the case of Chornobyl. It can therefore be said that at Chornobyl, as at Fukushima, the reality of the effects of radiation caused by the accidents is still not officially recognized.
France has clearly stated that nuclear weapons and nuclear power are the two wheels of the car, and President Macron has insisted that a total of 15 nuclear power plants will be built by 2050. Japan has also declared that it will continue to develop nuclear power plants in collaboration with France.
However, it is clear from the outset that if we continue to develop nuclear power plants, nuclear waste will continue to accumulate. At present, the storage pools at every nuclear power plant site — whether in Japan or France — are approaching the limit of their full capacity. However, no reliable method for the final disposal of high-level nuclear waste has yet been established.
In this way, the lessons of Chornobyl and Fukushima are not being applied at all, but rather, the actual health hazards are being covered up. Any so-called cleanup projects are being carried out for the sake of immediate interests only. In the end, they are forcing the victims to endure radiation exposure and ultimately abandoning them. This is because of the cover-up strategy of the international nuclear lobby in the background.

It is likely that billions of people around the world view the conflict in Ukraine as a proxy war being waged by the U.S. against Russia. US President Joe Biden has pledged to aid Ukraine’s pursuit of victory “for as long as it takes,” without defining what the end state might be. Russian President Vladimir Putin has interpreted U.S. intentions to mean a fight “to the last Ukrainian.”
Anyone with a discernible pulse is aware of the danger that the conflict could escalate into a conflagration large and destructive enough to morph into World War III. The threshold would likely be crossed once nuclear weapons were unleashed. The military doctrines of all nuclear powers stipulate that such an attack would justify an in-kind response, though without always ruling out the same for lesser provocations of a potentially existential nature.
President Biden has said “the world faces the biggest risk of nuclear Armageddon since the 1962 Cuban Missile Crisis.” The context of Biden’s statement came a month earlier on September 21, 2022, when Putin warned the West he was not bluffing when he said he would be ready to use nuclear weapons to defend Russia against what he said was “nuclear blackmail.” Earlier, in an April 21, 2021, speech, Putin said:
We really do not want to burn bridges. But if someone mistakes our good intentions for indifference or weakness and intends to burn or even blow up these bridges, they must know that Russia’s response will be asymmetrical, swift, and tough. Those behind provocations that threaten the core interests of our security will regret what they have done in a way they have not regretted anything for a long time.
Another to speak of nuclear war has been former Russian president and prime minister Dmitry Medvedev, now deputy head of the Russian Security Council and one of Putin’s top advisers. Commenting on Ukraine’s highly touted but now failed 2023 “spring offensive,” Medvedev said in July 2023 that if Ukraine succeeded in taking Russian sovereign territory—including Crimea plus the four Donbass oblasts (regions) annexed by Russia last year—Russia “would have to use nuclear weapons by virtue of the Russian Presidential Decree.” This decree stated that any assault on Russian territory justified a nuclear response.
On Hiroshima Day, August 6, 2023, UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres said, “The drums of nuclear war are beating once again. Mistrust and division are on the rise. The nuclear shadow that loomed over the Cold War has re-emerged.” One who has predicted world war has been UK Defense Minister Ben Wallace. On May 19, 2023, he warned “that the UK could enter a direct conflict with Russian and China in the next seven years and has called for an increase in military spending to counter the potential threat.” Speaking to London’s Financial Times, Wallace said “a conflict is coming with a range of adversaries around the world.”
More recently, independent commentator Tucker Carlson, who has said the U.S. is intentionally seeking war with Russia, remarked in a September 2023 interview on The Adam Corolla Show that the Biden administration would attempt to stay in power by starting a “hot war” with Russia before the 2024 election. Carlson argued that the U.S. was “already at war” with Russia in Ukraine. He added, “I don’t think we’ll win it.”

Of course, there were U.S. “boots on the ground,” but North and South Korea also fought against each other with Russia/China and the U.S./UN having the backs of each respectively. The Vietnam War was fought with U.S. troops and weapons aiding the South Vietnamese against the Russian-backed Hanoi regime and its ally, South Vietnam’s Viet Cong. The Korean conflict became a stalemate; Vietnam, a debacle. ……………………………………………………………
Purporting to be offended by the U.S.-Soviet nuclear standoff, whereby peace was assured only by the logic of “Mutually-Assured Destruction,” Reagan proposed an armada of “defensive”weapons in space. The military-industrial complex seized on Star Wars as a cornucopia of lucrative research and development projects that ended when space shuttle Challenger blew up. The space shuttle was being converted to a testing platform for space weaponry, as I saw personally at NASA when I worked there in 1985-1986…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
9/11, the Neocons’ “new Pearl Harbor,” produced the “War on Terror,” the Patriot Act, the Department of Homeland Security, the military doctrine of Full-Spectrum Dominance, and the assaults on Afghanistan, Iraq, and later Libya. The ideological focal point was demonization of all things Islam. The rationale? “They hate our freedoms.”

Now the U.S., with the Neocons firmly entrenched in the State Department and elsewhere, surrounded Russia with military bases………………………………………………………………………………………………….
Finally, after eight years of Ukrainian provocations, the death from Ukrainian shelling of more than 10,000 Donbass civilians, and the treachery of Germany and France in failing to uphold the Minsk agreements they had guaranteed, Russia entered Ukraine with its military forces in February 2022. The conflict was on, a conflict that Russia is winning. U.S.-led sanctions against Russia failed to bring down its economy or force regime change against Putin. But each Ukrainian setback on the battlefield has been followed by more weapons and money supplied to the Volodymyr Zelensky regime by the U.S., UK, Germany, France, and other NATO members.
But who was calling the shots? In March 2022, Russian and Ukrainian negotiators reached agreement on a tentative settlement at meetings in Istanbul. UK prime minister Boris Johnson then rushed to Kiev to induce Zelensky to tear up the agreement and continue the war. Western escalation has included billions of dollars worth of heavy tanks and other weapons to Ukraine, along with cluster munitions and depleted uranium projectiles. There have been drone attacks on Russia itself and on Crimea. But the Ukrainian counteroffensive has collapsed, with speculation increasing of a major Russian counterattack, possibly even cutting Ukraine off from the Black Sea.
We have now come full circle. Warnings from Washington continue that Putin had better not go nuclear, which can be read as inviting him to do so. This is obviously a new phase of brinkmanship that could give the U.S. a pretext for themselves moving to nuclear war. Meanwhile, the U.S. understands that it could in no way challenge Russia in a conventional war even with the entire NATO alliance being activated. Even then, divisiveness within NATO and the absence of sufficient military force anywhere in Europe make this impossible at present. Veteran military analyst Scott Ritter writes in Sputnik News on September 21, 2023, that even were the U.S. to activate its entire military force stationed in Europe against Russia, it would be defeated within one to two weeks of intensive combat. The only alternative would then be to activate a gigantic airlift of additional forces into Europe with U.S. cargo planes sitting ducks for destruction en route. Impossible.
There are now signs that the U.S. may be pressuring Ukraine to agree to a cease-fire, with a “freeze” along the lines of the decades-old Korean settlement. But all this would do would be to “kick the can down the road”—possibly until after the 2024 U.S. presidential election, likely to be preceded by elections in Ukraine in March. There are no signs that the U.S. is ready to concede a Russian victory involving the redrawing of the European security apparatus with Russia a respected party. The Ukrainian government speaks of a “long-term” conflict lasting decades. So there is no way to aver that the war in Ukraine is ending or to speculate about the next phase.
There are two things that go off script and are not allowed to be said. Every official statement or mainstream media article that mentions the war in Ukraine must call it an unprovoked war. You are not allowed to say that NATO expansion east, potentially to Ukraine and right up to Russia’s borders, was a provocation, even if you add that it does not justify the war. And you are not allowed to say that it is time for Ukraine to negotiate with Russia and that conceding territory must be on the table. In the past couple of weeks, top NATO officials have said them both.

Toujours à Bratislava, en mai dernier, celui-ci a dénoncé «la frontière artificielle» entre l’«Europe occidentale et une Europe orientale, ou une vieille Europe et une Europe nouvelle», effaçant les différences culturelles entre les nations, pour affirmer qu’ «il n’y a qu’une Europe», évoquant sa crainte de voir «l’Occident être kidnappé une deuxième fois».
L’UE construit un plan comme le Titanic pour la mer. D’une part, l’UE démontre son plein soutien au régime «démocratique» ukrainien. D’un autre côté, les assurances sur le caractère inévitable de l’intégration s’accompagnent de longs débats sur la complexité du processus. Le but est d’entamer les réformes institutionnelles actuelles de l’UE. La grande question est de savoir comment l’UE reste-t-elle capable d’agir, même si elle compte à terme plus de 30 membres? «L’UE doit se préparer à l’élargissement. Au cours de la prochaine législature, nous devons mettre en œuvre les réformes internes nécessaires de l’UE», annonce le rapport rikiki. Ainsi, l’UE navige sur la mer et cet élément marin est très imprévisible. C’est de cette manière que les responsables politiques envisagent l’avenir de l’UE au risque d’envoyer les populations des pays de l’UE comme le Titanic dans les abysses.
Douze politologues français et allemands – les auteurs de ce rapport – ont clairement affirmé que «d’ici 2030, les frontières de l’Europe s’élargiront». Cette opinion cadre bien avec le discours d’Emmanuel Macron de Bratislava lors du forum sur la sécurité GLOBSEC du 31 mai dernier. Le chef du Conseil de l’Europe, Charles Michel, a tenu le même discours cet été. Le caractère inévitable de ce processus est dû, selon le rapport, à «l’agression russe» sans tenir compte des faits qui sont maintenant historiques. Observateur Continental rapportait que «le discours du président du Conseil de l’UE, qui «déclare un élargissement d’ici à 2030», prononcé lors d’une conférence en Slovénie sur l’élargissement de l’Union a suscité de nombreuses désapprobations à Bruxelles», même de «la colère» car «la grande majorité des gouvernements de l’UE étaient absolument horrifiés» puisque le travail de Charles Michel est de «refléter les opinions des 27 Etats membres» et non pas de les surpasser». Observateur Continental soulignait, par ailleurs, que cette volonté de faire rentrer les pays des Balkans dans l’UE n’est nullement une initiative d’Emmanuel Macron car l’UE «lorgne sur les pays des Balkans, officiellement depuis 2014 par «le processus de Berlin». Le rapport rikiki est une recuisson ancienne.
Celui-ci parle de la nécessité de prendre en compte les erreurs du passé et de se souvenir de l’expérience, notamment, de l’admission de la Pologne à l’UE car une intégration précipitée a conduit à une élaboration insuffisante des questions liées au respect des droits de l’homme dans ce pays. En conséquence, les experts affirment que le secteur des droits de l’homme en Pologne continue de se détériorer. Cela signifie que les nouveaux pays devront être acceptés à des conditions différentes.
La question des critères d’admission à l’UE et de la volonté de certains pays d’y parvenir est discutée depuis longtemps.
Il y a le cas de la Türkiye dont la candidature a été acceptée en 1999 et où aucune solution positive n’a encore été trouvée. Cependant, le dilemme de l’UE est désormais que cinq pays des Balkans reconnus (Macédoine du Nord, Monténégro, Serbie, Albanie, Bosnie) et un pays non reconnu (Kosovo) attendent d’y adhérer. Aujourd’hui, l’Ukraine et la Moldavie frappent activement à la porte de l’UE, tout comme la Géorgie, qui, selon sa présidente Salomé Zourabichvili, a déjà prouvé sa volonté en 2008. Mais, les populations pro-européennes des pays, qui attendent leur intégration dans l’UE, ont des positions critiques à l’égard de la politique européenne. Ils considèrent que le processus d’intégration de l’UE n’est pas rapide, mais au contraire trop lent.
Selon la fondatrice de l’ONG serbe Centre pour la politique européenne (CEP), Milena Mihailovic, l’Europe a fait preuve de «frivolité et d’inaction dans sa politique d’intégration». Selon elle, cela a conduit l’actuel président serbe Aleksandar Vucic à s’éloigner de l’UE et à se rapprocher de la Russie.
Le rapport franco-allemand présenté aux ministres contient une proposition pour sortir de cette situation difficile. Il s’agit de transformer l’UE en fonction des nouvelles réalités. Dans la future Europe, il faudra différentes catégories de membres. «Dans ce rapport, les experts proposent une évolution de l’UE vers une structure en quatre cercles: le cercle restreint, l’UE elle-même, les membres associés, la Communauté politique européenne». La plus importante catégorie sera le «cercle restreint» des pays et des hommes politiques qui prennent les décisions et qui ont accès à l’information.
En d’autres termes, nous assistons à la consolidation de l’idée d’une «Europe à deux vitesses» lorsque certains pays, développés et forts, peuvent décider du sort d’autres, sous-développés et faibles. Le diplomate français, ancien représentant français auprès de l’OSCE partage le même point de vue.
Selon lui, l’épine dorsale de l’UE est constituée de la France et de l’Allemagne. Son avenir dépend de leurs décisions. Il n’est pas conseillé d’impliquer d’autres pays dans la discussion de sujets sérieux car ils sont tous trop différents et commenceront certainement à se disputer. Et, l’Europe, selon le diplomate, a des limites à son indépendance car elle ne peut exister en dehors du cadre de l’OTAN. Après tout, seuls les Etats-Unis peuvent fournir à l’UE une garantie de sécurité nucléaire, estime Maxime Lefebvre, précisant cependant que la France possède également des armes nucléaires. Emmanuel Macron a, par ailleurs, loué la consolidation de l’OTAN à Bratislava.
Pour Maxime Lefebvre, l’UE considère la présence de soldats américains en Europe comme une garantie que la Russie ne l’attaquera pas. Par conséquent, conclut-il, la véritable indépendance est désormais moins importante pour l’UE, mais un engagement envers le «monde occidental» est nécessaire. Tout devient ainsi clair car un système de castes avec des allégeances à l’OTAN et aux Etats-Unis sont institués qui annoncent la démocratie dans les pays visés en fermant les yeux sur les montées nazies et réellement antidémocratiques.
Comme l’a déclaré Emmanuel Macron lors d’une réunion avec les ambassadeurs le 28 août 2023: «Je peux témoigner assez aisément qu’une Europe à 27, c’est assez compliqué à faire évoluer sur les sujets essentiels. Une Europe à 32 ou 35 ne sera pas plus simple pour rester pudique. Il nous faut donc une certaine audace pour accepter plus d’intégration sur certaines politiques, peut-être d’ailleurs plusieurs vitesses de cette Europe».
Macron veut voir le conflit durer dénonçant un cessez-le-feu. Le président français conscient du suicide d’élargir l’UE à de nouveaux pays, affirme: «Donnons des espoirs aux Balkans occidentaux, à l’Ukraine, à la Moldavie et jouons avec le temps». Pire encore, le président français veut que l’Ukraine continue à envoyer des hommes se faire tuer contre la Russie, signe que l’UE n’est pas la paix et que les nouveaux pays vont y trouver des guerres. «La paix en Ukraine et sur notre continent, ça ne peut pas être un cessez-le-feu. Il n’y a qu’une paix, celle qui respecte le droit international, qui est choisie par celui qui est agressé, c’est-à-dire le peuple ukrainien, et qui est une paix qui puisse être durable et qui donc respecte ces équilibres, avec également, et j’y reviendrai, des garanties crédibles. Et donc il nous faut nous préparer à ce que ce conflit dure et à ce que les conséquences de ce conflit durent avec beaucoup de lucidité», a décrété le glorieux défenseur des droits de l’homme et de la démocratie.
