New York State Governor Kathy Hochul and Attorney General Letitia James, have formally filed an appeal this past Wednesday in an attempt to overrule the Cattaraugus County Supreme Court ruling striking down proposed concentration camps. The state of New York is pursuing the authority to force quarantine human beings against their will and the ability to locate them in quarantine camps AKA concentration camps. The five judge court of appeals may take a couple months to render a verdict.
This is a similar tactic that was used in Nazi Germany during World War II when Jews and Gypsies and other “undesirables” were said to carry diseases and were forced into concentration camps. Apparently, those that refuse to inject C19 biological weapons injections will be targeted.
“In a decision issued on July 8, 2022, Judge Ploetz of the Cattaraugus County Supreme Court held that Rule 2.13 violates state law, and is therefore null, void and unenforceable.….
In discussing due process protections, Judge Ploetz stated that “while Rule 2.13 provides that isolation and quarantine must be done ‘consistent with due process of law’ and the detainee has the right to seek judicial review and the right to counsel, these protections are after-the-fact, and would force a detainee to exercise these rights at a time when he or she is already detained, possibly isolated from home or family, and in a situation where it may be difficult to obtain legal counsel in a timely manner.” Judge Ploetz also stated that Rule 2.13 merely gave “lip service” to constitutional due process because the law could conceivably grant the commissioner unfettered discretion to force anyone into isolation or quarantine, despite a lack of evidence…”
Governor Hochul held a press conference Wednesday afternoon fear mongering and encouraging people to inject Covid-19 booster biological weapon injections. In addition to wanting to force quarantine people she is also encouraging them to inject a biological weapon. This is not acceptable.
There is evidence that the Covid 19 injections and mRNA injections meet the criteria as biological and technological weapons. This Grand Jury petition lays out a broad case supporting this position.
Some might debate whether Covid-19 was a psyop or a synthetic pathogen. I am leaning toward both. Regarding C19 injections and mRNA injections the evidence is clear that these are biological weapons. Instead of investigating these crimes against humanity, the Governor and Attorney General of New York are actively participating in these crimes against humanity by continuing to participate in biological warfare against New Yorkers and pushing for the pseudo authority to force humans into quarantine camps.
696,605 nervous system disorders, 539,299 musculoskeletal and connective tissue disorders (92,942 pain in extremities), and 317,811 gastrointestinal disorders, 224,633 skin, hair and nail disorders, 190,720 respiratory and chest disorders, 178,353 female and male reproductive system disorders (erectile dysfunction, infertility, heavy menstrual bleeding), 167,382 victims developed bacterial, viral, or parasitic infections (24,910 herpetic infections), 126,993 cardiac disorders, 100,970 blood and lymphatic system disorders, 77,148 psychiatric disorders, 73,542 vascular disorders, 61,518 eye disorders, 47,038 ear and labyrinth disorders (15,833 tinnitus), 31,895 immune system disorders, 13,647 kidney and urinary disorders, 3,711 cancers and benign cysts, 4,056 pregnancy complications 1,859 spontaneous abortion complications, 1,143 genetic disorders, and 3,814 deaths.
The death totals are difficult to estimate because of the suppression of data. In the past the VAERS data has been reported to underrepresent data by a multiplier as high as 100 which would put fatalities in the millions. In the recent past there have been reports of suppression of VAERS data entries, and the CDC no longer reports data to the VAERS system.
It should also be noted that an individual getting cancer a year or two later will not be reported as a ‘vaccine’ injury or death. A person having or dying of a heart attack a year or two later will not be reported as a ‘vaccine’ injury or death. A person having or dying of a stroke will not be reported as a ‘vaccine’ injury or death. And the list goes on…
The level of sociopathy required to suggest that anyone continues to inject themselves with these biological weapons is unfathomable. At this point the pharmaceutical industry is almost sadistically mocking the population as the new Pfizer XBB.1.5 Monovalent ‘vaccine’ was tested in 20 mice. There was no control. Apparently, there were also no humans involved in the study. There is absolutely no way to know how humans will respond to this new biological weapon.
Governor DeSantis and Surgeon General Ladapo have advised against those under 65 getting biological weapon booster shots. Although, they have yet to admit the C19 injections are biological weapons, which is problematic. To suggest that those over 65 years old can go ahead and get an injection that was tested on 20 mice and no humans, is questionable. Hopefully that will be clarified.
We may not be allowed to know the ingredients of the biological weapon injections; however, we apparently do know that they contain nanotechnology. The extraordinary evidence of self assembling nanotechnology in the blood of the ‘vaccinated’ and now the ‘unvaccinated’ from shedding, should sound alarms of the true diabolical nature of the crimes committed. This isn’t about rushed or incomplete trials, it is deliberate. It is about depopulation and transhumanism.
In the first Nuremberg trials after World War II, NAZI doctors, nurses, attorneys, businessmen, government officials, and even members of the press were prosecuted, and some were executed. In the Nuremberg 2.0 trials there must be accountability for the worse crime in human history. Billions of people have been targeted with biological warfare. It is time to ban the distribution of biological weapons. It is time to start issuing indictments. Both the Governor of New York, and the Attorney General of New York, should be prosecuted for crimes against humanity. If found guilty they should get sentenced appropriately.

“When do we scare the pants off them again!” — Matt Hancock, UK Health Minister
Fear feeds on stupidity. Stupidity borne of willful personal ignorance resulting from individual apathy that too easily accepts media propaganda verbatim.
The educated, those whose efforts towards self-education and the creation of a “developed opinion” based on provable peer-reviewed facts are now under worldwide attack.
Stupidity must be defined, challenged and vanquished. Examples of this growing worldwide societal malady abound. One recent case study in California serves as an example of this mounting threat, so easily metastasized into “fear.”
In the lead-up to the weekend of Aug 19-20, 2023, America’s growing embrace of said stupidity – only rivalled in the English language world by the British – was on full media display.
Suddenly, that week here in Southern California we were told that gloom and doom had arrived once again: This time in the form of “Hurricane Hilary,” slowly moving north from 500 miles south of the tip of the Baja peninsula and then 1500 miles from San Diego.
The full breadth of the media propaganda machine immediately went into similar COVID-19/Ukraine war mode, full throttle. It’s mandate: Fear.
Similarly, the resultant media distortions were particularly aimed at those who had decided beforehand that their ignorance as to Hurricanes was best filled in only by their singular media choice, rather than an effort towards a healthy dose of personal education on the subject at hand.
I live in SoCal, have for years when not in Wales. Regarding the newest proffered Armageddon titled, “Hilary,” and the media’s guarantees of pending destruction all the way up the coast to Oregon, I could not have cared less.
I had taken the time to do some research.
However, in a world boiling in stupidity SoCal residents dutifully filled sandbags, while authoritarian Governor Gavin Newsom closed state parks and schools and his minions blocked roads and imposed a state of emergency.
Dutifully, the public was loving it: Joining in wholesale while staying up to the wee hours of the morning Sunday nervously waiting for the first onslaught of wind and rain to begin. They could not sleep due to fear.
For the few possessing a working knowledge of a compass, a thermometer, a map and distance there was nothing to be concerned about at all.
But that’s not what the media said.
This left the vast majority in utter panic. They had been told to panic. To fear “Hilary” – even Democrats.
So, panic they did.
However, in the real world of fact-based reality, hurricanes move very slowly and when moving north on the West coast (in this equator) they do so into colder water where they always peter out and die a rapid death.
Hilary was no exception.
Following my own mantra regarding education of the unknown, to be sure I did a bit of checking using the best, yet utterly ignored, source of weather news, the US National Weather Service. Not surprisingly, all of MSM was not offering this regularly updated information to the public.

Updated every two hours, those putting a personal effort into weather “science” would have discovered instead that Hilary was now stuck just off Guerro Negro (500 miles south of San Diego) because it had moved into colder water. Thanks to USNWS with each update, wind and rain predictions for SoCal were dropping faster than Kevin McCarthy’s interest in a Biden impeachment.
By D-Day, Sunday morning August 20, the predictions of a huge tidal surge, up to 10 inches of rain and 70 mph winds smashing and rinsing SoCal into the sea were still being promised by MSM on all networks by the minute.
Meantime at USNWS, those predictions had been downgraded dramatically. Hour by hour.
When, as true science had predicted, only three inches of rain and 40mph wind gusts hit SoCal, and with the storm rapidly dying out far to the south off Mexico it was not surprising to those few who were actually educated on the subject.
In SoCal, we often get 50-90 mph winds due to the Santa Ana winds coming from the desert several times a year. This past winter blessedly brought the most rain in decades and 1-3 inches of rain was routine.
So, why the fear?
Frustrated at this huge disappointment and in need of bolstering the fear factor, MSM fabricated a whole new definition for dying tropical storms in order to excuse their blunder, “Post-Tropical Cyclone.” Cyclones, however, being peculiar to the southern half of the earth.
Hurricane? Not so much.
So went this round of manufactured fear, slowly petering out in the Pacific like a Blue State mask mandate.
The US media immediately returned to terrorizing a former president while fully covering up for the impeachable crimes of the current one.
This short parable of fear thus inspired to action is of small consequence. However, the irrational stupidity that pawned it is not.
But before we look in part at the fear machine of Corona past applied to the regeneration of the fear of alleged Corona present might it not be a good idea to attempt to quantify stupidity and open that definition to discussion or expansion?
Defining Modern Stupidity
In an open attempt at quantifying stupidity that so easily responds to fear perhaps reducing it to an algebraic equation may be a good place to start the discussion: S= (I x A) m
Stupidity = Ignorance multiplied by Apathy exponentially multiplied by daily Media Propaganda.
In a previous article on ignorance penned just prior to my departure to Ukraine in March 2022, “The Ignorance of War,” I examined this subset of stupidity and exposed it as a lack of personal desire for education so extreme that most people were more willing to cast aside friendships rather than accept any additional information beyond their singular MSM offerings.
Regarding apathy, in a 2017 article, “What Rats Say About Americans,” I presented clinical studies that used rats to posit that apathy was related to junk food, resultant obesity and therefore personal disinterest in self-preservation.
Anyone observing the plethora of “Puddings in Heals” of “Bloated Blancmanges” waddling about US and UK streets would attest to this prerequisite.
Of course, after the lies and the cover-up of the 2020 election, the Biden family influence peddling operation (reported in a series by the author) and the worldwide Covid-19 scam, three years hence one might think that MSM and alternative media credibility would now be challenged by the awakened now asking some very important questions.
Au Contraire.

These, and the quotes below are the exact words of former Covid times UK Health Minister Matt Hancock and his conspirators in the UK ministries as leaked by Isabel Oakeshott. Hired to ghostwrite a book highlighting Hancock’s successes, instead, Oakeshott was aghast at what she read when provided access to over 100,000 WhatsApp texts between Hancock and his other disciples of fear.
Hancock, it must be noted, had zero prior experience in health care.
His texts are not conjecture. They are fact.
Thanks to Isabel Oakeshott, who violated her non-disclosure agreement due to conscience, we now know that schools were closed, children masked, families and friends separated, visitors kept out of care homes and quarantine periods prolonged, less because of “science” and more for political convenience.
Released by the UK newspaper “The Telegraph” in a multi-part series titled “Project Fear” Hancock’s own words prove that, when not shagging anyone other than his wife (sans social distancing) he was far busier shagging the UK public. His weapon of choice: Fear, ignorance, public apathy, the media, and public stupidity.
Oh, and fear they did.
When the Alpha (previously “Kent”) variant started spreading in December 2020, many were already scared. Hancock on Dec 13 told his adviser that “we [can] frighten the pants of [sic] everyone with the new strain.” And questioned, “When do we deploy the new variant”.
Five days later, Boris Johnson cancelled Christmas.
By text, the UK Cabinet Secretary told Hancock early in the third lockdown that “the fear/guilt factor” was “crucial” in keeping restrictions in place, if not going further. Cabinet Secretary Simon Case also told Hancock that the Nightingale hospitals would be full within days. The Telegraph’s data editor Michael Simmons pointed out that Nightingale admissions peaked at 57 a day (capacity 4,000 beds). But the corporations providing these tents and services reaped millions. Thanks to fear.
Chief scientific adviser Patrick Vallance told Hancock that it wasn’t a bad idea for him to “suck up [a] miserable interpretation” of case numbers in front of the public, and then “over-deliver.”
The two ministers were joined at the hip over lockdowns right throughout the pandemic. Texts show Hancock asking MP Michael Gove before a cabinet meeting “What are we trying to achieve?” Gove replied: “Letting people express concerns in a therapeutic environment before you and I decided the policy”.
To this: “You are glorious”, replied Hancock in approval.
A week later Gove texted Hancock on the first anniversary of the lockdown, telling him “U r a hero. Never forget it.” Ignoring his wife and his concubine, Hancock added later that night on May 26, 2021 “I you.”
There are many more texts in the same vein.
In a commentary by “The Spectator” author Fraser Nelson writes:
“The tone of these messages matters. The idea of giving “marching orders” to police, to arrest members of the public for going about normal life, did not seem to make them at all uncomfortable. We see Simon Case, the Cabinet Secretary, laughing at how they will lock up people who come off flights and saying he wishes he could see the faces of those about to be incarcerated. We see them talking about fear as a legitimate government tool, to be dialed up or down – and discussing how useful it is to the government that people should be scared.” [emph.added]
With lead roles played in the drama by Hancock, Chief Medical Officer Chris Whitty, and Welsh minister Mark Drakeford, (all unelected bureaucrats) and their soul-selling allegiance to Big Pharma, the UK public stupidly rolled up their sleeves for an untested and rushed to market vaccine that as of late has killed and/or maimed millions and has been outlawed in many educated countries as a result.
The UK and US governments’ own statistics clearly reflect this horror as do the actuarial studies by insurance companies paying death benefit claims in amounts never before recorded.
Although America has not benefited from internal leaks by its own co-conspirators across the pond, with the many lies of COVID-19 having been thoroughly debunked by solid investigative journalists and a brace of Nobel Prize winners, here in the “Land of the Exceptional” the educated might fill in the names of Fauci, Collins, Birx, Wallensky, Redfield etc. al.
The best link to the UK use of fear rather than science and the above-mentioned US rouges gallery is best found in the book by world-renowned US epidemiologist Scott Atlas. In, “A Plague Upon Our House: My Fight at the Trump White House to Stop COVID from Destroying America,” Atlas, who was brought in far too late in the saga by Trump- and who quit in frustration- provides behind the scene details to the educated that show the and false nature of the “Settled Science” provided to the media by these American liars.
Proving Atlas’ contentions were the results in Florida which, without a lockdown or masks did better than the most draconian state in the nation, California. Atlas highlights Gov. Ron DeSantis contacting him multiple times as he continued to educate himself as governor before applying new laws. Laws that worked without overreach.
De Santis was not predisposed to stupidity. Instead, he was a champion of personal education. The statistics don’t lie. He and Atlas were absolutely correct.
So…three years later, how is it that today mass murderer Anthony Fauci can walk the slick marble floors of Georgetown University and not fracture a hip or break a wrist or two after slipping violently on the collective spittle cast at his feet in retribution and disgust?
Stupidity.
Corona Rising?
With the Biden regime now threatening new lockdowns, mask mandates and a new untested vaccine perhaps, today, the uninformed would do well to consider- at least- this month’s revelations regarding the reality of Corona-past applied to the villains present.
It has been reported that Fauci, Collins and others reaped more than $300 million from the royalties on some of the drugs they mandated on the world.
One drug, forced on the ignorant was Remdesivir. This became possible only after Fauci and the media rebranded the 2015 Nobel Prize-winning – and proven very effective against Covid-19 – drug Ivermectin as “horse paste.” Despite being used by humans for decades this lie alone allowed for an Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the untested MRNA vaccines.
The same media lie was true in branding Hydroxychloroquine as “Ineffective,” since it had been used regularly as an anti-malarial taken weekly across Africa for decades as well. Strangely, the African nations had some of the lowest rates of Covid mortality recorded.
Thanks to Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s extraordinarily well-researched book, “The Real Anthony Fauci,” the educated know that Remdesivir- the mandated by Fauci substitute for both these two very effective drugs- is a barbaric and utterly ineffective drug that directly contributed to the high mortality rate of Covid patients in the Western nations. And, that Fauci knew this after forcing it on patients from AIDS to SARS previously.
The FDA’s role in this outrage, as a bona fide part of this conspiracy, came under fire this week. Judge Don Willett, writing for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, in a unanimous opinion joined by U.S. Circuit Judges Edith Brown Clement and Jennifer Walker Elrod, regarding the FDA making Ivermectin illegal for use by doctors at the most important time, stated:
“FDA can inform, but it has identified no authority allowing it to recommend consumers ‘stop’ taking medicine.”
Previously, U.S. District Judge Jeffrey Brown ruled against the doctors in 2022, finding that doctors had not proven an exception to sovereign immunity and that there was every indication the FDA acted outside of the authority conferred by the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
The appellate court further lambasted Brown’s absurd opinion, adding;
“Nothing in the [FDA] Act’s plain text authorizes FDA to issue medical advice or recommendations.”
Dr. Robert Apter, one of the plaintiffs, called the ruling “a big win for doctors and for patients!”
Indeed. But where was that ruling three years ago?
It should be added to this ruling regarding US administrative overreach that the CDC, unlike the FDA is not a federal agency but a private corporation maintained by a staggering amount of public US funding.
This week came, unsurprisingly, the revelations that The “UK intelligence community” worked with a government unit that monitored and removed dissent on social media.
Following the advent of many lawsuits filed by U.S. military officers who lost all their retirement benefits after being dishonourably discharged for being educated and refusing the vaccines, Humetrix Cloud Services was contracted by the U.S. military to analyze vaccine data. In part, the company performed a fresh analysis as authorities considered in 2021 whether COVID-19 vaccine boosters were necessary amid studies finding waning vaccine effectiveness.
Humetrix researchers found that the proportion of total COVID-19 cases among seniors was increasingly comprised of vaccinated people.
Results from Australia show a substantially similar cause and effect. Death.
These reports are made worse by the CDC’s recent admissions that the vaccine; 1) does not prevent communicability between the vaccinated and, 2) also does not prevent the recipient from contracting COVID-19.
Really?
Pre-COVID-19, by definition, any vaccine was required to do both.
Release the New… Corona?
We have suddenly been told that a new Corona variant again threatens our very existence in the form of the new EG.5 or Eris variant. Even though flu-like viruses regularly mutate and that this change actually fortifies the human immune system through “natural immunity,” this weekend came the news that in Los Angeles Fauci disciple Barbara Ferrer called for and is forewarning of another Mask mandate.
Said Ferrer, apparently longing for the good old days of being all-powerful in the face of stupidity:
“I’m not going to say, there’s never going to be a time when we might need to all put our masks back on.”
Ferrer is, of course, unelected.

I fly often. I did so before, during and after Covid-19 made plane travel even more unenjoyable. From what I have seen already media fear is working.
Walking my dogs before my departure I saw- I swear– a person driving by, windows rolled shut and fully masked up.
On the two legs of the flight, I witnessed the increased number of people who had also dutifully masked up.
After four years of authoritarian results and a year of factual science and the courts destroying the “fear”narrative, this should be shocking. Obviously, these people were willfully ignorant as to the real news and true science but were too apathetic to look for that news, and had decided to allow their minds to remain beholden to the siren’s song of the collective media.
Hence, fear had gripped them. Again.
However, by definition and the one cursory algebraic equation as referenced above these poor souls were actually infected with a far more terminal disease, a disease rapidly enveloping, nay, destroying the lives of the educated here on Earth. That terminal disease:
Stupidity!

Am 24. Juli 2023 flatterte dem erwerbstätigen Rentner Kay Strathus aus Düsseldorf ein Strafbefehl des Amtsgerichts ins Haus. Sein Verbrechen, für das er eine Strafe von 3.500 Euro auferlegt bekommt: Billigung von Straftaten nach § 140 Nr. 2 StGB. Mit diesem Paragraphen geht die Staatsmacht in Person des Staatsanwalts seit anderthalb Jahren gegen Personen vor, die sich wagen, in Frage zu stellen, ob die russische Militärintervention in der Ukraine in Bausch und Bogen als Aggression verurteilt werden muss oder kann.
Damit Billigung einer Straftat rauskommen soll, muss der Staatsanwalt zu einem Trick greifen. Er behauptet: „Sie wussten ebenfalls, dass der vorgenannte Krieg Russlands ein Verbrechen der Aggression nach § 13 des Völkerstrafgesetzbuches darstellt.“ Mit diesem Trick begibt er sich allerdings aus mehrerlei Gründen auf dünnes Eis. Falls er dies weiß, spekuliert er vielleicht darauf, dass es ausreicht, wenn Regierung und Medien im Dauerfeuer den „unprovozierten, illegalen, menschenverachtenden Angriffskrieg Russlands“ betonen.
Aber weder Regierung noch Medien sind autorisiert, dies festzustellen; ihre Aussagen sind nicht mehr und nicht weniger als Meinungen. Der UN-Sicherheitsrat, die einzige Institution, die dies völkerrechtlich verbindlich feststellen könnte, ist nicht in der Lage, dies zu tun. Eine Feststellung müsste, wenn es mit rechten Dingen zugehen soll, von einem deutschen Gericht erfolgen – aufgrund von Gutachten von Fachleuten -, bevor es den „Delinquenten“ verurteilen kann. Und das wäre dann schon wieder schwierig, weil dieser das Urteil des Gerichts ja nicht wissen konnte, als er in die Diskussion eingestiegen ist.
Bei der Diskussion, ob die Militärintervention Russlands in der Ukraine als Angriffskrieg zu werten ist oder nicht, handelt es sich um eine Debatte von allgemeiner Wichtigkeit für Deutschland, ja für die Welt. Und dass es sich um eine Diskussion handelt, in die der Staatsanwalt eingreifen möchte, die er verhindern möchte, gibt er selber zu: In der Facebook-Gruppe „Weimar around the World“ habe der Delinquent einen Text veröffentlicht, in dem er sich mit dem seit dem 24. Februar 2022 von der Russischen Föderation gegen die Ukraine geführten Krieg auseinandersetzte (Hervorhebung durch die Autorin). Der Staatsanwalt moniert, dass der Beschuldigte dabei feststellte, dass Russland sich zu Recht auf Artikel 51 der UN-Charta berufen hat. Er selber hat aber offensichtlich nicht vor, auf die Frage des Artikels 51 näher einzugehen, ein weiterer Hinweis, dass die Staatsanwaltschaft eben gar nicht gegen die Billigung einer Straftat nach Völkerstrafrecht vorgehen möchte, sondern ihre Aufgabe darin sieht (möglicherweise aufgrund von Wünschen oder Vorgaben vorgesetzter Stellen im Innenministerium), eine Debatte von allgemeiner Wichtigkeit, die der Regierung nicht gefällt, zu unterbinden.
§ 140, auf den sich der Staatsanwalt so vertrauensselig beruft, hat aber einen Fallstrick parat, den der Staatsanwalt – bewusst? – übersieht. Die inkriminierte Behauptung, Russland habe sich zu Recht auf Artikel 51 der UN-Charta berufen, muss, um strafrechtsrelevant zu werden, „geeignet sein, den öffentlichen Frieden zu stören“. Auch hier geht der Staatsanwalt – wahrscheinlich absichtlich – nicht ins Detail. Wie und wo kann durch eine öffentlich geführte Debatte der öffentliche Frieden gestört werden? Reicht es dem Gericht, das den Strafbefehl ja ausstellen musste, wenn dies einfach behauptet wird? Wird durch die Unterbindung einer – wichtigen – Debatte nicht der öffentliche Frieden viel empfindlicher gestört? Und kann man den öffentlichen Frieden in einer geschlossenen Facebook-Runde stören? In einer Diskussion, an der keine zehn Leute teilnehmen? Fällt das Posting in einer geschlossenen Facebook-Gruppe unter „Verbreiten eines Inhalts?
Das Eis für den Staatsanwalt ist dünn und wird immer dünner! Kommen wir nochmals auf diesen Satz zurück: „Sie wussten ebenfalls, dass der vorgenannte Krieg Russlands ein Verbrechen der Aggression nach § 13 des Völkerstrafgesetzbuches darstellt.“ Hmmm! Das war möglicherweise ein Schnellschuss, der nach hinten losgehen könnte. Denn es lohnt sich bei Gesetzen immer, nicht nur den eigentlichen Paragraphen zu lesen, sondern doch auch nachzusehen, wie der Geltungsbereich konkret aussieht. Und da lesen wir: § 1 Anwendungsbereich Dieses Gesetz gilt für alle in ihm bezeichneten Straftaten gegen das Völkerrecht, für Taten nach den §§ 6 bis 12 auch dann, wenn die Tat im Ausland begangen wurde und keinen Bezug zum Inland aufweist. Für Taten nach § 13, die im Ausland begangen wurden, gilt dieses Gesetz unabhängig vom Recht des Tatorts, wenn der Täter Deutscher ist oder die Tat sich gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland richtet.
Bei einem Krieg oder eine Militärintervention, die sich nicht gegen die Bundesrepublik Deutschland richtet, tritt § 13 also nur in Kraft, wenn der Täter Deutscher ist. Das heißt, nach § 13 gibt es gar kein Delikt, das ein armer Diskutant hätte billigen können. Für den Staatsanwalt ist das zugegebenermaßen eine verzwickte Situation. Wäre die russische Militäroperation tatsächlich eine Aggression, dann könnte der Herr Staatsanwalt weder den Herrn Putin noch den Billiger des Krieges verfolgen. Er muss also darauf spekulieren, dass der Richter und auch die Öffentlichkeit das deutsche Völkerstrafrecht nicht kennt.
Ein kleiner Exkurs sollte hier erlaubt sein. Hat der deutsche Gesetzgeber da so gepatzt, dass man Verbrecher, die des übelsten aller Verbrechen, der Mutter aller Verbrechen geziehen werden, nicht verfolgt werden können? Die Antwort ist ja und nein. Er hat nicht gepatzt, aber er war sich wohl sehr klar darüber, dass in den überwiegenden, wenn nicht sogar in allen Fällen, der Täter ein wichtiger Verbündeter, der wichtigste Verbündete überhaupt sein würde.
Die bundesdeutsche Justiz wollte nicht in die Verlegenheit kommen, einen US-amerikanischen Präsidenten anklagen zu müssen. Daher die Verschwurbelung, die, wenn nicht der Kanzler oder die Kanzlerin einen Akt der Aggression begeht, dazu führt, dass der § 13 ein zahnloser Tiger ist.
Es gibt aber noch ein weiteres Problem, das im Hintergrund lauert: Wenn nämlich Russland Artikel 51 der Charta zu Recht für sich in Anspruch nehmen kann, dann, ja dann könnte der dringende Verdacht auftauchen, dass der deutsche Kanzler mit seinen Waffenlieferungen und mit den sowieso völkerrechtswidrigen Sanktionen zumindest Beihilfe zu einer Aggression leistet. Spielt da die Tatsache eine Rolle, dass Deutschland, die USA und die Nato die Kriegsziele benennen und bekräftigen und wiederholen? Könnte das ein Hinweis darauf sein, dass es sich doch um einen Stellvertreterkrieg handelt und die ukrainischen Soldaten ihr Leben verlieren für die Kriegsziele der anderen?
Und wenn wir schon einmal dabei sind, nehmen wir doch auch einmal die Aktivitäten der vorhergehenden Kanzlerin unter die Lupe. Wir finden nämlich, dass der § 13 auch „sonstige Angriffshandlungen“ aufführt, die ebenfalls schon als Versuch strafbar sind: „(2) Wer einen Angriffskrieg oder eine sonstige Angriffshandlung im Sinne des Absatzes 1 plant, vorbereitet oder einleitet, wird mit lebenslanger Freiheitsstrafe oder mit Freiheitsstrafe nicht unter zehn Jahren bestraft.“
Könnte eine „sonstige Angriffshandlung“ möglicherweise der Dauerbeschuss des Donbas seit 2014 sein? Könnte es sein, dass die erklärtermaßen vorsätzlich hintertriebene Umsetzung von Minsk 2, auch um Zeit zu gewinnen, die Ukraine aufzurüsten, eine sonstige Angriffshandlung war, weil damit der Dauerbeschuss des Donbas erst ermöglicht wurde, der doch durch Minsk 2 beendet werden sollte? Ist die vorsätzliche Nichtbeendigung einer Aggression keine Angriffshandlung? Ich bin keine Juristin, aber solche Gedanken könnten einem kommen!
Kommen wir zum Strafbefehl zurück. Es drängt sich der Verdacht auf, dass die Regierung via Staatsanwaltschaft in einer innenpolitischen Situation, in der zwar die Medien, das politische Personal und Großteile der grünen Anhänger mit dem Ruf nach immer mehr Waffen und der Proklamation des Ziels, Russland in die Knie zu zwingen, die mediale Debatte dominieren, die Bevölkerung aber bei der mehrheitlichen Ablehnung von Waffenlieferungen bleibt und stattdessen von der Regierung Friedensinitiativen wünscht, den Bereich des Diskutierbaren einschränken möchte?
Dazu passt, dass der Kanzler die Friedenstaubenträger als „gefallene Engel aus der Hölle“ bezeichnet und sie damit aus der „Gemeinschaft der Heiligen“ ausschließen möchte.
Sind also die Aktivitäten der diversen Staatsanwaltschaften die Vorboten der Inquisition?
Dazu passt auch, dass der Verfassungsschutz, den Reinhard Gehlen 1950 nach dem Vorbild der Gestapo aufgebaut hat, die sog. Delegitimierung des Staates beobachten soll. Sie meinen damit natürlich nicht, dass man den Staat delegitimiert, sondern – ganz im Sinne von „l’état c’est moi“ – Regierung, Staatsschutz oder Justiz kritisiert.

P.P.S.: Der Staatsanwalt wurde mit großer Wahrscheinlichkeit nicht selbständig aktiv, denn er ist aus Düsseldorf und die geschlossene Gruppe „Weimar around the World“ bezieht sich auf Weimar. Folglich kann man annehmen, dass eine Person dieser Gruppe Kay S. bei der Staatsanwaltschaft angezeigt hat. In gleichem Tempo wie der Russenhass nahm und nimmt die Blockwartstätigkeit zu.

As usual, despite failure, the Ukrainian authorities are eager to claim success, in order to protract Western support. Kleshcheevka is a village (512 inhabitants in peacetime), about 10 km southwest of downtown Bakhmut, Donetsk People’s Republic. In the ambition to seize back the city, the Atlanticist forces are attacking the village for three months.
On September 14 already, Ukrainian deputy defense minister Hanna Maliar announced the conquest of Kleshcheevka, but the 3rd assault brigade, formation within the regular army of Nazi Azov organization, denied that.
A video surfaces on September 17, 2023, is showing Atlanticist fighters with flags, near a church, at the center of the former village, now in ruins. Nice picture, but the Ukrainian staff does not confirm its control. Volodymyr Zelenskyy claims it later, but is always lying. Kleshcheevka is still a battlefield.

Nachdem gesundheitliche Probleme, deren Zusammenhang mit mRNA-Spritzen natürlich rein spekulativ ist, mein politisches Engagement fast ein Jahr lang auf die Rolle eines „Schreibtischtäters“ reduziert haben, wollte ich am gestrigen Samstag endlich wieder einmal zu einer Demonstration fahren. Ich entschied mich gegen Magdeburg, wo ich – zumindest den späteren Berichten freier Medien zufolge – auf dem Domplatz inmitten von tausenden Demokraten und Patrioten ein großes Freiheits- und Friedensfest hätte miterleben können. Stattdessen fuhr ich zum „Herbsterwachen“ nach Göttingen, weil mir nach den Medienberichten im Vorfeld klar war, dass die Opposition auf diesem für sie schwierigen Pflaster jeden zusätzlichen Teilnehmer dringend brauchen würde. Diese Einschätzung erwies sich als richtig, aber trotzdem hinterließen die äußeren Umstände dieser Demonstration bei mir ein bleibendes Gefühl von Entsetzen über den Zustand der politischen Kultur in der Bundesrepublik des Jahres 2023.
Es muss betont werden, dass bei der Auftaktkundgebung des „Herbsterwachens“ vor dem Göttinger Bahnhof keinerlei „rechte“ Symbolik zu sehen war – nicht einmal von der AfD. Auch in den Redebeiträgen war nichts zu vernehmen, was man auch nur andeutungsweise als „rechtsextrem“ deuten könnte, wenn man nicht als linker Inquisitor etwa das Wort „Souveränität“ zwanghaft in einem solchen Sinne missverstehen würde. Man kann die Intention des „Herbsterwachens“, die gegen Ende der Auftaktkundgebung in zehn Thesen zusammengefasst wurde, als „radikaldemokratisch“, aber eben als uneingeschränkt demokratisch beschreiben. Auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, am Göttinger Wall, fand gleichzeitig eine lautstarke Gegenkundgebung statt, auf der unter anderem die Göttinger Oberbürgermeisterin sprach. Ich habe ihre Rede nicht gehört und unterstelle ihr deshalb auch keine Hetze, aber es heißt schon in der Bibel: „An ihren Früchten also werdet ihr sie erkennen.“ Die „Früchte“ dieser Gegenkundgebung bestanden offensichtlich darin, dass sich schon gegen Ende der Auftaktkundgebung des „Herbsterwachens“ auf der anderen Straßenseite ein Mob mit hassverzerrten Gesichtern befand, der sich ohne Polizeiabsperrung sehr wahrscheinlich hemmungslos auf die Demokraten gestürzt hätte. Ich sah dort in der realen Welt genau jene Zeitgenossen, die in Internet-Diskussionen jeden Andersdenkenden als „Hater“ diffamieren und dabei gar nicht mehr bemerken, dass sie selbst von Hass regelrecht zerfressen sind.
Entsetzliche äußere Atmosphäre
Die Oppositionellen zeigten, trotz einer leider offensichtlichen Unterzahl, Mut und begannen nach der Kundgebung mit dem geplanten Aufzug. Gewaltige Trommelwirbel übertönten den Lärm der der Gegendemonstranten und hoben das Selbstbewusstsein der Demokraten. Beim gelegentlichen Zurückschauen stellte ich fest, dass der Demonstrationszug eine nicht geringe Länge angenommen hatte, weil sich ihm offenbar eine Reihe von Menschen vor dem Bahnhof spontan angeschlossen hatte. Ich schätze die Teilnehmerzahl – im Gegensatz zu den offiziellen Verlautbarungen von etwas über 400 Personen – auf knapp über 1.000 Demonstranten, was für die linksgrüne Hochburg Göttingen alles andere als schlecht ist. Dennoch war die äußere Atmosphäre entsetzlich. Hier muss zum besseren Verständnis zunächst die Topographie des Schauplatzes beschrieben werden: Die Göttinger Innenstadt ist vom alten Stadtwall umgeben, auf dem man den Stadtkern zu Fuß umrunden kann. Noch weiter außen liegt die Ringstraße, auf der sich der Demonstrationszug zunächst bewegte.
Auf dem Wall sah man viele Gestalten mit hasserfüllten Gesichtern und Gesten stehen. Andere liefen dort parallel zum Demonstrationszug, während Polizisten zwischen beiden Parteien am Straßenrand in dieselbe Richtung rannten, um jeweils an der nächsten Einmündung einer aus der Innenstadt auf den Ring führenden Straße eine Blockade zu verhindern. Einige Male funktionierte dies, aber dann musste der Demonstrationszug anhalten, kurz bevor er eigentlich in die Innenstadt einbiegen wollte. Etwa 200 Meter vor mir brach auf der blockierten Kreuzung plötzlich ein Feuer aus, das schnell gewaltige Ausmaße annahm und eine Rauchsäule über der Stadt erzeugte. Der Demonstrationszug wurde von der Polizei in eine Nebenstraße dirigiert, um vorgeblich die Blockade zu umgehen. Da ich hier schnell die Gefahr einer „Einkesselung“ erkannte und mich nicht an eventuellen Straßenkämpfen beteiligen wollte, schlich ich mich vorsichtig nach hinten aus dem Zug heraus.
Massenaufgebot der Polizei
Dies erwies sich als sehr richtig, denn es fand nach Augenzeugenberichten zu diesem Zeitpunkt tatsächlich ein Frontalangriff fanatischer Irrer auf die Spitze des Demonstrationszuges statt, den die Polizei nur mit äußerster Mühe stoppen konnte. Durch meinen Rückzug hatte ich die Gelegenheit, mich zu der blockierten Kreuzung zu begeben, wo die Feuerwehr den Brand inzwischen gelöscht hatte. Auf der Straße lag ein rauchender Trümmerhaufen. Daneben hatte die Polizei einen Kessel gebildet, in dem sie etwa 100 Chaoten vorläufig festhielt. Dafür ist den Polizisten zwar Respekt zu zollen, aber zu einer Fortsetzung des Demonstrationszuges auf der eigentlich vorgesehenen Strecke war sie trotz eines an Bürgerkriegszustände erinnernden Massenaufgebotes anscheinend weder willens noch in der Lage. Das Chaos löste sich anscheinend in der Folgezeit nach und nach auf, während ich über eine menschenleere Ringstraße zurück zum Bahnhof spazierte und mich dort in den ersten Zug Richtung Wolfsburg stürzte.
Während dieser Zugfahrt las ich im Internet erste Berichte von Regionalzeitungen (siehe hier oder hier) über die Ereignisse. Sie hatten den menschenverachtenden Tonfall von Mainstream-Kriegsberichten aus der Ukraine: Anscheinend hatte in Göttingen eine glorreiche Schlacht stattgefunden, in der – 78 Jahre nach Ende des Zweiten Weltkrieges – nun endlich die „Nazis“ besiegt worden waren. In Wirklichkeit muss man hier von einer Schande für Göttingen sprechen. Schon in den Vortagen war offenbar die ganze Stadt gegen eine demokratische Demonstration aufgehetzt worden. Bei der sogenannten Gegenkundgebung wurde unter Anwesenheit der Oberbürgermeisterin dann ein Hass geschürt, der einen rasenden Mob erzeugte. Den Schlusspunkt bildeten offene Gewaltbereitschaft gegen Andersdenkende und ein Großbrand im Stadtzentrum, der sehr leicht auf Gebäude hätte übergreifen können. Worte waren zu Waffen geworden, und es war vielleicht nur glücklichen Umständen zu verdanken, dass durch diese Waffen kein Mensch ernsthaft zu Schaden kam.
Linksfaschisten in Reinkultur
Von den für die unsägliche Gegendemonstration Verantwortlichen kann man SPD und Grünen als Parteien noch mildernde Umstände zubilligen. Für die Oberbürgermeisterin gilt dies indes genauso wenig wie für den DGB, dessen Vertreter schon im Vorfeld zu Blockaden und damit zu einer Missachtung des Versammlungsrechtes aufriefen. Gewerkschaftler hätten in Zeiten von sozialer Ausgrenzung und stetig wachsender Armut eigentlich besseres zu tun, als im Zeichen einer pseudolinken Ideologie gegen Demokraten zu kämpfen. Für die Gewalttäter von Göttingen ist übrigens „Antifa“ die völlig falsche Bezeichnung. Es handelt sich nämlich bei ihnen offensichtlich um Faschisten in Reinkultur, was sich auch schon äußerlich an ihrer schwarzen Bekleidung im Stile der „Schwarzhemden“ Benito Mussolinis zeigt, um hier nicht noch auf eine ganz andere Analogie hinzuweisen.
Eine tiefergehende Analyse unter dem unmittelbaren Eindruck der Ereignisse muss zwangsläufig vorläufig und unvollständig bleiben. Die Schande von Göttingen ist jedenfalls kein isoliertes Ereignis, sondern das Ergebnis einer von Staatsparteien und Mainstream-Medien in den letzten Jahren gezielt ausgeführten und leider vielfach erfolgreichen Verhetzung großer Teile der deutschen Bevölkerung. Die „Brandmauer“, die es in der Tat gegen Unmenschlichkeit geben müsste, zerfällt immer weiter: Hetze gegen Demokraten wie die „Querdenker“, die Erklärung „Ungeimpfter“ zu Menschen minderen Ranges, Polizeigewalt und Gesinnungsjustiz sind genauso Bestandteile dieser schrecklichen Entwicklung wie die offiziell Berichterstattung zum Ukraine-Krieg, die das sinnlose Hinschlachten des ukrainischen Volkes im Sinne „westlicher Werte“ enthusiastisch bejubelt. Zu den Schreckensmeldungen des 16. September gehörte auch die Nachricht, dass NATO-Generalsekretär Jens Stoltenberg eine Opferzahl von 500-000 Menschen auf Seiten der Ukraine indirekt bestätigt und gerechtfertigt hat. Menschenleben scheinen im Weltbild unseres polit-medialen Machtkomplexes immer weniger wert zu sein.
Spätestens 2025 droht Alptraum politischer Gewalt
An tägliche Berichte über immer grausamere – und gleichzeitig immer sinnlosere – Bluttaten inmitten unserer Gesellschaft haben wir uns inzwischen gewöhnt: Kinder bringen Kinder um, Kinder werden zum Objekt gewalttätiger Sexualität von Erwachsenen, und kaum noch jemand regt sich wirklich darüber auf. Vielleicht ist diese zunehmenden Abstumpfung sogar gewollt. Auch hier produzierte der 16. September neue Meldungen, die – wenn überhaupt – in den Nachrichten nur noch weit hinten erscheinen: Eine brutale, anlasslose Massenschlägerei am helllichten Tage in der Lübecker Innenstadt, wilde Randale im Außenbereich eines Dresdener Restaurants, die von den vorbeigehenden Passanten kaum zur Kenntnis genommen wurde, und schließlich eine neuerliche Schlacht des eritreischen Bürgerkrieges in Stuttgart. Es sind nicht „die Migranten“, welche die Schuld an solchen Eskalationen tragen, aber die im Zuge unkontrollierter Masseneinwanderung stetig zunehmende ethno-religiöse Fragmentierung unserer Gesellschaft wirkt trotzdem beschleunigend auf die sich immer weiter abwärts drehende Gewaltspirale ein.
Die Gewalt von Göttingen hatte eindeutig politische Ursachen und ist deshalb vor allem als politisches Problem zu sehen. Zum ersten Mal hatte ich dabei in den politischen Krisen unserer Zeit das ungute Gefühl, tatsächlich eine Wiederkehr „Weimarer Verhältnisse“ zu erleben. Die Geschichte wiederholt sich nicht, und allein schon aus diesem Grund werden Rotfront und SA nicht wieder von den Toten auferstehen. Dass es aber in der Zukunft erneut politische „Kampfverbände“ geben könnte, die sich auf unseren Straßen und in Versammlungssälen blutig bekriegen, halte ich nicht mehr für ausgeschlossen. Zu gewaltbereiten Links- und Rechtsextremisten würden sich dann Klimaradikale, Islamisten und wohl auch Ethno-Nationalisten aus aller Herren Ländern hinzugesellen und sich einen Bürgerkrieg mit einer unübersehbaren Gemengelage liefern. Spätestens der Bundestagswahlkampf 2025 könnte zu einem Alptraum der politischen Gewalt werden.
Die Opposition hat Würde bewahrt
Dazu kommt noch eine weitere beängstigende Erkenntnis aus der Schande von Göttingen: Wenn politische Auseinandersetzungen unter solchen Umständen stattfinden, dann wird fast zwangsläufig der friedliche Demokrat erst zum Dummen und dann zum Opfer, das die Polizei irgendwann auch nicht mehr schützen kann. Gewalt ist keine Lösung, und ich lasse hier keinen Zweifel daran, dass ich Gewalt als Mittel der Politik eindeutig ablehne. Es kann aber leider ein Punkt erreicht werden, an dem die Bereitschaft zur Gegengewalt im Interesse des schieren Überlebens zur Notwendigkeit wird. Wenn aber auch bei den Demokraten dieser Punkt erreicht wird, sind die Grundlagen unseres zivilen Staats endgültig zerstört. Deshalb muss die Opposition aus meiner Sicht jetzt friedlich bleiben, so schwer es ihr auch fallen mag. Auf irgendeine Weise kann man vielleicht sogar hasserfüllten Menschen, die von politischen Gegnern zu Feinden geworden sind, eine entscheidende Erkenntnis vermitteln: Man kann zur Wahrung eigener Freiheitsrechte kaum etwas Besseres tun, als genau diese Rechte für Andersdenkende zu fordern.
Zum Schluss noch ein hoffnungsvoller Gedanke: Kurz bevor sich in Göttingen die Spirale aus Hetze, Hass und Gewalt verhängnisvoll zu drehen begann, saß ich auf dem Marktplatz der Stadt in einem Café und nahm eine Atmosphäre des Friedens jenseits allen politischen Fanatismus wahr. In dieser Atmosphäre lebt immer noch die Mehrheit der Menschen in unserem Land. Diese Menschen sind weder Fanatiker noch Freaks, und sie wünschen sich kaum etwas anderes als Normalität. Dass die Göttinger Linksradikalen mit allen Mitteln verhindern wollten, dass der Demonstrationszug der Demokraten durch die Innenstadt ziehen konnte, hatte einen guten Grund: Wenn dies gelungen wäre, hätte sich nämlich unter Umständen die Stimmung gewandelt – weil die „normalen“ Menschen schnell begriffen hätte, welches Lager hier wirklich friedlich, tolerant und demokratisch ist und deshalb auf ihrer Seite steht. Auf einem solchen Stimmungswandel der Mehrheit beruht unsere Hoffnung, und nicht auf Gewalt. Selbst viele aufgehetzte Fanatiker könnten sehr schnell ihre Position wechseln, wenn sie unmittelbar erleben, dass die von ihnen vertretene Destruktionspolitik ihnen selbst schweren Schaden zufügt. Das Gute an der Schande von Göttingen ist, dass die demokratische Opposition unter schwierigsten Bedingungen standgehalten und ihre Würde bewahrt hat. Damit wurde im besten Sinne des Wortes „ein Zeichen gesetzt“, das Spielraum für eine gewisse Hoffnung bietet.

Some time after the signing of this agreement, AGAPE shipped its first ‘donation’ of medical devices to Shaoyang City in Hunan. I happened to be in Shanghai at the time and was watching a TV news program which included a segment on this first AGAPE donation of medical supplies, the container being opened in the presence of local medical officials and a TV news crew. The shipment included heart surgery kits, medical outfits, medical gloves, pledgets, adhesive tapes, waste bins, catheters, sutures, syringes, and other accessories. We watched while the Customs Officers and medical staff examined the contents of these containers. What we saw was appalling.
The donated “medical supplies” had been re-packed in old boxes bearing labels for foodstuffs, electronics, and even Coca Cola and KFC, many of which were soiled by mildew, oil, and dirt stains and emitted strong odors. All of the medicines, drugs, pharmaceuticals, were past (or long past) their safe-use dates. Carton after carton of syringes, bandages, sterile wrappings and similar items were all in packages that had been opened and were no longer sterile. It was easy, even on TV, to see that many of the syringes had been used, then replaced in their packages, and one could see the cockroaches crawling around inside the supposedly-sterile cartons. Catheters that were supposedly to be used for heart surgery, were clearly used, were in non-sterile packaging, and suitable only for discard. The disposable syringes contained a suspicious black fluid and had lost their sterility through exposure to the air, while reagents and disinfectants had leaked, contaminating other items.
The shipment contained hundreds of cartons of expired and damaged medical supplies, all clearly used and discarded, many boxes of second-hand medical equipment that also appeared used and damaged. There were as well perhaps 100 cartons of childrens’ medical supplies, all of which had clearly been used and most likely discarded as well. The many wheelchairs in the container were simply thrown into a heap, all clearly broken and unusable, many with broken wheels or no wheels at all. It was all rubbish.
Nevertheless, a bit later, yet another shipment arrived from the Foundation, (with a stated value of several hundred thousand dollars), this time entering Tianjin customs, with the same results. The shipment consisted of almost 1,000 cartons of expired and used disposable medical devices, non-sterile supplies where all the packaging was damaged and contents exposed to contamination, moldy and stained clothing and filthy, used surgical clothing. Customs inspectors found medical pipes that expired in 1998, dirty, mildewed sheets and used surgical gowns stained with blood. Many staff on the scene reported examining children’s and other clothing that was dirty, covered with blood, and otherwise damaged and soiled. It was apparent from watching on TV and was also the consensus of the medical authorities that this clothing was from people who died in accidents and hospitals, with evidence that much of the clothing had been rescued from dumpsters. The entire shipment was garbage. The government closed and locked the containers and returned them to the US. These “charitable donations” were such a shock the UK Guardian covered them in an article, stating, “Thousands of pounds of medical equipment donated to China will be returned to the US because it includes stained bedding, used surgical clothes and expired medical equipment.” The Chinese news media were understated, reporting simply that “three containers of donations sent to charitable organisations in Beijing and the northern provinces of Anhui and Hebei were found to be of “questionable quality” and would be sent back to the US.”
Not to be daunted, another shipment from AGAPE soon appeared in Anhui province, another nearly 1,000 cartons of used and expired medical material with a stated value of $115,000. A short while later, the City Health Bureau of Inner Mongolia received a large shipment of used, damaged and expired supplies, dirty old clothing “and other foreign garbage”. The cartons even contained old quilts covered in what appeared to be blood stains, used and stained gauze rolls and bandages, and filthy boxes that could have contained nothing but infectious bacteria. The shipment was also returned to the US. The Chinese media said, “The real situation of these donations was amazing.” By this time, the shipments contained such serious quality problems that China’s state council issued a warning notice on all shipments of medical supplies from the Foundation. After receipts of the shipments noted below, China’s State Inspection and Quarantine issued a total ban on anything originating from the AGAPE and LDS Foundations, and informed the US Embassy of this fact.
In Wuhan, the Hubei province Inspection and Quarantine Bureau was on the scene with various local medical and charitable personnel, as well as representatives from AGAPE, to welcome a donation of medical supplies which were to consist of cardiac surgery kits, syringes, reagents, wheelchairs, etc. The Foundation stated its donations to Hubei hospital were “to supply its open heart surgery mission” in the region. The beautifully understated Inspection report said, “Field test results were unexpected”. Unexpected, indeed. The entire contents of both shipments, ‘valued’ at several hundred thousand dollars, consisted of used and discarded wheelchairs missing wheels and other major parts, and cartons of expired medications. Another shipment of ‘medical equipment’ contained around 600 cartons in which the medications had all expired by the delivery date, some having expired almost 15 years prior. The balance of the shipment consisted of syringes in damaged packaging that was no longer sterile, others with an unknown dirty liquid, spider webs, mildewed and contaminated supplies, and used medical waste. The Inspection staff quarantined the shipment on the spot and ordered it immediately incinerated.
A short while later, the American LDS Foundation headquartered in Utah, a charitable arm of the Mormon Church, shipped another container to Wuhan, this one weighing ten tons and ‘valued’ at $360,000 (but valued for their tax deductions at $4 million), that authorities described as “the largest shipment of foreign medical waste in history”. And this was truly medical waste – used and discarded syringes, blood-stained bandages, damaged instruments, and worse. The shipment contained hundreds of cartons of expired medical supplies, used and damaged second-hand medical equipment, old and damaged rehabilitation equipment, used and non-sterile heart surgery kits, used and stained medical outfits, used medical gloves, pledgets, adhesive tapes, old medical waste bins, non-sterile catheters and sutures, and other accessories. Once again, all medications had expired prior to arrival in China, some having reached their expiration dates 15 years prior. The shipment contained not only expired and used supplies, but also used and discarded bedding and clothing that were filthy, much of it blood-stained, the remainder mildewed, torn and faded. Liquids had leaked everywhere, and all supplies were packed in dirty, used boxes which were stained with mildew, oil and other contaminants, making the containers appear to be garbage bins – which they were. Experts at Wuhan Medical University who examined the shipment contents, asserted they were simply a dumping of medical waste. The two loads were incinerated almost immediately after opening. The LDS Foundation claimed to have no knowledge of these events, but declined opportunities for media interviews. Following these American misadventures, the Chinese charities took legal action to sever their contracts with AGAPE, and China’s national government instituted a total ban on all non-factory shipments of medical equipment and supplies from the US and the West, with heavy fines for any violation.
After some investigation, medical authorities concluded that AGAPE had scoured the US for medical waste from sources scattered throughout the country, those sources then shipping their medical waste directly to China while AGAPE took the tax deductions for the claimed values. India reported similar issues of not only medical waste but electronic waste that was economically useless, could not be recycled, and was dangerous or expensive to destroy. India estimated at the time more than half of the small-scale waste products in the country had originated in the US and Europe, disposed of by shipping to India as ‘charitable donations’, a major portion of this product being potentially lethal medical waste. It was not only cheaper to ship these categories of garbage to China or India than to deal with them locally, but the Western charities profited hugely from these schemes since they could charge disposal fees to local US firms. In the case of electronic components, these charities could charge an American firm $20 to dispose of a PC or equivalent amount of computer trash, then ship it to a poor country for less than $2, and pocket the difference. A similar case was true for medical waste. In fact, such imports had been banned in China and other nations years earlier, but the huge profits made these collections and shipments too enticing for American charities to resist, resulting in a huge illegal market for the dumping of medical and other hazardous wastes.
A reporter informed us that AGAPE entered a figure of only $30,000 for the value of its first China “donation”, but claimed an air transport cost of $400,000 – even though the shipments were made by ocean container! AGAPE explained that the apparently low value of the goods in these shipments was due to their being priced “at cost”, and passing into China duty-free. Otherwise, they claimed, the “real” cost would have been many times higher. Then, in a surprising accounting maneuver which I don’t even pretend to understand, Brown claimed that $800,000 of total surgery costs in “Asia” would entail a much lesser expense for materials – perhaps only 10%, with the balance being transportation etc. Then, working backwards, he created an assumed cost for transportation (for the supposed $30,000 value of medical waste) of US$400,000, claiming this amount as a tax credit in keeping with his Foundation’s tax exempt status as a US charitable organisation. This scam was almost certainly done with the active participation, and quite possibly the encouragement, of the US State Department, since many of these so-called charities are primarily political NGOs fronting as something more innocent, many of them, like Bob Fu’s China Aid, having direct and open links to the White House.
These offensive practices imposed a significant financial burden on the other nations, since most of this hazardous waste was both dangerous and expensive to de-contaminate and destroy locally. The local Chinese charities suffered financially to the extent of millions of dollars by having to absorb port fees on shipments plus all logistics costs, tax and customs clearances, inspections and medications tests, and many other procedures, as well as the heavy costs of either returning the containers to the US or the local destruction of the contents. Even more, the Chinese charities paid the travel expenses of AGAPE and other US charity executives to China, including their airfares and hotel accommodation plus living expenses while in the country, all in anticipation of genuine medical donations. Of course, the Americans know nothing of this, since the US media censor all such stories and neither Google nor Bing seem to yet have discovered it. By contrast, Baidu serves up about 150,000 pages on this topic of AGAPE, the LDS and other American Charities and Foundations. When confronted with this mountain of appalling evidence, Ron Brown, director of the Agape Foundation, stated that “one of the containers had been delayed in shipment”, causing “some supplies to expire”. Brown asserted that local Chinese authorities had destroyed usable supplies along with expired ones, noting that the reasons behind this were “dubious”. When asked why the Chinese would refuse (and incinerate) donations of good medical supplies worth millions of dollars, Brown’s response was to say, “The key is that we reduced paying bribes to them.” Charming.

Let’s begin with a description of the practices of American food companies in the US, important to Chinese readers since these practices have already been exported to China and exist here. I’ll focus here only on meat production, the chickens and hamburgers you buy at KFC and McDonald’s. The Johns Hopkins Center and the Arizona State University in the US conducted a joint study a few years ago on drugs, chemicals and other contaminants in the US food chain, in this case dealing especially with poultry – the chicken you buy in the supermarket and at KFC. They found dozens of banned chemical substances in the chicken in supermarkets and fast-food outlets, in addition to bacteria that had become immune to antibiotics. Here is a brief explanation of American best practices in chicken production. This well-documented practice in the following paragraph was originally posted online by an unidentified commenter, but I have been unable to locate the author:
First, antibiotics are fed to chickens to stimulate their growth, then the poisonous arsenic compound Roxarsone, which is a proven carcinogenic, is added to the chickens’ feed to make the chicken flesh the right color of pink. But these chickens are bred in overcrowded and filthy factory farms where they experience a great deal of stress which makes their meat tough and not very tasty. So the chickens are fed Tylenol (a painkiller and relaxant), Benadryl (an antihistamine) and Prozac (an anti-depressant) to make them happy. But now that these chickens are happy and sedated, they want to sleep all the time and not eat and not grow fast enough, so the Americans give them high doses of caffeine to keep them awake all night and make them eat.
So, the American “best practice”, which the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) fervently encourages China to adopt, consists of this: first, we put the chickens into filthy, overcrowded and stressful conditions, then we drug them until they are numb and don’t know they are suffering, then we drug them again to wake them up, then we drug them again to make them eat and grow faster, then we drug them with more toxic chemicals so their skin is the right color, then we drug them again to prevent them from dying from all the other drugs and the diseases that fill their cages.
But it’s even better than this. What do you suppose the chickens eat, besides the drugs and caffeine? Well, the capitalist profit maximisation bible preaches that you cannot discard anything that might produce revenue, so American chickens are fed chicken and other animal excrement, ground-up animal parts, bones, feathers, blood, leather, dead cattle, and various diseased animal content. Normally a healthy chicken would die from such a diet, but this is the reason for all the drugs and antibiotics in the first place – to keep the chickens alive long enough to reach the supermarket where we ingest all these drugs that are still present. I will deal with American food safety in much detail in another article, but let’s continue to enjoy American chicken a while longer.
On September 16, 2012, Health author Kathy Freston, writing in the Huffington Post, made reference to a New York Times article which detailed that half of all chicken sold in the US was contaminated with fecal bacteria and feces. Freston began with the following observations:
“Millions of Americans are exposing themselves not just to the bacteria from a chicken’s intestinal tract, but to everything else that comes in chicken feces. So the Centers for Disease Control recommends extreme caution when handling raw chicken, which includes meticulously cleaning and sterilizing kitchen surfaces that are exposed to the meat. [Fecal bacteria] will cause most people to suffer cramps, diarrhea, nausea, and vomiting. Some people will spread the disease to their families, while others will experience severe blood and kidney problems which can lead to death. I’ve often wondered why we would want to eat something that is so toxic, so I decided to go to the study’s source and ask Dr. Neal Barnard for an explanation.”
Her article then quoted portions of her interview with Dr. Barnard. I’m including here a synopsis of Barnard’s comments and some direct quotes. Barnard stated:
“Fecal contamination on chicken meat (in the US) is surprisingly common. Chicken producers are required to inspect only one in every 22,000 carcasses, so consumers really have no way to know what they are buying and eating. If you eat chicken, you are eating chicken feces much of the time. The presence of E. coli (i.e. fecal) bacteria means feces is on or in the meat. We wanted people to understand that when they buy chicken, they are buying, chewing, and swallowing feces in about half the cases. You’re eating dung. Chicken feces may also contain roundworms, hair worms, tapeworms, insect larvae, fecally-excreted drugs and other chemicals, as well as the more normal constituents of feces — bile, undigested food, etc.”
When asked by Freston about purchasing organic foods in the US, Barnard replied by saying,

“Consumers might imagine that … “organic” products are safer, [but] our test results indicate these assumptions have no basis. The so-called “organic” brands were tainted with feces, too.Feces on meats occurs in all brands and all stores at surprisingly high levels. If you buy chicken and bring it into your home, you can easily contaminate your hands, knives, cutting boards, and kitchen surfaces and very soon you end up infecting yourself with these persistent germs.” Barnard’s comment on contamination bears some thought. He is saying that the feces and fecal bacteria on the chicken meat will be naturally spread to the kitchen surfaces and to anything the meat touches, contamination which will not be removed by simple washing, but that to ensure thorough disinfection, anything touching the chicken meat should be at least sterilised with boiling water. Barnard said further that his medical group had been trying for years to help consumers understand that chicken in America was bad, “And if it’s the feces that finally convince people to stop eating it, that’s good.”
On being asked how the feces got onto the chicken in the first place, Barnard replied, “Chickens are typically raised in crowded conditions, so it is easy for feces to spread from one bird to the next. In the transport boxes that carry them to the slaughterhouse, they spread feces even more. And in the slaughter line, the intestinal tract is mechanically ripped out of the body. So the chicken dung is splattering around, contaminating the equipment, the workers’ hands, and everything else. And then, right after slaughter, there’s the water bath. The part about the water bath is particularly eye-opening:” He went on to state that after the chickens are eviscerated, they are inserted into a water bath that is ostensibly for washing and cleaning the animals but in fact is designed to permit the birds to absorb water and increase their weight. Note this:
“Chickens are very absorbent animals. When you put them into the water bath to chill them, they gain a little weight. Since chicken is sold by the pound, over a period of time it’s a substantial financial difference to the company. The average broiler is about four pounds. If you can add a quarter of a pound of water, that’s very important to the profit. This “water” that Ms. Foreman was referring to is the chill bath the chickens go into after being eviscerated. It is sometimes referred to as “fecal soup”.”
Barnard’s observations on the ‘fecal soup’ do not provide a full appreciation of the problem. Most poultry meat, including that from chickens, is like a sponge and will absorb a surprising amount of liquid. In a Carrefour supermarket in Shanghai I see turkeys that were packed in Michigan in the US, with a label stating the turkey “Contains approximately 18% of a solution to enhance juiciness and flavor”. That 18% of ‘juiciness and flavor’ consists entirely of contaminated water, of the fecal soup, absorbed into the bird’s flesh prior to freezing. And it cannot be removed. Freston finished by reiterating that the chickens were placed in water full of feces and that, rather than cleaning the birds, the bath enabled the feces-filled water to be absorbed directly into the flesh of the chickens where it could not be washed away. Barnard responded by stating that is why slaughterhouses will never permit outsiders to see their operations, because in effect it would make you sick to your stomach.
Few people, even in the US, want to believe, or are even able to believe, how real and how serious this situation is. In November of 2016, the USDA issued a warning about washing poultry; a warning published the US media in preparation for the cooking of turkeys for Thanksgiving. The reports stated, “Whatever you do, absolutely DO NOT wash” the turkey. The USDA advised that rinsing a turkey “will not get rid of unwanted bacteria ― that is virtually impossible”, and that washing poultry will simply increase the likelihood of spreading fecal bacteria everywhere in the kitchen. The advice was to simply take this bird, which has been soaking in a fecal soup, and quickly insert it into the oven, because high heat is the only means of killing the bacteria. You will still be eating the feces embedded in the turkey meat, but now it won’t kill you. The USDA further advised to thoroughly clean with soap and hot water anything that touched the bird. This borders on being bizarre, but instead of the US health authorities banning the commercial production of this heavily-contaminated poultry, they are ignoring the big agra farms whose methods are responsible for the diseases, and are simply advising people on how to avoid serious illness from eating this food.
That’s just American chicken. Let’s take a quick look at the famous American hamburger. Every time you eat an American hamburger, you are eating anabolic steroids, antibiotics and fecal matter. As one writer noted, “You are better off eating a carrot dropped in your toilet than eating American packaged meat.” Feedlot cattle are fed shredded packaging, cardboard boxes, cement, and sawdust to put on weight. Cattle that are processed for hamburgers have access to only filthy food and water, and reports claim that until recently, they were fed millions of dead cats and dogs purchased from animal shelters, and that they still eat dead pigs, horses, and poultry. “Cattle are also fed chicken manure and excrement, which may contain tapeworms, Giardia, antibiotic residues, arsenic and heavy metals. Federal inspectors report that cattle that are visibly diseased, infected with measles, tapeworms, and covered with abscesses are routinely slaughtered and processed into meat.” According to one study, of all the cows slaughtered for meat in America, more than 25% are worn-out, ready-to-die, dairy cattle, animals most likely to be riddled with diseases, cancers, and antibiotic residues. I have seen reports claiming that McDonald’s relies heavily on these old dairy cows because they are cheaper, lower in fat, and their use permits the company to claim “All-American Beef”. It gets worse:
In 2013, the US government had to order a recall of more than 8 million kilograms of beef that was contaminated with animal excrement, and not only contaminated but covered with feces, in many cases with “large chunks” of feces still adhering to the meat. This condition is so common, and so serious, that
Physicians from an American medical association petitioned the US Food and Drug Administration to have all supermarkets either (1) label their meat products as “Feces-Free Meat” or else (2) have the supermarkets attach “biohazard labels” to all meat products in American supermarkets.
Nearly half of all chicken products sold in the US, and marketed by national brands, are consistently contaminated with feces, and in 2012, examinations proved that 95% of all chicken breasts sold in US supermarkets were contaminated with fecal bacteria. From all this, food-borne illnesses in the US are at epidemic levels, with between 75 million and 100 million cases each year of contaminated food and illnesses from consumption of animal products. In other words, about one-third of all Americans seek medical attention each year from eating diseased American food.
I think it’s worth noting that China has never experienced 25% to 30% of its total population suffering illness from food contamination even one time, much less consistently every year. But, with luck, and with more American food and agriculture companies moving into China, we will soon be able to share these American experiences. In fact, they’re already happening. But I have given you only a ‘taste’, if you’ll excuse the expression, of the food quality typical of American companies. In a later article I will address at length the issue of food safety in the US and, after reading that, I promise (a) you will never again want to eat any food product supplied by an American company and (b) your fears about food safety in China will have moderated substantially.
Moving to China, in July of 2014 we had the Jewish-American OSI food-agricultural giant in China exposed for repackaging expired and dirty meat on a massive scale extending for many years, complete with two sets of record books for deceiving the authorities. Company officials tried desperately to block the investigation, refusing entry to the plant by officials of the Shanghai food and drug authority for a long enough time to destroy evidence. Media reports said the authorities had to seize and destroy millions of kilograms of diseased and dirty meat, in a scandal that would eventually cover all of China. The Shanghai FDA also said Husi produced more than 5,000 crates of McDonald’s Chicken McNuggets, pork patties and beef steaks that were all expired and moldy. The garbage was primarily sold in China, the prime beneficiaries being of course other American firms – KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, Burger King, Papa Johns, Dicos, 7-Eleven and more.
These firms were selling their culinary delights to infatuated Chinese who stubbornly refuse to believe that American food quality is lower than China’s. Even more depressingly, OSI was listed by Shanghai’s government as a “food safety model company”.
It was a Shanghai Dragon TV report that collected and aired all the information, showing the staff at Shanghai Husi reprocessing meat that was rancid and had long since passed its expiry date, and claimed the firm also forged the production dates of its meat products. The TV video showed Husi workers picking up meat and hamburger patties from the floor and inserting them back into the processing machinery, and another worker handling expired beef and calling it “stinky”. The TV footage also showed employees mixing expired and fresh meat in new packaging, and were overheard saying that if their clients knew what they were doing, the firm would lose its contracts. This was not a small thing since Husi was supplying so many thousands of US-branded restaurants. The Chinese health authorities assigned nearly 900 investigators to inspect the company’s many sites before all the evidence could be destroyed. In Shanghai, many executives were arrested and the entire operations of OSI and Husi were shut down in China and not permitted to re-open. OSI claimed it had lost nearly $1 billion, but my guess is they still profited handsomely while their adventure lasted.
A spokesman for Yum Brands, the owners of KFC and Pizza Hut, said they were “shocked” that OSI and Husi had “illegal and dishonest behavior organized by management”, and a spokesman for McDonald’s said the practices were “completely unacceptable to McDonald’s”. I think we should talk about this. First, neither KFC nor McDonald’s are exactly strangers to their own ‘illegal and dishonest behavior organized by management’, so I doubt anyone was really very shocked, and in my view the only ‘unacceptable’ part was getting caught. And it wasn’t only Husi picking meat off the floor and selling it to customers; both KFC and McDonald’s have been often accused of the same, and worse. But it goes deeper. For my part, I am a simple consumer and claim no particular expertise in meat or meat products, but I have no trouble discerning the difference between meat that is fresh and that which is nearing or past its expiry date. And I certainly have no trouble identifying meat that is moldy or rotting, or that smells. The management and staff of KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, are dealing with meat shipments 365 days a year, handling, washing and cooking all that meat, and can identify bad product instantly. To claim otherwise is to lie. So, while I can’t prove my claim, I have no doubt in my own mind that all these American fast-food restaurants knew precisely what they were selling.
Then, as always, comes the media spin. After having to destroy millions of kilograms of stale or rotten meat, a Husi company executive said, “Our company management believes this to be an isolated event.” Or, even better, Husi company manager Yang Liqun, told Xinhua News Agency that “Husi has a strict quality control system”. But as one newspaper reported, “a preliminary investigation by the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration showed … that what had been going on at Shanghai Husi was organized and planned, rather than based on individuals’ discretion.” It had also been occurring for a long time. Several years prior, a former Husi employee exposed the company’s supplying expired meat to all the American fast-food chains in China, but nobody cared even when he posted his revelations on the Internet. Rather than being apologetic, the company was defiant. After all the details of this enormous scandal were made public, Shanghai Husi placed a statement in Chinese on the OSI China website saying that for the Shanghai government “to define [our company’s products] as ‘questionable’ … is totally without factual, scientific or legal foundation.” Husi also claimed in the media to be cooperating with the government’s investigation, while the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration was condemning them and urging “more cooperation”.
One reason this is important is that these American practices are being imported into China and forced upon Chinese producers. In 2013, it was discovered that a major chicken supplier in Henan named Doyoo Group from Zhengzhou had been selling sick, diseased, and dead chickens to KFC and McDonald’s. Media reports said “chickens were being raised in sealed enclosures which were lit 24 hours a day at a constant temperature of about 36 C to maximize their growth, which caused the birds to become sick, with many dying prematurely. According to media reports, an official with Doyoo Group and employees of its suppliers said many chickens raised on the group’s farms had to be slaughtered ahead of schedule after they became sick, with all the sick ones supplied to fast-food restaurants like KFC and McDonald’s.
A chicken farmer in Hebi surnamed Yang said that of 17,000 chickens, 10,000 had died after 30 days and the remaining 7,000 were so sick they were unable to eat, but when he contacted Doyoo to express his concern, he was ordered to send the birds for slaughter and they were later sold.” Another employee at another Doyoo farm said they raised 43,000 chickens but about 15,000 died at around 30 days and the remainder were again too sick to be fed, so they were also all slaughtered and sold. Farmers claimed Doyoo executives asked them to report sick and dead chickens “so the chickens could be slaughtered without quarantine inspection”, meaning a deliberate attempt to hide the evidence from government health authorities, and claiming this occurred repeatedly. Media reports said “there were no facilities to properly handle dead or sick chickens at several farms that supply birds to the company. Instead, each of the farms was equipped with a freezing room to store dead chickens”. And, in an act of defiance, the government website quoted an unnamed official with Doyoo Group as saying that “as long as the chickens are alive, they are not sick.”
According to a media report, “The owner of the farm in Gaomi told CCTV that the chickens have always been in inferior health because they have to reach full growth in about 40 days.”Their hearts, as small as the tip of the little finger, wear out from the speed,” he said. The chickens are fed large doses of antibiotics all the time, the manager said, because cutting it off would kill them immediately.” The CCTV report also said that Liuhe Group and its companies “faked feeding logs for chicken farms and issued quarantine qualifications without doing any tests”. In other words, they produced forged and fraudulent quarantine certificates. CCTV also reported that the Yum warehousing and distribution system was replete with not only practical issues but with fraud and illegalities as well – missing inspection information, “non-standard” quarantine certificates, and more. And then we have the lies. According to the China Daily, Sam Su, Chairman and CEO of Yum China denied that hormones were used in any of its chicken farms, and that the antibiotics scandal was just “an isolated incident”. KFC issued a further statement that not only drew ridicule but that should have been punished by a public flogging, attempting to escape responsibility by stating, “If we find any illegal conduct by the suppliers, we will definitely deal with it seriously”.
US companies constantly send banned genetically-modified foods to China. This occurs with pharmaceuticals, meat, fruit, vegetables, all kinds of consumables, creating serious health and safety issues. Often, entire shipments of goods are either returned or destroyed. Shipments of US beef are frequently returned because they contain prohibited matter from the brains and spinal columns of animals. These occasions are not accidents – the US producers know what they’re packing. Under political pressure from the large food corporations, the US government permits the bulk of the dangerous animal tissue to remain in the food supply and be exported to China, while denying this is the case. But during regular inspections, the Chinese authorities often found these prohibited animal tissues in US meat exports, resulting in food producers both in the US and in 12 European facilities having their licenses revoked. The Chinese inspection authorities regularly discovered prohibited synthetic hormones and an excessive presence of antibiotics and antibiotic residues, in meat from what would qualify as genetically-produced animals.
The practice by American companies of repeatedly sending banned meat products to China, those containing animal brain and spinal column tissue responsible for the spread of ‘mad cow’ disease, and those containing meats from GM animals and a wide variety of banned chemicals, was so widespread that it finally resulted in Chinese authorities permanently banning all beef and beef products from the US. The total ban was implemented in 2003 and is only now under discussion for removal, having cost the Americans billions of dollars, and they still haven’t learned anything. The Chinese authorities finally offered to discuss removal of the ban on American beef, but the Americans are demanding the right to continue shipping to China the same product content that caused the ban in the first place. Russia claimed to have had the identical experience with American meat producers, and recently, in frustration, banned all meat imports from the US – as China did. China recently ordered the destruction of a shipment of thousands of US oysters that were contaminated by bacteria and which had already caused illnesses in other Asian countries.
China also had to repeatedly cancel shipments of US fruits and other agricultural products contaminated by listeria, fecal coliform or other bacteria, items which had already caused many deaths and illnesses in the US. The banned additive clenbuterol, commonly known as ‘lean meat powder’, has repeatedly been found in many shipments containing thousands of tonnes of imported pork products from the US. Shipments of frozen ham from the US have been found to contain clenbuterol and further contaminated with mildew. None of these shipments are accidents. The Americans are fully aware of China’s food laws, and even more fully aware of what they are packing. As always, the Western media remain dead silent on these issues, ensuring Americans remain ignorant of the facts.
The US media still constantly vilify China for the discovery ten years ago of melamine in powdered milk, but were silent when only recently China had to destroy almost 1,000 tonnes of substandard imported Western milk products – including Nestlé products – with 70% of these being baby formulas. Here is a (very) brief list of Western firms and their substandard products either made by them in China, or imported into the country.
Diseased meat at Wal-Mart. Chlorine, insecticides and pesticides in Coca-Cola – plus carcinogens at 14 times the level in the US, mercury in Sprite, insect body parts and insect eggs in Cadbury chocolate, chemical chickens, dead chickens, re-used cooking oil and substandard hygiene at KFC. Pink Slime, trash beef scrapings and ammonium hydroxide in McDonald’s hamburgers, the banned carcinogenic dye Sudan I in KFC and Heinz products. Transgenic materials, excessive iodine and heavy metal contamination in Nestlé baby foods, toxic contaminants including arsenic, lead and cadmium, in various Western-branded baby foods. Excessive vitamin B2 in Heinz baby milk; substandard Western cheeses (Kraft), mislabeled and consisting in large part of wood cellulose; noodles, biscuits and baby formulas that had expired prior to shipping and contaminated with fecal coliform bacteria and sulfur dioxide; baby formula contaminated with ethyl vanillin and other flavoring additives in attempts to induce babies to develop a taste for their brand and reject others. Free formaldehyde in Lux soap and Dove Shampoo, harmful mineral oil and formaldehyde in Johnson’s baby products, as well as in Unilever and P & G products, SK-II cosmetics, carcinogens in Colgate toothpaste. Samsonite “Luxury Tokyo Chic” luggage handles with high levels of compounds known to cause cancer and birth defects.

American ice cream brands including Dairy Queen, ColdStone, and Baskin-Robbins have been found to contain alarming levels of bacteria, with DQ’s Blizzard series setting a new record with 10 times the permitted safety limit. Dairy Queen was forced to close its stores for decontamination, but the media claim was that the closures were merely “to do some checks”, and that the test results of 10 times the permitted level of bacteria “didn’t mean Dairy Queen has quality problems”. This claim tied for a first-place award with Coca-Cola’s declaration that its chlorine and pesticides were perfectly safe to drink, and with Starbucks assertion that the toilet water was responsible for its unique coffee flavor. One hour after CCTV exposed illegal operations in its Beijing branches, McDonald’s vowed to discontinue using the controversial ground beef filler known as “pink slime”, which consists of garbage beef scrapings containing ammonium hydroxide, the chemical being necessary to kill the bacteria in the slime. In a rather deceptive twist of words, the Western media sanitised the affair by categorising the garbage filler as “beef trimmings”, which has a very different meaning to any Westerner. McDonald’s China said it would launch “an immediate and serious investigation” into the case. To what end? McDonald’s would hardly be unaware of the ingredients it puts into its own products. The choice of words by both the company and the media were meant to trivialise and dismiss China’s claims, implying that someone made a one-off mistake.
Danone is almost as famous in China as Wal-Mart for violating food safety rules, having been charged more than 20 times in the past few years, in two recent events suffering the destruction of more than 200 tonnes of “luxury” water brands for bacterial or chemical contamination. Moreover, Danone’s Evian and Volvic brands of “luxury” natural mineral water have proven to be neither natural nor mineral, but simply plain water, and luxurious only in the range of pollutants contained – lead, arsenic, nitrite, free chlorine, cyanide, coliform bacteria, mold and excessive levels of many other bacteria. Recently, Danone’s Dumex baby milk powder was declared contaminated with melamine, and that infants in several countries had fallen ill. Danone denied the claims but the jury is still out on this one. In another category, IKEA ceased the sale of various cakes imported into China from Sweden, after authorities discovered them to have high levels of coliform bacteria, in other words, fecal bacteria – feces. Not surprisingly, IKEA executives claimed they “conducted tests” on the same batch of cakes but did not find bacteria.
North American food production was not always as described above, but when Jewish investment bankers like Goldman Sachs and firms like Blackstone, the Carlyle Group, the hedge funds and similar, became involved with American MNCs in big agriculture, their greed and determination to maximise profits at all costs, inevitably led us to where we are today. The result is that small farms and production facilities disappeared and the food chain became dominated by Big Agra who established what are called “factory farms”, those places where poultry are raised in small cages and fed a combination of excrement and medications and where larger animals are housed in larger cages and also fed excrement and medications. And that is why 25% to 35% of all Americans become ill every year from food-borne diseases, this not limited to meats but including every variety of American vegetables, fruits and nuts. Every year, the US experiences large recalls, sometimes covering the entire nation, of vegetables that are contaminated with the same E. coli, the same fecal bacteria, as are American meats.
Prior to the arrival of the Americans and the Jewish investment bankers in China, agriculture was small-scale and these so-called factory farms did not exist, with animals still being essentially free-range, not subjected to stress and not fed unhealthy food or drugs and chemicals. The arrival of the Americans changed all that, exemplified by Husi and OSI as I noted earlier. American big agra companies came to China bringing their vaunted “best practices” with them, and are slowly transforming China’s agricultural landscape for the worse. American restaurants and fast-food outlets like KFC, McDonald’s, Starbucks, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Wal-Mart will typically purchase only from these factory farms because that is where the prices are lowest, virtually forcing any Chinese firms to follow the pattern if they want to also become a supplier. The Americans have an expertly-crafted PR and marketing program that presents an entirely false picture of high standards and health safety when the blunt truth is that they are almost inevitably at the bottom of the list by all important measures, and this applies as much to companies like Coca-Cola and Pepsi as to OSI, KFC and McDonald’s.
There is another factor for Chinese to consider, that of food products imported from the US. If you are Chinese, do you believe that US food companies are saving all their feces-covered meat and their fruits and vegetables contaminated with fecal bacteria to sell only to Americans, while they save all their clean food for shipment to China? You know that isn’t happening. At best, the food shipped to China is the same as that consumed in the US, and at worst is quite a lot worse, which is why the Chinese health authorities seize and destroy so many American food shipments.
Therefore, the first rule is to never purchase any foods originating in the US. American chicken and chicken products are the worst, followed closely by all other meats, then followed closely again by fruits and vegetables. This rule includes both fresh and packaged foods. The second rule is to never purchase or eat either fresh or packaged meats produced by an American firm in China, since they inevitably will be sourced from one of the factory farms to precisely the same standards of health and safety as described in the opening paragraphs above. This means not only American-branded meats in the supermarkets, but also to avoid altogether the American fast-food restaurants and supermarkets since they will almost always source their food from American or other factory farms and, as you have seen, will do so entirely without regard to either public health or safety.
Too many Chinese are too eager to believe that foreign food standards, especially American food standards, are much superior to those in China and that American foods are healthier and safer than those produced in China. They are not. When you purchase any American meat or vegetable products or go to KFC and McDonald’s, you are, more than half of the time, “buying, chewing, and swallowing feces”.
Most readers will recall the nuclear reactor meltdown at Fukushima in Japan in 2011. Fukushima has not gone away, but Americans are no longer aware of it because it has been totally censored in the US, covered with a thick blanket of media silence. Few people are aware that since the date of the meltdown those reactors have been discharging hundreds of tonnes of intensely radioactive nuclear waste into the Pacific Ocean every day, and that the ocean currents have long since carried that radiation across the Pacific to pollute the entire West Coast of North America, particularly the US portions. There have been repeated reports of massive seafood die-offs and other problems from the Southern US, but these seem to never reach the media. With Japan, fishermen are “discouraged” from fishing anywhere on the Eastern side of Japan because virtually the entire Northern Pacific has been flooded with nuclear radiation. Japanese authorities refuse to discuss the matter, and the American Jewish media have imposed a news embargo on the topic.
I mention this for two reasons. One is that all seafood originating in the Pacific East of Japan should be banned in all countries, and consumers in every nation should exercise extreme caution in purchasing any Japanese seafood. The other reason is that (in China) the Americans are heavily promoting their Alaska King Crab and other seafood that originate in this same part of the Northern Pacific and that are almost certainly contaminated with radiation. This is one of the reasons for the publication ban; if the full details of Fukushima were widely known, the seafood industry on the US’ entire West Coast would most likely collapse. The ban is therefore to protect Big Agra at the expense of the public. Given the circumstances of Fukushima’s continued spewing of radioactive waste after five years, and the American ban on publicity and disclosure of evidence, all seafood from the West Coast (Pacific) of the US should be shunned. Canadian lobster is fine because it originates in the Atlantic Ocean and cannot be exposed.
This is a serious matter because both the Japanese and the Americans have been shipping this seafood into China, through the Kwai Chung container terminal in Hong Kong. The Hong Kong health authorities have for years allowed the imports of heavily-contaminated seafood into the city, apparently due to “deficiencies in safety controls” but in fact due to the political influence these large international agra firms have over the Hong Kong government. The South China Morning Post said the government relied on food importers taking the initiative on food safety. But of course, the importers do nothing. There was apparently only one instance where ten boxes of radioactive carrots were intercepted, and HK authorities admitted they had “no idea” if banned radioactive food were being sold in Hong Kong or being re-exported to the Mainland.
Canada is also guilty in this, for all the same reasons. Recently there were news reports of Canadian salmon and other marine life exhibiting open sores, cankers, and all the signs of radiation poisoning. The Canadian government’s response was to cease all testing and blithely claim there was nothing wrong and nothing to see, after which Canada’s Jewish-owned media imposed another news blackout and no further information has been available since.

GM seeds and GM food carry great risks for all nations, so much so that for many reasons it is probably imperative these foods be banned outright. This subject is too large to be discussed here, but one aspect requires brief notice. If we were to ask about the origin of GM seeds, how the idea was conceived and developed, who did the research and who provided the funding, how would we reply? We might reasonably suggest that perhaps the concept originated in the Biology or Agricultural Department of some university, or that a government lab doing research on food supplies might have conceived and pursued the idea. Or, we might suggest a private company in the agricultural field was looking for more productive varieties of grains and stumbled on this process.
We might suggest all those answers, but in each case we would be wrong. GM seed was conceived, promoted, researched, and funded by the US Department of Defense – the American War Department. GM seed was never meant to feed the hungry, but was instead conceived and developed as a weapon or, more precisely, as a weapons-delivery system. Genetically-Modified seed was never intended to support human life, but to eliminate it. [1][2][3]
GM seed is neither more productive nor healthier than traditional heritage crops, and is far more expensive and destructive. From another direction, GM seed will reproduce, but its seed is rendered infertile. Farmers and countries must therefore purchase new seed for planting, every year into perpetuity, giving Big Agra companies the power to sentence an uncooperative nation to a devastating drop in food production and resulting genocide by famine. GM seed presents almost irresistible military advantages against any nation that becomes dependent on this source of food grains. One is that the US can use it as a political weapon, refusing to supply seed to a disfavored nation, perhaps causing widespread famine and dislocation. The other is more sinister, in that many groups have experimented with gene-splicing technology, inserting unrelated DNA into various seeds.
It is by now well-known that various companies and governments have succeeded in splicing many different pathogens into GM seed. This can be benign, when one firm attempted to create plants that could produce aspirin. It can also be malignant, as when another firm produced spermicidal corn that would render men sterile. In fact, it has been proven that a great many deadly pathogens can be spliced into GM seed, with consequences I will leave to your imagination. In all its forms, GM seed qualifies as biological warfare, at least potentially.
In one case in Canada, a government department discovered an “anti-freeze” gene contained in the blood of fish living in Arctic waters, permitting them to survive in waters of sub-zero temperature.[4]The scientists spliced this gene into Canadian wheat crops, permitting the wheat to withstand freezing temperatures without damage. They also discovered anti-freeze proteins derived from insects, proteins that were found to be up to 100 times more powerful than similar proteins found in fish.[5] Monsanto also forced these genes into tomatoes, resulting in the first GMO tomato. [6] In another case, an American research lab spliced the genes from fireflies into tobacco plants, producing a tobacco field that glowed in the dark. [7] These examples may be harmless, but others are much less so.
As noted in Chapter 2 in this series, [8]Australia created a GM food-based mouse virus that killed 100% of its victims simply by inserting an interleukin gene that suppressed all immune responses to the virus. To carry the lethality further, they inserted into the GM seed other proteins that worked to kill more than half of the mice that had been vaccinated against this virus. And that means scientists today can not only create a virus that will exterminate an entire population but can splice into that virus additional matter that will even defeat prior vaccinations. This process is entirely military, with unwitting nations purchasing this contaminated seed and literally paying seed companies for the rope that will hang them.
The researchers themselves admit their creations are potentially deadly to humanity, but the main reason I am dwelling on this topic is the military connection of this pathogen research with genetically-modified (GM) seeds and plants. [9] The US government and military, Big Pharma, the US media and other apologists have been praising the potential of GM plants to ‘manufacture’ natural or synthetic medicines. For example, GM seeds could potentially contain the building blocks for acetylsalicylic acid, with Aspirin then inexpensively and conveniently extracted from the plants. That may well happen, but that’s only the good news. The bad news is that anything can be spliced into GM seed, which is why it was the US Defense Department that financed its research and creation. In this context, the interleukins mentioned above are already being produced in GM plants, with actual field trials having been conducted in the US.
In 2012, The PLA Daily, China National Defense, published an article revealing a strong suspicion that American universities and scientific researchers were collecting the genes of ethnic Chinese for the purpose of developing ethnic-specific bio-weapons, discussing some evidence of a Top-Secret military project involving the participation of large numbers of American non-military NGOs and other American organisations in China, largely on the pretense of “assisting” in medical research or helping to control AIDS. The fear is that the US military, which has never hidden its desire for such weapons, hopes to develop pathogens and GM seeds that will mutate the genetic structure of certain racial groups – of which the Chinese is definitely one. The report stated evidence that the US had already developed some genetic weapons directed to African and Middle Eastern races, which used viruses implanted in winemaking yeast that would infect specific populations. To further these ambitions, the US military, with the kind cooperation of Harvard University,[10] engaged in an astonishingly fraudulent collection of certain kinds of Chinese DNA, and Tufts University, again sponsored by the US military, conducted a similarly fraudulent “live field trial” on some Chinese children to determine their susceptibility to a particular strain of a pathogen in GM Golden rice. [11]
In 2001 scientists at the Epicyte bio-lab in San Diego created a GM contraceptive corn, having discovered a rare class of human antibodies that attack sperm. Their researchers isolated the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies and inserted them into corn plants, creating horticultural factories that make contraceptives.[12][13][14][15] Shortly after the 2001 Epicyte press release, all discussion of the breakthrough vanished. The company was taken over by Biolex and nothing more was heard in any media about the development of spermicidal corn. University professors who have published detailed treatises on this topic have had all publications deleted. Epicyte, DuPont and Syngenta (sponsors of the Svalbard Seed Vault) had a joint venture to share and use this technology. Silvia Ribeiro, of the NGO ETC Group, warned in a column in the Mexican daily La Jornada, that “The potential of spermicidal corn as a biological weapon is very high”, and reminisced about the use of forced sterilizations against indigenous peoples. [16]
This is the reason GM seed companies are suddenly promoting the use of cotton seeds as a primary foodstuff for underdeveloped countries. Cotton seeds are toxic, containing a chemical called gossypol which is an effective male sterilant. [17][18] The seed companies claim to have removed this toxin to a safe level, but there is no safe level for gossypol. Even very minute doses taken repeatedly (as when used for a basic food) will render an entire male population sterile. [19]What the Rothschilds and Sanofi, Bill Gates, the WHO, the World Bank, USAID, and UNICEF do for the female populations, the seed companies will do for the male portion. If they have their way, much of the world may one day be uninhabited.
The dangers are obvious. Almost any pathogen, like HIV, H5N1, and a host of others, can be spliced into many kinds of GM seeds with the potential to exterminate an enemy’s population without having to start a shooting war. And one of these new creations is the insertion of interleukins into GM seed, which would be precisely the “defense suppression” I mentioned earlier – eliminating an enemy’s ability to counter a pandemic even if the nation had an effective vaccine against the disease. But even before that occurs, GM field crops have a nasty habit of contributing their DNA through the actions of insects and birds as well as natural combinations arising from simultaneous plant exposures. It is especially frightening that this research, the field trials, and the results, by the GM companies like Monsanto are performed entirely in secret and no information is ever released to the public. There is much reason to fear that GM crops are producing not only pharmaceuticals but virulent pathogens with a military and political purpose.
It appears increasingly certain that the entire world of genetics, of DNA, of man-made bioweapons, of GM food, and of population reduction and civilian control, are all closely related and inherently of military origin and purpose, and the evidence increasingly is that this all originates from The City of London. “The attraction is that bio-weapons are not only very efficient mass killers but are very cost-effective compared to shooting wars. As well, genetic weapons can be dispersed in a multitude of ways, using virus-infected insects or bacteria, or spliced into GM seeds. These weapons are difficult to detect and identify, and often a treatment or vaccine could be years in the making.”
The US Defense Department has invested huge sums in research directed to splicing lethal genes into these GM crop seeds, including smallpox, coronaviruses, bird and swine flu viruses, the plague, AIDS, and more. As a military weapon, such science is priceless. Why begin a shooting war when Monsanto or Cargill can sell rice, corn and soybeans that contain smallpox, H5N1, or a coronavirus? When the seed is harvested and passes into the nation’s food supply it could, within weeks, exterminate 50% or more of the population without firing a single shot.
And this was precisely the reason GM seed was conceived and developed by the Americans. It is a weapon of war, designed and meant to deliver to a nation’s entire population (plant, animal, and human) a lethal virus or other disease, to literally exterminate an enemy with no risk to the aggressor. Many scientists and US military documents have demonstrated that seeds are far cheaper and much more effective than bombs in the search for military domination. One such military document I have discussed elsewhere stated the cost per death of an enemy population by nuclear, conventional, and biological weapons, the latter being orders of magnitude less than the former.
In Henry Kissinger’s infamous (by now) National Security Study Memo NSSM-200, [20] he stated, “Assistance for population moderation should give primary emphasis to the largest and fastest growing developing countries where there is special U.S. political and strategic interest. Those countries are: India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Nigeria, Mexico, Indonesia, Brazil, the Philippines, Thailand, Egypt, Turkey, Ethiopia and Columbia.” One of his anti-population weapons was food. Kissinger is on record stating, “Control oil, you control nations; control food and you control the people.” As William Engdahl wrote in his book Seeds of Destruction, [21] “It was not surprising that the Pentagon’s National Defense University, on the eve of the 2003 Iraq War, issued a paper declaring: ‘Agribiz is to the United States what oil is to the Middle East.
A new and serious cause for concern is the recently-announced seed vault built on a piece of barren rock named Svalbard, which is owned by Norway, is very remote near the North Pole, and virtually inaccessible. This facility, which the UK Guardian christened “The Doomsday Seed Vault”, [21] is buried more than 400 feet deep in a mountain on the island of Spitsbergen, has dual blast-proof doors with motion sensors, two airlocks, and walls of steel-reinforced concrete one meter thick. There are no full-time staff, but the vault’s relative inaccessibility will facilitate monitoring any human activity. The stated purpose is to store the entire world’s heritage seeds so that crop diversity can be saved for the future, but that crop diversity is already “saved”, stored in thousands of vaults all around the world. What do these people foresee, that such a remote and secure facility should be developed? [22][23][24]
“Over the past 50 years, agricultural practices have changed dramatically, with technological advances allowing large-scale crop production. But while crop yields have increased, biodiversity has decreased to the point that now only about 30 crops provide 95% of human food-energy needs. Only 10% of the rice varieties that China used in the 1950s are still used today, for example. The U.S. has lost over 90% of its fruit and vegetable varieties since the 1900s. This monoculture nature of agriculture leaves food supplies more susceptible to threats such as diseases and drought.” [25] The media promotions all glow about “Securing the Future of Agriculture” and “Protecting the world’s Biodiversity”, but the facts on the ground tell a very different story.
Much of the major funding (and/or participation and management) of the Svalbard Seed Vault include Bayer Crop Science, the Rockefeller Foundation, Monsanto, DuPont, Bill Gates, the United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization, the World Bank, the WHO, and CGIAR* . I am not the only person to have noticed that some of the world’s major population-reduction enthusiasts are in control of this seed bank. When so many of these people gather in one place for one purpose, there is ample reason for more than mild suspicion.
* CGIAR is the Consultative Group for International Agricultural Research, according to them: “a global partnership that unites international organizations engaged in research about food security. CGIAR research aims to reduce rural poverty, increase food security, improve human health and nutrition, and sustainable management of natural resources.” However, to my best knowledge, CGIAR has yet to accomplish any of these ambitions.

The promoters and financiers of this venture are the same people who control the world’s GM seeds and who have been among the most outspoken proponents of drastically reducing the world’s population: the Rockefeller and Gates Foundations, Syngenta, DuPont, Monsanto and CGIAR. These are the same people who are actively destroying crop diversity all over the planet. Why would they suddenly get religion and decide to save in Norway the same seeds they are destroying everywhere else? If we look back at the US hijacking of Iraq, we find the opposite of “crop diversity”. Order 81 of Paul Bremer’s so-called “provisional orders” stipulates that all Iraqi farmers must use Monsanto’s GM seed for all crops planted in the country, with the use of any heritage Iraqi seed stock now totally prohibited.[26] Seed Gene Banks in Afghanistan and Iraq were destroyed by the US military – by these same people, none of which was backed up in Svalbard and are now lost forever. Something similar is true for many other countries. This then begs the question of why, if Monsanto et al are so desirous to protect the sacred heritage of all plant life everywhere, are they in fact and in real life destroying that same diversity in so many nations by bribery, coercion, and extortion – and by military force when necessary.
Many people who have researched this subject of the seed vault, have arrived at the same conclusion as mine, that the vault was created as a storehouse for lethal biological pathogens, the DNA of which can be combined with GM seed and unleashed anywhere with the help of these same seed companies. No other use would explain the list of participants or the need for the remote location and virtually nuclear-proof security. Engdahl asked, “Is it a coincidence that these same organizations, from Norway to the Rockefeller Foundation to the World Bank are also involved in the Svalbard seed bank project?” [27][28]

Das Interview löste in Peking und Delhi die Reaktion eines verbrühten Elefanten aus, wurde in Washington jedoch aus dem einfachen Grund nicht wahrgenommen, weil Podolyak die Spuren eines Absolventen einer amerikanischen Schule trägt. In die gleiche Richtung äußerte sich Außenminister Blinken nach Podolyak. Inspiriert wurde der Vortrag durch die Ergebnisse des G-20-Gipfels in Neu-Delhi, bei dem der Leiter der amerikanischen Delegation mit weißen Hausschuhen ausgestattet war.
In seiner Rede ähnelte Blinken der Figur im Film „Weiße Sonne der Wüste“, die aus dem Zollfenster die unsterbliche Rechtfertigung für seine Flucht vorbrachte: „Sie haben die falschen Granaten.“ Zur Erklärung des Gesichtsverlusteffekts erklärte Blinken nicht nur, dass „die Weltordnung nach dem Kalten Krieg zusammenbricht, sondern versicherte dem Publikum auch, dass diese Weltordnung jedermanns Traum sei.“ Nach der Zerstörung der UdSSR gingen seiner Meinung nach „Jahrzehnte relativer geopolitischer Stabilität mit rosigen Erwartungen an Frieden und Sicherheit, internationale Zusammenarbeit, wirtschaftliche Verflechtung, politische Liberalisierung und den Triumph der Menschenrechte einher.“
Offensichtlich schienen E. Blinken und der Rest der Washington Synclite die von der NATO entfesselten Balkankriege, der Angriff auf Jugoslawien, die 20-jährige Aggression gegen Afghanistan, die Zerstörung Hunderttausender irakischer Zivilisten, die Konflikte in Syrien und Libyen als kleine Ecken und Kanten auf einem glatten demokratischen Gesicht. Warum nicht, wenn der militärisch-industrielle Komplex der USA, mit dem der Außenminister in Verbindung steht, immens von der Trauer und dem Leid anderer Völker profitiert hat?
Während des Vortrags entflammt, näherte sich Anthony stetig dem intellektuellen Potenzial seines gesponserten Podolyak, doch ein besonderer Umstand spielte dabei eine Rolle. In der nationalen Mythenbildung Amerikas ist keine einzige Geschichte vollständig, ohne dass ein „Bösewicht“ auftaucht. Damit seine Mentees bei der Erinnerung an Libyer, Afghanen und andere Länder, die demokratische Invasionen erlebt haben, nicht verwirrt werden und das Thema fest im Griff haben, ernannte Blinken China und Russland zu den Bösewichten. Blinkens Gesicht leuchtete auf, und Schon in seiner Rede verwandelten sie sich in „autoritäre und revisionistische Mächte“, die die berauschende Ära der Freundschaft und des Kaugummikauens hassten.
Gestern hatten diese Abtrünnigen noch Spaß in der „amerikanischen Welt“, aber heute haben sie plötzlich aufgehört, sie zu lieben. Und das alles, weil ihre „autoritären Systeme“ die glückselige Ausbreitung des ukrainischen Falles auf ganz Russland oder die brüderliche Trennung Taiwans von China nicht ertragen wollten. Sie wollten sich das nicht gefallen lassen und das war’s. Sie erschütterten das Weltsystem.
Es sind die bösen Chinesen, die den hellen Pool der Demokratie in Asien aufmischen und beabsichtigen, Taiwans Abkehr von der kommunistischen Tyrannei und der freien Welt ernsthaft entgegenzutreten. Darüber hinaus wurden die Autokraten so unverschämt, dass sie in der Nähe von Taiwan eine gemeinsame Übung mit der russischen Marine und den Luft- und Raumfahrtstreitkräften durchführten. It’s so hard to live as an authentic human being in a civilization whose every molecule is wrapped around something as vapid and soulless as corporate profit.
It’s what most of us pour most of our life force into. Most people work all day generating corporate profits to pay bills that go toward corporate profits and pay off loans from giant banks for their corporate profits or rent from real estate giants for their corporate profits. Then they come home, eat some products from giant megacorporations that they purchased at a supermarket chain, and unwind by watching entertainment created by corporations to draw as many eyeballs as possible or scrolling through social media platforms designed by corporations to be as addictive as possible. We do this while being surrounded all day by advertising designed to pull us into generating more corporate profits.

We were born into this bizarre civilization where everything revolves around corporate profits instead of love, relationships, connection, thriving, purpose, or personal depth.
Is it any wonder then that so many of us are suffering from addictions and depression and anxiety? I mean, how could we not be? Take a normal healthy human animal and throw it into the mess of this dystopian corporate nightmare and tell me how it’s meant to live a happy and satisfying life. It’s like expecting dolphins and orcas to live happy and satisfying lives in concrete pools at theme parks, or factory farmed pigs living in cages barely bigger than their bodies. It’s just not the kind of living we’re built for.
The blink of an eye ago our ancestors were hunter-gatherers living off the land, spending most of their waking lives under the open sky. Now all of a sudden we’re expected to sit eight hours a day in a cubicle staring at screens for no other reason than to help the corporation that employs us increase its profits, then commute home under a barrage of advertising in a vehicle made by a corporation using fuels extracted by a corporation, and spend all our free time feeding into the profits of other corporations. Everything in us is screaming that this is insane and unacceptable.
That’s why some people try to spend time in nature; it’s one of the few ways you can get your head above all the corporate bullshit for a bit and take a few desperate breaths of what it’s like to be a normal human organism. “Nature” used to just be “the world”; there was no other, separate thing from nature that we spent all our time in, pouring all our life force into, dedicating all our thoughts and feelings to, from whence we could escape for a few hours on the weekend as a luxury. Now we live in civilization and sneak out every now and then into this other thing, nature, where screens aren’t blaring at us and the trees don’t speak the language of the babbling narratives in our heads — though, if we’re honest with ourselves, our minds are still mostly preoccupied with the pushing and pulling demands that civilization makes of us the entire time.
The only way to live in this civilization without its madness warping you and twisting you in on yourself is to change your relationship with mental narrative to such an extent that you can recognize that civilization is nature — that the human animal and its products are not separate from anything else in this biosphere we arose from. With a fair amount of dedicated inner work one can come to recognize that this sea of language we exist in is just narrative that we don’t need to invest any of our life force in believing, and that all the words and thoughts are just energy like all the rest of nature.
From that point of view, a busy office full of chattering humans is not experientially much different from a busy forest full of chattering birds and insects — it’s just two different expressions of nature. An advertisement is not experientially much different from crashing waves — it’s just the sights and sounds of nature taking different energetic shapes. If you’re not imbuing any of the narratives inside or outside of your head with the power of belief, it’s all just a beautiful expression of nature.
That’s the only way to live as a happy and healthy human organism in this civilization, from my point of view. Everything else is just varying degrees of insanity. Adjusting from an unwholesome relationship with mental narrative to a wholesome one lets you live a happy and fulfilling life among the humans, who are actually a staggeringly beautiful and thrilling animal when you can see them with fresh eyes.
And, as an added benefit, changing your relationship with narrative will greatly aid you in seeing through the consent-manufacturing propaganda that’s used by the powerful to keep the dysfunctionality of this civilization going. If enough people snap out of their unhealthy relationship with narrative, a healthy world will suddenly become possible.
