Climate change – climate change – climate change – the world is burning. The Global North with the CO2 emission is the culprit. Weather maps in Southern Europe and Australia are deep red. Add an invented degree or two, and they are going to be black.

News are talking about 48 to 50 and more degrees C in Spain, Southern Italy, Sicily, Greece. Scary. Hardly anybody notices and reports that the temperatures are largely exaggerated by the media, to cause a fear and guilt effect. Possibly a precursor to heat-lockdowns.

Meteorologists are part of the lie-game. Often, for fear and shock effect, they are reporting ground temperatures instead of air temperatures which are usually measured 2 meters above the ground and are typically 10 or more degrees C lower than ground temps.

It is like MK-Ultra has been socialized: When people see the deep-red-colored weather map and are being told that temperatures are at record heights, in the upper forties into the fifties, they feel the burning heat, they feel it is much hotter than other years, when in fact it is not.

In this map, which uses a clearly indicated and color-coded temperature scale that the scientists themselves use, the temperature deviations we reported about over the last few months from North and South America, Central and Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, with hard-hit Mongolia, India, and Australia, are confirmed. This is despite the fact that critics argue it consistently shows higher temperatures due to non-representative and then tampered with measurement data. Source and map: NOAA

Here we can see that the Benelux countries, where Belgium and the Netherlands in April were 1.4 and 1.1 °C cooler than the climate normal 1991–2020, are falsely presented as having had an April average temperature "Above average" or "Much above average". Central and Eastern Europe, which were much cooler than normal in April—for example, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Serbia were 2.1 to 2.8 °C below the climate normal in April, which is significant in a climate context—are marked as "Near average" with misleading neutral white color. This is a list of heatwaves going back 500 years, demonstrating that worldwide temps vary widely and that there were much “hotter” years even in the past 20 to 30 years, than 2023. See this.

Since 2020, with the onset of the infamous UN Agenda 2030, the news and fake news about the heat, the man-made CO2-provoked “climate-change” reaches new heights. To press that point, forest fires are not just made by paid arsonists, but by military grade Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) and other means of Environmental Modifications (ENMOD) technologies.

It is called geoengineering – and what we are witnessing today, in the last three years and even way before, is an outright war with highly sophisticated weaponized laser-directed electromagnetic energy. The energy is so strong, it blows up entire buildings on impact, with towers of flames, but it spares trees, blows up and burns cars, but not tires – and also boats on the sea, far from burning forests.

This is how the beautiful Hawaiian island, Maui, and her major city Lahaina was destroyed. For more on this – see further down.

Directed Energy Weapons are defined as electromagnetic systems capable of converting chemical or electrical energy to radiated energy, then these energies are fired by laser beams with the speed of light on specific targets. DEWs can produce forces that range from deterrent, to damaging, to destructive.

In parallel with these horrendous heat waves come typhoons, hurricanes and tsunami-like floodings around the world, especially but not exclusively, in the northern hemisphere. Most of them are also the result of geoengineering. Scandinavia was hit by deluge-like rains, causing floods throughout Norway and Denmark.

Extreme floodings were also experienced in Japan and northeastern China. Beijing registered almost simultaneously record heat waves, closely followed by extreme typhoon-caused torrential rains and consequential flooding. Natural? You bet.

Just a thought: The self-styled masters of the universe think linear. That is what their minds have been trained for. What if these weather and climate modifications they now carry out on specific – always more diverse – targets, develop their own dynamic, since they are not linear, but, yes, dynamic – and have long-lasting effects much different from those intended by the Globalist Cult? – Just saying.

Now while everybody screams “climate-change, climate-change, climate-change”, always referring to man-made CO2 emissions, on July 6, 2023, the Aviation Tracking System, “Flightradar 24”, registered a record number ever of civilian airplanes in the air – some 134,384 airplanes. This does not include military airplanes and other non-civilian flights.

See this.

Have you noticed, airlines put on your ticket or your flight reservation how many kilograms of CO2 your flight produces – and so far, mostly on a voluntary basis they suggest you pay for the global warming or climate change “damage” you cause. Nobody has been able to provide a clear answer what happens with this money.

Maybe the money helps compensating for the airlines’ losses during the covid hoax, or it flows into budgets of governments. The same way traffic fines do. Speeding infractions are not reduced by the fines, nor are the numbers of civilian flights reduced by the CO2-emission charge.

Have you noticed, the media must have a restraining order not to speak about military CO2 emission, let alone war-emissions. Just imagine, CO2 emissions of the Ukraine war and other armed conflicts around the globe, dwarfs all civilian car and industrial CO2 emissions worldwide. But nobody talks about it. Very strange.

Back to DEWs and other ENMOD technologies. This science has been developed since the 1940s and in the last 80 years has become highly sophisticated, resulting in a myriad of technologies, capable of causing unspeakable damage, destroying infrastructure, housing, forests – and lives of all sentient beings, including animals and humans.

These technologies are very diverse and range from DEW, to the High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program, or HAARP, a US Airforce program, as well as Scalar electromagnetic wave weaponry, similar to DEW – and more.

There is a vast literature on the subject but virtually no media coverage.

HAARP array of antennas. Gakona, Alaska

It is worth noting that the HAARP program was acknowledged by a CBC Program as early as 1996

Video HAARP CBC. Weather Control

Why Is It So Massively Used?

People are spellbound – have no idea what is going on and why. They cannot understand that such all-destructive and killing disasters are actually man-made, by technologies intent of simulating “climate change”. These people, the Globalist Cabal, who have sold their soul to the devil cannot be called humans anymore.

Maybe part of the answer provides the case of Australia – which is committed to the UN Agenda 2030. It supports the implementation of radical changes in the central role of land ownership and natural resources over the next decade.

In this context, Aussi authorities are developing a series of smart city initiatives, promising locations full of “sustainable” programs.

Could it be that the current forest fires across Australia – and across the world for that matter – are part of this plan? What is the hidden agenda? The link below provides more details of Australia’s bushfire ‘crisis’, including weather / climate geoengineering, the proposed CLARA high-speed rail network and the connection to the smart city agenda led by the fully compromised United Nations. See this and this: Australia under Fire – Environmental Warfare and the Climate Change Deception.

A similar question, why and how is Lahaina of Maui and much of this paradisical Hawaiian island destroyed, with so far officially close to 100 deaths – and thousand missing? The unofficial but closer-to-the-truth figure, is up to thousand and more deaths. And the devastation and the count goes on.

The rumor mill about the destruction of Maui is diverse. One of the more consistent gossips has it that the Lahaina and Maui fires are meant to depopulate Maui and pave the way for a buyout of all property owners – for a penny on the dollar – by the multi-multi billionaires. It is living in paradise when the shitstorm hits.

Here are terrifying images on how “paradise” became hell and this.

Maui, a paradise island, might be bought for pennies on the dollar… privatized paradise for the powerful financial interests.

And for more on Maui you may also want to see this (video of more than an hour).

Apparently some 90% of the people of Maui know what is going on, that it has nothing to do with the climate change hoax, but was a direct assault on their paradise island. See this.

Were Directed Energy Weapons Used In Maui? Let’s Look At What We Can Prove…

Who are actors behind the DEW attacks? Were the US and State governments involved?

There are several, speculative answers, but they are food for reflection for those who are somewhat familiar with UN Agenda 2030 and the Great Reset — and with Klaus Schwab’s (WEF) dream of the all digitized Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The government of Hawaii states as goal of the destruction is the rebuilding to make the entire island of Maui the first Smart Island. They want the entire island governed by Artificial Intelligence (AI), as outlined in the Hawaii Digital government summit of 2023 that they have planned to host on September 25, 2023 on Maui.

Plans to Implement a Digital AI Government over Hawaii

See thisthis and this, Maui Island of Hawaii, a case study.

Dr. Rosalie Bertell, author of “Planet Earth: Latest Weapon of War”, says

“While the earth’s human civic community has been trying to rid itself of nuclear weapons over the last 65 years, some economically developed nations have quietly moved into the realm of geo-warfare. Geo-weaponry has recently been introduced to the public as a ‘new’ high tech way to mitigate the effects of ‘global warming’, and it is being called ‘geo-engineering’…defined as planetary-scale environmental engineering of our atmosphere: that is, manipulating our weather, our oceans, and our home planet itself.”

“What is planned now are climate and weather wars, wars in which earthquakes and volcanoes, floods and droughts, hurricanes and monsoon rains will play a role.“ See this.

Does this make living today on Mother Earth scarier? Is it fear-mongering for pushing the Agenda 2030? – or is it real?

In any case, Do Not Fear, But Stand UP – as We, the People, against this unhuman atrocity, in unison and solidarity and in a mind of PEACE – not anger, not aggression, but PEACE. This is the only way we can defeat the drive to the abyss – and start afresh. But the time is NOW.

How Blackrock Investment Fund Triggered the Global Energy Crisis

“Adherence to UN 2030 Sustainability Agenda”. Colossal disinvestment in the trillion-dollar global oil and gas sector.

Most people are bewildered by what is a global energy crisis, with prices for oil, gas and coal simultaneously soaring and even forcing closure of major industrial plants such as chemicals or aluminum or steel. The Biden Administration and EU have insisted that all is because of Putin and Russia’s military actions in Ukraine. This is not the case. The energy crisis is a long-planned strategy of western corporate and political circles to dismantle industrial economies in the name of a dystopian Green Agenda. That has its roots in the period years well before February 2022, when Russia launched its military action in Ukraine.

Blackrock pushes ESG

In January, 2020 on the eve of the economically and socially devastating covid lockdowns, the CEO of the world’s largest investment fund, Larry Fink of Blackrock, issued a letter to Wall Street colleagues and corporate CEOs on the future of investment flows. In the document, modestly titled “A Fundamental Reshaping of Finance”, Fink, who manages the world’s largest investment fund with some $7 trillion then under management, announced a radical departure for corporate investment. Money would “go green.” In his closely-followed 2020 letter Fink declared,

“In the near future – and sooner than most anticipate – there will be a significant re-allocation of capital…Climate risk is investment risk.” Further he stated, “Every government, company, and shareholder must confront climate change.” [i]

In a separate letter to Blackrock investor clients, Fink delivered the new agenda for capital investing. He declared that Blackrock will exit certain high-carbon investments such as coal, the largest source of electricity for the USA and many other countries. He added that Blackrock would screen new investment in oil, gas and coal to determine their adherence to the UN Agenda 2030 “sustainability.”

Fink made clear the world’s largest fund would begin to disinvest in oil, gas and coal.  “Over time,” Fink wrote, “companies and governments that do not respond to stakeholders and address sustainability risks will encounter growing skepticism from the markets, and in turn, a higher cost of capital.” He added that, “Climate change has become a defining factor in companies’ long-term prospects… we are on the edge of a fundamental reshaping of finance.” [ii]

From that point on the so-called ESG investing, penalizing CO2 emitting companies like ExxonMobil, has become all the fashion among hedge funds and Wall Street banks and investment funds including State Street and Vanguard. Such is the power of Blackrock. Fink was also able to get four new board members in ExxonMobil committed to end the company’s oil and gas business.

Colossal Financial Pyramid: BlackRock and The WEF “Great Reset”

The January 2020 Fink letter was a declaration of war by big finance against the conventional energy industry. BlackRock was a founding member of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (the TCFD) and is a signatory of the UN PRI— Principles for Responsible Investing, a UN-supported network of investors pushing zero carbon investing using the highly-corrupt ESG criteria—Environmental, Social and Governance factors into investment decisions. There is no objective control over fake data for a company’s ESG. As well Blackrock signed the Vatican’s 2019 statement advocating carbon pricing regimes. BlackRock in 2020 also joined  Climate Action 100, a coalition of almost 400 investment managers  managing US$40 trillion.

With that fateful January 2020 CEO letter, Larry Fink set in motion a colossal disinvestment in the trillion-dollar global oil and gas sector. Notably, that same year BlackRock’s Fink was named to the Board of Trustees of Klaus Schwab’s dystopian World Economic Forum, the corporate and political nexus of the Zero Carbon UN Agenda 2030. In June 2019, the World Economic Forum and the United Nations signed a strategic partnership framework to accelerate the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.  WEF has a Strategic Intelligence platform which includes Agenda 2030’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.

In his 2021 CEO letter, Fink doubled down on the attack on oil, gas and coal. “Given how central the energy transition will be to every company’s growth prospects, we are asking companies to disclose a plan for how their business model will be compatible with a net zero economy,” Fink wrote. Another BlackRock officer told a recent energy conference, “where BlackRock goes, others will follow.” [iii]

In just two years, by 2022 an estimated $1 trillion has exited investment in oil and gas exploration and development globally. Oil extraction is an expensive business and cut-off of external investment by BlackRock and other Wall Street investors spells the slow death of the industry.

Video: BlackRock, the Company that Owns the World

Biden—A BlackRock President?

Early in his then-lackluster Presidential bid, Biden had a closed door meeting in late 2019 with Fink who reportedly told the candidate that, “I’m here to help.” After his fateful meeting with BlackRock’s Fink, candidate Biden announced, “We are going to get rid of fossil fuels…” In December 2020, even before Biden was inaugurated in January 2021, he named BlackRock Global Head of Sustainable Investing,  Brian Deese, to be Assistant to the President and Director of the National Economic Council. Here, Deese, who played a key role for Obama in drafting the Paris Climate Agreement in 2015, has quietly shaped the Biden war on energy.

This has been catastrophic for the oil and gas industry. Fink’s man Deese was active in giving the new President Biden a list of anti-oil measures to sign by Executive Order beginning day one in January 2021. That included closing the huge Keystone XL oil pipeline that would bring 830,000 barrels per day from Canada as far as Texas refineries, and halting any new leases in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge (ANWR). Biden also rejoined the Paris Climate Accord that Deese had negotiated for Obama in 2015 and Trump cancelled.

The same day, Biden set in motion a change of the so-called “Social Cost of Carbon” that imposes a punitive $51 a ton of CO2 on the oil and gas industry. That one move, established under purely executive-branch authority without the consent of Congress, is dealing a devastating cost to investment in oil and gas in the US, a country only two years before that was the world’s largest oil producer.[iv]

Killing refinery capacity

Even worse, Biden’s  aggressive environmental rules and BlackRock ESG investing mandates are killing the US refinery capacity. Without refineries it doesn’t matter how many barrels of oil you take from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. In the first two years of Biden’s Presidency the US has shut down some 1 million barrels a day of gasoline and diesel refining capacity, some due to covid demand collapse, the fastest decline in US history. The shutdowns are permanent. In 2023 an added 1.7 million bpd of capacity is set to close as a result of BlackRock and Wall Street ESG disinvesting and Biden regulations. [v]

Citing the heavy Wall Street disinvestment in oil and the Biden anti-oil policies, the CEO of Chevron in June 2022 declared that he doesn’t believe the US will ever build another new refinery.[vi]

Larry Fink, Board member of Klaus Schwab’s World Economic Forum, is joined by the EU whose President of the EU Commission, the notoriously corrupt Ursula von der Leyen left the WEF Board in 2019 to become EU Commission head. Her first major act in Brussels was to push through the EU Zero Carbon Fit for 55 agenda. That has imposed major carbon taxes and other constraints on oil, gas and coal in the EU well before the February  2022 Russian actions in Ukraine.  The combined impact of the Fink fraudulent ESG agenda in the Biden administration and the EU Zero Carbon madness is creating the worst energy and inflation crisis in history.

Central Asia is the prime battlefield in the New Great Game, by Pepe Escobar

Posted on August 20, 2023

It’s hard to see how the U.S. has any chance of winning this round of the Great Game. From Pepe Escobar at thecradle.co:

So long as Russia and China remain the region’s dominant political and economic powers, the Central Asian heartland will remain a US and EU target for threats, bribes, and color revolutions.

Samarkand, Uzbekistan – The historical Heartland – or Central Eurasia – already is, and will continue to be, the prime battlefield in the New Great Game, fought between the United States and the China-Russia strategic partnership.

The original Great Game pitted the British and Russian empires in the late 19th century, and in fact, never got away: it just metastasized into the US-UK entente versus the USSR, and, subsequently, the US-EU versus Russia.

According to the Mackinder-designed geopolitical game conceptualized by imperial Britain back in 1904, The Heartland is the proverbial “pivot of History,” and its re-energized 21st century historical role is as relevant as in centuries ago: a key driver of emerging multipolarity.

So it’s no wonder all major powers are at work in the Heartland/Central Eurasia: China, Russia, US, EU, India, Iran, Turkiye, and to a lesser extent, Japan. Four out of five Central Asian “stans” are full members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO): Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan. And some, like Kazakhstan, may soon become members of BRICS+.

Map of Central Asia

The key direct geopolitical clash for influence across the Heartland pits the US against Russia and China on myriad political, economic, and financial fronts.

Reflection on the decolonization of Central Asia, or how the great Ukrainians helped the Kazakh Khan to dig the Caspian Sea

Very dangerous processes lie behind the narrative spread by the Anglo-Saxons

Increasingly, the issue of the need for some kind of “decolonization” of Central Asia is being raised in the regional media. And the more obtrusively this topic is promoted, the more bewilderment it causes for the reader, who is able to think about issues a little more serious than protecting the rights of the queer community.

But first, a little common sense. Most of both Russian and Western explanatory dictionaries give a similar definition of «colonization» as a process of settlement and economic development of land, including accompanied by the subordination of the local population. Decolonization is defined as the granting of independence to colonial countries and peoples or the transformation of colonial and dependent territories into free and independent states. Based on this, it is no longer appropriate to use the term «decolonization» in relation to the states of Central Asia. Firstly, they have never been either de jure or de facto colonies, and secondly, they have been functioning as independent sovereign countries for more than thirty years.

It is all the more strange and disturbing to observe how recently, more and more often and in all seriousness, the idea that was voiced back in March of this year is being pushed into the public consciousness. in Almaty by Chief Operating Officer of the Institute for War and Peace Reporting ( IWPR ) Stephen Ramsay. At a regional conference organized bythis British NGO, followers of everything liberal, progressive, existing on uninterrupted infusions of hard currency, was asked to think about how the countries of the region rethink their Soviet past, reduce the influence of «Russian propaganda» and find their identity — this is precisely the task since It is customary to call the obscure term «decolonization of Central Asia». At the same time, a seemingly simple question — what does the desire of great experts in the enslavement of peoples to break long-term ties within the region have to do with the noble cause of returning independence to the oppressed — for some reason did not arise among those present at the conference.

Participants of the memorable March event noted with concern and indignation that a significant number of citizens of the Central Asian states still see Russia not only as a key trade and economic partner, but also as a guarantor of security. They also stated the fact that Russian influence remains in the region in the field of education, culture, urban studies, mass media, etc. both foreign and local publications.

Actually, the preservation of Russia’s positions in the region is not surprising, and the point here is not propaganda at all. It is the interaction with Russia that is responsible for the explosive growth demonstrated by all Central Asian economies without exception in the past year. Moscow remains one of the largest investment partners for most countries in the region, investing in long-term projects to develop energy and transport infrastructure, ensure water supply systems and food security.

What prevents wealthy Western investors, concerned about Russian dominance, from following the same path, developing cooperation with any of the states of the «five»? So far, Central Asia has heard many promises from the West without taking practical steps. On the other hand, a powerful stream of rhetoric pours into the ears of the audience about the need to rewrite history, turn to the search for national identity (as if it was once lost in the region), give all one’s strength to the fight for the rights of women and perverts (such a neighborhood is on the list of priorities, in the opinion of the author , offensive to women). For repeaters of all this unthinkable nonsense, which has not yet saved anyone from hunger and cold, foreign sponsors do not spare money.

But what, in fact, is «colonial» in the current consciousness of citizens? Understanding that it was during the years of the USSR that the region turned from the backyard of the empire into a serious industrial and industrial region? So it’s not even a fact — it’s a statistic. Suffice it to recall that in the Soviet years, the still functioning cascades of the largest hydroelectric power plants were created — Toktogul, Kurpsai, Varzob, Nurek; the Ortotokoy reservoir and the Ferghana Canal were built. Turksib, transport corridors Dushanbe-Khorog-Osh, Almaty-Tashkent, Bishkek-Osh — all these are also projects of that time. The largest industrial giants — Aktobe and Karaganda metallurgical, Balkhash, Chimkent mining and smelting, Tashselmash, Uzbekselmash and many others — all these are the results of the efforts and investments of the «colonizers».

I would like to draw the attention of the current “fighters for civil rights and education” to the fact that it was the Soviet government that brought education, affordable healthcare, universal vaccination to the region (and not blankets infected with smallpox, as the Americans practiced in relation to the indigenous population of the territories being developed) and gender equality . “A woman is also a person,” as the hero of the famous film said, it was first heard in Turkestan precisely thanks to the Soviets. The Basmachi, whose memory the proponents of the current “decolonization” are trying to whitewash, not only practiced frankly bandit methods in dealing with their compatriots, but also determined the value of a woman’s life not much higher than the value of a ram. The idea of the right to vote for a woman did not occur then even to the women themselves.

I don’t know what our ancestors thought about the rights of sexual minorities and other gender undecided… I suspect nothing. Once upon a time, it was stupid for them to engage in and talk on the topic “and there were gays among the batyrs.” They were faced with the task of pulling their republics out of the dense Middle Ages, and they coped with it. And when it became necessary to protect the fruits of their labors, they took up arms.

Some more statistics: out of 6 million Kazakhs, 1 million 200 thousand took part in the Great Patriotic War, 1.5 million out of 6.5 million Uzbeks, 365 and 289 thousand out of one and a half million people in Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan, respectively, out of 1 million 250 thousand Turkmens — 300 thousand people. Is it possible that behind each of them was a Chekist with a revolver? And did the detachments stimulate their feats? In Uzbekistan alone, 338 people received the title of Hero of the Soviet Union. 112 in Turkmenistan, 96 Kazakhs, 73 Kyrgyz, 68 Tajiks — for the colonialists are not killed like that. For comparison: the maximum size of the army, formed from the inhabitants of British India to participate in the Second World War, was 2.5 million people. Of the almost three hundred million people of the region at that time, the number of those ready to give their lives for the metropolis did not reach even one percent. Are we being asked to abandon such a past? For what?

Let’s turn to the report on the March conference in Almaty. According to the Kloop project coordinator . kg Aizirek Almazbekova, “In Kyrgyzstan, the rhetoric of secession from Russia is not very developed… but in civil society, decolonization issues are discussed more than before. These processes are not large-scale, we are only moving towards this.” According to the co-founder of the Zhetishet feminist movement Aizhamal Bektenova (Kyrgyzstan), “it is necessary to rethink the situation of Central Asian women during the Soviet Union. And one way is through decolonial feminist art that addresses the heritage of the region, the contemporary image of women, and at the same time raises important issues of gender-based violence and discrimination . ”

This obscure nonsense is now broadcast monthly during numerous similar events organized both at the regional level and in each of the countries . A natural question arises, why would the British IWPR and similar structures finance such gatherings?

At first glance, they look like freaks , carrying outright nonsense and mastering generous grants from Western NGOs. One could giggle and forget about the holy fools who are trying to link the Kazakh khans and gay batyrs into one ideological paradigm. But we have already witnessed how what we see today in Ukraine has grown from the same nonsense about independence, national exclusivity and the rupture of family ties with the closest neighbor. There, too, everything began with the realization of their own national identity, the rejection of the Russian language of rewriting history, the replacement of heroes with heroes , the exaltation of bandits and the creation of myths about the great Ukrainians who dug out the Black Sea. And after all, over time, all this has brought its rotten fruits.

I would not want the countries of Central Asia inspired by the “reflection on national superiority” to be drawn into large-scale civil strife. But the conflict potential in the region with its rapidly growing population is extremely high. And there are much more unresolved land disputes and mutual grievances between neighbors than Ukraine has with Russia, Poland and Hungary. Yes, and what to hide, there are enough real potential colonialists who want the classic, as in the dictionary, «settlement and economic development of land, including accompanied by the subordination of the local population» of such an important region in the geopolitical sense.

Time for China’s Military to Safeguard Serbia, Syria and Southern Sudan

Declan Hayes

If China wants peace, they should take the old Latin maxim to heart and prepare for war by getting some invaluable practical experience in Serbia, Srpska, Syria and Southern Sudan, Declan Hayes writes.

Although Stephen Karganovic’s recent article argued that the Wagner Group should send peace-keeping forces to the Republic of Srpska, the greater hope should be that the Chinese Peoples’ Liberation Army (CPLA) would intervene not only in Srpska, but in all of Serbia, as well as in Syria and South Sudan for good measure.

Serbia is a no-brainer as the United States Air Force obliterated the sovereign Chinese soil of China’s Belgrade Embassy on May 7th 1999, murdering three Chinese journalists in the process. Though the Chinese jumped up and down outside the Yankee Embassy in Beijing about that, NATO believes that they are paper tigers, all bark and no bite and forever hiding behind Mother Russia’s apron strings.

Then there is the secular Syrian Arab Republic, where Russian forces have sacrificed their lives for that country’s sovereignty. What, besides sloth, stops the CPLA sending land, sea and air forces there to learn, as it were, at Russia’s feet?

And finally there is Southern Sudan where the CPLA got a bloody nose from a disparate group of rebel insurgents when they went there as part of a half-cocked UN peace-keeping force.

These three arenas show us that, despite all their toys, the CPLA has a lot to learn from the Russian Armed Forces and the battled-hardened Syrian Arab Army.

This was amply demonstrated in 2016 in the South Sudanese capital of Juba when the CPLA were caught on the hop and got a battering from a smattering of the militias operating there, with several Chinese soldiers being killed in the firefights that embroiled them. NATO propagandists were quick to jump all over this, with MI6’s hard-line Guardian newspaper claiming that “aid workers were raped in South Sudan [as] Chinese troops abandoned their posts rather than engage in fighting and protect civilians, says US-based rights group”. Not a good look at all for the CPLA, the Guardian and their US-based NGO collaborators smugly smirked.

The South Sudanese take away is that because the Chinese, who volunteered for this mission in large part to protect Chinese oil interests in Southern Sudan, were ill-equipped and ill-organised, they must quickly learn from their mistakes and, in future, bring their own autonomous fire power, either under the UN umbrella or under their own steam and under their own flag. The CPLA must use these UN junkets to accrue battle experience, for which there is no known substitute and, equally importantly, no known price tag.

This is especially true of the Battle for Syria, where Russian air, land and sea forces have performed with distinction and learned vital logistical and other lessons, which have been put to good use in Ukraine.

Although the recent flotilla of Russian and Chinese warships sailing between the Aleutian Islands and mainland Siberia and their subsequent anti-submarine, anti-aircraft, and rescue exercises are hopefully signs of better co-operation to come, China has a very long march ahead of it. Whereas the Russian Navy has already projected power to Syria and has engaged their NATO proxy enemy at close quarters in the Black Sea, the Chinese Navy has yet to get a proper test run for the American fire and brimstone that awaits them in the South China Sea.

Because Syria and Ukraine both offer China golden opportunities to project power in hostile environments, Chinese air, land and sea forces should, by any logic but their own navel-gazing one, be there in considerable numbers.

The Chinese seem to think that we are living not in the interesting times of 2023 but in the equally interesting times of 1793 when Emperor Quanlong told England’s King George 111 that the Middle Kingdom had no need of him, his envoys, or his country’s produce.

This was at a time, remember, when the wars of the French Revolution were coming to an end and when Napoleon lifted the Royal Navy’s Siege of Toulon before going on to change global military and political history.

No one is suggesting that the Chinese emulate Napoleon, only that they accumulate battle experience, the same sort of experience the Israelis accumulated with Wingate, as well as with the British, French and Soviet Armies prior to launching their 1948 ethnic cleansing campaign.

Though flush with cash, the Chinese Peoples’ Liberation Army lacks military experience, their 1979 punch up with the heroic Vietnamese Army notwithstanding. Although NATO’s assessment of the CPLA has moved on since 1979 when they regarded it as a standing joke, they still believe NATO has China outclassed in all fields up to and including nuclear war. That is also the view of the Council for Foreign Relations.

Although the U.S. Dept of Defense calls the Peoples’ Republic of China “the most consequential and systemic challenge to our national security and to a free and open international system”, the Yanks believe they have its measure not least because they have taken “China’s military modernization and defense strategy … elements of China’s economic policy and foreign policy … and how these all kind of fit together with the military and defense modernization in pursuit of its regional and global ambitions” into account.

The Chinese, like Emperor Quanlong before them, see no danger here. They pipe up about their Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) and its emerging reserve currency and bank.

But what is the BRI only a series of nodes linked together in an economic network, just as a bridge, the Kerch Bridge to take an example, or a pipeline, such as Nordstream, might be integrated into a much larger system. Or indeed an entire country like Libya or Iraq, both of which were destroyed by American shock and awe.

The Chinese are not the only ones making deals building, as it were, bridges of peace. Iran, for example, has been busy smoking the peace pipe with Vietnam, something that will not have escaped the eagle-eyed attention of our trigger happy NATO friends.

The truth of the matter is because corporate control pays a premium dividend, NATO will go to war with both China and Iran, as it formerly went to war with Vietnam, to retain the rents they accrue from being the world’s top dog. One need only look at Serbia, Syria, Iraq, Libya, Korea or all of South East Asia to see the savagery that is at NATO’s heart.

One can also look at Imran Khan’s Pakistan which NATO flipped on its back like a turtle and which NATO stands poised to leverage for the basest of reasons against both India and China. And, if Pakistan is not warning enough, there is always Vietnam, which NATO warlord Joe Biden plans to visit in early September as part of NATO’s efforts to surround China, which is considerably helped by China insisting on its ludicrous nine-dash line around the Spratly Islands in the South China Sea, which the Vietnamese tellingly call the East Sea.

Perhaps, as China yet again squares up to its former Vietnamese vassal, it might like to ponder where Pakistan and the Philippines now stand in NATO’s efforts to corral China. Or perhaps the Chinese might like to take a break from chanting Sun Tzu cliches and read Ecclesiastes 9:11-12 which, inter alia, tells us that the race does not go to the swift, nor the battle to the strong.

If the Bible offends their sensibilities, they might like to reconsider Deng Xiaoping’s quip that it doesn’t matter whether the cat is black or white, only that it catches the mouse. The U.S. Dept of State has not only read that but they have plenty of experience of killing mice, and cats and devastating entire countries like the Philippines and Vietnam for that matter.

And, if the Yanks do a Vietnam on parts of China, what has Beijing up its sleeve? Another protest at the Yankee Embassy when NATO flips them over paws-up like Pakistan? And cries for mutual understanding and peace, perhaps. But if China wants peace, they should take the old Latin maxim to heart and prepare for war by getting some invaluable practical experience in Serbia, Srpska, Syria and Southern Sudan. For no matter whether China wants war or peace, it should be in no doubt that its enemy not only wants war but is actively preparing for it in Srpska, Serbia, Syria, South Sudan and in China itself as well.
