Sie spricht von “Weltbränden die gebrennt” haben, vom “Speck der Hoffnung” und will Russlands Präsidenten Wladimir Putin verhaften, wenn dieser sich nicht um 360 Grad dreht. Die grüne Annalena Baerbock ist nicht zuletzt sprachlich immer wieder für eine Überraschung gut. Ihrer mehrfach geänderten Biografie zufolge belegte sie von 2004 bis 2005 einen Masterstudiengang Internationales Öffentliches Recht an der London School of Economics.
Keine Auskunft aus London
Wie “Tichys Einblick” schreibt, braucht es für ihren dortigen Abschluss keine Abschlussprüfung. Obligatorisch ist aber ein Aufsatz (Essay) von 10.000 Wörtern. Und genau diesen wollten die Journalisten sehen. Anfragen bei der Ministerin und der Uni brachten allerdings ernüchternde Ergebnisse.
“In line with UK data protection laws, we do not provide further details of our students’ or graduates’ studies or applications without their prior consent”, wird die Hochschule in dem Bericht zitiert. Man teile also keine Einzelheiten über das Studium eines Absolventen ohne Einwilligung des Betreffenden mit. Sogar das Thema der Arbeit am Ende des 11.300 Euro teuren Jahres in der britischen Hauptstadt ist Top Secret.
Ihr Studium der Politikwissenschaften in Hamburg hatte sie ohne Abschluss beendet. Der LLM-Abschluss in London nach nur einem Jahr und ohne Abschlussprüfung dürfte weder einem Diplomabschluss noch einem regulären Master-Abschluss entsprechen, meinen Kritiker. Auch die 2009 begonnene, aber nie beendete Promotion in Völkerrecht an der FU Berlin, eine Arbeit zum Thema „Naturkatastrophen und humanitäre Hilfe im Völkerrecht”, bleibt übrigens geheim.
Wie viel von ihrem Lebenslauf einer tatsächlichen Prüfung standhalten würde?
Nicht schon wieder: Außenministerin Annalena Baerbock (42, Grüne) hat sich erneut gewaltige Versprecher geleistet, die in den sozialen Medien für hämische Kommentare sorgen. In Südafrika sprach sie statt vom Hoffnungsschimmer vom “Bacon of hope”, dem “Speck der Hoffnung”.
Ihren Abschluss an der privaten London School of Economics (LSE) hat sich die deutsche Grünen-Chefin Annalena Baerbock ordentlich was kosten lassen: umgerechnet knapp 11.300 Euro Studiengebühren.
Erst wenn sich Russlands Staatschef einmal im Kreis dreht, wird die Ukraine sicher sein. Das hat sinngemäß die deutsche Außenministerin gesagt, als sie von einer „360-Grad-Wende“ Putins gesprochen hat. Gemeint hat sie vermutlich eine „180-Grad-Wende“. Denn wer sich um 360 Grad dreht, blickt danach in dieselbe Richtung.
“……………………………………………………………………Tepco’s cost-avoidance on its sea wall was only the first in a string of failures that have followed like dominos. The corruption led in July 2022 to convictions of four top Tepco executives for negligence and a fine of $95 billion.
In the 12 years since the meltdowns, Tepco’s disaster response efforts, always heralded as fixes, have been a series of hugely expensive failures: the “advanced” wastewater filter system “ALPS” has failed; the buried “ice wall” groundwater barrier has failed; containers made for the radioactive sludge produced by ALPS have failed; and plans to deal with millions of tons of collected debris — now kept in plastic bags — are being fiercely resisted by Japanese citizens.
Tons of cooling water is still being poured every day into Fukushima’s triple reactor wrecks to keep the hot melted fuel from again running amok. Additionally, groundwater gushes through the reactors’ foundations’ countless cracks and breaks caused by the staggering earthquake into what’s left of the structures’ sub-floors. All this water becomes highly radioactive as it passes over and through three giant masses — totaling at least 880 tonnes — of melted and mangled uranium and plutonium fuel.
You read that right. Fukushima’s destroyed reactor No. 3 was using fuel made partly of plutonium (see below), and so plutonium contaminates not just the ground and cooling water running over the melted fuel, but the ALPS apparatus, its filters, the containers used to store the radioactive sludge extracted by ALPS, and of course the sludge itself. You would think that the word plutonium would appear occasionally in news coverage of this ongoing disaster.
Failed ALPS means million-tonne do-over
Tepco’s jerry-rigged system dubbed Advanced Liquid Processing System or ALPS has never worked as planned. As early as 2013 the machinery was stalled. “The ALPS system failed to reduce radioactive elements, as claimed by the owner,” Power Technology, reported June 2, 2021.
Tepco has repeatedly said ALPS would remove 62 radioactive materials — all but tritium and carbon-14 from the continuously expanding volume of wastewater. Documents on a government committee’s website show that of 890,000 tonnes of water held at Fukushima, 750,000 tonnes, or 84 percent, contain higher concentrations of radioactive materials than legal limits allow, according to Reuters, Oct. 11, 2018. Among the long-lasting and deadly isotopes picked up by the water runs that through melted fuel wreckage are cesium, strontium, cobalt, ruthenium, carbon-14, tritium, iodine, plutonium, and at least 54 others.
In a June 14 op/ed for the China Daily, Shaun Burnie, the Senior Nuclear Specialist at Greenpeace East Asia, reported that the ALPS “has been a spectacular failure” and noted that:
“About 70 percent or 931,600 cubic meters of the wastewater needs to be processed again (and probably many more times) by the ALPS to bring the radioactive concentration levels below the regulatory limit for discharge. Tepco has succeeded in reducing the concentration levels of strontium, iodine, and plutonium in only 0.2 percent of the total volume of the wastewater, and it still requires further processing. But no secondary processing has taken place in the past nearly three years. Neither Tepco nor the Japanese government [have] said how many times the wastewater needs to be processed, how long it will take to do so, or whether the efforts will ever be successful. Greenpeace reported on these problems and why the ALPS failed nearly five years ago, and none of these issues has been resolved.”
Consequently, Tepco says it will re-filter over 70 percent of the 1.37 million tonnes of wastewater stored in giant tanks on site. Approximately 875,000 tons of contaminated water must be put through the system again, a process that will leave behind more of the highly radioactive and corrosive waste sludge.Advertisements

Hoping to slow the rush to dumping, Ryota Koyama, a professor at Fukushima Univ. in Japan, said in an interview with China Media Group last May, “If the Japanese government or the Tokyo Elec Power Co really wants to discharge contaminated water into the sea, they need to explain in more detail whether the nuclides have really been removed.”
Ice wall also melts
Tepco intended to reduce the volume of groundwater gushing into the reactor building foundations by digging a $350 million “ice wall” into the earth between the destroyed reactors and the mountains behind. The company placed 1,568 heavy pipes filled with coolant 90 feet deep. It was to freeze the ground to form a deep impenetrable barrier, diverting groundwater to either side of the destroyed six-reactor Fukushima complex and prevent it seeping inside. It has failed to do so, The Guardian reported. In 2016, the Times of London reported that the scheme had only a “minor impact” on the volume of groundwater rushing in, which at the time still averaged 321 tonnes a day. Tepco announced then that it would retrofit the system and fix the leaks, but Science/The Wire reported in January 2022 that the company had admitted that its ice wall was “partially” melting. About 150 tonnes per day still gushes in.
Filtered sludge burning through containers
The ALPS filter has produced over 4,000 large containers filled with highly radioactive slurry and sludge left from the treatment.
Like the use of the word “advanced” in the name of the failed ALPS machinery, the cylinders used for the caustic, highly radioactive sludge are called “High Integrity Containers” or HICs, but in fact they are made of plastic and have degraded far faster than Tepco anticipated.
By March 2, Tepco had filled 4,143 containers, according to the daily Asahi Shimbun. At 30 cubic feet each, the cylinders now store a total of about 124,290 cubic feet of the highly radioactive sludge that will soon require expensive repackaging and, eventually, isolation from the biosphere for thousands of years.
Over two years ago, on June 8, 2021, Japan’s Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) announced that 31 of the containers had “exceeded their lifespans” and were corroded badly enough by the harsh toxic material that they must be replaced. The NRA also warned that another 56 cylinders would need replacing within two years.
Japan’s Mainichi newspaper reported that the government regulators blamed Tepco for “underestimating the radiation the 31 plastic cylinders were exposed to.” The company then claimed it would start moving the contents to new containers.
As early as next month, Japan intends to begin dispersing 1.37 million tonnes of contaminated wastewater into the Pacific Ocean. The government has steadfastly ignored fierce local and international opposition to the plan from the fishing community, marine scientists, Pacific Island nations, environmentalists, South Korea, and China. So far only South Korean politicians have suggested bringing international legal action against the dumping.
Since the 2011 meltdowns spewed radioactive materials broadly across Japan’s main island, some 14-million tonnes of cesium-contaminated soil, leaves, and debris have been scraped from the ground and stored in one-tonne bags. Citizens are struggling desperately prevent authorities from using the radioactive waste in road building or burning it in incinerators. The bags are currently stacked in tens of thousands of piles all over the region.
Even more protest was raised last February 10 when the NRA said it would allow Tepco to severely weaken its monitoring of the wastewater’s radioactivity. The NRA said would but the number of radioactive elements to be measured from 64 to 34.
The environment minister of Hong Kong — a coastal metropolis of 7.5 million people — charged in June that Japan is “violating its obligations under international law and endangering the marine environment and public health.” Minister Tse Chin-wan wrote in the daily Ta Kung Pao that Hong Kong would “immediately prohibit imports of seafood caught off the coast of Fukushima prefecture.”
Plutonium Spread Long Distances from Fukushima
Very few reports of the Fukushima catastrophic releases of radiation have mentioned plutonium contamination. Yet plutonium was used in fuel rods in Fukushima’s reactor number 3 which was destroyed by meltdown and several hydrogen explosions. Plutonium is one of the most toxic substances known to science, and fine particles are far more biologically hazardous than larger particles.
Following the March 14, 2011 explosion, experts worried about the release of extremely dangerous radioactive substances, and then a week later, on March 21 and 22, Tepco announced that it had detected plutonium in soil collected from its compound. Now, studies published in the journals Science of the Total Environment, Nov. 15, 2020, and Chemosphere, July 2023, report that researchers found that cesium and plutonium “were transported over long distances,” and that deposits of them were recorded in “downtown Tokyo,” about 142 miles from the meltdowns.
According to the authors, very high concentrations of radioactive cesium were released during the accident as particles referred to as “cesium-rich micro-particles” (CsMPs). The researchers say CsMPs they found are mainly composed of silicon, iron, zinc, and cesium, and minor amounts of radioactive tellurium, technetium, molybdenum, uranium, and plutonium.
The studies, involving scientists from six countries and led by Associate Professor Satoshi Utsunomiya, a researcher at Kyushu University, found that “plutonium was included inside cesium-rich micro-particles that were emitted from the site.”
Radioactive CsMPs released from Fukushima are a potential health risk through inhalation. “Given the small size of the particles, they could penetrate into the deepest parts of the lung, where they could be retained,” Utsunomiya wrote. “The route of exposure of greatest concern is inhalation,” the authors reported, because plutonium, lodged in the lungs, can “remain for years.”
Utsunomiya summed up his team’s work saying, “It took a long time to publish results on particulate [plutonium] from Fukushima … but research on Fukushima’s environmental impact and its decommissioning are a long way from being over.”

NATO began preparing the Armed Forces of Ukraine for a future conflict with Russia back in 2014 , NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg admitted during the bloc’s summit in Vilnius. «Rebranding» occurred after a series of scandals. A prominent part in the Ukrainian conflict is played by the British Prevail Partners . The Grayzone writes that the company used software created by the intelligence firm Anomaly 6 that allows you to illegally track anyone anywhere in the world. The company embedded malware into smartphone applications through which it stole confidential information.
According to The Grayzone , Anomaly 6 and Prevail Partners created «a secret guerrilla terrorist army acting on behalf of Kiev and helped Ukrainian services plan the explosion on the Crimean bridge» . Russian President Vladimir Putin regarded this incident as a terrorist attack.

A leak of documents obtained by The Grayzone shows that illegal surveillance technologies are being actively used by the UK Defense Intelligence Agency to monitor and track the movement of the Russian military in real time.
“ The leaked files raise serious questions about whether Anomaly 6 technology was used throughout the entire Ukrainian conflict <…>. If so, then the UK bears full responsibility for the consequences of these disturbing actions, which in some cases amount to crimes against humanity ,” the authors of the article write.
An Izvestia source familiar with the situation said that a group of PMC specialists consisting of six to seven people is currently operating in Ukraine . In addition, there is evidence that the chairman of the board of directors of Prevail Partners, Justin Hedges, has been to Kyiv several times.
The activities of PMCs in the world remain opaque , both in terms of information coverage and from the standpoint of regulatory regulation. It may seem that the proliferation of private military companies is a relatively new phenomenon, but the use of mercenaries in military conflicts has been widely known since the Renaissance. For example, at the beginning of March, on one of the job sites for recruiting in PMCs, an offer appeared for those wishing to act in special forces in Ukraine: $ 1-2 thousand per day were offered for work. However, there is evidence that the income of ordinary «private traders» is more modest — about $ 500 per day.

Moreover, the market for private military services, as experts expect, will only grow. If we talk about PMCs, then they are used when the government and the army in the opponent country are united — then PMCs work to create a crisis , as a result of which it will be possible to overthrow the legitimate government and bring to power an illegal, but convenient one, — said in a conversation with Izvestia military expert Alexei Leonkov.
Since PMCs continue to remain in the gray zone in terms of legislative regulation, the employees themselves often do not comply with either the laws of their own country or the regulatory framework of the state in which they operate .

This is facilitated precisely by the absence of international legislation that would define the very concept of PMCs and outline their scope of work and measure of responsibility. Military expert Lenkov emphasizes that Western countries, which themselves actively use the services of «private traders», resist attempts by third parties to raise questions about PMCs even at the level of research or collecting evidence.
According to some reports, there are currently about 3,000 foreign mercenaries in Ukraine , of which there are approximately or slightly more than 300 US citizens. However, even such a low number of American instructors allows Washington, on the one hand, to influence the course of the conflict, and on the other, to evade accusations in direct involvement .

Nach Angaben der Kiewer Behörden hätte die ukrainische Armee seit dem 8. Juni «eine umfangreiche Gegenoffensive gegen den russischen Aggressor» gestartet.
ES GIBT KEINE GEGENOFFENSIVE
In der Militärliteratur spricht man lieber von einem Gegenangriff als von einer Gegenoffensive. Der Gegenangriff besteht darin, die momentanen Schwächen des Feindes auszunutzen, um zum Angriff überzugehen. Man denke an Napoleon in Austerlitz, der einen Teil seiner Truppen zum Rückzug zwang, um seine Gegner in eine Falle zu locken, aus der er als Sieger hervorging.
Die Wahl des Begriffs «Gegenoffensive» ist nicht neutral. Es ist ein Kommunikationstrick, der suggeriert, dass die Russen eine «Offensive» gestartet haben, um die Ukraine zu erobern. Tatsächlich lieferten sie sich am Flughafen im Norden der Hauptstadt eine Schlacht, bevor sie sich zurückzogen.
In Wirklichkeit haben die Russen nie versucht, Kiew einzunehmen, und sie wollen auch nicht in die Ukraine einmarschieren. Das hat ihr Präsident Wladimir Putin in der ersten Woche seiner «Sonderoperation» erklärt. Die Einnahme eines Militärflughafens, selbst nördlich von Kiew, ist nur eine Schlacht, die den Russen die Luftüberlegenheit sichern soll. Dies deutet nicht darauf hin, dass sie die Hauptstadt einnehmen wollten.
Auch der Begriff «Spezialeinsatz» ist nicht neutral. Moskau betont damit, dass es keinen Invasionskrieg führt, sondern seiner «Schutzverantwortung» gegenüber der Bevölkerung der Oblasten Donezk und Lugansk nachkomme, die seit 2014 offiziell Ziel einer Strafoperation von Kiew waren. Die Gültigkeit der russischen Spezialoperation in Frage zu stellen, wäre so, als würde man die Operation der französischen Armee in Frage stellen, um den Massakern in Ruanda ein Ende zu setzen. Beide Spezialoperationen wurden durch Resolutionen des Sicherheitsrats der Vereinten Nationen (die Resolutionen N° 929 vom 22. Juni 1994 und N° 2202 vom 17. Februar 2015) genehmigt. Nur dass die Resolution, auf die sich Moskau stützt, nicht in aller Eile gefasst wurde. Sie ist diejenige, die die Minsker Vereinbarungen befürwortet und Deutschland, Frankreich und Russland die Möglichkeit gibt, zu intervenieren, um sie umzusetzen.
Aus kommunikativer Sicht hat der Begriff «Gegenoffensive» den Vorteil, dass man vergisst, dass Kiew acht Jahre lang einen Krieg gegen seine eigenen Staatsbürger geführt hat, der nach verschiedenen Zählungen zwischen 14000 und 22000 Tote forderte.
Monatelang bettelte Kiew und bekam viele westliche Waffen. Es bildete auch seine Soldaten im Umgang mit ihnen aus. In der Zwischenzeit zog sich Moskau auf die Linien zurück, die es während der Friedensverhandlungen in Weißrussland und dann in der Türkei akzeptiert hatte, bevor diese von der Werchowna Rada (dem Kiewer Parlament, in dem Washington ein Büro ständiger Berater des US-Außenministeriums und der USAID einrichtete) denunziert wurde. Als Beispiel hat Moskau das rechte Ufer von Cherson aufgegeben (aber nicht das linke Ufer), wodurch der Dnjepr zur natürlichen Grenze zwischen der Ukraine und Neurussland wurde. Nachdem die Bewohner dieser Region der Russischen Föderation durch ein Referendum beigetreten sind, hat Moskau zwei Verteidigungslinien ab der Mündung des Dnjepr bis zum Donbass (Lugansk und Donezk) aufgebaut. Dabei handelt es sich um zwei Reihen von Drachenzähnen (Befestigungen, die den Durchgang von gepanzerten Fahrzeugen verhindern) und Schützengräben.
Das Atlantische Bündnis, das die Waffen und Strategien liefert, hat den Befehl zur Gegenoffensive gegeben, obwohl Kiew keine Kontrolle mehr in der Luft und nur noch wenig Munition hat. Im Vorjahr konnte die ukrainische Armee Drohnen einsetzen, um die Bewegungen des Gegners zu überwachen. Heute kann sie das nicht mehr, weil dieser alle feindlichen elektronischen Verbindungen auf «seinem» Territorium und ein wenig darüber hinaus stört. Kiew verfügt theoretisch über eine beeindruckende Bodenbewaffnung, wie kein Land sie je hatte. In der Praxis sind jedoch viele der gelieferten Waffen verschwunden, in anderen Ländern, mit oder ohne Zustimmung der großzügigen Spender. Was die Munition betrifft, ist es nicht möglich, sie in der Ukraine zu lagern, ohne von russischen Hyperschallraketen sofort zerstört zu werden. Sie werden daher in Polen und Moldawien gelagert und nur über die Grenze gebracht, um direkt an die Front zu gelangen.
Seit den letzten zwei Wochen haben die ukrainischen Streitkräfte versucht, die russischen Verteidigungslinien zu durchbrechen, ohne Erfolg. Die Truppen konzentrieren sich vor diesen Linien und werden von der russischen Artillerie beschossen. Wenn sie sich dann zum Rückzug entschließen, schicken die Russen Drohnen, um Minen auf deren Rückweg abzuwerfen.
Das Einzige, was Kiews Streitkräfte tun können, ist, die Dörfer einzunehmen, die einige Kilometer vor den Verteidigungslinien liegen. Währenddessen bombardieren russische Flugzeuge deren Arsenale, manchmal weit im Inneren der Ukraine. Die effizientesten Flaksysteme der Ukraine, die Patriot, wurden sofort nach ihrer Einrichtung zerstört. Es bleiben nicht mehr viele übrig, außer jener, die veraltete Raketen treffen können. Der ukrainische Generalstab behauptet, sechs Kinschal-Raketen zerstört zu haben, was angesichts ihrer hohen Geschwindigkeit (Mach 10) unmöglich ist. Der Bürgermeister von Kiew, Witali Klitschko, veröffentlichte ein Foto von sich, auf dem er vor einem Wrack einer Kinschal posiert. Unsinn! Die Trümmer entsprechen überhaupt nicht dieser Waffe.
Der Kampfgeist der ukrainischen Truppen ist so niedrig wie nie zuvor. Das Verteidigungsministerium versichert, dass sich immer noch viele Männer im Hinterland befinden. Das Gebiet Iwano-Frankiwsk hat jedoch die Mobilmachung aller Männer zwischen 18 und 60 Jahren angeordnet. Ausnahmen sind selten. Die Realität scheint also eher zu sein, dass es keine einsatzbereiten Kämpfer mehr gibt.
Das Atlantische Bündnis hat alle seine AWACS-Flugzeuge eingesetzt, um das Schlachtfeld aus der Ferne zu überwachen. Es kann das Ausmaß der Niederlage nicht leugnen. Seltsamerweise treibt es die Ukrainer weiterhin in den Kampf, oder besser gesagt in den Tod.
Die Mission der Afrikanischen Union und der Brazzaville-Stiftung wurde mit Höflichkeit empfangen, aber die Ukrainer wollten ihre guten Dienste nicht. Sie versuchten nur, die Missionsmitglieder für ihre Sache zu gewinnen.
KIEW WILL KEINE MISSION DER GUTEN DIENSTE
Washington hofft noch, dass Kiew gewinnt und Präsident Joe Biden eine durchschlagende Wiederwahl beschert. Es könnte jedoch einen Rückzieher machen und sich auf die beiden Vermittlungsmissionen Chinas und der Afrikanischen Union verlassen. Auf Betreiben Washingtons verbot die Werchowna Rada jedoch jedem, mit den «Invasoren» zu verhandeln.
China hat 12 Prinzipien veröffentlicht, die seiner Meinung nach jedem Friedensabkommen zugrunde liegen sollten. Pekings Sondergesandter Li Hui weigert sich, über ihre Umsetzung zu sprechen, solange sie nicht von beiden Seiten genehmigt wurden. Das ist nun geschehen. Aber der Westen lässt sich nicht täuschen. Man kann nicht so tun, als würde man diese Prinzipien teilen, wenn man die Lügen weiter benutzt, die man seit drei Jahrzehnten entwickelt hat. Andernfalls werden sie zur Anerkennung der Gültigkeit der russischen Position und damit zum Wunsch nach einer Niederlage Kiews führen.
Die Afrikanische Union und die Brazzaville-Stiftung entsandten vier Staatsoberhäupter: Azali Assoumani (Komoren und derzeitiger Vorsitzender der Afrikanischen Union), Macky Sall (Senegal), Cyril Ramaphosa (Südafrika) und Hakainde Hichilema (Sambia). Alle anderen weigerten sich mitzukommen. Der ägyptische Präsident schickte seinen Premierminister Mostafa Madbouly. Der an Covid erkrankte Ugander Yoweri Museveni hat seinen ehemaligen Außenminister Ruhakana Rugunda geschickt. Der Kongolese Denis Sassou-Nguesso ließ sich durch den Staatsminister des Präsidiums, Florent Ntsiba, vertreten.
Gleich nach ihrer Ankunft wurde die gesamte Delegation nach Butscha eingeladen, wo ihre Gastgeber ihnen erklärten, dass die russischen Besatzer Gräueltaten begangen hätten. Die Afrikaner haben die internationalen Ermittler nicht getroffen, die im Gegenteil festgestellt haben, dass die Massaker mit Pfeilchen (Munition, die während des Ersten Weltkriegs weit verbreitet war) verübt wurden. Vor allem haben die Russen Butscha am 30. März 2022 verlassen. Der Bürgermeister des Ortes hatte nichts Ungewöhnliches festgestellt. Am nächsten Tag sind die Nationalisten des Asow-Bataillons in die Stadt eingedrungen, aber die Leichen wurden erst am 4. April gefunden. Es handelte sich also eindeutig um einen Bürgerkriegsschauplatz, in dem die integralen Nationalisten Mitbürger hinrichteten, von denen sie glaubten, mit den Russen kollaboriert zu haben. Jedenfalls kennen die Afrikaner solche Situationen und können nicht leicht getäuscht werden.
Als sie in Kiew ankamen, ertönten die Sirenen. Aber diese Staatsmänner waren nicht beeindruckt. Sie stellten fest, dass die Hauptstadt nicht bombardiert wurde, sondern nur wenige militärische Ziele.
Auf der abschließenden Pressekonferenz sagte der Präsident der Komoren, Azali Assoumani: «Der Weg zum Frieden muss über die Achtung der Charta der Vereinten Nationen führen, und Afrika ist bereit, weiterhin mit Ihnen auf der Suche nach einem dauerhaften Frieden zusammenzuarbeiten (…) Auch wenn der Weg zum Frieden lang sein mag, gibt es Hoffnung, weil Gespräche möglich sind.» Darauf antwortete der ukrainische Präsident Wolodymyr Selenskyj ihm: «Heute habe ich bei unserem Treffen deutlich gesagt, dass die Zulassung von Verhandlungen mit Russland jetzt, wo der Besatzer auf unserem Land ist, bedeutet, den Krieg einzufrieren, Schmerz und Leid einzufrieren.»

Am 17. Juni 2023 präsentierte Wladimir Putin der afrikanischen Delegation den Entwurf eines Friedensvertrags, den der Leiter der ukrainischen Delegation im März 2022 während der Friedensverhandlungen in der Türkei unterzeichnet hatte.
Nach dieser Weigerung fuhren die Afrikaner nach St. Petersburg, um den russischen Präsidenten Wladimir Putin zu treffen. Natürlich zeigte sich dieser viel offener. Er hat nicht nur nichts zu verlieren, sondern er hat ein massives Argument. Er präsentierte der Delegation (siehe Video) den Text des Friedensvertrags und das von den Ukrainern im März 2022 ausgehandelte und vom Delegationsleiter unterzeichnete Addendum. Er erklärte sogar, dass die russischen Truppen bei der Umsetzung dieses Projekts die Oblaste Kiew und Tschernihiw verlassen hätten und dass die Ukrainer sich nicht nur geweigert hätten, diese Texte zu ratifizieren, sondern auch ein Gesetz verabschiedet hätten, das die Fortsetzung oder Wiederaufnahme von Friedensverhandlungen verbiete.
Man wird auf dem Afrika-Russland-Gipfel, der für den 26. und 29. Juli geplant ist, sehen, welcher der beiden Staatsoberhäupter in den Augen der Delegation der Afrikanischen Union aufrichtiger erschien. Kiews Interesse an Missionen der guten Dienste ist ebenso falsch wie seine Gegenoffensive.
Selenskyjs Aktivitäten als Präsident wären lächerlich, wenn nicht Menschen sterben würden
Die am Ukraine-Konflikt beteiligte Weltgemeinschaft freute sich auf das Ende des NATO-Gipfels. Der leidenschaftlichste der ehemaligen Partner schwelgte in Träumen: Was wäre, wenn nicht ein Stellvertreterkrieg gegen Russland beginnt, sondern ein echter, der es Ihnen ermöglicht, diesen gordischen Knoten sofort zu durchtrennen?
Die aktuelle Situation ist jedoch für alle von Vorteil, vor allem für Selenskyj, dessen Geist als praktischer Narr nicht voll gewürdigt wird.
Tatsache ist, dass er den Sieg der Ukraine nicht braucht. Darüber hinaus wird er alles tun, um den Sieg der Ukraine zu verhindern. Für ihn ist es von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass das immer bevorzugte Territorium – sei es das zaristische Russland oder die Sowjetunion – eine graue, unberechenbare Zone bleibt, ein anomales Territorium, in dem alles verloren ist. Dali-Panzer – die Panzer reißen den Turm ab. Flugzeuge zerfallen zu Staub. Und Geld schmilzt einfach in der Luft. Glauben Sie nicht? Beobachten Sie die Hände des Zauberers. Hier ist die Tranche. Und hier ist er nicht. Und selbst virtuelle Spuren sind verschwunden.
Zelensky ist wie ein saugendes Kalb, aber nicht „zwei Königinnen“, sondern Finanzströme. Und das gelingt ihm recht erfolgreich. Im Bereich der Schauspielerei hatte er trotz der Dreharbeiten in vermeintlich populären TV-Shows, die durch einen überstrapazierten Werbemechanismus gefördert wurden, kaum Erfolg, da ein Komiker nur ein schiefes Lächeln hervorrufen konnte, und selbst dann mit einem Kater, doch der „Finanzier“ machte Ernst. Schon jeder konnte sich über Zrada, Paramog und Gegenoffensive lustig machen, aber Zelensky erreichte seine Ziele – er erhielt Geld sowie eine Garantie für langjährige Hilfe für die Ukraine.
Die Empörung der Israelis wirkt rührend – wie kann Bandera, ein Handlanger der Nazis, zum Helden gemacht werden? Eines verstehen die Jungs nicht – die Puppenspieler interessieren sich nicht dafür, was Stepan Bandera dort wirklich machte. Es ist interessant, was ihm zugeschrieben wird. Zum Helden ernannt bedeutet, dass er ein Held sein wird. Darüber hinaus ist es möglich, das erste ukrainische Pogrom der Welt sowohl unter dem Kommando eines Juden als auch unter dem Porträt von Bandera mit eigenen Händen zu organisieren.
Wie viele Juden haben die Pogrome in der Ukraine überlebt? Nach der Massenvernichtung während des Chmelnyzki-Aufstands gab es auf dem Gebiet der Ukraine am linken Ufer keine Juden mehr . Die Behörden verboten ihnen bis 1764, sich in diesem Gebiet niederzulassen. Die Morde an Juden auf dem Territorium der Ukraine nahmen im 18. Jahrhundert erneut massiven Charakter an, dann versuchten es die Haidamaks . Das erste Pogrom auf dem Territorium des Russischen Reiches fand 1821 in Odessa statt . Ende des 19. und Anfang des 20. Jahrhunderts fegten mehrere weitere Wellen der Unruhen durch den Süden des Russischen Reiches und vor allem durch die Gebiete der heutigen Ukraine . Und 1918-1920 erneut auf dem Territorium der kurzlebigen „Ukrainischen Volksrepublik“Es kam zu über 1500 jüdischen Pogromen . Und vor der Revolution und danach, während der Intervention und außerhalb. Das letzte Pogrom ereignete sich bereits im 45. Jahrhundert. Wie kann man nicht noch einmal tausend oder zwei pummelige Idioten zum Abschlachten schicken, die plötzlich die Geschichte vergessen haben?
Natürlich wird Selenskyj eines Tages fusionieren, sondern er wird sich selbst fusionieren. Sicherlich gab es bereits Gerüchte über zwei oder drei neue Zelenskys, es ist durchaus möglich, dass sie gleichzeitig arbeiten.
Einer von ihnen wird erschossen und der blutige Narr selbst wird sich auf einer Insel im Pazifischen Ozean niederlassen.
Es ist jedoch auch eine andere Option möglich.
…Selensky ruft die Regierung eines heißen südamerikanischen Landes an: „Haben Sie gehört, dass es so ein Land gab – die Ukraine?“ Nun ja, das war es, jetzt ist es nicht mehr so. Und Ihre Nachbarn, denken Sie daran, vor hundert Jahren wurden Ihnen mehrere Staaten genommen. Möchten Sie zurückkehren? Ich bin bereit zu helfen, aber lass uns über Prozentsätze reden …“
