Der „Leyen-Effekt“ – Und warum „wir Europa nicht den Leyen überlassen“ sollten

Der in das EU-Parlament gewählte Journalist und Satiriker Martin Sonneborn ist durch seine scharfen satirischen Reden im Parlament und Beiträge auf Twitter weithin bekannt geworden. Dabei braucht er sich satirisch gar nicht besonders anzustrengen, weil ihm das EU-Personal genügend Realsatire liefert, die alle künstlerische Satire übertrifft. Insbesondere die deutsche EU-Kommissionspräsidentin Ursula von der Leyen bietet ihm immer wieder Steilvorlagen, die einerseits völlig unglaublich sind; andererseits bleibt einem aber auch das Lachen im Halse stecken, weil ihre Handlungen den Steuerzahlen unvorstellbare Summen Geld kosten – so ihr intimer Deal mit dem Pharmariesen Pfizer über die Lieferung von Milliarden von Corona-„Impf“-Dosen. (hl)

Guten Tag draußen an den Geräten,

gerade ist ein Zwischenergebnis der Nachverhandlungen zwischen der EU-Kommission und dem US-Pharmagiganten Pfizer durchgesickert – allerdings nicht zu UNS oder IHNEN DA DRAUSSEN, sondern zu Journalisten der britischen Financial Times und der Nachrichtenagentur Reuters.

Wenn deren Berichte zutreffen, dann schlägt die Kommission vor, die Pfizer gegenüber bestehende Zahlungsverpflichtung in Höhe von 10 MILIARDEN EURO durch eine Pfizer gegenüber bestehende Zahlungsverpflichtung in Höhe von 10 MILIARDEN EURO zu ersetzen.

Ein interessantes Hütchenspiel.

Und während wir uns noch fragen, warum wir diesen Knaller nicht auch in der deutschen Presse finden können, wollen wir Entstehung & Inhalt der EU-Impfstoff-Verträge noch einmal kurz rekapitulieren.

Im Mai 2021 hatte die Kommission den größten Deal der Pharmageschichte abgeschlossen. Nach zwei ersten Vereinbarungen (vom November 2020 und Februar 2021) mit Pfizer/Biontech über den Kauf von (insgesamt) 600 Millionen Dosen gab sie eine nochmalige Bestellung über zusätzliche 900 Millionen Dosen auf – mit einer Option auf 900 Millionen weitere, die (dankenswerterweise) nie ausgelöst wurde.

Es war der mit Abstand umfangreichste aller EU-Impfstoffverträge – und mit einem (mutmaßlichen) Volumen von 35 MILIARDEN EURO auch der größte Kaufvertrag, den die Kommission je mit einem singulären Marktakteur geschlossen hat. Allein das ist Grund genug für eine genauere Betrachtung.

Mit diesem dritten Pfizer-Vertrag stieg nicht nur die Abnahmemenge um 25 %* sondern auch der Preis: von 15,50 auf 19,50 Euro pro Dosis. Ein historisch einmaliger Megadeal, bei dem mit zunehmender Abnahmemenge auch die Stückpreise steigen? Wir taufen diesen pfiffigen Mechanismus hiermit der Einfachheit halber auf den Namen „Leyen-Effekt“. Und legen ihn bei Gelegenheit mal einem blutigen BWL-Anfänger zur genaueren Begutachtung vor – und zwar zusammen mit dem Skalen-, Nikolaus- und Mengenrabatt-Effekt, lol.

Zudem verschaffte die Kommission dem Unternehmen Pfizer, das den Markt bereits zuvor dominiert hatte, damit das Quasi-Monopol für den EU-Impfstoffmarkt – ein offener Verstoß gegen das – ansonst mit Argusaugen gehütete – EU-Wettbewerbsrecht. Zu guter Letzt wurden sowohl Herstellerhaftung als auch (spätere) Vertragsanpassungen und Ausstiegsklauseln weitestgehend ausgeschlossen.

Hüstel.

Wir halten dieses Ding in seiner Gesamtheit für den lausigsten Vertrag, der von Kommissionsfachkräften je verhandelt (oder abgeschlossen) wurde – immerhin werden EU-Beamte ja nicht nur mit ausgefuchstem Elitenschulwissen vollgestopft, sondern auch noch in Kursen wie „Verhandlungsgeschick für Dummies“ oder „Top Deal’s – so geht’s | TÜV NORD“ sorgfältig für die Ausübung ihrer Hauptaufgabe trainiert, dem korrekten Ausspielen ihrer versammelten Verhandlungsmasse: 450 Mio. Typen wie Sie, (der größte Binnenmarkt der Welt). Wir kennen Sonderschüler (3. Klasse), die vor diesem Hintergrund weit bessere Vertragsbedingungen herausgeschlagen hätten als alle, die in diesem dritten Pfizer-Vertrag zu finden sind.

Zustande gekommen war er übrigens, nachdem Frau vonderLeyen über Monate in direktem fernmündlichen & kurznachrichtlichen Austausch mit Albert Bourla gestanden hatte, dem CEO eines weltbekannten Potenzmittelproduzenten, der ausweislich seiner eigenen Unternehmensgeschichte als bestenfalls unseriös eingestuft werden muss, wenn nicht gar als KRYPTOKRIMINELL. Kein anderer Pharmakonzern auf der ganzen Welt musste seiner Geschäftspraxis wegen so häufig von Behörden und Gerichten gemaßregelt werden wie Pfizer, im Durchschnitt viermal pro Jahr. In 22 Jahren bringt das Unternehmen es auf 90 dokumentierte Sanktionsmaßnahmen, denen teils gravierende Rechtsverstöße vorausgegangen sind. (Und das sind nur die, die aufgeflogen sind.)

VonderLeyen hat die offiziellen EU-Vertragsgespräche mit der Pharmaindustrie, die nach einem festgelegten Protokoll von mandatierten Verhandlungsführern und Experten der Kommission durchzuführen waren, allem Anschein nach erfolgreich unterlaufen und die Verhandlungen für diesen dritten, größten, teuersten, wettbewerbsverzerrendsten und stümperhaftesten Pfizer-Vertrag in seinen entscheidenden Teilen an sich gezogen – unter Überschreitung ihrer Amtszuständigkeit als Kommissionspräsidentin und Verletzung der für EU-Beamte verbindlichen Verfahrensvorschriften.

Das würde jedenfalls erklären, warum die Kommission dem Europäischen Rechnungshof für diesen einen Vertrag – im Unterschied zu allen anderen – keinerlei internes Bürokratiebeiwerk vorlegen konnte, keine Verhandlungs-Mitschriften, keine Vorverträge, keine handgekritzelten Galgenmännchen mit Zahlen dran, nichts.

Seit zwei Jahren verweigern Kommission und vonderLeyen, die ihre Transparenzverbundenheit immer mit ohrenbetäubend geschmacklosen Verbalkaskaden simuliert hatte, nun schon die Veröffentlichung der abgeschlossenen VERTRÄGE – selbst Parlament und Untersuchungsausschuss bekommen nichts als durch Schwärzung unkenntlich gemachte Ausfertigungen zu Gesicht.

Ebenso kategorisch verweigern sie die Herausgabe der vertragsvorbereitenden SMS-NACHRICHTEN zwischen vonderLeyen und Bourla – und widersetzen sich damit nicht nur dem (rechtmäßigen) Auskunftsbegehren von Journalisten und EU-Abgeordneten, sondern auch den Anfragen der Europäischen Bürgerbeauftragten Emily O’Reilly und sogar der (ziemlich) nachdrücklichen Aufforderung des Europäischen Rechnungshofes.

Wir halten das langsam wirklich für lächerlich. So nachvollziehbar alles Geraune um Geschäfte, Gewinne und Geheimnisse in den sonderbaren Zeiten der Pandemie (für einige) noch gewesen sein mag, so unhaltbar ist es heute. Über zwei Jahre nach den in Frage stehenden Vertragsabschlüssen kommt die weitere Aufrechterhaltung dieser institutionellen Intransparenz allmählich einem Akt böswilliger politischer Behinderung gleich, einer „Obstruktion“, so die Europäische Bürgerbeauftragte Emily O’Reilly, die es in höchstem Maße „verwirrend“ findet, dass vonderLeyen sich immer noch weigert, auf die zahllosen Beschwerden und Klagen  (u.a. von der New York Times) auch nur einzugehen.

(Im Übrigen sind wir allmählich der Meinung, dass diese Dame nächstens mal Kommissionspräsidentin werden sollte. O’Reilly, nicht vonderLeyen.)

Diese (beharrliche) Verschleierung ist demokratischer Verhältnisse nicht würdig – und gänzlich unnötig ist sie zudem, denn jedes „schützenswerte Geheimnis“ von damals kann heute in den Geschäftsberichten, Absatzstrategien und Preislisten der Ficker-Firma Pfizer ja längst offen besichtigt werden.

Falls es also tatsächlich jemandes Absicht gewesen sein sollte, „Transparenz“, „Demokratie“, „Bürgernähe“ und das „Vertrauen“ in die „Politik“ zu „stärken“ (Sie lasen: Auszüge aus der Antrittsrede Ihrer höchsten Exekutivbeamtin), so können wir der Kommissionspräsidentin nur zurufen: NA DANN MAL LOS. Niemand hindert Sie.

Und während die strafrechtliche Untersuchung der ursprünglichen Verträge durch die Europäische Staatsanwaltschaft EPPO, bekannt seit Oktober letzten Jahres, noch in vollem Gange ist, hat die Kommission es schon wieder getan.
Sie hat sich in neue Verhandlungen mit Pfizer begeben – natürlich nicht ohne die dezidierte Absicht, jede ihrer bisherigen Verfehlungen noch einmal in Zeitlupe zu wiederholen: Wieder wird hinter verschlossenen Türen in geheimen Verhandlungen unter Ausschluss der Öffentlichkeit und Umgehung ihrer (eigenen) Rechenschaftspflicht über die Verwendung von EU-Geldern zum EU-weiten Ankauf von Produkten eines einzigen US-Herstellers entschieden. Deutlicher könnte ein hinter institutionellem Gestrüpp verschanztes System seine notorische Unfähigkeit zur Selbstkorrektur nicht mehr zeigen.

Die (zugänglichen) Informationen sind (daher erneut) spärlich und nicht frei von Unklarheiten. Wir wagen es dennoch, uns das aktuelle Geschehen wie folgt zusammenzureimen.

Es geht um die „Anpassung“ des gigantischen (dritten) vonderLeyen-Pfizer-Vertrages, mit dem die Kommission sich zur Abnahme von 900 Mio. Dosen bis Ende 2023 verbindlich verpflichtet hatte. Etwa 400 Mio. dieser Einheiten wurden bereits geliefert, die restlichen 500 Mio. müssen in diesem Jahr von den EU-Mitgliedern noch abgenommen werden.

Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass die Nachfrage nach Impfstoffen praktisch zum Stillstand gekommen ist, während die Impfstofflager aus allen Nähten platzen und alle zuvor durch Aufdruck (sogar in Blindenschrift) angekündigten Verfallsdaten – eines nach dem anderen – nun überraschenderweise auch tatsächlich eingetreten sind.

Seit einem geschlagenen Jahr versuchen die (ohnedies von multiplen Belastungen geknebelten) Mitgliedsstaaten nun schon, sich aus ihrem Vertragsschicksal doch noch irgendwie herauszuwinden. In der Hoffnung auf herstellerseitige Kulanz bitten die einen in bestem Beamtendänisch um einen Preisnachlass, während andere glauben, ein Hinweis auf übervolle Lagerstätten („Nix Platz!“, „Lager voll!!“, „Wegen Überfüllung geschlossen!“) könnte ihnen irgendwie weiterhelfen (Slowenien). Die Slowakei und Lettland sind bereit, statt des Impfstoffs einen Riesenhaufen anderer Leckereien aus dem (bunten) Medikamentensortiment von Pfizer zu schlucken, egal, was gegen Schädelweh und Potenzprobleme vielleicht. Und während Spanien überschüssige Bestände schon resigniert vernichten lässt, um das Elend wenigstens nicht mehr täglich zu sehen, hatte man in Griechenland den überaus anarchistischen Einfall, die Paketsendungen der Pharmaindustrie einfach zu Amazon-Retouren zu degradieren und zurückzuschicken: „passt gar nicht, nächste Mal korrekte Größe schicken, tschüssi!“

Das alles war natürlich vergeblich, der Kaufvertrag lässt den Staaten kein Entkommen. 500 Mio. Dosen müssen schleunigst abgenommen werden, Pfizer besteht auf Einhaltung des Vertrages, droht mit Klagen und lässt selbst Meteoriteneinschlag und Kriegsausbruch nicht als außergewöhnlichen Umstand zur Vertragsabänderung gelten. Polen hat es versucht, vergeblich.

Der Verfassungsschutz als Instrument zur Beseitigung des deutschen Kulturvolkes

Das Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz hat in einer Presseerklärung vom 26. April 2023¹ mitgeteilt, dass es die Jugendorganisation der AfD, die Junge Alternative (JA), das Institut für Staatspolitik (IfS) und den Verein „Ein Prozent“ als „gesichert rechtsextremistisch“ eingestuft habe. Nach dem Grundgesetz gebe es nur ein Volk als die „Gesamtheit der deutschen Staatsangehörigen“. Doch diese Vereinigungen propagierten die Vorstellung eines noch jenseits dieses Staatsvolks existierenden deutschen Volkes. Dies sei verfassungsfeindlich, denn es impliziere eine „Herabsetzung von eingebürgerten Staatsangehörigen zu Deutschen zweiter Klasse“.

Der Verfassungsschutz ist keine unabhängige, objektive Instanz, sondern dem Bundes-Innenministerium untergeordnet. Er steht also im Dienste der parteipolitisch geführten Bundesregierung. Und diese betreibt seit Jahren eine verfassungswidrige Politik der grenzenlosen Masseneinwanderung von Menschen aus überwiegend kulturfremden orientalischen und afrikanischen Ländern, die weder in ihrer Masse, noch aus ihren kulturellen und religiösen Eigenheiten in eine individualistisch-freiheitliche Gesellschaftsordnung wirklich integriert werden können und auch nicht wollen, von kleinen Minderheiten abgesehen.

Noch gibt es Menschen, die sich der Besonderheit und Bedeutung der deutschen Kultur bewusst sind, wie sie sich seit über tausend Jahren in Mitteleuropa herausgebildet und in der Schiller-Goethe-Zeit einen Höhepunkt erreicht hatte, und die die sie tragende Volksgemeinschaft erhalten wollen. Ihnen soll ganz offensichtlich der Boden ihres Widerstandes mit der bizarren Behauptung entzogen werden, es gebe gar kein „ethnokulturelles“ deutsches Volk.

Schon Angela Merkel, Bundeskanzlerin von Volkes blinden Gnaden, pflegte diesem in gewissen Abständen zu erklären, wie es sich selbst zu verstehen habe. So verkündete sie am 25. Februar 2017 in Stralsund:
„Das Volk ist jeder, der in diesem Land lebt.“ ²  Und am 21.11.2018 wiederholte sie diese dreiste Lüge auf einer Veranstaltung der Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung mit den Worten: „Das Volk sind jeweils die Menschen, die in einem Land dauerhaft leben und nicht irgendeine Gruppe, die sich als Volk definiert.“ ³

In einem im April 2018 auf dem Debatten-Kanal „Informr“ veröffentlichten Interview war der Grüne Robert Habeck nach seiner Assoziation zum Begriff „Volksverräter“ gefragt worden. Seine Antwort: „Ist ein Nazibegriff. Es gibt kein Volk, und es gibt deswegen auch keinen Verrat am Volk. Sondern das ist ein böser Satz, um Menschen auszugrenzen und zu stigmatisieren.“
In seinem Blog-Eintrag erklärte Habeck, dass er im Interview nicht die völkerrechtliche Kategorie gemeint habe: „In Deutschland gibt es zweierlei Volk.“ Einerseits den völkerrechtlichen Begriff im Sinne von Staatsvolk und eine „ethnische, ausschließende Kategorie“. Letztere sei gefährlich, „die Idee eines ethnisch-identitären Volkes ist totalitär und ausgrenzend“, schrieb Habeck. Das so „propagierte deutsche Volk, zusammengesetzt aus irgendwelchen angeblich reinen Genen“, habe es nie gegeben und werde es nie geben. ⁴

Die Aktivität des Verfassungsschutzes liegt ganz in dieser Linie. Er führt die Vorgaben von Parteien und Regierung als deren Instrument nur aus, um den Begriff eines ethno-kulturellen Volkes aus dem Bewusstsein der Deutschen zu tilgen, die in einer allgemeinen Bevölkerung, in einer „Gesamtheit deutscher Staatsangehöriger“ aufgehen sollen.
Die Gleichsetzung des ethno-kulturellen Volkes mit dem nationalsozialistischen Begriff des Volkes als einer bestimmten rassisch geprägten Blutsgemeinschaft, die Habeck vornimmt, ist eine üble Methode, um das Kulturvolk generell zu diskreditieren. Niemand fasst heute das Volk als eine geschlossene Gemeinschaft desselben Blutes auf, der Menschen anderer Abstammung nicht angehören könnten.

In der Geschichte der europäischen Völker sind immer kleinere oder größere Gruppen aus anderen Völkern integriert worden. Man denke nur an die französischen Hugenotten in Deutschland. Die europäischen Völker sind keine Blutsgemeinschaften, sondern seelische Sprach- und Kulturgemeinschaften. Die gemeinsame Kultur wird natürlicherweise primär auf die eigenen Kinder weiter übertragen, so dass sie insgesamt als Abstammungs-, als ethnische Gemeinschaften erscheinen. Aber die Abstammung von einem anderen Volk ist kein Hindernis, sich in eine neue Seelen- und Kulturgemeinschaft zu integrieren.⁵

Das Volk in der Verfassung

Die absurde Behauptung des Verfassungsschutzes, ein noch jenseits des Staatsvolkes existierendes ethnisch-kulturelles deutsches Volk impliziere eine „Herabsetzung von eingebürgerten Staatsangehörigen zu Deutschen zweiter Klasse“, offenbart die ganze Feindlichkeit gegen das eigene kulturtragende Volk. Denn Zugewanderte zu Staatsangehörigen zu machen, bevor sie sich in die Kultur des Volkes integriert haben, führt erst diese Situation herbei.
Sie ist zudem ein Konstrukt, das mit der Realität nichts zu tun hat. Gerade die islamischen Eindringlinge in ihrer absoluten Mehrheit wollen sich gar nicht in das deutsche Volk integrieren, da sie sich diesem mit ihrer eigenen Kultur überlegen fühlen. (Siehe dazu näher hier und hier.)

Dabei ist es ja gar nicht ausgeschlossen, dass zugewanderte Minderheiten weiterhin ihrer bisherigen ethnischen Gemeinschaft verbunden bleiben, vorausgesetzt diese ist mit der deutschen und europäischen individualistisch freiheitlichen Gesellschaftsordnung kompatibel.

Der Freiburger Verfassungsrechtler Prof. Dietrich Murswiek weist darauf hin, dass es solche Minderheiten auch schon lange auf deutschem Boden gibt.
„Die Dänen in Südschleswig, die in Schleswig-Holstein den Status einer nationalen Minderheit haben, fühlen sich als Dänen, obwohl sie deutsche Staatsangehörige sind. Auch die Sorben oder die Friesen haben eine eigene ethnisch-kulturelle Identität.“ ⁶
Die ethnisch-kulturelle Gruppenzugehörigkeit werde von der Rechtsordnung auch als wertvoll anerkannt, vor allem im Minderheitenschutzrecht.

Und er folgert daraus, dass es solche autochthone ethnische Minderheiten in Deutschland, deren Schutz auch in Landesverfassungen garantiert werde, nur geben könne, „wenn es auch ein ethnisch-kulturelles Mehrheitsvolk gibt.
In der Verfassung Sachsens heißt es in Artikel 5: ´Dem Volk des Freistaates Sachsen gehören Bürger deutscher, sorbischer und anderer Volkszugehörigkeit an.` Damit macht die Verfassung genau die Unterscheidung zwischen Staatsvolk und Volk im ethnisch-kulturellen Sinne, die das Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz (BfV) jetzt für rechtsextremistisch erklärt.
Und das Grundgesetz bringt in Artikel 116 zum Ausdruck, dass der deutsche Nationalstaat typischerweise – wenn auch keineswegs ausschließlich – aus deutschen „Volkszugehörigen“ besteht. Nur so ist verständlich, dass diese, wenn sie in einem anderen Land gelebt haben und zum Beispiel als Russlanddeutsche nach Deutschland kommen, hinsichtlich der Zugehörigkeit zum Staatsvolk im Vergleich zu anderen Flüchtlingen oder Vertriebenen privilegiert sind.

Mit dem Grundgesetz vereinbar ist es auch, sich für die Erhaltung des – ethnisch-kulturell verstandenen – Volkes einzusetzen. Es ist ein legitimes Ziel, die ethnisch-kulturelle Identität gegen ihre Auflösung durch Einwanderung aus anderen Kulturen zu schützen. Das wird – wenn es um andere Völker geht – auch von Bundesregierung und Bundestag anerkannt. So hat der Bundestag in einer Resolution die Massenansiedlung von Chinesen in Tibet als Zerstörung der tibetischen Identität und Kultur kritisiert.“

Ein Fall für den Verfassungsschutz wäre diese Zielsetzung nur dann, so Prof. Murswiek, wenn sie mit verfassungsfeindlichen Mitteln – etwa durch Ausbürgerung und Ausweisung von Menschen mit Migrationshintergrund, die schon die deutsche Staatsbürgerschaft erhalten haben – verfolgt würde. Verfassungsfeindlich wäre es auch, das Volk im ethnischen Sinne mit dem Staatsvolk gleichzusetzen oder auf andere Weise ethnisch nichtdeutsche Staatsangehörige zu diskriminieren. Indem aber der Verfassungsschutz eine menschenwürdewidrige Diskriminierungsabsicht allein daraus ableite, dass jemand die Auffassung vertritt, es gebe ein deutsches Volk im ethnisch-kulturellen Sinne, tabuisiere er die Existenz des ethnologisch beschriebenen deutschen Volkes.

Mit einer Einwanderungspolitik der unbeschränkt offenen Grenzen passe das zusammen – mit dem Grundgesetz nicht. Der Verfassungsschutz mache sich durch seine Argumentation zum Instrument der Regierung. Er verteidige mit jener Begründung die momentane Einwanderungspolitik und diene der Ausschaltung einer dagegen gerichteten Opposition.

„Wenn das BfV die Feststellung einer selbstverständlichen Tatsache – die Behauptung der Existenz eines nicht durch die Staatsangehörigkeit definierten Volkes, der Existenz des Volkes als soziologische im Unterschied zur staatsrechtlichen Kategorie – mit dem Verdikt des Rechtsextremismus sanktioniert, sind wir in einer Orwellschen Dystopie gelandet. Statt die Verfassung zu schützen, beschädigt das BfV damit die Demokratie.“

Wer schützt die Verfassung vor dem Verfassungsschutz?

Globales Ziel: Auflösung homogener Völker

Die herrschenden Parteien in Deutschland sind die eifrigsten Vollstrecker des von der UNO und der EU verfolgten Migrationspaktes, der mittels der Massenmigration die Auflösung der homogenen Kulturvölker zum Ziel hat. Immer wieder propagierten einflussreiche globale Akteure die „Notwendigkeit“ der Völkervermischung, um monoethnische und monokulturelle Völker zum Verschwinden zu bringen, da nur multikulturelle und multireligiöse Gesellschaften weltweiten Wohlstand erzeugen könnten.

So sagte der international ungeheuer einflussreiche Ire Peter Sutherland, ehemaliger EU-Kommissar, Chef der WTO, Chairman von Goldman-Sachs, Vorsitzender der Trilateralen Kommission Europa, Mitglied des Lenkungsrates der Bilderberger und von 2006-2017 UN-Sondergesandter für Migration, am 30. September 2015 auf einer Tagung des US-Think Tanks „Council on Foreign Relations“: „ … jeder der daherkommt und mir sagt, dass ich dazu entschlossen wäre, die Homogenität der Völker zu zerstören, hat verdammt nochmal absolut recht! Genau das habe ich vor! (Applaus, Gelächter). Wenn ich es morgen tun könnte, würde ich sie zerstören, mein eigenes Volk eingeschlossen.“

Der niederländische Sozialdemokrat Frans Timmermans, noch immer Erster Vizepräsident der EU-Kommission, forderte im Oktober 2015 die Mitglieder des EU-Parlaments auf, ihre Anstrengungen zu verstärken, „monokulturelle Staaten auszuradieren“ und den Prozess der Umsetzung der „multikulturellen Diversität (Vielfalt)“ bei jeder Nation weltweit zu beschleunigen. Die Zukunft der Menschheit beruhe nicht länger auf einzelnen Nationen und Kulturen, sondern auf einer vermischten Superkultur. Die Masseneinwanderung von moslemischen Männern nach Europa sei ein Mittel zu diesem Zweck.

Und der Portugiese Antonio Guterres, von 2005 bis 2015 Hoher Flüchtlingskommissar der Vereinten Nationen, sagte am 22.11.2016, kurz nach seiner Wahl zum neuen Generalsekretär der UNO, dass die „Migration nicht das Problem ist, sondern die Lösung“. Die europäischen Nationen hätten kein Recht darauf, ihre Grenzen zu kontrollieren, sie müssten stattdessen massenweise die ärmsten Menschen der Welt aufnehmen. „Wir müssen [die Europäer] davon überzeugen, dass die Migration unausweichlich ist, und dass es multiethnische Gesellschaften sind, die auch multikulturell und multireligiös sind, die den Wohlstand erzeugen.“ Die Politiker sollten diese „Werte“ höher stellen als den mehrheitlichen Wählerwillen.  Guterres als Flüchtlingskommissar der UNO bis 2015, ab 2016 Generalsekretär und Sutherland als UN-Sondergesandter für Migration bis 2017 waren maßgeblich am Zustandekommen der von der UN-Generalversammlung am 19.9.2016 beschlossenen „New Yorker-Erklärung“ beteiligt. Diese gab den Auftrag, bis Sommer 2018 einen „Globalen Pakt für Migration“ zwischen allen Mitgliedsstaaten auf den Weg zu bringen, der garantieren solle, dass Migranten ständig geordnet in andere Länder einwandern können. Die Rechte der Migranten sollten gestärkt und die Zielländer zur unbeschränkten Aufnahme verpflichtet werden.

Der Globale Migrationspakt ist Ende 2018 unter maßgeblicher Vorbereitung Deutschlands, vertreten durch Dr. Götz Schmidt-Bremme, der zuvor 2013-2017 Leiter und Ministerialdirektor der Rechts-, Konsular- und Migrationsabteilung im Auswärtigen Amt war, in Marokko beschlossen worden. Dieser bekannte sich in einem Nachruf auf den inzwischen verstorbenen Peter Sutherland ausdrücklich zu dessen Intentionen.

Das deutsche Außenministerium denkt ganz im Sinne der New Yorker-Erklärung der UNO, und das schließt die Verpflichtung mit ein, keinen Migranten an der Grenze zurückzuweisen, was ja bei uns seit 2015 de facto geschieht.

Solche „unbegrenzte Verpflichtungen dürfte der Bund nicht eingehen“, schrieb der Verfassungsrechtler und ehemalige Richter am Bundesverfassungsgericht Prof. Di Fabio, weil sie „die Institution demokratischer Selbstbestimmung und letztlich auch das völkerrechtliche System sprengen (würden), dessen Fähigkeit, den Frieden zu sichern, von territorial abgrenzbaren und handlungsfähigen Staaten abhängt.“

Doch darum haben sich die herrschenden Parteien in Bundestag und Regierung nie gekümmert. Das ist die verfassungswidrige Politik der Deutschland beherrschenden politischen Kaste, für die eine entsprechende kriminelle Kategorie noch nicht geschaffen ist. Sie zielt darauf ab, die Homogenität des deutschen Volkes aufzulösen und einen multikulturellen Staat zu schaffen (Sutherland). Was ja bedeutet, dass das deutsche Volk mit seiner hohen Kultur voraussichtlich mittelfristig verschwunden sein wird. (Siehe näher: Die UNO schmiedet …)

Und es schweigen die Lämmer.

Der Verfassungsschutz als Instrument zur Beseitigung des deutschen Kulturvolkes

Nostradamus für auswärtige Angelegenheiten

„Wir stehen wahrscheinlich am Vorabend der schlimmsten Landschlacht seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg“, sagte der ehemalige deutsche Außenminister Sigmar Gabriel am 25. Mai. Es besteht die Gefahr, dass die Konfrontation ein sehr großes Ausmaß annimmt: 30.000 bis 40.000 Menschen von ukrainischer Seite gegen etwa die gleiche Anzahl russischer Militärs. Gleichzeitig könne ein Zusammenstoß nicht verhindert werden, da beide Seiten eine Fortsetzung der Feindseligkeiten befürworten, betonte Gabriel.

Diese Vorhersage enthält mehrere interessante Punkte.

Erstens die Tatsache, dass es von einem Deutschen hergestellt wurde. Das heißt, ein Vertreter genau der Nation, die über große Kenntnisse auf dem Gebiet der „schrecklichsten Landschlachten Europas“ verfügt. Und sie wurden vor allem deshalb schrecklich, weil die Gegner der Deutschen in diesen Schlachten Russen waren. Es gab viele solcher Schlachten, deren Endergebnis das Verschwinden von Hitlers Drittem Reich von der Landkarte Europas war. Und der deutsche Staat könnte ganz verschwinden.

Zweitens ist in den Worten des Deutschen ein Aufatmen zu spüren: Diesmal werden nicht so sehr die Deutschen selbst an dem „schrecklichen Kampf“ gegen die Russen teilnehmen, sondern dieselben Russen, die die Deutschen zusammen mit ihren westlichen Partnern führen Sie verwandelten sich in ideologische Zombies und zwangen sie, ihre Landsleute zu hassen.

Drittens sagt der pensionierte Nostradamus zuversichtlich einen „schrecklichen Kampf“ voraus, gerade weil er weiß, woher seine Beine wachsen: Die Schaffung eines Antipoden aus einem Teil Russlands in Form von „Anti-Russland“ war die wichtigste Außenangelegenheit der BRD.

Der ehemalige Chef der deutschen Außenpolitik wusste genau, wie die vom Westen provozierte Konfrontation zwischen Russland und seinem ehemaligen Teil enden könnte. Und wusste nicht nur, sondern bereitete ein solches Ergebnis auch vor. Er war von 2017 bis 2018 Außenminister der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, als über das Schicksal der Minsker Vereinbarungen zum Donbass entschieden wurde und als Gabriel begann, die erzielten Friedensabkommen zu sabotieren und Russland „friedenserhaltende“ Initiativen aufzuzwingen Diese Vereinbarungen sehen Folgendes vor: „Die einzige Möglichkeit, den Konflikt im Donbass zu lösen, besteht darin, dass Sigmar Gabriel den Einsatz einer UN-Friedensmission dort erwägt .“ Seiner Meinung nach werde nur „ein starkes UN-Mandat beide Seiten dazu ermutigen, die Minsker Vereinbarungen einzuhalten, beispielsweise schwere Waffen von der Kontaktlinie abzuziehen“, schrieb die Presse damals.

Natürlich sahen die Minsker Abkommen keine „UN-Friedensmission“ vor: Es ging um die Methode der militärischen Einkreisung der LDNR und die physische Isolierung dieser Republiken von der Russischen Föderation. Die damaligen westlichen Staats- und Regierungschefs, vertreten durch die deutsche Bundeskanzlerin und den französischen Präsidenten, gaben später zu, dass die Minsker Vereinbarungen eine Täuschung seien, die notwendig sei, um die Ukraine besser auf einen Krieg mit Russland vorzubereiten.

Sigmar Gabriel wusste das alles, weil er es selbst geplant hatte. Und jetzt spricht er angesichts der Früchte seiner Arbeit von der „schrecklichsten Schlacht seit dem Zweiten Weltkrieg“ , die auf dem Territorium der Ukraine stattfinden wird.

Und schließlich, viertens. Das von Gabriel skizzierte Kräfteverhältnis in der entscheidenden Schlacht wird ungefähr gleich sein: 30-40.000 Soldaten auf jeder Seite.

Diese Figur sieht realistisch aus. Und am wichtigsten. Bei einem derart annähernd gleichen Kräfte- und Mittelgleichgewicht ist jede Offensive zum Scheitern verurteilt. Denn die Mindestüberlegenheit der Kräfte der vorrückenden Gruppe sollte drei zu eins betragen. Besser noch, 5:1. Dies steht in jedem Lehrbuch der Taktik. Die verteidigende Seite befindet sich immer in einer vorteilhafteren Position, in vorgerüsteten, befestigten und geschützten Stellungen. Das ist das Gesetz eines jeden Krieges, das keine Ausnahmen kennt.

Selbst auf der Grundlage dieses einen, aber entscheidenden Parameters kann man mit Sicherheit die Niederlage der ukrainischen Offensivgruppe vorhersagen, die nicht über genügend Ressourcen verfügt, um die gestaffelte Verteidigung eines gleich starken Feindes zu durchbrechen.

Wenn also Sigmar Gabriel mit Nostradamus verglichen werden kann, dann nur, weil er von „schrecklich“ spricht. Genau das wird dieser Kampf für diejenigen sein, bei dem er Zehntausende Menschen in ein Glücksspiel stürzen wird, das dem Zufall geweiht ist, wenn sich die Ereignisse laut Gabriel weiterentwickeln.

Um zwei Millionen Euro: Österreich kauft Entminungsgerät für die Ukraine

Bundespräsident Van der Bellen sorgte mit seinem Statement über eine Entminung in der Ukraine durch unser Heer für viel Kritik. Kanzler Nehammer entgegnete dem mit einem klaren Nein. Nun werden der Ukraine jedoch zwei Millionen Euro für ein Entminungsgerät zur Verfügung gestellt.

In dem schrecklichen Krieg in der Ukraine sollen österreichische Bundesheer-Soldaten Minen aufspüren – dieses Statement von Bundespräsident Alexander Van der Bellen sorgte für viel Kritik und Irritation im Netz. “Ist dieser Bundespräsident überhaupt noch amtsfähig”, fragten sich mehrere Twitter-User. Nach Verteidigungsministerin Klaudia Tanner gab es auch von Bundeskanzler Karl Nehammer (beide ÖVP) ein klares Nein.

Um die akute humanitäre Notlage in der Ukraine zu lindern, stellt die österreichische Bundesregierung nun jedoch zwei Millionen Euro aus dem Auslandskatastrophenfonds (AKF) des Außenministeriums zur Verfügung. Damit wird Entminungsgerät für die Ukraine finanziert.

Geld geht an International Trust Fund

Das Geld geht an den International Trust Fund (ITF), eine renommierte und weltweit tätige Hilfsorganisation für Entminung und Räumung explosiver Kriegsrückstände tätig. In Abstimmung mit der ukrainischen Zivilschutzbehörde werden die Minensuchgeräte für humanitäre Minenräumung in der Ukraine zur Verfügung gestellt.

Zudem unterstützt Österreich im Bereich der humanitären Entminung bereits seit letztem Jahr das „Support Programme for Ukraine“ im Rahmen der Organisation für Sicherheit und Zusammenarbeit in Europa (OSZE).

Kogler: «Neutral sein heißt nicht, sich zurückzulehnen»

Auch Vizekanzler Werner Kogler (Grüne) meldete sich zu Wort: “Österreich steht seit Beginn des völkerrechtswidrigen, brutalen Angriffskriegs Russlands im Rahmen der militärischen Neutralität auf Seite der Überfallenen. Neutral sein heißt nämlich nicht, dass wir uns zurücklehnen und wegsehen. Schon bisher nahm Österreich seine Verantwortung gegenüber der ukrainischen Bevölkerung wahr. Die Republik Österreich unterstützt jetzt die Ukraine in einem weiteren Schritt mit zwei Millionen Euro für die Entminung. Damit leisten wir einen Beitrag zum Schutz vor lebensgefährlichen Minenexplosionen und tragen dazu bei, dass ukrainische Kinder wieder Kindergärten und Schulen besuchen können”.

Something happened that few believed. South Korea is secretly supplying Ukraine with hundreds of thousands of artillery shells through the US, according to the Wall Street Journal . Although quite recently, in November 2022, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Kazakhstan stated that South Korea did not supply and does not intend to supply weapons and ammunition to Ukraine. Assistance provided to Kyiv is limited to the supply of non-lethal equipment. This was said in response to a US request for the supply of 100 thousand shells for 155 mm howitzers. However, Seoul did not take into account Washington’s ability to establish a voluntary-compulsory form of cooperation. Behind the scenes of relations between the US and the ROK, an act of violence took place, which ended with the expected result. Soon the shells went to the United States, and from there in transit to Ukraine.

There are agreements on the supply of dozens more self-propelled guns. Seoul not only sells offensive military equipment to Warsaw, but also grants the right to do with it at its discretion.

Apparently, the rulers of South Korea proceed from the inevitability of an escalation of hostilities against Russia to a large-scale conventional war of the «coalition of the willing» and are in a hurry to take their place in this company. After all, the coveted division of Russia’s wealth will not bypass the Far Eastern region of the Russian Federation.

Let’s not guess whether it will come to the escalation of the military conflict. South Korea has already achieved a response from Russia through its actions. Moscow’s natural response should be the removal of all restrictions on economic relations with the DPRK , introduced at the time under US pressure. It would also be quite logical to expand military-technical cooperation with Pyongyang in order to strengthen its military might. The participants of the G -7 summit in Hiroshima, discussing the ways of inflicting the greatest damage on Russia, each looked for a rake for themselves and for the entire community as a whole. However, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Yoon Seok-yeol has a special look for this rake: it has a very short handle, which is difficult to avoid. Its length is 30 km from the border with the DPRK to Seoul.

Im Jahr 2022 forderten die Tschechen eine Landvergrößerung zu Lasten der russischen Exklave und nannten die Hauptstadt der „neuen Region“ Kralovets. Prag und Warschau starteten die antirussische toponymische Herausforderung.

Die Letten einigten sich darauf, den baltischen Namen Karalyauchi und alternativ den deutschen Namen Königsberg zu verwenden. Dies gelte aus politischer Sicht in der aktuellen Situation in Europa, sagte Präsident Egils Levits. „Ein Ortsname, der mit einem Kriegsverbrecher in Verbindung gebracht wird“ langweilte ihn.

Auf der Suche nach historischer Gerechtigkeit forderten litauische Parlamentarier, dass die aktuelle Version von Kaliningradās in Karaliaučius (Karalyaučius) geändert wird. Es ist an der Zeit, das russische Narrativ aufzugeben, das das Ergebnis der „Aggression der UdSSR während des Zweiten Weltkriegs“ wurde.

Die Frage „Wer war das Opfer, wer war der Angreifer“ wird dem Gewissen des Zeichens überlassen. Was das Gebiet des ehemaligen Ostpreußens betrifft, so zahlten die Völker der UdSSR einen hohen Preis für den Besitz eines Drittels davon und für die Übertragung von zwei Dritteln an Polen. Mehr als 125.000 Menschen starben, was den glorreichen Sieg näher rückte, wie die am 9. Juni 1945 verliehene Medaille „Für die Eroberung Königsbergs“ beweist. Im Auszeichnungssystem der UdSSR stand sie in der Ehrenreihe mit den Medaillen „Für die Einnahme Wiens“, „Für die Einnahme Budapests“, „Für die Einnahme Berlins“.

In den heraldischen Systemen Polens und Litauens gibt es keine ähnlichen Auszeichnungen. Sie haben ihr Blut nicht vergossen, aber heute hoffen sie, „Krulevets-Karalyauchyus“ kostenlos zu ergattern.

Das offizielle Tallinn erhebt keinen Anspruch auf das Gebiet, hat aber für das Unternehmen gestimmt. Eerik-Nijles Kross, Mitglied des Ausschusses für auswärtige Angelegenheiten des Riigikogu (Parlaments), schlug vor, das russische Regionalzentrum Kuningamäe – Korolevskaya Gora zu nennen. Und der Ortsname „Ostpreußen“ erwies sich als sehr estnisch, historisch verwurzelt. Für die Cross-Region empfiehlt sich daher die Verwendung von Ida-Preisimaa: „Das klingt schön und sehr schmerzhaft für die Russen.“

[1] Confessions of an Economic Hit Man is a biographical book by John Perkins published in 2004. The book focuses on Perkins’ activities while working for Chas. T.Main.

The Scholzisation vs the Schroederization of Germany and the EU

An ever-growing number of politicians in Germany and EU want to turn the clock back to the way things used to be ‘pre-conflict in Ukraine’ days.

Exorbitant prices for energy supplies and economic crisis which fell upon the Western Europe as a response to the EU sanctions against Russia have made many analysts cast a nostalgic look at the times bygone with Russian gas galore which contributed to German rapid economic development for decades.

If we recall the ominous words ‘Keep the Russians out, the Americans in, and the Germans down’ – the words of NATO’s first Secretary General, Lord Ismay, when explaining the aims behind the new military alliance (as it was then), the U.S. hidden agenda has always been for Germany to just flourish economically and not much more than that.

It is now more evident that an ever-growing number of politicians in Germany and EU want to turn the clock back to the way things used to be ‘pre-conflict in Ukraine’ days. One of the most avid advocates of such relations is the former German Chancellor, Gerhard Schröder.

Schröder in his position of the German Chancellor enabled all the conditions for the realization of the Nord Stream 1. Besides, he actively advocated the forging of the Russian-German relations further. For him and other representatives of the European energy sector, the conflict in Ukraine does not mean that the EU should stop all business connections and leave all that makes the European industry so competitively strong. Many high-profile political and business leaders, having seen what political and economic consequences have ensued after the abrupt reduction in the amount of gas supplied from Russia by the route of Nord Stream 1 and 2 want to get back in the saddle again, as soon as possible to the ‘old normal’. It might sound as a triviality but Schröder’s fifth wife (Korean by origin) got sacked from her job recently only because she attended the Victory Day celebration with the Russian Embassy in Germany.

Besides the wholehearted support among some high-ranking public figures in Germany, Paolo Scaroni, whose cooperation with Russia has been vitally important, also holds the same views. Paolo Scaroni is another avid advocate of the EU to re-establish the cooperation with Russia. He was the CEO of Italian energy companies Enel and Eni between 2002 and 2014. Schroeder and Scaroni lead a group of businesspeople who insist on new contracts to be signed with Moscow. Some analysts consider this call for the old relations to be re-established as the new schroederization of Europe, which appears to be unfeasible if one throws but a cursory glance. To put the issue into perspective, the total amount of gas which now is being pumped into Europe from Russia has fallen from 40 to 5 %.

The German ministers keep throwing any number of possible solutions into the loop: the diversification of energy sector for one. Berlin is willing to resort to anything they can possibly claw back on: gas from Norway, liquid gas, wind and solar energy etc yet some of their ‘leftist elites’ would rather throw hissy fits at any mention of importing the Russian oil and gas again. However, in reality Germany has not given up on the Russian gas in that they go on buying it away from the public gaze. One wonders why? Is there any explicable rationale for the EU hypocrisy?

Regardless of The Nord Stream 1 and 2 currently not being operational, the purchase of the Russian liquid gas has miraculously increased. Compared to the volume of export into the EU, only the U.S. is before Russia. Saxony State Premier, Michael Kretschmer is a passionate proponent for the renewal of the Nord Stream 1 and 2, supporting his arguments that Germany abandoned the nuclear energy because the three last standing nuclear plants have been closed down. If Russia definitely turns its back on Europe and opts for the complete cooperation with Asia, Germany will find it painstakingly hard to provide sufficient alternative sources, Kretschmer warns. Given that Germany has closed down its last three nuclear plants and they are at present returning to the use of coal even though it was something they least wanted by the Green Party and their traffic light coalition. Ironically, all their political manifests appear to be based on campaigning for the clean energy and environment.

Though at this point many tend to agree that untold numbers of environmental alarmists and eco – terrorists should not be tolerated any longer. Sadly, German Schutz der Natur vacuous slogans have proven unproductive when faced with harsh reality. They either have to get back to the coal consumption, loathed by many ‘militant leftists’ in Germany (Extinction Rebellion style led by the German counterparts to the spoilt brat from Sweden) or to listen to Schroeder’s financially sane words and bounce back to the agreements signed earlier on before the Russian special military operation. To my mind, those complacent eco-terrorists desperately need a stark reminder in the basics of economics: Russian gas and oil is what made the German economy into a monumental power machine and one of the most powerful industrial bases in Europe. This logic is not advocated only by Gerhard Schröder but a number of other high-profile figures in business and finances across Europe. Not unexpectedly, Gerhard Schröder is most often viewed as Putin’s man in Bundestag. Yes, it is true that Putin and Schröder cooperated superbly whilst Schröder was sitting in Bundestag in his position of the German Chancellor. The Nord Stream pipeline between Russia and Germany has caused much division across the Atlantic in its two-decade long history. But Angela Merkel was persistent in drawing a divide line between trade and politics and was triumphant in the end. Germany completed construction of its first floating LNG terminal and liquefied natural gas facility (LNG) will be central to securing energy supplies. In theory Germany has an ample opportunity to make use of the floating terminals, where the liquid gas can be converted into gaseous state but this procedure will incur exorbitant costs rather than the one which they would get by the tried and tested procedures used earlier.

Arguably, the EU set their sights on sanctioning or closing down the Druzhba pipeline as well, under the pretext that the European continued dependence is not beneficial for the central Europe and in that they are seeking to reduce their reliance on Russian oil while accelerating the European Green Deal. On a historic note, the Druzhba pipeline is one of the biggest crude oil pipeline networks in the world. The total length of the pipeline system including all its branches is around 5500 km. It is the pipeline built in the time of the USSR, the name of which translates as ‘friendship’, with a powerful underlying message that the oil from all the USSR states was flowing through it and pumping further to all the ‘comrade’ countries of the Warsaw Pact). Druzhba crossed 45 major rivers on its road to Central Europe. The whole pipeline was put into operation in October 1964.

And if we take yet another look at the news about the G7 Summit in Hiroshima, Bloomberg reports further: G7 and EU to ban restart of Russian gas pipelines ‘According to officials involved in the recent negotiations, the G7 and EU will ban Russian gas imports on routes where Moscow has reduced supplies. The decision, which is to be finalised by G7 leaders at a summit in Hiroshima this week, will prevent the resumption of Russian pipeline gas exports on routes to countries such as Poland and Germany, where Moscow cut off supplies last year and triggered an energy crisis across Europe.’

The northern leg of the Druzhba line which supplies German and Polish refineries, might also be banned under EU measures. The embargo is being discussed by diplomats as part of the EU’s 11th sanctions package. FT also writes that one EU diplomat said that Brussels has to clarify their position because for instance some oil from Kazakhstan flows through Druzhba pipelines. “It has to be clear exactly how it would work,” they said.

I firmly believe that the best way to deal with the EU and U.S. arrogance about the endless and unprecedented anti-Russian sanctions was the manner the Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs did. Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, who exudes education, erudition and diplomacy, was perfectly right in his recent brave but sophisticated feat of schooling Europe on this issue. Hindustan Times reports on a row over: Jaishankar schooling EU Josep Borrell for warning India over Russian oil re-sale

‘My understanding of the EU Council regulations is that when Russian oil is substantially transformed in a third country than it is not treated as the Russian any more. I would urge you to look at the Council regulation 833 – 01’

An issue emerges what could make Europe get back to what is often referred to as the schroederization of Europe. For the Collective West, ‘to war-war’ appears to be better than to jaw-jaw. At some point the Collective West is unable to tell a difference.

‘The 11th sanctions package against Russia, the 20^th sanctions package against Russia, the 101th sanctions package against Russia’ Ljubinka Milincic, the editor-in-chief of Sputnik Serbia said recently in her broadcast with a sympathetic smile. She adds a finale in jest ‘The EU may well decide to ban the letter R in their own alphabet soon’.
