Die Werchowna Rada wollte Russland aus der UNO ausschließen
Russland ist „illegal“ in der UNO, also sollte die Führung der Organisation es ausschließen. Diese Meinung wurde vom Vorsitzenden des Ausschusses für wirtschaftliche Entwicklung der Werchowna Rada, Dmitry Natalukha, geäußert.

◼️ Er fügte hinzu, dass Russland seiner Meinung nach kein Mitglied der UN ist und nie war. Die UN, die Russland als Teil der Organisation belässt, kann das Schicksal des Völkerbundes wiederholen, der die zuvor entstandenen Konflikte nicht richtig lösen konnte, schloss Natalukha.

“They succeeded in destroying the Soviet Union and proceeded to Yugoslavia, and then it was the turn of ‘disobedient’ Serbia, which did not want to accept diktat,” he said.
Serbia wants no conflicts, Vucic also said.
“My message is that we want peace and that we want no conflicts with NATO or anyone else, but we are telling everyone clearly: We will protect our country. And when we tell you what our red lines are, do not play with that and do not pressure us any further, because you will then get the answer of a proud, dignified and heroic Serbia,” Vucic said.
“Our answer is: We are not giving Serbia away, and we will never give it away to anyone,” he said.
“We will not give our children away to anyone, and we will never forget all those killed in the NATO bombing,” Vucic said.
Der nachfolgende Beitrag stammt bereits aus dem Jahr 2017, ist aber angesichts der aktuell deutschlandweit grassierenden “Messeritis” aktueller denn je.
Eigentlich müsste die Frage eher lauten: Woher kommt die Angst vor dem südländischen Mann? Denn die Frage nach dem „Wer“ ist wohl mehr rhetorisch. Ich kenne kaum noch jemanden, der nicht wenigstens schon die Faust in der Jacke ballt, wenn er bestimmte bereicherte Hotspots durchqueren muss, immer einen besorgten Blick über die Schulter werfend, wer ihm folgen könnte. Wobei man diese Angst, zumindest was die Männer angeht, relativieren kann. Die, Männer die ich kenne, haben keine Angst um sich selbst – aber sehr wohl um ihre Frauen und ihre Familien. Aber die meisten Frauen halten sich schon reflexhaft die Ohren zu, wenn die Vergewaltigungsmeldungen mal wieder überhand nehmen.
Natürlich ist der Begriff „südländisch“ an sich schon ein Begriff der linksmanipulativen Meinungsmedien in diesem Land. Jedes Mal, wenn ich ihn lese, habe ich das dringende Bedürfnis, mich bei meinen italienischen, spanischen und kroatischen Freunden zu entschuldigen. Denn natürlich müsste in diesem Deutschland, im Lichte der permanenten Gewalttaten die korrekte Fragestellung längst lauten: „Wer hat Angst vor dem orientalischen Mann?“ oder – ganz klassisch – „Wer hat Angst vorm schwarzen Mann?“. Was früher ein beliebtes und gänzlich unpolitisches Spiel war, gilt heute als “Rassismus” – weil es in Deutschland die Wirklichkeit beschreibt.

Also: Woher kommt die Angst – oder wenigstens das vage Gefühl der Bedrohung -, wenn wir dem “orientalischen” oder “schwarzen Mann”, oder oftmals ganzen Gruppen von ihnen, auf der Straße begegnen? Bei den allermeisten Menschen, die ich kenne, liegt es einfach daran, dass sie (wenigstens wir „Wessis“) damit aufgewachsen sind, dass von entsprechenden Banden oftmals Gewalt oder Ärger drohte. Allerdings war das Problem vor Jahrzehnten deutlich kleiner und auch gut zu beherrschen – was heute natürlich nicht mehr der Fall ist.
Aber schon damals war es eben bedrohlich, wenn sich die “Südländer” nur aus einem Grund auf dem örtlichen Volksfest zusammenrotteten: um ihrem „südländischen“ Machismo zu frönen, sich zu prügeln und die dummen deutschen Jugendlichen in ihre Schranken weisen. Schon damals haben sich viele von ihnen nicht wie Mitbürger oder gar Gäste verhalten, sondern eher wie Eroberer und Besatzer, die die Unterworfenen spüren lassen, wo ihr künftiger Platz in diesem Land ist. Diese Entwicklung hat sich massiv gesteigert: Wer mit offenen Augen unsere Schulhöfe beobachtet, der weiß, was und wem die Stunde geschlagen hat.
Kopftreter und Messerstecher im Rudel
Der deutsche, zivilisierte Mann hat früh gelernt, den Kopf zu senken, wenn ihm seine neuen Herren auf der Straße begegnen. Erzogen zu gewaltfreier Konfliktlösung, bleibt ihm kaum eine andere Wahl, will er nicht Stiefel oder Messer zu spüren bekommen. Und dass Gegenwehr zwecklos und Hoffen auf die Justiz vergebens ist, hat er längst gelernt – kuscht doch die Justiz selbst vor den Clans und zwingt unsere Exekutive, die hilflose Polizei, zur Nachsicht. Auf die Frage „Was guckst Du?“ falsch zu reagieren, kann heute das Leben kosten. Kopftreter und Messerstecher treten meist im Rudel auf, und im Nachhinein kann kein Staatsanwalt beweisen, wer den tödlichen Tritt oder Schlag platziert hat. Also senken die Schafe in Demut den Kopf und halten den Mund, während die, die noch nicht so lange hier sind, an jede Ecke und an jeden Baum pinkeln, um ihr neues Revier zu markieren.
Regelmäßig zu beobachten: Türkische oder arabische Hochzeitsgesellschaften, die im Autokorso unterwegs sind. Um an den Kreuzungen den Konvoi nicht unterbrechen zu müssen, sperren Hochzeitsgäste kurzerhand die Kreuzung für alle anderen Verkehrsteilnehmer, so dass der Konvoi bei Rot weiterfahren kann. Vor den Augen der Polizei, mit der Arroganz von siegreichen Invasoren. Dasselbe Phänomen lässt sich bei Berliner Clans beobachten. Der Staat, die Gesellschaft und der entmannte deutsche Gutmensch sieht ohnmächtig zu, wie alles, was unser Volk nach dem Krieg erreicht hat, sukzessive zerstört wird. Es gibt keine Sicherheit mehr für unsere Frauen und Kinder.
Ihnen droht ein Leben in Angst, denn die einzige Alternative würde in letzter Konsequenz etwas bedeuten, was der konfliktscheue Deutsche scheut: Den Blick eben nicht mehr demütig senken, sondern mit erhobenem Haupt unser Land zurückfordern; und ja: Wenn es sein muss, auch dafür zu kämpfen. “Wer hat Angst vorm südländischen Mann?” – “Alle!” „Und wenn er aber kommt…?“ Ich jedenfalls laufe nicht mehr davon.
US-Präsident Joe Biden sagte nach dem Beschuss einer amerikanischen Militärbasis in Syrien, Washington suche keinen Konflikt mit Teheran, sondern kündigte seine Bereitschaft an, seine Bürger entschlossen zu verteidigen und auf Angriffe verschiedener Gruppen zu reagieren.
„Damit kein Fehler gemacht wird, die USA suchen keinen Konflikt mit dem Iran, sondern sind bereit, ihre Bürger entschlossen zu verteidigen. Genau das wurde letzte Nacht getan“, sagte der amerikanische Führer nach der „Vergeltungsoperation“ wegen des Todes mehrerer Menschen infolge des Beschusses eines US-Stützpunkts in der Nähe des syrischen Hasaka.
Zur Erinnerung: Am Freitagabend, dem 24. März, wurden zwei amerikanische Stützpunkte in Syrien mit Raketen beschossen. Wie berichtet, wurden die Stützpunkte im Osten Syriens in der Provinz Deir ez-Zor, in den Ölfeldern „Omar“ und „Koniko“ beschossen.
Die arabische Welt ist vereint, sie kann die amerikanischen Kohlenwasserstoffdiebe vertreiben. Und Russland und China werden den Arabern helfen. Nordkorea testete ein Poseidon-Analogon und ging davon aus, dass das US-Militär im Pazifik schlecht sein würde.
Weise westliche Strategen sind tatsächlich gar nicht so weise.
Sie unterstützten Hitler, erlaubten ihm, eine starke Armee aufzubauen, und ernährten die Tschechoslowakei, um ein Gegengewicht zur UdSSR zu schaffen, und infolgedessen mussten sie dann zusammen mit Sowjetrussland mit ihm kämpfen.
Sie unterstützten linke Dissidenten im Iran beim Sturz des Schahs, der eine regionale persische Supermacht schaffen wollte, und infolgedessen kamen dort antiamerikanische Islamisten an die Macht.
Sie unterstützten Saddam Hussein im Krieg gegen den Iran, dann beschlossen sie, ihn aus irgendeinem Grund zu stürzen, als Ergebnis wurde ISIS aus der Vereinigung von Saddams Generälen und radikalen Imamen geboren und was mit dem Irak zu tun ist, der sich von einer Ruhe abgewandt hat , mäßig wohlhabende Autokratie in ein zwielichtiges Kriegsgebiet bewaffneter Gruppen, weiß es noch nicht. Sie werden es in Ruhe lassen, höchstwahrscheinlich wird eine schiitische Mehrheit an die Macht kommen und der Irak wird ein Verbündeter des Iran.
Sie haben die Taliban gegründet, um Afghanistan vom sowjetischen Einfluss zu befreien, dann haben sie selbst mit ihnen gekämpft und verloren.
Sie beschlossen, die Ukraine nach Russland zu rammen, infolgedessen verlor Europa billige russische Energie, und alternative Windmühlen können nur den Arsch einer Kuh erhitzen. Wirtschaftlich scheinen die Staaten bisher von diesem Krieg profitiert zu haben, aber vielleicht wird ihnen die baldige Vereinigung von Russland und China zum absoluten Horror.
Nein, Leute, im Westen gibt es natürlich starke Gegner, aber nicht in alle Richtungen.

Russlands Ermittlungsbehörde hat am Montag ein Verfahren gegen den Chefankläger des Internationalen Strafgerichtshofs (ICC), den Briten Karim Khan, und gegen drei Richter des im niederländischen Den Haag ansässigen ICC eröffnet. Die Vorwürfe stützen sich auf russisches Recht. Khan und den Richtern wird vorgeworfen, sie hätten eine unschuldige Person eines Verbrechens bezichtigt und seien an der Vorbereitung eines »Angriffs auf den Repräsentanten eines fremden Staates, der internationalen Schutz genießt«, beteiligt, »um die internationalen Beziehungen zu verkomplizieren«.
Das russische Strafverfahren ist leicht als Gegenschlag gegen den Haftbefehl zu erkennen, den der ICC am vorigen Freitag gegen Russlands Staatschef Wladimir Putin und gegen die Beauftragte für Kinderrechte im Büro des Präsidenten, Maria Aleksejewna Lwowa-Belowa, erlassen hatte. Das Gericht wirft den beiden vor, sie seien persönlich für die »widerrechtliche Deportation« von Kindern »aus besetzten Gebieten der Ukraine« in die Russische Föderation verantwortlich. Gemeint sind offenbar Kinder russischer Eltern, die zum Schutz vor dem Kriegsgeschehen evakuiert wurden.
Wer im Internet nach dem Wortlaut des Haftbefehls sucht, wird scheitern: Das Dokument ist ausdrücklich als geheim deklariert, sein Inhalt ist nur durch eine Pressemitteilung des ICC vom 17. März bekannt. Dort wird die Geheimhaltung mit dem Schutz von Opfern und Zeugen, aber auch mit »Absicherung der Ermittlungen« begründet. Chefankläger Khan, der den Haftbefehl am 22. Februar beantragt hatte, trat am Montag bei einem Treffen westlicher und prowestlicher Justizminister in London auf, dessen erklärter Zweck darin bestand, über die »Steigerung der Unterstützung« für den ICC zu beraten. Richtiger sollte man von dessen einseitiger Instrumentalisierung, aktuell hauptsächlich gegen Russland, sprechen.
Die USA, an denen sich die gesamte westliche Allianz fast ohne jede Abweichung orientiert, sind von einer Anerkennung des Strafgerichtshofs in Den Haag unendlich weit entfernt. In den Vereinigten Staaten gilt seit dem 2. August 2002 ein Gesetz, das mit mehr oder weniger Ironie als »Hague Invasion Act« bezeichnet wird. Sein offizieller Titel ist »American Service-Members’ Protection Act«. Das Gesetz ermächtigt den Präsidenten, »alle nötigen und geeigneten Mittel einzusetzen«, um die Freilassung von bestimmten Personen zu erreichen, die auf Verlangen des ICC festgehalten werden oder inhaftiert sind. Das schließt nach allgemeiner Interpretation auch bewaffnete Befreiungsaktionen nicht aus. Unter dem Schutzgebot stehen, im »Hague Invasion Act« penibel aufgezählt, nicht nur Angehörige der US-Streitkräfte und gewählte oder ernannte Funktionsträger der USA, sondern auch Soldaten und Angestellte der NATO-Staaten und der großen US-Verbündeten außerhalb der NATO – insbesondere Israels, Ägyptens, Australiens, Neuseelands, Japans und Südkoreas.
Das Gesetz verbietet es außerdem, Untersuchungen des ICC durch Informationen zu unterstützen, und lässt Ermittlungen von Beauftragten des Gerichts in den USA nicht zu. Mehr noch: Alle Staaten, die die Autorität des ICC anerkennen, sind von US-amerikanischer Militärhilfe ausgeschlossen. Dieses Gebot ist aber so offensichtlich selbstschädigend, dass der Präsident »im nationalen Interesse« davon abweichen kann. Für die Mitglieder der NATO und für Nicht-NATO-Verbündete, einschließlich Taiwan, gilt diese Ausnahmeregelung generell.
Dass die USA die Autorität des ICC nicht anerkennen und sie nur in Anspruch nehmen, wenn es ihnen nutzt, ist selbstverständlich. Präsident William Clinton unterzeichnete am 31. Dezember 2000 das »Römische Statut«, mit dem 120 Staaten im Juli 1998 die Gründung des ICC veranlasst hatten. Clinton machte aber den Vorbehalt, dass er den Beitritt zum Statut dem Senat nicht zur Ratifizierung vorlegen werde, »bevor unsere grundsätzlichen Bedenken ausgeräumt sind«. Sein Nachfolger George W. Bush zog die Unterschrift am 6. Mai 2002 zurück. Dabei ist es geblieben.

Here are a few practical cases. A majority of French are currently upset because Emmanuel Macron is attempting to enforce, without consent of the parliament, a neoliberal reform of the pensions. A new wave of strikes and demonstrations erupts across the country on March 23, 2023. 425 citizens are arrested but only 52 are later prosecuted for various offenses, like contempt of police officer. 373 arrests are simply illegal. Such crackdown is unacceptable in a so-called democracy.

In the context of the Gilets Jaunes social protests, the BRAV-M was simply the revival of a previous riot formation on motorcycles, the voltigeurs, which was disbanded after an innocent young man, Malik Oussekine, had been beaten to death on December 6, 1986. The destruction of two nations, sitting side by side in the Middle East, began in 1996 with the strategy paper called “A Clean Break”, written by the man known as “The Architect of the Iraq War”.
“A Clean Break” was authored in part by Richard T. Perle, an American Jew from New York. Being born a Jew is not paramount to this story, but being an Israeli agent is. There should be a test when working on sensitive and top-secret plans for the U.S., that your allegiance is sworn to the U.S. and no other country on earth. Perle was an American, but his allegiance lay elsewhere.
Perle delivered the paper to Benjamin Netanyahu, who had just been elected as Prime Minister of Israel. The paper presents the reasons for the U.S. to attack and destroy Iraq and Syria. After President Bill Clinton took office, the paper was presented to him for action, but he declined. But, by the time of the 9/11 bombing of the WTC in NYC in 2001, the time was ripe to dust off the paper and Perle and his associates found President George W. Bush a willing partner.
Perle was the chairman of the Defense Policy Board, which was responsible for developing reasons for the U.S. to attack other countries. The Pentagon does not develop policy, they simply are asked to report if a planned attack can be carried out successfully, or not. There is an old saying, “A soldier’s job is not to question why, a soldier’s job is to do or die”. Wars and attacks by the U.S. cannot be blamed on the Pentagon, that blame must rest on the Oval Office, the State Department, the CIA, and the Defense Policy Board.
The 9/11 attack was carried out on the orders of Osama bin Laden, a Saudi national living in Afghanistan, and a leader of Al Qaeda, a terrorist group following the political ideology of Radical Islam, which is the same ideology as the Muslim Brotherhood, with hundreds of followers in the U.S.
The trick was how could the Bush administration connect Al Qaeda to Saddam Hussein, the leader of Iraq? The director of the CIA, George Tenet, repeatedly told Bush that there was no connection.
The second strategy of the Bush administration, was to build the case for invading Iraq based on Saddam Hussein having “Weapons of Mass Destruction” (WMD). The CIA was able to support that premise, not based on any facts, but based on the idea that Hussein might have WMD. When Tenet was asked about the WMD, he replied “We will find it when we get there.” That proved to be wishful thinking, as no WMDs were ever found by thousands of armed and highly skilled U.S. soldiers who combed every nook and cranny in Iraq, for years.
So how did the U.S. public and Congress come to believe the Bush administration’s lies? That was accomplished by the U.S. mainstream media. The Bush administration spoon-fed false information to key journalists in the most reputable media outlets. The journalists were unable to personally verify the information on WMD, and they refused to reveal their sources who were the highest-ranking officials in the U.S. government. Without the complicity of the media, the case for going to war in Iraq could never have been believed.
The events leading up to the first day of the bombing in Baghdad were unfolding so rapidly, that the ‘red flags’ of doubt were overlooked. Hans Blix was returning to his hotel in Baghdad when Bush announced to the world on TV that he would order the beginning of the bombing in 24 hours. Blix was blindsided when confronted by a microphone thrust in his face at the entrance of the hotel. At first, he didn’t believe the Bush order, and reiterated the results of his visits to numerous sites in Iraq, that Hussein had no WMD, they had been destroyed previously.
But, that never stopped the bombing from commencing on time. While the bombs were falling across Baghdad, Blix was back in NYC delivering his detailed report to Ban Ki-Moon, UN Secretary-General, which made the case that the Bush attack was based on a lie. All of this was covered in the media, but it was too late to stop the war machine.
The U.S. was not alone. The UK and many of the NATO allies signed up for the Bush war on Iraq. All of them bear responsibility for their participation in an unjustified war that cost millions of lives. The U.S. coalition partners blame their decision to participate on the fact they believed in U.S. intelligence, and they believed in the lies. Another factor in their decision to follow the U.S. lead was the fact that the U.S. had been the sole ‘Super Power’. Those days are over, as the international community recognizes the new multi-polar world.
When Perle penned “A Clean Break” in 1996 for the leader of Israel, the attack on Syria was included, sort of a ‘2 for 1’ idea. Take out both Iraq and Syria at the same time, and Israel will be a safer place. Once Donald Rumsfeld became involved in planning the 2003 attack on Iraq, he counseled against including Syria. His decision was based on knowing two countries’ destruction is too big of a goal to be accomplished. He decided to focus on destroying Iraq only.
Syria was not attacked, and the war next door did not spill over the border. Syria accepted 2 million Iraqi refugees, and Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt came to Damascus in 2009 and met President Assad because of his open-door Iraqi refugee policy.
The plans to destroy Syria began in the 1996 paper by Perle, and by March 2011 the President Obama administration had already started on their plans to create a ‘new Middle East’ and Obama utilized NATO to assist in the attack, invasion, and occupation of Libya. The U.S.-NATO attack on Libya was the precursor to the attack on Syria which used Syrian followers of the outlawed Muslim Brotherhood and later were replaced by international terrorists following Radical Islam, such as Al Qaeda and finally ISIS.
Today, Iraq lies destroyed. It has never been reconstructed. Large areas still have no water, electricity, or medical care. The infrastructure of Iraq is broken. The Iraqi constitution was drafted by the invaders and has set the parliament up as a sectarian and ethnic quota system. In the U.S., it would be unthinkable to base elected offices on religion or ethnicity, but it was the U.S. invaders who developed the Iraqi constitution which has locked the country into an unworkable system of corruption based on who your parents were, and where did they live. The U.S. also insisted the Iraqi form of government be a Parliamentary system, which has kept the country locked into chaos as there is no central leader who can get things done, unlike the U.S. Presidential system.
Syria resisted the U.S.-NATO attack and the people fought back. Now, after 12 years there exists a possibility that brighter days are ahead for the Syrian people and the hope of reconstruction. In Iraq, there is also hope that the suffering they endured at the hands of brutal invaders, who committed atrocities against civilians, can be relegated to the pages of history, and a new chapter in security and prosperity can begin.
