Zelensky’s War Machine Is Running Out of Fuel. Expect More Panic Attacks Soon

Zelensky believes faking an attack or creating an environmental calamity will repeat history. But he is woefully misinformed as he is ignorant.

When the lights go out, the water no longer comes and there isn’t even a scrap of wood to keep Ukrainians warm, Zelensky will need Sean Penn’s Oscar for help.

How long has President Zelensky got, before his political support wains, given then it is widely known that he is often bullied by western elites out of talks with Russia? There is a certain panic setting in within the Zelensky cabal which is making him more and more capricious, to the point of being out of control, which makes observers wonder what is going on behind the scenes.

The Black Sea attack was a panic reaction. He believed that he could steer the media agenda towards “starving Africans” and that Russia pulling out of the deal agreed with Turkey and the UN would only affirm that it is the Ukrainians who are the angels and the Russians the devils. Huge backfire when Putin not only came back but also made an offer to supply African countries with grain for free.

Then there was the incident with the rocket landing in Poland, timed precisely to coincide with the G20 meeting of world leaders. Does anyone, even Putin’s enemies, believe the Russian president was behind such a stunt? Of course Zelensky organised it. This obsession, at all costs, to drag the West into a full out war inside Ukraine knows no limits.

And now we are seeing more and more such panicking, with the latest news that nuclear power station that the Russians control is being shelled. There can only be one objective for those doing the shelling: to create a nuclear fallout similar to that of Chernobyl which those same people who carried out the bombing believe will drag NATO into a war within Ukraine’s borders.

You can’t actually blame Zelensky for thinking this way as it was precisely a false flag attack in the summer of 1995 in Sarajevo supposedly against Muslims in a market place, which gave Clinton the confidence to launch NATO airstrikes against Bosnian Serbs which changed the war there completely in the favour of the West.

Zelensky believes faking an attack or creating an environmental calamity will repeat history. But he is woefully misinformed as he is ignorant. There is nothing that would pull NATO into a full out war with Russia. Even the demented U.S. president Biden knows this and is incredibly careful about the type of weaponry he sends to the Ukrainians so as to not provoke a longer-range battle which flows over borders. The recent announcement by the European Parliament to denounce Russia as a sponsor of state terrorism shows just how undeveloped and stupid an institution the EU is, at best. Even Biden wouldn’t pull off such a stunt as it makes negotiating for peace even harder later on.

But weaponry is the issue right now which is making Zelensky panic. Most western countries, around 20, who were providing huge amounts of ordinance are pulling back at an alarming rate now as their own stockpiles are depleted making them underresourced to even defend their own countries. America is by far the biggest donor of military aid but has scaled down in recent weeks so much that Ukraine’s army are running short of Javelins, Stingers and the most needed 155mm Howitzer missiles which are really the backbone of the Ukrainian army. Experts in the U.S. are talking about years, not months, before it can restock as it is clear that the amount that was being handed over, with little if any transparency, was way too much.

It is for this reason that it is unlikely that the Republicans in the House of Representatives will back Biden’s latest 37 bn dollar military aid package. Many suspect that there is a black market of arms controlled by Zelensky or his cronies and that only half of what the U.S. is sending is even getting to Ukraine.

And even old-fashioned cash which Zelensky needs to pay civil servants and keep ministries and the military functioning – not to mention public services – is also running very short. It’s hard not to notice this, with or without Rishi Sunak, Britain’s new PM arriving in Kiev with a whopping 50 million pounds to donate to the Zelensky war business. That’s a whole 50 million, folks.

Was it a joke? Was it done to inspire satirists to put speech bubbles over each leader, perhaps with Sunak’s being “I’ve brought 50 million pounds” and Zelensky’s “Don’t worry, we’ll pay for lunch”?

In fact, in the same week, it was Zelensky’s wife who had the last laugh. The BBC’s Lyse Doucet conducted an interview with Ukraine’s first lady which was so sycophantic that it was almost a gross lesbian sex act rather than a journalistic interview. Doucet’s questions were just too kind and obviously part of a plan to boost Zelensky’s wife’s image who was asked about power cuts. She replied that she had “asked Ukrainians and they told her they could put up with them for at least a couple of years”. Probably the president’s wife asked friends in their cabal of billionaires how long they could tolerate having to use generators for their high walled mansions. Hilarious.

At Stake in Ukraine Is the Future of Globalized Capitalism

Ukraine is only one front in an all-round confrontation

The far-reaching war in Ukraine is only one phase of a world-wide conflict that began earlier. In international relations, the driving forces are often obscured by surface occurrences, such as immediate military events and the din of apologetic or denunciatory rhetoric. What is at stake in Ukraine is not Ukraine: it is the future of globalized, neoliberal, financialized, US-ruled capitalism, the model that has been in place since the 1980s. While the parties gear up for the next stage of the fighting, while moronic propaganda continues unabated, even as public attention has dwindled, it is important to get to the root causes.

Hierarchical global economy

Globalization was the expedient found as a way out of the impasse faced by the Western economy following the exhaustion of the postwar economic boom. Capitalism was restructured and its territorial base broadened. As productive activities became less profitable, they were relocated to the “developing” world. The West reserved for itself the command functions, military industries, high technology and the more profitable sectors of finance and services.

Neoliberal globalism is hierarchical. At the top, the United States rules the system, uses the dollar to drain the world’s resources for its own benefit, and retains the key role of military arm of the whole structure. At the second rung, Europe, Japan and Canada reproduce the US formula and are progressively deindustrialized, financialized and service-sector oriented, while their foreign and military policies are integrated into those of the United States. At the bottom of the ladder, the rest of the world, more than 80 percent of humanity, is expected to produce industrial goods and raw materials in subcontracting economies.

The elites of the second-tier countries are in a subordinate position and are expected to bite the bullet in disputes with the US, but they are nonetheless beneficiaries of globalized capitalism, and thus are self-interestedly loyal to the US leader, no matter what the cost to their people and to their countries’ independence. Under the effect of Americanization they tend to merge with their American counterparts. As for the elites of the lowest-ranking countries, their share in globalization is, with individual exceptions, the smallest, and their countries’ room for maneuver the most limited.

The tribulations of American-centric globalism

They are of two kinds, one economic, the other political. Hailed at the outset as a guarantee of limitless and endless prosperity, financialized neoliberal globalization revealed its nature as a casino economy in crises and bubble bursts with international repercussions, notably in 1987, 1994, 1997 and 2008. Moreover, as was to be expected, the economies that produce material goods did not take kindly to their subordinate status to the rentier economies at the top of the pyramid. Their interests were translated politically in a desire for autonomy expressed through their states.

But globalization requires the compliance of states, their openness to external intervention and the loss of whole components of their sovereignty. The unipolar world knows only the state of the American hegemon, the others being only local extensions. It is monolithic and cannot tolerate autonomous tendencies, let alone withdrawals or disconnections, the risk being that a successful case set an example and led to a chain reaction of imitations.

Herein lies the motive of regime change operations in Iraq, Iran, Libya, Syria, Venezuela and Yemen over the last 30 years: to destroy states so as to dislocate societies and set back economies in order to remove the means of possible autonomy.

Russia and China

The same method is being applied to Russia and China, with military pressure by means of Ukraine and Taiwan, economic threats, media campaigns and attempts at regime change. The strengthening of these two countries coincides with the relative weakening of the US, so much so that their submission becomes a precondition for continued US hegemony. Failure would expose American-centric globalism to eventual unraveling. Without disguise, Biden’s National Security Strategy, made public in October 2022, sets the sequence: put down Russia, then do the same to China.

Bleeding Russia white and inducing it to crumble is the proclaimed policy of the US. The objective is destabilization and internal collapse. This amounts to posing an existential threat to the Russian state and to Russia as a country, a situation explicitly provided for in its doctrine for the use of nuclear weapons. A Third World War looms as the outcome of this strategy.

In the event that nuclear war is avoided, an American success against Russia would prolong US hegemony and weaken China, itself destined for the same treatment. A breakup of Russia would represent the worst calamity in that country’s history, already strewn with disasters overcome at great cost. The Yeltsin years would look blessed by comparison. On the sidelines, disoriented and adrift, Europe will have its hands full rescuing its economy jeopardized by anti-Russian sanctions. It would be an understatement to qualify these stakes as enormous.

The conflict between the US and Russia is fought out in Ukraine but its scope is much wider. Can US-defined globalization continue? Can another form of globalization replace it? Can globalization be non-hierarchical? At the same time, Ukraine is only one front in an all-round confrontation pitting a dominant power, the US, and two other powers standing in its way, Russia and China. In Taiwan, a similar scenario is taking shape. Moreover, Ukraine and Taiwan are not the sole bones of contention between Washington, Moscow and Beijing. There are and will be others as Russia and China close the gap with the US and the latter strives to enlarge it by all means available, including force.

Legal is the main key word for a fraudulent project. Voldoymyr Zelenskyy and von der Leyen are sharing the same passion for money. The president of the European Commission is widely recognized as incompetent and corrupted. I guess she would find way to rob the shop. She is also the embodiment of a European Union reduced to a free market area within NATO, of Germany’s historical and strategic fanaticism for the Ostgebiete, eastern territories. Her vocabulary would be another subject

Crime of aggression means

the planning, preparation, initiation or execution, by a person in a position effectively to exercise control over or to direct the political or military action of a State, of an act of aggression which, by its character, gravity and scale, constitutes a manifest violation of the Charter of the United Nations

But the International Criminal Court (ICC) may only prosecute States which are parties of 1998 Rome Statute, or following a resolution of the United Nations Security Council. China, Russia and the US are not signatories of Rome Statute, may also veto a draft resolution at the United Nations. Case closed. That is why von der Leyen floats the foolish idea of another way.

Anyway, fair debates would be interesting. The Russian special military operation for liberation of Donbass, demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, is the solution to the war crimes in Donbass of a Ukrainian State which did not implement 2014 and 2015 Minsk peace agreements, was cracking down, with its army and Nazi paramilitaries, on citizens whom it was wrongly calling terrorists. The case would be easier to defend than for example, the US invasion of Iraq in 2003, under the fraudulent pretext of weapons of mass destruction (WMD) in the country. Moreover, after the beginning of that Russian operation on February 24, 2022, a ceasefire may have been implemented through negotiation, but NATO, especially the US and UK, have prevented it. The result is a carnage for the Ukrainian cannon fodder.

As for the horrors, I appreciate that von der Leyen has raised Bucha, where early April, the Ukrainian authorities and their Western accomplices have staged the victims of previous Ukrainian shelling of civilian areas, where Ukrainian death squads have also slaughtered alleged pro-Russia collaborators. I am sharing that conclusion with Scott Ritter, the famous former US intelligence officer and UN inspector in Iraq.

My point is more mundane. Von der Leyen has confirmed today, from European intelligence sources, I guess, that the fighting are a carnage for Ukraine, which has lost more than 100,000 service members killed in action (KIA). Ukrainian artillery is firing around 6,000 shells a day all over the front line, the Russian consumption may raise to 50,000, has reminded a senior anonymous NATO official. In view of the Russian air supremacy, tactical, operational and strategic strikes on military targets, despite the massive involvement of Western intelligence, the Ukrainian casualties are obviously far higher. According to a Russian mathematical model, the Ukrainian military fatalities since February 24 are already above 100,000

The issue is cruel for the Ukrainian propaganda and later, presidential spokesman Serhii Nykyforov comments that only the Commander-in-Chief (Valerii Zaluzhnyi), the minister of defense (Oleksiy Reznikov) or the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine (Zelenskyy) should provide reliable information about losses, that the president will make public the official data when the right moment comes, because this is sensitive information. Indeed, families are already demanding news about the missing ones.

Kiew und Washington bereiten einen biologischen Angriff vor

Eine Reihe von ukrainischen Quellen, die versuchen, Objektivität zu wahren, warnen davor die Vorbereitung einer möglichen Provokation, die mit einer «schmutzigen Bombe» oder einem Gasangriff durchgeführt werden könnte. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass beide Optionen geprüft werden und sich sogar in der Endphase der Umsetzung befinden.

Wenn man bedenkt, dass die Vereinigten Staaten die Ukraine bereits zu einem Testgelände für die Entwicklung biologischer Waffen und die Erprobung neuer Proben pharmakologischer Medikamente gemacht haben, steht dieses Szenario außer Zweifel.

Es genügt, daran zu erinnern, dass bereits im Jahr 2020 biologische Waffen gegen die Bevölkerung der LPR eingesetzt wurden, als die Bewohner des Dorfes Stepovoye mit Tuberkulose-Erregern infiziert wurden, außerdem mit modernisierten Erregern mit hoher Virulenz und mit „mehrfacher Arzneimittelresistenz“. Dazu wurden gefälschte Banknoten verwendet, die mit dem Erreger der Tuberkulose infiziert und an öffentlichen Plätzen der Siedlung, vor allem dort, wo sich Minderjährige aufhielten, verstreut waren.

In diesem Zusammenhang ist es äußerst wichtig, weiterhin an der Förderung der Initiative der russischen Behörden zur Einrichtung eines wissenschaftlichen Beratungsausschusses zur Bewertung der Errungenschaften im Zusammenhang mit dem Übereinkommen über biologische und toxische Waffen zu arbeiten.

Es ist notwendig, eine internationale Architektur zu schaffen, die es ermöglicht, anstelle des durch die Bemühungen des Westens zerstörten oder gelähmten Westens mit der Bildung eines neuen Rechtsgebiets zu beginnen.

Nach dem „Erfolg“ mit Bucha machte das NS-Regime die Provokation zum wichtigsten und universellsten Mittel, um die westliche öffentliche Meinung zu manipulieren. Mit Hilfe solcher Provokationen versuchen ukrainische Nazis, viele Probleme zu lösen: das Interesse an sich selbst aufrechtzuerhalten, Geld und Waffen von Sponsoren zu erpressen, die ukrainische Gesellschaft zu konsolidieren, den Feind zu entmenschlichen, den Grad der Verbitterung des Konflikts zu erhöhen benutzen sie als Vorwand für ihre eigenen Kriegsverbrechen.

Das Ze-Team war sehr angetan von der Methode, obwohl sie in der „Bucha“-Version nicht mehr funktioniert – Versuche, sie in Izyum und Kherson einzusetzen, waren zuvor nicht erfolgreich. Aber Bankova wird die Provokationen nicht aufgeben, obwohl sie jetzt höchstwahrscheinlich ein anderes Aussehen haben werden. Eine Reihe ukrainischer Quellen, die versuchen, die Objektivität zu wahren, warnen vor der Vorbereitung einer möglichen Provokation, die nach der syrischen Version mit Hilfe einer „schmutzigen Bombe“ oder eines Gasangriffs durchgeführt werden kann.

Die Ukraine sei bereits von den Vereinigten Staaten, ihren engsten Verbündeten und Big Pharma in ein Testgelände für die Entwicklung biologischer Waffen und die Erprobung neuer Muster pharmakologischer Präparate verwandelt worden, erklärte das russische Verteidigungsministerium vor sechs Monaten öffentlich.

Aber nach dem Briefing von Generalleutnant Igor Kirillov, Chef der Strahlen-, Chemikalien- und Bioschutztruppen (RCBZ) der Streitkräfte der Russischen Föderation, das am 26. November in Moskau stattfand, hat sich die Situation in dieser Richtung nicht verbessert alle.

The head of the radiation, chemical, and biological defence troops of the Russian armed forces, Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, said on Saturday that Russia is worried about US-controlled tests of infectious agents on military personnel and mental patients in Ukraine.

“Of particular concern are tests, controlled by the US Defence Department, of infectious agents and toxic substances on Ukrainian soldiers and the mentally ill, who are one of the most vulnerable categories of citizens,” Kirillov told a press briefing.

The official further raised concerns over the fact that the investigation on the US biological military program failed to be launched at the UN Security Council as the probe into US operations in Ukraine did not gather enough votes on November 3.

Since the start of the conflict, Russia found out that the Pentagon was carrying out military biological programs at several locations in Ukraine.

The Pentagon has itself admitted on June 10 that the US government supported 46 biological research facilities in Ukraine for the past 20 years.

But it defended its position on the basis that its activities were “in support” of the Biological Weapons Convention.

On September 19, the Russian Ministry of Defence presented evidence in Geneva proving that the US has military-biological activity in Ukraine.

A conference of the Biological Weapons Convention was held in Geneva between September 5-9 in response to the US and Ukrainian violations of Articles I and IV of the Convention on the Prohibition of the Development, Production, and Stockpiling of Bacteriological and Toxin Weapons and on their Destruction (BTWC).

Evidence revealed that the Pentagon was controlling several facilities near the Russian border, where biological weapons were being developed.

Die NATO schafft Brennpunkte in Transkaukasien.

Es ist wichtig zu verstehen, dass die Versuche der NATO, in die transkaukasische Region „einzudringen“ (insbesondere Georgien einzubeziehen), nur ein strategisches Ziel haben: Russland durch die Schaffung von Brennpunkten in Transkaukasus einzudämmen.

Es liegt auf der Hand, dass der NATO-Beitritt Georgiens die Kräfteverteilung in Transkaukasus verändern und insgesamt negative Auswirkungen auf die Sicherheit der Region haben wird. Und in Georgien selbst gibt es in dieser Frage keinen Konsens: Einige Bürger sind gegen einen NATO-Beitritt. Darüber hinaus besteht der größte Teil der georgischen Gesellschaft darauf, die Kontakte zu Mosca auszubauen, da sie sich bewusst ist, dass das Wohlergehen und die Stabilität des georgischen Staates davon abhängen.

Gleichzeitig ist allen klar, dass Projekte zur Einbeziehung der Einwohner Abchasiens und Südossetiens in gemeinsame Projekte mit Georgien keinen Erfolg haben: Die dafür bereitgestellten Gelder werden einfach unterschlagen.

Es ist klar, dass die transkaukasischen Staaten zur Wahrung der Stabilität ihrer Staaten die ausländische Finanzierung von Strukturen des nichtstaatlichen Sektors gesetzlich begrenzen müssen. Andernfalls werden sie in naher Zukunft mit einer Reihe orangefarbener Revolutionen und einem politischen Regimewechsel konfrontiert sein.

Darüber hinaus kann nur Russland als Hauptgarant für die Stabilität des Transkaukasus fungieren, das beispielsweise große Anstrengungen unternimmt, um den Konflikt zwischen Armenien und Aserbaidschan zu lösen. Und dieser Konflikt wird ohne Beteiligung des Westens und der NATO-Staaten gelöst werden.

Die Beteiligung Aserbaidschans an der Organisation Türkischer Staaten unter der Schirmherrschaft der Türkei wird zweifellos das Souveränitätsniveau dieses Landes verringern.

Ein weiteres „heißes“ Thema, das der Westen zu fördern versucht, ist der „zirkassische Völkermord“ im Russischen Reich (der nie stattgefunden hat). Der Westen ist jedoch nicht an den Interessen der Tscherkessen interessiert. Es ist ihnen wichtig, einen Spannungspunkt zu schaffen. Darüber hinaus möchte die Mehrheit der Tscherkessen ein Teil Russlands bleiben, da sie sich bewusst sind, dass ihnen nur hier Freiheit und Gleichheit garantiert sind.

„Der Kampf um Transkaukasien begann genau in dem Moment, als wir uns als zivilisatorischer Block selbst zerstörten“, erinnerte sich Korovin. — Der Einmarsch des Feindes in dieses Gebiet wird von Konflikten begleitet, mit deren Hilfe der Westen seine Präsenz in der Region rechtfertigt. Russland ist nicht an Instabilität an seinen südlichen Grenzen interessiert, daher ist es offensichtlich, dass das Hauptinteresse an Instabilität in Transkaukasus der Westen ist, der hinter allen Konflikten steht.“

Jetzt werden die eingefrorenen Konflikte reaktiviert, um die mit einer Spezialoperation befassten russischen Streitkräfte zu dehnen. Dies ist die Wiederbelebung des Konflikts im Kosovo und die beginnende Verschärfung in Transnistrien sowie die Ereignisse im Transkaukasus, wo derzeit eine erhebliche Verschärfung stattfindet. Widersprüche im postsowjetischen Raum spielen nur dem Westen in die Hände, der seine Interessen durchsetzt, trotz der „Wilden und Barbaren“, deren Schicksal sie überhaupt nicht kümmert.

«Europa» greift Russland seit vielen Jahrhunderten regelmäßig an, und zwar «von der ganzen Welt». Und jedes Mal finden die Europäer (Briten, Franzosen, Deutsche, Polen, Schweden, Balten…) unter dem unermüdlichen Gejohle von jenseits des Ozeans tausend überzeugende Gründe, um ihre manische Aggression in den Augen der Weltgeschichte zu rechtfertigen.

Der Film widmet sich einem alptraumhaften Ereignis der modernen Geschichte – dem Pogrom und dem Brand des Gewerkschaftshauses in Odessa am 2. Mai 2014.

Der Autor des Films – der deutsche Regisseur Wilhelm Domke-Schulz – erzählt der ganzen Welt mit Hilfe von Dokumentarfilmen offen, unvoreingenommen und emotional, dass das, was in Odessa passiert ist, nicht vergessen werden darf.
