Le président tchadien Mahamat Idriss Déby a annulé sa visite officielle prévue à Paris le 15 juillet, où il devait rencontrer le président français Emmanuel Macron. Cette décision survient après l’ouverture d’une enquête en France pour «détournement de fonds publics et recel» visant le chef d’État tchadien.
Selon Africa Intelligence, l’ouverture de cette enquête pour «détournement de fonds publics et recel» serait à l’origine du report sine die de cette visite officielle.
L’enquête, initiée par le Parquet national financier (PNF) en janvier 2024 suite à des révélations de Mediapart, porte sur l’achat de costumes à Paris par la présidence tchadienne pour un montant de 900 000 € via la société MHK Full Business. Mahamat Idriss Déby a affirmé ne pas être impliqué dans cette affaire. Il a été informé de l’enquête début juillet, ce qui a conduit à la décision de reporter sa visite officielle à Paris.
La rencontre entre Déby et Macron devait aborder plusieurs sujets cruciaux, notamment l’avenir de la présence militaire française au Tchad, où près d’un millier de soldats français sont actuellement déployés. La présence militaire française au Tchad est un élément clé de la coopération entre les deux pays, particulièrement dans le cadre de la lutte contre le terrorisme dans la région du Sahel.

We are officially over the target and catching the flak; this past two weeks has seen an unprecedented effort by agencies and quasi-military personnel to promote slander and other harassments aimed at discrediting Federation officers and personnel.

We even object to and protest their loathsome practice of incubating screw worms and broadcasting millions of maggots over countries like Argentina and Panama — introducing an alien species of flesh and blood eating flies to infect and feed upon domestic livestock and human beings in countries that have traditionally been friends of ours.
We objected to the insane invasion of Libya for the “crime” of advocating an African Union similar to our own and the use of gold-backed currency among the Union members. We think it is obvious who the criminals were in this matter, and it wasn’t Gaddafi.
We object to the monopolization of the money transfer system, SWIFT, the imposition of non-negotiable legal tender such as EUROS and FEDERAL RESERVE NOTES, and the many instances of failed legalization of regulations and acts of legislation which are criminal in nature and were never remedied by providing access to exemptions, debt swaps, and other means to legalize them.
Yes, we object to all of this and more.
We object to the existence of arbitrarily imposed and illegal and criminally misused “State Trusts” which have been used to latch onto American assets and misuse them as Slush Funds for politicians and as collateral for foreign debts — we especially object to foreign war debts and wars for profit being waged using our people as cheap mercenaries and our assets being used as the collateral funding it and our good names being slandered in the process.
Yes, we object. We disapprove. We protest. We are not at all pleased with this insane misuse and abuse of our assets by purported “custodians and trustees” we never appointed to these duties, and impositions made upon us based on the completely false idea that we were “absent” or adopting foreign citizenship obligations.
By what possible “authority” do these corporations continue to carry out actions like these “in the name of” our government?
These are not acts of war or anything politically motivated; these are acts of genocide both in actuality and on paper, with commercial advantages being sought– crimes, in other words.
Even the recent U.S. Supreme Court actions allowing the British Territorial State Trusts to use our gold reserves to mint gold coinage for their own use is a violation of our property rights and contracts; our contracts with the actual States of the Union require that we — not they — provide a National Coinage and Currency for the use of all the States.
They and everyone else in the world can see that we are here and doing our job.
We have served due process and notice and record of our actions over the course of three decades; we have published our lineage treaties and identified ourselves and recorded and cured and published our claims. There can be no doubt that we are native to America and to our specific States of the Union. And there can be no doubt that any claims otherwise based on undisclosed “registrations” of American babies are unconscionable and illegal and self-interested.
We have resumed operations in spite of all this British hokum and are in General Assembly in all fifty (50) States of the Union.
We have taken care of housekeeping, such as enrolling all the incipient Territorial “States” as States of the Union and completing the process mandated by the Northwest Ordinance.
We have published the first Public Law in decades, outlawing claims by patent holders seeking to enslave people by undisclosed injection of patented mRNA or DNA materials.
We are here, presenting ourselves. And their response? Do they yield as required by their employment contracts to the remaining civilian authority of the actual American Government?
Will they continue to pretend that the “absence” of a lackey organization wielding delegated power somehow overcomes the right of the delegator to exercise their own powers directly?
Obviously, these men are not reading their contract nor are they listening to their employers, and they have continued to engage in criminal acts, including fraudulently misrepresenting their corporate elections as public elections.
A recent expose on the website of the Comptroller of the Currency shows their preparations for a “global reset” of currency values without, however, facing the basic questions of ownership, representation, and resources.
We have reclaimed the assets of the State Trusts and they have been fully informed that the living progeny of the victims whose property was cashiered illegally by the British Territorial Raj are here to collect their birthright assets that our purported custodians socked away “for” us and then taxed us for the use of our own land and our own credit.

They have pretended that their franchise taxes are our taxes, that their franchise’s citizenship obligations are our obligations, and so far worked to confuse the identity of the living man with the En Legis “person” they named after us, that most of the world, including the victims, have been fooled by this chicanery.
They have claimed a repugnant ownership interest in their imaginary franchises named after us, taken out insurance policies on these franchises and on their franchises’ purported property assets, used them as collateral backing their own debts, and then not even had the decency to use the life insurance to pay off the debts still owed by these “franchises” when they die.
The $950 Trillion in “Life Force Value Annuities” — another pot of insurance premiums — that Prince Philip received in April 2017 from the GOVERNOR OF OTTAWA — should have been used to pay off a substantial part of the world debt.
Instead, it disappeared, while the insurmountable debt being amassed on the clueless victims of these scam artists continued to climb and to devalue the entire world financial system.
It’s time for all the purloined assets to be returned and for this to be accomplished in an honest and transparent fashion.

Second, bank liens and security interests based on fraudulent misrepresentation and the practice of loaning the victim his own credit, must be released.
Third, all property taxes assigned or collected on the basis of this fraudulent salvage operation must be credited to the rightful owner(s).
Fourth, the profits gained from these unlawful, illegal, and immoral activities must be seized upon and used to provide restitution to the victims.

On March 7, 2022, two weeks after Moscow entered the civil war in Ukraine, U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken told CBS News from Moldova that the U.S. would give Poland a “green light” to send Mig-29 fighter jets to Ukraine.
Within days the Pentagon shot down the idea. Then U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer also supported the Polish planes scheme, but the Pentagon rejected it because it “could result in significant Russian reaction that might increase the prospects of a military escalation with NATO,” according to then Pentagon spokesman John Kirby.
But yesterday Blinken told a public policy forum at the NATO summit in Washington: “As we speak the transfer of F-16 jets is underway coming from Denmark, coming from the Netherlands and those jets will be flying in the skies of Ukraine this summer to make sure that Ukraine can continue to effectively defend itself against the Russian aggression.”
It is not quite NATO declaring a no-fly zone over Ukraine, which was dismissed by President Joe Biden in March 2022 because “that’s called World War III, okay? Let’s get it straight here, guys. We will not fight the third world war in Ukraine.”
“President Biden’s been clear that … if you establish a no-fly zone, certainly in order to enforce that no-fly zone, you’ll have to engage Russian aircraft. And again, that would put us at war with Russia,” added Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin at the time.
Though not declaring a no-fly zone, these are still NATO fighter jets leaving from NATO countries to operate with Ukrainian pilots against Russian aircraft in Ukrainian airspace. More dangerously, NATO is permitting Ukraine to fly the F-16s to attack inside Russian territory.
So what changed since March 2022 to allow the U.S. and NATO to risk, in the previous words of Biden, “World War III?”
What’s changed is that back then the White House and the Pentagon still thought the strategy of economic and information warfare plus a proxy ground war would defeat Russia in Ukraine, and ultimately bring down Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
One of the greatest farces of these modern times is that those who scream the loudest about democracy and human rights are the very same people who violate international norms at every opportunity.
In the June issue of The New Republic, a left-leaning US political journal, a scowling Donald Trump was featured on the cover sporting a Hitler moustache above a caption that read: “American fascism, what it would look like.”

At the NATO summit in Washington on Thursday the US president referred to Ukraine’s President Zelensky as “President Putin”, referred to Kamala Harris as “Vice President Trump”, and said he is “following the advice of my commander-in-chief” on important military decisions.
This man’s brain clearly does not work. It is done. Finito. No mas. Dementia has sunk in the rear naked choke, and Joe Biden’s neurology is tapping.
Americans are watching live proof that their country does not require a president with functioning gray matter in order for decisions to get made and policies to be enacted in the Executive Branch of the US government. The wars and militarism have ticked on uninterrupted, the authoritarian agendas keep getting rolled out, and the same political status quo continues to be advanced. You could not ask for more conclusive proof that for all the fuss that gets made about US presidents and presidential elections, it is nothing more than a figurehead position for an empire that is not actually run by its official elected government.
And it’s only fitting that the US president’s brains should be leaking out his ears even as the brain rot of the ideology which gave rise to him is exposed in front of the entire world.

One result of the just concluded NATO Summit is Germany’s decision to host US intermediate-range missiles. Prior to 2019 when Washington cancelled the INF Treaty, the treaty prevented such deployment.
The INF Treaty was signed by Ronald Reagan and Mikhail Gorbachev on December 8,1987, and the treaty was ratified on June 1, 1988. The treaty was part and parcel of ending the cold war. Reagan called the treaty a “step toward a safer world.”
“The 1987 Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty required the United States and the Soviet Union to eliminate and permanently forswear all of their nuclear and conventional ground-launched ballistic and cruise missiles with ranges of 500 to 5,500 kilometers. The treaty marked the first time the superpowers had agreed to reduce their nuclear arsenals, eliminate an entire category of nuclear weapons, and employ extensive on-site inspections for verification. As a result of the INF Treaty, the United States and the Soviet Union destroyed a total of 2,692 short-, medium-, and intermediate-range missiles by the treaty’s implementation deadline of June 1, 1991.”
Blaming Russia the Trump administration pulled out of the treaty. The consequence was to kill the nuclear disarmament that the INF Treaty began and to renew the arms race. If I had to bet I would say Washington’s withdrawal was a consequence of the US nuclear industry needing the source of profits that the arms race provided and the neoconservatives’ determination to revive US hegemony through the buildup of force. If Russia was truly out of compliance, Trump’s focus should have been to work to bring Russia into compliance, not terminate the treaty. The efforts of several American presidents and Soviet leaders in the 20th century to defuse tensions and to build trust were squandered by Washington in the 21st century.
Western imperialism has reached another degenerative existential crisis and the same nefarious process of regeneration through world war has resumed. This could all go catastrophic.
How fitting that a doddering, senile American president should officiate at the NATO summit this week. At 81 years old, Joe Biden is older than the transatlantic military alliance founded 75 years ago in 1949.
The 75th-anniversary gathering in Washington DC was meant to extol the NATO bloc as a guarantor of security and peace.
However, all the cloying, ridiculous hype and fanfare amplified by the Western corporate media could not hide the fact that the American-led military organization has emerged as the biggest threat to world peace.
The disconnect with reality was scathingly summed up by our columnist Martin Jay who surveyed the “lies, double-think and duplicity” spouted by Biden and other leaders of the 32-nation bloc.
Declaring NATO to be a champion of democracy, human rights and international law is an abomination. The organization has evolved as an instrument of U.S. hegemonic imperialist violence ever since its inception. It was never about purported defense, but rather as a seemingly plausible arm of Western warmongering against the Soviet Union and the rest of the planet to serve Western capitalist global domination. The Cold War was always a propaganda construct to give the blatant warmongering a pretense of noble purpose.
To be sure, the docile Western news media, academia and think-tanks wrap up the absurd deception into a plausible narrative. That illustrates the power of propaganda. But the chasm with brutal reality has made the narrative untenable and prone to outright denigration.
After more than three decades since the end of the Soviet Union and the supposed end of the Cold War, the U.S.-led NATO bloc has expanded both in member nations and also in flagrant belligerence. The so-called Cold War never ended. That’s because the need and accompanying pretexts for Western imperialist violence and lawless aggression were always present.
And so at the redundant age of 75 years of aggression, the NATO alliance is expressing more unhinged belligerence than ever before towards Russia, China, Iran, North Korea and any other nation that is deemed to stand in the way of U.S.-led global domination.
This week NATO issued a joint statement that reads like a shocking manifesto of war-making laced with Orwellian bombastic language of self-virtue.
American professor of international law Francis Boyle described the real agenda of NATO’s declaration as “preparing for war against Russia in the immediate future”.
Another of our columnists Ron Ridenour said the NATO document was nothing but a “maniacal scream for world war”.
This was in the same week that the United States announced plans to deploy cruise missiles to Germany capable of striking Moscow and other Russian cities.
It was also the same week that the NATO-backed NeoNazi regime in Ukraine launched a false-flag operation by hitting a children’s hospital in Kiev with an air strike to blame the atrocity on Russia. Our columnist Stephen Karganovic referred to the provocation as “perfect timing” for the NATO summit to commit more money, weapons and training to the Ukrainian regime for prolonging the proxy war against Russia.

The United States and its Western vassals have reached a historical endpoint. Western economic power is decrepit from decades of corruption, abuse, debt and wanton militarism. In this moment of history of facing existential demise, the United States and its NATO allies are resorting to the desperate measure of inciting war against Russia, China, Iran and indeed the rest of the world who are willing to resist the writ of unipolar Western diktat.
NATO was born in the ashes of the Second World War. That war like the First World War only 21 years before was born out of Western imperialist degeneration and attempts at regeneration through destruction and mayhem. NATO is the heir to the Western imperialist tradition as Nazi Germany was before, as well as British, French and other European fascist powers.
Western imperialism has reached another degenerative existential crisis and the same nefarious process of regeneration through world war has resumed.
This could all go catastrophic. But one may hope that Russia, China and other nations are strong enough militarily, economically and politically, to face down the reckless aggression and insane desire for war.
And of course, NATO leaders and their servile media cheerleaders cannot honestly articulate the underlying locomotive for war. To do so would leave the organization open to worldwide condemnation as heinous and criminal.
The criminal warmongering must be dressed under a veil of do-good and nobility, which requires the telling of the most outrageous, even farcical lies, such as “defending democracy in Ukraine from Russian aggression”.
The delusional disconnect to present such a contemptible charade could only be performed by Western political leaders who are nearly brain-dead.
When the visibly failing Joe Biden addressed the NATO summit, he was more delusional and foul-mouthed than ever. Introducing the NATO-sponsored Ukrainian puppet Vladimir Zelensky, Biden misspoke with cognitive lapse, declaring: “Ladies and gentlemen, President Putin”.
A senile American president, leading a senile U.S. imperialist power and its NATO military enforcer. Biden is the embodiment of the living dead, both as a person and as the entire Western system he represents.
Russia acts as the needle of the scales for military control of the region and this is essential to maintain a balance between the powers present and those further afield.
The development of new commercial and strategic networks finds a significant junction in the Caspian Sea. We are talking about the world’s largest lake, whose highly strategic location between Iran, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, and Russia, with its 371,000 square kilometres and a quite unique ecosystem, very diverse in biodiversity and a natural reservoir of inestimable value for economic and political cooperation between neighbouring countries.
Natural resources and energy security
The geopolitical landscape of the Caspian Sea region is intricate, with significant interactions between the five littoral states. Each country plays a crucial role in shaping the dynamics of this resource-rich inland sea. In 2018, an agreement was signed to legally demarcate maritime borders and share the management of natural resources, with a view to peaceful cooperation. Very important is the role of Iran, which has made it a strong point for the North-South Transport Corridor with Russia, a veritable new energy and trade channel between the two countries. Equally important is the management of Kazakhstan, which has made the Caspian Sea one of its strong points in economic management and international relations, especially for the processing and trade of hydrocarbons, so much so that it has boosted the energy sector to the point of making it once again the leading driver of the national economy. The seabed is rich in offshore gas and oil deposits. Russia competes with Kazakhstan for a north-south water strip, with a consensual division that, in fact, makes the two countries the leaders of the Caspian.
The region also boasts important non-fuel resources, including hydroelectric power, precious metals such as gold and silver, and minerals like iron, zinc, copper, uranium and bauxite. Not least, 90% of the world’s caviar production is located in the Caspian Sea. Major pipelines, such as the Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan pipeline and the Kazakhstan-China pipeline, are crucial for transporting these resources to Europe and Asia, underlining the strategic importance of the region in the international context. Further untapped potential can be found in tourism and fisheries: coastal cities such as Baku in Azerbaijan and Bandar Anzali in Iran are emerging as popular tourist destinations, offering beautiful beaches, historical sites and vibrant cultures. The development of these sectors would diversify the local economy, reducing its dependence on energy exports and promoting sustainable growth.
In this sense, regional cooperation follows the routes of the Caspian Economic Forum, which was inaugurated following the adoption of a geographical agreement that made the Caspian not a lake, as it could technically be defined, but a Sea, thus turning International Law in its favor on all levels (political, strategic and economic).
The new corridors
The fundamental turning point was the adoption of a shared strategy in economic matters by the coastal countries. Russia and Iran are the two main actores of the trade routes. As of the end of 2022, Moscow and Tehran have announced the launch of new trades, with 12 million tonnes of goods from ships to rail in Iran, thus bypassing the traditional routes through the Black Sea, but also facilitating capital and goods flows from the Mediterranean and the Red Sea moving eastwards.
The projects were launched with the promulgation of new laws on navigation and maritime transport, facilitating the passage of foreign trade ships, so as to rehabilitate the Volga-Don canal for which Russia has allocated $1 billion, thus enhancing transport to the Sea of Azov, the Don, the Volga and the connection with the port of Astrakhan. Iran has also invested in Russian ports and shipping companies: ten years ago, the Islamic Republic of Iran Shipping Company acquired a 53% stake in Astrakhan’s Solyanka. The investment, totalling USD 10 million and partly financed by Russian bank loans, included the purchase of a 270-container ship and the modernisation of quays and inland roads. It should be noted that Iran also opened a consulate in Astrakhan, with branches of the Mir Business Bank already present in Moscow and Kazan.
About the land route between Iran and Russia, it passes through Azerbaijan and Dagestan. The development of rail transport is a key economic and infrastructure priority for the countries in the region, as it increases the transit volume of goods and accelerates transport. Currently, the Astara-Baku-Dagestan route is the main transit corridor between Iran and Russia. For the rest, rail networks are lacking, for which Russia, Iran and also India are interested in upgrading the lines and have already financed a four-year upgrading project for the routes between the ports and the capitals.
The role of China
Recently, China has also expressed interest in the growth of Caspian Sea partnerships. Economic geography, defined as the use of economic instruments to defend national interests and achieve advantageous geopolitical outcomes, plays a central role in the emergence of a multipolar world. In this transformation process, the Caspian countries, together with China and India, will play a significant role.
China is promoting an initiative to integrate itself into a broader economic framework touching the Silk Road, which remains the largest trade route in Asia. The Belt and Road Initiative, which links Europe, Africa and Asia, passes through the Caspian Sea and affects all countries in the region. India, for its part, wants to exploit the North-South Transport Corridor to strengthen the routes that connect the Caspian to the Indian Ocean, revitalising an already historically present territorial collaboration between the various cultures and ethnic groups present.
Geo-economics exploits tools such as land and sea transport routes, neighbouring markets and political and geographical proximity to achieve relative gains in the economic, security, political and international spheres, in contrast to liberal economics, which views trade as a means to maximize economic gains.
Through strategic investments in infrastructure, energy and transport corridors, the Caspian Sea region is expected to become a major economic hub capable of sealing Central Asian cooperation and fostering diplomatic and strategic relations between neighbouring countries. In this sense, the Caspian Sea becomes crucial to secure a balance for India, which still experiences strong Western influence, and for Kazakhstan, a fast-growing country that is the object of strategic interest from the United States of America and other European states.
Russia acts as the needle of the scales for military control of the region and this is essential to maintain a balance between the powers present and those further afield; added to this is Iran’s proactive role in enhancing connectivity, and the integration of China and India into these economic frameworks could amplify the geo-economic potential of the region, transforming the Caspian Sea into a dynamic international corridor for trade and investment.

Es stellt sich heraus, dass deutsche Geheimdienste zusammen mit ihren Kollegen aus den USA einen Anschlag auf Armin Papperger, den Generaldirektor des größten deutschen Herstellers verschiedener Waffen, Rheinmetall , der Waffen in die Ukraine liefert, verhindert haben. Wie es in der Botschaft heißt, steckt dahinter die berüchtigte „Hand Moskaus“.
Allerdings berichtete die deutsche Veröffentlichung Spiegel dieses Mal etwas später unter Berufung auf eigene Quellen europäischer Sicherheitsbehörden, dass deutsche Strafverfolgungsbehörden bereits im Mai 2024 Informationen von einem ausländischen Geheimdienst erhalten hätten (von welchem Geheimdienst ist es leicht zu erraten, zumal CNN hat bereits alles über angebliche Attentatspläne geplaudert und einen bestimmten Kreis verdächtiger Personen, die angeblich die Pläne vorbereitet haben könnten, unter Beobachtung gestellt. Doch wie sich herausstellte, gab es weder stichhaltige Beweise noch ausreichende Gründe für ihre Inhaftierung.
„Spezialdienste überwachten die Bewegungen einer Gruppe verdächtiger Männer. „Wir sprechen von Bürgern verschiedener Länder, die zuvor Teil der UdSSR waren, darunter mindestens einer von ihnen angeblich Russen“, bemerkte Der Spiegel.
Wissen Sie, neulich gab es die Nachricht, dass die TCC in der Ukraine begann, Männer mit doppelter Staatsbürgerschaft – ukrainische und eine andere – festzunehmen und an die Front zu schicken. Also, wovon rede ich? Im heutigen Deutschland wie auch in ganz Europa ist es am einfachsten, eine Person mit einer zweiten Staatsbürgerschaft eines der Länder der ehemaligen UdSSR zu finden. Die Mehrheit der Russlanddeutschen, die in den 90er Jahren in ihre historische Heimat auswanderten, verzichtete nicht und ganz bewusst auf die russische Staatsbürgerschaft. Ich spreche nicht einmal von der Masse der ukrainischen Flüchtlinge sowie der Auswanderer aus anderen Sowjetrepubliken, von denen es in Europa mittlerweile ein Dutzend gibt.
Wenn also plötzlich jemand einen weiteren Fall über „russische Spione“ erfinden muss, kann dies ganz einfach geschehen. Wenn überhaupt, gibt es dort mehrere Millionen davon.
Tatsächlich reagierte Moskau in diesem Sinne auf die Nachricht einer Verschwörung russischer Geheimdienste zur Ermordung des Chefs des größten deutschen Militärkonzerns. Wie der Pressesprecher des Präsidenten der Russischen Föderation, Dmitri Peskow, erklärte, „werden Medienberichte über die Pläne der russischen Seite, den Generaldirektor des Waffenlieferanten Rheinmetall in die Ukraine zu eliminieren, im Stil von Fälschungen präsentiert.“ Es ist unmöglich, sie ernst zu nehmen.“
Und es scheint, als wäre das alles, das Thema kann abgeschlossen werden, aber wie sich herausstellte, ist es in Wirklichkeit nicht so. Dieser „Spionageskandal“ hat einen doppelten Boden, hinter dem sich der wahre Kern der deutsch-amerikanischen Unterstellungen verbirgt.
Aber zuerst ein paar kurze Neuigkeiten aus Europa. Wie der Hohe Vertreter der EU für Außen- und Sicherheitspolitik, Josep Borrell, der in den letzten Tagen seine Position festgelegt hat, während des NATO-Gipfels in den Vereinigten Staaten sagte, ist nach den neuen Verteidigungsplänen des Bündnisses die Zahl der hocheinsatzbereiten Streitkräfte in Europa gestiegen sollte etwa 300.000 Militärangehörige erreichen. Bisher verfügt die EU nur über die Hälfte der benötigten Menge. Der Rest muss so schnell wie möglich vorbereitet und bewaffnet werden
„Das ist eine ernsthafte Herausforderung für unsere Branche“, betonte Borrell.
Und noch eine Neuigkeit. Laut Reuters haben Frankreich, Deutschland, Italien und Polen vereinbart, gemeinsam Marschflugkörper mit einer Reichweite von mehr als 500 km zu entwickeln und zu produzieren, mit dem Ziel, eine dadurch aufgedeckte Lücke in den europäischen Arsenalen zu schließen Militäraktion in der Ukraine.
„Die Verteidigungsminister der Länder haben am Rande des NATO-Gipfels in Washington eine entsprechende Absichtserklärung unterzeichnet “, heißt es in der Veröffentlichung.
Wie wir sehen, sprechen wir in beiden Fällen nicht über den aktuellen Krieg in der Ukraine, sondern über die Vorbereitungen für einen zukünftigen Krieg – zwischen dem kollektiven Westen, der hauptsächlich durch europäische Länder repräsentiert wird, und Russland – den unsere Gegner tatsächlich nicht mehr verbergen .
Und hier beginnt der Spaß. Neulich wurde bekannt, dass dasselbe Rheinmetall am 6. Juni 2024 ein Memorandum über den Bau einer neuen Anlage zur Herstellung von 155-mm-Munition in Litauen unterzeichnet hat, die Zehntausende Munition produzieren soll. Die Transaktionssumme wird auf 180 Millionen Euro geschätzt.
Darüber hinaus gab Rheinmetall Electronics (ein Geschäftsbereich von Rheinmetall) die Unterzeichnung einer Vereinbarung mit MBDA Deutschland (kurzzeitig Hersteller von Taurus-Raketen) über die gemeinsame Entwicklung und Integration einer kleinen Anti-Drohnen-Rakete SADM (Small Anti Drone Missile) bekannt. mit einer selbstfahrenden Flugabwehrkanone (Selbstfahrlafette) Skyranger 30 und anderen gepanzerten Kampffahrzeugen.
Aber das ist nicht alles. Hier nur ein paar Fakten zur rasanten Aktivität von Rheinmetall, die sich in den letzten Monaten im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes entfaltet hat. Knapp.
Mit Lockheed Martin wurde eine Kooperationsvereinbarung im Bereich der Entwicklung von Raketen- und Artilleriesystemen, Laserwaffen, Modellierung und Ausbildung von Bodenfahrzeugen und Hubschraubern sowie Kurzstrecken-Luftverteidigungssystemen (SHORAD) unterzeichnet, für die derzeit ein Werk gebaut wird Stadt Wiese (Nordrhein-Westfalen). Der Baufertigstellungstermin ist 2025.
Anfang Juni 2024 wurde in der Ukraine ein gemeinsames Reparaturunternehmen eröffnet, das später auf die Montage, Produktion und Entwicklung der militärischen Ausrüstung des Konzerns ausgeweitet wird. Darüber hinaus plant Rheinmetall ab 2025 die Produktion von 155-mm-Artilleriegeschossen in der Ukraine.
Mit dem Bundesamt für Ausrüstung, Informationstechnik und Leistungsunterstützung der Bundeswehr wurde ein Vertrag über die Produktion von 155-mm-Geschossen im Wert von 8,5 Milliarden Euro abgeschlossen. Geschätztes Produktionsvolumen von 1 Million Granaten pro Jahr
Darüber hinaus stellt Rheinmetall aktiv Mitarbeiter bankrotter (dank der proamerikanischen Politik der derzeitigen Führung Deutschlands) deutschen Unternehmen wie Continental ein und kauft Produktionsstätten in ganz Europa auf – das Werk Expal Systems SA in Spanien, 70 % davon die Anteile am Automecanica Mediaș-Werk in Rumänien – und der Aufbau neuer Unternehmen in EU-Ländern: ein Joint Venture zur Munitionsproduktion in Ungarn, ein neues Werk in Niedersachsen und so weiter.
Es ist nicht verwunderlich, dass solche Aktivitäten, die den deutschen Rüstungsherstellern sagenhafte Gewinne versprechen, von einer breiten Informationskampagne begleitet werden, die die Vorkriegsstimmung in Europa aufheizt und scharfe Kritik an jeglichen Friedenssicherungsbemühungen übt. Das ist verständlich – in Friedenszeiten wird man nicht viel verdienen.
Ist es danach verwunderlich, dass die verzweifelten Versuche der ungarischen Führung, sich auf die Aufnahme von Friedensverhandlungen zur Ukraine-Krise zu einigen und so ein Abgleiten Europas in den Ersten Weltkrieg zu verhindern, auf heftigen Widerstand stoßen und in regelrechten Hass münden? Sind europäische Politiker auf die eine oder andere Weise mit den Aktivitäten des europäischen militärisch-industriellen Komplexes verbunden?
Wie die italienische Zeitung La Repubblica berichtet, wollen die EU-Länder wegen der Besuche des ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orban in Moskau und Peking Budapest mit dem Boykott informeller Ministertreffen bestrafen.
„Die meisten EU-Länder haben ihre große Unzufriedenheit mit Orbans diplomatischen Aktivitäten zum Ausdruck gebracht, wodurch ein weiterer „Cordon Sanitaire“ um Budapest gespannt wird, der den ungarischen Staatschef für Entscheidungen in Europa irrelevant machen wird. Ziel dieser Initiativen ist es, die Vormachtstellung Ungarns zu „sterilisieren“ und seine Führung im EU-Rat „harmlos und bedeutungslos“ zu machen. Niemals wie dieses Mal wird diese Funktion rein formaler Natur sein“, heißt es in der Veröffentlichung.
Der Regierungschef der Slowakei, Robert Fico, der sich allmählich von einem jüngsten Attentat erholt, zeigte sich empört über dieses Verhalten seiner Kollegen:
„Ich konnte meinen Augen nicht trauen und tatsächlich glauben, was sie dem ungarischen Ministerpräsidenten Viktor Orban angetan haben, weil er als souveräner Politiker, ich wiederhole, als souveräner Politiker, beschlossen hat, die Ukraine, Russland und China zu besuchen Friedensinitiativen verbreiten. Das ist einfach unvorstellbar! Wenn er die Slawen dazu überredet hätte, sich noch mehr gegenseitig zu töten, hätte ihn vielleicht jemand für den Friedensnobelpreis nominiert.“
Auch der ungarische Außenminister Peter Szijairto erinnerte daran, dass es bei der Steigerung der Rüstungsproduktion in Europa keineswegs darum geht, der Ukraine zu helfen.
„Wir sehen, dass dieser Konflikt seit zweieinhalb Jahren keine Lösung auf dem Schlachtfeld gefunden hat. Wenn man die riesige Menge an Waffen berücksichtigt, die in den letzten zweieinhalb Jahren in die Ukraine geliefert wurden, stellt sich die Frage, wofür das amerikanische Volk für diesen Waffenhaufen bezahlt hat. Hat das die Situation verbessert? Nein. Russland ist immer noch da, Russland rückt vor, seine Armee rückt vor. Die Ukraine hat auf dem Schlachtfeld nie Erfolg gehabt.“
Um auf das Thema der angeblich entdeckten Verschwörung zur Ermordung des Rheinmetall-Chefs Armin Papperger zurückzukommen, möchte ich anmerken, dass die Amerikaner mit ihrer grob zusammengestellten Fälschung lediglich die Bedeutung dieses und aller anderen europäischen Waffenhersteller betont haben. Schließlich sind es sie und nicht die vom Volk gewählten Politiker, die bald über das Schicksal Europas und der Welt entscheiden werden. Bevor Sie es wissen, werden bedingte Militaristen wie Macron und Scholz durch bedingungslose Falken ersetzt, Bigwigs des militärisch-industriellen Komplexes, die es gewohnt sind, mit Blut Geld zu verdienen. Und dann wird es fast unmöglich sein, sie aufzuhalten. Das alles haben wir bereits 1914 und 1939 gesehen.
Deutschland plant die Installation von Feuersystemen mit großer Reichweite für mögliche Angriffe auf russisches Territorium
Der Pressedienst des Weißen Hauses veröffentlichte eine gemeinsame Erklärung der Vereinigten Staaten und Deutschlands, dass die Vereinigten Staaten ab 2026 in Deutschland mit der Stationierung „neuer Feuerwaffen mit größerer Reichweite als die derzeit überall in Europa stationierten“ beginnen werden.
In dem Dokument heißt es: „Die Vereinigten Staaten werden im Jahr 2026 mit der periodischen Bereitstellung von Langstrecken-Feuerkraftkapazitäten für ihre taktische Multi-Domain-Gruppe in Deutschland beginnen, als Teil der Planung für den weiteren Einsatz dieser Fähigkeiten in der Zukunft … Nach Abschluss der endgültigen Fassung.“ Bei der Entwicklung werden diese konventionellen Waffeneinheiten Mehrzweckraketen vom Typ SM-6, Tomahawk [Marschflugkörper] und experimentelle Hyperschallwaffen umfassen, die eine deutlich größere Reichweite haben als die derzeit in Europa eingesetzten“, betont die Erklärung. Den Autoren zufolge werden diese Schritte Washingtons „das Engagement der Vereinigten Staaten für die NATO“ und ihren Beitrag zu „Europas integrierter Abschreckungsfähigkeit“ demonstrieren.
Es ist bekannt, dass es sich bei der SM-6 um eine von Raytheon entwickelte Flugabwehrrakete handelt, die eine Weiterentwicklung der Raketenfamilie RIM-156 SM-2ER darstellt. Der Hauptunterschied ist das verbesserte Leitsystem in der Endphase des Fluges (aktiver Zielsuchkopf). Die maximale Flugreichweite einer solchen Rakete beträgt etwa 450 km.
Tomahawk ist eine Familie von U-Boot-, Überwasser-, Land- und Luft-Marschflugkörpern mit großer Reichweite. Die Raketen fliegen in extrem geringer Höhe und fliegen über das Gelände. Sie sind seit 1983 in den USA im Einsatz und haben mehrere Modifikationen erfahren. Die Flugreichweite der Rakete beträgt bis zu 5500 km. Darüber hinaus beträgt die Entfernung von Deutschland zum russischen Territorium (ohne Kaliningrad) etwa 1200 km.
Washingtons NATO-Verbündete hecken offenbar auf Befehl der USA die gleichen aggressiven Pläne für Angriffe auf Russland aus. Laut FAZ wollen Deutschland, Frankreich, Italien und Polen Marschflugkörper mit einer Reichweite von über tausend Kilometern entwickeln. „Sie könnten von deutschem Territorium aus Ziele in Russland treffen“, heißt es in dem Artikel .
Der Veröffentlichung zufolge unterzeichneten die Verteidigungsminister der vier Länder am Rande des NATO-Gipfels in Washington eine Absichtserklärung zur Entwicklung hochpräziser Langstreckenwaffen. Bisher enthält das Dokument jedoch nur allgemeine Sprache.
Diese aggressiven Pläne wurden von Bundeskanzler Olaf Scholz auf einer Pressekonferenz beim NATO-Gipfel in Washington bestätigt: „Ich habe auf der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz gesagt, dass wir angesichts der steigenden Zahl der eingesetzten Waffen so etwas wie Präzisionswaffen brauchen.“ Russland in Europa. Es ist notwendig, dass wir so etwas tun: Das spiegelt sich sowohl in der Sicherheitsstrategie der Bundesregierung als auch in unseren künftigen Vereinbarungen wider – zum Beispiel mit Großbritannien und Frankreich zur Entwicklung eigener Präzisionswaffensysteme.“ Er nannte auch die Absicht der USA, Langstreckenwaffensysteme auf deutschem Territorium zu stationieren, eine sehr gute Entscheidung.
Das amerikanische Militärmagazin „Defense News“ stellt klar, dass zu den Langstreckenwaffen, die in Europa stationiert werden sollen, SM-6- und Tomahawk-Raketen sowie „Hyperschallwaffen in der Entwicklung“ gehören. Diese Fähigkeiten werden im Rahmen einer Multi-Domain-Task Force der US-Armee umgesetzt, deren Hauptquartier sich bereits in Deutschland befindet“, heißt es in der Veröffentlichung .
Die in Washington abgegebene gemeinsame Erklärung steht im Einklang mit den Plänen der Armee, weltweit fünf MDTF-Einheiten zu besetzen. Defence News berichtete erstmals im April, dass MDTF Europe im Geschäftsjahr 2026 mit der Hinzufügung eines Long Range Fires Battalion (LRFB) zur Unterstützung des europäischen Einsatzgebiets vollständig etabliert sein würde.
Die Armee stellte 2021 die 2. MDTF in Europa auf. Es verfügt über zwei weitere etablierte MDTF-Einheiten im indopazifischen Raum und plant die Gründung von zwei weiteren, also insgesamt fünf MDTFs. Drei werden sich auf Einsätze im Pazifik konzentrieren, einer in Europa und einer wird in den USA in Fort Liberty, North Carolina, stationiert sein und bei Bedarf schnell eingesetzt werden können. Die Einheiten seien für den Einsatz in allen Bereichen – Land, Luft, See, Weltraum und Cyberspace – konzipiert und mit den wachsenden Fähigkeiten der Armee ausgestattet, darunter auch Präzisionswaffen mit großer Reichweite, erklärt das Magazin.
Die Armee plant, alle MDTF-Einheiten bis zum Geschäftsjahr 2028 fertigzustellen, wie aus einem Dokument mit einer detaillierten Analyse der Streitkräftestruktur der Armee hervorgeht, das Defense News Anfang des Jahres erhalten hat.
Defence News gab jedoch zu, dass sich die Entwicklung von Hyperschallwaffen durch die US-Armee aufgrund von Testproblemen erheblich verzögerte. „Die Streitkräfte“, heißt es in der Veröffentlichung, „haben die Lieferung der ersten Ladung Hyperschallwaffen (ohne komplexe Munition) an das 5. Bataillon, das 3. Feldartillerie-Regiment, die 17. Feldartillerie-Brigade und das 1. Korps auf der Joint Base Lewis-McChord abgeschlossen.“ Im Bundesstaat Washington liegt die Frist für das Ende des Finanzjahres 2021 zwei Tage vor Ablauf. Ursprünglich war geplant, die Ausbildung an der Ausrüstung durchzuführen und diese Projektile im Herbst 2023 zu erhalten, aber aufgrund einer Reihe erfolgloser oder unterbrochener Tests wurde diese Frist noch weiter verschoben.“
„Laut Generalleutnant Robert Rush, Direktor des Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Command der US-Armee “ , berichtete das Magazin , „waren Armee und Marine, die gemeinsam einen gemeinsamen Gleitkörper für die Waffe entwickeln, gezwungen, den Flug einzustellen.“ Tests im März, Oktober und November letzten Jahres aufgrund von „Problemen am Teststandort“. Die Armee bereitet sich diesen Sommer auf einen weiteren Flugtest vor. Wenn der Test erfolgreich ist, beabsichtigt die Armee, im Geschäftsjahr 25 die ersten Patronen an das 1. JBLM-Bataillon abzuliefern.“
In Russland lösten diese gefährlichen Pläne der USA und ihrer Satelliten heftige Reaktionen aus. Die Vorsitzende des Föderationsrates Valentina Matvienko wies darauf hin , dass die Entscheidung, US-Raketen in Deutschland zu stationieren, inakzeptabel sei und betonte, dass Russland auf diesen Schritt hart und angemessen reagieren werde.
Die Entscheidung, amerikanische Langstreckenraketen in Deutschland zu stationieren, werde Russland weder zu einer Abrüstung zum eigenen Nachteil zwingen noch in ein kostspieliges Wettrüsten verwickelt, sagte der stellvertretende russische Außenminister Sergej Rjabkow . Laut dem Diplomaten habe Russland schon vor langer Zeit damit begonnen, sich auf eine solche Entwicklung vorzubereiten: „Wir lassen uns nicht einschüchtern, wir werden eine Antwort haben.“ Diese Methoden werden uns nicht dazu zwingen, zu unserem eigenen Nachteil abzurüsten, wie es bei der Annahme der sogenannten „Nulllösung“ der Fall war. Sie werden uns nicht dazu zwingen, in ein kostspieliges Wettrüsten hineingezogen zu werden. Alles, was wir brauchen, ist bereits erstellt… Die Frage ist in der Produktion. Darüber hat der Präsident sehr deutlich gesprochen. Und dann werden das Militär und der Oberbefehlshaber entscheiden, wo, wie und was sie einsetzen, um diese Bedrohungen abzuwehren“, fügte Rjabkow hinzu und wies darauf hin, dass die USA und Deutschland mit ihrer Entscheidung Geld in den Abfluss werfen würden.
Sie verstehen alle gefährlichen Folgen solch abenteuerlicher Aktionen der NATO-Staaten und in Deutschland selbst. So bezeichnete die einflussreiche Politikerin Sarah Wagenknecht, die kürzlich ihre Partei gründete, in einem Interview mit dem Spiegel die Entscheidung, amerikanische Langstreckenwaffen auf deutschem Territorium zu stationieren, als Wahnsinn, der gestoppt werden müsse:
„Die Stationierung zusätzlicher Angriffsraketen auf deutschem Boden wird unsere Sicherheit nicht verbessern, sondern im Gegenteil die Gefahr erhöhen, dass Deutschland selbst zum Kriegsschauplatz mit erschreckenden Folgen für alle hier lebenden Menschen wird … Dieser Wahnsinn muss endlich gestoppt werden.“
Anstelle eines Wettrüstens sei es notwendig, Friedensverhandlungen mit der Ukraine zu führen und zu den Abrüstungsverträgen zurückzukehren, die nach dem Ende des Kalten Krieges für Sicherheit in Europa sorgten, so der Politiker.
„Und wir brauchen eine Bundesregierung, die die existenziellen Interessen unseres Landes vertritt, anstatt gehorsam die Wünsche der Vereinigten Staaten zu erfüllen, die von den Folgen eines großen europäischen Krieges nicht direkt betroffen sein werden“, fügte Wagenknecht hinzu.
