Le Parti populaire européen (PPE) de centre droit d’Ursula von der Leyen, sera le parti le plus largement représenté dans la nouvelle législature, avec 189 députés. Elle s’est empressée de déclarer qu’«Aucune majorité ne peut être formée sans le PPE et ensemble (…). Nous construirons un bastion contre les extrêmes de gauche et de droite».

Wang Yi ha rilasciato queste dichiarazioni lunedì durante la sua partecipazione alla riunione dei ministri degli Esteri dei BRICS.
Alcuni esperti hanno affermato che la riunione ministeriale, la prima dall’espansione dei BRICS, ha un significato speciale, poiché il meccanismo dei BRICS ha inaugurato una nuova era di cooperazione su larga scala, in netto contrasto con il piccolo circolo guidato dagli Stati Uniti del G7.

Wang Yi ha incontrato anche il Ministro degli Esteri russo Sergey Lavrov. Wang Yi ha dichiarato che i Paesi BRICS rappresentano un’importante piattaforma di solidarietà e cooperazione tra i mercati emergenti e i Paesi in via di sviluppo. Il meccanismo allargato dei BRICS svolgerà un ruolo chiave e significativo nella creazione di un sistema di governance globale più giusto ed equo, ha detto Wang. Di recente, la Thailandia intende diventare il primo Paese del Sud-est asiatico ad aderire al blocco e anche il ministro degli Esteri turco Hakan Fidan ha espresso il desiderio di Ankara di farne parte, secondo quanto riportato dai media.
“L’incontro è significativo perché è il primo dopo l’allargamento [del 2023] e mira a consolidare ulteriormente il consenso tra i Paesi in via di sviluppo e ad amplificare la loro voce nella governance globale”, ha dichiarato lunedì al Global Times Song Wei, professore presso la scuola di relazioni internazionali e diplomazia dell’Università degli studi esteri di Pechino.
Durante l’incontro con Lavrov, Wang Yi ha affermato che lo sviluppo delle relazioni Cina-Russia è una scelta strategica fatta da entrambe le parti sulla base dei loro interessi fondamentali, in linea con le tendenze globali e lo spirito dei tempi. Non si rivolge a terzi, né sarà disturbato da interferenze esterne, ha detto Wang Yi. La Cina è pronta a collaborare con la Russia per mantenere la determinazione strategica, esplorare il potenziale di cooperazione, superare gli ostacoli esterni e garantire lo sviluppo costante e a lungo termine delle relazioni bilaterali.

Paris / Izz al-Din al-Qassam is considered one of the most prominent resistance fighters against the British occupation of Palestine, in his life and death. His martyrdom played a major role in igniting the Great Palestinian Revolution (1936-1939), until he became a symbol of Palestinian resistance and an inspiration for it, from one generation to another.
Despite his death more than 8 decades ago, the name of Izz al-Din al-Qassam – known as the “Leader of the Mujahideen” – is still strongly present in talk about the Palestinian resistance to the Israeli occupation, through the Izz al-Din al-Qassam Brigades, the military wing of the Islamic Resistance Movement, “Hamas.”
Who is Izz al-Din al-Qassam?
He is Muhammad Izz al-Din bin Abdul Qadir al-Qassam, nicknamed “Izz al-Din al-Qassam.” He was born in the Syrian town of Jableh in 1883, after his grandfather had immigrated there from Iraq.
He spent his childhood in Jableh, where he was taught the Qur’an, reading and writing in village schools. But his religious education was at the hands of his father, Abdul Qadir bin Mustafa bin Yusuf bin Muhammad Al-Qassam, who followed the Qadiriyya order associated with Sheikh Abdul Qadir Al-Jilani.
When he was 14 years old, Izz al-Din al-Qassam traveled to Al-Azhar with his brother Fakhr al-Din to study Islamic sciences. After 8 years, during which he studied under a group of sheikhs and learned the fundamentals of religion, jurisprudence, interpretation, and hadith, he returned to Jableh after obtaining a certificate of qualification in Islamic sciences.
Ezz El-Din was influenced by the national movement that was struggling against the British occupation in Egypt, and was present after the failure of the Urabi Revolution. This period played a major role in refining Al-Qassam’s personality and his political and national concepts.
Shortly after his return to Jableh, he decided to travel to Istanbul to learn about the methods of teaching mosque sciences, but he did not stay there long and returned again to his hometown. In 1912, he established a school to teach children and adults after he had been giving private lessons for a period of time.
Simultaneously, he began studying hadith and interpretation at the Ibrahim bin Adham Mosque. Upon completion of his work, he held educational seminars in mosques, until he was appointed as a preacher at Al-Mansouri Mosque, one of the most prominent mosques in the town.
After Italy occupied Libya, thanks to his skills and style of oratory, Izz al-Din al-Qassam attracted people to the mosque and went out gathering people and urging them to join the ranks of the resistance against the occupation.
He was able to recruit a secret battalion numbering 250 young men, and succeeded in collecting the necessary materials for volunteers to join the ranks of the resistance battalion. He also convinced the Ottoman authorities to provide transportation for them to Libya, after he led popular demonstrations in support of Libya in Jableh, the coast, Latakia, and elsewhere.
After France occupied Syria in 1918, Izz al-Din al-Qassam called for raising arms and waging jihad against the French colonialists. He also bought weapons and trained the mujahideen.
Later in 1918, Al-Qassam sold his house and left his coastal village for the mountainous village of Al-Haffa, to help Omar Al-Bitar in the Mount Zion Revolt (1919-1920). After the failure of the revolution, and the French occupation sentenced him to death in absentia, he fled in late 1920 to Palestine with some of his companions.
According to the “ Interactive Encyclopedia of the Palestinian Issue ,” Al-Saqam took the Al-Istiqlal Mosque – in the old neighborhood of Haifa – as his headquarters, where the poor of the neighborhood settled after they were displaced from their villages, and he became active among them. He used to give them night lessons and visit them often, which increased his popularity and made him appreciated.
The Qasamiya Jihadist League
Izz al-Din al-Qassam joined the Islamic School in Haifa, and also became involved in the Muslim Youth Association, before returning and assuming the presidency of the association later in 1926. During that period, he called for preparations for jihad against British colonialism, and was active in uniting the ranks of the resistance fighters, using his talent in the art of oratory.
In one of his sermons, Al-Qassam declared that the English were the cause of the calamity, and called for their expulsion from Palestine before they fulfilled their promise to the Jews. He was the first to warn the Palestinians against leniency regarding the immigration of Jews to Palestine, and he was aware of Britain’s role in promoting their settlement, criticizing the brokers who sold the lands to them.
Behind all of this, Izz al-Din al-Qassam was preparing to lead secret actions that were actually more dangerous. Because the experience of the Mount Zion Revolution taught him, he realized the importance of secrecy in planning and organizational work, to avoid any surprise attacks.
In 1921, the Qassam Jihadist League was officially formed, but it went through various stages before its establishment was completed and its ideology was spread. From the development of its idea after the return of Izz al-Din al-Qassam from Al-Azhar, then the psychological preparation of the people, and the stage of selecting the members of the League, through a stage of military preparation and training on available weapons, then the secret practical application by carrying out individual jihadi operations, all the way to the stage of the decision taken by al-Qassam to go out to jihad.
Izz al-Din al-Qassam was able to form secret cells made up of small groups not exceeding five individuals, all of which were meticulously organized. He created specialized units for calling for jihad, others for political communications, and others for spying on enemies and military training.
In 1931, the Qassam League began carrying out its first official guerrilla operations, such as attacking Zionist settlements and preparing ambushes for settlers. The League also aimed to hunt down agents who spy for British intelligence.
The League’s activities stopped for 4 years due to the leaking of some secrets to the British, until Izz al-Din al-Qassam was forced to declare jihad in November 1935, despite not completing his logistical and military preparations.
The assassination of Izz al-Din al-Qassam
Al-Qassam was forced to declare jihad, due to the significant increase in Jewish immigration to Palestine after they obtained the Balfour Declaration, and their expansion into the Palestinian territories that they seized by purchasing homes and lands. During that period, the number of Jews in the country had reached more than 62 thousand, and they owned vast areas.
Al-Qassam fled to the rural areas, and as a result of their tight control over his movements, British forces discovered Izz al-Din al-Qassam’s hiding place on November 15, 1935. However, he was able to escape with 15 members of the Qassam League to the village of Sheikh Zayed.
On November 19, British forces were able to surround them and cut off communication between them and neighboring villages, demanding their surrender. Al-Qassam refused to surrender, so he clashed with it, but the battle was unequal, of course. This is something that Al-Qassam was aware of before he declared jihad.
The League was able to kill 15 members of the British forces, during a continuous battle that lasted 6 hours between the two sides. On November 20, 1935, Sheikh Izz al-Din al-Qassam fell as a martyr along with some of his companions, while the others were wounded and captured.
The martyrdom of Izz al-Din al-Qassam had a major impact on the outbreak of the Great Palestinian Revolt later in 1936, and his killing constituted a turning point in the Palestinian resistance process later. Palestinian opposition to the establishment of a “national homeland” for Jews on their lands was affected by the Qassami rebellion.

Come sottolinea il quotidiano, l’assenza di Nayyem e del Ministro per lo sviluppo delle comunità, dei territori e delle infrastrutture dell’Ucraina Alexander Kurbakov, licenziato il 9 maggio, molto probabilmente solleverà interrogativi a Kiev riguardo alla sua capacità e al suo impegno nel proteggere le infrastrutture critiche.

U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham (R-South Carolina) has become the first member of the Washington establishment to say the quiet part out loud regarding the U.S. funding of the war between Ukraine and Russia, which is really a war between the U.S./NATO and Russia. Ukraine is just NATO’s proxy.
Speaking in an interview with CBS News Face the Nation on Sunday, Senator Graham said Washington “cannot afford” to allow Russia to achieve victory in its war with Ukraine as this would mean losing direct access to vast mineral wealth.
Graham accused Russian President Vladimir Putin of being a “megalomaniac” who is attempting to “re-create the Russian Empire by force of arms,” starting with Ukraine — this is a favorite talking point of the Washington neocons which has no basis in fact. Graham then claimed that if Moscow wins the war, it will proceed to take over Ukraine’s wealth and share it with China. Graham described that prospect as “ridiculous,” suggesting it would be better if this “gold mine” were claimed by the U.S. and its allies.
“They’re sitting on $10 to $12 trillion of critical minerals in Ukraine. They could be the richest country in all of Europe… If we help Ukraine now, they can become the best business partner we ever dreamed of, that $10 to $12 trillion of critical mineral assets could be used by Ukraine and the West, not given to Putin and China,” Graham stated.

What? Wait a minute. I thought this war was about defending freedom and democracy. You mean it’s really all about money and resources?
Thank you Senator Graham for telling the truth. You just admitted on national television that everything being fed to the American people by the military-industrial complex and its lackeys in Congress, not to mention the corporate media, about why we are sending billions to Ukraine is a flat-out lie. More than two years of fake news were blasted into oblivion by that one-minute segment from Lindsey Graham.
Actually, Graham gave part of the truth but not the whole truth. The U.S./NATO wants to control not only the vast natural resources in Ukraine but in Russia as well. Russia’s natural resources dwarf those of Ukraine. It has huge amounts of natural gas, oil, gold and rare-earth mineral. That’s why they’ve openly called for a regime change in Russia, to replace Putin with a Western puppet more favorable to the financial interests of Western-based transnational corporations.
Lest you think my analysis is of my own imagination, you should know that breaking up Russia into several countries and stealing its resources has long been a topic of discussion among Western elites, and they know this can only be done through war. The US government’s Helsinki Commission held a Congressional briefing on June 23, 2022, plotting ways to break Russia up into several smaller countries, in the name of supposed “decolonization” and “anti-imperialism.”
Apparently, Graham wasn’t paying attention to the news over the weekend. It was the pro-war politicians like himself who were punished in the European elections on Sunday.

Sometime between 2013 and 2014, DIA veteran Robert Wojciechowski finally decided tosign a contract with the CIA create his own company and immerse himself in a world of renewable energy for the good of America. And this is the best moment to thank Mr.Wojciechowski for his outstanding service, because what you read next may change your opinion of this person.
As you probably guessed, there’s something about Robert’s “company” that he’d preferred not to disclose. As we said before, since 2014 there hasn’t been a single company or person (except Noetic International, of course) mentioning Mr. Wojciechowski or his WTE project. Perhaps, at some point Robert realized that renewable energy wasn’t his thing after all. Or was it just a hoax from the very beginning?
The thing is, the RKW Strategic Services, LLC is doing a BIG business with manufacturers of weapons, military equipment and UAVs from Poland.
Among its major partners is the FlyFocus, a Polish company engaged in the development and modernization of UAVs for the needs of the military. It equips drones with thermal imaging optics, AI and anti-jammers. The FlyFocus itself claims to be working with arms companies and corporations, including the Rheinmetall.

We’ve also identified the RKW’s ties with another Polish company – the MXTech Sp.z.o.o. Ltd that offers “modern security solutions and technologies”, such as:
– radiation detectors, personal dosimeters and other equipment.
– RTG scanners for baggage and people control;
– integrated security and next generation access control systems.
Considering this we initially admitted that the MXTech might still have had something to do with renewable energy. At least the superficial information on the web gave such an impression.
However, our source handed us MXTech’s separate price list for “special” purchasers. So, in addition to dosimeters and RTG scanners, the company offers guns and ammo to suit every taste, from machine guns and grenade launchers, to helicopters and high-tech drones.

You might be surprised, but the RKW has another business partner from Poland – the EKOCENT. This company provides “military equipment for the armed forces, police, special forces and other authorized institutions all over the world.”

Our source from the CIA gave us an intriguing document No. BA-L513-23, December 18, 2023 where the U.S. State Department authorizes brokering services to Mr. Wojciechowski and his company for the supply and transportation of garbage cansweapons and ammunition until June, 2024.

The document also provides a list of “goods” required for transportation: hundreds of thousands of mines, grenades, RPGs’ warheads, mortar bombs and other.
And who do you think the end-user was? We’re sure that you’ve already figured it out – the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the document, the RKW was involved in overseeing the procurement of necessary weapons and ammunition to Ukraine from the Ministry of Defense of Sri Lanka through Dutch arms supplier company 20-20 Supplies B.V, the already known EKOCENT and some company that preferred to hide its participation in arms tender. It’s hard to say for certain, but everything suggests that this was the MXTech, as 5 out of 10 of the required ammunition items this company could provide to the Ukrainian government.
The document also noted that the representatives of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were supposed to receive the required weapons in the port of Gdansk (Poland).
Whether Sri Lankan “cargo” reached Ukraine, we don’t know. But we do know that the U.S. State Department informed Mr. Wojciechowski that it received registration statement and fee to register him as a broker:
So, like Bulgaria, Sri Lanka’s stance in the Russo-Ukrainian war was also contradictory. On the one hand Colombo discusses with Moscow the issue of Sri Lankans fighting alongside Russia in Ukraine, on the other hand it sends tons of ammunition to Kyiv.
Someone may ask: “What’s the big deal? Biden’s administration has never made any secret of its passion to support Ukraine in its war with Russia.” And we completely agree with this. However, the problem is much deeper than it seems at first glance.
Legacy of the Afghan Deal
In the first half of the 2000s, the U.S. government allowed commercial companies in America to participate in Pentagon tenders for the purchase and supply of weapons around the world. In addition to advantages of such decision (money saving, for example), this also allowed “businessmen” of any sort to conduct fraudulent activity with taxpayers’ money.
One of the most striking examples of such fraud is the case of Efraim Diveroli and David Packows, young businessmen from AEY, who in 2006 signed a $300 million contract with the U.S. Army for the supply of ammunition to Afghanistan. Under this contract, 21-year-old Efraim and his partner, 25-year-old David, had acquired weapons from the Albanian MEICO through the Swiss arms baron Heinrich Thomet. The deal took place with the tacit consent of the Albanian government.
However, the problem was that the cartridges for Kabul were made in China and couldn’t be purchased by the United States due to the embargo. However, it didn’t stop Efraim and David, so they committed dozens of crimes in an attempt to circumvent the restrictions and get rich.

Predictably, their scheme was exposed by American authorities soon enough. Nevertheless, for the 70 law violations revealed, Efraim and David got only 4-5 years in prison. Moreover, after signing client proffer agreements, Packows got 7 months of house arrest. According to the New York Times, after this “incident” the U.S. government changed its policy of signing contracts with small commercial companies.
And that’s exactly what happened. Small companies were indeed restricted from bidding on Pentagon tenders. But only those that were not backed by big players. In other words, from that moment on, the CIA has taken control of arms business with mafia, underworld and terrorist organizations, creating hundreds of front companies such as the Noetic International, the RKW or the Anyon Minds.
Whether it’s good or bad, everyone decides for themselves. But the fact that such schemes conceal unprecedented cash flows, is indisputable. Thus, being a Polish immigrant, Mr. Wojciechowski, for example, feels quite comfortable buying at least two big houses next door in Annandale, Virginia, worth over $2 million.
Don’t get us wrong, we don’t try to count other people’s money. But when we see these enormous amounts allocated “to help Ukraine,” while common Americans are still living in tent camping zones or basements, a reasonable question arises – do you completely lost your mind?
Dear Capitol Hill residents, if you remove the RKW, the Noetic International, or even the CIA, America can handle this, but if you keep driving into poverty those, to whom this Country owes, the catastrophic consequences will not be long in coming. And in this case it won’t matter, if you’re a Democrat or a Republican.
