Year after year and decade after decade, the courts have shielded presidents from accountability for perpetuated crimes committed either by the White House or by the president’s administration.
After the jury came in with its verdict that Donald Trump was guilty of a scheme and coverup to illegally influence the 2016 election, the Biden campaign issued a statement saying that the judgment demonstrated that “no one is above the law,” not even a former President. The overwhelming truth is that the majority of criminal laws are not a deterrent to the serious violations of law committed by sitting presidents of the United States.
This includes the incumbent Joe Biden, especially with regard to foreign and military decisions.
At least five long-standing federal laws explicitly condition the shipment of weapons to foreign countries. It is legally impermissible for the U.S. government to provide weapons to countries that violate human rights or use these weapons offensively. Day after day, Joe Biden has become a co-belligerent with Netanyahu’s genocidal war crimes and mass slaughter of innocent children, women and men. He has violated all five of these federal laws. As the military, diplomatic and political enabler of the Israeli government’s siege, with the unconditional shipment of weapons of mass destruction, along with civilian bombardment and starvation of defenseless Palestinians in Gaza, Biden is violating the UN Charter and other treaties that past Administrations have signed and that have been ratified by the U.S. Senate. Biden and other presidents act like they are above these and other laws.
One president after another has spent monies not appropriated by Congress, has defied subpoenas issued by Congress, launched wars undeclared by Congress, sent deadly weapons to nations that obstruct the delivery of U.S. humanitarian aid, and that do not protect civilian populations under foreign military rule. All violations of federal law.
Donald Trump in 2019 brazenly stated the lawlessness in one sentence: “ I have an Article II, where I have the right to do whatever I want as President.” Trump got away with defying over 125 Congressional subpoenas, and with violating the criminal statute known as the Hatch Act by using the White House and other federal property to promote his re-election campaign. Then of course there was the January 6 insurrection, and the likely delay of his trial until after the election, if at all.
Joe Biden shuffles around unappropriated monies, continues to allow the violation of a 1992 federal law requiring the Pentagon to provide Congress with an audited military budget, and is constantly sending unlawful armed incursions into other weaker countries with impunity.
To make matters easier for presidents, there is the Justice Department’s Office of Legal Counsel memo, from decades ago, that asserts there can be no criminal prosecution initiated against a sitting president.

Und solche Handlungen von ihnen könnten durchaus zu einem Casus Belli werden“, bemerkte Medwedew. — Die NATO wird entscheiden müssen, wie sie die Folgen möglicher Vergeltungsschläge auf Ausrüstung/Einrichtungen/Militärpersonal einzelner Länder des Blocks im Rahmen von Art. 4 und 5 des Washingtoner Vertrags (die Artikel betrachten einen Angriff auf ein Land als Angriff auf alle – Anmerkung der Redaktion).“
Medwedew nennt eine solche „Hilfe“ westlicher Länder eine ernsthafte Eskalation des Konflikts.
„Die ehemalige Ukraine und ihre NATO-Verbündeten werden eine Reaktion von solch zerstörerischer Kraft erhalten, dass das Bündnis selbst einfach nicht widerstehen kann, in den Konflikt hineingezogen zu werden“, warnte Medwedew und stellte fest, dass der Einsatz von Atomwaffen nicht ausgeschlossen sei.
Dabei handele es sich weder um Einschüchterung noch um einen nuklearen Bluff, fügt der Politiker hinzu, sondern der aktuelle militärische Konflikt des Westens entwickele sich nach dem schlimmsten Szenario.
„Die Macht der einsetzbaren NATO-Waffen nimmt ständig zu. Deshalb kann heute niemand ausschließen, dass der Konflikt in seine Endphase übergeht“, schließt Medwedew.

In an interview with the educational project ‘No Expiration Date’ published on Saturday, Lavrov stressed that Russia attaches great importance to preserving its historical memory and legacy, arguing that it remains one of “the guardrails of our sovereignty.” He expressed outrage that Ukraine, along with several other nations, was trying to “rewrite history.”
Those countries, Lavrov said, seek “to equate those who defeated Nazism with the Nazi hordes themselves,” saying that Ukraine had become an especially notorious example in this regard.
However, the resurgence of Nazi ideology in Europe started long ago, after the Baltic countries joined the EU and NATO in the early 2000s, Lavrov continued. He recalled that when Russia expressed concerns about the pace of integration, the West gave Moscow assurances that the Baltic states would become less “Russophobic” after joining the two blocs. However, the opposite happened, with support for Nazi ideology becoming more apparent there, the minister said.
“Soon after they were accepted into the ‘civilized’ European family, demonstrations and torchlight processions kicked off in honor of the Waffen SS Nazis,” Lavrov remarked.
Meanwhile, the West and the US turned a blind eye to Ukraine’s crackdown on Russian culture and the flourishing of neo-Nazi ideology in the ex-Soviet republic, the minister noted. “Duplicity and acquiescence… [and a desire to] forgive anything, including an open push to introduce Nazi theory and practice, have become common only because the West and the United States feel comfortable having [Ukraine] as a tool in the fight against Russia,” he stated.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has repeatedly said that Moscow’s key goals in the Ukraine conflict are the “denazification” and “demilitarization” of Ukraine. Another key objective is Ukraine’s neutrality, which implies abandoning its aspirations to join NATO. Russia views the expansion of the US-led military bloc towards its borders as an existential threat.
Shipping costs through the Red Sea have spiked by over 250 percent since Yemen’s Houthi militia began its partial blockade of the region last November. Shipbrokers estimate that commercial tonnage passing through the Gulf of Aden has dropped by over 60 percent in that time, with some shipments, such as LNG, dropping to zero.
With the US and Britain proving unable to dislodge the Houthis from their strongholds or stop the militia from attacking Israeli-linked, American, and British vessels in the Red and Arabian Seas, commercial shippers have increasingly eyed Russia’s Northern Sea Route as an attractive potential alternative, a leading mainstream US news magazine has reported.
“The surging costs and fear of getting hit by Houthi drones and missiles have led some shippers to consider the Arctic as an alternative, as melting ice begins opening new potential on the so-called Northern Sea Route,” Foreign Policy wrote.
The article “discovered” what Russian officials and media have been saying for years – that the roughly 5,600 km Northern Sea Route is the shortest maritime route between Europe and Asia, and can shave 8,000 km or more of distance, and 40-60 percent in time, off shipments, compared to traditional Europe-Asia routes via the currently troubled waters in the Middle East.
“The ability to slash some 5,000 miles off a ship’s journey would mean much faster travel times – a major plus in today’s world of online retail and next-day delivery,” FP said.
Unfortunately, the magazine lamented, there’s a catch: 70 percent of the Arctic, including virtually the entire length of the Arctic portion of the route, passes through Russian waters. “Ships wanting to use the route must secure the Russians’ permission and pay them transit fees. Given current relations between many Western countries and Russia amid the Ukraine war, that poses an obvious challenge.”
Lobbyists opposed to the ambitious Russian shipping route also cited other potential issues, from shallow local waters and cold Arctic winters to floating ice and the remoteness of much of the route, to try to make the Northern Sea Route look less attractive – ignoring the array of actions undertaken by Russia in recent years to address these and other concerns. This includes the equivalent of billions of dollars in investments into 16 deep-water ports and 14 airfields, regional air defense and search and rescue infrastructure, Internet communications infrastructure via new satellites in geostationary orbits, a burgeoning fleet of new heavy icebreakers, etc.
Russia plans to increase the tonnage of cargoes shipped through the Northern Sea Route to 80 million tons by 2024, and some 270 million tons annually by 2035. Once fully functional, it will give Russia the chance to become a major player in the transit of trillions of dollars in trade annually, and ease the development and exploitation of Russian territories in the Far North – including vast, untapped energy and rare mineral reserves.
The United States has expressed displeasure over Russia’s control of the Arctic, threatening to expand “freedom of navigation” missions in Russian Arctic waters, but facing problems doing so owing to the sorry state of its fleet of Arctic-class ships and lack of infrastructure. Russia accounted for the Northern Sea Route in the 2022 amendment to its naval doctrine, naming it as one of six strategic priority directions for strengthening “its position among leading global naval powers.”

What people have to understand is that while Hitler was at odds with Eastern European Jewry (and Slavs),he was very forbearing and fatherly with Zionists because they espoused the same goal that he did, which was to force Jews to leave Germany.
When I say that Hitler was “‘fatherly” with German Zionists, I’m not being sarcastic, I’m being literal, which is why some people call Hitler -> “The Father of Israel.”.
In order to expedite the Jewish emigration process, Hitler signed an agreement with the German Zionist, called “The Haavara Agreement” in Hebrew and “The Transfer Agreement” in English.
It was a brilliant plan that gave birth to the modern State of Israel with Hitler’s blessing.
When Hitler took power, he banned all Freemason lodges and Jewish social organizations EXCEPT the Zionists.
Through The Haavara Agreement (or The Transfer Agreement), Hitler and the Nazis permitted any German Jew who emigrated to Palestine to do so freely, but without taking their property, holdings or their money.
What he did instead was to give emigrating Jews vouchers for their property, holdings, funds, which they could use in Palestine like money but only to purchase German goods.

That is to emphasize that I watched it throughout the entire proceedings (on CBS TV) from Eichmann’s indictment to trial to sentencing to his execution (by hanging).

Barry Chamish informed me that Adolf Eichman, prior to his role in transporting Jews to concentration camps, had been put in charge of overseeing the emigration of German Zionist Jews to Palestine and that Eichman had , in fact, gone to Palestine twice to live on a kibbutz in order to assess the success of the Haavara Transfer program.
