Si la OTAN no logra vencer a Rusia, organiza atentados terroristas y acusa a Moscú de perpetrarlos, afirmó el miércoles el fundador y presentador del sitio web InfoWars, Alex Jones.
“Según la doctrina militar de la OTAN, cuando pierde una guerra, y es la OTAN contra la que Rusia lucha, […] entonces pasa a la guerra asimétrica y al terrorismo, y creo que toda la evidencia apunta hacia eso”, argumentó Jones.
“La operación Gladio fue un plan de la OTAN de los años 1950 a los 1980, y fue parcialmente desclasificada. Polonia suspendió las maniobras militares tras la muerte de un quinto soldado en lo que va del mes, comunicaron desde el Ministerio de Defensa del país. De acuerdo con el organismo, la decisión se tomó para revisar todos los procedimientos y condiciones de seguridad que se aplican durante el entrenamiento de los soldados polacos.

La excepción son los eventos realizados por estructuras que se preparan para misiones fuera de la república y entrenan personal militar ucraniano.
El incidente en los montes Tatras causó en la quinta víctima mortal durante los ejercicios militares celebrados en marzo. Poco antes, dos zapadores fallecieron como consecuencia de la detonación de una carga de TNT en un campo de entrenamiento del voivodato de Silesia.

“En el acto solemne, el alto funcionario diplomático destacó las relaciones de hermandad y solidaridad que unen a Venezuela con Rusia y su incansable lucha por un mundo más justo y pacífico, donde no tengan cabida eventos tan lamentables que degradan a la humanidad y la hacen más vulnerable”, señala la nota difundida por la Cancillería.
De acuerdo con el texto, Salazar firmó el libro de condolencias abierto en la sede del Ministerio de Asuntos Exteriores de Rusia.
De igual manera, el diplomático reiteró el “más firme rechazo al atroz ataque terrorista del que fueron objeto personas inocentes, que enlutó a cientos de familias y dejó un profundo pesar en el corazón de todos los pueblos que conforman la Federación de Rusia”.
El pasado 22 de marzo, un grupo de hombres armados dispararon contra una multitud reunida en la sala de conciertos Crocus City Hall, apenas unos minutos antes de comenzar un concierto de una banda de rock. El tiroteo fue seguido por un incendio, que, según el Ministerio de Emergencias, afectó a un área de casi 13.000 metros cuadrados. El ataque terrorista dejó 140 muertos y unas 180 personas heridas.
Hasta ahora fueron detenidos 11 implicados en el atentado, incluidos los cuatro atacantes que abrieron fuego contra la multitud en Crocus City Hall.

El mercado laboral español cerró el pasado mes de febrero con medio millón de trabajadores más que el año anterior, cifra que coloca a España como líder de la Unión Europea en cuestión de empleo.
Sin embargo, la tasa de desempleo del país europeo se ubica en un 11 por ciento y entre los jóvenes hasta 25 años, la cifra asciende a 28,3 por ciento.
Según datos del Ministerio de Juventud e Infancia divulgados a inicios de marzo, “la cifra de jóvenes desempleados se sitúa en 207.755, el valor más bajo de un mes de febrero en España”, pero el desempleo continúa golpeando a los españoles.
En declaraciones a la multiplataforma informativa teleSUR, el economista y coordinador del Sindicato de Comisiones Obreras, Bruno Estrada, indicó que “la creación de empleo en el último año se ha concentrado en dos tercios en actividades profesionales de alta cualificación. By the time this war is over, all that will have been achieved is that Ukraine will be in ruins and Putin will emerge stronger than ever. That’s assuming we don’t see the mother of all heatwaves this summer.
And by heatwaves, I’m talking about fully automatic nukes that will all be launched at once when the button is pushed with no way of stopping them. Don’t expect a small nuclear exchange — it would be all or nothing thing.
I’m not sure people realize how these things work so let me explain in the best way a non-nuclear scientist can: the hypersonic speeds and manoeuvrability of ICBMs, combined with their decoy missiles, mean they are pretty much impossible to shoot down.

What is it about British justice that has a certain rankness to it, notably when it comes to dealing with political charges? The record is not good, and the ongoing sadistic carnival that is the prosecution (and persecution) of Julian Assange continues to provide meat for the table.
Those supporting the WikiLeaks publisher, who faces extradition to the United States even as he remains scandalously confined and refused bail in Belmarsh Prison, had hoped for a clear decision from the UK High Court on March 26. Either they would reject leave to appeal the totality of his case, thereby setting the wheels of extradition into motion, or permit a full review, which would provide some relief. Instead, they got a recipe for purgatorial prolongation, a tormenting midway that grants the US government a possibility to make amends in seeking their quarry.
A sinking sense of repetition was evident. In December 2021, the High Court overturnedthe decision of the District Court Justice Vanessa Baraitser to bar extradition on the weight of certain assurances provided by the US government. Her judgmenthad been brutal to Assange in all respects but one: that extradition would imperil his life in the US penal system, largely due to his demonstrated suicidal ideation and inadequate facilities to cope with that risk.
With a school child’s gullibility – or a lawyer’s biting cynicism – the High Court judges accepted assurances from the Department of Justice (DOJ) that Assange would not face the crushing conditions of detention in the notorious ADX Florence facility or suffer the gagging restrictions euphemised as Special Administrative Measures. He would also receive the appropriate medical care that would alleviate his suicide risk and face the prospect of serving the balance of any sentence back in Australia. The refusal to look behind the mutability and fickle nature of such undertakings merely passed the judges by. The March 26 judgmentis much in keeping with that tradition.
The grounds for Assange’s team numbered nine in total entailing two parts. Some of these should be familiar to even the most generally acquainted reader. The first part, comprising seven grounds, argues that the decision to send the case to the Home Secretary was wrong for: ignoring the bar to extradition under the UK-US Extradition Treaty for political offences, for which Assange is being sought for; that his prosecution is for political opinions; that the extradition is incompatible with article 7 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) noting that there should be no punishment without law; that the process is incompatible with article 10 of the ECHR protecting freedom of expression; that prejudice at trial would follow by reason of his non-US nationality; that the right to a fair trial, protected by article 6 of the ECHR, was not guaranteed; and that the extradition is incompatible with articles 2 and 3 of the ECHR (right to life, and prohibiting inhuman and degrading treatment).
The second part of the application challenged the UK Home Secretary’s decision to approve the extradition, which should have been barred by the treaty between the UK and US, and on the grounds that there was “inadequate specialty/death penalty protection.”
In this gaggle of imposing, even damning arguments, the High Court was only moved by three arguments, leaving much of Baraitser’s reasons untouched. Assange’s legal team had established an arguable case that sending the case to the Home Secretary was wrong as he might be prejudiced at trial by reason of his nationality. Following from that “but only as a consequence of that”, extradition would be incompatible with free speech protections under article 10 of the ECHR. An arguable case against the Home Secretary’s decision could also be made as it was barred by inadequate specialty/death penalty protection.
What had taken place was a dramatic and savage pruning of a wholesome challenge to a political persecution garishly dressed in legal drag. On the issue of whether Assange was being prosecuted for his political opinions, the Court was happy to accept the woeful finding by Baraitser that he had not. The judge was “entitled to reach that conclusion on the evidence before her, and on the unchallenged sworn evidence of the prosecutor (which refutes the applicant’s case).” While accepting the view that Assange “acted out of political conviction”, the extradition was not being made “on account of his political views.” Again, we see the judiciary avoid the facts staring at it: that the exposure of war crimes, atrocities, torture and various misdeeds of state are supposedly not political at all.
………………………………………………………………………………………….. Of enormous, distorting significance was the refusal by the High Court to accept “fresh evidence” such as the Yahoo News article from September 2021outlining the views of intelligence officials on the possible kidnapping and even assassination of Assange.
…………….Imaginatively, if inexplicably, the judges accepted her finding that the conduct by the CIA and UC Global regarding the Ecuadorian embassy had no link with the extradition proceedings. With jaw dropping incredulity, the judges reasoned that the murderous, brutal rationale for dealing with Assange contemplated by the US intelligence services “is removed if the applicant is extradited.” In a fit of true Orwellian reasoning, Assange’s safety would be guaranteed the moment he was placed in the custody of his would-be abductors and murderers.
The High Court was also generous enough to do the homework for the US government by reiterating the position taken by their brother judges in the 2021 decision. Concerns about Assange’s mistreatment would be alleviated by granting “assurances (that the applicant is permitted to rely on the First Amendment, that the applicant is not prejudiced at trial (including sentence) by reason of his nationality, that he is afforded the same First Amendment protection as a United States citizen, and that the death penalty not be imposed).” Such a request is absurd for presuming, not only that the prosecutors can be held to their word, but that a US court would feel inclined to accept the application of the First Amendment, let alone abide by requested sentencing requirements.
The US government has been given till April 16 to file assurances addressing the three grounds, with further written submissions in response to be filed by April 30 by Assange’s team, and May 14 by the Home Secretary. Another leave of appeal will be entertained on May 20. If the DOJ does not provide any assurances, then leave to appeal will be granted. Nach Angaben des UN-Sonderberichterstatters für das Recht auf Nahrung wird Israel glaubhaft vorgeworfen, die verbleibenden zwei Millionen Menschen verhungern zu lassen. Eine Gruppe von Wohltätigkeitsorganisationen warnt davor, dass sich ohne angemessene Hilfe bald Hunderttausende weitere den Toten anschließen werden.

.Die Glaubwürdigkeit der US-Menschenrechtsbewegung ist verschwunden Im vergangenen Jahr habe ich für das Büro gearbeitet, das sich der Förderung der Menschenrechte im Nahen Osten widmet. Ich glaube fest an die Mission und an die wichtige Arbeit dieses Büros.
Als Vertreter einer Regierung, die das, was der Internationale Gerichtshof als plausiblen Völkermord in Gaza bezeichnet, direkt ermöglicht, ist eine solche Arbeit jedoch nahezu unmöglich geworden. .SCHRECKLICHE Missachtung des Gesetzes Meine Kollegen und ich sahen mit Entsetzen zu, wie diese Regierung Tausende präzisionsgelenkter Munition, Bomben, Kleinwaffen und anderer tödlicher Hilfsgüter nach Israel lieferte und Tausende weitere dazu autorisierte, sogar unter Umgehung des Kongresses.
Wir sind entsetzt über die offensichtliche Missachtung amerikanischer Gesetze durch die Regierung, die es den USA verbieten, ausländischen Militärs Hilfe zu leisten, die schwere Menschenrechtsverletzungen begehen oder die Bereitstellung humanitärer Hilfe einschränken.
In der eigenen Politik der Biden-Regierung heißt es: „Die Legitimität und öffentliche Unterstützung für Waffentransfers unter der Bevölkerung sowohl der Vereinigten Staaten als auch der Empfängerländer hängt vom Schutz der Zivilbevölkerung vor Schaden ab, und die Vereinigten Staaten unterscheiden sich von anderen potenziellen Quellen für Waffentransfers.“ indem wir die Bedeutung des Schutzes der Zivilbevölkerung erhöhen.“
Doch diese edle Grundsatzerklärung stand in direktem Widerspruch zu den Handlungen des Präsidenten, der sie verkündete. .Unsere Ansprüche sind ein Spott Präsident Joe Biden selbst gibt indirekt zu, dass Israel palästinensische Zivilisten nicht vor Schaden schützt. Unter dem Druck einiger Demokraten im Kongress erließ die Regierung eine neue Richtlinie, um sicherzustellen, dass ausländische Militärtransfers nicht gegen geltende nationale und internationale Gesetze verstoßen.
Doch erst kürzlich stellte das Außenministerium fest, dass Israel bei der Kriegsführung und der Bereitstellung humanitärer Hilfe das Völkerrecht einhält. Dies zu sagen, wenn Israel den angemessenen Zugang humanitärer Hilfe verhindert und die USA gezwungen sind, Lebensmittel aus der Luft an hungernde Gaza-Bewohner abzuwerfen, macht diese Feststellung die Behauptungen der Regierung lächerlich, ihr sei das Gesetz oder das Schicksal unschuldiger Palästinenser am Herzen.
.KRIEG IST UNSER KRIEG
Doch der pensionierte israelische Generalmajor Yitzhak Brick stellte im November fest, dass Israels Raketen, Bomben und Flugzeuge alle aus den USA kämen.
„Sobald sie den Hahn zudrehen, kann man nicht weiter kämpfen“, sagte er. „Jeder versteht, dass wir diesen Krieg nicht ohne die Vereinigten Staaten führen können. Zeitraum.“
Schon jetzt erwägt Israel eine Invasion im Libanon, was ein erhöhtes Risiko eines regionalen Konflikts mit sich bringt, der katastrophal wäre.
Die USA haben versucht, dieses Ergebnis zu verhindern, zeigen aber keine Lust, Israel Angriffswaffen vorzuenthalten, um dort oder im Gazastreifen größere Zurückhaltung zu erzwingen. Bidens Unterstützung für die rechtsextreme Regierung Israels birgt daher die Gefahr, einen größeren Flächenbrand in der Region auszulösen, der die US-Truppen durchaus in Gefahr bringen könnte.
.MEIN LAND „BEGEHT VÖLKERMORD“ Mich verfolgt der letzte Social-Media-Beitrag von Aaron Bushnell, dem 25-jährigen Soldaten der US-Luftwaffe, der sich am 25. Februar vor der israelischen Botschaft in Washington selbst verbrannte:
„Viele von uns fragen sich gerne: ‚Was würde ich tun, wenn ich während der Sklaverei am Leben wäre?‘ Oder der Jim Crow South? Oder Apartheid?‘
„‚Was würde ich tun, wenn mein Land einen Völkermord begehen würde?‘ Die Antwort ist: Du tust es. Im Augenblick.“
Ich kann nicht mehr weitermachen, was ich getan habe. Ich hoffe, dass mein Rücktritt zu den zahlreichen Bemühungen beitragen kann, die Regierung dazu zu bringen, ihre Unterstützung für Israels Krieg zurückzuziehen, im Interesse der zwei Millionen Palästinenser, deren Leben in Gefahr ist, und im Interesse des moralischen Ansehens der USA in der Welt.
As el gato malo recently observed, there are two types of Trump Derangement Syndrome, or TDS. One afflicts a subset of those who don’t like him; one afflicts a subset of those who do. Among the afflicted, mere mention of his name evokes either foaming-at-the-mouth rage or enraptured paroxysms.
Trump is the vessel for a lot of hopes and dreams, most of which won’t come true. Should he win, he would again be taking on a multi-trillion dollar totalitarian monstrosity (the term “Blob” is too benign), its remit every important aspect of life within the United States and around the world. Those trillions support millions of government employees, contractors, and beneficiaries. The monstrosity resists any challenge, even if that challenge is only rhetorical. Trump’s challenge the first time was exclusively rhetorical. The monstrosity was bigger, more powerful, more indebted, and more monstrous at the end of his term than at the beginning.
Elected officials come and go; the monstrosity is perpetual. It buries, sometimes literally, anything or anyone contrary to its interests. Even if Trump hadn’t been plagued by Russiagate and other schemes to cripple his presidency, even if he had devoted all his waking hours to vanquishing the monstrosity, it never sleeps and his effort would have amounted to a pinprick.
Judging him by what he did versus what he said, on all the most important issues Trump was in alignment with the monstrosity. He appointed monsters John Bolton, Mike Pompeo, Wilbur Ross, Gina Haspel etc. and got rid of initial appointments who were outside the mainstream, like Michael Flynn, Steve Bannon, and Rex Tillerson. Policy is rooted in some sort of philosophy. The monstrosity’s philosophy, if an all-consuming drive can be called that, is expand and command: grow the government and command an ever larger share of the nation’s resources and activities.
