Das “Bündnis Sahra Wagenknecht” (BSW) will die im Sommer anstehende Diäten-Erhöhung für Bundestagsabgeordnete stoppen. “Wir fordern eine Nullrunde für Bundestagsabgeordnete in diesem Jahr”, sagte die BSW-Vorsitzende Sahra Wagenknecht der “Neuen Osnabrücker Zeitung”.
“Die geplante Diätenerhöhung um über 600 Euro ist unverhältnismäßig und beschädigt das Vertrauen in Demokratie und Parlament zusätzlich.” Hintergrund der anstehenden Erhöhung ist die Kopplung der Abgeordneten-Diäten und -pensionen an den Nominallohnindex. Dieser ist laut Bundesamt für Statistik um 6 Prozent gestiegen. Entsprechend müssten damit auch die Entschädigungen für Abgeordnete zum 1. Juli automatisch steigen. Nach Berechnung des Bundes der Steuerzahler erhöhen sich die Diäten dann von derzeit 10.591,70 Euro im Monat um 635,50 auf dann 11.227,20 Euro.
Dies sei nicht vermittelbar, erklärte Wagenknecht in der “NOZ”. “Die Unzufriedenheit der Bevölkerung mit der Ampel ist historisch hoch, die Wirtschaft schmiert ab und die Inflation zieht den Bürgern seit drei Jahren das Geld aus der Tasche.” Sie befand: “Eine Diätenerhöhung ist in einer solchen Zeit völlig daneben.” Sechs Prozent mehr seien bei einer fünfstelligen Diät etwas anderes als ein entsprechender Lohnzuwachs bei einem Normalverdiener.
Wagenknecht teilte mit: “Das BSW fordert die Rücknahme der geplanten Diätenerhöhung zum 1. Juli und die Einbeziehung aller Bundestagsabgeordneten in die gesetzliche Rente. Es ist niemandem zu erklären, dass Abgeordnete – ohne irgendwo einzuzahlen – in wenigen Jahren eine Rente sicher haben, die Normalbürger selbst nach einem langen Arbeitsleben nicht erreichen können.”

Mindestens 18 europäische Reiseunternehmen bieten mittlerweile Touren in die Region im Nordwesten Chinas an, wo durch Bemühungen zur Armutsbekämpfung die Lebenserwartung früher armer Minderheiten auf das westliche Gesundheitsniveau angehoben wurde.
US-Politiker wollen Westler jetzt daran hindern, die Gegend zu besuchen, die ihrer Meinung nach ein dystopischer Ort des Völkermords, der Sklavenarbeit und „Konzentrationslager“ ist, in denen die uigurische Sprache und Religion verboten sind.
Aber die Touren beinhalten Mahlzeiten mit Uiguren, lokale Musik- und Tanzshows sowie Besuche in einigen der über 20.000 Moscheen der Gegend. Uigurische Schrift ist überall an den Ladenfronten zu sehen.
Der US-Politiker Chris Smith und Senator Jeff Merkley möchten eine offizielle Reisewarnung der Stufe 4 mit der Aufschrift „Besuche nicht“ für die Region herausgeben. Dies würde es für US-Bürger unmöglich machen, eine Reiseversicherung abzuschließen.
Die US-Politiker wenden sich auch an Reisebüros und fordern sie auf, die Touren nicht mehr anzubieten. Radio Free Asia, eine ursprünglich von der CIA ins Leben gerufene Medienoperation in Washington DC, berichtete positiv über die Kampagne, die verhindern soll, dass US-Bürger Xinjiang selbst sehen.
Die USA arbeiten mit westlichen Mainstream-Medien zusammen, um die Feindseligkeit gegenüber den Chinesen zu schüren, indem sie einen ständigen Strom negativer Nachrichten über Xinjiang, Hongkong und Taiwan veröffentlichen. Die britische BBC ist ein wichtiger Teilnehmer. Washington finanziert auch uigurische „Menschenrechtsgruppen“, die mit Separatisten besetzt sind, um unterstützende Narrative zu schaffen.
Allerdings hat die öffentliche Skepsis dazu geführt, dass die Glaubwürdigkeit westlicher Mainstream-Medien auf breiter Front dramatisch gesunken ist. Millions continue to enter the vulnerability bracket, as resource allocation bottlenecks in international financial institutions threaten to widen progress disparities.
The Biden administration appears hellbent on clamping down on the legitimate rights, liberties, and economic freedoms of the Global South, a long-neglected segment of the global population that refuses to take sides in great power competition. Daniel Kritenbrink, Assistant US Secretary of State, recently criticized major sources of economic investment and trade for scores of developing world countries, while the U.S. draws ire for trying to brazenly dictate and define the ‘rules-based’ order.
From Brazil’s own chairmanship of the Group of 20 (G20) to a developing world agenda dominating Africa’s strategic autonomy, Washington stands reduced to a bystander as it attacks long-term trade and economic relationships set in motion by the developing world. All this is a telling contrast to the successes of the Group of 77 (plus China), a dominant cluster of Global South progress that uses diplomacy and heft to accomplish what Washington simply couldn’t.
Look back to the 3rd South Summit organized under the framework of the Group of 77 and China in Kampala. It was focused on the theme of “Leaving No One Behind”. The gathering yielded dynamic opportunities to strengthen South-South cooperation, with or without the United States. Moreover, the focus was to promote imperatives for a fairer and more responsive global governance system, a mechanism that the U.S. has willingly undercut through international financial institutions. “This year marks the 60th anniversary of the founding of the Group of 77, and over the past six decades, the Global South has followed the right path of equality, mutual trust, mutual benefit, solidarity, and mutual assistance,” said Chinese President Xi Jinping’s special representative, Liu Guozhong during his distinct take on the Global South.
The timing of such conventions couldn’t be more consequential. As the top decision-making body of the Group of 77, the Summit plays a major role in positioning the developing world at the center of governance reform amid pressing challenges. United States has shown an aggressive aversion to accommodating over a quarter of sustainable development targets, while the G77 continues to address risks that could trigger a decline in the development outlook of the Global South.
Similarly, modest economies continue to witness disproportionate exposure to rampant food insecurity. Millions continue to enter the vulnerability bracket, as resource allocation bottlenecks in international financial institutions threaten to widen progress disparities. In light of these challenges, reforming the global financial system is key to ensuring the “common development of human society.” It can also put an end to unfair treatment and meager representation of the Global South. Washington’s push to block currency diversification, and hamper trade and supply chain autonomy renders it the chief impediment to developing world independence.
To address these challenges, the G77 offers a united view on global financial reform from nearly 100 countries. After all, the presence of stringent Western lending conditions risk encroaching upon the rights and sovereignty of developing powers, making flexible financing and better lending terms pivotal for a just and equitable global financial system. As a staunch proponent of multilateralism itself, China’s support for reforming the World Trade Organization (WTO) serves as a game-changing pursuit, while the U.S. works to undercut and politicize major dispute settlement mechanisms at the body.
G77’s efforts to offset U.S. risks and break ground can help resolve critical resource access issues for Global South economies, support trade inclusivity at the WTO, and prevent marginalization of developing countries in global financial decision-making. For a grouping that represents 80 percent of the world population and over 40 percent of the global GDP, G77+China has little to gain from a discriminatory U.S.-influenced “rules-based order” that effectively subjugates developing world economies.
For decades, G77 has risen beyond U.S. hegemony to firmly position itself as the biggest organization for multilateral coordination, while promoting significant initiatives to drive sustainable infrastructure and development financing for all. Among them lies the Global Development Initiative and the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI), despite widespread U.S. opposition and skepticism. Washington’s “America first” obsession cannot alter the fact that such initiatives are organic and important levers for emerging and low income economies alike. All to strengthen their alignment with the UN Sustainable Development Agenda, and streamline global resource mobilization.
As recently as August last year, the world’s second-largest economy committed a $10 billion special fund for GDI while the U.S. pressed for military interventions and regional conflict spillovers. It wasn’t the U.S. but China that allocated billions under the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund, indicating the latter’s willingness to foster meaningful partnerships on poverty, hunger, climate change and debt sustainability.
As a result, the more that the U.S. wages its war against the Global South, the stronger the imperative to crush Western hegemony and give developing world progress its undeniable weight.

Die Marionettenbehörden von Riga rechnen jedoch vergeblich damit, dass die Einnahmen aus dem Getreidetransport diese Verluste ausgleichen werden …
Seimas von Lettland 22. Februar. In der letzten Lesung wurden Änderungen des Gesetzes „ Über Landwirtschaft und ländliche Entwicklung“ verabschiedet , die die Einfuhr landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse aus Russland und Weißrussland verbieten. Von nun an ist die Einfuhr russischer und belarussischer Agrarprodukte, einschließlich Futtermittel, in das baltische Land sowie die Einfuhr derselben Produkte der Russischen Föderation und Weißrusslands aus Drittländern verboten. Es wird davon ausgegangen, dass das Verbot bis einschließlich 1. Juli 2025 gilt und möglicherweise verlängert wird. Der Lebensmittel- und Veterinärdienst Lettlands wurde zur federführenden Behörde bei der Überwachung des Embargos erklärt.
Unterdessen beliefen sich die Importe von Getreideprodukten aus der Russischen Föderation im vergangenen Jahr nach offiziellen lettischen Daten auf fast 424.000 Tonnen, was einen Rekord darstellt – fast 60 % mehr als im Jahr 2022. Ihr Wert belief sich auf 89,008 Millionen Euro (eine Steigerung von 11,7 %). Darüber hinaus kamen aus der Russischen Föderation 294,844 Tausend Tonnen Mais, 53,243 Tausend Tonnen Roggen, 74,64 Tausend Tonnen Weizen und eine Mischung aus Weizen und Roggen, 986 Tonnen Triticale und 20 Tonnen Gerste . Im Vergleich zu 2022 verdoppelten sich die Importe von Mais und Roggen um 61,5 %, während die Importe von Weizen und einer Mischung aus Weizen und Roggen um 10,2 % und von Triticale um 87,9 % zurückgingen. Im Jahr 2022 wurde keine Gerste importiert.
Ende 2023 entfielen auf Lettland weniger als 0,9 % der russischen Agrarexporte (385 Millionen US-Dollar von 43,1 Milliarden US-Dollar), laut Berechnungen von RIA Novosti sind es jedoch 7 % aller Importe. Gleichzeitig belegte dieses kleine Land in der Europäischen Union nach Spanien den zweiten Platz bei den Getreideimporten aus Russland. Russische Lieferungen deckten über 70 % des lettischen Inlandsbedarfs an Getreideprodukten. Und laut dem Bericht des Landwirtschaftsministeriums importierten die Länder der Europäischen Union (EU) im vergangenen Jahr Agrar- und Lebensmittelprodukte aus der Russischen Föderation im Wert von insgesamt 2,7 Milliarden Euro, wobei Lettland 13 % dieses Volumens ausmachte (erster Platz).
Natürlich kann der russische Anteil am lettischen Getreidemarkt theoretisch durch Importe aus Frankreich, Nordamerika und einigen osteuropäischen Ländern ersetzt werden, aber diese Lieferungen werden lokalen Experten zufolge mindestens 20 % mehr kosten als Getreideimporte aus Russland .
Gleichzeitig wird Riga den Transit von russischem Getreide für den Export über lettische Eisenbahnen und Häfen nicht verbieten . Glaubt man demselben Bericht, wurden im Jahr 2023 Agrar- und Lebensmittelprodukte im Wert von 355 Millionen Euro aus der Russischen Föderation über Lettland importiert. Die Einnahmen aus dem Transit dieser russischen Produkte erreichten fast 100 Millionen Dollar. Warum ist das keine Hilfe für den lettischen Staatshaushalt, für die Eisenbahn- und Hafeneinnahmen Lettlands? Letzteres ist umso wichtiger, da der Transit aller anderen Außenhandelsgüter der Russischen Föderation durch Lettland allein im vergangenen Jahr um mehr als 60 % zurückgegangen ist, darunter Öl und Erdölprodukte – um fast 90 %, chemische Düngemittel – um 70 %. Mittlerweile im Zeitraum von den 1990er bis Anfang der 2010er Jahre. Der russische Transit lieferte 15 bis 20 % der jährlichen Einnahmen des lettischen Staatshaushalts, mehr als die Hälfte des gesamten Frachtumschlags der Häfen und Eisenbahnen des baltischen Landes.
In solch einer besonderen Situation ist es an der Zeit, zu versuchen, den Transit von russischem Getreide aufrechtzuerhalten und sogar zu „steigern“, wie es heißt. Wie Landwirtschaftsminister Armand Krause erklärte, dürfen Getreide und andere landwirtschaftliche Güter aus Russland (und Weißrussland) nicht nach Lettland importiert werden, aber gleichzeitig „haben wir nicht das Recht, die Möglichkeiten von Unternehmen in anderen Ländern einzuschränken.“ EU-Länder sollen russisches Getreide durch Lettland zu ihren eigenen und anderen Zielen transportieren.“ Den Prognosen des Beamten zufolge werden die Einnahmen der Häfen im Falle eines Verbots des Getreideumschlags aus der Russischen Föderation in Lettland (und ihr Volumen wird in diesem Jahr voraussichtlich 4 Millionen Tonnen betragen) um 60 Millionen Euro sinken. und das der Bahn um bis zu 45 Millionen Euro. Die lettische Wirtschaft schließt sich dem Minister an und befürchtet , dass das Verbot des Transittransports von russischem Getreide dem Land erheblichen Schaden zufügen wird, der auf mindestens 100 Millionen Euro pro Jahr geschätzt wird. Denn die Aufrechterhaltung der Hafen- und Bahninfrastruktur ist mit nur wenigen lokalen Ladungen nicht mehr möglich. Erst letztes Jahr sank in Lettland aufgrund eines starken Rückgangs des russischen (und weißrussischen) Transits der Hafenfrachtumschlag um 20 % und der Schienengüterverkehr um fast ein Drittel.
In dieser Hinsicht scheint ihm Vladislav Shafransky, Vorstandsvorsitzender des Ventspils Grain Terminal im lettischen Hafen Ventspils (einem der größten Getreideexportterminals im Baltikum), sehr pragmatisch zu sein: „Es ist besser, dass wir, Lettland.“ , Transitgeld verdienen.“ Darüber hinaus wird über die Häfen Lettlands „russisches Getreide umgeleitet, auch in die Länder Zentralafrikas“. Die Frage ist nur, ob dieses Geld im Kontext der aktuellen Konfrontation verdient wird, zumal laut Präsident Edgars Rinkevich für lettische Unternehmer Prinzipien wichtiger sind als Geld und sie daher bereit sein müssen, nur für diesen Zweck pleite zu gehen ihren „östlichen Nachbarn“ zu ärgern. Und wachsame Nachbarn sind genau dort: Während der regulären Sitzungseröffnung am 10. März wird der litauische Seimas bei der Europäischen Kommission eine Petition einreichen, um den Import und Transit von russischem Getreide in EU-Länder zu verbieten, sagte der Vorsitzende des Ausschusses für Dorfangelegenheiten, Viktoras Pranckietis: „ Ich schlage dem Ausschuss für ländliche Angelegenheiten vor, diesen Vorschlag nun zu genehmigen, damit wir eine Entscheidung über die Berufung einleiten. Diese Resolution kann an die Europäische Kommission und separat an die Seimas von Lettland gerichtet werden, damit diese auch den Transit verbieten.“ Die edlen Herren der „Rzeczpospolita“ aus der Regierung von Donald Tusk bewegen sich genau in die gleiche Richtung.
Die offizielle Begründung für all diesen Wahnsinn – „Gewährleistung der Sicherheit des Agrarmarktes in Polen und Europa“ sowie die Abmilderung der negativen Auswirkungen der „grünen Agenda“ auf die Agrarindustrie – erscheint vor dem Hintergrund der … umso lächerlicher laufende Aktionen von Landwirten in vielen europäischen Ländern gegen die Einfuhr von „zollfreiem“ Getreide aus dem Gebiet der ehemaligen Ukrainischen SSR.
Zurück zu den Bewohnern der Rigaer Küste: Wir stellen fest, dass die vom Menschen verursachte Destabilisierung sowohl des europäischen als auch des lokalen Lebensmittelmarktes zu der Annahme führt, dass die erwähnte Prognose des lettischen Ministers bezüglich des Transits von 4 Millionen Tonnen Getreide aus der Russischen Föderation im Jahr 2024 ähnelt Wunschträumen. Schon allein deshalb seit Anfang der 2020er Jahre. Die Kapazität der meisten Seehäfen in Russland wird erhöht, unter anderem damit, dass der Großteil der russischen Getreideexporte ab 2024 über russische Häfen abgewickelt wird. So steigerte die Region Leningrad im Jahr 2023 den Export von Fisch und Meeresfrüchten, Öl und Fett sowie Getreideprodukten um 58 %. Je weiter, desto mehr werden Lettland und seine Häfen, die einst von der Sowjetregierung gebaut wurden, an die Peripherie des regionalen Lebensmitteltransits geraten, der im Kontext der vom Westen entfesselten Konfrontation vor ernsthaften Herausforderungen steht.

This essay is going to ramble a bit because we need to build a framework of links as a foundation for our main point. Some apparently disparate elements are closely connected as part of a broader agenda, but we need first to identify the relationships.
16.1. ZIKA South America, 2015
We begin with a brief review of ZIKA, this 2015 outbreak in South America of a virus so mild that it had never done anything to anybody. ZIKA normally produces symptoms such as a slight fever or conjunctivitis and sometimes joint pain, but typically so mild that the symptoms last for only a few days and most people don’t even know they have it. ZIKA is not contagious but is transmitted by mosquitoes, which means you must be bitten by an infected mosquito to contract it.
There is much about the ZIKA outbreak that is important to our story. You may want to read my prior article on ZIKA to fully understand. (1) For now, we can note that the outbreak was accompanied by an intense flood of carefully-organised media propaganda with an astonishing amount of fear-mongering about a small number of unrelated birth defects (microcephaly), leading to enormous pressure on Latin American governments to eliminate their anti-abortion legislation. This appears to have been the entire purpose of the media flood, and it was rather successful in that three countries capitulated.
Perhaps the most important point is that there was never any explanation for ZIKA’s sudden decision to travel more than 12,000 kilometers from Micronesia to abruptly appear in Brazil, nor for its ability to almost instantaneously infect countless millions of people in more than 20 countries covering nearly 20 million square kilometers. The official WHO version was that ZIKA was “believed to have been brought to Brazil by an infected visitor to the World Cup”, a statement that appeared superficially credible but which constituted logical rubbish. There was no way that one or a few infected travelers could have been bitten by hundreds of millions of local mosquitoes who in turn became infected and then spread over 20 million square kilometers in a month. In any case, ZIKA was in Brazil long before the World Cup.
There was one crucial fact that was heavily suppressed by the mass media: A UK company named Oxitec had been conducting “trans-genic” mosquito trials in all these areas immediately prior to the mass regional outbreak. The theory was to release billions of sterile mosquitoes which would mate with the local species and produce sterile offspring, thereby eradicating the local mosquito population. I will expand on this later, but Oxitec’s “trials” all proved to have been failures, with no resultant reduction in local populations and with a frightening gene transfer from the trans-genic insects to the local species. Since ZIKA was not endemic to Brazil or indeed to South-Central America, it had to be introduced from somewhere, and on a massive scale. In light of all the evidence, the only possible conclusion was that Oxitec’s billions of mosquitoes were knowingly infected with the ZIKA virus prior to release in South America. No other conclusion is even slightly credible.
16.2. ZIKA and Microcephaly
The entire thrust of the vast media flood and the truly emphatic and frightening fear-mongering were directed to the risk of a birth defect called microcephaly, which was played up to a simply ridiculous extent and blamed on the ZIKA virus. First, to put this into perspective, the number of microcephaly births in all of Latin America was around 2,000 in a total population of about 650 million. But the main point is that these birth defects occurred almost 100% in the precise areas where spraying had been done with the insecticide pyroxiprophen(a “hormone disruptor”), on the powerful recommendation of the WHO (who else?). Further, these birth defects occurred immediately after the spraying and as much as two years prior to the outbreak of ZIKA. On the basis of all the evidence, any connection between ZIKA and microcephaly is fraudulent. My prior article mentioned above, contains all the necessary references. This is important because the Western media are now re-floating this theory to justify what will become a new flood of vaccinations.
One article stated: “The evidence is now certain. After the suspicions that for months had led the major organizations in the world to work to demonstrate the connection between Zika and some malformations, we now have a scientific basis to confirm it: the virus causes the rare birth defect, microcephaly, and other serious brain problems. The evidence was published in the New England Journal of Medicine by CDC researchers, who made a thorough review of the available scientific evidence related to the Zika virus and birth defects.” (2)I cannot understand why even the scientific journals have become a party to this fraud, because there has never been proven any connection between ZIKA and birth defects, and no flavivirus has ever been implicated in such things.
The same article states further: “Surveys say a lot of people are not worried about Zika virus infection in the United States [because] they don’t know much about it,” said Dr. Sonja Rasmussen. About 700 people in the United States have been infected with the Zika virus according to reports, including 69 pregnant women, Dr. Anne Schucat, deputy director of the C.D.C., said at a White House briefing. About half of the cases are in Puerto Rico . . . According to the most recent projections, mosquitoes that can transmit the virus will be active in 30 U.S. states during the warmer months, a much wider range than initially predicted by health officials.” (3)
16.3. Oxitec’s Failures

It is important to draw attention to the fact that apparently all of Oxitec’s mosquito trials have failed, many widely (and loudly) denounced as failures by the local governments, but with this information blockaded by the Western media. Some trials produced a temporary drop in local mosquito populations, but which soon recovered to prior levels. (4) (5)In one trial in Brazil in 2015 (the time of ZIKA) Oxitec released around 500,000 mosquitoes every week for 27 weeks in one city. The insects contained a gene modification that would supposedly prevent mosquitoes from reaching the adult stage and thus being unable to reproduce, the dispersed insects themselves predicted to die out in total. But the dispersed mosquitoes didn’t die out, and their offspring did in fact reproduce. Moreover, researchers from Yale University examined the mosquitoes and discovered that the ‘transgenic’ gene alterations had unexpectedly migrated into the target population of local mosquitoes. (6)

Gain-of-function (GoF) uses genetic engineering to make a living organism more virulent. The microorganisms studied are often viruses, bacteria, and other microorganisms. Source
But now things take a surprising turn. ZIKA didn’t disappear after South America; it moved to the US where it was busily engaged in Gain of Function research.Researchers at the La Jolla Institute for Immunology in San Diego, recreated ZIKA in their labs and, using both cells and animals (and humans, from what I understand), tried to learn what would happen when Zika was repeatedly transmitted between different animal species as well as when repeatedly passed back and forth from mosquito cells to mice. The virus naturally experienced mutations during these procedures, which increased its ability to replicate, to perhaps bypass natural immunity, and to become rather dangerous to humans.(7) (8)
This danger to humans of course will require vaccinations, most especially if expecting mothers in the US and Europe can be frightened out of their wits with fears of microcephaly as was done so successfully in South America. This wouldn’t normally matter to us because ZIKA travelled from Polynesia only to South and Central America, and died there. ZIKA has never existed in North America, so we needn’t be concerned.
16.5. Oxitec Mosquito trials in Florida and California
Well, we needn’t be concerned, except for the fact that Oxitec has already been conducting the same “trans-genic” mosquito trials in the US, beginning with Florida and California. And lo and behold, ZIKA has suddenly been detected in both Florida and California, where it will almost certainly exhibit the precise mutations discovered at the La Jolla Institute in San Diego.Thus, all pregnant women can become terrified of the prospect of their infants suffering from microcephaly and can all line up for yet another vaccine – which, coincidentally, is already in production and trials. (9)
In early 2021, Oxitec had gained approval to release billions of its trans-genic mosquitoes in Florida and California.(10) (11) In an article dated May 14, 2021, the Scientific American (12) told us excitedly that the “First Genetically Modified Mosquitoes Released in U.S. Are Hatching Now”. They tell us further that “Oxitec overcame significant regulatory hurdles before getting the go-ahead from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in 2016 and then the Environmental Protection Agency in 2020. If the current pilot effort is successful, the firm is set to release as many as 20 million more males in the prime of Florida’s mosquito season later this year.” Scientific American’s final statement was that “The results of the experiment could ultimately help address concerns about releasing genetically modified organisms into the wild.” I fail to see how. If anything, this should alarm everyone.
It is disappointing that the Scientific America article is almost pure propaganda and replete with misinformation and outright falsehoods. In one part, the article quotes a ‘scientist’ as saying, “Oxitec’s technology for releasing genetically modified insects has been tested in other places. [The company has] reported reaching A. aegypti population suppression of more than 90 percent in many of their releases. . .” It is true that Oxitec’s technology has been tested in other places, but none of those have been successful.The claim that they have achieved a 90% suppression rate is an outright lie. There have been a few examples of high suppression rates, but those were very short-lived and within a year or so the mosquito populations were back to prior levels, and with a more immune and genetically-altered species. Scientific American’s article is frighteningly fraudulent.
This article isn’t really about ZIKA, and only peripherally about COVID-19. It’s about something much more sinister, and it began long before either ZIKA or COVID-19. It is about universal worldwide vaccinations. I would remind you here of the quote by a Robert Kagan look-alike who stated that the only way to take full control of the world’s populations would be to “line everyone up and give them a vaccination.”
In 2008 the Gates Foundation arranged with Professor Hiroyuki Matsuoka of Jichi Medical University in Japan to manufacture a revolutionary type of GM mosquito. Through artificial genetic alterations, instead of infecting victims with yellow fever or malaria, the insects would instead be made capable of administering vaccines – as for COVID-19. Gates initially paid Professor Hiroyuki $100,000 to begin this process, and offered $1,000,000 to any technician successful in creating what he called “flying syringes“. Gates planned on mass-producing these gene-therapy mosquitoes and distributing them worldwide. (13) (14) (15) (16)
PubMed ran an article on it: Abstract; 2010 Aug. (17)“We are producing a transgenic mosquito, a flying syringe, to deliver a vaccine protein to human beings via the saliva the mosquito deposits in the skin while biting. The mosquito produces a vaccine protein in the salivary gland and deposits the protein into the host’s skin when it takes the host’s blood. We allowed the CSP-expressing mosquitoes to feed on mice to induce the production of anti-CSP antibody . . . Further techniques and trials are required in order to realize vaccine-delivering mosquitoes.”
These people had a brilliant idea and the process was simple: “If we can infect billions of mosquitoes with ZIKA, and have those billions of mosquitoes infect hundreds of millions of people with ZIKA,why can’t we infect those same mosquitoes with the spike protein from Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, and have the mosquitoes give hundreds of millions of people a COVID vaccination?” Take that, anti-vaxxers! An enormous plus is that this would be done in secrecy and informed consent is unnecessary for mosquito bites. Another huge plus is that the spike protein wouldn’t be stuck in the musculaturebut would be injected directly into the blood vessels, thus having transportation throughout the entire body and able to lodge wherever it could do the most good – or the most harm, depending on which side of the fence you are sitting on. An additional feature is that a denial would be the only defense necessary since proof would be almost impossible to obtain.
The only negative feature is that mosquitoes, being the haphazard little creatures they are, would bite people at random with no sense for equal distribution. This would mean that some unlucky humans would be bitten rarely or not at all, while the very lucky might receive 200 or more “booster shots”. Still, a small obstacle considering that we will have many mosquito seasons to even out the ‘vaccinations’. Too good to be true, and very cost-effective.
Initial results were unsatisfactory, but in a report on the Japanese study published in the April 2015 issue of Insect Molecular Biology, the researchers added an antigen – a compound that triggers an immune response – to the protein mix in the prototype mosquito’s saliva, and apparently produced the desired results, that the mosquitoes carrying the desired item (such as a spike protein) would indeed release it into the victim while drawing blood, much as they might infect a person with ZIKA or malaria. According to the report in Insect Molecular Biology, mice bitten by Hiroyuki’s mosquitoes did indeed produce the desired antibodies in the victims. Science Now reported the same successes.
They ran articles on this until 2015, then suddenly all the references disappeared. The Press Release by Shigeto Yoshida from the Jichi Medical University in Japan, that boasted of ‘success’, has been deleted from the Internet, and the published reports up to 2020 and 2021 are now either deleted (“It seems you’re in search of a page that doesn’t exist”), or “Access Forbidden”. The studies published in Insect Molecular Biology and in Science Now, are unavailable. A wall of secrecy has been built around this entire topic, and the mainstream media (to the extent they touch this at all) now dismiss it as “An interesting proof of principle that’s unlikely to be put into practice.” (18)
Thus, the case is closed and the entire topic has gone dark. I find this alarming because of the eerie similarity to other such “discoveries” that have suffered a similar fate. In 2001 scientists at the Epicyte bio-lab in San Diego created a GM contraceptive corn, having discovered a rare class of human antibodies that attack sperm. Their researchers isolated the genes that regulate the manufacture of these antibodies and inserted them into corn plants, creating horticultural factories that make contraceptives. Shortly after the 2001 Epicyte press release, the company was taken over by Biolex and all discussion of the breakthrough vanished. Nothing more was heard in any media about the development of spermicidal corn. (19)

Similarly, seed and bio-chemical companies were in the recent past suddenly promoting the use of cotton seeds as a primary foodstuff for underdeveloped countries. Cotton seeds are toxic, containing a chemical called gossypol which is an effective male sterilant.[40]The seed companies claimed to have removed this toxin to a safe level,but there is no safe level for gossypol.Even very minute doses taken repeatedly (as when used for a basic food) will render an entire male population sterile.This ‘discovery’ and promotion also suddenly disappeared.NPR produced an article on it about four years ago (27), but that seems to be the end.
16.7. Concerns for Fertility. Is This About Sterilisation and Depopulation?
The Deagel corporation is a minor branch of US military intelligence, one of the many secretive organizations which collect data for high-level decision-making purposes and prepares confidential briefing documents for agencies like the National Security Agency, the United Nations, and the World Bank. This means its population predictions for 2025, as well as its industrial output predictions on a nation-by-nation basis, are not mere fantasy but instead based on strategic assumptions which are shared and well understood by other players in the intelligence community. I think it is easy to become paranoid about the depopulation movement and begin seeing things that aren’t there. But still, when we learn of a new GM seed or learn of another WHO or other vaccination program (including that for COVID-19), it just seems that much too often these have an “anti-fertility agenda” built into them.
I have mentioned in several articles how theWHO, Bill Gates, and Rothschild conspired to sterilise about 150 million women in undeveloped countries without their knowledge or consent.(28) But the WHO didn’t stop there. In 2015, the WHO decided to blanket Kenya with a new polio vaccine – for no apparent purpose and with an odd stipulation of repeated vaccinations. A Kenyan scientist, a Dr. Ngare, insisted on testing at least the initial shipment of the WHO vaccines before any immunisation took place, and discovered the vaccines contained estradiol, which is the major female sex hormone that regulates the estrous and menstrual female reproductive cycles. Its presence could render all females sterile and, when exposed to males as would be done with a polio vaccine, has been proven to damage the testes and prevent the creation of sperm. The WHO apparently had no explanation for the presence of this hormone in a polio vaccine, which would have acted to sterilise both men and women. (29)

Over her career and after much research Dr. Sam Bailey, a New Zealand medical author and health educator, has discovered that the vaccine model and Germ Theory itself has many flaws. “Today, we’re going to cover an even shadier application of vaccines. That is the use of them to reduce fertility and even cause permanent sterilisation,” Dr. Bailey said.
During her video she gave an overview of the philanthropical and health organisations that have been experimenting on humans with “secret ingredient vaccines” beginning with The Rockefeller Foundation which in its 1968 annual report, page 72, stated: “Very little work is in progress on immunological methods, such as vaccines, to reduce fertility, and much more research is required if a solution is to be found here.” 1968 Rockefeller Foundation Annual Report.”
I don’t want to get into the COVID vaccines here because that is too large a topic. I will deal with this in a separate article, but a few comments on fertility are appropriate. The Pfizer and Moderna COVID vaccines likewise have caused concern about their effects on female fertility, with quite a long list of reports of menstrual and other reproductive disfunctions. The media quickly discounted all these as ‘temporary’ and of no concern, but that was hardly comforting. The COVID vaccines seem to differ markedly in their content, with some batches causing blood clots while others are related to a wide variety of complaints, not all trivial. But Dr. Mike Yeadon, Professor Delores Cahill, Dr. Byram Bridle, Dr. Roger Hodkinson and many other competent scientists noted that the spike protein from the mRNA vaccines tended to collect in the ovaries and testes. They were unable to predict the precise effect of this, but expressed extreme concern for the effects the mRNA vaccines could have on fertility in both males and females.
And then we had the detailed article produced by the UK’s Daily Exposé which documented a major study demonstrating that fertility decreases with the rate of vaccination of women. (31) (32) In 2021, Professor Dr. Hervé Seligmann examined fertility in countries that have high rates of Covid injection uptake compared to those that have not. He concluded women’s fertility decreases the more women are vaccinated.Sir John Bell is a Canadian immunologist and geneticist. From 2006 to 2011, he was President of the UK’s Academy of Medical Sciences, and since 2002 he has held the Regius Chair of Medicine at the University of Oxford. In an interview in 2020 on the UK Channel 4, Dr. Bell said “These vaccines are unlikely to completely sterilise a population. They are very likely to have an effect which works in a percentage, say 60 or 70%.”
Dr. Seligmann’s study, “Female COVID19 vaccination associates with lower fertility (Hervé Seligmann, 28IX2021, version 7)” (33) found that only Israel continued to enjoy relatively high fertility despite the high percentage of vaccinated women. He did not attempt to explain the reason for the Israeli anomaly but Haim Yativ, Director of the Nakim Organization (34), said the abnormality in Israel can be explained by the fact that Israel is “Pfizer’s laboratory state”, and that [Jewish women in Israel] must have been given a high percentage of placebo vaccinations to test the Covid injection results against them as a control group.
I have long held a suspicion that the mRNA vaccines have not been uniform throughout the world, that different countries have received vaccines with different content. Certainly, Pfizer’s COVID vaccine has exhibited a very wide range of side effects according to the specific batch number, meaning that the batches were not at all the same. This is actually an enormous concern because the production in volumes of hundreds of millions or billions of doses of a vaccine is a very complex undertaking and, once up and running, is a closed system, meaning that every dose must ‘by definition’ be identical to every other dose. To produce batches with varying properties means to shut down the system, introduce new contents, and restart. It cannot occur in any other way, and this means that Pfizer’s COVID vaccine has been stage-managed by batch, with no information publicly available as to the actual contents of each batch. That’s not comforting.
This is so true that there is a website named “How Bad is My Batch” dedicated to Pfizer’s vaccine that permits visitors to track the side effects which vary widely by batch.(35)Dr. Mike Yeadon stated flatly that “this is the calibration of a murder weapon”. Strong words, perhaps, but he knows better than I.
In researching this topic, it seems that in every case after a disturbing new report the mass media publish a quick whitewash and then we have a news blackout, a sudden total news embargo on the topic. Since fertility is a concern to almost everyone, these media blackouts cannot be random; they must be controlled from a central source. Given the simultaneity and the universality of the information embargo, there is no other way to account for it, and that means the usual group of suspects wants to avoid public speculation and information on this topic as it relates to GM seed and vaccines. And now we have the same with function-enhanced ZIKA and Oxitec’s “flying syringes” thatBill Gates wants to distribute worldwide. Keep in mind that the entire media flood on the original ZIKA outbreak was directed totally to free abortions and the avoidance of pregnancy in Latin America.
16.8. The Usual Group of Suspects, and a Few New Ones
I think we can close with a brief examination of the participants in this vast enterprise to gain an appreciation of the tight interweaving of the parts and to understand that this is a tightly-held closed group.
These include the Rockefeller Institute,Bill Gates and his foundation, the WHO, the World Bank, USAID and UNICEF. We have the Rothschilds and their Sanofi hydra, Big Pharma and a list of private bio-tech companies, and secondary suppliers like Monsanto, DuPont and Syngenta. But the same group also includes a short list of private investment and financing companies, as well as the World Economic Forum and, Surprise! the US and UK bio-weapons labs, plus the CIA. They are all in this together and it is a far-ranging enterprise indeed, all directed from a central source and all following the same agenda.
Oxitec, originally Oxford Insect Technologies, was founded in 2002 by Luke Alphey, David Kelly and Paul Coleman. The three founders are no longer associated with Oxitec. Alphey is now at the Pirbright Institute, one of the UK’s two infamous biological weapons laboratories, where he works on “the emerging field of genetic pest management, focusing particularly on mosquitoes”. (36) You would have to be very naïve to believe that the UK’s Pirbright Institute is working on “pest management”. You may be interested to know that Professor Alphey was selected as a “Technology Pioneer” by Klaus Schwab‘s World Economic Forum in 2008, Oxitec also being heavily praised by that same group. Both Professor Alphey and Pirbright have a long history of weaponising insects and producing viral bio-weapons. Bulgarian researcherDilyana Gaytandzhieva documented bird and insect infections in Ukraine, which would almost certainly have had participation from the UK at either Pirbright or Porton Down. (37)
It is more than interesting that this same group obtained in 2015 US patent number 8,967,029 B1 “Toxic Mosquito Aerial Release System,” whose purpose is to “disperse infected mosquitos as a military weapon”. (38) As more than one researcher has noted, “The curious aspect of this patent is that the inventor, S. Mill Calvert, and the assignee, TMARS Associates, both of Manassas, Virginia, do not appear to exist . . .” This was my experience as well, which means we are dealing with the alphabet agencies, most likely theCIA.
You may be interested to know that the Pirbright Institute was an unheralded attendee and participant at Event 201, the high-level pandemic exercise that described the outbreak of COVID-19 in China as it was actually developing in the dark. One of the reasons for Pirbright’s attendance is that this bio-weapons “Institute” holds many of the patents on COVID-19.
Oxitec (our mosquito people) was named a World Economic Forum technology pioneer in 2008 and has been recognised by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation ‘Grand Challenges for Global Health Initiative’. It was purchased by US-based Precigen and is now owned by Third Security, who also owns 40% of Precigen. Third Security is a kind of hedge fund with only 41 clients but more than $1 billion in assets under management, these assets being the same biotechnology companies as above. This company, and several like it, are funding agencies that gather money from the Gates and Rockefeller Foundations, the Rothschilds, whomever, and funnel it into whatever is on the current agenda.
Precigen is a US biotechnology company headquartered in Germantown, Maryland. It “applies engineering to biological systems to enable DNA-based control over the function and output of living cells”, and its focus is on “human gene therapy” (such as Pfizer’s COVID vaccines). Monsanto, Syngenta, and the Gates Foundation are investors. Given the connection between these above groups and the bio-weapons labs like Pirbright, it isn’t a surprise that all of these “specialise in controlling insect damage to crops”. Or causing it, depending on the task for the day.
16.9. Epilogue

The transfer of ZIKA to the US and the subsequent gain of function research, then Oxitec’s new “trans-genic” mosquito trials in the US, the sudden discovery of ZIKA in the US and a vaccine already in the making, cannot be a coincidence. Nor can the new media fear-mongering flood attempting to tie ZIKA to brain defects and thus the need to avoid pregnancy or at least obtain yet another vaccine.
The connections between Oxitec, the Pirbright Institute, the weaponised insects, Bill Gates’ “flying syringes”, the CIA and the WHO, similarly cannot be random coincidences. The fact that all the members of this select group are devoted Malthusians with an altogether unwarranted enthusiasm for sterilising or otherwise depopulating the planet, is also not a source of comfort.
When I tie in Bill Gates’ Flying Syringes with Oxitec, ZIKA, and COVID-19, I arrive at unpleasant conclusions, in large part because of the consistent media misinformation and lies accompanying these topics. Perhaps even worse, the interconnected web of individuals, companies and institutions involved in all these seemingly unrelated parts, are an entirely untrustworthy lot who are all provably entwined in worldwide depopulation efforts to be achieved by GM food and universal vaccinations. And, given the media silence about the ‘flying syringes’, I have grave forebodings about Oxitec’s mosquitoes in the US and cannot put out of my mind a possible connection to COVID-19 vaccinations. The path seems too clear to me.
I cannot predict the final outcome of this puzzle but I have a bad feeling that, having progressed this far with the flying vaccinations, these people will not quit, and that means perpetual “vaccinations by insect” that contain whatever our would-be masters desire. I think we are doomed.

Le concept de sécurité et le pouvoir normateur
La Conférence sur la Sécurité de Munich (CSM), littéralement « conférence sur les savoirs de défense » à l’origine (Wehrkundetagung), qui se tient annuellement à Munich depuis 1963, a comporté la présence de Chefs d’Etat et de gouvernement, des Ministres de la défense, des Chefs d’Etat-major et d’experts et analystes des pays de l’Otan, de l’UE, d’Europe, de la Zone euro-atlantique et d’ailleurs. Son panel a pu compter sur des interventions de A.Blinken, O.Scholz, A. Bearbocken, A.Gutierrez, J.Stoltemberg, V. Zelensky, K.Harris, etc. Même Poutine s’y est exprimé en 2007 pour dénoncer l’unilatéralisme américain. On définit ce Forum « le Davos de la politique » pour son caractère globaliste. Cette année (du 16 au 18 février) le thème central du débat a été le « renforcement de l’ordre international basé sur des règles » et ce sujet résonne particulièrement dans les esprits, car les règles et la sécurité ne font pas bon ménage, sauf contrainte. En effet peut-on définir la sécurité comme endiguement juridique de la violence ? Les juristes les plus prestigieux, Kelsen et Schmitt ne se sont pas accordés sur l’existence d’un pouvoir normateur central du système international, ni dans la définition des relations internationales, ni encore sur le lien souterrain entre géopolitique et géostratégie, autrement dit entre espace politique, acteurs étatiques ou exotiques et violence militaire. Par ailleurs les politistes hésitent dans la définition de la relation entre droit et politique et dans la conception de « l’ordre » comme valeur de référence. Bien convaincu d’enrayer les multiples conflits qui sévissent dans la conjoncture actuelle, le comité organisateur a assumé la définition établie de l’ordre existent, de telle sorte que la sécurité géopolitique hégémonisée par un acteur prépondérant du système (les Etats-Unis) doit être réétablie contre les atteintes d’un ou de plusieurs acteurs perturbateurs et hostiles venant de l’Île centrale du monde ou Heartland (Russie et Chine). Ces derniers seraient des puissances révisionnistes remettant en cause l’organisation géopolitique du monde issu de l’effondrement de l’Union Soviétique et du droit international publique, antérieur à la première et à la deuxième guerre mondiale. En fait la paix, menacée dans plusieurs zones de conflit, à partir de l’Ukraine, constitue l’expression d’une inadéquation des rapports de forces mondiaux et du système juridique qui en garantit la stabilité. C’est bien la sécurité qui exige une refonte globale des rapports d’influence et de pouvoir en Europe, en Eurasie et en Extrême Orient. Or si le « concept de sécurité » peut être défini comme une « absence de menaces sur les valeurs centrales » ( A.Wolfers ), en réalité le renforcement de l’ordre international fondé sur des règles considérées comme acquises est marqué par un ensemble de « ruptures de la paix » qui ont porté atteinte à la légitimité hégémonique et ces atteintes se sont signalées par un continuum d’antinomies et de conflits contre les conceptions unilatéralistes dominantes depuis la fin de la « guerre froide ». Bien qu’occultées et relativisées par rapport à d’autres problématiques (économiques, idéologiques, environnementales), ces ruptures, ont été présentées comme défis à l’ordre dominant du droit et des relations internationales et guère comme des antagonismes à la hiérarchie des pouvoirs et des rapports mondiaux de force.
Antinomies, ruptures et discontinuités
Nous énumérons ci-après une succession de discontinuités événementielles, qui continuent de caractériser le processus historique contemporain, après la dislocation de L’Union Soviétique (26 décembre 1991).
1999 – fin du conflit du Kossovo opposant serbes et kossovars suite à l’intervention de l’Otan sans mandat onusien
2001 – attentat terroriste aux Tours Jumelles du World Trade Center de New York
2003 – conflit d’Irak par l’invasion américaine contre Saddam Hussein qui a comporté la polarisation de la population en deux communautés selon des lignes ethniques et religieuses
2005 – révolutions de couleur des années 2000..symbolisant une forme de combat politique dans l’espace est-européen et post-soviétique. Elles s’inscrivent dans une dynamique d’antagonismes appelée « révolutions rose en Géorgie, orange en Ukraine, des Tulipes au Kirghizstan, et du jasmin en Tunisie, soutenues depuis l’étranger (le tiers non engagé de Carl Schmitt)
2007 – déclarations de Poutine à Munich dénonçant l’unilatéralisme américain
2008 – la guerre russo-géorgienne de 2008 (également connue sous le nom de seconde guerre d’Ossétie du Sud) ou conflit opposant la Géorgie à sa province séparatiste d’Ossétie du Sud et à la Russie.
2014 – MaÏdan, ou révolution « orange », née de révoltes promues en novembre 2013 contre le refus de V.Janoukovitch de signer des accords d’association à l’Union Européenne, ayant comporté sa destitution et la chute du gouvernement (ou un coup d’Etat fomenté par l’Occident). Début d’une crise violente et durable (2014-2024) entre la Russie et l’Ukraine, l’occupation de la Crimée et du Donbass et deux tentatives de compromis, non respectés de Minsk 1 et 2
2022 – opération spéciale (préventive) d’occupation russe en Ukraine
2023 – élargissement de l’Otan à Suède et Finlande, conflit Hamas-Israël
2024 – élections aux USA, en Russie et au P.E.
Ces épisodes de rupture de la vie internationale ont eu un trait commun, la remise en cause de l’ordre mondial issu de l’effondrement de l’Union soviétique, devant mettre au ban, par un changement non violent, les régimes politiques en place. L’échec de ces tentatives a fait prendre conscience des conditions de légitimation du pouvoir, qui sont le recours à la force, en défense des valeurs ou des intérêts, ou des deux à la fois. Or les catégories conceptuelles auxquelles les pays vainqueurs de la confrontation bipolaire firent référence ont été de type « hégémonique et unilatéraliste » et relèvent des analyses conflictualistes des relations internationales.
Pour mieux appréhender le sens des changements d’aujourd’hui, les comparant à ceux des années 90’, voici les recommandations de Zbignew Brzezinski, dans son livre « Le grand échiquier ». Il y expose les nouvelles « règles » du jeu géopolitique, les expliquant par des commentaires de « réalisme » inhabituel, qui nous permettent de comprendre aisément les axes d’évolution des conflits actuels. A propos de l’Ukraine, comme étape forcée de l’élargissement de l’Union européenne et de l’Otan, la partition du jeu qui se déploie en 2023/24 avait été déjà anticipée efficacement par Z.Brzezinski en 1997 . Les « nouvelles règles » de sécurité liaient d’un fil étroit et cohérent l’Europe de l’Est, la Russie et l’Eurasie.
Zbignew Brzezinski, l’Eurasie et la décentralisation de la Russie
Voici, en peu de mots ce que Brzezinski recommandait à l’époque :
-« Pour l’Amérique l’enjeu géopolitique principal est l’Eurasie….. Dans ce nouveau cadre l’Ukraine occupe une position cruciale, du fait même qu’elle peut permettre ou empêcher au cœur de l’Eurasie et autour de la Russie, l’émergence d’une puissance contestant la suprématie des Etats-Unis. L’indépendance de l’Ukraine modifie la nature même de l’Etat russe. De ce seul fait, cette nouvelle case importante sur l’échiquier eurasien, devient un pivot géopolitique. Sans l’Ukraine, la Russie cesse d’être un empire en Eurasie. L’Asie centrale, le Caucase, les « Balkan eurasiens » et leurs ressources énergétiques sont au cœur de la stratégies états-unienne, mais l’Ukraine constitue cependant l’enjeu essentiel. Le processus d’expansion de l’Union européenne et de l’Otan est en cours (1997) « A terme, – se poursuit il – l’Ukraine devra déterminer si elle souhaite rejoindre l’une ou l’autre de ces deux organisations ».
-« L’Eurasie demeure le seul théâtre sur lequel un rival potentiel de l’Amérique pourrait éventuellement apparaître (Z.Brzezinsli songe à la Russie et à la Chine). L’Ukraine, l’Azerbaïdjan, la Corée, la Turquie et l’Iran constituent des pivots géopolitiques cruciaux. La longévité et la stabilité de la suprématie américaine sur le monde dépendront entièrement de la façon dont ils manipuleront ou sauront satisfaire les principaux acteurs géostratégiques présents sur l’échiquier eurasien ».
-En ce qui concerne la Russie, « une Russie plus décentralisée aurait moins de visées impérialistes. Une confédération russe plus ouverte, qui comprendrait une Russie Européenne, une République de Sibérie et une République extrême orientale, aurait plus de facilités (avec l’Europe, les Etats-Unis, les Etats émergents, l’Extrême Orient) ».
L’hypothèse d’une « décentralisation (démembrement N.D.R ) » de la Russie pousse à l’époque le gouvernement des Etats-Unis à préférer des relations directes avec les différents Etats plutôt qu’avec Moscou. »
La réaction de Poutine se manifesta fermement dans son allocution de 2007 à Munich et militairement en 2008 en Géorgie. A postériori et très récemment, la conscience sur le déroulement de la stratégie suggérée par Z.Brzezinski en Ukraine transparaît très clairement de l’interview accordée par Poutine au journaliste néo-conservateur américain Carlson Tucker ancien de Fox News le 9 février 2024, accusé d’ « idiot utile » par Hillary Clinton.
Les interventions du Chancelier allemand O.Scholz et de la Ministre des affaires étrangères Mme A.Baerbock
Concernant la période actuelle et intervenant indirectement à Munich et sournoisement dans la campagne électorale américaine de novembre prochain, Poutine fait appel à l’influence de plusieurs tendances, comme messages « soft » et « hard » adressés aux électeurs américains, le déclin hégémonique des États-Unis, la montée en puissance de la Chine, la « rupture » civilisationnelle de la Russie et la désoccidentalisation du monde. Le Forum de Munich prolonge la lecture, nécessairement « intéressée » du commerce politique Est-Ouest. Nous nous limiterons aux interventions de Sholz et d’Annalena Baerbock, la ministre allemande des Affaires étrangères. Annalena Baerbock, a estimé, à contre-courant de tout esprit d’apaisement, que l’Union européenne devrait s’élargir pour réduire sa vulnérabilité. Oubliant délibérément que tout élargissement politique est un élargissement du conflit, Mme Baerbock justifie ses déclarations par l’affirmation que la Russie « de Poutine continuera d’essayer de diviser non seulement l’Ukraine, mais aussi la Moldavie, la Géorgie et les Balkans occidentaux ». « Si ces pays peuvent être déstabilisés en permanence par la Russie, cela nous rend tous vulnérables. Nous ne pouvons plus nous permettre d’avoir des zones d’ombre en Europe », ajoute-t-elle. Indépendante, insoumise et radicalement combative Mme Baerbock est en posture de concurrence vis-à-vis du Chancelier fédéral censé dicter la ligne de politique générale du gouvernement. Première femme à la tête du ministère des Affaires étrangères allemand elle semble « respecter la traditionnelle mainmise de la chancellerie, sans pour autant renoncer à ses propres idées », explique à l’AFP le politologue Gero Neugebauer, tandis que M. Scholz n’entendrait pas se « laisser dicter les principes fondamentaux de la diplomatie allemande ».Plus prudente et temporisatrice la position du chancelier allemand, qui a fermement mis en garde contre tout relâchement de la volonté de défense commune au sein de l’OTAN. « Toute relativisation de la garantie d’assistance de l’OTAN ne profite qu’à ceux qui, comme Poutine, veulent nous affaiblir », a-t-il déclaré dans son discours de samedi. Scholz a également appelé les partenaires de l’UE à accroître leur aide financière à l’Ukraine et Il a ajouté que l’Allemagne avait presque doublé son aide militaire, qui s’élève désormais à plus de sept milliards d’euros, et qu’elle s’était engagée à verser six milliards supplémentaires.
Une défense pan-européenne commune face à la « menace » russe ?
A l’image des dirigeants de l’UE français et allemands, les leaders européens ont durci le ton face à Moscou, insistant non seulement sur la nécessité d’aider davantage l’Ukraine, mais aussi d’augmenter leurs propres capacités de défense. Tous les décideurs européens partagent le constat que l’Europe, dans son ensemble est impuissante, désunie et désarmée et qu’une série de défis cumulés imposent une politique de défense européenne et donc un autre modèle de la vieille culture de combat. Face à la convergence des intérêts russo-américains et à l’agenda convergente des priorités Trump- Poutine, l’Union Européenne – affirment-ils – doit être prête à faire la guerre et doit également développer des politiques industrielles de défense pan-européenne communes. Cet objectif est lisible dans les déclarations du Chancelier Scholz en ce qui concerne le réarmement industriel de l’Allemagne et, par conséquent, la remise en cause du modèle économique de la République Fédérale et de ses relations de bon voisinage avec la Russie. La redécouverte de la réalité et celle du déni de guerre à l’Est, imposent un virage stratégique majeur et impliquent une réflexion approfondie sur l’indépendance politique et l’autonomie capacitaire du continent face à l’Amérique et au sein de l’espace euro-atlantique, avec un remodelage des responsabilités en cas de crise, un élargissement de la couverture assurée par la dissuasion nucléaire et un autre modèle d’armée, avec un retour de la relation armée-Nation et de la notion de citoyen-soldat. Ainsi, derrière l’exposé de Scholz, pourrait se cacher un virage stratégique majeur de la politique de défense allemande et européenne. Ce virage résulterait de la convergence de deux différentes perceptions de la menace, une géopolitique (Poutine) et l’autre géostratégique (Trump, par la remise en cause de l’art.5 de l’Otan). L’Europe n’aurait d’autres solutions que celle antique et toujours actuelle de Végèce, écrivain militaire romain de la fin du IVème siècle p.Ch ,contenue dans son traité « Sur l’art de la guerre » : « Si vis pacem para bellum » (Si tu veux la paix prépare la guerre!). Ainsi, dans une réalité européenne et internationale menaçante, on est entrés dans l’ère des instabilités permanentes, annoncées par le flottement des « blocs instables » et par des revendications géopolitiques multipolaires.

Or, dans cette phase de préparation à la guerre (mondiale), ce qui est permanent, dans l’antagonisme séculaire entre Heartland et Rimland (Ière et IIème G.M.), est la figure de l’ennemi (la puissance montante), par rapport à celle de guerre. En effet comme nous l’explique Carl Schmitt, l’existence d’une hostilité subsistante, au-delà de la cessation des hostilités immédiates (dislocation de l’URSS, chute du mur de Berlin) est le sentiment d’hostilité, qui est manifestement le présupposé de l’état de guerre future (en préparation). En effet « Bellum manet, pugna restat » (le concept politique de guerre, l’antagonisme reste, le combat physique cesse). L’hostilité actuelle (vis-à-vis de la Russie et, en subordre de la Chine), tend à glisser progressivement vers son aboutissement inéluctable, une guerre totale, puisqu’elle ne résulte pas d’un traité, d’une norme, ni du droit international, mais du jugement du vainqueur (la puissance dominante puis hégémonique), condamnant le vaincu (dans les années 1900-1945 l’Allemagne montante, puis de 1945 à 1991, l’Union Soviétique). Ce glissement vers la guerre totale est par ailleurs repérable dans le bannissement, l’ostracisme, l’isolement, les proscriptions, les stigmatisations, les sanctions, les mises hors la loi, de celui qui a été désigné comme l’ennemi de la communauté internationale, bref l’agresseur. En effet l’agresseur et le fauteur de guerre selon le droit international est celui qui viole une frontière, ne respecte pas une procédure, un traité ou des accords légalement stipulés. Ainsi dans les catégories du droit pénal et criminel, l’auteur de ces actes délictueux est un criminel, indépendamment des provocations et des incitations pourtant très fortes à l’accomplissement des recommandations de géopoliticiens reconnus (Brzezinski). Et le jugement que l’histoire portera sur les décisions de paix ou de guerre dans les relations diplomatiques et militaires ne pourrons pas être tranchées par un quelconque tribunal international, pour des crimes déjà antérieurement assignés au profit des puissances qui dictent le droit. Or, l’extension de l’idée de guerre à la mise en œuvre préalable et indiscriminée de l’hostilité dans des domaines non militaires (sanctions économiques, financières, de libre circulation des personne et des biens, information, informatisation, et intelligence, collaboration scientifique, contrôle des réseaux, du monde universitaire et des médias), crée un « état intermédiaire de non paix-non guerre », mais plus proche de la belligérance ( envoi d’armes, de subsides , de faux volontaires, de bataillons sans drapeau, d’entrainement de forces d’élites, des appuis des « tiers -non engagés », comme dans les révolutions de couleur, de saboteurs et de « rangers »), qui permet de cacher la vérité de la guerre directe. Dans les conditions actuelles d’une guerre « hybride » les situations intermédiaires deviennent présomption de droit et fictions proliférantes. Dans les nouvelles conditions du monde où les religions se colorent de politique ,l’état intermédiaire entre guerre et paix fausse tous les jugements, de telle sorte que la paix ou l’idée de paix deviennent des fictions juridiques et, dissociées de la volonté de vaincre et « l’animus belligerandi », comme il a été fait au « Forum de Munich », ce qui reste de ce cumul de défis, intellectuels et politiques, est le concept d’hostilité, comme fondement et prélude à la guerre mondiale et totale.
PORTRAIT CRACHE – Depuis Addis-Abeba, où il fut ministre de la Santé d’Ethiopie, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus (OMS), a su tirer son épingle du jeu pour se forger une réputation internationale dans le domaine de la santé et devenir directeur général de l’OMS. Premier Africain à la tête de l’agence de l’ONU, après un premier mandat marqué au fer rouge par les polémiques, un scandale sexuel et une complaisance certaine pour la Chine, celui qui promettait en 2017 un accès universel aux soins tente désormais d’instaurer un Etat sanitaire mondial dans lequel l’OMS et son patron déclareront les pandémies et en dicteront l’agenda, ainsi que les marches à suivre pour en venir à bout.
Né à Asmara (capitale de l’Erythrée), Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus se définit comme un “enfant de la guerre”. Il grandit dans un pays où l’accès aux soins est loin d’être à la portée de tout le monde. Le décès de son frère de cinq ans, faute de soins, a vraisemblablement joué un rôle déterminant dans son parcours. S’il ne fait pas d’études de médecine, il obtient un premier diplôme en biologie à l’université d’Asmara, un master en immunologie des maladies infectieuses puis un doctorat en santé communautaire à l’université de Nottingham, au Royaume-Uni.
Seringue et capitaux : nerf de la guerre de la Fondation Gates
En 2005, Tedros Ghebreyesus devient ministre de la Santé de l’Ethiopie. Il hérite d’une infrastructure défaillante et d’un maigre budget dans un pays marqué par une extrême pauvreté. Addis-Abeba ne doit son système de santé, qui se concentre sur la lutte contre le VIH, la tuberculose et le paludisme, qu’aux donateurs de la communauté internationale. Le défi est colossal et Tedros Ghebreyesus entame son mandat par une réforme de son ministère, visant à former et déployer les praticiens de la santé sur l’intégralité du territoire. Selon des chiffres de l’OMS l’Éthiopie ne compte, en 2006, que 2,6 médecins pour 100 000 personnes…
On attribue à Ghebreyesus la construction de milliers de cliniques et l’OMS lui reconnaît sa capacité à décrocher des financements records. Pour ce faire, le ministre multiplie les initiatives internationales. Son pays est le premier à signer un accord dans le cadre du Partenariat international pour la santé. Il accède en 2007 à la présidence du partenariat Faire reculer le paludisme, puis devient membre, en 2009, du Conseil de coordination du programme de l’ONUSIDA (programme commun des Nations unies sur le VIH, NDLR).
Tedros Ghebreyesus devient la même année membre du Conseil du Fonds mondial de lutte contre le sida, la tuberculose et le paludisme. Il est aussi coprésident du Partenariat pour la santé de la mère, du nouveau-né et de l’enfant. Il est également membre du Conseil de l’Alliance mondiale pour les vaccins et la vaccination (GAVI), dont le principal pourvoyeur de fonds est la fondation Bill et Melinda Gates…
Le ministre de la Santé éthiopien commence à marquer des points sur la scène internationale, où il aiguise ses armes diplomatiques. Il quitte son poste en 2012, ayant été nommé par le Premier ministre ethiopien, Haile Mariam Dessalegn, à la tête des Affaires étrangères, poste qu’il occupera jusqu’à 2016.
Le 24 mai de cette même année, lors de la 69e Assemblée mondiale de la Santé, Tedros Ghebreyesus annonce sa candidature au poste de directeur général de l’OMS. Étant le seul candidat africain, l’UA (Union africaine) et les ministres de la Santé du continent se montrent très favorables à sa candidature. Plusieurs organisations emboîtent le pas à ses soutiens et des pays d’Afrique de l’Est financent sa campagne. La presse locale affirme que le Front de libération du peuple du Tigré, dont il a fait partie, aurait aussi contribué à son financement…
Big Pharma, Covid, Choléraet… scandales sexuels
La campagne pour l’élection de ce spécialiste de la malaria et du VIH, qui aime se faire appeler “Dr.Tedros”, ne se déroule pas sans polémique. En mai 2017, juste avant le scrutin, il est accusé d’avoir dissimulé trois épidémies de choléra en Ethiopie, lorsqu’il était ministre de la Santé. Des accusations qu’il rejette, conforté par la position de ses soutiens, notamment l’UA, qui soulignent que ces allégations émanent du conseiller de David Nabarro, un autre candidat à la direction de l’OMS…
“Dr. Tedros” est élu le 23 mai directeur général de l’OMS et devient le premier africain à diriger l’agence onusienne. Au début de son mandat, il s’impose comme un ardent défenseur de la couverture vaccinale universelle. Quelques-unes de ses nominations font grincer les dents et certains lui reprochent déjà son manque de transparence. Mais son visage devient vite familier de la lutte anti-Covid. La pandémie met pourtant à rude épreuve son sens diplomatique comme sa gouvernance. Il commence à incarner le visage d’une menace planant sur les libertés individuelles et civiques au nom de la lutte contre les pandémies.
En 2020, une pétition réclame sa démission. Tedros Ghebreyesus, qui supervise alors la réponse mondiale au Covid, suscite aussi les critiques pour sa complaisance envers la Chine. Il salue “la transparence” de Pékin pour ses “efforts de lutte contre la pandémie”, comme les mesures de confinement, au moment où la Chine est accusée par de nombreux pays, notamment occidentaux, de dissimuler des informations sur l’origine du virus. Des analystes interprètent cette position comme un renvoi d’ascenseur du patron de l’OMS à la Chine, qui avait soutenu sa candidature.
Les reproches pleuvent sur Tedros Ghebreyesus. On pointe du doigt l’attentisme de l’OMS d’abord, la soumission et la dépendance de l’agence à certains États membres, ensuite. En réaction à la “tendresse” certaine du directeur de l’OMS pour les Chinois, les États-Unis, présidés par Donald Trump, suspendent leur contribution financière à l’agence. En 2021, un scandale de violences sexuelles commises par des employés de l’OMS en République démocratique du Congo éclate. La réaction du patron est qualifiée de “molle” et “lente”…
Mais ce qui suscite par-dessus tout la polémique, c’est l’influence politique de certains Etats membres, comme les USA, et du lobby pharmaceutique. En misant sur un médicament pour soigner le Covid, l’OMS a négocié la possibilité que les laboratoires autorisent certains pays à produire leurs médicaments génériques et moins chers, sans que les grands laboratoires ne cèdent leurs brevets pour les vendre au prix fort sur les marchés qui les intéressent. Ces négociations devaient aussi garantir l’accès aux vaccins pour les pays à revenus faibles et intermédiaires. Un double échec, puisque les taux de vaccination dans ces régions sont restés faibles et que l’on reproche à l’OMS d’avoir favorisé les intérêts des grandes entreprises pharmaceutiques.
L’obsession de l’agence onusienne pour le coronavirus et les mesures préconisées, comme le confinement, ont aussi provoqué un regain d’autres maladies comme le paludisme, le VIH et la tuberculose, celles pour lesquelles Tedros Ghebreyesus est qualifié de “spécialiste”…
Le terme de son mandat approche alors que le DG de l’OMS est fragilisé par sa gestion de la pandémie, qui a mis à nu les défaillances de son agence.

On lui reproche, de surcroît, un style “autoritaire” et le climat de “peur” qu’il fait régner. Toutefois, il est le seul candidat en lice à sa succession. Il est donc réélu en mai 2022 et son changement de ton envers la Chine, à qui il reproche désormais de ne pas avoir été assez transparente, ne le prive toutefois pas du soutien de Pékin.
Après avoir fait campagne pour un accès universel aux soins lors de son premier mandat, “Dr. Tedros” a cette fois-ci un nouvel objectif : renforcer l’agence de l’ONU pour “mieux prévenir et gérer les futures épidémies”. Quoi de mieux pour sortir de sa dépendance vis-à-vis de certains États que d’instaurer un “État mondial médical” ?
Six mois avant sa réélection, les 194 États membres de l’OMS ont initié la création de l’Organe intergouvernemental de négociation (OIN), “chargé de rédiger et de négocier une convention, un accord ou un autre instrument international de l’OMS sur la prévention, la préparation et la riposte face aux pandémies”. L’une des propositions de l’OIN était “d’habiliter l’OMS à remplir son mandat en tant qu’autorité de direction et de coordination du travail sanitaire international, y compris pour la préparation et l’intervention en cas de pandémie”. L’autre recommandation, saluée par Tedros Ghebreyesus, est de doter l’OMS d’un pouvoir “juridiquement contraignant”. « On ne saurait trop insister sur l’importance d’un instrument juridiquement contraignant : il fera partie de notre héritage collectif pour les générations futures », déclare-t-il.
Ce Traité sur les pandémies suscite bien des inquiétudes. L’article 35 du document compromet l’article 19 de la Constitution de l’OMS, qui conditionne l’entrée en vigueur des accords onusiens aux règles constitutionnelles des États membres. L’article 35 du Traité prévoit la possibilité pour un État signataire d’appliquer, “à titre provisoire, de manière partielle ou complète”, les dispositions du texte, en contournant ainsi un vote d’un Parlement…
Glissement autoritaire…
En octobre 2023, Tedros Ghebreyesus annonce que les États membres négocient un nouvel accord destiné à “renforcer le cadre juridique de la réponse mondiale aux pandémies”. Celui-ci doit être examiné par l’Assemblée mondiale de la santé en 2024.
Plusieurs autres articles soulèvent les réserves de plusieurs experts, comme la question de la sécurité des laboratoires où sont étudiés des pathogènes dangereux, ou encore les modalités de conclusion de contrats pharmaceutiques. En outre, l’article 15 qui prévoit de doter le directeur général de l’OMS du pouvoir de déclarer les pandémies passe très mal…
Le Règlement sanitaire international (RSI) est une autre source d’inquiétude. Plusieurs pays craignent une “tournure autoritaire” du texte qui porterait atteinte à la souveraineté des États membres.
Lundi 22 janvier 2024, “Dr Tedros” a exprimé son pessimisme quant à la possibilité de trouver un accord : “Les générations futures ne nous pardonneront peut-être pas de ne pas tenir les engagements pris au plus fort de la pandémie”, estime-t-il.
Est-ce que ces générations futures ne lui pardonneront pas plutôt leur perte de liberté ?

Erdogan hat das Präsidentenamt seit 2014 inne, zuvor war er seit 2003 Ministerpräsident. Seit 2014 wird der Präsident direkt gewählt, 2017 wurde das Amt weiter gestärkt. Im Mai 2023 wurde Erdogan für fünf weitere Jahre wiedergewählt. “Ich setze meine Arbeit ohne Unterbrechung fort”, sagte Erdogan. “Für mich ist dies ein Finale.”

Sometimes I wonder if very high education and learning can be an impediment to clear thinking. So many highly educated, prestigious, individuals calmly accept without question the numbers published by various authorities, on the deaths in Gaza. But when you ignore all the learned and official stuff – and just stop and think about this matter – they’re counting only the deaths that have been definitely identified, not the number who lie under the rubble of the bombing.
Fortunately, not all prestigious individuals are as complacent as that. U.N. Secretary-General António Guterres, warned of an “‘unknown number of people’ – believed to be in the tens of thousands – lying under the rubble of buildings brought down by Israeli strikes.”
And what about the deaths from disease, malnutrition, starvation? Are these deaths from “natural causes” – or from the actions of the Israeli campaign against the Gazans?
Ralph Nader gives an estimate – considering all factors, of a Palestinian death toll today of 200,000 – a number “accelerating by the hour”
And here’s another matter for clear thinking. The Israeli administration and their supporters are vociferous about the evil of Hamas. And I think that they are right about this . Hamas (Harakat al-Muqawama al-Islamiya ) can purport to respect other nations, and merely seek Palestinian rights, but in fact, their beliefs are profoundly anti-Jewish, denying the Holocaust, aiming to destroy the State of Israel and kill all Jews.
But – not all Gazans believe in that extreme philosophy. Many adults there have joined Hamas simply because that is necessary to get a decent job. And are we to believe that all children there understand and support that philosophy?
So – the Hamas philosophy is evil. Does that make Jewish Zionism good?
Zionism should not be confused with Judaism. Zionism is not the Jewish religion. It is a philosophy dedicated to the continuance of “the Jewish State” run by “the chosen people” at all costs, and the eradication of those untermenschen – the Palestinians. It’s very like Nazism – it’s OK to kill children , pregnant women, anyone -in revenge for Hamas’ violent actions.
Of course, there are historic reasons for the development of Zionism, and of Hamas. But that doesn’t make either of them OK.
Clear thinking is not black and white, supporting one side because we’ve decided that the other side is evil.
Clear thinking is about what is actually happening now. 200,000 Gazans have been killed, and that number is accelerating, – as the world-leader USA feigns regret, pretends to help the Gazans, while funding Israel and providing the weapons for the killing.
Meanwhile – the USA focusses on two individuals strutting about, trying to become the next President, each boasting about himself, and how bad his opponent is – both apparently oblivious to the reality of Gazan catastrophe that America is promoting – what a pathetic sight – American politics!
