Seitdem hat Selenskyj ähnliche Abkommen mit mehreren Ländern unterzeichnet, die im Volksmund sarkastisch „Budapest“ genannt werden (in Anlehnung an das berühmte Budapester Memorandum von 1994, in dem die Ukraine auf Atomwaffen verzichtete), darunter Deutschland, Frankreich und Dänemark. Allerdings wurde von Anfang an bewusst gesagt, dass die Ukraine nicht in die NATO aufgenommen würde. The Tucker Carlson interview with Mike Benz (here summarised with commentary) is probably the greatest expose of the activities of that globalist corporatism which is destroying democratic nations, provoking war abroad and a totalitarian war against their own people at home – hand in glove with the modern high tech industries and the old “legacy” media. The link to the full interview is at the bottom of this article.
Mike Benz had the cyber portfolio at the US State Department. He’s now executive director of the Foundation for Freedom Online. Benz points out that three developments were critical in the creation of the modern tyranny.
The post war media exploitation by the West to undermine the communist Soviet union with broadcast western propaganda (like the USA funded Freedom Radio in Europe)
the 1948 UN Declaration on Human Rights and the 1966 UN International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights which affirmed Under Article 1 the right to self-determination and
the Gerasimov doctrine which declared the superior power of media propaganda aimed at nations’ populations over military invasion (at a proportion of 4:1). The Russian General saw in western methods of war:
“the importance of controlling the information space and the real-time coordination of all aspects of a campaign, in addition to the use of targeted strikes deep in enemy territory and the destruction of critical civilian as well as military infrastructure.”
This is very much the NATO/EU approach to the war in Yugoslavia (the lockstep of the mainstream media, the use of US PR agencies and the bombing of the Belgrade television station) and now in Ukraine where the information war is so “effective” that when things go wrong they cannot catch up with their own military failure so that artificial support for the war goes hand in glove with devastating human and infrastructure losses.
Benz says that at the beginning free speech was the ally in the cold war and:
All of that architecture, all the NGOs, the relationships between the tech companies and the national security state had been long established for freedom.
Benz traces the change from the tool of the foreign policy freedom agenda to exploitation of the media for control and censorship at home and abroad to the US funded 2014 coup in Ukraine against the elected government and the counter move in Crimea – with the full support of that population for the return to Russia:
And when the hearts and minds of the people of Crimea voted to join the Russian Federation, that was the last straw for the concept of free speech on the internet in the eyes of NATO – as they saw it. The fundamental nature of war changed at that moment.
There followed the fundamental change in domestic politics, media and law which all western so called “democracies” have experienced in spades in recent years. As Tucker Carlson summarised:
In other words, you can say something that is factually accurate and consistent with your own conscience. And in previous versions of America, you had an absolute right to say those things. But now – because someone doesn’t like them or because they’re inconvenient to whatever plan the people in power have, they can be denounced as disinformation and you could be stripped of your right to express them either in person or online.
But did anyone at NATO or anyone at the State Department pause for a moment and say, wait a second, we’ve just identified our new enemy as democracy within our own countries?
Of course the whole State /corporate censorship and cancellation structure relies on the corporate ownership of all the major economic, media, medical, military, business and new tech areas of the modern State. These are of course in many ways trumped by their supra-national equivalents in the UN, World Health Organisation, Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the self styled World Economic Forum etc where national electorates and even their governments have far less control.
Of course the very nature of the self perpetuating corporate (whose life span far exceeds that of the individuals who temporarily “control” them) means that their elitists are in fact functionaries wept along by the unaccountable powers they have created. No democracy brings them back down to earth by counter information, objection, public opinion or the inconvenience of election.
The decisions of the WHO for instance are apparently taken not by positive vote but by the lack of negative votes! And their new totalitarian Pandemic Treaty and international health regulations could pass on that basis. A classic tool of the authoritarian.
Google Origins in US Deep State
Mike Benz looks at one of the most powerful censorship tools at the disposal of the supranational globalist corporatists – Google. (Democracy is a perpetual search for information and truth. Ii is corporatists like Google who now control the search). He describes its initial agency for free speech:
Google began as a DARPA (the US Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) grant by Larry Page and Sergey Brin when they were Stanford PhDs, and they got their funding as part of a joint CIA NSA program to chart how “birds of a feather flock together online” through search engine aggregation. And then one year later they launched Google and then became a military contractor. Quickly thereafter, they got Google Maps by purchasing a CIA satellite software essentially, and the ability to use free speech on the internet as a way to circumvent state control over media over in places like Central Asia and all around the world,
And all of the internet free speech technology was initially created by our national security state – VPNs, virtual private networks to hide your IP address, tour the dark web, to be able to buy and sell goods anonymously, end-to-end encrypted chats.
All of these things were created initially as DARPA projects or as joint CIA NSA projects to be able to help intelligence backed groups, to overthrow governments that were causing a problem to the Clinton administration or the Bush administration or the Obama administration.
Just as vote counting systems were also developed to rig elections in countries where the regimes were targeted by the USA so they were then turned on domestic “democratic” elections.
UK in Censorship Cartel:
Benz emphasises the international nature of the media manipulation industry in which the UK government took a leading role in this “political warfare”:
An industry had been created that spanned the Pentagon, the British Ministry of Defense and Brussels into a organized political warfare outfit, essentially infrastructure that was created initially stationed in Germany and in Central and eastern Europe to create psychological buffer zones, basically to create the ability to have the military work with the social media companies to censor Russian propaganda and then to censor domestic, right-wing populist groups in Europe who were rising in political power at the time because of the migrant crisis.
One of the most frightening setbacks for these corporatist “rulers of the world” was (for them and Prime Minister Cameron who instigated the vote) the Brexit referendum of June, 2016 when Britain voted to leave the European Union. Benz:
The very next month at the Warsaw Conference, NATO formally amended its charter to expressly commit to hybrid warfare as this new NATO capacity. So they went from basically 70 years of tanks to this explicit capacity building for censoring tweets if they were deemed to be Russian proxies. And again, it’s not just Russian propaganda this, these were now Brexit groups or groups like Mateo Salvini in Italy or in Greece or in Germany or in Spain with the Vox Party.
The association by the Establishments of any opposition to the elitists globalist plans with Russia were of course nonsense and the complete failure of the Russia-gate attack on Donald Trump was typical.
Overcoming UN Declaration of Sovereign Right
Benz makes the point (see the Gerasimov discussion above) that UN Declarations had severely restricted the military solutions of the imperialist era.
So you can no longer run a traditional military occupation government in the way that we could in 1898, for example, when we took the Philippines, everything had to be done through a sort of political legitimisation process whereby there’s some ratification from the hearts and minds of people within the country.
Benz notes that, although it was always illegal for the State Department, the Defense Department, and the CIA to operate on US soil the fraudulent Democratic Party and Deep State claim that Donald Trump was a Russian asset benefiting from “Russian disinformation” allowed the above agencies to claim this was not just a foreign policy issue but a domestic threat to democracy.
And so they were able to launder the entire democracy promotion regime change toolkit just in time for the 2020 election
But the Russia-gate attack on Trump was a fraud as a two year investigation by special counsel Robert Mueller showed.
But the whole process had allowed the State apparatus (“spanning DHS, the FBI, the CIA, the DOD, the DOJ, and then the thousands of government funded NGO and private sector mercenary firms” as Benz says) to pivot to the disinformation/censorship “threat to democracy” in time for the 2020 election.
The Sentinel Class
Benz describes the new corporatist fascist state system of control, marginalisation and censorship:
But then after Russiagate died and they used a simple democracy promotion predicate, then it gave rise to this multi-billion dollar censorship industry that joins together the military industrial complex, the government, the private sector, the civil society organizations, and then this vast cobweb of media allies and professional fact checker groups that serve as this sort of sentinel class that surveys every word on the internet.
Benz then talks about the State Department’s Global Engagement Center, which was created by a former journalist Rick Stengel who described himself as Obama’s propaganda in chief and had a track record of attacking free speech, despite having previously described himself as a free speech absolutist! (This is typical of the kind of people State corporatism attracts – absolutists, totalitarians, power crazed with their own political agenda but never accountable to the people through distasteful elections)
These people saw the Internet as a threat because unlike the established mainstream media the very atomistic nature of different actors reaching large numbers of people (even “influencers” today reach millions more than the typical newspaper) was a threat to their and governments’ control of the “narrative”.
Their solution of course was not to compete with what they see as “the truth” but to censor and ban them and turn their own “news” into overt propaganda. A good example is qualifying reports of those they see as a threat with words like “unproven” or “without evidence”.
Mass Censorship – Weapons of Mass Deletion
Benz notes that The Atlantic Council in January, 2017 pressured European governments to pass censorship laws to create a transatlantic system of censorship.
One of the ways they did this was by getting Germany to pass something called Nets DG in August, 2017, which essentially kicked off the era of automated censorship in the US. What Nets DG required was, unless social media platforms wanted to pay a $54 million fine for each instance of speech, each post left up on their platform for more than 48 hours that had been identified as hate speech, they would be fined basically into bankruptcy when you aggregate 54 million over tens of thousands of posts per day.
But to avoid that internet platforms could use artificial intelligence based censorship technologies to scan and ban speech automatically.
And this gave rise to what I call these weapons of mass deletion. These are essentially the ability to sensor tens of millions of posts with just a few lines of code
“With a few lines of code” is of course a clever technical achievement but which acts in real discussion and everyday political interaction as a simplistic and moronic intervention censoring those who attack “x” as well as those promoting “x”.
University Censors Paid
Benz asserts that there are now over 60 universities getting federal government grants to do the censorship work. Profitable work if you can get it – with State payments creating even more distortion of teaching and research at those universities. (see for instance the long established corruption analysed in Dr David Lewis’s book “Science for Sale” Skyhorse Publishing 2014). The government academic complex is equivalent to Eisenhower’s warning about the military industrial version!
COVID Censorship
Doubts about the origins of COVID, the wisdom and enormous costs of lockdowns, the vaccine boost to infections and vaccine deaths and even publishing Governments’ own statistics on vaccine adverse reactions were unwelcome to the medical/pharmaceutical industrial complex. So discussion of them had to be silenced or mitigated.
Benz describes the VIRALITY PROJECT:
which mapped 66 different narratives that dissidents we’re talking about around covid, everything from COVID origins to vaccine efficacy. And then they broke down these 66 claims into all the different factual sub claims. And then they plugged these into these essentially machine learning models to be able to have a constant world heat map of what everybody was saying about covid. And whenever something started trending that was bad for what the Pentagon wanted or was bad for what Tony Fauci wanted, they were able to take down tens of millions of posts.
Ballot Rigging Censorship
Benz told Carlson that “They did this in the 2020 election with mail-in ballots. It was the same”. It became important to deny vote rigging in the 2020 election and even censor legitimate doubts about the outcome of the election (which time has proven justified with 100,000 votes from the dead in one state alone and films of ballot box stuffing).
But the fascist US regime actually made the claim that questioning the legitimacy of the mail in ballots was itself illegitimate! Benz:
So just like that, you had this cybersecurity agency able to legally make the argument that your tweets about mail-in ballots if you undermine public faith and confidence in them as a legitimate form of voting you were now conducting a cyber attack on US critical infrastructure articulating misinformation on Twitter …..…
Of course there was no criticism of Hillary Clinton for challenging the outcome of the 2016 election which she lost!
I am going to leave it there. There is much more and here is a taster of how the threat to the Deep State, the political class, the mainstream media, foreign policy and the military developed as mass communication via the Internet emancipated and gave power to alternative narratives which corporatist fascists call “populists”:
Internet 1.0 didn’t even have social media from 1991 to 2004, there was no social media at all. 2004, Facebook came out 2005, Twitter, 2006, YouTube 2007, the smartphone. And in that initial period of social media, nobody was getting subscriber ships at the level where they actually competed with legacy news media
But the German Marshall Fund held a meeting in 2019..…….when a four star general got up on the panel and posed the question, what happens to the US military? What happens to the national security state when the New York Times is reduced to a medium sized Facebook page?
You couldn’t get a story killed. You couldn’t have this favors for favors relationship. You couldn’t promise access to some random person with 700,000 followers who’s got an opinion on Syrian gas. And so this induced, and this was not a problem for the initial period of social media from 2006 to 2014 because there were never dissident groups that were big enough to be able to have a mature enough ecosystem on their own. And all of the victories on social media had gone in the way of where the money was, which was from the State Department and the Defense Department and the intelligence services.
But then as that maturity happened, you now had this situation after the 2016 election where they said, okay, now the entire international order might come undone. 70 years of unified foreign policy from Truman until Trump are now about to be broken.

According to the Munich Security Index, perception of risks differs greatly between the leading Western countries and the Global South (BICS, as they put it, that is BRICS minus Russia). However environmental risks are seen as the most serious ones in both groups.
Today, we can say that after years and years of testing all over the world, the time has come for the internationalization and globalization of war.
Looking at the present day, under the light of the formulation revealed by Astrid Klein’s “The Shock Doctrine” is an enlightening challenge and absolutely reveals the historical importance of the analysis that is carried out, even if, in my opinion, it suffers from a certain “historical punctuality” considering the moments of application of a process that has come to be known as “neo-liberal economic shock theory”.
Klein’s analysis, based on known historical facts, recounts secret CIA experiments in psychology and psychiatry, the application of the techniques in Pinochet’s Chile and many other countries (including post-Soviet Russia), and the neo-liberal doctrine of Milton Friedman’s “Chicago Boys”, tells us of a process whereby the population is put into a permanent state of shock in order to leave it unresponsive (as in lobotomy treatments), so that, under the cover of the generated amorphism, extremely unpopular measures are applied which, above all, are diametrically opposed to the interests of the majority. The very process of discrediting politics and politicians also serves as a pretext for the same type of action. Take Trump, Bolsonaro, Milei, Meloni, Duda or Zelensky. The kind of demagogic shock (using corruption, mass migration, etc.) gives birth to a pretext that works under the same assumptions.
However, and bearing in mind the unquestionable topicality of the approach, analyzing the world today according to this theory reveals a truth that, in my opinion, negates the idea of a certain “historical punctuality” of the neo-liberal economic shock. In my opinion, Astrid Klein’s approach, at that time, showed us a world in which the US was unleashing — and is unleashing — processes of transformation aimed at subverting the national and popular sovereignty, democracy and freedom of the peoples, in order to place their nations at the service of the process of neo-liberal and imperialist accumulation. The successive clashes are taking place in circumscribed national spaces and in a chronology whose origins go back to Pinochet’s Chile, but which lacks a certain continuity, as if we were dealing with a gang that was jumping from country to country, without ever reaching the whole.
Now, while Klein’s approach proposes a certain national circumscription, the historical events of the last 23 years point us towards a globalization or internationalization of the shock doctrine, towards its historical continuity and towards a totalizing dimension, encompassing all dimensions of our lives from the outset and not just on arrival.
Given what we know today, I can’t help but think that the chronologically linked examples of the application of the shock doctrine are nothing more than experiments, constantly being perfected, aimed at an epilogue, an epilogue that we are experiencing today. The globalization and internationalization of the neo-liberal shock, along with its phenomenological diversification. It no longer only affects the economic or social component, but also health, the state, security, defense, information and propaganda. This is the clear materialization of another doctrine, the doctrine of “full spectrum dominance”.
With the turn of the 21st century, everything changed! On September 11, 2001, the world was shocked by a terrorist attack of spectacular proportions, which culminated in the collapse of three towers in New York. As if Hollywood had been asked to prepare a terrorist attack. The American — and Western — population was in a state of shock, stunned, and we soon began to see direct attacks on the way of life that so many considered to be eternal — remember Fukuyama — and historically perfected. In the US, we saw the publication of the Patriot Act and the start of the War on Terror.
State surveillance became part of American life and, a little later, European life, particularly after renewed waves of terrorist shocks in Spain, England and France. The proven link between the perpetrators of terrorist acts — Al-Qaeda — and their creators, very few took, or wanted to take, notice of. Today, we go into a supermarket, visit a museum, make a phone call or take a photograph and we have the guarantee that, somewhere in space, that information will be processed, aggregated, integrated, analyzed and stored. Terrorism has become part of our lives and, under that pretext, mass surveillance. Bin Laden became the devil himself, the demon who terrorized the dreams of our little children, who would be protected by the omnipresent Pentagon and other “deep state” agencies. It was this “deep state” that took the opportunity to generalize and normalize torture, concentration camps like Guantánamo and the secret, or not so secret, prisons where all those who oppose the imperial designs are still held today. It was time to internationalize the terror that the Middle East had felt almost since the founding of the Anglo-Saxon spearhead in the region, the Zionist state of Israel and its infamous Mossad.
Back in 2008, the world was shocked by the subprime crisis. Supposedly, the American banking system was collapsing, which was soon followed by Europe and many other countries around the world. The pretext of the banking crisis, then combined with the sovereign debt shock, created the ideal social ground for the acceptance of measures to unbridled attack the rights of workers and their families, the like of which had never been seen in Western European countries. Eastern Europe had already experienced this with the fall of the USSR.
Wages, pensions, vacations, collective bargaining, freedom of association, the right to strike, public jobs, working hours, various subsidies, public health services, education, housing — everything was cut outright, with a destructive drive only surpassed by Milei’s demented insanity. This is a known historical fact, documented and proven by the degradation of the victims’ living conditions: the neo-liberal dystopia has never worked, not even temporarily. It is only the most aggressive form of accumulation, materialized in suction, looting and outright plunder, destroying value and latent social potential.
These two moments of shock, the security shock in 2001 and the economic shock in 2008, in contrast to what was happening here and there until the end of the 1990s, with the interventions of the International Monetary Fund in various countries; these two cases represented an ambitious leap forward in the modus operandi of the ruling elites; neo-liberal plunder was now being carried out wholesale, on a widespread basis, benefiting from the international institutional and normative architecture, which had been set up after the Second World War and was fully dominated after the fall of the USSR.
The ground was prepared to move on from the punctual, case-by-case and circumscribed test to its globalization. Instead of attacking country by country, using the IMF as a catalyst for the process of dollarization and appropriation (mainly through privatizations) of capital and financial influence, or with the Pentagon as the advance guard of the forces of “freedom and democracy”; with 11/07/2001 and the “subprime crisis”, we were all able to witness the internationalization and globalization of the shock doctrine. The neo-liberal shockwaves were transmitted transnationally and globally. Few countries resisted its effects and its use as a pretext for imposing draconian economic and social measures. Those that did — and do — suffer the “sanctions from hell”! It was time to bring the savagery created elsewhere to Borrel’s “garden”.
People had not yet recovered from these two shocks when we woke up to the spasms of an even greater one, infinitely stronger and more powerful. The Covid-19 pandemic. If the previous ones had worked and no one relatively capable had questioned and complicated the accounts, why not try something even more overwhelming? The images from Wuhan traveled the world, and according to the chronicles, millions were going to die in China alone… Only to find out later that this was precisely where it didn’t happen.
Vaccines have become part of our lives like never before, paid for at a premium and preferably from a US source. Those that were produced, all over the world, were not on the Western menu, with very few exceptions and ample reserves. Ursula Von der Leyen negotiated bespoke contracts, now made secret and supplied with erasures so that they cannot be read in their entirety, having bought the equivalent of 5 vaccines per European citizen, most of them from the laboratory headed by her own husband. It was a time when every day, all of us, woke up to the sound, or reading, of the daily reports of deaths and infections. The succession of shocks lasted literally two years, and never before had humanity experienced an induced shock on this scale.
But while the amount of money raised by American pharmaceutical companies in this process of neo-liberal globalization of health, which thrives precisely on disease, has reached records never before achieved by Phizer, Moderna, Johnson&Johnson and others, the shockwaves have not been limited to this act of outright plunder, in which taxpayers’ money has been called upon to finance the development, acquisition, distribution and administration of vaccines. Another lottery was that of diagnostic tests. Never before had private testing laboratories profited so much.
But anyone who thinks that, under the cover of the neo-liberal shockwaves, the plundering has stopped at vaccines and diagnostic tests is mistaken. The world has witnessed a whole wave of privatization of health care, resulting from the increase in the relative financial power of the pharmaceutical industry and health services. With more economic power than ever before (and it was already a lot), as a result of the plundering that took place, it wasn’t long before they used it to put unprecedented pressure on public health services, seeking to privatize them. They finance parties, pay for information campaigns, television programs, conferences and even… new and possible pandemics!
To add to the shockwaves, fear and terror, even society closed its doors, just as it did in the Middle Ages when the plague came. It was a time when big companies made brutal profits from lay-offs paid for by states, particularly European ones, at a premium. They stopped, produced nothing, but continued to make a profit… Anything better than that? The whining didn’t stop, however, and, as always, subsidies rained down on companies — small companies at first — but which, as always and on arrival, ended up in the pockets of the big ones.
Once again, labor rights were trampled on, freedom of expression, freedom of opinion and even freedom of the press and information. In the mainstream press, nothing was said about the slightest criticism. As the “Twitter files” revealed, the big health corporations spared no effort to hide their trail of corruption, disease and blood. And in the end, after so much disinformation, censorship and manipulation, people are slowly beginning to admit that vaccines also kill, with the defenders of this pandemic therapy going into fallible justifications about the supposedly higher mortality of Covid-19.
In the USA, the country that produced the vaccines, the most people died. And please don’t see any pretension on my part to deny the important role of vaccines and public vaccination policies, when they are fair and dedicated to preserving health rather than profiting from disease. What has happened here is something quite different: a disease is introduced, acting as a shockwave, to make people drop their guards and sell expensive vaccines of dubious origin. Vaccines with accelerated and unreliable tests, manipulated, hidden and censored results, which were imposed on the majority of Western populations. The right to choose was violated, for example by forcing those who traveled to get vaccinated. When efforts go so far and so many rights are trampled on, paying to hide existing information, it’s because something is not well explained.
From 2020 to 2022, it was time to globalize the experiments that were already known to be taking place in poor countries, specifically in Africa. If the War on Terror globalized the terrorist shock as a pretext to invade, plunder, control, censor, persecute and monitor, processes that had already been tried in African countries, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America; with Covid-19, it was a question of expanding the pandemic shock that had previously been tried in impoverished countries. Countries where poverty is used as a pretext to test new transmission methods and innovative shock treatments. I’m not at all shocked that much of this work also finds theoretical support in the infamous Kissinger report, which is dedicated to finding solutions for controlling the world’s population. The secret laboratories we find all over the place will certainly not fail to bring us new shock waves.
Today, we can say that after years and years of testing all over the world, the time has come for the internationalization and globalization of war. After Euromaindan, a whole process of normalizing war, the fear and terror of war, began in our daily lives. First, with the way the Special Military Operation was handled, characterized as a barbaric invasion, during which new shocks were induced in the Western population, whether through false narratives such as the “Bucha massacre”, the bombing of “schools and hospitals”, the infamous — and cartoonish — bombing of NPP Zaporozhye, in which it can be said that it is full of Russian soldiers and, at the same time, that it is bombed by them; the ever-present possibility of chemical, biological and nuclear attacks by the same old people: the “infernal and evil” Russians.
Under the cover of the shockwaves, war, arms distribution and investment in the military-industrial complex are normalized, while health, housing, education and wages are left behind; the — previously impossible — nuclear war is gradually entering our minds, specifically through the constant threat of Russia’s “invasion of NATO”. No one talks about the nonsense this means, or the historical and scientific inconsistency of the hypothesis. It’s not time for that, it’s time for propaganda shock.
And if the conflict in Ukraine allowed for the internationalization of eternal war, dragging an entire Europe into its own economic and social suicide; the Ukrainian shock allowed for another globalization, that of uniform propaganda, that of a single narrative. Never before has a narrative been so solid in the international arena. Once again, it’s the same methodology: inflict successive doses of shock, as many as necessary, until even the most critical are left without a reaction. Not because the narrative is true, but because it becomes suffocating.
This shock has given rise to yet another pretext for attacking our rights, this time directly affecting freedom of expression and opinion. The fact is that the legacy of this therapy is the internationalization and normalization of censorship, whether direct, from Russian channels, or indirect, from all opponents, on social networks. Never again will information circulate as before, and it will be filtered under the pretext of the need to defend ourselves from disinformation and propaganda. In other words, successive shocks of disinformation and propaganda, giving rise to censorship against the truth. Because censorship, and let there be no mistake, is always against the truth. It always aims to hide the truth, the possibility of comparison, the dialectical movement in the construction of thought.
From this evolution, we can draw two direct conclusions: the process of applying the shock doctrine evolved from the nation state to the entire world; it also evolved, from the financial component, to broader ones, such as total war; always in an increasing logic of evolution from the least to the most complex, until, if we do not prevent it, our total destruction.
From the particular to the general, this is the movement that led to the refinement, expansion and globalization of the shock doctrine. The most impoverished countries serve as guinea pigs, allowing the test that is then generalized to the whole world. This is the essence of American and Western hegemony; this is why it is in direct contradiction with the interests of the peoples!
And they bring us into a world of permanently induced, international, multifaceted and totalizing shocks, always under the pretext for which lies in the “need for protection”; but the result is unequivocal: with each session, each layer, we find ourselves increasingly gagged, conditioned and impoverished.
The ultimate contradiction: the more shocked we are, the more disarmed we become!
