«Washington y Londres empezaron a temer la traición de muchos representantes de la élite de Kiev», reza el comunicado del organismo.
El Servicio de Inteligencia Exterior de Rusia (SVR, por sus siglas en ruso) reveló que Occidente planea introducir el cargo de “enviado especial” en Ucrania para poder influir en Kiev y que pueda tomar decisiones “correctas”, señala el comunicado del organismo.
De acuerdo con la publicación, EE.UU. y el Reino Unido tratan de convencer a otros países del G7 sobre la necesidad de crear este puesto de “virrey” en el Estado ucraniano.
“Se espera que tenga acceso constante al presidente [Vladímir] Zelenski y conozca todos sus planes. El ‘enviado especial’ también tendrá que bloquear los pasos de los dirigentes ucranianos no acordados con Washington y Londres, proponiendo en su lugar soluciones correctas, desde el punto de vista anglosajón”, indica el texto citando al director de la Inteligencia rusa, Serguéi Naryshkin.
El comunicado menciona que así los países de Occidente siguen robusteciendo sus mecanismos de “administración exterior directa del territorio bajo control del régimen de Kiev”, detallando que entre las posibles candidaturas a este cargo figura el secretario general de la OTAN, Jens Stoltenberg.
Según el SVR, esta idea surgió dada la posición actual de Ucrania en su conflicto con Rusia, agravada por los fracasos en el frente, incluida la contraofensiva, las disputas sobre la movilización y las dificultades en recibir la ayuda militar desde países occidentales. “En este sentido, Washington y Londres empezaron a temer la traición de muchos representantes de la élite de Kiev, que podrían intentar ‘adelantarse a los acontecimientos’ pasándose de antemano al bando de los futuros vencedores”, añadió el organismo.
Por otra parte, la Inteligencia rusa cree que existe una alta probabilidad de que la creación del puesto de “virrey” en Kiev no conduzca a los resultados esperados por EE.UU. y el Reino Unido. Frente a ello, vaticina que el “enviado especial” no se mantendrá durante mucho tiempo “en el pantano de Kiev, lleno de odio mutuo, intrigas, engaños, halagos y traiciones”.
El Consejo de la Unión Europea (UE) aprueba la decisión de retener los ingresos procedentes de los activos rusos para su posible uso en beneficio de Ucrania.

“El Consejo adoptó hoy [12 de febrero] una decisión y un reglamento que aclaran las obligaciones de los Depositarios Centrales de Valores [DCV] que poseen activos y reservas del Banco Central de Rusia, que están inmovilizados como consecuencia de las medidas restrictivas de la UE”, indica el comunicado del Consejo de la UE.
El Consejo decidió, en particular, que “los DCV poseedores de más de un millón de euros de activos del Banco Central de Rusia, deben contabilizar por separado los ingresos monetarios extraordinarios acumulados debido a las medidas restrictivas de la UE y también deben tener por separado los ingresos correspondientes”.
Esta decisión, precisa el texto, “allana el camino para que el Consejo decida sobre un posible establecimiento de una contribución financiera al presupuesto de la UE, recaudada con estos beneficios netos, para apoyar a Ucrania, su recuperación y reconstrucción en una etapa posterior”, señala.
Según el Consejo, esta contribución financiera podrá canalizarse a través del presupuesto de la UE.
Alrededor de 300.000 millones de euros, o casi la mitad de las reservas monetarias del Banco de Rusia, fueron inmovilizadas en la UE y en los países del G7 tras el lanzamiento de la operación militar rusa en Ucrania.
El Kremlin ha puntualizado en más de una ocasión que esa confiscación violaría todas las normas del derecho internacional y la tacharon de “bandidismo económico”.

La recesión (crisis) se abre paso a través de Europa. No es algo que afecte solo a esta economía regional. Es algo mundial, aunque amortiguada por factores exógenos al propio proceso de producción capitalista. Hace ya mucho que es así, que la interconexión de las relaciones de producción en el ámbito internacional, no ofrecen otra posibilidad. Todavía sigue vigente aquella frase de “cuando Estados Unidos estornuda el mundo se resfría” que se acuñó con la Gran Depresión del 29. Todavía más en estos tiempos en los que la Unión Europea ha asumido un papel de sumisión a los intereses del bloque imperialista comandado por EE.UU.
La crisis es estructural del propio capitalismo, y por lo tanto, afecta a la totalidad de países que se aferran a esta formación social. Lógicamente, en mayor o menor medida, según tengan estructuras más débiles o menos, con menor o mayor capacidad de generación de plusvalor, que no de apropiación del mismo, correspondientes al capitalismo central o periférico…, se exacerba y manifiesta primero o con posterioridad.
En este sentido, Europa, por su alta dependencia energética y de materias primas, se condenó a morir cuando rehusó los suministros rusos por vía directa, encareciendo la sangre que dio viabilidad a continuar el desarrollo económico del milagro alemán y fue motor del resto de Europa. A cambio, camina hacia su reconversión en campo de batalla para confrontar con Rusia en un Frente Europeo, que la OTAN prepara, como salida al callejón que el colapso capitalista nos depara.
El Banco Mundial prevé un crecimiento mundial para 2024 de solo el 2,4 %, el más bajo desde la pandemia. En Europa, la industria alemana se ha paralizado durante este 2023, y por lo tanto, el resto de su economía. La totalidad de la Eurozona dejó el año con estancamiento y 2024 no parece que vaya a mejorar las previsiones, sino todo lo contrario. La Comisión Europea y el Banco Central Europeo rebajan sus previsiones de crecimiento.
Las esperanzas de mejora son vacuas. Todas las miras están puestas en revertir los datos de la inflación, sin entender que la contención vendrá de la mano de la desinversión y la caída del consumo. A menor demanda, bajarán los precios, cumpliendo así con los objetivos. De hecho, los actuales precios del diésel, son fruto, principalmente del descenso de la demanda, lo que escenifica la crisis en la que ya estamos instalados.
Por otro lado, la “fe” en que los fondos de recuperación Next Generation generen un empuje sigue, a pesar de la evidencia de su fracaso, en liza. Quizá porque en realidad, el negocio consista en mantener la ficción al máximo, posibilitando así, continuar la transferencia de riqueza de la clase trabajadora a los monopolios en un proceso de expolio a los pueblos de Europa, a sabiendas que no supondrá la apertura de un nuevo periodo de acumulación, que ni está, ni se le espera.
McGovern shared this sentiment during an interview on the «Health Ranger Report,» hosted by the Health Ranger Mike Adams. The program host acknowledged that Moscow was really willing to back away from escalation. However, the West has done the opposite, showing intentional provocation in a bid to provoke Putin to overreact.
The founder of Natural News and Brighteon.com continued that Putin has exercised a lot of discipline and restraint in dealing with the ongoing conflict so far – a sentiment his guest agreed with. According to McGovern, the Russian leader is giving the West a chance to admit its mistake of getting involved in the conflict. But the Health Ranger said that Putin is going to have to wait for a very long time before the West makes such an admission, given its overconfidence and incompetence.
«I think one of the great examples of this [is the West] thinking that all of these harsh economic sanctions against Russia would shut down [its] economy and prohibit [it] from being able to manufacture munitions,» said Adams. «But what happened instead is that … all its investments remained local. Russia began locally sourcing all the components – including electronic components and obviously, steel and raw materials.»
March 2022 peace deal would have ended the war sooner
According to McGovern, a deal between Kyiv and Moscow was already prepared in March 2022. Had this agreement pushed through, it would have ended the war sooner and prevented the death of half a million Ukrainian soldiers.
The Health Ranger meanwhile remarked that Ukraine was trying to find people to keep dying – something he dubbed as absurd as Kyiv was running out of men. Despite commitments by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to hit this number, the removal of the disability exemption from military service and the training of women, the besieged nation will have a hard time hitting this target.
Adams added that more than 10 million people have already left Ukraine. Given this, he expressed belief that Ukraine’s plan won’t work since it can’t create soldiers by printing more money.
McGovern also drew comparisons between Putin and U.S. President Joe Biden. According to him, the Russian leader is a very serious, intelligent, informed and deliberate thinker and brilliant strategist. In contrast, Biden is cognitively impaired and often makes blunders and rash decisions.
The former CIA analyst also recounted that the Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity (VIPS), a group he co-founded, had issued a memorandum to Biden suggesting that he ditch his foreign policy and military advisors as they were misleading him on the Ukraine issue. McGovern explicitly named Director of National Intelligence Avril Haines and White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan as two of the officials deceiving the chief executive.
«Ukraine and its patrons have already lost the ground war,» McGovern ultimately remarked, adding that everything will depend on what Putin and his forces are going to do next when they break through Ukrainian lines.

In an effort to dodge ongoing United States sanctions against its banking system, the finance committee of the parliament of Iraq wants all oil sales from here on out to be transacted in currencies other than the Federal Reserve Notes, also known as the U.S. dollar.
The committee released a statement chastising the U.S. government for making up excuses to sanction Iraq’s banking system in order to obstruct the stability of Iraq’s financial system at large.
«The U.S. Treasury still uses the pretext of money laundering to impose sanctions on Iraqi banks,» the statement reads. «This requires a national stance to put an end to these arbitrary decisions.»
«Imposing sanctions on Iraqi banks undermines and obstructs Central Bank efforts to stabilize the dollar exchange rate and reduce the selling gap between official and parallel rates.»
Iraq’s finance committee had previously called on both its government and central bank to take swift measures against U.S. dollar dominance by diversifying its cash reserves from foreign currencies. It reaffirmed this call on January 31, adding that the Iraqi government needs to take action immediately due to the repercussions of all this on the livelihoods of Iraqi citizens.

Iraq wants the U.S. gone from its borders
The call comes after Washington imposed sanctions on Iraq’s Al-Huda Bank for allegedly laundering money for Iran. Similar sanctions were imposed on other Iraqi institutions over the past year based on the same allegations.
A top U.S. Treasury official issued a declaration around the same time that it expects Baghdad to assist in locating and sabotaging the financial resources of various resistance groups in Iraq that are funded by Iran.
«These are, as a whole, groups that are actively using and abusing Iraq and its financial systems and structure to perpetuate these acts and we have to address that directly,» the official claimed in a statement.
«Frankly, I think it is our expectation from a Treasury perspective that there is more we can do together to share information and identify exactly how these militia groups are operating here in Iraq.»
Three days prior to the Iraqi financial committee’s call to dedollarize Iraq’s oil trade, three U.S. soldiers lost their lives in an Iraqi resistance attack that occurred close to the Syria-Jordan border. Following the attack, the near-nonstop Iraqi attacks on U.S. outposts in Syria and Iraq came to an end as the Iraqi government put pressure on these resistance groups, including and especially the Kataib Hezbollah faction.
Baghdad continues to try to discreetly assist in the removal of U.S. troops from Iraq and the conversion of Iraq’s U.S. presence to an «advisory role.» As you might expect, Washington continues to resist these efforts.
Ever since Saddam Hussein’s regime was toppled by U.S. forces back in 2003, Iraq’s financial system has been dominated, in large part, by the U.S. Because of this, Iraq has had considerable troubles trying to repay its energy obligations to Iran amid strict sanctions.
The Federal Reserve Bank of New York also receives revenue from Iraqi oil sales, meaning Baghdad needs authorization from the U.S. to access these monies. Unsaddling itself from U.S. dollar oppression is now one of Iraq’s top agendas.
A government source who spoke with the Iraqi News Agency (INA) back in November indicated that Iraq is planning to carry out a number of economic initiatives aimed at fortifying the country’s own currency against the U.S. dollar.
Last May, the Iraqi government also said it will no longer accept the U.S. dollar for commercial or personal transactions.

Jackie admits she was nervous to return the large item to the warehouse store and felt intimidated by other shoppers staring at her while waiting in line.
“But who cares. Return it. They have an awesome return policy,” she tells her followers. “Buy your furniture from Costco, girl. You can return it when you don’t like it anymore.”
#2 The U.S. Navy is having a really difficult time recruiting young people, and so they have decided that a radical new approach is needed. From now on, a high school diploma will no longer be necessary…
“We get thousands of people into our recruiting stations every year that want to join the Navy but do not have an education credential,” said the branch’s chief of personnel Vice Admiral Rick Cheeseman. “And we just turn them away.”
Now the Navy will accept some of those potential recruits lacking a high school diploma or GED, assuming they’re able to score 50 or above on a qualification test.
The move comes after the service previously lowered their qualification requirements in 2022, again amidst recruitment challenges. The Navy is the only branch of the US armed forces that admits applicants who score below 30 out of 100 on the qualification test. Officials say some positions, such as in maintenance or food preparation, don’t require a conventional education.

Governor Tina Kotek, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler and Multnomah County Chair Jessica Vega Pederson made the declaration and are directing their agencies to work with first responders in connecting people addicted to the synthetic opioid with resources including drug treatment programs and to crack down on drug sales.

Citing a wrongheaded “GPA fixation,” Western Oregon University leaders have announced plans to abolish D- and F grades for students.
They will replace them with “no credit” in an effort to support student success and encourage struggling undergrads to continue their education despite obstacles, they said.
The public university announced in a news release this month the changes would start in the fall.

The gender-inclusive policy was created with the help of the Borderland Rainbow Center, an “LGBTQ Community Center,” in El Paso, Texas, and exists so that LGBTQ “people and their allies can heal, grow, and empower themselves and others.” The director of the center, Amber Perez, told a local news station, “This is just the start.”
“The most important thing is that we can’t change the past,” Perez said. “[B]ut what we can do is take this first moment and run with it and continue the conversation and be able to speak to each other with respect.”

Veteran police officers fumed to The Post Saturday that Bragg made a mockery of the entire justice system by letting five migrants walk after they were arraigned Wednesday on charges of second-degree assault on a police officer and obstruction of governmental administration in the shocking Jan. 27 beatdown.
“Alvin Bragg just showed all New Yorkers that the Police Department doesn’t matter to him,” said an NYPD detective with more than two decades on the job.
It has been reported that the migrants were seen getting on a bus to California, and so hopefully someone can track them down before they disappear completely.

I think the overthrow was initiated with the 1964 Civil Rights Act as implemented, contrary to the statutory language in the law, by the EEOC bureaucracy. Feminists went on and on about a “glass ceiling,” and American men, weakened by their demonization, invited them on boards and into executive offices. This has gone on for so many decades that today a male CEO or University president is an endangered species, as exemplified by the recent controversy over Ivy League students’ protests against Israel’s genocide of the Palestinians. The three Ivy League university presidents called before Congress to explain why they had allowed students to commit anti-semitism by protesting Israel’s massacre of Palestinians were all women, with the President of Harvard being a black woman with plagiarism problems.
Today many corporate boards are more concerned about whether they have enough women and blacks than they are with profits and the corporation’s future.
Having pushed men aside, they started on boys. Boys could no longer be Boy Scouts. They had to take in girls or it was ruled discrimination against females. But Girl Scouts didn’t have to take in boys.
Boy’s Little League baseball had to take in girls or it was discrimination.
Next school playground fights between a bully and one not content to be bullied, were no longer left to completion by the playground monitor–standing up for yourself was regarded as part of growing up. Today the police are called, and what was normal in my day has been criminalized. Boys cannot even play cops and robbers or cowboys and Indians without severe punishment. If a 6 year old points his finger and says bang-bang, the cops are called, and parents are told that their son is a sociopath who is dangerous to his classmates.
When was the last men’s club extinguished for discrimination?
When was the last men’s college extinguished? I went to three–Georgia Tech, the University of Virginia, Merton College, Oxford University. They are now sexually integrated, and their character is lost. Merton College now has female wardens (presidents).
Once the alumni from the past are dead, no one will have a memory of a men’s space. It will become a mythology like a unicorn.
When boys don’t want to be boys:
What is proof of men’s demise is that today in America boys find themselves so demonized as misogynist and racists and treated as society’s problems that some would rather be girls than boys and, often with their mother’s urging, subject themselves to chemical castration and breast implants. No male in the past could possibly have preferred to be a girl than a boy.
The question for feminists who have aided and abetted the overthrow of the American male is: who is going to protect you as the society you helped to destroy comes crashing down on your heads?
The delegitimizing of the white heterosexual male is the same throughout the remnants of Western civilization. In Sweden there are reports that white Swedish men stand aside while immigrant-invaders rape Swedish women in public, because if they interfere they might be arrested for a hate crime. What is happening conflicts with the protective mentality of white men. But they are prohibited from providing the protection.
The Western World is devoid of maleness. Even the West’s war ministers are women. A couple of years ago I posted photographs of NATO’s European war ministers and Shoigu. If memory serves, every European war minister was female.

Newly uncovered documents show that while it was still under Ukrainian control – Russia is now in charge – the city of Mariupol, population 540,000, served as a testbed for various large-scale medical experiments on local civilians.
A psychiatric ward in the city where many of these experiments took place is now undergoing a rapid reconstruction after being incorporated into Russia following a referendum held in late 2022, reports explain.
A major goal of Russia’s special military operation in Ukraine, by the way, was to identify and eliminate such facilities from existence so the Ukrainian deep state is no longer able to use innocent people as human guinea pigs.
Almost immediately after the psychiatric ward was captured and renovations began, construction teams discovered documents, medication, medical equipment and more that points to secret research that had been taking place there previously.
The documents reveal that experiments at the facility had been taking place for years, spanning not just the facility in question but also at least eight others across Mariupol. As usual, Western powers and their biotechnology corporation sponsors were behind and profiting from the gruesome experiments.
«We’ve found documents that suggested thousands of people have been involved in the experiments with the trials carried out for major pharmaceutical companies, including Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Sanofi, GlaxoSmithKline and others,» reported Steve Sweeney of RT, who toured the facility.
«Blood and other samples were collected and then sent to labs and clinics in Europe and the U.S. for testing, the results of which are unknown.»

Ukraine, deep state experimented on children and babies
It was not just adults that were being experimented on, either. Evidence shows that children and babies were also forced to suffer at the hands of Western powers operating by proxy in Ukraine to fill their lust for greed and genocide.
It is more than likely that exploiting children and babies in this way was illegal, a Russian doctor confirmed to RT on the condition of anonymity.
There is no definitive way to identify every single soul who suffered or died as a result of these heinous experiments, but witnesses continue to come forward to tell all about what they, their family members and friends suffered at the hands of the Ukrainian deep state.
«My mother got sick,» the man told Sweeney. «They gave her drugs. I asked her what medication she was taking, but she did not give me a clear answer. She said that the drugs were simply given from a white box. Her condition worsened over the course of a month and then she died.»

Since the beginning of 2020 when the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) «pandemic» was launched, many of the world’s richest billionaires doubled their net worth – this as tens of millions of Americans, including American business owners, were plunged into insolvency and poverty.
«Mark Zuckerberg went from $60 billion or so to almost $120 billion today through the pandemic because everyone was locked down, stayed at home and was scrolling through Facebook,» Bruner said. «And Jeff Bezos close to doubled his net worth.»

Climate change, the next COVID-style scam
Another multi-billionaire who benefitted tremendously from the «pandemic» is billionaire eugenicist and Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates, who scooped up millions of acres of U.S. farmland as part of his stolen spoils.
«They used the pandemic, in the words of Klaus Schwab, the World Economic Forum founder, as an opportunity,» Bruner added. «The pandemic was an opportunity to rejigger society and ‘build back better’ in a ‘greener’ way.»
«People didn’t really understand in July 2020 when Klaus Schwab announced ‘The Great Reset’ what a pandemic had to do with climate change. But we’re starting to see that ‘climate change’ is just the next crisis they want to leverage as an opportunity to not just get richer but to construct systems of tyrannical control.»
What the world saw during COVID is merely a taste of what the globalist billionaires have planned for their next worldwide scam: climate change. Expect things like food control, energy control, everyone being forced into unreliable electric vehicles (EV), mobile phones and human bodies being merged with the so-called «Internet of Things,» smart cities and global financial control, among other authoritarian measures.
A tiny cadre of global elitists called «The Good Club» met back in 2009 in Manhattan to inaugurate their «philanthropic» efforts to take over the world using these and other means. The Good Club’s members include names like Bill Gates, Oprah Winfrey, George Soros, David Rockefeller and Ted Turner, among others.
«Bill Gates, George Soros and David Rockefeller are kind of like the three co-hosts [of the first meeting of the Good Club],» Bruner says. «They invited half a dozen or a dozen of their billionaire buddies … They all got together in the spring of 2009.»
«The context is the tail end of the global financial crisis … they could sense that the ‘peasants’ were about to get unruly … The other part [of the context] is that Barack Obama had just been elected president [and] a lot of people at the Good Club meeting in New York had done a lot to get him there, George Soros especially, so they wanted to leverage the Obama opportunity to their advantage.»
